There is an unlimited amount of organization types allowed on the forum.
The only way a member can be permitted to access Organization XIII is by playing an Organization XIII canon character. Please note that if two people are using the same canon that they cannot be in the same group as the duplicate.
Once you are accepted and given an Organization board you are to post up and have staff sticky your "Member List, Leaving List and Joining List." If there are other threads that you would like stickied or locked, contact a staff member.
ALL of KHRPF'S forum rules apply to Organizations as well. Any violation will result in the deletion of the Organization. ALL leaders are responsible for their members and they should ensure that they follow the rules. If they do not, not only will those members be punished but so will the leader for not ensuring that they abide by the rules.
You are free to create any organization how you like. You are also free to kick out a member if you feel the need. However, there has to be a very good reason for why you kicked the member out and it has to be done in an appropriate manner.
If an organization goes inactive for 1 month, staff will delete the organization board. It would be a good idea to save your important information for the organization in case you leave the forum for an extended period of time and in case something should happen in your absence.
Remember to use common sense and be polite. Please regard the rules.
If acceptance is pending, do not harass a staff member to look at the application or any founders or leaders to start up the topic to begin the acceptance process. It's okay to give them a reminder but if no one responds, you can PM a staff member and they will notify them. If they do not during a certain time frame, the organization will be denied.
If you are NOT a member of ANY organization, do NOT reply in ANY of their threads unless you are JOINING in which you should reply to their JOINING LIST. If you are denied, do not harass the organization. If you feel it's unfair, try to talk it out with one of the leaders or founders of the organization via PM. If things cannot be resolved, message a staff member and they will take care of it.
ALL and ANY Organization is permitted to have their own set of rules. As members who join them, you are required to follow their rules. If you do not, the leaders and founders may choose to kick you out of the organization or message a staff member to handle the situation.
