It's weird how a mountain becomes so cold: It's the highest part of land, yet it endures with snow constantly. And in fact, it was around that time of year when snow became a normal part of life. The clouds were gray colored, although its transparent clouds allowed you to see an outline of the sun. Snowflakes weren't dropping yet, but people always seem to have that 'sixth sense' to detect if snow was coming.
The peaceful scenery of the mountain was ruined with a trail of footsteps. These footsteps lead up to a ledge on the side of the mountain. Sitting down there, was a boy with sliver hair. his clothing were perfect to protect him from the cold temperatures, but his attire was from far average in this world. He wore clothes of modern days, unlike the ancient Chinese attire. His red eyes were staring off at the distance, looking upon the city that was far below the ground. Despite for being so high, the boy had not once flinched: In fact, he looked completely relaxed.
Hao's legs were off the ledge now, as he lied down on the snow. Even though he sunk right through the snow, he treated it like it was nothing. Like his old friend, Hao was extremely adaptable to temperatures like these: After all, his specialty was water and ice. As far as he was concern, snow was just a mixture of both.
Hao's reason for being up so high in the mountain......he didn't know why himself. He guessed that the mountain had caught a certain appeal to him. It sort of reminded him of his old world, where it was always covered with snow. Hao continued to stare off to space, unaware of his surroundings.

It had been a while since her last visit. She couldn't remember exactly how long it had been, but why did it really matter anyway. She was here now right? Her new boots made a crunching sound in the snow with each step she took. It hadn't been that bad at first, though it was beginning to get on her nerves now.
Lily wasn't sure where she was going, or how long she had been walking for that matter, but she didn't care right now. She didn't have anything to do, and thought it was time for a change of scenery. She spent so much time in the warmer worlds that it was starting to get boring. This place was certainly a big change from what she was used too, which was good.
Well, except for the fact that she had come a bit unprepared. Lily's boots that she was wearing, were a little too big for her which made walking more difficult then it should've been, and her coat was a little too light so she was somewhat cold, but it was all better then nothing.
"Where am I now anyway?" Lily asked herself as the thought popped into her head. Maybe it was time to actually start paying attention to where she was going, after all she did tend to get lost quite alot. She just figured she had a horrible sense of direction or something.
When she first looked around, she didn't really recognize where she was, though after thinking about it for a moment, everything came back to her. She was now standing at the bottom of a mountain she had only visited once before. Just then, she got a sudden urge to go to the top, though when she took a step forward, unaware that the snow was much deeper in the next spot, her foot sunk right in.
"Oh great." She said quietly as she tried to yank her foot out of the snow. It was stuck in pretty good though. She began pulling with as much strength as she could, until she finally got her foot free, though she had been trying so hard that she fell right onto her back. And the trouble wasn't over yet, once she realized her foot felt strangely cold, she looked only to see that her foot was free, but her boot was still stuck in the snow.
"Well that's just fantastic!" She exclaimed a little too loudly.

As Hao stared off into space, he began to think to himself. There wasn't much else to do, besides thinking. He thought that no one was here: He didn't see any footsteps on the mountain, besides his own.
His thoughts were being traced back to his past: The snowy world that he had grown up with. His world was, by far, superior to this world. The technology in his world was so advanced: yet it relied on some of the most basic elements, such as water and ice.
Unlike most worlds. part of his world was covered from one side to another, with snow. As expected, it usually got to below freezing as the snow stayed there year around. So, staying up here didn't faze Hao much: He felt much more harsher conditions than this.
His train of thought was broken as he heard a girl's voice screaming. He got up from where he was sitting as he started to look behind him. Hao brought his legs up, away from the mountain ledge as he glanced around. Sure enough, he saw a figure in the distance. From what he could see, she was covered with snow: probably from tripping, as far as Hao knew.
Then, he saw another person come by. Hao had an annoyed and somewhat discontent look on his face. It seem that even the mountain top had signs of human life. How disappointing....Hao was hoping that he would spent his time alone on this mountain. Oh well....
An idea sparked into his head, out of random thoughts, as well boredom. Hao whistled as quietly as he could, so that the two wouldn't hear him. Surely, two Neo Shadows appeared next to him. Like their master, they were as quiet as they could be. Hao gave them clear orders as he said to them," Let them see you, but don't fight them.....lure them over here...." Hao decided to bring the people over here, instead of walking there: you could say that it was out of laziness as well.
The heartless nodded their heads as they dove into the snowy grounds and started moving towards the two figures. Hao smirked as he turned his body around to see what would happen. 'This should be fun to see....' Hao thought to himself.
