Prythian just let out a slow sigh. "You could say that it's... a communication problem. Or... a knowledge problem. Perhaps it's best said as... a problem with understanding. I can't explain. I know why, but I can't say. I think I know where to start, but... I can't go there. Not on my own." He looked directly at her. "I have... a small chance if someone helps me go where I need to. I cannot fix anything here. Only... there." He laid his head back on his pillow, strength deserting him. "The white halls... of living memories..." With that, his eyes closed as he passed out once more.
((At this point, Prythian's said all he's gonna, so I figure if he's gonna get taken to Castle Oblivion, it can happen after a timeskip.))

Arin watched Kenji leave, leaving him to his thoughts. Kenji had offered to train him, but all that would do was help him improve on the powers he already had. What he lost, the seasoned warrior had no control over. Arin then started thinking back again to the words he told him, about fighting being pointless without the reason to fight. Arin looked at his swords and summoned them forth, looking at the contrasting blades in wonder "…Why DO I fight?
Meanwhile, near the tallest point of the capital's castle, a dark portal appeared, and a lone figure resembling one of the castle's guests very strongly emerged. The lone figure, wearing an odd black and white wardrobe, scanned the capital, sensing that his main target was within reach now.
The sudden appearance of this figure caused Arin to suddenly release one of his swords, clutching his chest in pain while his dark aura seemed to pull in the same direction as the capital's tallest point. Seeing something that he hoped wouldn't happen again until he was ready, he sat upright, still clutching his chest and looking toward the window of his room. The thing he was dreading had finally come, the darkness he had created that was hunting him had finally found him again, and he wasn't ready for such a confrontation *No...Of all times, why does it have to be now?*
The stranger grinned as he finally sensed what he was looking for, a large gold and black keyblade forming in his left hand. The blade formed a faint black and purple aura that surrounded his entire forearm and connected to the bottom of the keyblade, where the keychains were attached "…I've finally found you, Arin…You won't escape from me again…"

Teleportation to the palace shouldn't be possible. indeed, there were many wards and seals that prevented one from teleporting straight to the palace for security reasons. The only reason why Kenji and his subjects could teleport there was because they had special seals on them that allowed them to bypass the protection. The fact that someone could use a portal and appear above it like that was... troubling. As soon as the stranger appeared, barriers appeared all around him - some of the strongest ones heaven and hell had.
A warrior quickly ran up to Kenji and knelt. "Pardon me, my lord, but we have an intruder!" he said. Kenji blinked in surprise, then scowled. An intruder? Just as he brought these guests in? This couldn't be a coincidence. "Capture and confine him, make sure to get any answers from him. He must not escape!" The warrior nodded. "Yes, my lord!" With that, he vanished to rally the other soldiers.

The stranger placed his hand on the barrier, sensing a strong light preventing him from escaping. But on top of that layer he found was a deep darkness, layered beneath another layer of light, then dark, and so on "…A multilayered barrier of light and darkness…What a nuisance…" His hand began to blacken, his hand fueling a strong dark aura that mingled itself within the barrier's layers. With the fine balance between the two elements muddling together, he watched as the barrier around him slowly began to darken, it's power imbalanced, and unstable. "…Working together in such a way…They should know better than to think this would last…"
As the wards began to appear in around him on the castle rooftop, he summoned forth a Neoshadow and a Samurai within the barrier, then summoned forth a large black and gold keyblade. He impaled the keyblade into the weakened barrier, and proceeded to slice it vertically in half. Now fully breached, the Neoshadow and Samurai took the opportunity to rush forward at the wards, the shadow sinking into the ground and the Samurai working as a distraction by deflecting keyblades in an almost human manner and striking at every opening that the dark being could find. While the wards were distracted with the Samurai's above average battle skill, the Neoshadow jumped up from behind the wards and wasted no time in making a swift stealth strike before sinking back into the ground.
The actions of these creatures were not like their brethren, they were much more organized for such an unorthodox pair. And if a ward were to try and strike at either of the creatures while they were vulnerable, the large keyblade would be thrown at the ward from a distance, only to be snapped back to the stranger's hand by a semi-transparent purple tether. "Don't kill all of them…I need one alive long enough to tell me where he is…"
One ward got a look at how the three were fighting, every strike, every dodge, it was all bringing the wards closer together, but not in a tightly packed group. The Heartless and Nobody kept striking at each chance they could get, some of the less skilled wards being unfortunate to receive a claw mark or a blade wound somewhere on their bodies. Suddenly, the stranger leapt up and dropped into the center of the group, a sudden temperature spike rising from his body. "…Burn…" Many of the wards didn't stand a chance as the Heartless and Nobody kept the more battle-seasoned wards from getting away quick enough. Many of the wards were caught in the epicenter of the dark fiery explosion, leaving them collapsed and charred where their bodies weren't armored, and their protected skin cooked from the intense heat against their armor.
One ward was lucky enough to get away, one of the younger ones who used his fight or flight instinct to teleport away from the battle, which left the stranger less than pleased, if he was able to feel such an emotion. He aimed his hand toward the courtyard "Draw their attention…That mutt is likely hiding inside of the castle…" The Samurai and Neoshadow dropped down to the courtyard, attacking any ill-prepared residents to try and draw the guards' attention away from the real threat. The stranger leapt own and used his keyblade to slow his descent along the castle siding, so as to leap into one of the open windows leading inside. Keyblade now resting on his back, the aura tether still linking his body to the blade, he made his way inside the castle.
The ward appeared in front of Kenji, panting in exhaustion, and kneeling with his keyblade keeping his body propped up with what strength he had "My lord!...We encountered the intruder…He somehow broke free of the security barrier...and overpowered our scout team…Sire…he wasn't alone..."

An intense light burst out from Prythian's unconscious body. It was as if light was fountaining in ribbons out of each crack in his body, reaching up to a foot outwards. It slowly gathered together, consolidating in a single location... on his left arm. With a bright flash, suddenly shards of some strange substance flew outwards, dissolving into the air as they did. With that brief eruption, a large chunk of his forearm was missing, leaving only a shimmering core of rainbow light swirling there.
As it pulsed, a mass of light moved out of the new hole in Prythian's body, shaping itself into a person. Shimmering like an illusion, the being of light looked nothing more than an armored knight. She wore no helmet, and her eyes were filled with worry... and the knowledge that she was running out of time. Soundlessly, connected to the core of light within Prythian by a rainbow tether, the soul flew upwards and outwards, seeking the one that had jumped into to avenge Prythian.
She was flying straight towards Arin's room.

Arin was about to leave his room, to try and ind a way to escape from his pursuer. When he was suddenly cut off by what looked to be a female knight. Believing it to be a ghost, he just stood there, shocked. *First Nirax, now ghosts? can this world be any crazier?*
When he finally noticed that the 'ghost' was not hostile, and was acting more concerned than anything, he decided to try and figure out why she was so worried "…Um…Can I help you…miss?" He then noticed the rainbow tether, and was curious to what that meant of her existence.

The woman opened her mouth to speak, and no sound came out despite several attempts. She grimaced, then appeared to sigh. Leaving behind trails of light as she did so, she gestured wildly, pointing at the tether, than at the medical wing of the castle. She pointed at him, then at herself, and repeated the motion several times to try and make sure he understood that she was trying to get him to follow her. Finally, she ended with the universal 'come on' motion, and tapped her foot impatiently. She had to be sure he was going to go to Prythian before she returned.
Hopefully he would remember where he'd seen this particular rainbow, fire-like light before. It was the same that leaked from Prythian's wounds when first injured and that had surrounded his Keyblade when he'd fought the man.

Arin looked back and forth at the tether, then seeing her sign language and impatient demeanor, nodding in agreement, this ghostly knight wanted Arin to leave for the direction of that light "Alright, I understand." He followed the rainbow tether all the way to the medical wing, to find quite the sight.
The stranger he had helped before was splintering in places, and the rainbow tether that was connected to the spirit was leaking out of his arm. This was definitely a new sight for him. He had seen many things in the different worlds he's traveled to, but never had he seen a man made out of crystal before "…My god…Is this really the damage that the old man has done to him?"
He started slapping Prythian's cheek softly, trying to rouse the unconscious crystal boy "Hey, wake up!"

There was a soft sigh that slipped out of Prythian's mouth, as the woman looked on. She shook her head, dissolved back into an incoherent mass of light, and flew back into him, leaving a swirling mass of light at the core of Prythian's arm with no spirit connected. It was as if someone had simply lifted away part of his body to reveal the lifeforce within. With effort, Prythian's eyes opened, but they were glazed over, as if he wasn't really awake. "The white halls... of living memory. The castle of souls." The voice came out of him gradually, as if dragged from some dark place within.
"You must take this boy there." And with that last bit of effort, Prythian's eyes closed again as his body lapsed back into unconsciousness.

Arin listened to the stranger speaking oddly, not quite sure what he meant "Living memory? White halls? That makes no sense…Hey!" He noticed the stranger had closed his eyes, once again unresponsive "Come on! Don't sleep on me now! I need to know what you meant!" He could hear the clashing of blades and silent padding of inhuman feet echoing in the castle, and he knew Nirax was closing in
"…Dammit…I don't have a choice!" Triggering his black coat, he lifted Prythian's body up and carried him, fireman style. While he did this, he summoned up a dark corridor "…Just once…Let this be the right destination!" Lifting the hood over his head, he charged into the portal. It closed behind him and the sounds of battle came to an end as Nirax left the world, realizing his target had escaped yet again, with no clue to where he was headed.
Luck, or fate, was on Arin's side, as their next destination was the very world that Prythian's possessed body spoke of. Little did Arin know that this very same world would bring back terrible memories of his past, and memories that could reshape his future. Their next destination; Castle Oblivion.
