The Graveyard... A natural barren land made of rocky badlands. Once a land of prosperity, greenery, and life, now all that rested on this world was death. Having been the hotspot for a variety of wars throughout history, the name of the land that Orion, Amber, Aiden, Kane, Natalia, Rekka, and Damien, entered was now called simply The Graveyard. The Great War had ended in these badlands just some thirty years ago. Reminders of the war remained even though the years had passed.
Stepping out of the portal to the foot of a towering rocky plateau with a head peak that towered high into the sky in the center of the world, Natalia was the first to arrive. Having never been to the world before her expression of surprise was expected. Orion had experienced something very similar when he first visited this world about ten years ago as a child. His father and Bartimaeus had thought it wise for Julian and he to get a first hand experience of what war could do to a land.
While the bones have long turned to dust, every so often a pile of weapons could be seen. Even as they stepped out into the world a sharp wind came from behind them and rushed past them. It sent a chill up Orion's spine. "Such a lively place." Orion said sarcastically.
Natalia, lost in her own thoughts, spoke the aloud. "The texts spoke of the emptiness of this land, but I had not expected this."
Amber, having had her own experience in the Graveyard, was glancing around at their immediate surroundings. If her father or half-brother popped out, she wanted to be ready for them. Like hell she'd let them get the best of her again! "Perhaps we should get moving? Where are these ruins exactly?"
Natalia, turned around to look at the plateau behind them. "They are at the top of there!" She pointed above. "There is supposedly a path that could lead us there, but Mr. Damien, do you think perhaps your portal ability might be able to get us to the top a bit quicker?"

Aiden, as soon as he stepped into the world, gaped. He had heard stories of the Graveyard but he hadn't expected it to look so...desolate. It was shocking, to say the least, how dead the world looked. It was...sad, even. Even though he was standing there with the others, it felt lonely. It had depressed the mood of the young king.
Rekka, too, was surprised by the state of the world. It really did look like a Graveyad but not in the fashion that she was accustomed to. There weren't any tombstones to signify a cemetery. What she could only tell from here were the pile of weapons and the dead keyblades that poked out of the earth. Everything was still and silent but for the sudden wind that had picked up.
Damien, on the other hand, hadn't been surprised. He had been here before. It was a depressing scene, of course. He remembered the first time that he had come here. It was here that Ivan had brought him to, claiming that the great heroes of the past had once fought here. Here was where Ivan had told him the greatest lie, that Damien had been descended from the Quentin bloodline. That like his ancestors, he was meant to save the worlds from their torment by putting them out of their misery. How he hated himself now tat he knew what he had been actually doing to the worlds. If he hadn't come to his senses, Damien would likely be their worst enemy right now.
"...It's surprising that a world like this is still...well, I'm not sure if you can even call it alive with how barren it is."
It wasn't long before Amber spoke up. Damien looked over at her but she seemed keen on pretending that he wasn't even there. Oh well, he'll let her simmer. He wasn't one for making amends easily anyway. When he was suddenly referred to by Natalia as "Mr. Damien" he heard a noticeable snicker. Aiden had found that funny. Damien passed him a disapproving glare before focusing his attention on the she elf.
"You can call me, Damien. No need for the formality." Damien turned next to where she had indicated. "That shouldn't be a problem." As he said this, Damien tore open a portal for them. Rekka waited for who went first and then followed in after. Aiden, who was keen to remain last, looked up at Damien with a mischievous grin on his face.
"Thanks, Mr. Damien!" he stated before running through the portal before Damien could get his hands on him. When Damien entered the portal last, he frowned openly at Aiden, who was still snickering impishly at what he had been able to get away with. Damien made a mental note to get even with him later.
"A path...hm..." Rekka bent down and began to brush away at the dirt on the ground. Chances are, if there had been a stone path, it was covered after many years of neglect and lack of use. "Not...finding any..." Rekka stated before glancing upward. Unless Natalia meant there was a visible pathway somewhere like where the road ahead seemed to lead? The keyblades an either side of them seemed to part at where they were all standing. Ahead of them it was free of keyblades save for the piles of weapons that littered it here and there.
"Is that your path?"

Damien's portal ability was sure handy. Sure enough he more than obliged and opened a portal for them to get to the top of the pleatau. Stepping through it one after another they made there way to the top. Once there they stepped out upon a very haunting scene. Littered in front of them were scores of keyblades. Orion had never seen such a great amount of weapons! There were even piles of them! Were they useable? Perhaps the weapon was here right in front of them?! Walking over to one of the keyblades stabbed into the ground, Orion went to examine one.
Amber remained with the group. She eyed Rekka as she examined the ground. She had a good point. Perhaps there was a stone path where they had been once standing. With her leg in tact with the earth, Amber was overcome with a sudden urge. Closing her eyes she felt the earth that was connected to her foot. She could feel the earth and for the first time she could tell that it was alive. She was connected with the earth in that moment, and if anyone had bothered to look they would see that a glowing brown kanji letter had appeared on her forehead.
The earth was old. Very old. And Rekka was right. There had once been a path here. "This was once a stone walkway. Many a person walked these paths, but it has been long ago since stone had been placed on the earth." Opening her eyes, Amber disconnected herself from the flow of the earth.
Having missed that entire episode, Orion returned with a keyblade in his hand. "Well this thing is a dud! There's nothing special about it..." He said. Handing it to Aiden, he figured he'd want to take a look at it too.
Natalia, spoke up then to fill them in on their surroundings. "This was the once part of the city that surrounded a castle. If you look ahead you can see the ruins on that plateau." Following Natalia's stretched out finger, Orion spotted the ruins. In the distance Orion could make out what was left of the castle. From here all Orion could see were sections of former walls. What lay within them though remained to be seen. "We need to go there." She told them.
Orion turned to Damien. "I think that's your cue." He told his friend.

Aiden was curious of the keyblades near them too. He wasn't sure why but weren't keyblades suppose to be alive? Why didn't this world resonate with power? Was there something they were missing? He watched as Orion wandered over to the pile of weapons and picked one out. As Orion yanked it out, Aiden wondered if it would do something.
Rekka got up when Amber spoke. As she turned to face her, she saw a kanji letter on her forehead appear. "Amber, your forehead!" she exclaimed. "You've got one like mine except a bit different! A symbol or something," she finished.
Damien had remained silent as he observed what the others were doing and kept an eye out for any sign of life other than they. As Orion wandered over to the keyblades, he highly doubted that Orion would find a live one amongst them. Keyblades were known to be alive but these ones, all of them, were dead. The former owners lost their hearts and whatever had happened had caused the keyblades here to die out. There were hundreds and hundreds of them. It would be sheer luck to find one that was alive in all of them.
Orion soon returned to their group, carrying a keyblade, claiming that it was a dud. As he had said this, he had handed Aiden the dead keyblade. Aiden's eyes widened as he grabbed hold of it and looked down at it. The keyblade truly was an empty shell. It were as if it were nothing more than a mere sword. A sword that felt like it would shatter.
"Wow...it really is dull..." Aiden murmured.
Natalia spoke, mentioning that this place once held a castle where people lived. As she pointed, all of them looked to where she was indicating. The ruins were there up ahead of them. As they stood there, Damien rose a brow as he brought his gaze onto Orion.
"What? Prince pansy can't walk for a change?" Damien lightly teased. Aiden, who had put down the keyblade, snickered at that one. After a chuckle, Damien extended his hand out and tore open a portal. Entering it, he waited for the others on the other side. Rekka, Aiden and Kane walked inside and appeared on the other end.

Natalia brought them to the face of the ruins. After a teasing comment by Damien, which Orion responded with an annoyed glare, they were all quick to jump into the portal Damien had created. Leading them straight to the ruins, Orion and Amber both found themselves before the massive walled structure. Glancing farther down, one could see parts where the wall just stopped before it started off again father down.
"Where too from here?" Orion asked Natalia.
Natalia answered by starting to walk north along the plateu. "We walk to the entrance. We will follow in the steps that the author of the text made. I hope it will lead us to where he encountered the sealed room. But once we get there we will be on our own."
Following Natalia, she brought them around to the front of the castle, or what was left of it anyway. There was no gate or giant door that greeted them. Instead Orion found himself starring at a giant hole, as if the whole section of the front of the castle had been blown away. Beyond the entrance there were the remains of the inside of the castle. Having been 500 years since the castle last stood, the earth had long ago broken through. They walked on grass and dirt.
"This way." Natalia told them as she walked into the ruins. While there were no more floors, roof, or really anything to mark civilization, there were plenty of towering walls that had once made up ancient hallways and rooms. Natalia led them on a purposeful path, moving through the ruins as if it were her own backyard. Indeed as they walked she would point out different sections of the ruins and cite from memory parts of the text that had described just that. "We are going the right way."
As they moved farther in the ruins, the ancient castle became more entact. The ruin almost pulled back in the sense that Amber found herself walking on old stone floors. Natalia came to a pause when they came before a section of the castle where the sealing remained intact. "We are almost there. This way." She said, stepping into a legitimate hallway. Coming up in the rear, Orion couldn't shake an uneasy feeling. Where it come from, he couldn't tell, but suddenly he was on edge. The hair on his neck were standing straight up.
Walking through the hallway, the feeling never ceased. "Damn! It's like someone's watching us!{/color] That was the only way he could describe the feeling.
Natalia led them through the hallway, along the corridor until the hallway came to a dead end. "Did we go the wrong way?" Amber asked. It seemed like they would have to turn back. Turning around, Amber was ready to head back the way they came when Natalia corrected them.
"No... This is it! Can't you feel it! There is powerful magic here! That wall should not be there!" Natlia was speaking quickly now. She was excited.
Glancing at Damien, Orion wondered if he could feel it. The only thing Orion felt was the uneasy feeling of being watched.
Amber on the other hand could feel it. Connected to the earth, she shut her eyes once more and sensed the earth. "I can feel it! There is a spacious room on the other side of that door!"
If anyone was watching Natalia they would see that her face was growing red. "I can't..." Natalia's words were cut off as she suddenly started to fall backwards.

Damien gave Orion a passing, impish smirk as he walked past his friend after calling him that. It amused him greatly to see the look on Orion's face as he went. In a way, it amused him just as much as when he called Aiden a kid. It was the same kind of reaction. No one else would be able to call Orion that with Damien around, however. Only Damien could call him that.
When they reached the ruins, Damien looked up at them. They were quite old but not nearly as old looking as he would have assumed for ruins. It seemed more fresh compared to the ones he had seen in books. As Orion asked Natalia where they were to go from here, Natalia took the lead. All of them followed her in as she seemed to walk in as if it had been her own home.
As they entered, Aiden's senses were picking up something. He wasn't sure what it was but it made him suddenly very wary. Rekka, who hadn't special senses like those with elven or dragoon blood, only noticed some discomfort. She, too, was uneasy but she dismissed it as being in an unfamiliar and dead looking place. Just nerves for all she knew.
Natalia pointed out various things as if she were a tour guide as she explained what she saw and that they were going the right way. Then, suddenly, they came to a dead end. Rekka paused as Amber asked if they had gone the wrong way. Maybe they did? As she looked around, Natalia excitedly mentioned that they were in front of the sealed room. Now that she mentioned it, something certainly felt off about this room. As Amber confirmed it, Rekka looked at the wall.
"So...how do we open it?" Rekka asked aloud as she placed her hands on her hips. "I don't suppose we can just simply knock or punch it down?"
"That wall looks too thick for that."
As for Damien, he didn't glance at Orion. If there really was someone here, he wanted to give the impression like he wasn't aware that there was anyone here. However, he was on the alert by letting his gaze shift every so often to somewhere else without making it obvious.
Then, Natalia stated that she couldn't before falling backwards. Rekka turned to look at Natalia when she started to collapse. Before she could react, Aiden had caught her. "Whoa!" he exclaimed. Damien furrowed his brows as he looked over at Natalia. What was going on? Was there something with the magic causing this?
"...Get her away from the wall!" Damien stated. Rekka helped Aiden pull the elf away. Maybe there was something about the wall's magic here or something that was attacking her? Who was to say? They couldn't physically see it except for the sudden reddening of Natalia's face.
"What's happening?" Rekka asked. Already, things didn't appear to be turning out good.

Natalia was dazzed. The blood had rushed to her face. If Aiden hadn't moved she would have hit the ground! Thankfully his quick instincts allowed him to catch the elf before she fell. As Aiden pulled her back, Orion summoned his sword. Was it an enemy? He wanted to be prepared if a battle was about to ensue.
Amber, turned her attention to Natalia. "Are you alright?!" She asked, bending down to look at her.
"I'm alright. I just hadn't expected the magic to be so strong. Just give me a moment." Slowly Natalia got her bearings. She slowly stood to her feet and even thanked Aiden for catching her.
"What happened? Is it an enemy?" He still had that awful feeling like they were being watched.
Natalia though shook her head. "No it was the magic. Magic is like a current. In order to counteract and dispel it, you have to fight the current. I had not expected the magic to be so powerful here. Usually magic is only as powerful as the person who casts it. With time magic is supposed to weaken, and that was what I expected to find. But the magic protecting this barrier... It feels very alive and it is incredibly strong."
Listening to her explanation, Orion felt a bit easier. At least they weren't in any immediate danger it seemed. "Well what do we do now?" He asked aloud. His question wasn't really addressed to anyone in particular.
For a while it seemed like no one knew what to do. "I refuse to give up. The Chief Elder is counting on me. He's counting on all of us to find this weapon." Natalia finally said. "I'm going to try again."
Slowly she stepped towards the wall. Orion wondered if this was such a smart idea. "What happens if you can't? What's the worse that can happen?"
Natalia glanced at him. "I could lose myself to the magic. It will consume me. Probably destroy my body..."
Well damn! Orion did not want to see that happening! Amber didn't either. "There's nothing we can do?" Maybe there was some way they could all help?
"Not unless any of you know how to dispel magic." Orion hadn't a clue how to do that, and neither did Amber.
Stepping forward Natalia outstretched her hands. "I refuse to stop here." Shutting her eyes she accessed the magic. As Orion watched all that he could really see her "fighting" the magic. But he did watch as her face began to grow red once again. He watched her struggle to keep her concentration and keep her arms up. Thinking that he should be ready if she were to fall, he took a step towards he just in case she did.
"No! Stay back!" She told them all. In response Orion stepped back. The next moment flames sprouted around Natalia! Looking to Damien, Orion wondered if Damien should use his water ability to put out the flames. As if she sensed this Natalia snapped again! "Do nothing!" She said. The flames around her grew hotter and Orion was forced to step back farther. Even if Rekka would find that this fire was much different then what she might be accustomed too. These were not natural flames, but rather pure magic simply taking the form of what looked like flames.
What happened next made Orion cringe. Natalia began to scream in pain. Orion's heart leaped for him to help her, but there was nothing he could do. He could hear her screaming in pain as the flames continued to grow brighter and block her out. "Do something! She's going to die in there!" Amber was shouting.
"I... will not... give in!!!" She shouted. With a last grunt and scream of what sounded like defiance, the flames around her vanished and Natalia fell to the floor. If anyone did not have their eyes on Natalia, they would see that the wall that had blocked them before was gone. In its place was an opening into a wide room.
Spacious and covered in vegetation, the once throne room was covered in moss, weeds, and grass. Stained glass windows depicted scenes, but with the moss that covered the walls it was impossible to really see what was in them. In the center of the room was a raised platform connected by five steps. In the center of the platform was a single chair, and even from here one could make out the suit of armor that sat in the throne. Moss had covered the armor as well and the weapon that it held in its hand. What that weapon was, perhaps only Aiden might be able to make it out from here. It was a keyblade.
Orion and Amber though hadn't bothered to look at the now open path. They both had rushed over to Natalia.

Damien had his hand extended, ready to summon his sword at a moment's notice as he eyed the wall and the general area. He remained poised and still while the others inspected Natalia. When she recovered enough to speak, the others started to ask her if she was alright.
Rekka and Aiden watched as Natalia stated that she was alright and got back onto her feet. Orion asked her if it had been an enemy, in which Damien had been ready for at a moment's notice. Natalia dismissed their worry by stating that it had been the magic that had caused her to collapse the way she did. It had been so unexpectedly powerful that she hadn't been properly prepared for it. According to Natalia, the magic was very much alive and strong. When Orion asked what did they do now, Natalia refused to give up.
"But...you'll get hurt!" Rekka protested but Natalia refused to be dissuaded. When Orion asked if Natalia couldn't and what was the worst that could happen. Natalia pretty much bluntly stated that the magic could overcome her and even destroy her body.
"Well, that certainly sounds unpleasant." Damien was sarcastic but wasn't joking about the situation. Then, Amber asked the question everyone was thinking. Could they do anything? The answer was simply, no. None of them knew how to dispel magic. Aiden glanced around at everyone and all he got in return were shrugs. Damien wouldn't dare to try and portal into a magically sealed room. He was confident in his abilities but he somehow sensed that if he tried, things wouldn't end well.
Natalia boldly went in and tried again. It wasn't alarming to see, at first. Then, her face grew red again. It looked as if she were about to collapse again. Orion took a few steps toward her but then, she suddenly burst into flame! Damien, because he was the only one in here who was a water elemental, took a step toward Natalia intending to put out the flames. However, she told them to do nothing.
"But-!" Damien protested.
Rekka felt something odd about the flames. They didn't seem to be drawn toward her or even leaning toward her in some fashion. "Those...aren't...normal flames!" Rekka stated.
"What do you mean by that?" Aiden questioned Rekka.
"I'm immune to fire. For some reason, whenever I'm near open flames like this, they seem to draw toward me one way or another...but these aren't. Are they even real flames?"
Instinctively, Rekka even stepped back. Seeing as even the fire wielder of their group was backing off, Damien did the same. Aiden, too, was wary. He was sensing a lot of power as Natalia fought with it. Then, the flames grew hotter and Natalia let out a pitiful scream! What were they to do? Aiden looked over at the others as Amber told them to do something before Natalia died. Damien took a step forward, ready to douse Natalia but she had already collapsed to the floor after one last string of defiance. Then, just like that, the energy went away and Natalia was on the floor.
"Natalia!" Rekka yelled as she hurried over to the collapsed elf's side.
Damien looked down at Natalia. Had they just witnessed her death? Damien didn't have any healing powers and from what he knew, none of them here did. She was as good as gone if she had been seriously injured. "I'm...sorry..." Damien apologized. He really looked it. "I couldn't douse her in time."
Aiden worriedly looked down at Natalia before sensing something. Slowly, he brought his gaze upward. Where to anyone, it just looked like an old room, to Aiden there was something familiar. He had, of course, never been here before in his life but yet, somehow, he felt like he knew this place. There was a throne and seated upon it was a suit of armor. Confusedly, Aiden walked a few steps forward but didn't yet cross the border where the wall had been nor dare walked right up to the armor. His Dragoon senses picked up more energy. This time, it seemed to be coming from the armor or something resting in its lap. Sure enough, as he looked closer, Aiden spotted the keyblade.
"...The Chief Elder was right. It's a keyblade!"
Aiden made to take a step forward but Kane reached out and grabbed him by the shoulder.
"Do not go any closer. This seems far too easy. Even if Natalia went through a lot, I would expect such a weapon to be under yet more traps or be under guard by some other means."
Rekka tried to gently nudge Natalia awake but she seemed far too hurt. Was she dead? Rekka couldn't honestly tell. "Oh no...please, wake up!" Rekka spoke to her helplessly.

Amber was right next to Rekka when she rushed over to Natalia. Like Rekka she didn't know if Natalia was alive or if the magic had gotten to her. At a lost for words, Amber glanced at Rekka. Was there something any of them could do? Well the first thing to do was to check to see if she was alive! Picking up her wrist Amber touched it with her thumb. There was a pulse! "She's alive!" Amber announced! But she hadn't a clue as to what state she was in. Could the magic have done something to her?
Orion, like Damien and Aiden, was pulled towards the room as well. Aiden's announcement of a keyblade brought his attention to the room. Damien was right though, they didn't want to take a step closer without being weary of some other sorts of traps. Natalia had said as much before they came here!
Natalia's eyes slowly blinked open. "She's awake!" Amber shouted. Gaining Orion's attention, Orion glanced back down at her.
"That... hurt!" Natalia said, showing them all a smile. "Help me up." Natalia told Rekka who was the closest to her currently. When she was back on her feet, she looked to the opening. "You said keyblade right?" She asked Aiden. She had one arm around Rekka's shoulder to help her stay up. Amber was on her other side, wrapping her arm around her to help take some of the weight off Rekka.
Moving out of the way so that she could see, Orion shifted back a step. "I see it!" She said. "I'm okay now. I just needed a moment to recollect myself." She told Rekka and Amber. Standing on her own she approached the opening where Aiden was standing. Natalia shut her eyes and extended her hands. "I feel immense magic surrounding that throne! The keyblade must be active!" She said excitedly! "I don't sense any magic in the surrounding area though. We should be alright to step inside!"
"Aiden you have the fastest speed of us. Go in first, that way if anything happens you can run back out." Orion told Aiden. Mostly he just didn't want Natalia going first with her probably being still weak from earlier. Additionally he didn't want to go in first eiter.

Rekka watched as Amber grabbed hold of Natalia's wrist and checked for a pulse. Rekka had been so overwhelmed that she hadn't thought to try that. When she had announced that Natalia was alive, Rekka was a little relieved to hear that. Still, they didn't know of her condition. Then, Natalia's eyes blinked open. As Amber announced that she was alive, Rekka gave the elf a relieved smile when she stated that what she went through had hurt. As Natalia asked her, Rekka helped her back to her feet.
When she had helped her up, Damien took his attention off the throne, armor and keyblade. As the elf questioned Aiden if he had mentioned a keyblade, Aiden gave a nod.
"Yes, there's a keyblade in the lap of that armor."
Natalia stated that she could see it. After telling Rekka and Amber that she could now stand, Rekka gently released the elf as she walked over to where Aiden stood. Aiden apprehensively looked ahead. Had Kane been right? Now that he looked at the armor, he wasn't sure but it looked foreboding. Also, why was Aiden getting this sense of deja vu? There was no way that the teenager had ever been here before in his life. This place was much too old and Aiden was fairly certain that until he had met Damien and Orion that he had never been able to move from world to world on his own.
As Natalia shut her eyes and extended her hands to inspect the area ahead of them, Damien crossed his arms. According to the elf, there was immense magic coming from the area around the throne. Other than that, there were no signs of magical energy.
"Who is to say there are not other traps?" Damien stated, agreeing with Kane on this one. Sure, the magical traps may be gone but there was a chance there was something else that might wake up thanks to them. As Orion spoke, Aiden turned to Orion.
"Are you kidding me?! That throne looks scary! Look at the armor holding it!"
Damien gave a bit of a chuckle at Aiden as he walked up next to him. Planting a hand on the kid's head, he spoke. "Due to your change, I think Orion is right about the speed. I have planted my energy on you so if something happens, I can try to pull you out. Just don't rely too heavily on my ability. I do not know if the magic here might prevent that."
"I don't like this but they are right, be careful, your highness."
Aiden frowned at them all before turning toward the keyblade in the armor's lap. Maybe it was just an armor and he was worried for nothing? Swallowing it, Aiden braced himself.
"You can do it, Aiden. If anything happens, we're here to help."
After words of encouragement, Aiden crouched, ready to run over. Without any further hesitation, Aiden bolted. He probably didn't need to but he did. The sooner he grabbed it and ran, the sooner he could get away from that creepy looking armor. The young teenager sped up to the throne, the sense of deja vu just getting stronger the more he got further into this room. It wasn't the throne but the room itself that just seemed to resonate something familiar to him. He couldn't understand it. Never the less, he refused to let that distract him as he neared the armor and the weapon in its lap. Nearing it, Aiden couldn't help but feel now as if he were being stared at. It was hard not to imagine it given the fact the armor's face, if it ever had a face, was looking right at him.
"Here goes nothing!" Aiden grabbed the keyblade. However, he did not yet try to take it off the armor's lap.

Amber couldn't believe what Orion was suggesting! What was he thinking, sending a kid in?! Unlike Orion, Amber did not have the knowledge that Aiden was probably the fastest of all of them. Hands on her hips, she looked at Orion with exasperation. "Are you being serious?!" That look said.
It was Damien who actually cleared things up. As he explained to Aiden what Orion meant, Amber glanced over at the young boy. Was he really the fastest of all of them. "Just... be careful." She offered as advice. Standing next to Rekka and Natalia, all of them watched as Aiden stepped into the room and shot forward. It was like he was a little lightning bug, speeding through the room faster than she could have ever run. "Wow he's fast!" She thought!
Watching him stop in front of the throne, they all watched in anticipation as he glanced at the armor. "Go on, Aiden. Grab it!" Orion said under his breath.
Sure enough the kid grabbed a hold of the keyblade, and as he did the armored hand of the suit of armor grabbed the wrist of the arm that had seized the blade! The helm of the suit of armor slowly rose and seemed to look directly at Aiden, except it didn't have eyes so it was just creepy.
"Aiden get out of there!" Natalia shouted.

Aiden had given a nod in Amber's direction before he had shot forth. There was no harm in trying, right? Damien watched with unease. He had to be sure that Aiden would be alright. If not, it would be on his head that the kid ran in. It would be on all of their heads. Kane was rigid. After all, Aiden was the last of the royal bloodline, if he died that was it.
Getting in, Aiden could tell there looked to be nothing wrong. As he approached the throne, right in front of the armor, Aiden hesitated. It really felt like the armor was looking right at him. Something just didn't feel right about this whole thing. Now that he was in a closer proximity to this armor, it felt all the more strange. It really felt like it was alive but the thing sat so still. 'It must be my imagination!' Aiden thought. He couldn't help but inch toward the blade despite that.
All eyes were on Aiden and the keyblade. After he said what he did earlier, Aiden grabbed hold of the keyblade. What he didn't expect, since he had dismissed it as his imagination, was the armor actually coming to life and grabbing hold of his wrist! Aiden's eyes widened as the thing held onto his wrist and slowly, rose its head to look over at him. Yes, the armor was quite creepy. Being up close certainly wasn't fun. Aiden looked like a deer caught in the headlights as he let go of the blade.
"Uh...guys? It's ALIIIIIVE!" Aiden shouted, trying to pull his wrist out of the armor's grasp as Natalia yelled at him to get out of there.
"I would if I could!" he exclaimed as he wrestled with the firm grip of the armor. It was still looking at him and Aiden couldn't help but feel quite fearful of it. After all, he wasn't accustomed to seeing armor suddenly spring to life. For the most part, the armor seemed to be looking at Aiden. It hadn't yet gotten to its feet. Still, what were they to think of it? Was it an enemy?
Aiden struggled with all his might but the thing just wasn't letting go. He looked directly at it, not sure what was to happen to him as he looked at what he thought were the thing's eyes. "I'm...sorry?" he said feebly. Why did this feel familiar too? Not the whole being grabbed by a living armor ordeal but the living armor itself?
Damien didn't even glance at the other as he slowly walked toward the throne. If he had to, he would be the distraction. Hopefully, the armor would let go of Aiden in the process. "Aiden, we're going to get you out of there." Damien actually wasn't sure if they were but he wasn't going to let the kid die. It was because of them that he was in this situation. He would have tried to portal Aiden out of there but the thing had a grip on him. It wouldn't do Aiden any good to tear a portal open and have the thing dragged in with him.
Rekka watched uneasily. If they all swarmed toward Aiden and the armor there was no telling what the thing was going to do.

He was running. The dark of night hid his silhouette as he leaped from rooftop to rooftop. Dressed in a black cloak designed specifically for the purpose of allowing him to mask his presence from any onlookers, he was a deadly shadow in the night. Clinging to his hip was the jeweled dagger. It was a special weapon, one that was capable of sucking the very life out of a person. He was an assassin, of that much was certain. But his name? His identity? Well that was a bit hard to describe. He had never really known his name. During this time he had been called the universe's deadliest assassin, and he had most certainly lived up to that title.
Coming to a stop in front of the marked roof, he slowly fell to his belly. There was a light below, illuminating a pair talking outside a tavern. Neither were his target, but he had to be weary of both. His instructions had been very specific. 'Kill no one but the boy. Retrieve the weapon.' That was what he had been told. That suited him just fine. He did not necessarily like to kill. There were assassins out there who did, but he was not one of them. He took a more neutral stance on the subject of death. Everyone dies someday. If it be by his hand, then so what?
There would be no going in through either the front or back entrance. Shifting to the right and crawling to the side of the building, he recognized a window down below. There! That was his entrance! He had paid one of the maids of the inn to keep the window open this night, and sure enough she had. Coming up on his knees then shifting his position so that he was crouching on his feet, he came to the edge and placed his hands on the edge of the roof. When he was sure that no one was looking, he pushed forward off the roof with both feet. Making sure to keep hold of the edge of the roof, his action resulted in doing a forward kart wheel that allowed him to swing right off the roof and then through the window.
Leaping through the window, he broke his fall by rolling. Coming up on his knees he quickly jolted to the wall and pressed himself against it. He was in a hallway, and the hardest part about this whole process was done. Getting in unseen is usually the hardest part of the job. It can be made easier by surveying and learning the layout and comings and goings of the people in the designated location, but there was still a higher chance that something off would happen.
Once inside the task was usually pretty easy. It was a matter of either finding where the target was or where the target would be and waiting. Then of course came the fleeing part. That was probably the second hardest.
Strolling down the hallway, he came to a stop at the door. They had signed into the inn just that morning, and would be staying here tonight. In the dead of night, where they would be asleep, now was his opportunity. Crouching down, he took out his lock pick and broke the lock on the door. Then ever so slowly he opened the door just enough to sneak in.
There was nothing but darkness in the room. The blinds had been pulled blocking the light of the moon. There were two beds, a woman slept on one, and his target on the other. He would have to do the deed silently, so as to not wake the women. He didn't want to kill her if he didn't have to. Using the art of silent steps, a concealing technique that prevented any sounds from his movements to be heard, he made it to the foot of the bed.
This was his target. A red haired boy, probably only thirteen years old. His hand and arm were wrapped in white medical tape, but even from here he could tell that there wasn't exactly an arm and hand underneath. This was definitely the target. He pulled out his dagger, raised it up, and...
The scene broke as he was brought out of his memories, if they were his memories, and to the current situation. There was a strange person in front of him. A child of some sort. Instinctively when Aiden had grabbed the weapon he had reacted and grabbed his wrist. This blade was his reason for existence. Of that much he was certain. He could not remember exactly why he was alive, but he knew he had to protect that blade. It was the only thing he could remember truly. All those dreams he watched while asleep, already they were fading, and emptiness was filling in.
Raising his head, he not only spotted Aiden but Damien, and a score of others running towards him. Orion was right behind Damien, running towards Aiden to try and help him, as was Amber. More intruders! More people trying to take away the only memory he had left! With the weapon resting on his lap, the suit of armor grabbed the weapon with his other hand. The suit of armor then broke free of the mold and vines that had grown over it during its sleep as it stood up. Now there was no denying that the suit of armor was alive.
"Why do you steal what is mine?" He asked, Aiden through telepathy. He spoke however only to Aiden, so only Aiden could hear it.
Orion had come to a stop when the suit of armor had risen from the throne. He had his sword in hand now, but he hadn't moved yet.

Aiden struggled with the grip but the armor wasn't letting go. He could hear the others, making their way over to them now. The armor had spotted them too. In reaction, the armor stood up. The vines and moss that had been growing had been torn away as the armor stood, undisturbed by the moss and foliage. It now carried its weapon. This did not look good at all. In a moment, Aiden was almost certain that this thing was going to kill him. He couldn't blame it for wanting to if it did since he had just tried to steal the weapon from it.
Damien had his sword out as well as he too went toward the throne. Rekka brought up the rear of the other three. It looked like an inevitable fight would take place. However, Rekka, Kane and Damien came to a halt when the armor stood. Aiden was still in its grasp, struggling to get free even though he knew at this point that he couldn't.
Then, there was a voice. Only a voice that Aiden could hear but he still couldn't help but react to it with his own voice. "It talks?!" Aiden said in amazement. Then, he realized what the armor was saying. It was asking him why he was trying to steal the weapon from it. "G-Guys? Wait a minute!" Aiden said to the rest. He didn't want to risk this thing going berserk because of the others rushing in. If it could talk, there was a slight chance it might not try to kill him if he could explain himself enough to it. It was strange though, how it was able to talk. There was no mouth for it to do so.
"Talk?! I heard no voice?" Damien stated, glancing at the others for any confirmation. Rekka gave a shrug while Kane just shook his head before Damien looked back over. Aiden had his gaze centered on the armor that still had him by the wrist. Yet, he had told them all to wait a minute after stating that it could talk. Had the boy suddenly gone crazy in his fright?
'Aiden Wilder, look at the mess you've gotten yourself into!' Aiden thought, not even aware if his thoughts could even be heard by this armor. He could already picture his brother, hands on his hips, nagging at him for being foolish and running off into danger. He could see him now, nagging at him for trying to steal from something that looked like a sort of grave or memorial. Now that Aiden thought of it, it did look like some kind of grave but the armor here was clearly alive. How it maintained life, he wasn't sure but he was quite certain there was something more to this armor. It wasn't mindless like the keyblade armor's remnants were said to be. Aiden had remembered reading tales of that.
Figuring the armor wanted an answer soon, Aiden wondered if the thing could even hear him as he spoke. "I-I'm...sorry for uh...trying to steal your weapon. I didn't know you were alive...er, not that I would have intentionally if you hadn't been." At this point, Aiden ceased trying to pull out of the thing's grip. If it was capable of communicating, he might be able to talk himself out of being killed on the spot. That is, if the thing wasn't already pissed off at him and was already in an unreasonable state of mind. It felt...unearthly. As if it came from a time long gone. Was this the deceased soul of someone maybe? Aiden was certain that he couldn't see any kind of flesh on it. The thought scared him all the more. Aiden had never seen anything like it. Sure, the Wilder armor was said to be alive but nothing like this. This was a completely different kind of life.
"W-We...need it. Our worlds are in danger. There are only...well, there used to be five, now there are only four. What worlds there had been, they have been locked and put to sleep to keep them protected a long time ago. A keyblade wielder by the name of Lakari, known as the Emperor, is taking over the worlds. He's destroying what life there is on them. I am Aiden Wilder, the last of the royal bloodline from Land of Dragons...which is probably no more..." he trailed off. Was this even going to help him? Oh well, at least he was honest in the end. Even though he knew it might not help his situation, Aiden had made sure to keep himself as far from the armor as much as the length of his arm would allow with his wrist still in the thing's grip.
"I-I...meant you...no harm!" Aiden stated. It was really creepy, being so up close to this armor that only had a lot of eyes and was capable of communication. Likely, the thing would sense Aiden's fear of it. Who could blame the kid?
"...Aiden-!" Damien said to the kid.
"No, Damien! Stay back!" Aiden said, looking over at the others. "Just...let me talk to it...er...he? I think it's a he!"
Rekka couldn't help but give Amber and the others a confused look. "A he?!"

The thing could talk? What the hell was Aiden thinking? Orion was very confused by the current situation. The suit of armor had come to life, and now Aiden was saying that the thing was alive! How could a suit of armor be alive? It just didn't make any sense. Was he under some sort of illusion or something.
Orion looked to Natalia. She could see and read magic. Perhaps she saw something? Natalia though had nothing to say. She too seemed very confused.
Amber, who had her eyes clothes, extended her presence back into the earth. When she had done so earlier she had sensed the nature of the earth. Perhaps she could sense the same thing about the suit of armor, it was made of metal right, which ought to make her able to sense it. At least she thought as much, she was relatively new to her abilities. Feeling the earth underneath the suit of armors feet she could feel the metal, but it did not sing to her. In a fashion when she felt the earth she could tell everything about it. How it had changed, what shape it took, etc. When she neared the earth by the armor, she was met with resistance. She could not feel the metal or the earth underneath it's feet. But what did all of that mean?
Meanwhile he, who had spoken to Aiden, could not hear his spoken voice. But he could hear Aiden's thoughts. So long as he touched Aiden he could communicate with him. Hear his thoughts, hear what he heard from the others. So it was that when Aiden described the current state of affairs he could see the pictures in Aiden's mind. So there was turmoil, and once again the worlds needed help.
Briefly he was reminded of what occurred fifty years ago. They had come to him them, a man with a blue streak in his hair similar to this boy, had come to ask for his help. Similarly he had asked him for the use of his weapon. Additionally the worlds had been facing some sort of turmoil then too Seeing what the worlds faced some part of him long forgotten reached out to the despair he felt. He had granted that man's request, surrendering the weapon. When he surrendered the weapon, that was when it happened. He had started to forget. His memories, his dreams, everything started to disappear. He could not do that again. Thankfully it somehow reappeared in his hands. And the memory of his purpose returned. This weapon was the only thing he had left. The only memory he could keep while awake. No he could not let the weapon go again. He had to protect it.
"I see you speak truth. But I am sorry. I cannot give you the weapon." He told Aiden. Indeed his voice was a male's, but he could not tell if it was male or female. He had long ago forgotten what sex he had once had, if he had ever had any.

Rekka could tell that no one in the room, other than Aiden, knew what was going on. None of them could hear a voice of any sort. Yet, Aiden claimed the thing was alive and somehow, it could speak. Maybe Aiden really had lost it? Yet, the armor seemed to not move with its focus entirely on Aiden. It could easily turn into an enemy from their perspective. With its grip still on Aiden, Rekka could only watch with the rest as Aiden spoke to it. How did Aiden think reasoning with armor was going to help any? Well, at least for now, it didn't try to harm Aiden so something seemed to be working.
Damien was on edge. Aiden seemed to think speaking with the armor was going to get him out of danger. For the moment, it seemed like it was working. Out of respect, Damien barely managed to hold himself back. He didn't want to risk Aiden getting hurt. If they all came up, if what Aiden said about it being alive, the armor might take that as a sign of attack. No doubt, it would fight them. Since Aiden was in its grasp, he would try to kill him first. That is, if the armor really was a "he". 'Since when do armors have genders?' Damien thought to himself with a shake of his head. This was all too bizarre.
Aiden looked back at the armor. He could feel its gaze on him and its focus on him. It was difficult to say how he seemed to know this. Maybe it was because the helmet had what looked to be eyes that made it seem like it was looking directly at him? There was no magic in the armor itself. It felt like there was an actual being but there was no body. It was strange to say the least. In fact, he wasn't sure how to describe it except for the fact that the armor was alive. Something had to be making it so. Since there was no magic, it was difficult to know how this ever came to be.
When the armor spoke to him next, Aiden's demeanor faltered a little. He was scared but knowing the danger the worlds were in didn't deter him. He didn't want the blade at all for himself or anything like that. All he wanted was for the worlds to be saved and for no one to have to suffer, no more deaths like with what happened in the Land of Dragons. Surely, there had to be a way even if the armor wouldn't give the weapon?
"I don't want to take your weapon from you. I just want the worlds to be saved! Our last resort was coming here. We've people on their way, going to their deaths because of Lakari and his men! Only a keyblade can do it and there are no more in the world except his and your's. It takes a keyblade to fight a keyblade and it takes a keyblade to wake up the other worlds again!"
Judging from an outsider's perspective, the armor was either refusing to take the keyblade from the armor or was trying to convince it of something. It was difficult to tell since neither of them could connect with what was being said. Aiden seemed to pay his friends no mind right now, his eyes centered on the armor despite his fear of it.
"I won't take your weapon from you but what else is there to save the worlds? If you won't give us your weapon, maybe you would come with us? Isn't it...lonely here?"
Damien placed his forehead, then into the palm of his hand. Did Aiden, just now, sound like he was trying to convince it to come with them? Did he somehow view it like a pet or something now? Just what were the worlds coming to? "Aiden, it's...he's...whatever, is not some sort of pet that you can have come along with us!" Damien stated.
Aiden frowned over at Damien then. "Shut up, Damien! He can talk and I wouldn't want to say that if I were you!" Aiden replied.
"Er...right..." Rekka retorted. She wasn't even sure what to believe right now. Everything was just too confusing.

Was Aiden being serious! Had Orion really just heard Aiden invite the suit of armor to accompany them?! This situation was really growing confusing. Aiden seemed convinced that the suit of armor was alive. Sure Orion couldn't deny that it moved and such, but that didn't mean it was alive!
"Aiden, are you sure about all this? What if your under some sort of illusion or spell?" He asked. Orion was reluctant to go anywhere with that thing!
Natalia spoke up then. "I see no magic being used." Natalia was the one in their group who could read magic. If there was no magic then... Well Orion didn't know what to think! Scratching his head he had nothing else to add.
"This is getting out of control." Amber commented to Rekka. This whole situation was sticky!
He processed everything that was being said as Aiden heard it. Once again he could not hear what the others were saying, but as long as he was touching Aiden he had access to his mind and thus could communicate freely. Aiden offered him a tough choice. This had been his home. Leaving it now... What would become of it if he left? Could he venture once again into the living?
Vaguely hints of memories flashed rapidly. Wandering the worlds, searching for something, trying to communicate and finding out he could not hear nor speak, being alone... so alone... "Your friends do not believe you..." That was the truth.
Still something that Aiden said when he had spoken to the suit of armor had triggered a memory. A name had been said that for some reason seemed familiar to him. Even though Aiden had said it for some reason he could not remember the name. What was it again? He had just said it! Why did the name seem slippery like a snake? Every time he thought he had it he would lose it.
"Why should I help you? Why should I care what happens to humanity? Humanity has forgotten me, and I have forgotten myself. I will continue to exist regardless of what happens to you." That too was the truth. He could not die. Heck he'd even tried that. Why should he care? He would still exist an unknown to everyone and himself.

Damien slowly took his hand off of his forehead as Orion spoke to Aiden. Yes, was there some sort of illusion? Natalia dismissed that notion though when she said that she sensed no magic. So if there wasn't magic, what did that mean for the now standing and moving armor. It still kept its gaze centered on Aiden and it stood. It had its weapon in hand but didn't move. Maybe it got frozen in place or something? Damien scratched the back of his head too as he looked back at Orion and then back at the armor.
As Amber spoke, Rekka gave a nod. "I'm...not sure what to think. Is there a chance the trauma caused him to suddenly lose it?"
As they all said this, Aiden heard the armor's response before glaring in the direction of his friends. "Are you guys blind?! He's standing right in front of you and moving! How can you not hear him talking?!"
Damien crossed his arms, furrowing his eyebrows at Aiden. "Aiden, time to stop playing and let's get going."
"I'm not playing, Damien! Now stop interrupting the conversation!" Damien looked at the others and gave a shrug. His expression was a mixture of annoyance and exasperation at the teenager's insistence that the armor was alive and that he was talking to it. For the sake of Aiden, Damien didn't try to get near. He didn't want to risk Aiden getting hurt.
Rekka wondered what to do. "I would try to drag him out of there but I'm worried how that armor will react."
Aiden looked back up at the armor when he started to speak to him again. He was now questioning Aiden why he should care and why should he help them. As far as he was concerned, he would still exist when they were gone. Aiden forgotten his fear for a moment as his face contorted into anger at what he had heard. "WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?! BECAUSE YOU EXIST TOO! Lakari is destroying everything! It's not just LIFE he's destroying, he's destroying the WORLDS! This WORLD you live on won't exist anymore if he reaches it! You might not be able to die and will be able to live forever. That may be true. However, Lakari will come to you if he finds out about you. He will try to take what power is your's, even your keyblade so that he can have two! Do you really want to just sit there and watch? The only reason you were forgotten is because you LET yourself be forgotten! How can you NOT care when your existence would be meaningless when there might not be a world to exist ON?! You're a part of the worlds too!"
Damien let out a sigh then. Aiden had just yelled at the armor and argued with a voiceless armor. "Yep, the kid's gone mad." Damien started to approach. It was time that this little charade ended. He would pull Aiden away from the armor and then they could figure out what they were going to do. Damien stepped toward the throne with the intent to try and get Aiden.

IF Orion wasn't gripping his sword he'd surely face palm. Well things were getting crazier! Damien had gotten right. Surely, Aiden had gone mad! He was shouting at the armor now, telling it all about Lakari and how he was attacking the worlds, etc. Orion's patience, which has never been to great to begin with, was quickly running short. Amber too, was feeling the same way. She itched to do something. "I may be able to control the earth near them, but I'm afraid I'd hurt Aiden too." She was clearly on her heels though! Her fists were clutched and her shoulders tensed.
Orion stepped closer to Damien, so that he was right next to him. Whispering he spoke hopefully low enough that only Damien could hear him. "Maybe if one of us causes a distraction either you or I can try to snatch Aiden away? We'd have to separate that arm from Aiden though." It was time to stop this foolishness.
The suit of armor listened to Aiden's thoughts and response. There was that name again! As he said it the first time and then a second, an image flashed across his mind each time. It was like a blinking light flickering on and off and each time the image threatened to break into his memory. As Aiden became worked up, he tried to convince him that things were truly dire. With each reference to him the picture blinked past again until finally as Aiden proclaimed that he let himself be forgotten, the image suddenly sparked a memory.
A brief scene played in his mind, back to the time when he was was not in a suit of armor. It was a time when he had been in the mind of another, a woman. That's right! He had been in another's mind, placed there because of the return of... Suddenly, he remembered. It had taken a teenagers stubbornness to break through, but now he remembered. There had been a time when he was more than just a suit of armor. He had died, passed away, and then brought back. Why? Because he had a purpose to fulfill. An ancient enemy that needed to be beaten.
It was the day before the assassination attempt. Artemis had just finished a job in Agrabah. Traveling by darkness corridor, Artemis stepped out of the portal and back into Midgar. When he had finished the job in Agrabah he had returned to the Enchanted Domain to find a letter awaiting for him. Addressed to him, the letter instructed him to meet his employer in the Slums of Midgar.
So it was that he found himself in front of an old warndown church. Artemis was never big on religion, but he respected those who called themselves priest and priestesses. He did not believe that their gods were real, but he knew the magic they used was. For that reason he had always made sure to pay them respect. Approaching the door, Artemis raised his hand to knock when a sound came from within. "Come in Artemis." Artemis recognized that voice. That damn man always knew when he was around, it was damn creepy.
Stepping inside, Artemis spotted his employer near the front of the church. Dressed in a black cowl, Artemis could see his long red hair, green eyes, and somewhat distance gaze. He called himself Master Issac, and that was just about everything that Artemis knew about him. His employer had purchased his contract from the Black Spot, the universal assassination organization that was responsible for Artemis's upbringing and deadly ways.
Next to his employer was a man Artemis had never seen before. With somewhat long black hair, a goatee, and perhaps in his early thirties. The man was shorter than Master Issac, perhaps six feet tall, and dressed in a black business suit.
Walking down the isle, Master Issac referenced the man next to him. "I would like to introduce you to Mr. Wong, Arnold Wong is a friend of mine and will be helping us with your next target." Standing there with a large grin on his face, Mr. Wong extended his hand. Every internal instinct Artemis had told him to not shake that hand! There was something very wrong with Mr. Wong and as an assassin, Artemis had learned the hard way to trust his instincts.
That was how all of this had began. Artemis, that was his name... And that was why he still existed. He... Thoughts were broken off by a sudden shout from the back of the room. "Jeanie baby! You miss me!"
At the sudden shout from behind them, Orion spun around to see Lakari enter the room. The elf was here! But there seemed something different about him. He was smiling, perhaps grinning was a better word. His eyes were yellow and had black slits instead of pupils, and his eyes were not looking at any of them. Instead he was focused solely on behind them. Was he starring at Aiden and the suit of armor?
Artemis, for the first time broke his gaze from Aiden to focus on Lakari. "Silver! Alright kid. I will help you."

Aiden didn't pay attention to the frustrations of his friends as he focused on the armor. He knew that he was alive. How else could the thing speak to him? How the others couldn't hear him though was a mystery to the teenager. He could hear the armor plain as day. Maybe there was a special reason why they couldn't? The teenager was certain he wasn't insane. At least, he didn't think he was.
Rekka gave a sigh as Amber spoke. She was just as on edge as the rest were. "I'm afraid if I use my fire that I'll burn Aiden. Or if I tried to get there, I'm blind on one side so I'd get hurt or Aiden would."
As Damien got ready to start climbing the steps leading up to the throne, Orion had come over next to him. As the white haired former royal spoke, Damien gave a nod. "Sounds good. If anything, we just need to get the arm off. Once that's done, I can always tear a portal open." It looked like it would be left to Orion and Damien here.
While Damien and Orion were concocting a plan on how to rescue Aiden, there was a pause after Aiden's outburst between the armor and him. Aiden's anger ebbed away, his face slowly went from anger into some despair. If the armor wasn't going to do anything and they couldn't have some kind of weapon to defeat Lakari with, they were all as good as dead. Everyone and everything was going to die or be destroyed. Aiden was still young. Just like any kid, he wanted to become an adult. He'd never get that chance to if all the worlds were decimated.
It seemed like the armor was done talking to Aiden. The silence just seemed to resonate. The silence caused Aiden to look down at the ground, feeling depressed about the fate of the worlds and everyone in them. 'We're going to die...' Aiden thought. It hadn't really hit home in his mind until then. The teenager was almost on the verge of tears as the armor, who was actually Artemis, went through an array of memories. While Artemis had been doing so, Aiden was busy thinking about how his brother and mother had died. How the people in the Land of Dragons had died. His mind even wandered to what things might have been like if this never happened. If all was well and everyone got to live. The reality of his situation hit him harder when he realized that he might never get to even finish growing.
Then, a sudden sound broke the silence. It was the sound of a person's voice. Confused, everyone turned on the spot in their surprise. What they saw standing there was Lakari. Yet, his whole demeanor seemed strange. Lakari had appeared to be a calculating individual. Where he was evil, the look on his face was anything but the one they saw on it now. Had he lost his sanity? Not only that but those eyes! They were serpentine! Instead of looking at any of them, the eyes looked to be staring at the far back.
"How did he find us?" Rekka stated as she glanced at the others, her hand on her sword now.
Damien got into a battle ready stance as he summoned his sword to his hand. He said nothing as he focused on the elf. Just what was going on here? He was highly confused. Who was Jeanie anyway?
Aiden blinked at the sound of the voice and turned his head to look over at the figure that was standing there. His eyes widened when he saw that it was Lakari. "Lakari!" Aiden exclaimed in his surprise. However, he couldn't help but look around in confusion. When he brought his gaze back onto Lakari, he scrunched his nose up in confusion.
"Jeanie?! Who's Jeanie?"
The armor said some sort of color before stating that he'd help Aiden. Aiden looked back over at the armor and gave a thankful nod. "Thanks!"
