A man stepped out of the Gummi Ship portal into the First District of Traverse Town. His brown eyes combed through the district with a bit of glimmer in his eyes. "How long has it been?...." He mumbled to himself, a small smile creeping up on his face. It might of been only a few months since he last saw this place, but it felt much longer than that. He stood still for a little while, just taking in the familiar scenery and smell.
Traverse Town was Helms' home. He had a lot memories with this place, both good and bad. The last time Helms had visit, the heartless were almost nowhere to be found. It seem like the town was finally going to return to normal, after what seem like years of fighting them.
He looked over to the door that led to the Third District. His eyes grew wide as a thick, black mass shadow was fazed through the door. It was heading into the Third District, one of the few places that heartless were still seen. Helms looked around to see if anyone had noticed, but there was no reaction.
Curiosity got the best of him as he made his way to the district. He wanted to make sure that whatever he spotted wasn't a threat, or even maybe it was just his eyes tricking him. At this point, even if it was a treat, Helms was experienced enough to take care of the problem. He had gone through so much with Heartless and Nobodies, it was almost second nature for him to fight them. Despite a small side of caution inside his mind, Helms walked as casual as he could be.
He opened the door to the Third District. Something immediately didn't feel right with the place. It was a similar feeling he had when Heartless first showed up in Traverse Town. With a deep breath, he entered the Third District, the large doors slamming themselves behind him.
