There were dark clouds brewing over the entire Keyblade Graveyard. Red had made the dark portal right in the most accessible location possible, on top a plateau. He had no idea where they were supposed to find Lakari for that matter, but from this height perhaps they might be able to find him.
Of course he had no idea that they were a lot closer to them then he thought. Red opened a portal to where a dark ancient castle stood in front of them. Upon exiting the portal he said, "That had not been there before."
Revolving around the castle was the skeleton of a large dragon. Red searched for any signs of life on top of that dragon, but he saw none. "They must already be inside."[/i] He told himself.
Gathering his courage he turned to the rest. "Let's do this."
-------------------------
Lakari stood in the throne room of the castle. Besides for himself and Julian there were four others in the room. Standing on a throne was the master.
Master Issac was donned in a black cloak that fit in with everyone in the room. He was a person everyone was much aware of. At his feet sat a woman dressed in the same black cloak but with her hood down. Jet black hair stretched down her back and green eyes were focused on Lakari.
"Elf..." She said to Lakari with a tone of disrespect.
"Spider." He told her with a scowl. She gave him a humph in return.
Behind the throne stood a man in a black suit. What was odd about him was that his head was bald and eyes were pure white with no iris or pupil. He was blind in some ways, but all seeing in others.
The fourth was the kid. Ogre sat against the wall, his keyblade leaning against his shoulder. His head was downcast and eyes full of hatred.
Master Issac suddenly rose and with it every head turning towards him. "They are here. My friends to your places please."

Once they reached their destination, Jean exited it in silence as she surveyed the area carefully. This was most certainly a trap of some kind. What, she wasn't sure of but she knew it didn't bode any good news for them. Her bright green eyes settled upon the ancient looking castle. Floating around it was the massive dragon skeleton from before. Inspecting it from this distance, she didn't see any trace of Lakari or the others. Most likely they were inside of it.
Gripping her hilts of her swords, Jean narrowed her eyes at it. Surely they would have to go through that dragon skeleton and then whatever other traps lay within that massive castle?
As Jean went into thought, the others exited and looked down at the castle before them. "Whoa, that's one huge castle!" Rowen exclaimed. He had seen castles before but this one took the cake.
"I don't wanna fight brother!" Annalese whined to herself. The thought of fighting her brother frightened her. He was far stronger than she was. He'd easily beat her down. The only advantage she had was if he maintained his promise to their long deceased mother.
"So...I guess this will be it." Yes, it would be the final showdown.

Red nodded to all of them. Of course Jean was absolutely correct. This was the final show down. He had thought that things had perhaps ended with Silver. He should have known better. That man from before had to be behind all of this. Well Red was done playing games. He was done running away. It was time for some answers.
Leading their party, he followed the only road to the front of the castle. As they neared it, he tried to look out for the dragon. Red had the same feelings. It would be dreadful to have to fight that thing! Perhaps it would stay in the sky like it was now and leave them be.
As they came to the large doors, Red was not at all surprised to see them swing open as if by magic. They were expected. That was beyond a doubt! The real question was, by whom. For sure Lakari and that man from before would be here. But Red had no clue as to whom else might be lurking in this castle.
The first thing Red noticed upon entering the castle was that it was lined with suits of armor. The castle seemed to be crawling with darkness. While the castle was lit enough, Red couldn't shake the feeling that there were creatures in the shadows.
Even these pieces of armor had an almost eerie feeling to them the way moss crawled over it and the walls around. It was a very old castle, that was for sure. As they continued down the hallway they came to another stop in front of a pair of doors.
"If anyone wants to turn back, now would be the time to do it. I have no idea what's behind these doors." If anyone wanted to get out, now was the time.

Heading down toward the castle, Jean couldn't help but wonder if that skeleton dragon would attack them too. So far, it made no move to go after them as they approached the gates to go inside. What bothered her more was the way the doors opened, allowing them entry. Yes, this was definitely a trap of some kind. Still, there was no use in trying to avoid it. No matter how she looked at it, she had to go through with this.
'I just hope we all live to see another day!' she thought, walking through the eerie old halls of the castle. This place was truly ancient and she wouldn't be surprised if weird things were lurking in its depths that were long forgotten.
All the way, Annalese looked around nervously. Her senses were picking up a lot of things. All of them were more unsettling than the previous.
When Red gave the ultimatum, no one moved even though Annalese shied a little. "We're coming."

Red nodded to Jean. "Can't let my courage fail me now." He thought to himself. He would have had no problem with running. But then this was never going to end. "I must be strong."[/i]
Two years... To them it was no more then months, yet it had been two years since this had all began. In truth Red had no memory of this place called the Keyblade Graveyard. Yet the fact that he was able to make a portal here meant that somehow he had been here before. But why didn't he remember?
"Strength and courage. I have those now."[/i]
There was no more waiting. Red pushed the doors open.
-------------------------------
Ogre sat on the other side of the door. He was in the first throne room. There were a total of six in the castle, each bigger then the next. The one he stood in was average in size. There was red carpeting the floor and paintings of different monarchs hanging on the walls. Of course those pictures were indistinguishable. That was because of the green moss that had grown on the walls covering the pictures.
When the door finally opening, the group who entered found Ogre sitting on the throne with his head down cast. He was leaning over the chair with his hands together and long shaggy hair covering his eyes from view.
"Ogre.... I had hoped not to find you here, yet I knew that you would be. Please... Come with us. I can help you."
Ogre didn't have to look up to know that Red spoke those words. His fists shook in anger from them. He slowly rose from his throne and looked at the party. "I don't need your help." The words did not come out snapped, but they were filled with sorrow.
Looking at the others he instructed them just as Issac had told him. "Red is my battle. The rest of you continue on." By continue on, Ogre meant the stair cases on either side of the room. They all linked to an overhead balcony where the next door waited.
-----------------------------------
Spider sat on her throne. How much longer was this going to take! She was growing tired of waiting for her opponent. Master Issac had given her a special one! She couldn't wait for him to come.
Sure enough when she heard Ogre's voice she knew that the time had come. The throne room she sat in had the same carpeting as the others. However the room was actually a bit smaller. In addition the walls were empty except for the green moss that covered the entire wall. It was the worst in this room compared to the others. Of course there was also the two stair cases on the right and left of every room that led to a balcony overhead and onto the next throne room. But every room had the same stair case anyway.
When the door opened and the party entered, Spider couldn't keep a straight face when she saw her opponent. "Come Rowen! You and I shall dance a game of death. The rest of you move on! Your opponent awaits."
----------------------------------
Lakari sat upon his throne. Of course it wasn't the master's throne, but the throne was good enough. The trip back to the Keyblade Graveyard had gone by very swiftly. He had instructed his dragon to circle the tower. That way there would be no question to where Red should go.
The throne room he sat in was the largest. Barley any moss covered this place, but the ground was not carpeted. In fact Lakari sat in an entire forest. There was grass growing out of the hard floor and trees scattered across the room. The only thing to suggest that this was not the outdoors were the two stair cases and the balcony looking overhead. Of course every room had a stair case and balcony that led to the next room.
When the door opened Lakari gave a smile. He could see the confusion on the party's face when they noticed that there was no Mr. Wielder or Artemis. "You didn't think I'd keep them here did you. If you want them back the rest of you will have to keep going."
As they started to leave though Lakari cleared his throat. "Not you though Sain. You are my opponent." He told him with a smile.
--------------------------------
When the party entered the next throne room, they found that the room was completely pitch black. Not even one's hands could be seen if they raised it in front of them. When the doors behind them closed the lights suddenly turned on.
The light revealed a room with a single coffin in the center. There was no throne chair in this room. However when the coffin slowly opened and a figure rose, it was no doubt who it was. "Come sister. It's time we finished what happened in that Jungle. Say goodbye to your remaining human friends. You'll never see them again."
Of course the stair cases and door on the balcony overhead said pretty much.
------------------------------------------
Shadow waited. And waited. And waited. He could not see the actual room he sat in. At least not as a human saw it. Yet he could feel the vibrations of the room. The vibrations that the walls and stair cases gave off. He could feel the vibrations in the ground and in the air all around him. And they painted a picture that not even eyes could see.
So it was not surprise that when the door opened, Shadow gave them a bow. "Welcome. Ryu and Dyne if you would please battle me, I shall be your opponent. The Master is waiting for you in the final room Jean."
Shadow was the only organization member so far that was not in a cloak, but a black suit. However his lack of pupils and irises would most likely send fear in his opponents. Not that he cared too much about that. His duty was to battle, not to send fear.
---------------------------
When the door finally opened, Master Issac looked up. He had waited so long for all of this to happen. So much year of wait and planning, and finally things were going to pull off.
"Welcome Ms. Wilder." Master Issac greeted her. He was dressed in a black cloak with the hood down revealing a man that appeared to be in his thirties with long red hair.

Glancing at those around her, Jean could tell that despite how they felt that no one was going to turn and run from the fight. She watched as Red pushed the doors open. Laid out before them was a throne room. At the end of it, there was a throne and upon it sat a familiar figure. He had changed since she had seen him on Red's world but there was no mistaking the fact that it was Ogre.
Knowing that this was Red's friend, she allowed Red to speak to him. After all, she knew in her heart that she would try to pull a friend back to her side as well. Hearing Red's words, trying to coax him back, Ogre stood up and stated how he didn't need their help. Instead of the anger Jean had half expected to hear from him, she heard a tone of sorrow in his voice. Maybe there would be a chance for Red to bring him back?
It didn't take long before Ogre told the rest that Red was to battle him and that they were to move on. So, they were going to be doing battles rather than traps? Interesting, Jean had thought they would've bumped into many traps along the way instead.
Walking over to Red, she placed a hand on his shoulder reassuringly. "I just wanted you to know...should anything happen that I thought of you as a great friend, Red. If we both survive this, I have something I need to tell you. I just haven't had the time to say it and I think it's important you knew. I'll see you soon, Red." With that, she gestured to the others and started heading off. As she did so, the others bade Red farewell.
"Don't you dare die on us!" Annalese stated rather childishly. "Fight well, my friend." With that, she scurried last after the rest and was gone.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the next room, it was rather small and appeared to be more moss covered than the previous. For decorations, it was pretty bland. At the end, there was but another person sitting upon a throne. This one was female and Rowen wasn't so sure by the way she was looking at them...or was she looking at him?
His suspicions were correct when she mentioned his name. Glancing over at the others, even locking eyes with Jean, he nodded at them. "Don't worry about me, I'll see you guys later." Of course, he wasn't so sure if he would be but that was beside the point. He wanted them to not worry, especially Jean.
"You'd better!" Jean stated before she moved on with the rest.
"Take care, bud. I'll make sure nothing happens to Dyne!" Ryu said as he headed onward.
"Don't forget, I still need to heal that eye of your's!" Sain added in a whisper so that only Rowen would hear and he too moved on.
The last to go was Dyne and since he was mute, he couldn't tell his elder brother anything. There was intensity in his matching blue eyes as his brother's. Rowen smiled at him and clasped hands with his sibling one last time before hugging his brother and the mute carried on after the others.
Not sure what to make of his opponent, Rowen looked back at Spider. "Sorry but I didn't bring any dance shoes!" he mused. Leave it to Rowen to come up with such responses. Making sure his armor was on properly, he held his bow at the ready, getting an arrow but hadn't yet strung it. "Ladies first."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the next room, Jean had expected to see Artemis and her father. Instead, all she saw was Lakari seated upon a throne. As if sensing her confusion, or figuring it out anyway, he spoke. Apparently, he wasn't keeping them here and that if they wanted them back, they would have to carry on.
Lakari hadn't yet mentioned who he was fighting so uncertainly, the group began to move. Before they could pass him, Lakari looked over at Sain and spoke his name. "...See you guys." That's all Sain had said before turning back toward the room. The others bade him farewell before moving on. Whether or not anyone would be seeing anyone again would be decided upon later.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When they set foot in the other room, it was pitch black. The only one who could really sense and see her way about was Annalese. Her vision wasn't like how it was in daylight though. Things were seen in black and white. When the light suddenly filled the room, she winced the most out of them since her dark senses had kicked in only to be forced back down at the sign of stinging light.
Blinking away the pain, she found the coffin at the center of the room. There was no doubt in her mind who would be coming out of it. Sure enough, her brother rose from it and spoke to her. Annalese frowned a little at him when he said those things.
"I'd rather not fight you, Julian!" Annalese stated before glancing at the remaining three humans. Ryu and Dyne she hadn't really interacted much with. She was usually the one that ran off and did her own thing out of the group. She was the random one out of them all. Even now, she wondered if anyone would even say goodbye to her should something happen to her or them.
"Take care, Annalese. Don't worry about us." With that, the others moved on after bidding her farewell. Watching them go, Annalese faced her brother. She said she hadn't wanted to fight him but if she had to then she would. She just didn't have confidence in herself in this. After all, Julian was the stronger of the two.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the next room, they were surprised to see a man already bowing before them. Maybe he had some sort of sense? Dyne and Ryu glanced at one another before looking over at Jean. "We'll see you later, Jean. Hang in there!" Ryu spoke for the both of them, Dyne nodding in agreement to what was said.
Looking at their opponent, Dyne was surprised to see that he had no irises or pupils.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When Jean entered the last room where the 'Master' was said to be, she grew cautious. Stepping into the room, she spotted a man with long red hair who appeared to be in his thirties. So this was the man responsible for the killing of Red's family? Why wasn't he after Red and had decided to have her fight him?
When he welcomed her, she just looked back at him carefully. "You're the master? So why is it that you're not fighting Red instead of me? Isn't he the one you're after?" she inquired. Was this guy the one with the keyblade? Most probably. If that were the case, she knew that she was in pretty deep already. Why couldn't they have a break from all this fighting? She had only just gotten rid of Silver and now this?
What were the motives of these people? Why were they treating them with respect, taking them into just battles rather than not try anything underhanded before they reached them?
Since she didn't know how this was going to turn out, she might as well ask the questions bothering her while she still could. Jean was a strong fighter but she was no keyblade wielder whom were the strongest fighters in the kingdom hearts universe.

Master Issac smiled. It was a very obvious question. Why wasn't Red supposed to be fighting the Master. After all Issac had been the one who took his family away. He had been the one who had caused all of this. Even Artemis had been his in the beginning.
What he had to say would most likely surprise Jean. "We will not be fighting Ms. Wilder. We shall be watching." He told her with a knowing smile. Master Issac rose from his throne. It was made of the bones of humans upon closer look.
"Follow." He instructed her. The throne room they stood in was pretty big. Along the wall were three separate stained glass windows of different color. Unlike the other throne rooms there were no stair cases. This was the last room in the castle.
Master Issac passed the first stone glass window. "I'm sure your very confused. Such a thing is expected for one in your situation. Tell me Ms. Wilder. What do you know of this place, The Keyblade Graveyard?"
Coming to a stop at the second stained glass window he waited for her answer.

Jean waited with anticipation for any hint of an attack yet to come but it never did. Still, she was on edge and cautious of this unknown man. If he was the 'Master' of the rest then he was certainly the leader. The one responsible for what had happened to Red and those he knew. Why Red wasn't here in her place instead to fight him, she didn't understand. She was confused.
Instead of answering her questions, the man just smiled at her rather simply. It really made her eyebrows raise when the man stated that instead of them fighting here, they will be watching. "Watching?!" she repeated, perplexed.
Not even responding to that, the Master urged her to follow. 'This person is rather odd!' she thought. Right now, he made no hostile movements so she guessed she should just follow for now. Maybe she'll learn their true motives by simply going with the flow right now?
Glancing at the throne, she noticed that they were made out of human bones. The realization sent a chill down her spine. For someone to be seated on something of that extent...obviously there would be something wrong with them upstairs. Following him, it was then that he inquired what she knew of the Keyblade Graveyard.
Jean wondered why the sudden question but thought on it for a moment. "Many years ago, a war had taken place. Many warriors lost their hearts and lives in the battle. Keyblades had lost their hearts and here is where they rest where their warriors had also fallen. They now form the crossroads here." It was because of this that not many liked to tread here. It spelled evil and sorrow.

To say Master Issac was not surprised by her knowledge of this place, would have been a lie. "Yes that is correct. I must admit you know more of this place then I had expected you too. But you still don't know all that happened here."
As Master Issac came to a pause he moved his hand across the air in front of the stain glass. When he did the glass suddenly shifted and in its place was a live image of a moss covered room. It was not too hard to make out the figures in the moving picture.
Spider was in battle with Jean. Since the time that had taken Jean to get up to the final room, the battle had started. Spider had attacked straight on, though it seemed that she didn't bear a single woman. As she ran her face carried an unmoving smile.
"Are you ready Rowen!" She shouted as she came nearer. When she was about ten feet away black threads came rushing out of her fingers and they went to try and wrap Rowen in their sticky string.
Master Issac continued speaking. "You were correct in saying that war had happened on this place. But did you know that before that war, this was a world like every other. With people of all kinds and races. It was their war you know. Their war destroyed this entire world. Yes Ms. Wilder, it is sad that the "heroes" paid their lives at this place. But sadder for those who perished who had nothing to do with that fight."

That was all that Jean had known about the Keyblade war many years ago. Other than that, she didn't know much of anything else. All she knew was that she'd rather not be here in this world. Everything here just heavily implied death all around. It was depressing and eerie. How her friends were doing, she hadn't a clue.
As the Master spoke, she could see that he was surprised that she knew quite a bit about this world. During her travels, she had to learn what she could of it in case she were to ever set foot there. Being a general in her branch, she had to be well informed so that she could teach her team and keep them alive and be an effective leader. "I come from a military background, being a leader I had to be more informed of the worlds that were around us so that I could be a better leader for my team."
She wondered what else there was to know about this place. Standing before the stained glass window, moving a hand in the air before it, the window shifted. Instead of being a regular window, it now went to an image of what was going on with Rowen. The simple fact it went right to Rowen first set a sense of unease in her.
Her eyes on the image, she saw that the fight had already begun with them. Would Rowen make it out okay? It sent her on the edge again as she watched uncertainly.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Back with Rowen and Spider, the battle had begun without much of a wait. During the fight, the girl just seemed to not accumulate a single wound. It was frustrating, to say the least.
When she asked if he was ready, he scoffed at her. "I was born ready!" he replied.
She sprinted at him and threw threads from her fingers. Stepping back in surprise, an arm got entangled in one of the threads she threw. Whatever it was, it was pretty sticky. Frowning, Rowen pulled on the ensnared arm. "Sorry lady but I'm not into this sorta a thing!" he retorted.
------------------------------------------------------------
Back with Jean and the Master, she heard him further explain what happened here. Apparently, it had been a normal world and people perished because of the war of the heroes. Jean looked at him then with suspicion. Was he trying to say that the heroes were responsible for the collateral damage? Maybe they were but it hadn't been all of them. There were the villains too, after all.
"...I see."

Master Issac would have said more but Spider was speaking. "It doesn't matter much dear." She told him, the thread connecting to his arm connected by her index finger. "You see my current threads are poisonous. And seeing as your poor arm got in contact with my little thread... Well you'll start feeling your speed lower second by second."
Spider let go of the thread that attached to her finger along with the others. They painted a pretty picture on the floor. "Well let's see how you dodge these threads." Spider ran to the right in a circle around Rowen. As she did, silver thread burst out of her hands. Unlike the pervious thread, this was sharp as knives. They would cause some nasty cuts, and Spider aimed one right at Rowen.
The other went to behind him, where he was most likely to try and dodge again. She was able to do this by continuing her run to his left. Spider didn't have any magical skills much like Lakari. But she had her threads. And there were five different types of them.
Master Issac wasn't too interested in the battle. "I'm sure you have questions Miss Wilder. Why haven't you asked any?"

Rowen didn't like the sound of that when Spider told him that her thread she just used on him was poisonous. His arm right now would cause him to slow down in speed because of the poison she touched him there with. Would the poison kill him? He wasn't sure if it were that kind of poison but he would be careful to not let that happen again.
Stringing an arrow to his bow, Rowen could already feel his arm getting slower. Grim, but not showing it, Rowen aimed his arrow at her. Spider darted to the side though in a round about way. As she did so, silver threads spread out after him.
Not liking the looks of them, Rowen dived back but got cut when he wound up hitting one of the other threads. The thread was so sharp, it cut through some of his armor and sliced him. Gritting his teeth, Rowen had still been holding up his bow and arrow. Taking steady aim, he glared at her and sent and arrow after her. It was alight with a bright white aura and had a trail behind it to suggest getting hit would hurt a lot.
-----------------------------------------------------
Hearing that Rowen had just gotten poisoned made Jean grimace. Things weren't looking all that great. When the Master spoke, she didn't look at him. Right now, she was more preoccupied with seeing how Rowen would do. She was scared for him then. She knew he was strong and skilled but he had just gotten himself poisoned!
"I have asked some, you just haven't answered them yet. You say we are just going to watch but you did not answer the question about Red."

Master Issac turned away from the battle and regarded her. "Red.... If our battle does come, it will not be by my doing. His opponent is another." Master Issac didn't have to tell Jean who for her to know who that opponent was. At this moment they were battling right now.
Issac turned back to the battle. Spider had dodged the arrow conveniently by continuing her run. She let the threads go as they struck through Rowen's armor. The man was tougher then Spider had thought. He was good to have survived those sort of threads.
When he brought his bow out once again and aimed an arrow with an aura around it, Spider knew it was time for a different thread. Her thread went in all sorts of directions, connecting to the cealing above and floor below, and all around Spider.
As the arrow collided with the first arrow it bounced off like a ping pong ball. It went into another line of thread to get bounced to another and another. It moved with such speed that it was almost impossible to see where the arrow was.
Spider had let go of the thread and with a smile, began walking through the web of thread around her, with the deadly arrow moving like a streak of light. Somehow, she managed to walk over one thread and bend over another, all the while not getting hit by the arrow. If Rowen added more arrows to the mix, Spider didn't know.
But either way none struck her. As she rolled down on the floor under the last thread, she suddenly pulled her hands forward and fingers pointing at Rowen. The thread behind her dispersed and the arrow, along with any extra that Rowen might have shot into the mix, went right back towards him.

Jean looked over at him confusedly. Who did he mean then by Red's opponent being with that of another? "Were you not responsible for what happened to Red's family?" she inquired. Were it possible then that there had been someone else? If so, who?
-----------------------------------------------------------
Rowen raised an eyebrow when she formed threads to stop his arrow. He had only fired one at her. However, seeing her do that with the first, he had released three more. Now, there were four arrows being deflected with her annoying web. Whatever she had in mind, as she simply walked upon her threads, Rowen didn't know.
Not until she sent them flying back at him. What she didn't take into account was the control Rowen had with them. Just watching the arrows come flying at him, Rowen raised a hand and clutched it. As he did so, the four arrows went right around him and went flying right back at her.

Spider had made a mistake. She had never thought that the arrows were under his control. And so when they came right at her, she had no defense planned. Sure she could have wrapped her self in those same webs to defend herself and drive the arrows back. But she had not seen the arrows coming.
So all four impaled right into her chest. Spider's smile was whipped right out of her face. She fell to her knees. The four arrows were impaled into her chest. She wheezed and blood flowed from her mouth as she tried to speak. "You... bastard...." She managed.
Spider knew her time was almost upon her. But she wasn't going to go out without one last attack. Spider threw her hands forward with the last of her strength and invisible strings ran out of them. They were all as sharp as swords, and Spider moved her arms across from each other. This sent the invisible strings that had detached to the left and right of Rowen across his body to each side, front and behind.
As Master Issac watched all of this he couldn't help but smile. "You are correct. I am responsible for such actions. But it was Red who set that house on fire. Not I. I killed a whore who had stolen from me. Anything else was done by his hand."

For the battle to end so quickly, Rowen did not expect that. Maybe her overconfidence had been her downfall? Even still, she had left a rather nasty wound on his back from before. Looking back at her, Rowen didn't mock her as she got hit right in the chest by all four arrows.
Seeing her bend over, coughing up blood, he knew it was a fatal blow. As she glared over at him, he heard her very words. "You're right, I am a bastard." he stated. What he meant by that was the fact he was born before his parents had even married.
The remark seemed to have angered her as she held out her hands. The problem was, he couldn't see where the attack was coming from. Seeing her motion her arms, he knew by instinct that he should back away. Instinct told him to try to leap back but he lost his balance. His previously obtained wound had hurt too much.
Wincing, he toppled over. The accident saved his life but he didn't go unscathed. The threads that didn't get him by wrapping about him, had wound of slashing his chest plate and achieved him slashes on his chest next. "You crazy bitch!" he exclaimed.

Jean frowned over at the Master. Granted, the woman might've been what he said she was but to kill someone for stealing was a bit over the top. Also, she knew Red hadn't set the actual home on fire.
"You're wrong, Red never would set that house on fire. A man was paid by you to set it ablaze!" she stated.
"Anyways, why bring us here?"

The battle was over. There was no need to continue watching it. Waving his hand, the stain glass returned back to its original color. So Rowen had won. Not that it mattered much to Issac. In the end Rowen had lost. He just didn't know it yet.
Master Issac beckoned her to follow as he spoke. "Sure. Physically Red did not start the fire. However because of his actions the building was set ablaze. Every action, whether we think about it or not, has a reaction. Red's simple actions had resulted in that fire. The blame lies with him."
Issac led them across the way to the stained glass on the other side of the room. Issac waved his hand and the purple stain glass revealed two more figures. It was none other then Lakari and Sain. Both were in the lock of battle and both suffering from bruises, cuts, and exhaustion.
Lakari had summoned two skeleton soldiers armed with shield and weapon. They were at the moment circling Sain, trying to attack. At the same time, Lakari was chanting in a language unknown. His hands were glowing with growing power.
Master Issac answered Jean's second question as the skeleton soldiers attacked Sain from both sides. "The war that was fought here was for control. It is only fitting that our battles be fought here. For we fight for the very same reason that they did."

Rowen cursed as he made to push himself up off the floor. His wounds hurt but he was still alive. Blood flowed from where he had been cut. Gritting his teeth, the pain stinging, he looked over at where the girl was. It seemed that she had used up her remaining energy for that one last attack. Now, it seemed that she was officially dead.
Staggering to his feet, Rowen clutched at his side. He was cut good but they weren't fatal injuries. He considered himself lucky before looking ahead and behind him. Where should he go? Should he just stay put or move back or ahead?
His confusion was which way to go. After all, he wasn't sure how the others were doing right now. "I think I...need to sit right now." He felt a wave of nausea as he had taken a few feet toward the front. Bending to breathe, he reminded himself that he couldn't rest right now. If he did, he probably wouldn't see the others ever again. Forcing himself up, Rowen began to walk back to check on Red first. By the time whatever happened on Red's end, Rowen would show up but not right away.

Jean scoffed at what the Master said. "It still doesn't justify harming innocent lives over an object." Jean might've had done things as a general in the past but nothing to harm innocent lives. If anything, she protected those she could.
Having seen Rowen win, she was relieved but he was wounded pretty good. Would he be alright?
Next, the image shifted to Lakari and Sain whom were both beaten good.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sain had his broadsword out, watching the skeletons warily as they circled him. He knew he needed to get to Lakari before he could do anything worse but the skeletons prevented him from getting in close enough to stop the chant.
As if to confirm that to those watching, the skeletons lunged for him. Sain parried one's attack and had to push it back quickly before leaping back just narrowly. His armor got chipped a bit by the other's sword slash.

Master Issac did not make an attempt to explain himself. "Sometimes one must die for the greater good." That was all he planned to say on that matter. There was no point in dwelling in the past. It is true that one must examine the past to look to the future, but one who is trapped by the past will find no comfort.
It seemed the skeletons were doing a good job at keeping Sain at bay. Lakari was a master sorcerer, having trained for years in the art of necromancy. As he finished his chant, he let out a smile and brought his arms upward. "Death!" He shouted with success.
Suddenly the room went dark in front of Lakari as a portal to another dimension poured out. And form it came the most menacing figure Lakari had ever seen. Death itself had come hooded in a tan cloak with a scythe in hand. As the skeleton figures continued their attack Death rushed forward in the air, its wicked scythe looking to take Sain's head clean off!

Jean scoffed at those very words that the Master used to counter what she had said. Obviously, he knew nothing of the value of life. No point in arguing it anyways. "Why do you have us fight here? Why is there such a need for it? Who else is behind this?" she inquired.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
As Sain was held at bay, he could see Lakari conjure something. He didn't like the looks of it as he fought against the skeletons. He had been pitted against a very experienced necromancer. There was no possible way that Sain could hope to fight him at this rate. Still, he carried on. After all, he had promised Rowen that he would heal his fiend's eyeball and restore his eyesight in it. He couldn't let himself die now!
When Lakari shouted death, just as Sain had deflected another attack, he saw a portal rip open. Out of it came a very grotesque figure. It was the one all people feared. It was none other than Death himself, the Grim Reaper (No, not the canon Grim Reaper running around on here to those reading this).
Seeing the skeletons rushing him as well as Death coming for him, Sain sheathed his sword. The only way he could see himself getting out of this one alive was to not show fear in the face of Death. Bending onto one knee, Sain became engulfed in bright light that illuminated him so much so that it made him impossible to see if anything or anyone should look directly into the light. The light itself provided itself as a shield, if the skeletons got too close they would be sent flying back from the light guarding Sain's body.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Rowen, as he limped toward where Red's fight would be, sensed something and froze. Looking back toward the other door, a symbol lit upon his brow over his helmet. "...Sain!" he said. The only things the symbol lighting up on his head, that feeling, meant his friend was in trouble. Whether or not he survived, that was a mystery.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Jean couldn't help but squint at the light that illuminated the scene. She couldn't tell how Sain was doing. 'Is he alright?' she wondered, nervously.
