There was nothing wrong with a reaction. It was actually important to understand how one was going to react to a situation. Because if you could understand that something bothered you, or shook you up, you could learn to overcome that reaction. That was another point in this exercise. Smiles was forcing her reactions so that he could set them right.
Having finished with what he wanted to teach with this simulation, he turned to the right of the room. Ivory could not see it, but in the wall was a door handle. "Come. It's actually night out now. We mine as well retire for the night." That was another thing about the simulation. You lost track of all time while in it.
Walking over to the wall, Smiles saw the handle only he could see and pushed it open. A bright light erupted as the door open, this Ivory could see. Smiles exited the room first, and waited for Ivory to follow. Once she had he shut the door and began the climb up the staircase. It wasn't too long before he was back to Ivory's new room.
"If you need anything, you can always go to the common room." The staff there worked 24/7. Smiles himself was ready to sleep as well. The committee meeting was tomorrow. "I will be here in the morning. The conference is at noon." With that he turned about and walked down the hall.

Ivory watched as Smiles eventually turned to the right, releasing his hold on her shoulders. She couldn't see it but Smiles was actually looking at the exit out of the simulation room. When next he spoke, Ivory's eyebrows raised a bit. It was night time already? Time definitely flew by in here. "Wow, night time already?!" she exclaimed. Well, it looked like training tonight was over for now. At least this one wasn't too extreme, if only emotionally.
"Alright!" she answered Smiles and followed him toward where he was headed. If she remembered correctly, he had stated the first person in that began the simulation would be the one to see the exit. That appeared to be true since where Smiles was headed, it didn't look anything like an exit to her. In fact, it looked like he was heading toward a solid cellar wall.
When he reached out and turned a knob that she could not see, Ivory blinked. It wasn't until the bright light that erupted about the area that Ivory finally understood it was the exit. The light, blinding as it was, caused Ivory to shield her pale blue eyes in response as it stung them. After a moment, the light faded and Ivory was finally able to see the way out. Seeing Smiles head out first, Ivory followed his lead.
They traveled all the way back up the staircase and to Ivory's room. When they got there, Smiles finally spoke. She nodded when he stated that if she should need anything to go to the common room. "Okay!" she replied. Before taking his leave,he told her that he would be here in the morning and that the conference was at noon. "Okay, have a goodnight, Smiles. See you in the morning!" she stated.
With that, Smiles headed off and Ivory turned and headed into her own room, careful to lock it for the night behind her as she went.
-----------------------------------------------------------
The next day, Ivory awoke to the sound of the alarm clock. She had set it to a certain time to make sure that she got up early enough. It wouldn't be good to have her door still locked if Smiles was to meet her this morning. Then again, regardless of what time she got up, she wasn't even sure when he'd come or if he had ways of getting in without having to use the door.
Being up so early, Ivory couldn't help but feel groggy. She had slept well through the night without meaning to. She had meant to keep an eye open at night but after all the energy she spent the day before, she was too exhausted. Now that she was awake, she couldn't help but feel groggy. 'Maybe a quick shower?' she thought. That would at least wake her up enough. Heading out of the bedroom after sliding off the bed, she headed into the bathroom.
The only clothes she had were those on her back presently. Not that it mattered, it wasn't like she planned on taking a shower with them on her. Seeing a towel hanging inside, Ivory closed her bathroom door shut behind her and went and turned on the shower. While it was warming up, Ivory removed her clothing and then stepped into the shower itself. The warm water rushing over her body was enough to gently nudge her awake. When that happened, after rinsing her hair a bit, Ivory headed out of the shower.
Pulling a towel around her body, she looked for a hair dryer. None was anywhere to be found in the bathroom so she headed out toward the dresser. She managed to find one and traveled back with a hairbrush into the bathroom. Plugging in the dryer, she turned it on and used it on her long black hair to dry it. While doing this, she brushed her hair to help quicken the process of drying her hair.
Once done, Ivory got dressed and headed out to the living area.

"Father!!!!" The sound of his daughter shook Snake awake. He was breathing heavily and it took him a moment to remember that he was not back on the battle field. He wasn't watching the man with the keyblade drive his weapon into his screaming daughter's chest. Sanke was in his early fifties, but he felt much older.
Standing nude in his large room, he strolled over to the bathroom door. Taking the blue robe off the end of the door, he placed it on. It was time to start another day. Stepping into the bathroom he turned on the shower head so that the water might warm up. There was the conference today. It was hard to fully accept the fact that it had been ten years since the organization had been first formed.
Ten years ago to this day that he found that young boy in the graveyard, and the two of them swore their vengeance against the self proclaimed heroes of the world. The heroes who thought they were doing so much good, but in reality caused nothing but more death. "Claire..." As he said the name, a look of utter sorrow crossed his face.
In the last two years the committee had changed. They had turned more into a business then an actual organization. Everyone was busy playing politics. Trying to rid of certain individuals and take as much power for themselves as they can. This was not the organization that Snake had wanted. "Oh my Claire... we have forgotten our purpose."
There was no one to blame but himself. He was the head. He was the leader! And yet he slacked. He had been to busy with his own challenges, and had left Fang to take over the details. He could not change that. He couldn't revoke Fang's power. Not after having given it to him. But things needed to change.
Deeming the water to be warm enough, Snake shed off his bathrobe and slipped into the shower. "Smiles was right. Things need to change."
------------------------------------------
Fang was busy getting everything ready. Getting up the earliest, he had a lot of work to do before the committee was to begin. He would be expected to organize the agendas of the meeting. Which meant going through all the files of the submitted contracts. He spent the majority of his morning doing just that.
Going from one contract to another, he made three piles. The first were contracts that had yet to be taken. They would be presented at the meeting. The second were finished and completed contracts. The third were finished contracts, but there was something that prevented it from being complicated. This usually meant either there was still the tax that had to be taken from the contract, a payment to be made by the contractor, a payment to be made by the contractee, an unsatisfied contractor, or a special issues. Special issues were rare and when they did come in play they usually had to do with something happening on a job that wasn't.
By the time he was finished, Fang had organized more then two hundred files. There were twenty open contracts that needed to be presented and five uncompleted contracts. Having organized that, there was the matter of contacting the bartender and selecting the lunch for the afternoon. They would eat together, a tradition completed since as long as Fang could remember.
After he had finished that, he glanced at the clock. Already 11:45. Time to head on over to the conference room.
--------------------------------------
Smiles knocked on Ivory's door. He had slept just fine, as he always did. Glancing at the clock hanging on the wall, it ready 11:50. It was time to head over to the conference room. The monthly meeting was about to begin. And this meeting was appearing to be more interesting than it had been in a long time.

Ivory kept checking the time on the clock nervously. After what she heard about the conference and knew how a good number of the members disliked her being amongst them already, she could only guess how it was going to go. Hopefully, she would be able to withstand what was thrown at her today by the rest. Seating wise was probably going to be very uncomfortable depending on where she was forced to sit. 'If things get too hazardous, I could always put my armor on,' she thought.
Depending on the skills of the others though, her armor might not be enough to help her or fast enough. After all, it was probably easier to pull a trigger on someone than armor up and use darkness on them. The only advantage would be if the armor got summoned fast enough before the bullet hit her. Hopefully, no one would bring their weapons to the conference. She was hoping that, at the very least, she wouldn't have to worry about herself getting turned into Swiss cheese.
Once 11:50 AM hit, she heard a knock on the door. Getting up from the couch she had been sitting on, Ivory could already guess who it was. 'I must've mistaken how early he'd be here!' she thought since it was almost noon when the knock came. Not wishing to keep him waiting and to reach the conference room in time, Ivory headed over to the door and opened it. Standing there was none other than Smiles. It was a relief to know it was him and not one of the others that hated her.
"Good morning, Smiles!" she greeted him as she exited the room, closing it behind her and locking it. Once she was outside, she gave him a nod.
"Shall we?" With that, she headed off with him down the halls and through the staircases to the common room.

Smiles led the way past the conference room. He walked down the same hallway he had gone before on the way to Fang's office. He lead Ivory past Fang's door and brought them to another staircase. They were the only ones left who had not entered. At the top of the staircase were two clear glass doors. Behind the doors was a large conference room made of a large square table.
Sitting on different sides of the table were the other members of the organization. There was no set order in where they were sitting. Entering the room, all heads turned at once. They watched them like hawks, as Smiles took a seat at the end of the table. To his right was an open chair that Ivory could sit in as well.
Directly across from him was Snake. Dressed as he always was, he sat in his chair. Fang, in the middle of the room had a laptop, and different yellow folders stacked in front of him. Now that everyone was here, Snake rose from his chair.
"As the leader of the committee I call this conference into order." Sitting back down, Snake turned his attention directly on Ivory. "I welcome you, Ivory, as a member of the Assassination of Keybladers Committee. We have not been properly introduced. You can call me Snake. I am the head of this organization."
While everyone listened to what Snake said when he spoke, some of the members, including Gat and Bullseye, shot a look at Fang. Their look seemed to say that it was not Snake who they considered the leader of the organization. Fang of course shared none of those looks. He merely kept his eyes either on the computer screen in front of him, or on Snake as he spoke.
"You could not have come at a more important time. I understand that I have been absent from many things of late. But no more. As of today, I null all contracts current and stocked." As the words escaped his mouth not a breath could be heard. There was shock on every face, but none more so then Fang as he raised out of his chair. There was a look of red anger and defiance on his face.
One could literally cut the tension in the room with a knife if they wanted too. Smiles on the other hand could do nothing but smile. "And the interest has returned."[/i] Just what would Fang do?

Ivory followed Smiles' lead the entire way. Like the day before, they went all the way to the hallway where Fang's office had been located. Instead of heading down to Fang's office, they took the other hallway that lead up to another staircase. Going up it, Ivory guessed this was where the conference room would be held. Reaching the top of the stairs, she could see two double glass doors standing before them. The glass doors were easy and clear to see through into the room they held behind them. Already, the other members were seated at a large table in the center of the room.
Following Smiles inside, Ivory could see the other members watching them closely. She didn't dare lock eyes with anyone just yet and merely focused on where she was going to go. Of course, it appeared as though there was just one empty seat left located to the right of Smiles after he had seated himself. Quietly and self consciously, Ivory placed herself in the empty seat to Smiles' right.
Once that was done, only then did she politely look up and over the table at the other members. She was careful to not let her gaze linger for too long on any of the ones she knew disliked her. There was an unfamiliar figure sitting at the end of the long table. It was he that Ivory peered back at curiously. He seemed to have that commanding air about him. Once she and Smiles had seated themselves, it was he who spoke. He only confirmed Ivory's observations when he announced that he was the leader of this organization and calling this conference to order. Quietly, she gave him the fullest of her attention.
She was a little surprised when he went on to direct his attention on her as well. As Smiles had mentioned, this was none other than Snake. Honestly, she half expected someone older. Snake wasn't too old in appearance. As he welcomed her to the committee, Ivory inclined her head with respect as she kept her gaze on Snake. "It's a pleasure to finally be meeting you, sir."
While they had been exchanging their greetings, Ivory could see movement in the corner of her eyes. Some appeared to have turned their attention on someone else but Ivory paid it no mind for now. Smiles did tell her things were tense in the conferences of each month. No sooner had Snake finished greeting her here, he made a point that she had come at an important time. Curious, Ivory focused on him more readily. What was of such importance?
According to Snake, he had been absent of many things lately but no longer. Just after he said that, he went on to render all contracts current and stocked null. Wondering what was the meaning of all of this, Ivory politely peered back at Snake with obvious curiosity. She was definitely surprised but her reaction was nothing compared to most of the others in the room. Fang went as far as standing up from his chair. Carefully turning her head to look over at him, she could see fury written all over his face.
The air was so extreme here that Ivory was certain someone could physically cut it with a knife. Her eyes kept going between Fang, the others, and Snake. Ivory couldn't help but feel uncertain as to what was going to happen next. Things were generally tense, as Smiles had put it but she still couldn't help but feel uneasy. Surely, they weren't about to fight this early in the conference? Fang really looked angry. She didn't fully understand why except maybe their source of munny coming in today was cut. Surely, Snake had a reason for it? Ivory remained silent throughout, observing everyone.'I hope no one fights!'she thought but it seemed inevitable.

Snake said nothing, only arched an eyebrow. He had expected such a reaction from him. After all, he had quite literally, thrown away all the hard work Fang had done in months. Fang had taken over the gathering of clients in Snake's absent. He was throwing away all of them. Of course he had reason behind this, and he would explain it momentarily. But first this moment was important.
What would Fang do? "Yes?" Snake asked him. Fang locked eyes with Snake and the neither of them seemed to relent their expressions. Snake was the leader here, and not Fang. The man better remember that fast or he would find himself in a fight. Snake had no problem with that, but the smartest thing to do would be for Fang to merely sit back down.
After a moment that was what Fang decided to do. "Nothing." And with that he sat back down.
Snake continued, "As I had said all current contracts are nulled. We have forgotten our purpose ladies and gentlemen. I blame myself for this of course. I have let you down. Fang I must thank you for picking things up when I had failed to do so."
Smiles shot a look at Fang and noticed that even though he smiled and nodded to Snake in return, their was no actual meaning behind those eyes. It was as fake as his proclamation of nothing.
"From this moment on we will no longer be taking contracts from clients. When I formed this organization we had one purpose. To dispose of keybladers. I say we return to our roots. For that reason I have enlisted the help of the Reality Shifters. Why don't you come in Skull."
Smiles own eyes perked up as the clear class doors opened once more. Snake had not mentioned this. The man who entered the room was a very odd man indeed. Dressed head to toe in blood red plated armor he stood at six feet tall. A black cape fell from his shoulders and his head was covered in a red helmet that looked like the curve of a dragon's neck. His face was hidden by a red jaw guard and bright beady yellow eyes looked at them all.
Strolling over to the room, Snake stood up from his chair and locked hands with the knight. The majority of the other members of the committee looked at the man in confusion. They had never heard of these Reality Shifters. Only one person in the entire organization had actually interacted with them. And that person was Fang.
Glancing over at him now, Smiles noticed how Fang's face had gone completely white. Who knew what was exactly going on in his head that very moment. Fang had worked with the Reality Shifters seven years ago. It was his very first mission after joining the committee. Ever since then they had not been touched.
Snake turned back to the confused faces of the committee. "The Reality Shifters are creatures that..." Before Snake could finish the armored knight placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Why don't I explain it." He said in a muffled voice. "We are not like you. In fact we aren't even human. When a keyblader dies out of their time we are born. Creatures that shouldn't exist but do. And for that reason we search for Kingdom Hearts. But we are currently not strong enough alone. There exist many of those keyblade warriors that stand against us. Your leader has decided to join our cause. For our cause is one and the same. We can find these keyblade heroes."
Said all in that muffled voice it was quite clear that for some what he was saying did not make much sense. How could they not be human if they talked and looked exactly like them. Even Smiles wanted to know.
"We will each pair up with a member of their organization. They will guide you from one world to the next."
It was Bullseye who was the first to ask a question when the opportunity presented itself. "So your like nobodies? The bodies of keybladers when they die?"
The red knight shook his head. Slowly he rose his helmet to reveal the face of a man in his twenties. He looked every bit human to Smiles. However when he opened his mouth a creature fell out of it. Attached by what looked like an umbilical cord to its back the creature looked something like a heartless except it was blue and red. It had the lack of a spine, similar to that of a heartless, but the yellow eyes of a heartless. On its torso was the symbol of a twisted heart.
The creature was small, smaller then a heartless. It stayed out only a moment before it retracted into the mouth of the body. Placing the helmet back over its head the knight continued, "We are the Fissures. And we are as powerful as the host we inhabit."
Snake stood and offered the red knight to sit in it. "We have agreed in turn for their help in hunting down keyblade heroes, we will do favors for them as well. Fang I leave it up to you to work with them to figure out what they might need."
Fang had no choice but to nod, though he looked none the happy about it. Snake then went along to give the rest orders. Finally he came to Smiles. "Smiles... I would like Ivory too..."
Smiles didn't let him finish the sentence. "Ivory has just entered the organization. She has a two week trial period. That is non-negotiable." For once Smiles was not smiling.

Ivory watched carefully as neither of the men moved. They remained watching each other, their expressions unwavering. Snake merely raised an eyebrow before speaking in a questioning manner. Ivory looked between them, the tension easy to feel in the air. After a moment, Fang finally relented stating that what he had just done was nothing. Ivory then turned her attention back onto Snake as he went on to say that like before all contracts were null because they had forgotten their purpose. Curious, Ivory listened more intently.
When Snake thanked Fang, Ivory didn't need to glance at Fang to guess what his facial expression had been. Fang seemed the type to conceal his feelings. Bringing her gaze back onto Snake, she listened about what he said. No one would be accepting contracts from clients and that their main goal was to dispose of keyblade wielders. In order to do that, Snake had affiliated with the "Reality Shifters".
'Reality Shifters?' Ivory wondered. After mentioning that, Snake called forth someone by the name of Skull. Like everyone else, Ivory turned her head to watch a figure come through the double glass doors. The figure was adorned in blood red armor from head to toe. His face was concealed for the most part save for yellow eyes that gazed out from the helmet at them all. Ivory couldn't help but wonder who this Skull was, much like the others seemed to wonder the same thing.
Ivory was so focused on Skull's arrival that she didn't notice Fang's paled expression upon seeing him. Snake appeared to understand the confusion coming from the rest and made to tell them what they were. He was interrupted by Skull whom requested to explain what he was to them all. Ivory looked at Skull as he went on to explain that his kind was nothing like them. 'How can he not? He looks human!' she thought as Skull explained what his kind was.
The Reality Shifters were creatures that existed when a keyblader was killed before their time. Beings that existed that shouldn't have existed but did. Now, Ivory had dealt with Heartless but she had never encountered Nobodies or Reality Shifters before. Sitting there, she listened as he mentioned the legendary Kingdom Hearts. Why they wanted to find it, Ivory couldn't understand. As a child, she heard about it like some kind of fairy tale. Just what was so special about it? All Reality Shifters were looking to kill keyblade wielders much like this committee.
Ivory looked over at Snake when he stated that they would each be paired up with a member of their Organization. It was Bullseye whom had been the first to speak up. Whatever Nobodies were, Ivory didn't know but she eagerly awaited Skull's response. Shaking his head, Skull removed his helmet to reveal a very human face. Confusedly, Ivory watched as he opened his mouth...and something fell out of it!
'What the-?!' she thought with surprise. There was a creature hanging from some kind of string, maybe like an umbilical cord, from Skull's mouth. It had the eyes of a Heartless and seemed to have no spine like one. It was smaller and had a symbol of a twisted heart upon its body while its color was red and blue. Ivory couldn't help but watch with amazement as the thing climbed up the cord and back into Skull's mouth. The way this occurred, Ivory couldn't help but feel sickened.
What Skull said next made her wonder. They were the Fissures and were as strong as their hosts. When she heard the mention of the word "host", Ivory guessed that was why Skull appeared as he did. His "host" was that human. They sounded a lot like parasites. She didn't openly say this though for dread of causing a fight. Still, she couldn't have but feel some misgivings on the idea of those things helping them. Just how did they obtain a host anyway? Did they prefer taking over the bodies of keyblade wielders or just about anyone they thought was stronger than their present host? It just made her suspicious of them.
Well, Snake must have his reasons. If it were just for the keyblade wielders on both sides then fine. Still, she knew she would find herself wary of them since she wasn't used to these kind of beings. They were the unknown and Ivory was wary of the unknown. Snake then went on to give them all orders. Focusing on Fang, he told him that he was to ensure the Reality Shifters got what favors they wanted in return for locating a keyblade wielder for the committee. Fang didn't look too pleased. In fact, Ivory thought he looked frightened of them. 'I feel a bit scared of them too!' she thought.
Then, Snake focused on Smiles. Ivory peered back over at Snake as he addressed Smiles. Whatever Snake was about to say, after mentioning her name, Smiles interrupted him. Surprised by Smiles not allowing Snake to finish his sentence, Ivory looked over at him to find that he wasn't smiling for the first time since she knew him. Ivory didn't think he was capable of not smiling. Now that he wasn't, she couldn't help but have a feeling of unease. There was just something about his lack of smiling that was putting alarm bells in her mind. Thankfully, whatever it was, it wasn't directed at her but Snake. How he was able to get away with saying that, as if Smiles had a say about Ivory's situation and Snake wasn't the leader here, Ivory couldn't understand. She was relieved though to know she wouldn't be paired with one of those things just yet at least for two weeks.
'Thank you, Smiles!' she thought to herself. She just hoped things weren't about to grow more tense now that Smiles directly told Snake such a thing as she looked between them.

Ivory was not the only one who was feeling unease. In fact everyone was feeling just that. Well all but perhaps the red knight. But it was hard to tell what he was thinking, hidden behind the red mask. Smiles himself eyed Snake. It seemed the leader was at a lost for words as well. He was the closest to Smiles out of everyone in the organization, and he had never seen him with a straight face.
"I understand the rules Smiles, but like I said things are changing." Snake tried to say his words carefully, but it was Smiles who replied quickly, preventing Snake from continuing.
"One is not allowed to change the set rules unless a vote is first placed before the committee. Contracts are something that your office is in charge of, thus no need for a vote. However to change the rules of orientation, you must first set a vote." As Smiles glanced from one person to the other he watched as each seemed to sink in their chair as much as possible. No one wanted to look at a serious Smiles.
"Seems like that is a no..." Sitting back down, Smiles seriousness slowly evaporated as a smile crossed his face once more. Snake seemed locked in confusion and shock. But what could he do? Smiles was right, and he knew it.
"Right..." That was all Snake could say. "Well now that your contracts are set, why don't we let our friend speak. He has some very valuable information."
The red knight stepped forward once more. "Yes.." He said. "It is key to keep the heroes from gathering together. Alone they can be killed. Once they gather it becomes much harder to defeat them. For that reason, as your leader has pointed out, some of you will be a strike team. The keybladers can not all be in the same place at once."
Snake decided at this point to speak again, "Which is why I would like Ivory to be one of those strike teams. But you are right Smiles. She has the two weeks. However then you must go in her place." Smiles just nodded. That was alright. Of course Snake pretty much knew that if Smiles went, he would most likely bring Ivory along as well. However he had not expected Smiles to react like he did.

Snake looked back at Smiles as if he were seeing him for the very first time. It was clear on Snake's face that he was surprised with the way Smiles was acting. Apparently, no one had ever seen Smiles with a serious face on before. Ivory was hoping this whole situation wasn't about to turn into a fight. Ivory appreciated the fact that Smiles wasn't going to let her go on an actual mission until her trial period was over but she didn't want blood to be shed over it. Warily, she looked from Smiles to Snake and back.
Smiles wasn't even allowing Snake much room to talk, his words swift to cut the other off before he could go any further. In order for a change concerning initiation, a vote had to be made. When he said this, his eyes turned onto the other members of the committee. People sank in their seats the moment Smiles turned his gaze upon them. Obviously no one wanted to challenge a Smiles that wasn't smiling. He had that effect over everyone in the room except for maybe the red knight. It was unclear what the knight was thinking with all of this since his face was concealed from view. Undoubtedly, he knew enough to hold his tongue for the moment.
Once he was convinced that no one was about to object, Smiles's face returned to his normal as a smile crept upon his face once again. Ivory inaudibly breathed then. For Smiles not to be smiling, you knew something serious was going down. Snake didn't even look like he knew what else to say except for what he said next, agreement. 'As long as they didn't have to draw blood!' she thought.
Now, it was the red knight's time to speak again. According to him, it would be more beneficial to create strike teams to take out single keybladers. Well, it was only obvious that a crowd of keyblade wielders would be a problem. The way they all made it seem, the keyblade wielders were the most powerful warriors known. Even the story of Kingdom Hearts, keyblade masters were mentioned. How one saved the worlds and how one destroyed them.
Ivory looked over at Snake again as he stated that had been what he had intended for Ivory but agreed with Smiles, stating that she had to go through the two weeks first. Smiles was to go in her place, however. Undoubtedly, Ivory figured he would probably bring her along. Not that she minded, she just didn't like the idea of dealing with one of the Reality Shifters by herself. Now that she thought about it, why did Smiles react the way he did if he'd only be taking her along anyway? Well, she wasn't going to question it. So, instead, she waited to hear if there was anything else to be said.

The rest of the meeting was fairly boring. It involved a couple of votes by the committee on other ideas. There were a couple of arguments between Bullseye and Smoke. Which Smiles found interesting since Smoke didn't really argument with anyone. Yet, Bullseye went on and on about how Smoke had failed to meet her duties as was prescribed by her rank.
Glancing to Fang, Smiles noted the content on his face. This was not an attack on Bullseye's part. It was an attack on Fangs. Once again Fang was attacking for control of the higher positions. Bullseye was his pet through and through. When things were beginning to raise to shouts on Bullseye's part, Snake finally pipped in. "Enough. Smoke, I will look into Bullseye's acquisitions and deal with you personally. Does that satisfy things Bullseye?"
Smiles noted that Bullseye also took a glance at Fang before she answered Snake. "No that will do." Sitting back in her chair, Smiles listened to the rest of the meeting with half an ear. There were more questions posed to the silent red knight, who answered quite briefly. Most of the questions towards him were about how they would meet up with his companions in the designated area that they were assigned.
Finally as the meeting drew to a close, Snake turned to Smiles. "Smiles and Ivory would you two please wait here so that Skull can inform you on the strike." Nodding Smiles watched them leave one by one until at last it was only them four left in the room.
Smiles was slightly surprised at what the red knight said to Snake. "Your organization confuses me. I am the leader, it is my call. Why are they allowed to question your authority?"
Still holding his smile, Smiles's eyes perked up as he waited for Snake's answer. What would he say to that. "Our organization is more of a council then a hierarchy. Everyone has a certain amount of say in each thing. I though do hold the authority."
"Unless that authority breaks the rules. Which, even our leader must follow." It was a little shocking to hear Smiles speak up. When Snake glanced back at him, he found the ever smiling Smiles there. The content was still there, no seriousness.
Snake could only reply with a , "Correct..." Turning to the red knight he asked, "Why don't you inform Smiles with what we talked about."
The red knight spoke through his muffled visor in a general tone. If he was speaking with more venom towards Smiles because of what he said, it was extremely hard to tell. Of course that could be partly due to the muffled voice. "Your leader has advised the first attacks to be on an island. I believe he called it Destiny... There is a small village there. Attack the villagers there. Gather attention."
Destiny Islands... Smiles knew that place well. He also knew that it was actually a common place to harbor keybladers. Most likely because the majority of keybladers are born there. Something about that island always screams "hero". Snake knew the history of the island as well. No doubt this was more his plan then the red knights.
"Sounds good. When do we leave?"
Snake was the one to smile this time. "Now. Skull's companion is waiting for you as we speak."

After the Snake and Smiles confrontation, the conference moved along. It ranged on mostly votes and then an argument between Bullseye and Smoke took place. As she listened to them bicker, Ivory tried to refrain from passing judgement in her mind. It seemed like Bullseye enjoyed nothing more than confrontation at first. Still, she couldn't help feel there was another motive. It seemed Bullseye kept glancing over at someone in particular here and there. Fang seemed pleased compared to the white faced appearance he had earlier.
Once the situation was resolved with Smoke and Bullseye, Ivory watched as members tossed questions at the red knight. All she did was merely listen to everything. She was a new member so she didn't draw much attention to herself. This was a learning process, to see how the others interacted with one another. It was clear there was some sort of divide but she wasn't going to start things by saying this out loud. Instead, she just observed unless there was a vote needed where everyone had to put in their say.
When everything was said and done, Snake addressed Smiles and herself. It was a request for them to remain after the conference disassembled. "Yes, sir!" had been her only response with a nod. The committee left one by one until it was just the three of them and Skull. Ivory wasn't exactly surprised to hear what Skull had to say. Leader, in her mind, pretty much was the one that called all the shots. Like Smiles, Ivory's gaze turned onto Snake as he went into thought about what his response would be.
According to Snake, the committee was like a council. Everyone had a say in everything but Snake still held the authority. Ivory glanced back over at Smiles as he added his two cents about the authority figure about breaking the rules. Ivory looked back over at Snake, wondering how he would take this. For the most part, he handled Smiles acting this way pretty well. Granted, he was surprised by him during these times but he didn't take them too badly. Smiles was rather bold today, it seemed. Usually, he was pretty laidback.
Ivory turned her gaze back onto Skull once Snake requested that he go on to inform them of the strike. Whether or not he found Smiles' boldness insulting to authority, Skull's voice was difficult to detect as to whether or not he wasn't pleased. The helmet muffled his voice a lot but oddly enough for them to make out. As she focused on him more closely, she couldn't help but marvel at the armor and its color. It reminded her somewhat of her's and Darius's armor.
Skull wished for them to attack the villagers on Destiny Islands. It sounded like they were to create some kind of diversion to attract attention onto them. It sounded fair enough. She just hoped things wouldn't go terribly wrong. Since Smiles was her mentor in all of this, she looked to him for a response to decide what to do. It wasn't that she couldn't decide for herself, it's just he generally took the lead and she followed. Now that she thought about it, it was almost like how she tended to follow Darius around except Smiles wasn't her brother.
When Smiles appeared completely fine with the idea, Ivory looked back over at the other two and nodded her approval as well. "Agreed." Like Smiles, she wondered when they should start. Ivory blinked back at Snake when he merely stated right now and that Skull's companion was already waiting for them. "Alright, then."
"In the common room or...?" glanced around the room as if she suspected another person being there.

Smiles was wondering exactly what Ivory said. Were they meeting him here? Skull was the one to answer. With a shake of his head he informed them, "He is waiting at Destiny Islands." There really wasn't else much to say. Smiles could tell Snake expected them to leave immediately. Standing up, he glanced over to Snake.
"Anything else we need to know?" There was a shake of the head from both of them. It seemed they would learn of the situation and everything else at Destiny Island. Smiles placed his hands in his pockets.
He had wanted to wait here for a while. Focus on Ivory's training... Take use of the training room. But it seemed she would be taught on the job. There was not much else they could do. Smiles briefly entertained the idea of leaving Ivory here. No... that was not a smart idea. She would just have to come with him.
Smiles raised his arm and shot out a surge of energy. It clung to the wall and opened a portal in the middle. On the other side one could make out sand and water. It was clear that on the other side was Destiny Island. Glancing over to Ivory he gestured for her to go first. "After you my lady."
((OOC: After your post you can lock it. You want to start the next thread in Wonderland for White and Darius, or should I?))

Ivory looked back up at Skull when he finally shook his head in response to her question. His companion that would be accompanying them was to meet them in Destiny Islands. There didn't seem to be anything more that Skull or Snake wanted to add to that. Just as she was wondering about it, Smiles spoke up. Glancing back at him and then toward Skull and Snake, she saw that there indeed wasn't anything else to be said here. Now, it was time for them to leave.
"Well, goodbye then," she said in farewell with a brief incline of her head before turning to Smiles. He appeared to be in thought so she patiently waited for him to take the lead. Clearly, this wasn't anything either of them thought was going to take place but it looked like they didn't have much of a choice.
At least, as Ivory thought about it, she wasn't going to accompany one of the Reality Shifters alone. She wasn't sure what to make of them, really. Were they to be trusted? Or should she be wary of them? Right now, she wasn't sure and thus, her caution. With Smiles being there, she at least had the comfort of knowing she wasn't alone. Maybe the Reality Shifters weren't what they seemed? Maybe they were different like how the committee members were? There were probably those you could get along with and those you couldn't.
Smiles surged energy like he did a few times before and produced a portal right before them. There, she could see what looked to be a beach. Ivory couldn't help but look at it in wonder. There was a vast ocean there. Ivory had never seen an ocean before. She only tore her eyes off the scene when she heard Smiles' voice. A smile passed over her face as she nodded.
"Why thank you, good sir." With that, Ivory inclined her head and stepped through into Destiny Islands. End
