One of the villages in the Land of the Dragons was on fire. Ash and smoke filled the air along with dying screams of agony. Most of the houses were already completely burned down with most of the rest destroyed by other means. There were countless lifeless bodies scattered around the village, each one with different holes or deep slashes in them. Some of them were badly burned and/or still on fire. Some were in different piece from being cut down. Other had talon marks all over them. Molten rock was all around the place along with pools of blood. One house remained a little better off than the rest, but if that would still be the case remained to be seen.
One woman fell flat on her back onto the ground as a foot quickly met her chest on the way down, the talons on it digging deep into her body. The woman screamed out in pain as she lifted her arm up with her keyblade to try to defend herself against her attacker. A swift swing of a different keyblade across her body put an end to that, her arm falling with a thud to the ground. Her keyblade faded out of existence signalling that she was no longer among the living. The murder's keyblade went into her body and he twisted it just to make sure. The murder's tail held it's grip around a different woman's neck, who gave out her last gasp of air before he finally succeeded in choking her to death. His tail moved quickly to toss the body to the house, with it crashing against the wall before falling to the ground. A single man remained, who's lower half was frozen to the ground and arms were impaled by different pieces of broken wood.
Some of the smoke started to clear revealing that the attacker was none other than Riley O'Malley in his true form, wearing his new clothing proudly as he basked in his destruction. His tail swayed from side to side as he crossed his arms and looked at the man. "I ask you once more; where is that whore Master Trish?" The man didn't say anything, which was starting to make Riley angry. Riley slowly walked over to the man and backhanded his face with his talons of, cutting across his left eye and making him scream in pain. "The more you resist the more you will suffer do you understand me?!"
The man looked back at Riley with his eye bleeding, making him barely able to make out what was right in front of him. "Do what you want, I will never talk."
Riley raised his hand to strike again, but he sensed something that caught his interest. It was in the house, and it's aura was young. Riley pieced together from what he sensed from it that it had to be the man's daughter, no older than a few months old. Riley smiled as he got a better, much more fun idea o how to get the information out of the man. "If you say so," Riley shrugged as he walked his left a bit. He stopped once he was parallel with the aura from inside. He turned to face the man and gave him and evil smile as he lift his arm towards the house. "I take it you value your honor more than your daughters life then?" Riley's hand started to glow with power magma.
The man's eyes widened with horror as he realized what Riley was about to do. "You wouldn't dare!"
"My bitch of an apprentice calls me infant killer for a reason. You have until the count of five to give me the answer I want or for your sake I hope your daughter is in a magma proof room! One.." Riley's hand started to glow brighter.
"No wait!"
"Two!"
"I'll..I'll...I'll"
"THREE!"
"She's in the village on the other side of the mountain! She moved there a few months ago! If you follow one of the trails you'll find it just please spare my daughter!"
Riley searched the man's aura to see if he was being lied to. Finding that he told the truth the magma disappeared and he lowered his arm. "See now was that so hard?" He walked over to the man and stopped when he was right behind him. "But I never said anything about letting you live..." Riley back handed the man once more with his talons, this time across his neck. This time the slashes went all the way through, leaving the man's head to roll off. Riley crushed it underneath his foot. Riley lifted his arm towards where the young girl was again as his hand glowed with magma. "Might as well finish off his bloodline while I'm at it." He was about to fire his attack when he noticed the aura was no longer alone, and both of them were moving behind the house. "The mother!" Riley remained still as the auras went off to a different part of the village; the mother trying to find a safe place to hide her daughter before trying to fight Riley no doubt. Riley laughed an evil laugh as they stopped moving, only for one to start to come back to where Riley was. "I guess it would have been disappointing for this to end so easily," he said as the woman came into view with her keyblade in hand.
"You won't get away with what you've done!" the woman said taking a defensive stance.
Riley's tail swayed from side to side as he laughed again. "Oh but I've already have~" Riley summoned Divine Chaos. "If I knew you would be here so late I would have spared your husband so that you both could have died together, but I guess some things are just not meant to be."
The two stared each other down, both waiting for the other to make a move and both for different reasons.

Kavra had never been to the Land of Dragons, emerging from a portal of darkness that had seemed to pop up and fade away from existence within the same moment. The Nobody emerged from the Darkness, hands in his black jacket pockets as he emerged at the foot of a large mountain. There was snow on the ground, something he hadn't expected as his maroon shoes crunched against the icy earth. Steel grey eyes fell upon a small path towards his left leading further down the mountain, another towards his right leading up. For a moment, Kavra was unsure which way he wanted to go. Then he smelt it. Smoke.
Knowing the scent well, Kavra's head perked up as he gazed up into the night sky, seeing a large trail of thick black smoke as well as a faint orange glow. A fire? Curious, the Nobody began to walk the trail to his left, ignoring the cold that the snow brought along with it. He was grateful for his jacket as he made his way towards the village currently being attacked. Rounding the corner of the path, Kavra witnessed the destruction being brought forth. Oh, damn! Looks like this place got sacked! Unsure of what was happening yet, the Nobody crouched a bit, staying low as he stealthily made his way over towards the town.
It was outlined by a short wall, mostly broken to pieces and collapsed into the snow by now. The villages buildings were short, made out of modest wood and paper. They burned easily as the orange and red flames eagerly devoured them, spreading from one roof to another. It seemed almost half of the buildings were already burning by the time Kavra arrived to the scene. Walking through a large gap in the destroyed village wall, the Nobody didn't seem bothered as he saw many lifeless bodies littering the ground. Pulling out a lightly battered pack of cigarettes, the false being popped one into their mouth as they leaned over a small burning pile of rubble to light it.
Taking a deep drag, the Nobody exhaled the smoke through their nostrils, seemingly unaffected by all of the fire smoke around him. It was his element, after all. Running a hand through his pale blue and red hair, Kavra looked around for any signs of life. There were countless dead bodies littering the floor, though the fact that many didn't seem like they had their heart extracted was a bit peculiar. Kneeling down, Kavra flipped over one of the many bodies, a woman who's face was peaceful despite the many gouges and wounds littering her body. There was a gaping hole in her, one that looked like someone had twisted the weapon around furiously.
"It's...not Heartless?" Looking up, Kavra's steel eyes scanned the area for any sign of life. The smoke was thick, though he could see through it. "Is it a war?" The Nobody had known a few worlds that had locals that fought amongst each other, destroying one another homes and livelihoods as though they weren't the same. What weird creatures, humans are... Though he looked like a human, the Nobody was far from it. Lacking a heart, having been felled by the Heartless himself, the teen that stood in the snow smoking didn't feel the slightest bit disturbed, standing among the ruin.
To be honest, he didn't feel anything at all. Nothing. With a grimace, Kavra finished his cigarette as he threw the butt into the snowy ground. Looking at the face of the dead woman he had moved earlier, Kavra's eyes narrowed. "At least you got to feel alive before you died." There was an undisguised bitterness in his tone. Kavra felt that he himself had been cheated of a great luxury, having been reborn after his death. He had always felt empty, even before becoming a Nobody. Now was no different, as the jaded and uncaring man walked further into the village, hoping to stumble upon answers to the many questions he had begun to form in his head.
Hm...seems like I have good timing.

Riley and the woman dashed at each other, their keyblades clashing as they met with neither one giving an inch. Dusk appeared on Riley's right foot and he swung it at her only for her to roll out of the way, firing ice magic at him as she tried to regain her footing. Riley cut through the ice shards with the two weapons he had out before he dismissed Dusk.
The woman's keyblade transformed into a bow as wind magic started to swirl around her. A strong gust of wind went over the village kicking up dust and ash into the air acting as a kind of fog. Riley could still see clearly and watched as the woman teleported to what was left of the roof of one of the destroyed houses. She fired a single arrow of darkness into the sky, it splitting into twenty before it went to rain down on the area she left Riley in.Riley pretended to not know what was going on and remained still, waiting for the woman's next move as the arrows hit him and the area around him. The arrows did nothing to him as they exploded as they hit him and everything in that area.
The woman remained silent as she waited for her attack to finish, knowing it wouldn't be enough to kill him but hoping it would damage him greatly. Out from the ash Riley's twin swords, Dawn and Dusk, were in their double sword form as they were spinning like a buzzsaw heading straight for the woman. The woman avoided it, but she couldn't have prepared for what happened next. Just as the swords went by her Riley appeared right behind her, grabbing them by the handles in mid-air and slashing at the woman's sides.
The woman was sent tumbling down the side of the house as the ash and dust started to settle. The woman rolled to her feet, looking up at Riley who remained on the roof. She fired more arrows at him, which he just deflected with Dawn and Dusk by spinning them around quickly. The woman saw that the current battle plan was going to get her nowhere, so she shifted her keyblade into a spear. She was prepared to try her new plan, but just looked at Riley as he gave her an evil smile. He held his keyblade to his side and fired a beam of ice to his left.
The woman looked at where the beam was going, not understanding why he would do such a thing. That was until she realized it was heading straight for the area she left her daughter in! She quickly ran as fast as her legs could carry her to try to protect her daughter. She barely made it in time, scooping up her daughter before rolling out the way of the beam. The beam froze the surrounding area it hit, making the woman gently put her daughter down behind a different house. She quickly cast a reflect spell over her so she would be safe during the rest of the fight, at least she hoped.
The woman came out of her hiding place with her spear in a defensive stance again, ready to try to counter anything that was coming her way. There was no attack coming, or any sign of the attacker. She stayed on her guard as she went through the village, not wanting to reveal where she had hid her daughter again.
Riley took some interest in the Nobody he was sensing in the village, but he knew better than to forget who he was fighting. If the Nobody was here for backup or a resident of the village just now returning home didn't matter to him right now, he had two woman to kill right now. He quickly went back to face the way some yards away from her, giving her an evil smile again. They dashed at each other again, this time their clash would be more chaotic. Each time they clashed they ended up in a different spot, matching the other's attack with their own and quickly moving to get another one end. The sound of their weapons clashing filled the air and each time they clashed they created trenches in the ground and cracks in the rubble and houses near them.

As Kavra walked over the snowy ground he noted how many buildings were either burning, collapsed, or ruined already. It seemed that whatever had been happening had been thorough, as the entire village seemed to be destroyed at this point. If the fires are still this high, though... It was recent, possibly still ongoing. Not feeling an ounce of fear, Kavra held out a hand as he walked, summoning a long orichalcum staff that he rested on his shoulders. Best to be prepared, after all. He'd be damned if he let something catch him off guard and do him in. He couldn't die yet, not until he felt something. Suddenly there was a large gust of wind that caused the Nobody to lose focus of his thoughts.
The gale was powerful enough to cause him to halt his footing, pushing him back a bit. Using his staff to prop him in place, pushing against the ground with its hefty tip, The Nobody's steel grey eyes searched and scanned for a source. Dust and ash were kicked into the air, causing a minor sandstorm, to which Kavra was forced to shield his eyes, pulling up his hood. With his head covered and his face burrowed into the crook of his arm, the Nobody wasn't aware of the single arrow that erupted into the sky, splitting into multiple ones that rained down nearby in the village. What he did notice was a loud crash, causing him to look up as the ash and dust settled around the village.
A woman had fallen from a roof, though the long alleyway lined with ruined buildings and fire made it hard to make out details. Kavra witnessed the woman fire arrows off at an enemy Kavra couldn't make out. Just as soon as she had crashed into the earth, she was gone, leaving the Nobody to ponder what he had seen. It is a war then...? There was a slight frown on his face. War meant nothing but hostiles in a single area. Not being on either side, the Nobody figured it safe to assume anyone would attack him, thinking him on the opposing side. It wasn't his first time on a world caught in the middle of war. He knew what to be mindful for.
Grabbing the staff in his right hand, the long orichalcum weapon began to shrink until it was roughly 2.5' long, condensing into a teal and translucent baton. Slipping the weapon up his jacket sleeve, the hooded man hugged the side of the roads, staying as close to the ruined or flaming buildings as he could in attempts to be less obvious. As he reached the spot where the woman had fallen, Kavra heard loud clashes and rings of metal on metal nearby. Looking up from beneath the shadows of his hood, the Nobody pointed an open palm at the area on the roof, right where the woman had come from. On the rooftop a portal of darkness emerged, the hooded Nobody stepping out of it.
On top of the building, he could look down upon the village and fires, peering through the ruins to find the source of the noise. Below him was a more open part of the town, where the buildings seemed to circle around to create large opening, being more spaced out as well. Looking down, Kavra watched the two battle. The woman he had seen earlier now wielded a spear instead of a bow, the man she battled wielding two swords. Hm...spear versus sword, huh? In most cases, individuals with pole-arms had the advantage over sword users, but it seemed the man she fought was putting ample pressure on her, as the Nobody watched the two vanish from sight.
They returned a moment later, in a different spot entirely, meeting each other's attacks head on. The two warriors created trenches and gouges in the ground, causing it to crack and fissure due to the pressure of the attacks. It seemed both of them were strong in their own right. I'll have to keep an eye out. Don't want to accidentally get knocked down into things. Normal individuals might have been moved to intervene, but Kavra wasn't stirred by any feeling, really. Even before becoming a Nobody, Kavra had viewed human connections as a weakness. The closer someone got to somebody else, the more vulnerable they became. This mentality, combined with the lack of actual emotions all Nobodies were burdened with, left the hooded man still on the roof, content with watching. There was no benefit to him intervening, as he was at risk the moment he entered the battle.
It was his style to look after himself, first and foremost.

The woman was used to fighting sword users with her spear, but none of the ones she fought in the past were as fast as Riley. That and the fact he kept switching between using two of them and combining them into a double sword meant she found herself on defense more often than offense, which was starting to get to her. She got over it by remembering that her daughter's life was on the line, which gave her a second wind. She jumped back to get away from Riley and to rethink her battle plan.
Riley's tail moved back and forth as he watched the woman, enjoying himself in this fight. The others in the village had died far to easily for him to find any joy in murdering them, but this woman was proving that not everyone in this village was so weak. He took note of the Nobody getting closer, but still not jumping into the fight. He would deal with it later as long as he stayed out of his way. He smiled at the woman as Dawn and Dusk disappeared then reappeared on his feet. It was time to make things more interesting, and judging by the surprised look on the woman's face he was going to do just that. He summoned Damned Rose in his hand and fired a blast backwards, the recoil of it propelling him forward quickly.
The woman quickly summoned her other keyblade and used it to block Riley's scythe as he went passed her. Remembering the fact he was now also wielding his swords on his feet she used her spear to block against Dawn as Riley kicked as her back on his way around her. Riley kept using the recoil of the blasts fired by his scythe to propel himself to attack the woman quickly and evading her counterattacks just as quickly. In between two of his attacks the woman transformed her second keyblade into a rounded shield for better defense. She kept using her shield to defend his attacks as he went by and her spear to either attack him or defend against the swords on his feet.
Riley smiled as he went by her one more time, but this time his tail moved to wrap around her thigh. He fired another blast to send him flying further, pulling the woman off of her feet and dragging her across the ground behind him. He kept firing more blasts to keep himself going before he met the side of a house, landing on the side of it with his feet on it as he let the woman go making her crash into the house. He quickly jumped off the side and went back a few yards. A few minutes later the woman came out of the hole she had made in the house, panting and looking at Riley angrily. Riley crossed his arms. "Funny most women seem to enjoy themselves when I wrap my tail around their thighs," he said. "Tough I guess different people are into different things."
"Is this all just a game to you?!"
"Somewhat, but I'm in no mood to explain myself to you." Riley uncrossed his arms and took a stance. "Now are we going to finish this or what woman?"
The woman resummoned her weapons, knowing if she let his words get to her it would be the end. Her body sparked with lightning as small birds made out of lightning started to form and fly around her. The birds then started flying at Riley. Dawn and Dusk reappeared in Riley's other hand as a double sword and he quickly started spinning it around like a buzzsaw. As the birds flew at him he hit them with his swords and scythe, them exploding as they made contact with anything. Riley ignored the pain and damage he was taking as he was more concerned with what the woman as doing next.
The woman took advantage of the situation and got on top of one of the roof tops. She noticed the Nobody on a different one, but since he wasn't doing anything but watching she chose to remain focus on the problem at hand. Different symbols formed around her as dark clouds formed high in the sky. Bolts rained down on the woman powering her up and sparking around her. The sparks quickly took the shape of an eastern dragon and gave out a loud roar.
Riley had taken care of the birds and as now just watching the woman, as if he was daring her to use the dragon attack against him. It reminded him of one of his own attacks, though his version of it was stronger. The woman pointed her spear at him and the lightning dragon raced out towards him. Riley smiled an evil smile a a blue aura formed around the dragon and it stopped moving. A similar aura formed around some of the remaining houses and different sized rubble and other debris. The woman's eyes widen as she realized what was happening, he took control of her own attack!
Riley laughed an evil laugh as the dragon now started moving at his command, flying high in the sky before racing right towards the area where the daughter was left. The woman was already on the ground running after it, moving as fast as she could to try to save her young child. It was all in vain, the dragon found its target. There was a massive explosion of lightning that was followed by a loud scream from the child. Then suddenly the scream vanished, and all that was left in that area were burn marks and ash.
The woman fell to her knees, tears quickly flowing down her cheeks. Her four month old daughter was now gone, and her own attack killed her. Through her crying she suddenly remembered what else was happening and turned around just in time for all the rubble and debris to hit her, the houses quickly following. Everything came to a crash and piled on top of her. With the aura still around them everything then moved upwards before they came crashing down again. This process happened over and over again as Riley was cackling evilly and loudly. With one more slam of everything he moved everything off of the woman, who was now in the center of a crater that formed. Blood formed a pool around her and she had different things sticking out of her body. She could only open one of her eyes as she looked up at Riley, who was now standing above her. He stomped on her head and put the blade of his scythe right next to her neck. With a blast fired the recoil made it move quickly, taking the woman's head with it.
Riley laughed evilly as he licked the blood off of his scythe. He was about to bite into the woman's body before he remembered the nobody. He slowly came out of the crater and sensed his aura again. Riley dismissed his weapons before he started walking to where the Nobody was. He looked right up at him and laughed a little. "So tell me did you live in this village?" he asked him. "Or are you just another Nobody looking to become whole again? I can gladly arrange that. Though If you don't it doesn't matter to me, you aren't my Nobody Xiyrel so I could care less. Tough I can guess you have another reason for being here?"

Kavra watched the battle unfold beneath him, his steel grey eyes scanning everything they could from beneath the black hood. It seemed the swordsman had an arsenal of weapons, flying through the air with a scythe as well as somehow using his feet to use blades. It was all very confusing to watch, as it happened so fast. The woman that was fighting also seemed to have more weapons, transforming one of the odd shaped blades into a shield. That's pretty convenient... The Nobody decided he would try and see if he could acquire the woman's peculiar weapons after the battle was over. Never hurts to be prepared, after all. The swordsman launching through the air was peculiar indeed, having talons, long ears as well as a tail, all which he utilized in battle.
It was rather impressive to Kavra, as the Nobody watched the small tailed swordsman slam the woman through a wall. He's strong! There was certainly a one-sided feel to the battle he was witnessing. It seemed like the smaller swordsman was toying with the woman, not being wholly serious. His battle stance reeked of over confidence, as well as his overall enjoyment betrayed to Kavra that he was most likely holding back against the woman to have fun. To find thrill in battle... A bitter taste emerged in his mouth as he spat onto the shingled rooftop he stood on. Tch. I don't even feel that, anymore. There was a hint of envy in the Nobody's thoughts as he continued to watch, as there was nothing better to do.
It seemed the woman was full of surprises, too, as suddenly her body seemed to become veiled in lightning, birds launching out towards the tailed swordsman as the sounds of chirping invaded the area. From above, the Nobody watched as the woman leapt onto a nearby rooftop, for a moment locking his gaze, though his features were shrouded by the shadows of his hood. He was thankful for that. Wouldn't want her to suddenly attack him. That'd be a pain. Dark clouds began to form in the sky as large lightning bolts fell and seemingly struck the woman. For a moment, the hooded man whipped around to look back over at the swordsman, wondering if it had been his attack. "ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAR!!!!!" The eruption broke even the sound of the chirping birds.
Having to turn back to look at the woman, Kavra witnessed the gigantic lightning dragon that emerged forth. It seemed the woman was a powerful lightning element user, as the serpent snaked through the sky towards the smaller swordsman. For a moment, all was still, an aura surrounding the gigantic lightning creature. Suddenly it altered its course, crashing into a house further out with a resounding crash and scream. Debris and rubbles from many of the ruined houses soon followed, and though Kavra couldn't see the woman any longer, he assumed the battle had finished. Sure enough, shortly after the spectacle, the short tailed swordsman reemerged into the clearing. It seemed he had won.
A slow clap filled the empty village, accompanying the only other sound which was the raging flames that continued to consume the rubble around them. "Good fight. You were holding back, though, weren't you?" Kavra smiled from beneath his hood, though he knew it would be lost on the swordsman. The tailed man spoke out to him, cutting through the otherwise silent clearing. "So, tell me, did you live in this village? Or are you just another Nobody looking to become whole again?" It seemed that whoever this swordsman was, they knew about Nobodies and were able to tell he was one instantly. Kavra was surprised, as he hadn't thought his presence would go noticed among such a battle.
"I can gladly arrange that. Though if you don't it doesn't matter to me, you aren't my Nobody, Xiyrel, So I could care less." It seemed whoever this man was, he was also capable of making Kavra 'whole' again. The thought caused the Nobody to grimace as he reached into his unopened jacket pocket, fishing out a beaten and worn pack of cigarettes. "Though, I can guess you have another reason for being here?" The Nobody cupped the cigarette around his mouth as his other hand lit a bright blue lighter. Taking a drag, the Nobody decided it would suit him if he talked with the guy. He already witnessed what he could do, so fighting wasn't really on his mind. It also seemed he had information the Nobody wanted.
"'Whole'...? You're talking about getting me a heart, right?" Smoke shrouded the hooded man as he pointed out to the stranger. "Who are you, to be able to do something so easily?" He wasn't sure just who this man was, or how he planned on being able to make Kavra 'whole', or why he would assist him. There were a lot of questions on his mind. Taking another drag of the cigarette, the Nobody removed his hood, exposing his pale blue and red hair and steel grey eyes. He had originally come to this world to gather more information about hearts. His initial plan was to simply make one of his own. He had gone to a few worlds to try and gather some of this information. It seemed he might not need that information, now.
He looked down at the man, waiting to hear an explanation.

Riley laughed a little when the Nobody asked if he was holding back. "Was it that obvious?" He then thought about it for a bit. "It would depend on how you view it; isn't fighting with self-imposed restrictions a form of challenging yourself?" To tell the truth he was holding back for other reasons. The people he really wanted to kill in this world were much stronger than the ones in this village. On top of that there were many more people he was after in other worlds, so the less time and energy he spent killing each person the better. He did find at least a little fun in toying with the weaker ones and until he remembered there was someone else in this village he was going to snack on them. He could always eat people later he figured.
When he was questioned about how he could make him whole again and who he was he smiled evilly a bit. It seemed whoever he was didn't know everything about Nobodies, though it made sense. Riley's own Nobody seemed completely uninterested in merging back with Riley so every Nobody seemed to be different from the other. "Give you a heart? I was thinking of something more along the lines of you and your heartless being killed getting your somebody back the old fashioned way." Riley laughed a bit more. "Though getting you a heart seems much more interesting, much more involved. The people I'm seeing soon would have no objections to donating a heart, the dead can't complain after all."
Riley crossed his arms and thought about the situation at hand. This Nobody had no idea the extent he was about to go to in order to get his revenge but seemed to be interested in getting a heart. Riley had come across countless people in his life that were willing to do anything to get hat they want, and he wanted to find out if the Nobody in question was one of those people. He didn't seem to know that some Nobodies can just regrow their hearts, tough Riley had no idea if all Nobodies were like that or if it had something to do with willpower. Riley's tail started to sway from side to side. Riley decided to answer his other question after he got an idea. "I am simply a Keyblade Master who is on a quest for revenge and power." Riley crossed his arms. "I'm just going to take a guess and say you are the type of Nobody who's somebody is gone and has no idea where his heartless is to become whole." Riley had heard of and met Nobodies like that, though his own Nobody was one of the special cases where he was roaming free while his somebody was still around.
Riley looked back up at the Nobody, anyone who saw his display and still stuck around had hi interest. Perhaps he could be of some use to Riley, and making him whole couldn't be that hard if that was really what he wanted. "I see an interesting situation here," he said with a laugh. "You need a heart and I have people to kill. If you can help me get back at all these people and somehow manage not to die than I'll help you become whole again or whatever it is you seek to do with the heart." Riley held up one finger. "And you must not get in my way when I get to the people I really want to kill. Some of them I hate just that much more than the others, and the ones that will piss me off must be made an example of. As long as you don't do that I at least won't make you collateral damage. Whoever else you manage to kill are all yours to do whatever the hell you want with, though I may end up eating some of them." Riley laughed a little more. "What do you say Nobody? You want that heart or not?"

"Give you a heart?" A grin seemed to be plastered on the short swordsman's face as his tail swished behind him. "I was thinking of something more along the lines of you and your Heartless being killed, getting your Somebody back the old fashioned way." For a moment, Kavra scowled as he took a step back, the orichalcum rod in his sleeve ready to be used at a moment's notice. Like I'll die here! The swordsman laughed merrily, as though he hadn't just talked about thinking of ending the Nobody's existence. "Though getting you a heart seems much more interesting." It seemed the mysterious man was planning on killing others, much like he had done to the woman from before, mentioning how the dead didn't need hearts. The Nobody took another drag from his cigarette, thankful for the solace the smoke offered, even though it was little.
Shaking his head a bit, Kavra's steel eyes narrowed at Riley as he straightened back to his full height. It seemed the stranger was in thought as he crossed his arms, his tail continuing to swish quietly behind him. What is this guy? Kavra had never seen anyone that looked quite like that smaller swordsman before. Suddenly, he spoke, introducing himself as a Keyblade master, thirsting for power and revenge. In regards to Kavra knowing the whereabouts of his Heartless was unknown to him, as he had awoken on another world entirely from where he perished. "Yeah...something like that." He had nodded at the tailed man's assessment. He hardly knew if the creature resided on his home world or not, as they were such fickle monsters.
"I see an interesting situation here." Riley's laugh was light over the dull roar of flames around them. "You need a heart and I have people to kill." Kavra's interest was already piqued. How long had it been, since he had felt anything? How long had he craved to feel some sort of sensation or feeling that was real? Thirst surged through the Nobody as his gaze became set and determined on the smaller swordsman, his jaw set as he nodded a bit. "Okay. If you can get me a heart of my own, I'll help you." Frankly speaking, Kavra had already seen this mans strength. If anyone could deliver a heart to him, it was probably this guy. He also didn't mind having to kill others to get his own heart. He had died for others, and no one had cared. They had left him to this fate of non-existence. Screw 'em all. Finishing his cigarette with a long drag, the Nobody breathed the smoke through his nose as he flicked the butt of it on the ground, crushing it beneath his sneaker. I'm done with worrying about them. Humans, those with hearts, emotions, greedily wasting them and never being grateful for them. He truly loathed them, as well as most other things in existence.
"Not just any heart will do, though." There was a grin on the Nobody's face, despite the hollow feeling he constantly had. The thought of a heart, having one of his own, it stirred as much excitement out of the lifeless husk as anything could, really. There was no genuine excitement in him, of course, just the habitual actions of one being excited, based on memory. Pointing a finger out at Riley, Kavra made his requirement loud and clear. "It has to be a strong one, capable of feeling many strong emotions all at once." He could almost imagine it now.
Shoving his hands into his jacket pockets, the Nobody waited to see what Riley would say.

Riley shrugged a little as the Nobody made his conditions clear. "You know for someone who can't have emotions you sure do have a strong feeling for what you want," he said laughing. "Fine, the people I'm after are powerful so their hearts will have every emotion you want so badly. I am going to multiple worlds to hunt down these people so you best cancel any hot dates you had tonight." Riley noticed how he had been looking at him, he took it the Nobody had never met a Chaos Demon before. Riley decided to have a little fun before he went to his next stop. His body glowed with energy before he was completely covered in it. Soon the energy faded revealing his female form.
Riley looked up at the Nobody and smiled before he disappeared. He reappeared beside him and crossed his arms. "The name is Riley," he told them with a smirk. Riley gave him a minute to process his change before he went on. He always did like shocking people with his ability to shift. "The person I'm after in this world is Master Trish and everyone connected to her. The people in this village were just collateral damage to get info on her whereabouts." Riley walked a little away and pointed towards the mountain. "She apparently moved to a village on the other side of the mountain. Once I take care of her and her loved ones we'll be going to the other worlds. Just a little exciting multi-world manhunt." He turned back to him. "I will warn you that the people I'm really after are far more powerful than that woman I took care of and each fight will be to the death." He crossed his arms wondering just how powerful this Nobody could really be when it came down to it. The last thing he needed was someone who would get in his way, tough having someone serve as a distraction could work out great if Riley played his cards right against each foe. Who knows he could prove to be far more useful than he was giving him credit for. No matter the strength the people he is after aren't the type to underestimate someone, so just having another fighter against them would already be an advantage. It wasn't wise to take your eyes off any foe regardless of their power. "I can fully heal anyone with one of my spells as long as they don't die, so don't get yourself killed and you will get that strong heart you seek."
Riley turned back to face the mountain. "Shall we? We have a lot of work to do." Riley jumped down from the roof and starting walking towards the mountain. He then stopped to look back at the Nobody. "Oh and I am expecting a few of my friends to join me along the way and each one is almost as interesting as I am. Expect this to be a learning experience you don't want to miss out on." He turned back around and started walking again, plotting different ways he wanted to kill Trish. Normally he would just teleport him and the nobody there, but doing this the slow way made more sense. He wouldn't want anyone from Trish's village coming around and warning everyone about the other village before he had a chance to get to them. This way he could kill anyone that was out for a nightly walk and maybe get more information out of them.

"You know, for someone who can't have emotions you sure do have a strong feeling for what you want," Riley let out a laugh as he sized up the Nobody, who's steel grey eyes stared dully at the smaller man before him. "Fine. The people I'm after are powerful, so their hearts will have every emotion you want so badly." The words were music to Kavra's ears, as his brows perked up slightly as he listened. "I am going to multiple worlds to hunt down these people, so you best cancel any hot dates you had tonight." It seemed the two would be taking their leave of this world soon, causing Kavra to wonder what other worlds the two would travel to.
As he stood in thought, Riley shape-shifted before his very eyes, transforming into a taller (albeit, still shorter than him) woman. Blinking a bit in surprise, Kavra took a step back as suddenly the woman appeared beside him, crossing her arms. "The name is Riley." The Nobody glanced from the corner of his eye at this 'Riley' character, who was rather odd in the sense of having tails and ears, but now could also apparently transform? What an odd guy...girl? He was getting a little confused, though it didn't bother him. The way Riley spoke, it certainly sounded like whoever they were searching for would certainly be powerful, as the demon warned him not to die before he could be healed. The Nobody crossed his arms in thought, mulling all of this information over in his mind. "Hm...sounds interesting enough." He certainly was bored. Without a heart to feel thrill, fear, love or anything else, life sure was dull and unentertaining.
Riley turned to face the mountain, their voice snapping Kavra out of his daydreaming. "Shall we? We have a lot of work to do." The woman jumped down from the roof, walking through the snow towards the mountain pass. Turning back to face him, who still stood on the roof, Riley called out: "Oh and I am expecting a few of my friends to join me along the way. Each one is almost as interesting as I am. Expect this to be a learning experience you don't want to miss out on." The statement hung in the air as Kavra listened, curious indeed. With how bored of his existence he was, any invitation for something against the mundane was welcoming. Crafting a doorway of darkness next to him, Kavra vanished into the dark before reappearing beside Riley, emerging through the same doorway that had closed behind him on the rooftop.
"Alright, I'll follow you there." The Nobody walked with his hands in his jacket pocket, pulling out a cigarette and lighting it while staring up at the sky. The smoke in his chest filled him with the only amount of peace he had felt since his odd existence began. Thinking of his yearning of obtaining a heart of his own, the corners of Kavra's mouth twitched in what was his version of a smile.
Finally. I'll feel something.

As they were walking Riley's mind drifted to exactly how he was going to deal with Trish, as well as anyone in her village that dared to get in his way. As his mind was filled with various different ways he would kill Trish he couldn't help but let out a small laugh. If he was still in his true form his crimson eye would be glowing at all the thoughts.
Once they reached the mountain Riley looked back at the other village so he could get a better look at the damage he did. Some of the smoke was still going, but if someone was new to this world they wouldn't be able to tell what was left was once a village. An evil smile graced Riley's face as he admired his work. He knew the longer he looked back at it the higher the chance of someone going to investigate it was, so he gave it one last look and kept going up the mountain.
By the time they reached the peak Riley was able to find the path that led to thr village Trish was currently living in just as the man told him. Before he could say or do anythinghe sensed a portal of timemagic open up and a familiar aura come out of it. He turned to find a young girl sitting on one of the rocks. She looked a lot like his true form, only her tail was different and instead of a crimson eye she had a bright purple eye to go with her blue one. She was even wearing the exact same outfit Riley was wearing in his true form, only without the mark of mastery emblem on the gem.
"Having all the fun without waiting for me grandpa?" the girl asked giving him an evilsmile that matched his own. "It's almost as if you don't give a shit about me anymore~"
"What are you doing here?"
"If you're worried about me getting my parents permission to be here don't worry I got that taken care of." She pulled out a permission slip with both of her parents signatures on it and handed it to her grandfather. She took a few steps back so she would be facing both her grandfather and the nobody. "As for why I'm here," her eyrs changed to show the mark of the O'Malley clan for a few seconds before they went back to normal. "Let's just say I have the same rage as you grandpa, and the you from my time sent me here so we can have some quality family bonding time. Also he can't stand having me around." She gestured to a stop before her own father Zane appeared. He didn't look that different from Riley's true form besides both of his eyes being blue and his tail being golden blonde. In fact both Alice and Zane looked as young as Riley was despite being his granddaughter and son respectively.
"Please dad just let her join you for your next few adventures so it'll be easier to deal with this phase of hers." Zane asked. He looked at Alice as he only noe noticed the massive increase in power in her aura. "How did you get so much stronger in just a single month?!"
"The future is now old man!" Alice gave her father an evil smirk. "I've already far surpassed what you could do in your prime, not that it was anything to write home about. Soon I'll be as strong as grandpa Riley and there's not a damn thing you can do about it weakling."
The two of them started bickering back and forth until a beam of magma made them both moved out of the way. The beam melted the rock it collided with and kept going. The two looked back to see that it came from Riley, who was now back in his true form. He let out a loud roar before he gave them both a half annoyed half angry look. "I am only going to let you tag along so I can see just how much stronger you've become. But if you get in my way I am sending you back to your time or the afterlife, whichever is faster."
Alice smiled. "Don't worry I'm not like my deadweight father."
Zane gave his daughter an annoyed look and sighed. He looked back at his father. "Just make sure she stays with you, I don't like the idea of her being in our time while she's like this. She's almost as bad as you'll become."
Alice flipped him off before he disappeared. Riley sighed and rubbed the side of his head. He turned back to face Kavra. " This is Alice, my time traveling granddaughter."

For a moment, silence had filled the space between the odd pair of traveling companions. Making their way out of the village, ruined with destruction, Kavra wondered about the being in front of him. Exactly what are they…? They had mentioned being a ‘Keyblade Master’, but truthfully, the Nobody had no idea what a ‘Keyblade’ was. It must be the odd sword I saw them using… Both Riley and the woman they had been fighting had used odd shaped weapons, ones that transformed into a various array of tools. Truthfully, weapons didn’t interest the Nobody, so naturally he stopped thinking about it as Riley broke out into a laugh in front of him.
Kavra’s empty grey eyes blinked as he took in their environment. It seemed he had spaced out through their walk, as they had already reached the base of the large mountain. The ruined village remained behind them, in the distance, still aflame and smoking from the chaos. He noticed how Riley took a moment to drink in the sight, a look of pleasure on their face. Tch... For a moment, the Nobody wondered if he could feel jealousy. Watching Riley's face, the Nobody felt an aching in his chest that caused his hand to raise to it absentmindedly. The two continued on in silence as they reached the peak, heading down a path towards an unknown destination to the Nobody. It doesn’t really matter where we go…if they get me a heart. He couldn’t get the thought out of his head. Was it possible for a Nobody to feel hopeful? Of course not. But for a moment, Kavra felt like he had an idea of what it was like to be hopeful, though a mere mocking shadow of an imitation as it was.
Suddenly, a portal opened near the two, causing the Nobody to take a step back in surprise as he summoned the Smoker’s Pipe into his hands. His steel eyes fell upon a young girl, one that also had a tail and odd colored eyes. ”Having all the fun without waiting for me, grandpa?” The girl spoke to Riley, seemingly ignoring Kavra altogether. The Nobody wasn’t offended, they couldn’t be, after all. He preferred it this way, staying in the background. Standing upright and out of his battle stance, the long Orichalcum rod disappeared into Nothingness. ”It’s almost as if you don’t give a shit about me anymore~” The young girl seemed to have some strong feelings towards Riley. For a moment, Kavra narrowed his eyes at the girl. It was an envious glare. One that reeked with want and yearning.
As the two began to talk, Kavra grew more and more confused on this ‘Riley’ characters backstory. Apparently there were other time lines happening, a concept the Nobody had no interest in wrapping his head around. Another individual appeared suddenly, though this time the Nobody didn’t move in surprise. He remained in a relaxed position, his hands in his jacket pockets as he watched the familial bickering unfold around him. Ah…so they’re pawning the kid off on us. It didn’t take long for him to see what was going on here.
Truthfully, the Nobody was surprised. He didn’t expect someone with as much malice as Riley to even have any family left. For some reason, though perhaps it was a misguided generalization, the Nobody felt like most individuals hellbent on a murderous path of revenge didn’t have a good family life. Hm…I guess I don’t know as much as I thought I did… It wasn’t a surprising thought. Truthfully, the Nobody had never been known for his smarts, even when he was a Somebody. It seemed that the younger girl was going to be coming with them, as Kavra focused his attention back to the situation unfolding before him.
”This is Alice, my time traveling granddaughter.” Riley had given the introduction, causing the Nobody to turn his gaze back over to the young girl. His face was as blank as ever, a look of empty boredom a mask fixed to his features. Scratching at the back of his messy vibrant hair, the Nobody mumbled his introduction. ”’Sup. I’m Kavra.” It was a tone of pure indifference.
Pulling a heavily worn pack of cigarettes from his pocket, the Nobody pulled one out with his mouth before lighting it. Inhaling the smoke deeply, he wondered when they would continue on their way. I’m so tired of these damned things… He wanted to feel again.
Even without a heart, it seemed a Nobody could be narcissistic.

Alice looked at Kavra and gave him an evil smile. "So we've got a nobody tagging along," she asked. "Fine, but don't get in my way." She had an idea what was going on thanks be being told bits and pieces before she came to this time again, but it didn't tell her exactly how far along her grandfather had gone along with his plan. She had a vague idea thanks to both wearing the same outfit now. She turned to him to find out more. "Who are we currently after?"
"Trish," Riley looked back down the path. "It's a long walk so let's get moving."
Alice pouted a little as she followed him down the path. "So I missed the infamous Seven World Rampage then," she said to herself. Pity, she would have loved to have witnessed first hand how exactly that happened. If she knew that she would have gone back further to join him sooner, but she did get a little smile on her face when she realized she would get to see even better action really soon. She couldn't help but let out a little laugh as she realized she would see firsthand everything the history books omitted from this soon to be infamous chain of events. The best part was that she would also be a participant
As they went down towards the village Alice couldn't help but look at Kavra. Why would Riley bring him along? It's not like he needed help killing people with the state he was in. It then clicked in her head. "I take it you're one of those types of Nobodies that wants to get a strong heart then," she said. "Well then you came to the right people. I doubt Trish's heart is the type you're looking for. But there is a certain person back on our home world who has the right heart for what you want. He's the Head of a stupid little council that will be gone soon. I know for a fact we'll be seeing him by the end of this little adventure. Grandpa is so, so eager to get his hands on his heart. Literally." She at least knew that much was going to happen. As for everything that happened between now and then it was only small bits and pieces. She did however know the end result, at least for her and Riley. It was very interesting to say the least.
Riley on the other hand was getting excited. He wanted nothing more than to make Trish, and everyone else that was involved, suffer a fate worst than death. He would make sure to make it come true if it was the last thing he did. As they kept getting closer to the other village his mind kept racing with more and more ways to make Trish suffer. Each idea was crueler and more vicious than the last. It was a shame he had so many other people to kill after her, he would gladly spend more time torturing her if he could. But alas, he would have to settle for only a few ideas he came up with. He had to save some for the others.
Once the village finally came into closer view it could be seen that it was slighter bigger than the other village Riley and Kavra were in. It was still the dead of night, and besides their own footsteps the only other sounds that could be heard were the usual bugs and birds one often hears at night. If it wasn't for the fact it would have given away what they were trying to do Riley would have killed them until everything was silent. Once they got to the gate a man could be seen, a guard or watchmen of some sort, with his own keyblade drawn. It was like he was expecting a fight. That was until they got closer into view and he dismissed his keyblade in a flash of light.
"Riley what are you doing here at this time of night?" He addressed Riley first, clearing seeing that Alice and Kavra were with him.
Riley chose to ignore the man's question and ask his own. "Where is Master Trish?"
The man knew Riley from an adventure that had happened a few years ago. He would have never guessed the aura he sensed was his. It was almost completely different from before. It was much more... sinister than it usually was. Still he trusted him and just assumed he had important matters with Trish. "She lives in the yellow house near the center of the village, you can't miss it." He still would have liked to know at least a little about why he had to see her now of all times. "What is this all about-"
Before the man could finish his question Riley's scythe Damned Rose was already in his chest. Riley covered the man's mouth with his free hand as he let out a painful scream. He dug his talons into the man's face, easily drawing blood and even piercing the skull. "That is none of your concern." Riley told him in a cold voice. He quickly moved the scythe to cut it's way out of the man, and as it went out of him his very soul went out with it before Damned Rose absorbed it. The man's body quickly faded violently. Riley let out a small but very evil laugh at the deed. He stopped and shook his head. He couldn't relish in this death like he wanted to; there was work to be done. He licked the blood off of his talons and looked back at the two as he dismissed the scythe. "Come on," he urged them. "We have work to do." He went off towards the middle of the village.
Alice looked at Kavra with an evil smile before she went after him. "Hope you don't have a weak stomach," she laughed. "It'll only get worse as this goes on." She walked until she came to the small bits of blood on the ground that was left by Riley's act. Her tail moved before she took some of the blood with the tip of it. She slowly brought it up to drink the blood as she went after Riley.

Kavra lit a cigarette while Alice and Riley spoke, focusing on the only sensation that felt…well, it probably felt like nothing—but better than nothing. ”So I missed the infamous Seven World Rampage then,” Alice’s comment snapped Kavra’s attention back to the conversation happening in front of him. Following both of them down the path, the Nobody couldn’t help but feel a little out of place. He had no idea what was going on, in regards to the events these two were talking about. Guess it’s not a surprise…it’s what happens when you just drop in and out of places. How long had he simply drifted along, world to world, seeking a way to obtain a heart again? As they walked, Kavra’s eyes shifted over to Alice, who seemed to be looking at him a lot. He grimaced as he inhaled his smoke, looking away as he scratched at the back of his head in annoyance.
Damned brat. What’s she lookin’ at? The annoyance couldn’t be genuine, but was habitual. He was a Nobody, after all. ”I take it you’re one of those types of Nobodies that wants to get a strong heart then,” It seemed the young time traveling granddaughter was sharper than he had given her credit for. She had immediately understood the reason for his tagging along, even without being filled in on the situation. There were more names she mentioned, though none of them held any importance to Kavra. She mentioned knowing the ‘perfect’ heart for him to get—but Kavra had no idea what a ‘perfect’ heart would look or be like yet. Hm…I guess I just figured I’d know a powerful one when I saw it… He really wasn’t the best at planning. Thankfully he had run into Riley and this odd girl, who seemed to know quite a few people who held powerful hearts ripe for the taking.
A broad grin erupted on his face, though it never really reached his eyes. It looked almost as hollow as it felt. ”So long as it’s strong enough to handle the kinda emotions I’m lookin' for—I don’t care.” It was odd, feeling hopeful out of habit, rather than feeling it inside. Nearing the village, the Nobody flicked his cigarette butt into the ground, stomping over it as he savored the last of it in his chest. It seemed this village was larger than the others, which would make finding someone a bit trickier. Walking through the dead of night towards the gate, Kavra kept his eyes peeled for any sign of danger. Continuing on, the Nobody noticed the guard, wielding an odd shaped weapon similar to the one he had seen Riley using.
Luckily, the guard seemed to know Riley. As the two talked, Kavra balked at how easily this was going. The man was giving them the location of who they were looking for. The daunting task that the Nobody hadn’t looked forward to would be skipped altogether! Suddenly the guard was dead, being absorbed by Riley’s large scythe weapon. ”Come on. We have work to do.” The comment was towards himself and Alice, as Riley continued onward into the village. Alice’s smile made Kavra slightly uncomfortable, it seemed too genuine and filled with emotion. ”Hope you don’t have a weak stomach,” Kavra barked out a laugh, shaking his head as the girl drank the blood and wandered after Riley.
What he felt wasn’t repulsion, but jealousy, or the lingering shadow of it. These people he was surrounded by were enjoying themselves, enacting vengeance, all of these things were lost on the Nobody. He couldn’t feel anything. With a sigh, The Smoker’s Pipe appeared in the Nobody’s hands in weaves of Nothingness. The long Orichalcum + pole gleamed with a teal and translucent glimmer. Spinning it expertly, Kavra holstered the weapon over his shoulders, resting his arms over it as he walked after the two at a casual pace. He sighed, never having had the best work ethic, even as a Somebody.
Time to earn that heart, I guess.

Riley didn't bother looking back to see whatever Alice did, though from what he knew he could probably guess what happened. It didn't matter to him, as long as she stayed out of his way he didn't care what she did. He was only interested in how much she was just willing to help out. If he was going to be stuck with her the next few years the least she could do is make herself useful. Though how much she was able to change within a single month did interest him. If she could do that then the power he desired would surely come to him soon enough. He would make sure no matter what it took he would get it.
His mind went back to the task at hand. The last thing he needed was to be distracted at a time like this. The time to act was now, he would have to lust for power after this was all over. Though it wasn't like this was going to be boring.
Alice had other things on her mind. Riley already had his fun in this world, and it was time for her to do the same. She had waited far too long to get to this point. The mindset had only gotten to her a month ago, but what followed was the most insufferable month she ever had the displeasure of having. Being constantly told that she didn't have to be this way by her weaklings for parents drove her insane. Being stuck only killing those deemed 'evil' enough to suffer the fate she wanted to give people grew old fast. She only wanted to be free to do what her grandfather and those on his side of the family that came before him were able to do. But she knew exactly what she had to do to get her way. All she had to do was give in to her anger more and more and let it take control. That would get them to confront her about it. It wasn't like those two were any match for her current state at any point in their lives. The state she left them both in after the fight was proof of the gap in what she could do what what they could ever do. That was all she needed to do to get them to send her at this point in time, and what a time it was going to be. She was going to not only witness firsthand so many events but be apart of them. Best of all she was finally free; free to do whatever she wanted to do without her father trying to get in her way. If she didn't still need him alive she would have killed him during their fight, but leaving him within an inch of his life was good enough for him to get the message.
She watched Riley as In fact from the look of it her grandfather was all for it; at least with how he is during this point in time. She knew there was a reason she always liked hanging out with him more than anyone else, she just couldn't figure it out until now. He was the only one who truly understood her. It was a shame he was slowly fading out of existence, he was the one person she actually cared if he lived or not. Knowing him it wasn't too much to worry about, it was a slow process after all. When she thought about it he was still alive during her time, so she just shrugged it off as something that would solve itself.
They soon came to the house the guard told them about. It was a fairly sized house painted a light shade of yellow. Alice quickly noticed one of the windows of the house, and sense some fairly young auras on the other side of it. She quickly figured out that it was the window to a kids bedroom. An evil smile graced her face as she got an idea. "I'll meet you both inside," she told them turning to go around the house. "I have a much more fun way of getting in~" She went along the side of the house before she was out of sight.
Riley just watched her until he realized from what he was sensing what she was going to do. He shook his head and went up to the door. "Follow my lead," he told Kavra. "The people we are after in each world have a great deal of trust in me thanks to all the years I foolishly spent playing hero. To say the element of surprise is on our side is an understatement and while we don't really need it I do require one important piece of information out of her. After I get that then the game begins." He knocked on the door the same way he knocked on every door. People usually knew it was him just by the knock.
Just before he was about to knock again the door slowly opened revealing a slightly older woman who was clearly still half asleep. "O'Malley?" she asked with a yawn. "What is this about?"
Riley for once gave her a friendly smile. "I was just in the world and thought I'd drop by and discuss some things with you. It's about that little scheme we put to an end a few weeks ago."
Trish then got a more serious look on her face. Everyone that knew Riley knew he liked to sleep in, if he was up before Dawn it had to be important. His words only made her more curious. She opened the door some more so that the two could come in. "Come come the living room. I'll make tea." Riley went past her and she waited for Kavra to do the same before she closed the door. She led them into the living room that was fairly large and Riley sat on the couch. "My kids and husband are still sleeping. He's a sound sleeper so trying to get him up right now is a lost cause." She looked at Kavra.
"This is my friend Kavra," he told her. "We've been investigating what we came here to talk about. Though things are best talked over with some Tea."
Trish nodded to Kavra. "I'm Trish Knul. It's nice to meet you." she went through one of the halls to the kitchen. She still talked to them through the all. "How do you two like your tea?"
"Hot, not too sweet." Riley normally would never drink tea, but he couldn't kill her now. Not until he learned the location of someone else. He already had his friend Nazo looking into it, but it was always nice to be sure. Besides the faster he found out the faster he could start lowering the number of people left for him to kill.
Meanwhile Alice had slowly climbed up the side of the house with her talons, making her way to the window from before. She used her telekinesis to slowly open the window and close it after she climbed inside the room. It was a fair sized room with a lot of posters of kid shows and movies all over the green walls. Alice scanned the room past the toy chest and rug and found the crib. She slowly walked towards it to find the three auras she sensed earlier. They were three kids in it, all of them were no older than a few years old. Alice licked her lips as she readied her talons for the kill. Before she went for it she looked towards where she sensed her grandfather and Kavra were. She made a quick guess that the woman she sense was their target Trish. She didn't feel her grandpa go for the kill yet, which meant they had more time than she first thought.
She noticed the door to the room was slightly cracked open. "So she's a very careful and worried mother," Alice made a gag gesture. But Trish wasn't careful enough to prevent what was going to happen. Alice soon got another idea. If she took care of her husband before the real fight began things would go very smoothly. She took one last look at the sleeping kids. "Don't worry I'll be back for you." She slowly went out of the room and looked to where the light was coming from. It was the room Riley and the others were in. It seemed they were keeping Trish busy, probably trying to get something out of it. This was the perfect chance to make her first move. If she knew people then they typically kept the kids room right across or right next to their own room, especially when they were as young as those three kids were.
Alice quietly made her way down the hall and found the one room with another aura. It was still mostly open from when Trish left it to answer the door. Alice slowly poked her head inside to find a large bed with a man still fast asleep snoring. Alice rolled her eyes as she made her way towards the bed. Once she was finally close she noticed something. "So the old worn out hag likes her men younger than she is. Figures." She slowly took the pillow that most likely belonged to Trish. She then readied her talons in one hand right above his chest, and the pillow right above his head with her other. In one smooth motion she dug her talons right into his chest, going right through the skin making deep holes in him. Just as the man jolted awake to scream the pillow met his head, and he quickly went back down without much sound. Alice kept the pillow right on his head and applied as much pressure as she could without destroying the room. Soon his aura and lifeforce were completely gone. Just to make sure Alice slashed across his neck before she removed the pillow. She put in back where it was and rolled the man over on his stomach, just in case Trish came back before it was time to kill her.
With the deed done Alice went back into the hall, and quickly noted how the others were still in the living room. Alice smiled again as she went back into the kids room. She decided to wait until the time was right to take care of the kids. Besides if she knew her grandfather the entire village might soon get involved. Having three kids as leverage in a fight like that always had their advantages, she learned that from Riley very quickly. Even if it was only going to be Trish they were going to fight, any mother that witnessed her three kids being murdered by a fifteen year old girl was surely going to lose it one way or the other. Who knows if Riley and Kavra aren't able to get the information out of her then perhaps having to chose between giving them the silent treated and her own kids life was just the little push she needed to give them what they wanted.

Skulking through the village, the trio arrived at at the house the guard had mentioned. ”I’ll meet you both inside,” Alice’s voice dripped with excitement. What a mischievous girl. The thought was bland of any emotion or menace. Riley’s voice broke the silence, causing the Nobody’s empty grey eyes to fall back to the murderous being before him. ”Follow my lead, the people we are after in each world have a great deal of trust in me thanks to all the years I foolishly spent playing the hero.” The words caught Kavra off guard. Never in his non-existence would the Nobody have thought this person in front of him had ever played anything even close to a hero. Hm—guess they’re more complex than they seem. He supposed one couldn’t have always been a murderous vengeance craved maniac hellbent on destruction.
Knock! Knock! Riley knocking on the door broke him out of his thoughts. An older woman appeared behind the opened door, yawning visibly from having been disturbed at this hour. Kavra had hidden The Smoker’s Pipe beforehand, as the rod could shrink down and slide into his jacket sleeve, having heard most of Riley’s talk of the ‘element of surprise’. They were invited in almost immediately. Wow. This poor sap. This woman really had no idea about the intent behind this character. Entering the home, Kavra glanced around. It was modest, but comfortable. Not that he could feel the comfort anyway, though. ”This is my friend Kavra,” The sudden introduction caused the Nobody’s eyes to avert back to the woman and Riley, nodding a bit as he waved in a small greeting. He forced an awkward smile on his face.
It was hard, making expressions he couldn’t resonate with. For a moment, he wished he could feel anger at this ‘Trish’ and Riley, forcing him into a corner like this. I didn’t sign up for social interactions—! He was no good with those. Frankly, even when he was a Somebody, most hadn’t seemed to take to him. Sighing a bit, the vibrant haired Nobody took a seat, following Riley’s lead as Trish’s voice rang from the kitchen. ”How do you two like your tea?” Tea—? Mental groan. The only thing that made him feel anything were his smokes. His hand absentmindedly reached towards his jacket pocket before faltering. Tch—! Shit, this lady said she had kids…probably won’t be cool with me smoking in here. Riley had said to follow their lead, and right now it seemed they had to play nice and get along. Figured. The only thing that gave his nonexistence any joy was withheld from him, due to the same social boundaries he had always hated dealing with. Slumping over a bit in his seat, Kavra rested his head on his hands before calling out a bored—
”Straight.” Why bother with any flavors or airs? He wouldn’t appreciate them anyway.

Trish soon came into the living room with a tray of three different cups of tea. She placed each cup on the table corresponding to which tea the person wanted before sitting down to Riley's left. After taking a sip of her own tea she looked at both of them. Remembering what happened a few weeks ago she already had an idea about what Riley meant. "So what did you find during your investigation?" Riley didn't bother drinking his tea at first. He just wanted to get what information he needed out of Trish so that he could keep moving down his to-do list. "We have reason to believe there are still some fallen Masters left from that group we took care of. From what we've found it looks like their next target is the Crimson Four, but we haven't been able to get into contact with them to warn them." He took a sip of his tea. "Well that's because they went undercover in Sanfransokyo a week ago." Trish took a sip of her tea before she went into more detail about where they were and how they had to cut off communication in order to stay undercover. Riley smiled as he learned of where his next targets were. He pushed the thoughts of how exactly he wanted to kill them to the back of his mind as he still played along with tricking Trish. "We'll be sure to find them as soon as possible. For now I think you should stay low for a while. There's nothing saying they won't end up coming to this world too." "I'll be sure to be on the lookout." Trish finished her tea and leaned forward to put her hand on top of Riley's left hand. She gave him a worried look. "I heard about what happened to your wives Riley." She told him in a soft voice. "I know you're in a lot of pain right now. Are you sure it's for the best for you to just jump into another adventure?" Riley's face completely changed. He was caught off guard by Trish's words. Suddenly everything that happened to him the past few weeks flashed in his mind. Everything he lost in so little time. Maple, Winda, Merlina, Iris; how the four of them died played again in his mind. The words of the God of Destruction echoed in his mind, how it was all his fate's fault. Tears ran down his face as he was on the verge of breaking down again. Trish took Riley hand in hers. "It's okay to cry Riley, let it all out." Deep inside Riley's heart in the dimension she created Kurome; Riley's past life, was not happy. Everything she planned to get Riley to act like her was going so great until now. He just had to be so attached to his wives. The very thought sickened her. She did not go out of her way to make sure he ended up like this just to have it all thrown out the window. Before she did something a smile came to her face. She remembered what Riley's new outfit was meant to do in times like this. This wasn't over yet, not by a long shot. Back in the physical world Riley's outfit started glowing. Riley was shown the real reason he came here in his mind and the tears slowly stopped. He raised his head to look at Trish again, this time with an angry glare. "Do you remember how we first met." Trish started to say something about a mission before Riley cut her off. "No not then, we met long before then." Trish just gave him a confused look. "Don't play dumb!" Riley stood up and starting walking around the chair she was sitting in. "Back when my brother and I were about to be born the council plotted to kill us shortly before we were born, all because chaos demon and goddess hybrids have a trend to cause a lot of damaged to the universe. So the day we were born the council and other Keyblade Masters showed up to kill us, including you!" Trish gave Riley a shocked looked. "How did you find out about that?!" She shook her head realizing it didn't matter. "Am I lying or not Trish?!" "You know you're right, but a lot has happened since then Riley! People make mistakes, you two didn't die! We were only-" "Only thinking about your own selfish interests and bias." "Riley please just listen to me we don't have to-" Riley placed his hand on her face, his talons digging into it. A fired a blast of wind magic sending her crashing through the wall and landing outside. He slowly walked to get to her. Alice was starting to get bored. What could possibly be so important that it meant they couldn't kill Trish already? The explosion soon happened, and she grew an evil smile as she had a pretty good idea of what happened. "Looks like that's my cue~" Sensing that things were moving outside Alice quickly went back to the crib. "You three are coming with me." Alice opened the window before grabbing the kids. Her original plan seem like it wasn't going to work, but she quickly came up with a much better one. Back outside Trish had already recovered from Riley's attack and was on her feet. She looked at him dead in the eyes as she watched him walked out from the hole he made in her house. "I was hoping we could have let what happened in the past stay there," she said with a cold voice. "But you were never one to move on from the past were you?" With a flash of light her keyblade appeared in her left hand. Riley stopped and gave her a evil smile. His outfit had stopped glowing but his anger was still the same. "You honestly think you're going to get out of this alive?" He laughed. "Though you shouldn't be too worried, your friends will be joining you as soon as I get to them." "I don't want to kill you O'Malley, but for the sake of my kids I know I have to put you down. Stand down before I have to do something I'll regret." "Oh I'm afraid you'll be doing nothing of the sort." Alice's voice came from the roof of Trish's house. Trish and Riley looked up to find Alice standing on the roof. One of the kids were in her arms, another was wrapped by her tail, and the third one was nowhere to be seen. "You are in no position to make any demands. If your backup plan was hoping for your husband to come to your rescue then you are out of luck. I took care of the poor sap during your little tea party." Trish looked at Alice in horror before she gathered herself. Quickly noting both of her kids were still alive, at least for now, she knew the next few minutes determined the fate of what was left of her family. "What did you do with Mei?!" Trish hoped with every ounce of her will that she was still alive somehow. There just had to be a way for Mei to have survived. "Was that her name? I would have brought all three of the little rugrats to watch their mother's final moments but I got a little hungry on the way up." Alice gave another smile that showed her fangs that were still dripping with blood. Trish had a look of pure horror on her face. If it wasn't for the grave situation she was in she would have either broke down crying or attack Alice in a blind rage. But deep down she knew mistakes like those would get her killed quickly. She remembered Kavra and looked past Riley to make a mental note of where her three attackers were. Looking back to Alice she gave her an angry look. "You will all pay for this!" "If you wanted them back so badly all you had to do was ask!" Alice's tail flicked forward sending the child flying through the air. Alice spun the other kid she was holding up and down a few times before she kicked him away sending him flying in a different direction. "Let's see how good you are at playing catch!" By now some the houses in the village had lights on, most likely due to people being woken up from Riley's attack from earlier. Trish took note of this as she was already on the move. Her keyblade glowed before she dragged it across the ground. "Stoneza mud wall version two!" Quickly the ground she touched turned to soft mud and begun to take shape. It moved upwards forming a makeshift slide before the first kid Alice threw slid across it, dirty from the landing but safe. Trish then was suddenly by the other side of the house looking right at the second kid Alice tossed. "Waterja bubbles!" She shot giant bubbles out from the tip of her keyblade which floated out around the village. One of the bubbles collided with the child and the child bounced around inside it until they settled at the bottom of it. They stayed inside the bubble as they floated away. Trish had a look of both pride and relief on her face after saving both of them. That was until she was kicked by Riley, to which she back flipped to land on her feet and face him. "I hope you aren't expecting the rest of this fight to be as easy as that," he said with an evil smile. "Because once I'm done with you your own mother won't recognize." By then some of the other villagers had come out of their houses, some with keyblades and others with other weapons. Two of the ones with keyblades had joined Trish. "What the hell is going on here?!" one of them asked seeing all the bubbles. Trish took a defensive stance keeping her eyes on Riley as she answered. "O'Malley attacked me as some girl killed my husband and Mei. Some Nobody named Kavra is with them." Alice appeared next to her grandfather as he gave the group a smile. "More cattle for the slaughter." Alice pushed a hidden button on the back of the charm on her shirt and music started playing really loudly from it. Riley looked at her. "Zgearia put a lot of features into our outfits including a Bluetooth speaker." Meanwhile some of the others had gone around the village, one of them picking up Trish's kid that landed in the mud and two others getting the other from the bubble and trying to move them to safety. One other wielding a dagger found Kavra, knowing it had to be him since he wasn't from the village. "I don't know what you three hoped to gain here tonight but let me assure you that it will be your last mistake."

Taking the tea from Trish with a silent nod, Kavra leaned back into the couch as Riley and her began to talk. Not knowing anything of Riley’s past—or much about Riley at all, for that matter—he was kind of lost during the conversation and not very invested. Sipping the tea, the Nobody couldn’t help but focus on the bland sensation welling in his mouth. It wasn’t that he couldn’t taste the tea. It wasn’t that he disliked it. He just had no sensation of real emotion at all. Sure, he still drank and ate out of habit, but they didn’t bring him the joys they used to. What a pathetic existence— For a moment, Kavra’s reaction was to tighten his grip on his teacup, his jaw clenching as he wished he could actually feel angry.
The sudden spell and crashing of the wall jarred his attention back to his surroundings. Oh—! Seems Riley was starting again. The two squared off, the woman summoning one of those odd shaped weapons again—what had they called it? Eh, that probably didn’t matter. Hearing Alice’s voice echo from above, Kavra rolled his eyes a bit as he leaned back in his seat, finally able to reach for the cigarettes he had fumbled for earlier. ”Might as well—if we’re at that point.” Lighting the cigarette, Kavra listened to the shouting of Trish and Riley and Alice while lazily looking over at them. Hm…so far it seems like they’ve got this under control… He’d step in if needed. So far it seemed like Riley and Alice had this covered.
He was the perfect example of mock contentedness, taking a deep drag from his smoke and watching the fight. Well, at least I can pretend to enjoy this. That in itself was comforting. Well, it was, until other people with the odd shaped weapons started showing up outside. Groaning audibly, the Nobody continued to smoke his cigarette as he pushed himself up from the couch, stretching rather lackadaisically as Trish informed the villagers of what was going on. ”Damn. Seems like my peace won’t last—“ He couldn’t even get mad. Sighing with boredom, the Nobody brandished the Orichalcum rod that he had collapsed and hidden within his jacket sleeve.
Extending the small pole into an incredibly long pole-staff, Kavra brandished The Smoker’s Pipe over his shoulders, a look of annoyance on his face as he spit the lit cigarette onto the floor of the house. He didn’t bother to put it out. This lady had jeopardized the one hobby that gave him any fake sense of joy. With an irritated glare, Kavra’s vibrant eyes fell on the villager wielding a dagger as he stepped out of the hole in the wall Riley had made. Glancing around, Kavra took note of the enemies surrounding them. His eyes fell on the other Wielders with an icy glare.
”You all shoulda stayed home. I was just gonna relax and take it easy, y’know?” Suddenly, a powerful surge of pressure fell upon the entire area, effecting all within it other than Riley and Alice, the allies he had exempted from his Graviga spell. The sense of pressure was no joke with this spell, causing Kavra to remain composed and reassured as he lazily brandished the pole from his shoulders, spinning it wildly before readying it in a two handed grip. Looking over at Riley, Kavra’s tone held a slight sarcasm as he quipped: ”Don’t say I didn’t do anything for ya—“
The Nobody’s long weapon began to glow in a powerful Twilight energy. Taking advantage of the opening he hoped his spell would give him, Kavra used the pole to launch himself into the air, the weapon glowing more and more with the energy as he aimed it downward toward the crowd. ”I hate people like you.” It was an icy statement, one that lacked passion but held genuine disgust. ”Taking these feelings for granted—“ Plummeting towards the ground, Kavra stabbed his glowing staff into the ground, causing it to rupture and crack as the blunt rod burrowed into the earth. All around Trish and the villagers, sudden pillars of Twilight energy erupted from the ground as Kavra's Twilight Storm ability unleashed. Each beam was a powerful blast, easily the size of support pillars for houses as they broke through the gravel and dirt to find their marks, shooting up and into the night sky.
Yanking the pole from the ground, Kavra glanced around to assess the damage, keeping a battle-ready position as he grasped The Smoker’s Pipe in both hands, twirling it menacingly.

As the Graviga spell set in the others were finding it hard to move, at least not counting Trish. Her body started glowing white as a thin barrier formed just over her skin. It wasn't the strongest defensively, but it did allow her to move normally in situations like this. She couldn't protect the others from the spell, but she would do her best to deal with Riley and Alice until they could move. She channeled earth magic to quickly create small walls of earth just big enough to protect the front of the other masters from whatever Riley and Alice were planning to do. She wasn't prepared for Kavra's twilight storm however, the beam aiming for her hitting its mark and causing her to be launched up into the air.
Trish's barrier lessened the damage, but not by much. Trish knew a rough landing could cost her her own life. Her keyblade glowed as it transformed into a spear before she used it to latch on to the side of the nearest house. She quickly used it as a foothold, standing on top of it and quickly getting the three back in eyesight. The other masters weren't so lucky, taking the full damage of the twilight storm. Soon after a flicker of magma appeared in between the masters.
Riley expected nothing less from Trish, she was the one of the best earth mages he knew after all. That said he wasn't going to let her off easy. That was until he noticed the flicker of magma appearing beside Trish. It was one of his own attacks, but he didn't make it. He looked at Alice and found that her right eye was bleeding. The attack came from her! The flicker soon burst into a ten foot explosion of magma that sent out molten magma in every direction. The masters were badly burned, and different parts of the area were set on fire from the magma.
Riley was also hit by the magma. While he was better off then the others it he still had to wonder when exactly did his granddaughter learn that technique from him. He looked at the bits of magma that were along his arm. He was enjoying the pain he was feeling. Pain always got him going no matter how bad it was. Her attack wasn't at the same level as his yet, but it was still impressive for someone her age. He would have to question her leap in power later, right now he had to focus on making Trish suffer.
Alice gave a proud smirk as she saw the damage her attack caused. Her new found powers would be put to good use, she would make sure of it. "Guess I got a little carried away~" she said looking at the different parts of the village that were now burning because of her. "Not like you'll be using this place for too much longer." Alice looked right at Trish and gave her an evil smile. She was eager to see what she would do next, it would give her the chance to show her grandfather what she had achieved in the past month.
Trish had no idea Alice was hiding that kind of power. She would have to heal the others whenever she got the chance, right now she had to focus on coming up with a way to survive fighting these three. If Alice was capable of an attack like that then she could only assume that Riley was at least at a similar level of power now. She would have to use everything she had in order to stand a chance, especially since it looked like the others would be a non-factor in this fight. Trish placed her hand on the side of the house and it started rumbling. Trish knew it would take some time, so she would have to distract them long enough to pull this plan off.
Trish dropped down from her spear before having it reappear in her hand. Trish placed the tip of her spear right on the ground before it started shaking a bit. Soon spikes started to form and rise up from where her spear was. They were forming in three lines, one going towards Kavra, and the other two going towards Riley and Alice. Hopefully she could split them up long enough to heal the others without getting killed.

Kavra grimaced in annoyance as Trish disappeared from his view after receiving a direct hit from his Twilight Storm. Luckily it seemed to have also affected the other attackers with the oddly shaped weapons, all of who Kavra particularly disliked—well, feigned dislike. They had ruined his relaxation, after all. Raising a hand to shield his eyes from a radiant red light, the Nobody yelled out in surprise as Alice’s magma spell began to gather. ”The hell—!” A Dark Portal rose into being behind the Nobody as Kavra leapt backwards into it as the spell erupted. Reappearing closer to the ruined remains of Trish’s house, Kavra stepped out from the Dark Portal, having narrowly avoided the ‘splash’ effect of Alice’s mighty spell.
”Tch—that brat’s stupid strong!” Muttering to himself, the Nobody brandished The Smoker’s Pipe in order to begin fending off the random no-namers. That was until Trish’s spell went off, anyway. As the woman plunged her spear into the ground, spikes began to rupture forth from the ground, coming in a direct line towards the three! Using his pole-staff to push himself off the ground, Kavra leapt into the air just as a spike erupted from beneath him. Nimbly twirling as he used his Dark Step ability to create a platform of darkness to land on, Kavra grit his teeth as blood splattered among the dirt. ”Damnable woman!” Standing above the spikes on a circular purple platform of darkness, the Nobody glanced down as they raised their hand from their left side.
It wasn’t a serious wound—nothing too deep. The spike had managed to clip him during his dodge, creating a thin cut that ran across the Nobody’s torso. A slight tear had appeared in the dark hooded coat and t-shirt he wore, blood seeping faintly over the rip. With his teeth clenched the Nobody glared down at the woman, forgetting about the remaining masters for the moment. ”Choke—you wretch.” Aiming his long pole-staff directly at Trish, the Nobody fired off a spell of his own. A large orb of purple ooze blasted forth, hurling through the air directly for Trish as it sizzled and bubbled with steam. Bioza was one of his most powerful spells—and though Kavra couldn’t really feel any emotions, the Nobody was taken over by one of the many ‘ticks’ left over in the shell that he was.
Anger—resentment—loathing. He had poured all of those imitations into his attack—but would his aim be true?
