Siris looks at Skyler, his mouth forming an awkward look as she so quickly switched gears with her mood, becoming incredibly morbid. He looks back at David, who explains the situation, tossing about more terms and names that he didn't recognize. Siris closes his red eyes, thinking.
"Well, this Sora guy seems to be a busy body." He opens his eyes, looking at David. "So there is a Keyhole that was locked.... but there is something beyond that hole it was guarding. What's behind these keyholes?" He looks at Skyler, who seemed to understand some of what was going on, before looking back at David. "And these... keyblades? And Corridors of Darkness? How did you learn all of this?"

Skyler finally came across a subject that she knew. She knew about Sora, he was much talk in Twilight Town. "I heard he had also defeated these Heartless with the help of a duck and a dog. He's most definitely my hero! He even kicked my town's disciplinary leaders ass in a fight. I hated him, he seriously deserved it!" Skyler's eyes lit up as she was fan-girling over the Keyblade master, "I want to weild a Keyblade one day!" Then, she looked at David and his Keyblade in amazement. She listened to Siris ask his questions, they were good questions, she actually wanted to know what the corridors of darkness and the other side of the Keyholes. She thought maybe she would learn how to become a Keyblade weilder, if she learned enough about the Keyblade. She wanted to be able to wield one so bad! She looked at David and smiled, waiting for an answer.

David let the grin appear as Skyler mentioned Seifer losing to Sora. "Yeah, Seifer's the biggest idiot on that world. He's never worked up the courage to challenge me though, so I guess he has SOME sense." He let his keyblade disappear finally as he settled into the chair again. "The Keyholes lead to each world's heart, the core of what holds them together. The blade I was just holding is a keyblade, though mine is a little unusual. They have the power to unlock or lock anything, and they draw out the power of their wielders' hearts to aid them. As for getting one..."
He paused for a moment as he tried to remember what Riley had told him. "Usually people get keyblades from an inheritance ceremony done by a Keyblade Master. I have no idea how that works though, since I've never met one." He stopped for a moment, then remembered the last part of Siris' question. "A Corridor of Darkness is a portal that can be made from one place to another, even across different worlds. The catch is that you have to be a master of Darkness to make them, and even just walking through them requires a very strong mind. I know all of this because I help out the leaders of Radiant Garden from time to time, and have had quite a few conversations with Merlin the Wizard over the past two years."

Siris crosses his arms, furrowing his eyebrows at Skyler's fan-girling. She sounded a bit more like a stalker than a fan, to him. He turns back, looking long at David's weapon, it's build, it's shape, the keychain, before his eyes light up.
"Wait a minute... I've seen something like this before..." He murmurs to himself as he listens to David answering his questions. He sets his jaw, thinking for a moment. He couldn't think of any more questions, except one more...
"What happened to that woman? She... lost her heart back there, to that heartless? And the people in Radiant Garden?" He blinks. "What had happened to me?" Maybe not -ONE- question more, but hey, getting thrown twelve years into the future does make you question things.

Sky was so impressed by David's stories, he seemed like someone who had seen it all. She envied him, she wanted adventure. Her eyes brightened and dreamily fixated on him. Maybe, if she was lucky, he might take her and Siris to Radiant Garden. She could maybe actually meet Merlin or Leon, maybe even Cloud! Plus, she had a feeling her brother could be there, as well! She must go to Radiant Garden! A large bubble of joy built inside of her, it took her everything not to burst. She fought a grin, she needed to focus on what was being said. She started to listen again and her facial expression took a serious change as she showed concern toward Siris, he seemed so worried and jittery. She wished she could make him feel less upset. David had cheered her up fairly quick, she was hoping he could him as well. He seemed like a kind fellow. She wanted to go on this adventure alone, but maybe these guys wouldn't be so bad. She gave Siris a sympathetic smile, she knew he seemed as troubled as she was.

David sighed as Siris mentioned the woman. "Since her heart was taken, she will split into two. The heart will become a new Heartless, probably a weaker one since she wasn't very powerful, and her body will become a Nobody. Nobodies are the body and soul of a person that became a Heartless, and they can sometimes keep their Somebody's memories. If both the Heartless and Nobody are destroyed using a keyblade, there is a chance that the Somebody will be recreated. That is most likely what happened to you, but there are always exceptions."
David noticed Skyler's aura changing to mark excitement as he spoke, and he turned to her as he finished. "I can get you two to Radiant Garden, but I'll need to see how strong you are first. Using the Corridors of Darkness to move around in-world is almost always safe, but it would take about two hours walking to get to Radiant Garden. My personal longest time in a Corridor is ten hours, and I'm half Darkness." He stood fluidly, then flicked his wrist at the far wall to open a Corridor. "Follow me and we can get started."
David walked through the swirling portal and was out the other side within two strides, revealing the destination to be the old stone house in the pond. He quickly moved over to the side of the house, then turned and faced the portal. "I've found that the best way to measure mental strength is during combat. Your task is simply to attack me with everything you have until I say stop. Don't worry about hurting me. You can even team up if you want." With that, his grin turned cocky just before he summoned Shattered Sunset and easily slid into a classic sword stance, blade in two hands directly before him.

Siris listens intently, already learning so much about what there was to know outside the confined walls of Radiant Garden. He saw the young man open a black portal, somewhat turned off by his mastery of Darkness, but better to master it then let it conquer you. He stepped through, seeing darkness all around him. He could already feel his strength being drained slightly, and his meager healing spell did not give him much energy beyond closing his open wounds.
He rushed out the exit, putting his hands on his knees as he was slightly winded. He looked up, looking at the old house for a moment, getting a strange sense of nostalgia, as if he has seen it before. He looks back as David summons his Keyblade, then looks to his side as Skyler no doubt followed. He raises his own arms, his longsword and shield appearing in his hands with a dull glow. Not the flashy keyblade-wielder, yet.
"Well, best way to learn about someone is to fight with them..." He looks forward at David, lowering into a ready stance, "... Or against them. You up for this?" He looked to the side at Skyler.

Skyler was overjoyed to find that they were, in fact, able to go to Radiant Garden. However, her excitement turned to dread once David explained the corridors, they didn't sound good to her, she preferred to travel by ship, it was the only way she knew. However, David and Siris both entered, so, she had no choice but to follow. She stepped into the darkness and there was nothing but pitch black as she kept walking a few steps. Fears pulsated through her brain and terror gripped her heart, making it beat faster and faster. She felt a hold of the darkness, as if it wanted her to stay. In spite of the dark resistance, she kept walking. Then, she saw a light on the other side.
She saw a stone building, a memory flashed through her mind of her falling into the pond. This was where she crashed! She didn't have enough time to take it all in before David ordered her and Siris to fight him. She quickly switched to fight mode, she weilded her shruiken once again. She was more or less silent on the pre-fight banter, she nodded as Siris as he asked she was up for it. A whirlwind surrounded her feet, as the wind accelerated, she began to levitate a foot. She smirked at David. A wind pushed behind her, moving her into a dash toward the blond. She charged at him and flicked her wrist releasing the shruiken, spinning toward David. She laughed cockily, she should've came up with a plan with Siris, but she wasn't too good at team efforts.

David's own cocky grin never changed as the shruiken sped toward him. He swung vertically into the spinning blade as it came into reach, magic infused crystal ringing against metal. He was somewhat surprised by the amount of force needed to stop it, but it dropped just the same before he lightly tossed it back to Skyler's feet. "Nice throw, but frontal attacks won't work very well unless you have a distraction."
David glanced over at Siris to see what he was doing, finally noticing how drained his aura was. "Time out for a second." He reached into the right pocket of his jeans, pushing a button on his phone as he did, and pulled out a small blue cube after a moment. He tossed the Ether over Siris' head, where it shattered and fell onto him as a light dust. "There we go, now everyone's ready to go. Let's try this again, shall we?"

Siris nodded as she drew her shuriken, seeming impressed by her adeptness with wind magic. Perhaps they could formulate a plan to actually take down this formidable opponent.
"Alright. Now we hav-" He was cut off as the shuriken was flung through the air, and was stopped easily by David, though Siris saw the shift in his weight as he compensated for the hidden strength in the throw. He sighs at her as he tosses it back.
"Well... we -did- have the element of surprise." He clears his throat, as the ether is thrown on top of him, rejuvenating him and making him stand a little bit taller, grip his blade harder.
"We're outclassed here, Skyler. When facing an opponent like this, your first objective is to destroy their focus. This can be done by disorienting sight, sound, sense of direction, footing, or going in at the same time and skewing their attention. That will open them up to an attack." He would pick up her shuriken, heavier than looked in his hand, before handing it to her.
"Also, keep your strength reserved. Be on the defense until an opening reveals itself. Better to endure into victory, then burst into defeat because he outlasted your stamina." He would fall back into his stance once more. "I don't know the extent of your abilities, but I can tell you mine. I can throw my blade and resummon it to my hand at will. Other than that, I can fight for a long time." He looks at her, grinning. "I -DID- fight for twelve years straight, according to him." He lets out a breath, before calculating an attack plan...
The island around them was thin, the ground between the lake and the house hardly fitting three people across. But she could levitate, meaning she can outmaneuver and exploit his grounded position. He flicks his shield arm outwards. "Skyler, go over the water, and wait for my signal!" With that, he could would rush into melee battle with David, swinging his sword over his head to attack him, prepared to hold his ground and defend his counter attack.

As she was knocked back, Skyler knew she had gotten way ahead of herself. She knew she needed to work as a team. She frowned in shame and apologized to her fighting partner, "Sorry, I'm not used to fighting with others" she nodded confidently as Siris laid out a plan, "Okay, I'm good with that plan!" She made an aerial dash a few feet above the pond and waited for his signal. Siris was definitely, a born tactician, he seemed to have things figured out, and he didn't seem cocky, either, which was an edge he had over both she and David. She admired his ability to work in a team. She was anticipating a signal from her scheming partner, he must have something up his sleeve. Also, she had an idea of her own while she was waiting. She took the blade of her shruiken and cut off her pants legs at mid-thigh. Then, she fixed her hair, while seeing her reflection, to where it seemed to fall in the right place. Then, she cut the cloth of the T-shirt right above the belly button, and ripped off her sleeves. She had to make sure that she looked as attractive as possible. She had something that could benefit her and Siris, a distraction. She, then, continued to wait for her partner to give her the green light to attack.

David fluidly blocked Siris' attack, though he was driven back slightly by the impact. The strength of these two was certainly above average, for a normal human. "You're stronger than you look! If you can keep this up, I may need to up the ante a bit!" He didn't bother trying to counter the strike, he just focused on keeping Siris' blade occupied. He noticed Skyler floating over the water, and a lone eyebrow arched up as he saw what she was doing. "You do realize that those were my sister's clothes, right? Ah well, I've been telling her she need to lose a few for a while."

It only took Siris half a second to register that he wasn't attacking, before continuing his assault, grunting and shouting slightly with each swing. He swung about 5 times, all of them being parried, before David had finally began taking notice of Skyler. She was doing more than waiting, although her methods were a bit unorthodox, brownie points for her. His divided attention allowed Siris to strike for him once more, low to high receiving another parry, but he swung outward, taking the keyblade outward as well, so his chest would be open. He rushed in close, swinging his shield out to bash the young man, at the same time yelling "NOW!"
As the shield slam would provide space between them, hopefully throwing David off, he leapt backwards, and tossed his own longsword in a Strike Raid for the young man. But as he landed, he rushed forward, recalling his longsword to his hand in a feint, jumping towards the house's wall, kicking off of it, bringing his hands over his head, shouting as he brought down a tremendous strike towards David, hopefully with a shuriken flying towards him as well.

Skyler heard the "now!" and took a dash toward David. All the while, she was pondering on how she should make her attack. Should she aim for his chest? No, he'll block it with his Keyblade. What about the face? No, he'll duck under the attack. Wait! She got it. She decided the attack and hurled her shruiken toward his feet. She continued to rush toward him, expecting her shruiken to miss him. In anticipation of him jumping, she made an attempt for a roundhouse kick to where his face would be if he were to jump. Hopefully, it will work, otherwise , it would be bad of she missed.

A grunt was all that escaped David as Siris' shield hit him and he staggered back slightly. The quick combination that followed truly impressed him, and it left no way out as well. At least, there was no way out for a normal human. "Twilight Augmentation!" A vivid purple glow appeared around him as his strength and speed doubled. He jumped far above the attacks, landing on the "brim" of the hat-like roof. Another flash of purple light appeared as he summoned his purple and gold full plate armor, his face now covered by a blue crystal visor. "Nice job you two. You managed to make me used my Twilight skills."
He dropped lightly onto the ground, slowly walking towards the two, but something stopped him suddenly. "Something's happening in the Third District." They couldn't see through the helmet, but David closed his eyes and focused on his heart. "There's a huge feeling of Darkness out there, but I can't place what it is. Follow me if you must, but stay behind me. You two show promise, but you won't survive a full-on fight between me and what's out there." With that he jumped again, clearing the stepping stones in two leaps before slipping out the door.

Siris gasped at the flash of purple, and him disappearing, as his sword struck the empty ground. He stood up, nodding his thanks to the congratulations. He looks out to the far door, as he mentions the large amount of darkness.
"You said those powerful Heartless had no reason to be here? A commander brought them here." He sheathes his weapons, looking at Skyler. "Come on, we'll go back him up." He raises a fist, summoning the few pieces of armor he could summon; His shoulder pads, half-chestpiece, bracers, thigh covers, and a pair of silver boots. He dashes towards the floating stone path, quickly leaping across the five stones to get to the other side, following behind the armored David as he ran out the door.

Skyler looked shocked when she had actually landed a hit on David. She and Siris actually made a fairly good team, after all. David congratulated them both. Skyler smiled and blushed at the compliment. Then, David began to worry about something happening in the third district. She knew that something big was about to happen, seeing David spring into action. Then, Siris followed close behind him. Siris told her that they needed to back him up. She nodded her head in agreement. This was her chance to save somelives, she needed to redeem herself for not being able to protect her parents. This time, she wasn't alone, which was comforting. She closed her eyes, "Mom, Dad, this is for you." She briefly imagined talking directly to her deceased parents, she imagined them saying that they were proud of her. She knew they would be, and she also felt good to have Siris and David's approval of her. She needed to not let any of them down. She opened her bright green eyes, and formed a stone face, grabbed her shruiken and ran out into the Third District after her aquaintances.

David emerged into a scene of utter chaos. The fountain in the corner of the plaza was shattered, and craters spotted the walls of the District. The culprits were obvious; it was hard to miss two Darkside Heartless in that small of an area. Why they were there he had no clue, but it was obvious that they needed to be stopped, and quickly. He glanced behind him at Siris and Skyler before slowly moving to engage the Heartless. "Take care of any normal Heartless, but stay clear of the middle plaza. I can't guarantee you'll live if you go there."
David continued walking until he stood within the plaza itself, when the Darksides both noticed him and his keyblade. An Invisible appeared to be acting as the commander of the lesser Heartless from above. "Lightblade activate." David's keyblade began to glow brilliantly as raw Light energy flowed into it, and he threw it like a spear at the Invisible. The glow continued to intensify as it flew, to the point that several cracks started to form as it reached the Heartless. "Light Nova!" The keyblade shattered, creating an explosion that disintegrated the Invisible in midair.
Finally, David stared down the Darksides. He allowed his helmet to vanish as he moved directly between the massive Heartless. A large amount of Light and Darkness started violently swirling around him as he drew in every ounce from the area, completely hiding him from view for a moment. Suddenly, he cried out from within the maelstrom. "Elemental Aspect!" The energy surrounding him dissipated, revealing a new form.
David's blonde hair was now purple, and had grown to waist length. The whites of his eyes were now black, while the irises were the purest white. His keyblade was nowhere to be found, replaced by a blade crafted from pure Twilight. His voice rang out with an otherworldly power as he named his new form, "Aspect of Duality!" Raw power radiated from him sixfold from before, and he gave the Darksides a glare each. "Who wants to die first?"

((Music: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnhESfq6jgQ)) Siris came out, and was awe struck by the two tall Darksides. They towered above the height of the wall dividing the main plaza and the ramp to the second district. He drew his weapons, watching David act. As he went to chuck his weapon, many Soldiers appeared behind him, but Siris rushed forward, striking the back of two as made his way into the center of the semi-circle of the two fighters. David kept walking forward, and two soldiers wound up their feet, bolting forward to slice their wicked boots for Siris. Siris blocked one, catching the other on his blade. He pushed one back with his shield, while reversing his blade grip in his hand to cut the soldiers face, before brutally stabbing it through it's head. He pulled the sword out, dark mist flowing from the creatures face as it dispersed, a heart flying into the air. Siris threw his longsword out, striking two more soldiers, before a Large Body fell from the sky, shock-waving the ground. The soldiers all jumped, before running away from the crossfire of the larger Heartless. Siris recalled his longsword, and slashed the Large Body's front, though his blade just bounced off. The large attacker swung it's arm out, and Siris blocked, his shield glowing blue as the magic on it absorbed the attack, but it could not do that forever. He sat there, and waiting for the next attack, before ducking underneath the large body's swing. He jumped up, somewhat surprised with the height of the jump he just made, before bringing his sword down, aiming for the head, but he missed, embedding his blade into the things shoulder. It jumps, then began swinging wildly, it's body now glowing blue. He held onto his sword, his body getting flung about like a rag doll, shouting all the while. The large body took off, charging around the district "Aaah! Skyler! A little help here!" He shouts. He -really- didn't want this thing running in the middle of those Darksides, and David's lightshow.

Chaos was in very much in bloom, within the third district. The walls were demolished, the fountain was destroyed, and Heartless were countless. Shadows, Soldiers, Rhapsodies, Nocturnes, Requiems, and Operas galore! Not to mention the two Darksides in the middle with David in between. He was in his Light form, he seemed like he was holding his own. Then, Siris was fighting Soldiers, he was snuffing them out, seemingly, without difficulty.
Sky dashed toward a group of flying Heartless. The Red Nocturnes began blazing fiery projectiles, the Blues dished out ice, and the Operas were bringing down lightning. Skyler began twirling her weapon in different directions, deflecting the elements being thrown at her. She did so with much speed. Of course, it wasn't just her being naturally fast, but the wind rotating her shruiken. This allowed her to block attacks. However, she couldn't just stay in defense forever, as Siris was needing her help. He seemed to be struggling on the back of a Large Body. She knew it was awful, but she couldn't help but think it was funny. It seemed like something that would be in a cartoon. As much as it amused her, she knew he needed her help.
She couldn't help him until she cleared the Heartless between them. So, she needed to turn the tides. She levitated a few feet to level the playing field with these flying Heartless. As soon as she was equivalent, she began to strike the fire out of the Nocturnes, she spun her weapon at such a fast pace, it cut through them like a power saw. Hearts emerged from the fiery flyers. Then, iced the Rhapsodies, by pulling them in with a vortex around her formed by her wind magic. She, then, swung her blade in a figure-eight, landing critical hits on each adversary. Then, she shocked the yellows by forcing them into the broken fountain, which was now spewing all over the battlefield. The water destroyed them as it was their natural weakness. Everything was now out of her way.
"Don't worry, I'm coming, buddy!" She dashed across the plaza towarded the runaway Large Body with a dangling Siris. She needed a solid plan, she pondered for a few split seconds... Got it! She ran the opposite direction of the running Heartless. She waited until the time was just right. Then, her opportunity arose as it began to cross her central field of vision. It was running toward the left of her. She siezed the moment by spinning her shruiken toward the stubby legs of the Heartless. It suddenly went plop! Right onto the plaza floor. She, then, aerially darted toward her partner, who had probably gone down with it. She helped him up. Then, she smiled, "You gotta love those fatties, eh?" Then, she helped pull the sword out of the obese monster, which caused a heart to escape from it. "I think we should help David, I know he told us not to, but I'm not exactly good at following rules and you're probably not either. Plus, we both may gain his respect, what do say?" She smiles as she held a hand out to her acquaintance, "I think we need an air assault."
