Everyone listened as White responded to Ray. Very much like Brayden, White appeared as though a sudden tsunami was headed in his direction and he wasn't even sure how to react except stare, wide eyed. When he finally managed to get a hold of himself and respond. Like Darius, it had been a surprise that Ray would make such a request. Lance hadn't exactly been around them as much as Brayden had been during the short time they had spent here and Darius believed he was keeping distant from them on purpose. However, Lance wasn't a bad person. It's just for some reason, he seemed to view them as well...Darius wasn't sure what he viewed them as but he didn't seem to try and get close to them. Brayden, on the other hand, at least got to interact with them a bit more.
As White gave his answer, everyone then turned their attention onto grand uncle Ray to hear the elderly man's reason behind such a decision. Apparently, he believed that a Wilder should go along with them. According to him, he believed that with Brayden and Lance having powers mentioned and awakened by Rowen, that one of them should go and Lance being the eldest had been chosen for it. Brayden, on the other hand, was still too young to go along. Brayden would remain behind and help protect the family. The two would be making their family proud and it was to Ray's belief that it was the will of their ancestors that one of the two should go along.
Brayden didn't seem to like the idea of sticking around but he nodded to show he would oblige despite his dislike for the old man's decisions. Like it or not, he knew his grand uncle spoke the truth. He wasn't anywhere near Lance's skills just yet. He would pick up Lance's duties here and begin a much stricter training regimen. Still, he couldn't help but feel a bit envious. Lance,on the other hand, would help by journeying with them and learning more about the enemy. It looked like the thought of requesting more people seemed to have been answered if with only one person being added to their group for now.
Darius looked over at Mr. Thomas and Arya when White had asked them what they thought about this. Considering how easygoing they were, Darius guessed that they probably would agree anyways but it was never good to assume. There may come a time where they'd not agree with something so it was always good to ask others first rather than going on an assumption. As predicted though, they were fine with the idea of Lance coming along. Now, the big question was whether or not Lance agreed to come along. Darius set his gaze onto Lance when White addressed him.
Lance couldn't help but give Mr. Thomas and Arya a questioning glance. By dragon, he had thought they meant the tiny white one that had mysteriously disappeared. Despite the dragon's disappearance, Darius didn't seem to be acting as if this were anything new. He didn't even show a hint of concern. Lance had no idea that the white dragon came and went as it pleased. With everyone's gaze fixed on him, Lance wasn't sure how to really react right now. He was very much surprised that grand uncle Ray wanted him to accompany them.
Going into thought, Lance took a slight moment to think it through. If what the spirit of their ancestor was right, then it really was up to Brayden and Lance to do something. Why else would Rowen channel himself through Lance? Still, he felt like a stranger amongst them. Maybe that would change with time? Lance could get a chance to show he wasn't as aloof as he seemed to be during their stay.
"If you're fine with my accompanying you on this journey, regardless of how rough it may be, I will go with you. You have my word on that. Like my grand uncle, I feel that there was a reason for our ancestor to come forth when he did. I won't be a burden to you even though whatever powers were awakened that I may have are not yet known." He gave a nod of his head. Brayden looked a bit morose at the idea but it went away when he reminded himself that if he went, he'd only be a burden being so young and still lacking experience that Lance had. He would become better soon enough.
"Then it's decided. Lance will accompany us." Darius looked over at Lance and gave an incline of his head. "Welcome to the team!"

White listened to Lance's response, nodding when he told them that he would not be a burden. If Lance thought he could handle himself, then White found no reason to deny him. So when Darius went ahead and welcomed him to the team, White did as well. "Yes welcome."
Mr. Thomas and Arya both nodded there heads as well towards Lance, welcoming him in the same fashion as Darius had. They had gained another member. Now the next thing they needed to figure out was when they were going to leave. And how they would get to the Enchanted Domain.
"I don't mean to sound uncaring sirs. But is there anyway someone can speed up this healing. I need to return." When Sir Joffery spoke he was brisk and to the point. There was no denying the grief he was feeling. His face was as solid as a stone as White had ever seen.
Ray glanced over to Tana. She turned to the centaur. "You should be ready to go in a few hours. Time for you all to eat and pack your things." She said, trying to make light of his mood.
Sir Joffery simply nodded. "I'll eat whatever then."
Ray looked over to White and Darius. "Sir Joffery will take you through the portal he entered in the room of sanctuary. It goes to any world, all you have to do is just speak its name. It was set up a long time ago by the Great Rowan himself. It is passed down to only the eldest of the family on their deathbed. It is supposed to be used only when there is a great peril. I think this counts."
Tana nodded. "But that's not till later. Let's let the young ones come eat. There is breakfast waiting if you all would like to eat. Lance you should probably go get your things. And say goodbye to your grandfather before you go."

Lance gave a nod to everyone when they greeted him as one of them. He didn't know much about them but he wouldn't leave them hanging either. He was a good person regardless of the first impressions he had given them twice already. Now that it was settled, their attention was brought right back to Sir Joffrey. He was wondering when he should be able to return to the world from whence he and his lady had come. The look on the centaur's face was especially grim when he said it. Darius could understand him wanting to just get things done already. It had to have a heavy toll on his heart.
According to Tana, he should be ready to leave in a few hours. It was time for them all to eat and pack their belongings for the journey ahead of them. Considering they were going to be a while, with no idea when they would finish, Lance was already considering what things he would need to take along. No doubt, a blanket, a bag and a bunch of other useful things but not to the point where he was over stuffing it and over burdening himself. He'd just need to bring what would be most needed for the trip.
Grand uncle Ray then explained how they would travel. According to him, there had been a portal in the resting place of the ancestors. All they had to do to travel between worlds was speak the world's name that they wished to go to. In their case, it would be the Enchanted Dominion. According to him, it was put there by Rowen the Great and was passed down to only the oldest member of each generation on their deathbed. The portal was never to be used except for in times of great peril. Ray believed now was an appropriate means of using it.
Tana redirected their attention onto eating breakfast and then packing. When Tana addressed him, Lance gave a nod. "Yes, grandmother." Brayden had remained quiet throughout.
"Thank you for inviting us to breakfast, ma'am!" Darius said politely to Lance's and Brayden's grandmother. Tana was such a nice old woman. None of them realized the danger though that had crept into the estate. Whether or not they would find out today remained yet to be seen.
"I'm going to get started now, I might be a while considering I am just now joining you. I'll do my best to not be too long." With that, Lance took his leave of their presence and headed out of the medical home. Darius glanced over at White and the others. He hadn't forgotten what White had done to him earlier this morning. Maybe he could get back at him during breakfast? Nah, that would be too mean. Then again, White wasn't exactly nice when he zapped him to wake him.
"Shall we?" Darius inquired before heading out first to make it look like he had forgotten his tiff with White. He lead the way all to where they would eat in the room of ancestry.

White nodded in response to Darius. He was pretty hungry after everything yesterday. He didn't have too much to bring to the next world. Unlike Lance he wasn't too concerned with a blanket or stuff like that. All he really needed were the clothes on his back, and the kantana that was there too. Of course money never hurt things either. But there was no need for a blanket anyway.
Reaching the mess hall, White found that it wasn't nearly as crowded as it was yesterday night. There were some people there, enjoying a variety of different breakfast dishes on the table. But for the most part, people must have been out doing different things.
White didn't bother waiting. He went ahead and piled his plate and began to dig in. He totally didn't expect any revenge to come his way from Darius. If it did happen, well it probably would serve him right. He wouldn't retaliate back. He'd just have a good laugh with it. And so breakfast went on as such. When finally all the events were done, White led the way this time.
Tana had stopped by during their meal to tell them all that she wished them luck with their upcoming journey. She also told them that she was greatful that they had stopped by and helped save the village. She also asked that they made sure to look after Lance as well. White had given her a nod as well. He would do his best to look out for Tana's grandson.
Making his way, he came to a stop in front of the sanctuary. There they waited as Sir Joffery appeared, holding Lady Silvia's blue body in his arms. Now all they were waiting on was Lance.

Darius had a few ideas in mind. All of which he had to think a bit on. He wanted to be a bit cruel in return to White but not where his food would get spoiled. Well, there was one thing he could do! As they made it all the way to the mess hall, Darius had placed himself next to where White chose to sit. If this didn't send off any warning bells in his friend's mind, nothing else would at this point. While White bent over to eat some of his plate, Darius pretended to stretch before bringing a hand down to attempt to try and force White to hit his face into his plate. Of course, not to the point where it would hurt or anything like that but enough to make him go SPLAT into his food if Darius did it right.
If he got White, he'd say "Payback, White!" before snickering. Boys would be boys.
While they were busy eating and enjoying their breakfast, Lance had made it all the way to where his home was located on the estate. Brayden, his aunt, and he lived here. Rummaging through his room, Lance already had a small pack placed on his bed. He didn't even notice Brayden had arrived and was watching him getting ready the entire time. So far, Lance packed practical things one would need. The blanket was in case they were unable to rest in any sort of inn, munny was a must and then he added a journal to help him record information in it. It wasn't much and Lance went around checking the room to make sure that he hadn't forgotten anything. As for clothing, he had already changed into something for the journey. Light but also able to keep him warm should they enter a cold environment.
Once he was done, he turned around and found Brayden leaning against his doorway with arms folded. "Hey, Brayden," he greeted his cousin whom was like a little brother to him. Brayden gave a bit of a nod in greeting. The look on his face though was a mixture of envy and sadness.
"...So you're leaving..." was all that Brayden had said. Lance stood there for a moment, looking back at him before giving a bit of a nod.
"Yeah, I am." Brayden stood up to his full height before unfolding his arms. The two stared at each other for a moment. Even Lance could feel some regret about having to go. He wasn't sure how long they would be gone for, after all and whether or not they would see each other again. It was a bit odd to be separated when they had lived most of their lives together as kids and now. "...I'll be back, you know. This isn't forever!" Lance tried to reassure Brayden, despite the fact that there was a chance he wouldn't be able to.
"I know...it's just...it's weird to think we won't see each other day in and day out anymore from now on. You're going to be out there having fun and I'm going to be stuck here busting my butt to catch up to you!" Brayden replied. Lance gave a slow nod at this. It really was going to be odd.
"You'll manage it though, Brayden. Besides, your's is just as important. You get to protect the others and the estate while I'm gone." Brayden seemed to understand that as he gave a nod. Lance walked over to the doorway he was standing in front of. Brayden lifted his gaze to gaze up at the figure he saw as an elder brother figure most of his life. When he did, Lance gave a bit of a mischievous smirk before grabbing him and pulling him into a slight embrace while also giving him a bit of a noogie.
"Argh! LANCE! CUT IT OUT!" Brayden exclaimed but despite that, he couldn't help but laugh. They were always messing with each other, one way or another like brothers would do. Once Lance released him, he stepped out of the room with the bag in tow. "Not fair, you got me when I wasn't looking!" Brayden complained. Lance just chuckled and shook his head at that.
"You know I got you when you had your guard down. Never put your guard down, Brayden. Anyways, shall we go and eat breakfast before we starve? Once we do that, I gotta see grandfather. Got to tell him I'm leaving and bid him farewell since it might be a while before I return." Brayden nodded at this before they set off for the mess hall after Darius and White's group. Neither seemed to notice each other at the moment while they all ate.
It wasn't until White and Darius had eventually headed outside when Lance had finished eating. "We'll see each other again, Brayden. You have my word." Giving his cousin a slight ruffle of his hair, much to Brayden's chagrin, Lance stepped out of the mess hall and made a swift trek to Grandfather Roy's home. Unaware of the events last night, Lance walked right into his grandfather's room after knocking.
"Grandfather, it's me...Lance. I'm...well, grand uncle Ray decided I should leave with the group. Grandmother said I should bid you farewell before I go."
While this was going on, Darius and White were already outside waiting for Sir Joffrey. Lance would be chronologically returning to their group just after the centaur arrived not but a minute or two afterward.

Unknowing of what was happening with Lance, White and Darius silently waited. What was once Roy, had the covers pulled over his face to hide the odd yellow color of his eyes. The fissure, thought newly born, had all the intelligence of its brethren. It knew to expose itself would be to commit suicide. So it decided to play the mean route.
"What the hell Lance?!" The fissure said, his voice sounding exactly the same as Roy's. "I'm trying to sleep. Well if your leaving then off with ya then. Let my old eyes get some shut eye." The fissure hoped that this would be enough to convince Lance to leave. If not... well it would have to push harder.
Back at the front of the sanctuary, Grand Uncle Ray appeared next. "I thought it be best to see you all off. Besides I have something for Lance as well. I see he isn't here yet. Don't be afraid to boss him around some you four. He's never been an easy one."
White could only laugh at that. He didn't actually plan on bossing around Lance, but he found it funny that his grand uncle thought they would. "I am glad you all came when you did. You're all welcome anytime."

Lance, upon arrival, hadn't expected such a grumpy response from his grandfather. Roy would have forgotten about the fact he needed his sleep and would've at least bid him farewell. So, of course, Lance couldn't help but furrow his brows. Was his grandfather harboring anger towards him still for what had transpired yesterday? Lance had thought that was done and over with now though. Oh well, it couldn't be helped. It was sad though that his parting with his grandfather would be a negative one.
"Fine...I see how it is." Turning away, Lance headed outside with his head a bit lowered, dejected. Well, at least he had done what his grandmother had asked of him. Lance had no regrets. His only regret was not properly saying farewell to his grandfather in better terms. Brayden, he knew would be someone he dearly missed since they were like brothers all their lives but it couldn't be helped. Brayden did need to train still and lacked skills he had. The longer he remained home, the better for Brayden. Brayden would, in the time it took for them to return if they ever did, become a fine warrior.
The group didn't have long to wait for Lance to return to them. While he was on his way, Darius and the others were met with Grand uncle Ray. He would be bidding them farewell and had something for Lance. According to him, it was entirely fine if they decided to boss Lance around. Darius couldn't help but blink back at the grand uncle in surprise about what he had just said. He had no intentions of bossing Lance around.
"Er...thank you?" he said in response to that before Ray went on about how he was glad that they had come when they did and that they were welcome at any time. Darius smiled at this. Yes, it had been an enjoyable time here amongst the Wilders. Unfortunately, they had to continue on their journey.
"It was a pleasure meeting you all." No sooner had he said this when Lance finally arrived.
"I'm sorry if I kept you all waiting, I had bidden my grandfather farewell but he's a bit grumpy right now." Lance walked over to the group, bag strung over his back. "I'm ready when you all are." As he said this, Brayden showed up to see them off too, saying nothing as he watched them.

Grand Uncle Ray led them into the room of ancestry. It wasn't a huge room, but it was large enough. There were a good amount of headstones where White figured the various ancestors of the Wilder family was placed. Grand Uncle Ray came to a stop at the center headstone, the one that read Rowen. "I am sad to say you will miss the service for my nephew. But if you ever wish to visit his stone, it would be found here."
White could only nod in thanks. He really had no idea what had happened to Justice's body. After he had died, White had chased after the villain who had caused it. Upon returning he had found only a vacant room and a pool of blood. His master's body hadn't been found. Still it would be good to know at least word had reached his family.
Grand Uncle Ray looked down upon the largest stone that read Rowen's name. "Look after Lance and the others upon their journey Great One." He whispered more to himself then to anyone else. The centaur was the last to enter the room, and upon doing so gestured over towards the stone he had come form.
Ray led them over to it and took out a ring from his pocket with a red jewel. Holding the jewel next to the old headstone caused a glow to appear and a portal to open before their very eyes. "The Enchanted Domain." Ray announced. Once he had, the bright nothingness that could be seen in the portal changed to what looked like a garden on the other side.
"This is where I say goodbye then. Good luck everyone." Beginning to make his way out, Ray came to a stop before Lance. He reached into his pocket once more, and pulled out the small black book that White had found from the room. "This is for you. It was your mothers. She wanted you to have it. I think when you come back you will be grown enough and I will answer all your questions." And with that done, Ray got out of their way so that they might go.
White glanced over to Darius. "Guess I'll be going first then." White went ahead and entered through the portal.

(OOC: Okies!) Following Grand Uncle Ray back into the resting Place of the Ancestors, they were brought before the main headstone that read "Rowen". Darius, Lance and Brayden listened as Ray spoke. He was a bit disappointed that they would be unable to attend the service of Justice Wilder. However, when they returned, they would find his headstone in this very building. The elderly man stood before the main headstone. It looked like he was saying something but they couldn't hear it from where they were all standing.
Lance didn't know why but a sudden feeling of elation had filled him. He felt like he wanted to laugh at something but couldn't understand why. Now that he thought of it, it felt like that time when Rowen had first taken over his body. However, Rowen wasn't doing that right now. It felt like the spirit resided in him from time to time, like right now. For some reason, Rowen found something here funny. What that was, Lance didn't know. Grumpy with the spirit for invading his body, Lance mentally forced him back out. Rowen didn't seem to protest and seemed to willingly back out of him, much to Lance's relief.
Once Sir Joffrey had entered the room, he gestured for them to follow him. As Lance had seen them the day before, Sir Joffrey walked right over to the ancient looking stone the two had arrived in. Grand uncle Ray pulled out a ring with a red jewel. Holding it against the old headstone, the thing began to glow and Ray spoke to it, mentioning Enchanted Dominion. The bright nothingness that they had been seeing turned into what appeared to be a large garden now.
Darius looked over to Ray with a smile. "Thank you, sir!" he thanked him before turning to White when he spoke. He gave a nod as his friend headed through the portal first. Once White did so, Darius followed his lead.
Lance had lingered only because his grand uncle suddenly stopped upon reaching where he was. Curious, Lance watched as he had pulled out that book from last time. It was the book, Lance recognized, as the one that White had managed to find in Justice's home. When Ray handed it to him, it only just confirmed verbally who Lance's father was for certain this time. Even if he still harbored some anger towards who his father was, Lance still took the small book his grand uncle had given to him. This very book had been his mother's and she would've wanted for him to have it.
Honestly, Lance wasn't really sure how to react. He hadn't met his mother. She had died twenty years ago in childbirth. All he knew was that she had been the woman that gave him life. He didn't know her name or anything else about her. Lance had pretty much been kept in the dark with her almost as much as he had with his father. Now that he had a more solid confirmation about his father, he had mixed feelings right now. He couldn't harbor any anger towards his mother though. Looking back over at his grand uncle, Lance watched as he stepped aside to allow them room to move and leave.
Before leaving though, Lance walked up to his grand uncle Ray and gave him a hug. "Goodbye, grand uncle Ray. I'll see you next time." At least, he hoped he would. Lance didn't have to hug Brayden since his young cousin already went ahead and embraced him.
"You come back to us in one piece, got it Lance? If you don't, I'm going to kick your butt!" Brayden stated, making Lance laugh a little before finally turning away from his family.
"I'll come back. See you all later!" With that, Lance headed through the portal after the others into the Enchanted Dominion. End
