Arya listened from the shadows, a simple cover dark spell to hide her presence. In her hands she held Darius's pipe and bracelet and White's sheathed kantana. She was standing directly to the left of the lot of them, waiting for just the right moment before throwing the weapons. The moment they left her hands they would appear to all.
She listened to Darius as he made a polite lie to the Red Queen. Her response started with a simple nod, almost as if she understood what Darius had said. "That might be true. But if I start letting one person get by without following my law, then I'll have rebels everywhere. The punishment is suitable for the crime you have committed. Temporary exile and a return from whence you came."
Arya had figured that would be the rueling. Darius and White were not the first mercenaries that had been brought before the Red Queen on this issue. There were many of them here in Wonderland now and it was the only way to keep the number down. At least that was what Mr. Thomas had thought. "All the card soldiers think it." He said to Arya.
She agreed. However what was important was the fact that they were going to use this to their advantage. The moment the Captain turned around and began his way towards the back, Mr. Thomas would strike down the three other soldiers. At the same time, Arya would appear, shout their name, and toss their items.
All was supposed to go exactly like that, but then White spoke. "And what if we refuse?" Arya and Mr. Thomas shared the same thought right then.
"Shit!" They thought in unison. The Red Queen's eyes perked up and her face began to tint red in anger.
"What did you just say ant?" She with clenched teeth.
White had for the most part kept his face to the floor. Letting everyone else do the talking. Now he raised his head and Arya saw him lock eyes with the queen. "You heard me. What kind of rule makes people come and check in with you? What gives you the power to make that decision?"
The Red Queen's face went deep red then. Her large fists began to shake from steaming anger. "Captain..." She started. "OFF WITH THEIR HEAD!!!"
There wasn't time to wait now. Mr. Thomas and Arya both agreed. Arya ran from her position towards White and Darius, at the same moment, the card soldier on the right of Darius stepped back and stabbed the card soldier on Darius's left. At the same time Arya dropped her spell. She threw Darius's things first, while Mr. Thomas attacked in quick succession against the other two that held Mr. Thomas.
Things were happening so fast. The four card soldiers behind the Red Queen had stepped forward to protect there Queen. While the two others at the entrance were charging from behind. The Captain was just turning down and shock crossed his face, as White's kantana was tossed past him.

Darius was trying to set the mood to something more pleasant. At least, allowing them to stall for a moment. He had no plans of being exiled from this world for the time being. It was a rather controlling law, especially when Darius and White didn't even belong to this world. Then again, they could be viewed as intruders. However, why did it warrant making them leave? Why not just have them serve some other punishment?
Inwardly, he was glad that she didn't consider removing their heads from their shoulders. Darius liked his head very much and the idea of losing it wasn't something he liked. As the captain had suggested, she would make them take a temporary exile and a return to where they had come. Darius and White though had no intentions of doing that. The issue was how they could prevent it.
While Darius had been pondering this, a sudden voice in response to the Queen's made Darius's stomach turn. Pale blue eyes widening, Darius turned his head, straining to look back over at White. He did not just say that, did he?
Sure enough, White raised his head to look back over at the Red Queen. When he spoke, Darius couldn't help but feel as if his heart just faltered. What White just said, there was no way of them getting out of this sticky situation now. They were definitely going to get their heads cut off! Darius could only look on with horror at White as the Red Queen announced off with their heads.
Then, movement caught his eye. Turning his head, Darius watched as the joker card from before released him and attacked the other that had been holding him. Then, the card focused on the ones that were holding White captive. That must've been Mr. Thomas! Now for Arya and she was right on time! As he looked around, he suddenly saw his things flying toward him. Darius ran up to catch them, his hands wrapped about the small white dragon statuette and his steel pipe.
Deflecting a blow with the steel pipe, Darius extended his right arm as he clenched the fingers over the statuette of the white dragon. As soon as he did that, he became engulfed in the White dragon armor similar to his sister's. His broadsword appeared in his right hand where the statuette had been before he had become engulfed in his white armor.
Once that was settled, he attacked any of the nearby soldiers that were attacking. As for the captain, since he had seemed an honest person, Darius and White might give him a second chance if he chose to not retaliate but the chances of him doing that depended on his actions.

White had spoken up for a single reason. He couldn't just sit by and let all there work go to waste. He was tired of waiting around and doing nothing. World after world was going to ruin, and he couldn't do anything about. And then there was Darius's sister... What was it going to take for things to change?
That was why White had spoken up. When the Red Queen declared, "Off with their heads!" White was ready to fight back. He had no idea though he would really get the chance. One moment he was watching the Red Queen. The next there came a grunt as he card soldiers next to him dropped. Then Arya appeared to his left, close by Darius. He had tossed his weapons to him, and then proceeded to toss White's kantana.
Catching it in the air, White drew the kantana out of its sheath. He heard the footsteps of running card soldiers behind him, "The guards from the gate..."[/i] Turning around, White was prepared to take them on. But the joker card soldier stepped forward.
It was then that White realized it was Mr. Thomas. "Go! After the Queen! She's getting away!" Mr Thomas said, deflecting a charging spear. White didn't need to be told twice. He turned around , spotted the four soldiers helping the Queen walk away from the chair.
He charged forward.

Darius couldn't blame White for reacting the way he did. Neither of them were happy with being dragged before the Queen in this fashion. Darius's manners with her were feinted. He was just stalling time to give Arya and Mr. Thomas time. Now that they had arrived, considering White sort of pushed them into it, things were about to get serious here. It was now up to them to put a stop to the Red Queen's tyranny.
Apprehending some of the card guards, he could see those trying to remove the Red Queen out of here. Hearing Mr. Thomas calling out to White, who had turned towards the sound of running guards coming from outside the room, Darius focused his attention on those before him that blocked his way to the Queen. They were going to need to move quickly.
Dashing into the ones blocking his way Darius swung this way and that while careful to not accidentally swing in White's or Arya's direction as he went. White and Darius were making their way progressivewly towards the Red Queen but would they be able to stop her in time?

Getting past the guards in front of them wasn't difficult. They were few in numbers. However when White and Darius reached the Queen, two of the guards pulled away to face them. Both were Aces. The Ace of Hearts faced White, while the Ace of Diamonds faced Darius. They did not hold spears like the majority of card soldiers. Instead they held wicked curved swords that they drew from sheaths.
White, who hadn't stopped, met the Ace in battle. His kantana struck vertically, and was blocked by the curved blade. However the Ace then tried to pull his weapon back. The result was a tug against White's weapon. He went form pushing forward with his weapon, to pulling it back, trying to keep it from falling from his hands.
He didn't have time for this. Glancing past the Ace he spotted the Red Queen. Her large size made her move slowly, but she was already ten feet farther away. White summoned electricity around his blade. This time when he attacked, he sent the electricity down the sword and at the opponent. The static traveled across blades and down the soldiers hand and over the rest of him. It caused a temporary paralysis.
Having an opening, White charged forward towards the shuffling Queen. A puff of energy shot past him, from Arya's direction, and collided with one of the remaining two aces. The ace sprouted in flames! White hadn't seen such an attack from Arya. It was impressive, but he didn't have time to stay and admire it. They had to get to the Red Queen.
Coming up behind her, White found himself facing the last Ace. It was the only card soldier left alive. "Darius get in front of the Red Queen! Don't let her escape, I'll take this last soldier." White struck vertically with his kantana.

It didn't take long to cut his way through the regular guards here. Maybe their skills depended on their card number and rank? It seemed that was the case but then again, there wasn't any real understanding here in Wonderland. Everything in of itself remained a wonder no matter how hard someone wondered about it. Even if someone believed they knew the place already, it continued to remain an enigma.
Next, the guards that were accompanying the Red Queen were in the way. Two had separated themselves from the four, not including the Red Queen in the mix, and faced White and Darius. Unlike their kin, they pulled out nasty looking swords. Their blades were so jagged, it was easy to see if someone didn't keep a careful grip on their weapon that they may just be able to dislodge them from one's hands. Unlike the other cards, these two were Aces.
White hadn't bothered stopping to look at his foe and went right for the Ace that was facing him. Darius, after taking in a brief observation of his own Ace, went and charged into it. The card, unlike his brethren, managed to actually parry Darius's oncoming attack. Still, Darius knew this card wouldn't be enough to stop him and he was sure that the other wouldn't be enough to stop White. After the fights they've been through, this was nothing.
Apprehending his own card after firing a ray of light into the card's face with his free hand, daring to hold his heavy broadsword with one hand, Darius managed to defeat the Ace with the element of surprise. Now, it was time to stop the Red Queen's escape!
As he saw her retreating, though she were slow, she was already a good distance away from them with the remaining two Aces. The only way he could stop her would be if he were to leap into the air and use his wings to fly him over. Arya took out one Ace and White was taking care of the last one. Darius gave a simple nod when White called out to him. "I'm on it!" he replied.
Allowing his armor's wings to expand, Darius commanded them with his mind to take a powerful flap into the air as he jumped. He used them to flap over towards the Red Queen and landed right in her path to block her passage. "Going somewhere?" he questioned her. If she made to take a step somewhere else, he'd only take a step in that direction to make himself a physical obstacle in blocking her way every time.

White faced the remaining ace. Trading blows, he gained ground on the enemy. White didn't consider himself a master swordsman, but he knew how to use his blade. And the more practice he had with it, the better he was getting. Fighting a curved blade was a bit different. White had to be weary of getting his weapon caught in its hook. For that reason he mostly dodged the weapon unless it came to close.
After the Ace tried to attack his right shoulder, White pivoted to the side and found the open he was looking for. His blade slipped past the enemy and into his gut. "You owe it to your enemy to watch his eyes when he dies. No one wants to die alone. No matter how much of a villain he is. If you have the opportunity to be there and watch him, then do it."
White looked into the soldiers eyes as he watched the shock set in, and then acceptance as the life faded from his eyes. Pulling the kantana out, he turned towards the remaining enemy. The Red Queen. She had no where to run, Darius was blocking the exit, Mr. Thomas had the right with a spear pointed, and Arya stood to the left. That left White to bring up the rear.
The Red Queen turned on her foot. She was like a chicken surrounded by foxes. "I will have your heads for this! Guards! Guards! Help! Guards!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. But none came. The closest guards were at the entrance.
Mr. Thomas spoke up, "You have no where to run. You will pay for what you did to the White Queen." He said closing in on her.
The Red Queen looked absolutely terrified. "My sister is not a queen! I am Queen! I am the eldest! She had no right! No right! She will get what she deserves! Always the pretty one. Always the one father cherished most. Well look at her now!"
Those were the last words of the Red Queen. Mr. Thomas had heard enough because his spear stabbed into the Red Queen. As it did his appearance changed. The card soldier was replaced with the elf from before. White watched the horror on the chubby queen's face as it went white. Blood flew from her red dress and she crashed to the floor.
No one spoke. They all watched as the Red Queen died, the look of surprise sealed on her face. It was the sound of an alarm going off that shook White out of the trance. It was a loud siren sound and it seemed to shock everyone. Arya spoke first over the loud siren. "We need to get out of here! There coming!" Someone had sounded the alarm. They were no longer safe in the castle. They needed to leave.

Darius continued to step into the Queen's path, preventing her from escape. They really had her now. The others just needed to finish their individual fights before reaching them. "You're not going anywhere, you might as well just give up now." He could see the Red Queen didn't seem to recognize the armor. Maybe in her terrible mirth, she had forgotten those that had helped her achieve her goals. Why Ivory had a hand here in this world, he'd never know. All he knew was if he got a hold of her by herself, he was going to get answers to his questions.
Finally, they all started to come together. Mr. Thomas took the right and Arya, the left. White completed the circle by taking up the rear. The Red Queen was completely surrounded now with nowhere to run. Despite her situation, she still seemed keen on ordering their heads to be cut off. Despite her frantic, shrill shouts, no one came to her aid.
"No one is going to save you now." Darius went quiet as Mr. Thomas spoke to the Queen. She would pay for what she did to her sister. At the mere mention of her, the Queen went into a crazed panic while telling them about her obvious jealousy towards her younger sister. It made Darius sick to his stomach hearing such things coming from her mouth. Darius would never do such a thing to Ivory even if she deserved it. Ivory was his family, after all. Still, he wouldn't let her harm his friends either.
Mr. Thomas had heard enough of that. Stabbing into the queen, he ended her life and became the elf they had seen the last time they had been here. Darius watched her fall to her death. The sight of her made his heart jolt. What if things turned out so badly that he'd have to kill Ivory? The sight of the Queen dying before their eyes made him inwardly shudder at the thought of her being Ivory.
The only thing that pulled him out of this dreadful thought was the sound of an alarm going off somewhere. Whirling to look over at the others, Darius wondered how much time they had to escape. Hearing Arya, Darius gave a nod. "Might as well go now while we still can!" With that, Darius ran up to the large main doors and barricaded them to buy them some time. Going out the main way would be a fatal mistake. He would follow the others once they turned to leave.

Arya knew of a few different entrances to the castle. But if they wanted to avoid the obvious guards they would have to take a more secret way. It was the passage way that the servants took. "This way." She said. White was the first to follow her running right behind her. She led them to the exit that the Red Queen had been heading for.
Once outside the main throne room, they walked down hallways and past rooms, towards the west side of the castle. "Are we going the right way?" Mr. Thomas thought to Arya. Blocking him out, she tried to think. She had never gone through that exit before. They were going more deeper into the castle, and farther away from the servant's entrance.
They were somewhere north west in the castle. Coming to a stop at a cross, Arya looked down the possible hallways. Which way should they take? Giving everyone a short moment to stop and rest, Arya tried to think of the layout of the castle. She had thought that the hallways had looked familiar... But none of this looked familiar anymore.
"I hear running footsteps." White said. Arya glanced back. Stretching her arms, Arya summoned a circle of dark energy. She let it fly down the hallway they came. As it passed and flowed down the hallway, Arya was able to use it as a third eye. Seeing down the hallway, she guided it all the way the back the way they came. Mr. Thomas watched too, through the connection.
However the orb was destroyed by a blast of energy. The last thing Arya saw was General Shark leading a group of card soldiers down the hallway. Coming back to her senses she swore. She should have sent the orb forward, not backward! Well there wasn't time now. They had to move. "Let's go this way." She pointed to the east. While it would take them away from the wall, perhaps they could get more towards the center. Maybe the majority of guards would be following them this way.
She led them further down the hallway, but it did not lead them back towards the center and throne room. In fact it seemed to just continue north once they reached the middle. "Maybe there's a back entrance." Mr. Thomas thought, sensing her worry. Arya could only hope.
Leading them down the hallway, Arya was so worried about where they were going she hadn't noticed that the demeanor of the castle had changed. For the most part things looked to be kept cleaned up and shined. But the area they were seemed like no one had walked here in years. There was cobwebs and moss growing on the walls. The wallpaper was old and peeling and the floor was just simple cement, not tile floors.
Arya couldn't stop now though. She knew they had to continue. The soldiers weren't that far behind. Pushing herself, Arya led the way until she was forced to come to a stop. They had reached a dead end!
"Shit!" Arya swore. Turning around, Arya played things in her head. The last turn they had made was back a good fifty feet. "What do we do now?" That was a good question... Did they have time to go back and not run into the enemy. And if they didn't what were they to do. They were stuck here, they had to go back.
"I think we need to go back. We must have taken a wrong turn..." She said. Arya went to take a step forward to go back when the head of a cat suddenly appeared in front of her.
She had not expected to see the cat so of course she was in shock! She let out a shrill and fell back on her but! The Cheshire Cat fully appeared in front of them, floating in midair and laying on its arms. "You could go back. And you get attacked. Or you could go forward. The goal your moving toward."
Arya just blinked at the cat. What? Mr. Thomas though seemed to understand for he nodded. "We can't go back, the soldiers are too close. You say we can go forward... how?"
"It is not how, but who. Surely its one of you." The cat responded. Would the cat ever just answer a straight question! Arya hated the stupid cat.
Mr. Thomas looked among them. "One of us knows how?" He asked the cat.
The Cheshire Cat just smiled. "It is key! Don't you see? Do not wait! Or else be late for an important date!"
Mr. Thomas seemed at last to be as lost as the rest of them. The sounds of running footsteps in the distance didn't help things either. They could hear the enemy coming closer! Arya glanced back at the wall. Was there some hidden door or something? The only one who had been here before had been Mr. Thomas.
Suddenly it all clicked. Mr. Thomas had the knowledge but he couldn't access it. There were blocks on his memory! She didn't have much time... Maybe there was a way to unlock the knowledge without unlocking all the locks his mother had on his memory. Arya had not had the time to study them. Would she have enough time now. Well she had to try. "White... Darius... I'm going to do something to Mr. Thomas. While I am I won't be able to defend myself." Arya walked up to Mr. Thomas and grabbed his hand. She then dived into his mind.
----------------------------------
Well they had sure gotten themselves in a stick situation! White had followed Arya thinking they had known the way to get out of this castle. Now they were probably the farthest from the entrance then possible, facing a dead end, and they had just lost two of their comrades while they did some magic. White glanced at Darius. They had probably who knows how many soldiers coming to them. And they sounded like they were coming closer by the second.
"We are not letting a bunch of soldiers stop us! We still have to get Ivory to see the right of her ways." He said with a smile, trying to liven up the bad situation. Drawing his kantana he looked back towards the long hallway they had went down.
The card soldiers turned the corner. There were six of them in front, and too many to count behind them. "Here we go!" White said. There first priority would be to defend Mr. Thomas and Arya.

Darius saw and heard Arya. She was heading for the exit the Red Queen had been headed for. White was right behind her and then Mr. Thomas. Darius brought up the rear, following after them. He figured that Arya and Mr. Thomas would already know their way in and out of this place. The two of them had spent time here much longer than White and Darius had. It wasn't until they came to a stop cross that Darius wondered if he was mistaken. Not that he'd judge them any differently but this was very bad if they couldn't find their way out. Darius kept occasionally looking over his shoulder. So far, he didn't see any soldiers so that was some comfort but it won't last for long.
When White announced that he could hear running footsteps, Darius nodded in agreement. "I hear them too." Time wasn't waiting for them. If they didn't find a way to go down soon, the enemy would catch up to them. Darius felt the blood rush in his veins once again. Adrenaline was running high as he kept glancing back to make sure he didn't see anyone yet.
Arya sent down some sort of dark energy behind them back towards the enemy. Darius guessed she was using it to attack those coming after them. He had no idea that she was trying to tell where to go with that energy. Cursing after a moment, Arya pointed east suggesting they head that way. With a nod, Darius ran after the others down that hallway. They kept going this way northward and the area of the castle appeared to change as they did so. For the most part, the castle was up kept until they reached a certain point. Now, it looked as though they ran right into an area of the castle that had been forgotten.
Unexpectedly, they came to a dead end! Darius skidded to an abrupt halt. Now what were they going to do? The enemy was nearly upon them! As Arya swore and White asked what they were to do now, Arya claimed they had to go back. Darius didn't think that would work. They were pretty much stuck like sitting ducks here. It really looked like they were going to have to fight their way out.
Before Arya could lead the way again, the sudden appearance of a floating feline head startled her as she let out a bit of a shriek, falling onto her backside. Coming into full view, body and all, the cat spoke in its riddle fashion of speaking. If they were to go back, they were more likely to get attacked. What it said next though had puzzled Darius. There was a way for them still to go forward? How?
Apparently, one of them knew how. Darius blinked as he glanced around the room at the others. He knew for a fact he didn't know a way out. Unless someone expected him to make a hole through the wall? It looked too thick for him to manage that safely. The good that would do was get them all crushed or beaten up pretty good. No, he was certain the way out wasn't by any actions of his. No matter what the feline said,it just tossed them all into a bigger sense of confusion.
One of them knew the way out. It wasn't until Arya spoke that the answer was finally discovered. Mr. Thomas apparently knew but in order to revive his memories, she'd have to delve into his mind and while she was doing that, she couldn't defend herself. Darius gave a nod in understanding then. "Alright, hope this works! We'll watch your backs until then!" he told her before she grabbed hold of Mr. Thomas's hand. The two seemed to go still at that moment.
Turning away from them to look out toward the entrance into this room, Darius heard White speak. He looked over at him as he did so. White's words were encouraging to hear as Darius gave a nod. Somehow, they all had to pull through this. "You're right, we've got a lot to do still before we can just call it quits!" he answered him. If the enemy reached where they were, White and Darius would be ready for them.

It was like torture. Watching so many soldiers come closer and closer by the second. White took a step forward, giving him some more room for the clash. He would have to take on the three on the right, Darius would have to take the three on the left. They had to make sure that none of them got to the two behind them.
White really hoped they would come to before then though. There were a lot of soldiers. It was going to be hard to fight like this in a cramped space. "I'll try and keep them off your back as long as I can." They were less then thirty feet now... Twenty feet.... White glanced back at Arya and Mr. Thomas. They had not moved at all.
Ten feet.... "Let's do this."[/i] White thought to himself. He sent a surge of electricity around his weapon, giving it a paralysis effect. As they reached five feet, White fell into a battle stance. That was about the time when the wall to there right suddenly shot out and closed them off from the charging enemy. White just blinked at the sudden happening.
"Well that worked better then I thought." it was Arya's voice. She stood next to Mr. Thomas. He was still in his elf form and looked none the different. "That was actually a lot easier then I thought."
Mr. Thomas glanced down to her. "Maybe for you, it felt like there were bugs in my brain." White could hear the sound of confusion and banging of weapons on the other side of the wall. Turning around he saw that the big section of the wall that had separated the enemy form them, revealed a staircase. "I had unlocked Mr. Thomas's memory of the Red Castle."
"This leads a tunnel to the river. From there we just follow the river out of the castle town." White really didn't get all that Arya was talking about, because she had never said anything to them about this memory thing. But he was glad they didn't have to fight the card soldiers.
"Let's go then!" White said. Arya led the way.

Darius wondered if he'd manage to keep them from getting through. He had thought about trying to close the area off but there were no doors in this room to do so. It was just White and Darius between the enemies and Arya and Mr. Thomas. He wasn't sure how long this was going to take them, whatever they were doing, but he hoped that it wouldn't take too long. There was no telling how things were going to go.
He gripped his broadsword firmly as he gazed out toward the hallway, ready to get into a battle ready stance in an instant. Sure enough, the enemy finally made it into the room. They were ten feet away from them as Darius got into a battle ready stance as well. When they looked as though they were going to reach where they were, Darius ready to swing his sword at any that came near, a wall suddenly blocked the way.
Confused, Darius blinked for a moment in shock. What had happened? As he heard Arya's voice, Darius turned to find that the two were finally out of that odd trance. They were talking about something. It was only just then that Arya announced that she had unlocked Mr. Thomas's memory of the castle. "Just in the nick of time."
Arya went on to tell them where it was they were to go. He gave a nod at what White said next. With that, Arya led the way out of the room and down the staircase. Casting one last glance at the wall sealing off their enemy's pursuit, Darius turned and followed the others down the staircase. Immediately, they were thrown into darkness in a wide tunnel with light barely reaching them from where they were.
The group ran on down the tunnel for what seemed like forever before the sound of rushing water reached their ears. Following it, Darius soon realized that they were running alongside a river now in the tunnel. It didn't take long before they were tossed out into the daylight, almost blinding Darius as he was forced to bring an arm up to shield his eyes from the sting of the light. When he regained the ability to see, they were outside of the tunnel running along the river now.
The exit was another bit of a ways but they were nearly there. Before long, the group was finally outside of the castle's town. When they got there, Darius gave a hug sigh of relief. "Whew, that was a work out!" he exclaimed.

White glanced back at Darius. Nice work out... Well that was one what to put it. White might have called it fighting for their lives, but perhaps he was talking about getting out of the tunnel finally and heading along the river. So White just nodded in agreement. The river led them further along until at last they came to the end of castle town and back to the forest.
"I think that should right some things now... The Red Queen is dead, its only a matter of time before the White Queen find out." Mr. Thomas said. They had come to stop for a rest to figure out there next course of action. They couldn't go back in Castle Town. Not yet anyway. The guards had seen what they looked like. No doubt there picture would be posted as they searched for them as queen slayers.
The truth of the matter was they still needed to continue there journey. White knew he couldn't stay here. Glancing over to Darius, he figured that he knew he couldn't either. Maybe now was the time time to tell them about what had happened at Destiny Island. "We hadn't had the time to tell you guys before, but this is what happened on Destiny Island."
And so White began to explain what had just happened on Destiny Island. He depended on Darius to pitch in during certain parts that he had not been around for, but he had told them all about their discovery of Ivory, the encounter with the centaur and the man who always smiled. The girl keyblade hero and what she had to say about what had been happening among the keybladers.
When at last the story was finished, Arya and Mr. Thomas both seemed to be in thought. White didn't know it but they were exchanging opinions and thoughts back in forth mentally as well. It was Arya who spoke first, "I think we can be certain that the Keyblade Assassination Committee is behind the disappearance of the keybladers. They have been picking them off one by one. I still don't understand what those creatures are... Or how they can control the enemy. I have never heard of Fissures."
She glanced over at Mr. Thomas. "I don't know of them either. Perhaps they are still in the blocked memory..." Arya shot him an evil glance on that one. White still didn't understand that fully either. "Lady Silvia told us to check out the Land of Dragons... Maybe we should go there?" There was of course another reason why White wanted to go there as well.
Mr. Thomas nodded. "I have been there before... A long time ago. But yes I think we should. Do you agree Darius?"

Darius had been talking about the trek from all the way in the castle to all the way out here. As for the fighting for their lives bit, he could really do without thinking about that situation. He knew about that already but he had been through those so many times before that it didn't phase him as much as it would have the first couple of times. Not that he didn't worry about his life and their lives.
As he stood there, he listened to what Mr. Thomas had to say. What they had just done would right things somehow. The White Queen would soon discover her sister's death and hopefully assume the throne. If they ever returned here, Darius hoped it would be on better terms with allies greeting them and not enemies. "Good to know, I'd rather we come back to allies and not enemies." Still, there was that general. Darius wondered if he should have been eliminated as well considering he had hurt the White Queen greatly. Well, it wasn't like they had much time here.
White brought their attention to the goings on in Destiny Islands. Darius let White do most of the talking, since most of the subject still bothered him. Still, he did give input. He wasn't going to leave them entirely out of the loop. Once everything was said, Darius looked between Mr.Thomas and Arya. His stomach churned before Arya mentioned the committee had to be killing the keybladers off one by one. Neither of them had heard about fissures. Mr. Thomas suggested it might be in his blocked memory but by the way Arya was glaring at him, there was a fat chance of her removing the blocked memories. At least, he figured there were blocked memories. Why else would Mr. Thomas would mention them? Whatever were Arya's reasons for not doing so, Darius didn't question since it was their business.
It didn't take long before White piped in, stating that Lady Silvia suggested they should go to Land of Dragons. Of course, Darius remembered why White wanted to go. Darius didn't mind going there either. He was curious about this Wilder family as well. Maybe White could find some peace in meeting them at least? White had been torn when his teacher had been killed.
After a moment, Mr. Thomas had nodded his head in agreement. When Darius was asked, he gave a nod as well. "I'm up for it."

It seemed that things were settled then. They were going to go to the Land of Dragons. White was both excited and nervous about it. For one he had learned that his master's family lived there. And perhaps with it he might get some more answers. It was getting rid of two birds with one stone. "How are we going to get back though?" White asked. He had no idea how to get back to that one room that they had arrived in.
Mr. Thomas was the one to answer that. "Actually we should be fine leaving straight from here. The skies here are the same anywhere. Arya why don't you summon the dragon." Nodding, Arya summoned a ball of dark energy and shot it into the air. As it disappeared into the clouds, it didn't take long before a loud roar was heard high from the clouds.
Well it looked like the dragon was on its way. White took out the buckle on his belt and tossed it on the ground. Expanding like it usually did, White's bike slowly rose out of it. It had two helmets, one for White and one for Darius. As he strolled to the bike, the dragon came into view ahead. However it circled around them, instead of coming down.
"It will be easier for you to take off first. I don't want the dragon to take out your bike." Arya said to them. She did make a good point. White climbed on the front of the bike, after giving Darius his helmet. Once he was set, White roared the engine and shot forward. It wasn't long before the bike was going fast enough White pulled on the thruster and took off into the air.
The last thing White saw was the dragon land as they broke into the clouds.
-------------------------
Mr. Thomas watched as Arya directed the dragon. He didn't pry into her mind, cause he knew she was focused on controlling the dragon. It took alot of control to direct the dragon. Him prying and opening up his mind to her would only make it harder. The dragon was most likely battling against her control this moment.
Glancing back over to the city he couldn't help but hope things were going to be alright. He still had no memories of his past events here. But Arya had unlocked his memory of the castle. Good thing too, it had happened in just the nick of time. He remembered all about the castle, the different passages... But he couldn't help but wonder why he had all that information.
He had been working for Arya and her mother for twenty years now. He had no memory of his past life or some of his abilities. He could though change his appearance. Glancing away from the castle his eye sight passed the river. As it did a strange image was caught in the corner of his eye. Glancing back to the river, Mr Thomas peered at what should be his reflection. However instead it was something different. A different elf with long hair, and a slightly olive complexion.
Mr. Thomas just stared at the image in slight confusion. The image's face that had matched his expression, slowly edged into a grin. "Mr. Thomas you ready?" Arya's words pulled Mr. Thomas away form the river. The dragon had grounded and Arya was already on top of it.
Glancing back at the river, Mr. Thomas saw only his own reflection. "Yep, I'm coming." He said. Perhaps it had just been something he saw.... Turning away from the river, Mr. Thomas headed over to the dragon. He couldn't shake the feeling though that something was watching him from the river.

Captain Hornwood walked down the hallway to the royal chambers. He had just returned from leading the soldiers through the streets in search for the people responsible for the death of the Red Queen. They had searched the streets and the tavern, looking for any information about the responsible party. Captain Hornwood had back off the moment the battle had started to sound the alarm. He had not thought it would take to long. He felt responsible for the queens death. He had thought the soldiers could hold them off!
He had been wrong. Well he was determined to find the enemy. Perhaps they should interview the children as well. The girl had been in General Shark's chambers earlier that night. She was the one who had caused all this. Part of him was happy the Red Queen was dead. She was getting out of control. But he was still a man of his duty. And he had failed his duty.
Coming to the opening, Captain Hornwood passed no card soldiers outside the throne room. Walking through, Captain Hornwood had expected that no card soldiers would be there. he did not expect to see General Shark in the royal chair. Glancing at him in slight shock, Captain Hornwood did his best to ignore it. Since the Red Queen was dead, the crown would go to her sister, the White Queen.
"Report captain?" The General asked. Captain Hornwood approached the General, stopping before the chair.
Captain Hornwood gave his report. There was not much new to say. He shared what the inn keeper had said, and the two's encounter with Saber, the lion. Captain Hornwood then ended the report with his idea of questioning the other servants and children that had lived with the server girl.
The General took it all in. "There will be no need to question the children. We got everything out of them that we possibly could."
Captain Hornwood looked at the General in confusion. "What do you mean sir? Perhaps we should ask them one more time and see..."
The General cut him off. "That will be impossible Captain... You see they can't talk anymore, there dead." Captain Hornwood couldn't shake the horror that crossed his face. The General had just killed the children servants that had lived in the dormitory! They were innocent!
Captain Hornwood didn't want to challenge the General. Not here... Not now. But he had to ask something about what they should do next. According to law, they should let the city know that the Queen had died and that the White Queen should take her place.
"Should we then sound the bells sir? The Queen has died, according to law the White Queen must take over." He said.
The General rose from his chair and walked over to the Captain. "I don't think so Captain... Why should we do that? That would only get me killed?" Shark came to a stop right in front of the Captain. His hands were held behind his back.
"But sir according to law..." The Captain began.
Suddenly Captain Hornwood felt a warm liquid flow from his chest. Glancing down he found a dagger penetrating his chest. The last thing Captain Hornwood heard were the words. "But Captain... I am the law."
