Trekking through the snow was no easy feat. Seeing things in general was hard enough. Keeping an eye on Mr. Thomas was not easy at all. His bones being pure white seemed to blend with the snow. If they didn't watch him carefully, he would disappear and they would surely loose them. Trying to get through the ever rising snow was no fun either.
By the time they reached the dog house, it seemed like it had been a while. In the midst of them attempting to follow the others, Darius had lost sight of where the Heartless had gone. None appeared to be coming after them from what he could see so Darius hoped that maybe luck was on their side for a change.
Waiting, as White ducked down first and clambered through the dog house, Darius peered occasionally over his shoulder. He didn't like leaving his back open in case any Heartless had crept up on them. When White called out to him from the other end, Darius knew that now was his turn to climb through. Crouching down low, Darius soon crawled into the dog house space and followed it through to the other end.
When he got there, he climbed out of the open end and stood up again. Looking around, he then brought his gaze toward White. "Which way did they go?" he questioned him. "Did they go toward the center square? Looks like a lot of snow is falling more heavily that way!" he added. Once White started off, he did too toward the center.

Mr. Thomas had no clue who this person was. But it was clear he was an enemy. "Stand back Mistress." He said, taking a protective stance in front of her. What did this man want? What were his intentions. "Let Jack go." Mr. Thomas said.
The figure just looked at him. His expression never changed. He opened his mouth to speak, but instead of words white air escaped through his lips like a snake. The air had an almost mist like quality to it, and spread like a cloud until it covered the entire area. Only then did the figure close his mouth.
Mr. Thomas could see nothing special about the mists, as he stood in them. But he had a bad feeling about it. Arya glanced up at him. "Go! Attack him!" Mr. Thomas rolled his eyes. He could attack him but that would leave Arya alone. However he knew that Arya wasn't unprotected. She had a couple tricks up her sleeves.
He had to do something. Before that man summoned something in the mists. If the heroes were going to come they would soon. Mr. Thomas charged, summoning a layer of energy around his arm, causing it to have a blade like sensation.
--------------------------
White was surprised to see the snow had stopped. Well it hadn't stopped but it was slowing. It had come down to almost a drizzle. White rushed towards the central district with Darius following. He came to a stop though right before entering it. A white mist hung to the floor of the area.
"I think this is it! Let's find that hero!" He said to Darius. Drawing his kantana he nodded to Darius and with Darius walked into the mists. "Keep your eyes out."

Hurrying to the town square, Darius noticed how the snow here started slowing down. Confused, he followed White closely behind. All the while, he kept an eye out for any hint of danger. So far, he didn't see any but that didn't bode well with him. Something was amiss here and he could feel it. It was just too quiet for there to not be anything amiss.
He almost collided into White's back when he had suddenly stopped before entering the town square. Narrowly evading White by going around him at the last possible moment, Darius found himself looking at an area filled with mist. "Huh...hard to see anything!" he stated.
White had his katana out and suggesting they find that hero. Darius looked over at him and nodded. "Yeah, the sooner we find him the sooner we can get to the bottom of what we want to know!" he replied. With that, the two of them headed into the mists before them. As they walked, Darius heard White state to keep his eyes out.
"Don't worry, I'm looking...but it's hard to see anything in this!" he answered. Soon, they would be coming upon the two Jacks and the other two from before.
"...White? What's...that?" Darius pointed out as he spotted a mysterious looking figure in the distance. It was hard to see through the mist so Darius had no idea who he was seeing. For now, he could see only the one figure and not the others nearby it.

White noticed the figure as well. It looked like he was standing in front of thing. "I... don't know. Let's get closer." He said. Walking through the mist, he was slightly fearful that an enemy might catch them unawares. But the figure didn't seem to be moving, which was a good thing.
That changed though. One moment the figure stood alone in the mist, the next another skinnier figure came running at the stand figure. White noticed a bright light coming from the man's arm as the sound of items clashing sounded into the air.
White's eyes perked up. Could it be? The hero at last? "Come on let's go help!" As they came closer though creatures suddenly appeared from the mists. There were fifteen of them, Icy Cubes. White brought his kantana out. Of course they would stand in their way! That was just their luck!
But the heartless did something White did not expect. They suddenly flew towards each other until one by one they combined with another to form a Blizzard Lord. The enemy was an obese humanoid heartless. It's body was covered almost entirely in a blue icy see through shell with a darker smaller body within. On it's shoulder was a light blue cape that flowed with the mists. It wore a silver belt and black pants with a blue spiky stripe design on the legs. Finally in its arms was a large dark blue rod with an ice crystal pendant on top of it.
The creature raised its rod and pointed it, not at them, but to their right. White didn't know what that was about but he watched blue energy form from the end of its crystal. White exchanged a look with Darius. He was the faster of the two. If someone was there they had the obligation of stopping that energy!

Glancing at White when he spoke and back toward the figure they were seeing in the mist, Darius gave a nod when White suggested they get closer. Quietly, he wlaked with White toward the figure they saw. Like White, he was feeling a bit uneasy in the mist here. It made it difficult to see if there was anyone or anything following them or about to attack them. At least the figure didn't appear to be moving before them. That made things a bit easier.
As they began to approach it, another figure came into view that was much thinner than the previous one. By the sound of it, there was a clashing of some kind. Like White, Darius wondered if maybe they had finally come across the keyblade wielder they were searching for.
Hearing White's voice, Darius nodded his head. "Right! Ready to go!" he answered. Holding his broadsword, Darius followed White. Before either of them could reach the other two figures though, Heartless came out from on all sides. Counting them, there had to be at least sixteen from what he could see. Darius couldn't help but curse in frustration. No matter what they did, those things kept coming after them and getting in the way!
Unexpectedly, the Icy Cubes seemed to gather toward one point and from the looks of it, they had changed form! Somehow, they had merged into another, much larger Heartless! Now, the thing was charging up energy! Glancing over at White, Darius tried to think of what he could do. Well, who else could move?!
Leaping into the air, propelled by his armor's wings, Darius held out his hand at the charging beam of energy and shot at the staff with a ray of light in hopes to try and counter it or damage the staff the Icy Lord had.

Arya watched Thomas combat the enemy. The cloaked man had summoned a blade of ice to meet Mr. Thomas's energy blade. It resulted in a clash of blades. Arya watched as neither gained ground from the other. She felt like she had to do something! She just couldn't sit there and watch Mr. Thomas.
She had just taken a step forward when the heartless appeared out of the mists. Arya hadn't expected it as they formed all around the area. Great! She would have to deal with these things now wouldn't she. Apparently the heartless had something else in mind as they combined together to form a new stronger heartless.
Arya knew at once that this wasn't going to be just a simple push over. The enemy lowered its staff at her and energy formed at the end of the rod. Just as it shot into the air, another ray of light flashed from her right and collided with the blue energy. It didn't destroy the rod, but it did hit the energy and caused a small explosion.
The result was a backlash at the heartless. Arya's heart was beating so fast she thought it would explode out of her chest! This must be them! The heroes were here! The heartless that was struck by the explosion appeared to have its ice shell gone leaving a very skinny dark body. But that didn't last long as the ice reformed giving it that heavy appearance once more.
This time it charged. But not at Arya, at whoever had shot that light. Determined to help, Arya began to summon her own dark magic between her hands.
-------------------------
White watched Darius head towards the enemy, he went towards the clashing enemies. He watched them clash weapon with weapon as neither of them were able to advance. White was ready to see the keyblader. A mix of emotions swirled within him. He was reminded of his own master, who also had been a keyblade hero.
Electric energy swirled around his kantana as he came behind the enemy. Trying to take him unawares he let out a battle grunt as he slashed at the enemy. His grunt gave him away though as the enemy swirled around to reveal a young man with an ice sword up and ready to parry his attack.

Darius watched as the ray of light he sent out had countered the beam of energy the creature had been trying to send flying at someone. The force of the two energies colliding with one another in the air had been enough to create a small explosion. The force in the air was so strong, it sent Darius back a few feet in the air. The air so strong that it had caused Darius to land heavily on the ground on one knee.
'Didn't expect that but at least I stopped it!' he thought, squinting toward the explosion. Surely, by now, he had that thing's attention?
As he pushed himself up off the ground, he held his broadsword straight in his hands and focused on where the Heartless had been. Sure enough, it came through the smoke and was heading right for him! "Guess I've got your attention, finally!" he spoke to it, leaping back to avoid its charging form.
Turning about to face it, he ran at its now exposed back but there was a chance it could turn around before he could reach it anyways. Leaping into the air again, with the use of his wings, Darius dived for the back with a vertical slash from his broadsword.

The enemy found himself defending against two different people. While White attacked from the right, the hero attacked from the left. White couldn't make out what the hero or the enemy looked like because of the fact that his weapon was concealed in light that blinded his vision. That and the fact that White was too busy defending.
You would think that a two on one battle would make it clear odds. Apparently that was not the case. Even when the two of them attacked at the same time, the enemy somehow managed to parry both of their attacks. What they were managing to do was keep the enemy from going on the offense.
It was only a matter of time before they got through his defenses. White's electricity didn't seem to actually do much damage to the enemy. It didn't carry the same static paralysis that he was used to causing against an enemy.
Increasing the amount of his attacks, White left off the electricity and instead focused on just getting through his defenses. White was able to thrust the enemy's weapon up leaving the enemy's chest open to attack. That light shot through and the sound of a grunt escaped the enemy.
---------------------
Arya's concentration was broke when a man wearing dragon armor appeared. He soared through the mists and his broadsword clashed right into the enemy's staff. It was him! The hero! At least one of them! But where was the other?
Not being able to focus on her magic, Arya went back to the battle in front of her. The heartless had sensed the enemy and rolled forward to dodge the attack to it's back. It flew upward using its own magic to do so, and summoned blue energy to attack the opponent. One thing about heartless was that the enemy wasn't that smart. It had no idea what the wings on the armored man's back even meant.

Darius had no idea that he had cut off the girl's concentration nor was even aware that there was someone else. He was so focused on attacking the Heartless that he didn't really get a chance to look around. After getting the thing's attention, he was set on doing what he could to defeat it. Whomever it was after, he couldn't afford to let it get them. It could be the keyblade wielder they were searching for all this time! Little did he know that both he and White were wrong on this assumption.
Seeing the thing roll away from him before he could attack its back, he landed on the ground. Glaring over at it, turning to face it, he watched as it rose into the air using its magic to lift it up. "You're going to have to do better than that!" he called out to it, leaping into the air again.
In the air, his wings maneuvered him quite swiftly as he did a bit of a turn in the air, swinging his blade again at the Heartless's front. Whether or not he landed a hit, he flipped back in the air to get some distance away from it to try and decipher a better tactic than he did earlier.
He had no idea how White was doing but he hoped his friend was doing fine.

Arya watched as the hero flew into the air. Watching him wield his weapon was enchanting in its own way. The blade swung through the air at the enemies front. The heartless hadn't expected it and as a result the attack not only broke through the shell but also continued to strike at the enemy's core as well. If it wasn't for the shell, Arya knew that the enemy wouldn't have stood a chance. But because of that shell its main body was stopped from most of it. Either way it fell back from the slash, just as the hero flipped back out of any oncoming attacks.
-----------------------------
White listened to the satisfying sound of blade striking skin. He watched as the light weapon penetrated the villain's lower abdomen. There was the sound of a grunt that came from his lips as the air around them suddenly glowed chillier. White was shocked as he watched ice begin to trail down his enemies blade heading towards his own.
Not wanting to damage the kantana he slipped the blade out from his block and took a step back. At the same time the hero must have retrieved his own weapon because the enemy took a step back. Watching red blood drip from the enemy's, White had to cover his ears when the man let out a beast like shriek. He leaped into the air and ontop of an ice pillar, that White now realized held a strange skeleton like man inside.
The enemy stretched out his arms and let out another beast shriek.
---------------------------
Arya was forced to block her ears when a second beastly shriek sounded in the air. At response of that second shriek, Arya watched the heartless fly through the air. Following its path, she watched it sail right to the pillar that held Jack. Now noticing the enemy standing on top of it, Arya watched as the two combined.
It was an odd magic that was happening, of that Arya was sure of. The human and the heartless combined in a way that looked as if they were always part of the same being. Ice began to form in the man's bleeding side. At first it appeared that the skin was just being layered over in ice. But as Arya watched, the ice not only layered the man's skin but replaced it as well!
The enemy was a living piece of ice. Two yellow glowing eyes suddenly appeared in the eye sockets of the enemy. The enemy had lost its cloak as the ice had formed and now Arya watched as the mist suddenly began to head in a single direction, towards the enemy.
----------------------------
White had been pretty shocked to see the enemy leap on to the pillar. The screech had held him at bay, and by the time the enemy had stopped its transformation was already in progress. The mists suddenly engulfed him a moment clouding his vision. But that lasted only a second before it began to wrap around the enemy until it formed a cloak of mist.
Taking a step back, White beheld the new enemy. Well at least there vision was finally clear! Glancing over, White expected to see the face of the keyblade hero he was looking for. Instead he found himself looking at Mr. Thomas!
"You!" The two of them said in unison with eachother.

Darius was surprised the strike he made had been strong enough to go through the ice shell. 'Guess I don't know my own strength sometimes!' he thought with a sweat drop. Having backed off to try and decide on a new tactic, he focused on the Heartless once more. If it hadn't been for the thing's ice shell, it would've certainly died.
He nearly leapt out of his skin as a shriek split the air. Landing on the ground, Darius covered his ears, gritting his teeth. "Ergh!" he grunted, squinting up at the Heartless which had turned toward the sound.
No longer focused on Darius, the Heartless seemed to fly off to where the shriek had come from. Removing his hands from his ears, Darius followed the Heartless with his eyes. The mists all around the given area had disappeared and now they had a good clear view of everyone nearby. Blinking, Darius found Mr. Thomas and White. Turning, he found the young girl, Arya. 'Damn, neither of them are the keyblade wielder!' he thought to himself.
Looking at where the Heartless went, he watched as it seemed to merge with another being. "Well...this sucks!" he stated, looking upon the new enemy that had taken form right before their very eyes.
"Greeeeat! What're we suppose to do now?" Darius spoke up at last.

Mr. Thomas eyed the teenager. This was no doubt the event of his premonition. But to think that he would be one of the "heroes" sounded absurd. Glancing back he spotted the other teen, clad in armor by Arya. Were they really the heroes they were waiting for?
Finally taking a real time to look White up and down, he sized him up. The teen stood within a aura of confidence. In addition he held his kantana with skill. He had outwitted the enemy when, while Mr. Thomas had not the skill too. Sighing, Mr. Thomas looked at the enemy. For whatever reason these two were the heroes they were waiting for. And it was their duty to help them.
---------------------------
Arya watched the mist clear revealing Mr. Thomas at last. She had not expected to see that teen with the White hair next to him though. Looking up at the other teen she noticed that he too was the same teen as before. Arya smiled. She had misjudged these two. That armor was pretty impressive. And the teen with the white hair held a sort of confidence she had not noticed before.
Not being able to stop a smile, Arya walked right up to Darius. Hearing Darius she replied to him. "We work together. You don't know this but our adventures are about to combine." She grabbed his hand, being still a child she was at least two feet shorter then he was.
Meeting Mr. Thomas and the White haired teen in the middle she turned to them. "Let's work together. Mr. Thomas its time you let me fight."
-------------------------
White wasn't too keen on letting the girl fight. She was just a child! What could she possibly do, but get in the way? As if reading his thoughts, the girl turned on him. "I will bite you." The comment was said so seriously that White took a step back.
Glancing back to the enemy he seemed to regard them with interest. He looked at his opponents and a frozen smile formed on his face. He raised his hand to look at it and the sharpness of the ice clicked as his fingers touch. No doubt that the ice was sharp as blades. Mr. Thomas spoke to the two of them.
"Arya will stay back and support me with magic. You two attack from the sides, I'll take him straight on."
So her name was Arya.... It was an interesting name, and one he had never heard of before. Glancing at the girl again she met his eyes with a scorn and stuck her tongue out at him. "Why you little...!"[/i] White thought but was distracted when Mr. Thomas spoke out again.
"Here he comes! Let's go." He took of first.

(OOC: Sorry for the long wait.) Luck just never appeared to be with them. No matter how hard they tried, things just kept getting more difficult. As he sighed in exasperation and frustration, he didn't hear the girl approach him. When she spoke up, he almost fell over in his surprise. Turning to where he had heard the little girl's voice, he found the girl from before there. Unlike her scornful look she gave them last time, she was genuinely smiling.
According to her, they were to all work together and apparently their adventures were to combine. "...Combine?" he repeated. What did she mean by that? Well, it was clear the exact meaning of the word combine but how did she know where they would be going? All of this just seemed too surreal. He didn't pull away though when she grabbed hold of his hand then as if setting a hand on someone she looked up to.
Following her gaze, he found White and Mr. Thomas nearby. Mr. Thomas seemed to have a grudge against White. Well, if the inn keeper had a vendetta against them for the intrusion they made earlier, he wouldn't blame him. Darius could do nothing except listen to what the girl was saying to Mr. Thomas about working together and letting her fight for once.
Like White, Darius had his misgivings about letting someone as young as Arya fight but not to the point of finding her as a burden. If anything, his misgivings were because she was young. If she was capable though, he wouldn't protest her helping out. He just hoped that she wouldn't be the one leading the charge. Why? Well, she wasn't as physically built like the guys were. Hearing her words to White made Darius inwardly recoil at the seriousness behind them.
It didn't take long for Mr. Thomas to dish out instructions. Arya, the little girl, would be fighting from the back. Darius nodded to show that he had heard what Mr. Thomas said. "Alright, ready when you are!" he answered him. With that, Darius turned toward the enemy after giving White a nod but he didn't think his friend saw it considering he was busy giving Arya an unhappy look.
The enemy was smiling at them and looked ready to fight. Hearing Mr. Thomas's words, Darius charged to the right of the enemy without hesitation. Once he would get close enough, he would try to aim a diagonal slash from the thing's right shoulder to the hip.

While the three of them charged, a burst of dark energy exploded from Arya's hands and sailed above them. Darius had dashed to the left attack from the side, while White had stepped to the right attack from the other side. Meanwhile Mr. Thomas headed straight forward, summoning a layer of energy around his arm once more.
The dark energy sailed past them and struck the enemy. He had been charging them as well. When the layer of energy came towards it, the enemy didn't bother to defend it. White didn't know but any energy that harmed the opponent would reflect right off of the ice man. But the energy that Arya had sent did not do that.
The enemy was suddenly locked in a layer of energy that slowed down the enemy to half its speed. Its entire body was caught in the time trap. So when Darius came to him and slashed at his shoulder down to his hip.
A moment later White came upon the enemy slashing at the other shoulder with his kantana. The enemy was to slow to block. Lastly, Mr. Thomas came upon the enemy, and stabbed forward with his arm, the energy around his arm suddenly slowing when it reached the enemy. Pulling his arm back, Mr. Thomas noticed there was no mark on the enemy from either of the attacks.
This though was only because of the time trap. Anything that attacked or struck the enemy would not hit till the time trap died. As it did, a slash suddenly crossed across its body in both directions. Then the ice man was pushed back as a cut sliced right through his torso. The enemy looked absolutely shocked as it let out a scream of absolute pain.
White stepped back as the enemy dropped to his knees. Was it really this simply? As the enemy fell forward towards the snowed ground, blood flowed from the wounds. There was no doubt that the enemy was dead.
"Well I'm glad that's over." The voice came from behind them as Arya stepped forward. Mr. Thomas gave a skeletal smile.
White though turned to Arya. "If you could have done that time spell this entire time why didn't you?" Even though the battle wasn't long it was exhausting after having to charge through the storm. In response Arya merely turned to Mr. Thomas.
"He wouldn't let me!" She said accusingly. Mr. Thomas looked stunned by those words.
He responded, "I said don't go getting yourself in danger! I didn't say you couldn't support."
Arya stomped her foot. "You did too! You said stay there and don't do anything! They were your exact words. So its your fault!"
Mr. Thomas began to bicker back, mumbling something about never doing what your told and always getting me into trouble. White was trying to hold back laughter at the whole ordeal. He just shared a look at Darius and shook his head.

Once Darius had made that slash, he had landed on the ground away from the enemy. Turning to face it, he watched as the others made their moves. Oddly enough, the enemy didn't seem able to move fast enough after what the little girl, Arya, had used on it. Maybe she used some kind of time magic? Darius could only wonder before finally, the slashes that were made from everyone came into effect.
Before any of them knew it, the enemy was on the ground, dead. 'Hm, now why didn't she use that before?' he wondered.
White seemed to think the same thing and even went as far to voice it. The girl threw the blame on Mr. Thomas and the two proceeded to bicker. Darius couldn't help but look upon them and stare in confusion.
After a moment, he turned his head to look over at White just as White looked over at him. Both of them appeared to have a confused look on their faces before White shook his head and smiled. Darius smiled back and gave a nod in agreement. Yep, those two were amusing, alright.

White sighed to himself. According to Mr. Thomas they would be accompanying them from now on. White didn't think that it was such a great idea. They were playing with dangerous enemies. It was no place for a child. While they had demonstrated that they could hold their own, White was a bit weary about the whole thing.
It would be best if they didn't tag along. They would slow them down. White had to get over to Darius to tell him that. Maybe they could sneak over to his bike and high tail it out of here before they tried to come back. White thought that was a good plan.
Stepping over towards Darius, White was about to whisper something to him when a light caught the corner of his eye. Turning towards it, White barley had time to turn when something leaped out of the body of the dead enemy. It was a strange creature that White had never seen before. It was mostly blood colored with a mix of black and red legs. The best White could compare it to would be a heartless. It had a round humanoid head that was covered completely black. It's face was hidden behind a mask that was the exact replica of the dead man's ice face. It's body was slim but its arms and legs were twisted in inhuman poses. It had claws for hands and supported itself on all fours. The edges of both of its claws and feet were completely black, but the torso was dark red. It was a small creature only about two feet long the way it stood.
Either way it was incredibly fast, as White found out as it let out a screech and charged at Mr. Thomas's back. White hadn't put his kantana away. That was the only reason he was able to react fast enough to swipe at the creature. His kantana slashed in an arc just behind Mr. Thomas's back. As it sliced the creature in half it let out a small screech before exploding in a puff of red smoke.
White stared in half shock at the whole spectacle. At the smoke settled, White made out a black light in the red smoke in the shape of a black orb. "That was um.... weird." He said as it became clear that a black orb was sitting on the ground where White had killed the creature.

Darius didn't like the idea of a thirteen year old accompanying them. It wasn't because he believed that their search would be slowed down, it was more so the fact that he didn't want to get Arya into any danger. He didn't mind the idea of them being slowed down a little but he hoped to find something soon as to the whereabouts of Ivory. Just what had that girl meant by them coming here? There appeared to be nothing except maybe a hint but that wasn't even fresh enough and nor did anyone else know anything more. It was just getting so frustrating!
His mind ceased all thought though when a sudden light was emitted. Looking over in wonder, he saw a strange creature emerge from the body of their slain enemy. "What the heck is that?" he said aloud, as if any one of the others would know.
The little fiend moved so fast, that Darius hardly had any time to react. It went straight for Mr. Thomas's turned back! If it hadn't been for White, whom intercepted the fiend, it would have probably gotten the skeletal innkeeper. As it dispersed in a puff of red smoke, Darius wandered over next to White and peered at where the creature had been just a moment ago. Hearing what White said, Darius nodded in agreement. "You can say that again."
Seeing the black orb, Darius bent down to try and pick it up. If anyone found that to be dangerous, it might be a good idea to stop him before his fingers would clasp around the smooth sides of the orb. "What could this be?" he said as he reached his hand out to try and grab it.

White wasn't ready for what happened when Darius grabbed the black orb. As his hand clutched it the area around the four of them suddenly melted. The colors around them vanished and in its place was an entirely different scene. One moment they had been in the middle of the square, the next they found themselves in a hallway.
In front of them was an odd teen walking down the hallway towards them. "Do you know where we are?" White asked thinking that they had just traveled through a portal or something of the sort. But the teen simply ignored them as if they didn't exist.
Taking a closer look the teen was about six feet tall and slender. He had wide bright blue eyes with shaggy black hair. Dressed in a black suit, White took him for perhaps a business man. Look at his face though it held a wide smile, which made White think that perhaps he did hear them. Though White didn't like that smile. It was more of a grin and the way his eyes stared openly down the hallway, White felt uncomfortable.
"Maybe we should get out of here guys." He told Darius and the other two as the teen came to a door and turned towards it. White watched energy travel down the teens arms until his hands began to glow black and white. He brought his hands together and when he pulled them apart he held a gun in his hand.
Swearing, White pulled out his kantana. Were they about to get into another battle. Besides him he heard the hum of energy as it snapped around Mr. Thomas's arm. Arya's eyes tightened. "Guys move aside I can send another time trap." She said.
Mr. Thomas just shook his skeleton head. "Don't think so. You'll just hurt yourself."
Arya stomped her foot. "Move out of the way meanie!" White intervened before this turned into another bickering battle.
"Now's not the time to be fighting each other you two. Get ready Darius." White said, expecting the teen to turn away from the door any moment and aim his gun towards them. But he didn't. He simply knocked on the door.
It was only a moment before it opened and a man answered. White heard a gasp from the direction of Arya as the teen took aim and shot the man in the head. "You bastard!" White heard from Arya as Mr. Thomas sprinted down the hallway. But the moment the skeleton man reached the teen and sliced with his weapon, White watched it go right through him. The teen didn't even acknowledge Mr. Thomas as he turned and began to walk away.
But as he did he came to a stop as a strange girl rounded the corner. With straight black hair and pale blue eyes, White found himself starring at this teen in wonder. She was most likely the same age as he and she stood somewhere between five and six feet. She was beautiful. At least White thought so.
Her mouth opened in an "o" at the dead bleeding body. But she did not seem to notice the strange skeleton standing there either. The teen turned towards her. White didn't notice, but who he was watching was actually Ivory, Darius's sister. The teen watched the girl run towards the stair case at the end of the hallway.
Bringing his hands together the teen separated the gun. Shooting his hands forward he shot energy right towards the fleeing girl.
While this was happening no one seemed to notice that the body of the man that the teen had shot began to dissolve as a creature appeared in its place. It was the same creature that had flew out of the frozen man's body when they had killed him.

Needless to say, Darius was mighty surprised to find the town square they were in had disappeared and was replaced with a long hallway. Getting up, orb still in his hand, Darius wondered if the orb itself had anything to do with some sort of teleportation. If so, had they just arrived at where they wanted to be?
Down the very hallway they arrived in, a teenager was walking toward them. Turning toward him, Darius watched as White asked him a question as to whether or not he knew where they were. Oddly, the teenager hadn't even answered him. Was he ignoring them? "Look, all we want to know is where we are! Is it that hard to answer?!" he said right after White bu the youth just kept walking past.
The closer he got to them, the more that Darius noticed something seemed off about him. The most definite trait that gave him that impression was the smile on the guy's face. It was rather eerie. Just what was he smiling about anyway? As he watched him go, Darius heard White's words. ell, Darius could agree with him on that one. That guy was just weird. Nothing good would come of it sticking around here. There was no telling what that guy was up to as he paused before a door.
"What the-?!" he exclaimed, seeing the guy they were watching summon a gun out of thin air from energy that had formed out of his arms. Were they about to be thrown into yet another fight? 'Are we ever going to get a break?!' he wondered, getting into a battle ready stance, summoning his broadsword once again. It really looked like the teenager had decided that he was about to try and shoot them all.
As Mr. Thomas and Arya began bickering, Darius heard White's urgency. "Already one step ahead, White!" he called back, focusing on the teenager. Instead of turning to fire at them, the teenager simply knocked on the door. Baffled by this, Darius just stood there and watched.
Not soon after, a man opened the very same door. As he did so, the teenager took aim and fired on him. At point blank, it was easy to see that the guy that just opened the door wouldn't ever be getting back up again. Arya swore and Mr. Thomas lunged for the teenager. However, what happened next was something none of them expected to happen.
Mr. Thomas's slice just phased right through the teenager without even harming him! Then, the teenager turned and seemed to spot them. 'Is he really just seeing us now?' he wondered, following the creepy teenager's gaze. As he did so, his eyes fell upon Ivory, his twin sister! "IVORY!" Darius exclaimed, hurrying over to her but she didn't seem to be seeing him. Instead, her eyes seemed to be looking right through him and back over at the teenager that had just killed that man from before. Just what was all of this? Why couldn't they see or hear them? Why couldn't Mr. Thomas hurt him?
Looking back over at the teenager, he seemed to split his gun in half and surge forth energy in Ivory's direction whom had turned and started running. Still thinking he could stop it, Darius dived in the way. "NO! I won't let you-!" he exclaimed, seeing the energy that came flying right at him go right through him harmlessly. How was this possible?! Was this maybe...the past or something?
"Wh-What's going on?! How-?!" he exclaimed. Worried that his sister had been killed right in front of him, Darius turned to see what had become of her. Ivory had seemed to fall back onto her rump on the floor before whatever the teenager had conjured up. She was cornered!

White was ready to charge right in with Darius as he turned towards his sister, who was now caught. But once again the scene shifted. As if they had no control they were whisked away as the scene shifted to the room. They could hear the sound of a whimper coming from the open door, but the scene continued to shift before any of them could have the chance to walk through it.
It was odd to watch the scene change while they seemingly did not move. It was clear they had no control of the area around them. But as they passed through the graveyard, it became clear that this was still Halloween Town. The scene continued to change at a fast place, almost as if they were looking through the eyes of someone who was traveling at top speeds. But as they came to a forest the scene stopped.
White was a bit taken aback by the whole thing. Arya seemed the same as she clung to Mr. Thomas. "Just what is going on?" White asked himself out loud. Hearing footsteps White watched a man step through the trees. He was none other then the same enemy they had killed, who also had caused the snowfall and the capture of Skelington.
It was then that White noticed the blue and black creature. "Darius! Look!" White called as he pointed to the blue and black creature. As the man came closer the creature sprung charging towards the man. And as he came in contact with the man it clutched to its chest.
The man tried to grab it, but the creature began to cling more. It was a scene out of a horror movie. They had killed this man, and yet they were watching him get attacked as if their confrontation had never happened. The enemy tore its shirt into shreds with its claws as it clawed into the mans chest.
Then the creature began to shrink. White watched it shrink until it was the size that it could literally slip into the man's cuts. As it slipped in, the enemy began to convulse and shake as White watched a lump of skin travel through the body until it came to a stop at the heart. Only then did the shaking stop. The lump of bulged skin seemed to disappear and in its place was the symbol of a twisted blue and black heart.
The wounds and cuts on the man's torso slowly healed. White watched as his eyes snapped open to show a slight brightness to them, something that was not there before. "If this is some kind of carnival ride, I think I'm ready for it to stop." He said.
Arya seemed lost in thought, while Mr. Thomas nodded at White. Turning to Darius, White wondered what he was feeling. He had known that girl back there, and they hadn't been able to see what had happened to her.
The scene shifted one last time and White found himself in the lobby of Mr. Thomas's inn. They stood behind a table where none other then the ice man sat at. White watched the door open as he and Darius suddenly entered the inn from the outside. White turned to Darius. How was it possible that there were two of them! White watched himself lead the way right to the counter.
White couldn't shake the feeling of dejavu.
