...And is all out of sandwiches!
Welcome, come take a look around, perhaps you'll learn a thing or to. Well, as much as discovering things about total strangers is 'learning', but I'd like the think this topic is making an impact on you!
Regardless, lettuce jump right in. Excuse the walls of text.
What kind of players do I tend to write with?
Ones who are here to both have fun, see what the other writer has in store, and more importantly others who care about expressing details. 100% quality English is not required since I make mistakes myself, I just assume you know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'.
If you want me to jump into something completely pre-planned, No. This means the story, plot, characters and everything that happens to them is determined beforehand, which I don't find attractive. However if you plan a setting, an objective (whether the characters are aware of it or not) and leave whatever happens in th emidst of the writers and want participants, that's fine, some idea of what's going on is usually required. It's just, I wouldn't read a story if I knew the exact way it was going to end.
How do I tend to write?
While my mannerisms and topics in social aspects are all nonsensical and completely for the lulz, I still take writing very seriously (where appropriate of course). How I write depends on my characters - though some general things that remain constant is that I like to add a bit of quirkiness to things - keeps things fresh and entertaining (to me). Dialogue is fine, action scenes are fine (I can describe things well for some reason), whatever happens will be interesting, I assure you.
I tend to like combat/action/fighting/generic words of the category since a good percent of my characters just seem to be.... built for that type of thing, however do not get me wrong! I enjoy any of the other topics like dialogue/development and character relationships and stuff, I can find legitimate and realistic reasons for anything to happen between characters, and I do love intuitive dialogue.
tl;dr: I guess the key word I would apply to my writing is 'spontaneous' - Go with the flow, make things work out or not work out.
What locations suit me best?
Anywhere. No really, I wasn't going to write anything else here but I thought it was too simple, so here's a short explanation: I'll go anywhere, it's fun for me to change up the locale, I'm willing to try anything, etc etc. You'll find me as the one asking where to go all the time. Can't choose? I will for you, no big deal.
Will I start threads?
No one likes starting threads for some reason, and yet I'm really good at that. How this works is I always offer for anyone else to start the thread first. If they pass on the opportunity, then I will start the thread no problem, but the ball's in your court first!
What kind of characters do I enjoy most?
Unique kinds. Anyone with depth can be fun, but anyone that doesn't have the stale or overused feeling to it will interest me just fine. I'm game for whatever destructive/romantic/awkward/whatever clashes you want to try to make with my little dudes. Oh and uh, Canons are the exception - they're cool too, for unique kinds, I only meant OCs.
What kind of characters do I use?
All kinds. Look at my character list (in signature), you'll get a brief summary of everyone I have and a link to see more in-depth. Sometimes I have more inspiration for some characters more so than others, but I'll always let you know. If it's truly even across the board, I'll just say that instead.
How often do I RP?
I RP in spurts it seems - for a while I might reply in as soon as a few hours to a day, while other times it takes a day or two to get one in. I'm dedicated if not perfectly consistent, so by the life of me I'll always reply at some point. Even if it takes a week or two. I always sincerely hope I don't do that, but it can happen, though I will reply for you eventually. Ask anyone!
How often do I expect others to reply?
I'm lenient. Reply as soon as you can, but don't expect a month to pass before I come find you and send you reminders D:< within a week is reasonable, since I refresh at least once every day (I never close my RP thread tabs), though if you can't reply for WHATEVER reason (even if you just don't feel like it) PLEASE let me know within that week. I won't get mad or ragequit, and otherwise I'll assume you're lazy, you've forgotten about it and probably won't end up continuing. So please, don't be embarrassed, just tell me.
So, will I RP with you?
Sure. Send me a PM. Reveal as little or as much details of plans for whatever you want to drag (one of) my characters into
