Éirín spread out her beach towel somewhat near the waves, but not too close. Using a bit of her magic, she put up a sand plaque that read "Free Tarot Readings". The wolf girl sighed, wondering if she really should have just worn her swimsuit to the beach, instead of a light, summery t-shirt and khaki shorts, which seemed to stick to her due to the heat. The priestess mindlessly shuffled through one of her decks, wondering if she would run into someone she knew, other than her brother, and started to come up with an idea of how to have some fun on a rare day off from deityhood.
Conrí stalked around the sandy beach, looking for some net that he could tie between two trees. He awkwardly held onto the seemingly too-light ball that Jason gave him once the man heard the wolf boy was going with his sister to the beach. He groaned. The sand really was getting everywhere. The would be king tapped the pocket of his shorts thoughtfully. He wanted to call his lover, but, then again, they did have a small wager going that the wolf boy could last five minutes on a new world without Jason. More trudging around yielded the net he sought. Now, where to tie it up at? He knew Jason was going to show up eventually, since they'd planned to play volleyball later. In truth, Conrí was grateful for the time to relax.

Katsu and Chiba, following a seemingly endless path towards nowhere, were suddenly blinded by the harsh sunlight after leaving a somewhat dark cave. Katsu squinted her eyes immediately, although Chiba didn't seem to care much. The Kaiser Wolf immediately looked around, sniffing the air as if it had spotted something, and began to growl.
"Guh... What is it now, Chiba?" Katsu asked, finally adjusting to the lighting around her.
Chiba let out a bark, not moving from her spot, and continued to growl. Katsu raised her view, finding a girl most likely older than her. She wore a rather fitting outfit, being a t-shirt and short, seemingly fitting the atmosphere around them. As soon as she caught eye of it, Katsu looked at her own attire. Sure, she wouldn't be bothered by the heat, but it could definitely use some help in order to tolerate it better. In fact, it was hot, fitting for a tropical-looking island. Sighing and wipping away some sweat that had quickly formed in her forehead, Katsu took her jacket off.
"Damn, it's hot..." she said to no one, and then looked at her Familiar, "Hey, maybe' they're good people. We haven't had any issues yet, have we? Besides, this looks like fun!"
Chiba's growl grew lower, although her expression said it all -the wolf wasn't exactly pleased with having a vacation at a time like that one.
Heck, it'd rather just straight up leave.

"Are you certain this isn't too revealing?" Jason sighed and rolled his eyes as he pulled the boat he and Tamara were in near the dock. The woman was blushing uncharacteristically, though he assumed it was mainly the unfamiliarity with the situation.
"Trust me, it's conservative compared to what I'm used to seeing from Celderat. You look nice, and you know I'm not just saying that to flirt with you." He gave her a reassuring smile and pat on the shoulder before hopping lightly onto the dock. An instant later and the boat was moored, and he offered his hand to Tamara.
"I don't want to know. Particularly given that Jennifer tried to convince me to get something that barely covered anything at all." Despite her worries, Tamara was actually fairly well covered, sporting a dark blue tankini top with purple flowers and black bikini bottom. Black thong sandals protected her feet, and a bright blue sarong covered her bottoms at the moment. "I'm certainly not used to this climate, but I can see why such things are worn here."
Nodding as he pulled her onto the dock, Jason looked around at the small island for the first time. His own usual look had been changed to a pair of deep red trunks with matching thong sandals and a lightweight black short-sleeve button-up shirt that he had, of course, left unbuttoned. "Yeah, this is even warmer than most of the beaches back home." Spying both Conrí and Éirín was easy, though he also made note of the other girl near the caves with... was that a wolf? "Go ahead and meet up with the others. I'm sure Éirín will want to see you in that." He finished with a wink that earned him a light punch to his upper arm, then headed over to the newcomer and Tamara strolled across the beach toward the wolf girl, hips swaying slightly.
Jason stopped by the pool fed by a waterfall, just a little distance from the pair. He was genuinely relaxed, with his hands in the pockets of his trunks, and his voice was friendly with a hint of curiosity. "Hey, haven't met you before. Judging by the clothes you probably aren't from here either. Name's Jason."

Conrí's eyebrow twitched. He scoured the underbrush, praying he could find big enough limbs to support the net. He sighed, deciding to look for trees with slender enough trunks in an area that provided enough room to play the game in. The wolf boy nearly howled with glee when he spotted two. The would be king hefted the net over his shoulder and started running--slipping--in the sand toward the trees.
Conrí quickly skidded to a stop when he smelled what seemed to be another wolf on the island. The loud bark he heard confirmed it, and, quickly scanning the beach, he saw a girl standing just at the entrance of the weird cave he noticed when he got there. The wolf boy started to tremble slightly when he spotted the wolf. The would be king walked over to the trees, which were kind of near the newcomers anyway, and strung the net he'd found between them, careful to not shake the trees, lest coconuts attack him. Again.
Once he finished, Conrí turned and waved to the girl; he squatted down and tried calling the other wolf to him, clearly showing his excitement. The wolf boy summoned Fenrir to his side in the wolf's more manageable size. "There's another wolf, Fen!"
The wolf seemed to roll its eyes. The look he gave Conrí suggested that he was glad that the wolf boy wasn't into girls.
Right when the would be king was about to go say hi, Jason showed up and was already engaging them. Conrí exaggeratedly expressed defeat at this situation when he approached the other man. "I won, Jason. I survived while you were out shopping." The wolf boy said the last word too dramatically.
Éirín watched her brother, clamping her hands over her mouth to hold in her laughter at how terrible he was being. She wondered what wager his fiance would have made with him that could have caused this side of him to show up. Her attempts not to laugh quickly turned into attempts not to blush and squee from nervousness when she realised that Jason was back and he brought Tamara.
The wolf girl tried to distract herself with the newcomers, but Jason had strategically taken dealing with them on his own, it would seem. Leaving the priestess nothing to try to distance herself from the woman walking toward her. Sweat beaded on the girl's forehead when she realised just how well that bikini and sarong suited Tamara. Her eyes lingered on those slightly swaying hips. For one moment too long.
Éirín nearly bolted upright when she realised how close Tamara had gotten to her. She quickly snapped her gaze up. Her fingers twitched back and forth and her throat dried out, causing the wolf girl to cough and sputter."Ah. Ha. Aillil's wife. Fancy seeing you here. Care for a reading?" The godess smiled sweetly.

Trying to calm her Familiar down, Katsu was caught off-guard by Jason greeting her. She tilted her head in curiosity, wondering if he'd meant it. Chiba, on the other hand, kept growling, about to lunge forward in attack. Katsu, sensing this, quickly hugged Chiba by the neck, trying to pin her in place.
"He~y! That's not nice at all, Chiba!" she shouted, berating her Familiar, "They might be good people, remember?! You don't need to go around and scare people away!"
Chiba shrieked quietly as Katsu tightened her grip, and gave up almost immediately. Seeing that she'd relaxed a bit, Katsu chuckled, and stood back up to properly greet back. Looking somewhat apologethic, she tried to change the mood into something a bit more...
Fitting.
"Sorry 'bout that. She's kinda overprotective when it comes to this... I'm Katsu. You prolly could tell, but that's Chiba. Nice to meet you!" she raised her hand cheerfully, quickly pulling it back after noticing one thing, "Oh, right! What'd you mean by 'you probably aren't from here either'? Is that asking if I'm from somewhere else?"
Before she could even continue, Katsu was caught up on the other wolf that appeared besides the one walking towards them. Chiba, taking back her posture, growled silently, but not at Jason anymore. Something about the other wolf was bothering... Katsu, on the other hand, was amazed.
"Wo~w! That's so cool!" she said, eager, and then looked at Conrí, "Hey, hey! Is that one your familiar!? Oh, man...! Does that mean you're a Spirit, too!?"

Jason forced himself to remain relaxed as Katsu introduced both herself and Chiba, not wanting to give the wolf any reason to try attacking again. "It's alright! She probably just sensed the Darkness in me, but I promise I'm a good guy." Not too long ago he would have hidden that fact until they got to know each other a little, but now he preferred to be open about himself.
"Yeah, you look like you're from another world. We're not from Destiny Islands either, we're just here to relax a little." It was at that point that he noticed Conrí and Fenrir approaching and turned with a grin at the former's theatrics. "Oh, I suppose you did. You aren't totally useless without me after all." His tease was clear by both his grin and quick kiss.
Tamara was trying very hard not to blush as she neared the wolf girl. Then she noticed where Éirín's eyes were, and her embarrassment shifted into her wit. By the time her eyes met Tamara's, the druid had a knowing smirk on her face. "That's right, Éirín. Which makes us metamours, if not more. So if you see something you like, you may want to speak up."
Despite the new outfit, she gracefully lowered herself to sit across from the poor girl, sitting cross-legged in the sand. "Oh, a reading? It's been centuries since I've done one of those. By all means, I'd love a reading!"

Katsu perked back up to Jason at his comment, and then tilted her head at his interaction with Conrí with a rather noticeable cluelessness. Chiba seemed to groan, very clearly understanding their relation just by a glance. It didn't seem to bother her, however, as she simply huffed and looked away to another spot of interest.
"Darkness...? Hmm..." shaking her head slowly back and forth, Katsu hummed in thought, "I don't think I get it, but... I trust you! It's easy, really: if you don't do something bad, then you're a good guy! Easy-peesy!"
Chuckling a bit, Katsu looked around, still feeling the heat around her. She couldn't help but wince a bit, catching Chiba's attention, but she also didn't want to leave when there was something else tugging at the back of her head.
"Say, say" she called Conrí and Jason, "If you're not from this world, then... Where're you from?" Katsu asked, pouting slighty with a childish curiosity, "Being honest... I'm still kinda lost in the whole thing... It's dizzying..." she added with a clear defeat in her tone.
"Soooooooo~... Can you, like... Teach me, or something? I wanna know more!"

Conrí chuckled at Jason's witty comeback. He blushed when he got a kiss from his lover so openly. The wolf boy cleared his throat, and urged Fenrir to go play with the other wolf. His ears twitched when he heard the girl's question. He smiled gently. "No, I am not a spirit, but I do have a connection to them."
The would be king looked at Jason and raised an eyebrow. "I can assure you that Jason is a fairly good teacher. I suppose he does owe me something for that quip just now. Well, a stór, why don't you go ahead and teach her something?" Conrí winked at his fiancé. He glanced over to his sister and sighed. "Looks like I need to save those two from making fools of themselves. Again." When Tamara returned, it was interesting, because Éirín suddenly started acting like a young girl with a crush too embarrassing to talk about.
The wolf boy wandered over to the women, noticed they began a reading, then quietly seated himself behind his sister. He gave Tamara a level look and wondered why mná couldn't just be open with themselves like men were.
Éirín snapped to attention when Tamara smirked. Her face turned several shades of red before ending on a "severe sunburn" shade. She spotted her brother and hoped he could head their way. As for Tamara's comment, the wolf girl fired back, "Maybe if you were a bit less...endowed and drooping, my gaze wouldn't be drawn to the resulting shadow you create on the sand. It's hot. I never said you were."
With a sniff, the priestess hovered her hand over her three decks. Of the three, the Empress deck called to her. Now her face turned from sunburned red to light purple. She felt her head start to spin. The goddess groaned, grabbed the deck and arched an eyebrow at the other woman. "What spread do you want? Also, do you have a question? And how are you going to want me to flip the cards? You're probably too old to remember some of these things."
