Smiles didn't think that Ivory really got what he was saying. They weren't going to go as is to them. Ivory's brother and companions would never even know that they were the ones asking them questions. "Fang has a device that can change our appearance. I'm sure the idea of spying on those who are trying to stop us will be welcome to Snake and the others. We won't let your brother actually know it is we who are asking him questions."
There was no chance that Darius would ever help Smiles. Not with what he had told him about Ivory. Plus he couldn't afford Ivory finding that out. However they needed more information and Smiles was a bit lost as to where to look for it. The fissures had not turned on them yet, but Smiles was still unsure as to what he wanted. He needed to find that out.
Artemis didn't know much about Ivory's brother except for the brief moment they ran into him during the battle in the Enchanted Domain. "I did not know much about how Kingdom Hearts works. But it does have power. If it has enough power to destroy a man, surely it can create a heart as well."[/i] Artemis's knowledge did not come from his time during the living. It came from after his death, when his heart had floated around in the universe. He never had the chance to join with Kingdom Hearts. He was prevented from that via a pull on his heart in existence.
"Let's head to Castle Oblivion. By now everyone will have gone there." There was no more reason to stay in this world.

Ivory listened as Smiles explained that they weren't going to be going as themselves. "Oh wow, we actually have something like that? Cool!" she replied. She gave a nod as Smiles went on to say Darius wouldn't even realize it was them asking them the questions. She just hoped that the devices wouldn't go on the fritz during their sessions though. It wouldn't be easy to explain and on top of it, there was no telling how much anger that would bring.
In the depths of her head, she heard Artemis talk about Kingdom Hearts. If what he said was true then she wouldn't doubt that possibility. If that were the case, they'd better figure things out quick. Still, she wasn't going to rush into things. Only fools rushed into things and when one rushed, they got injured or worse. No, she would try and see from the sidelines before doing something.
She looked up at Smiles as he suggested that they head back to Castle Oblivion. The thought of going there gave Ivory a sick feeling to her stomach. Just what they needed, to go back where fissures would be. 'Oh...joy...' she thought but didn't let that show on her face as she gave a nod in response to Smiles.
"Okay, ready whenever you are, Smiles."

Smiles nodded. It was time to return back. Opening a portal that led to entrance of Castle Oblivion, he glanced back at Issac once more. He was still waiting there for the fissure to return. Smiling, he turned away and entered the portal. It would close after Ivory entered it.
--------------------------
Skull sat in the white room known as the Chamber of Waking. He sat in the only chair, a throne that resembled the throne room in the Land of Departure. The white walls were a regular in Castle Oblivion. The castle had once been the Land of Departure, the world that the Keyblade Assassination Committee called their home. However that world, just as the other worlds, was locked in the past as well.
This was the world as it really was. It was almost comical to think about. All along the smiling human was looking at the worlds stuck in the past and he didn't even realize that they headquartered in one. The worlds of the past were stuck that way not because of the birth of a fissure. When someone opened a portal to the realm of darkness, they created a split in the very dimension of this universe. The result was a mirror of the world that repeated the day before the world's split.
Thus no one could die in the mirror worlds. Anyone could travel into the world, if they knew how to access it. That was part of the reason why Skull wanted the Keyblade Assassination Committee to come to this world. As long as they stayed in the mirror world, Skull could not touch them. So he used them instead. He sent them to get rid of keybladers, the only true beings that could possibly pose a threat to him. Now that they were dead, the committee no longer held any importance to him.
"Do not think to kill me creature. Of my heart you were born, and as long as I wield this blade I can always seal your heart."[/i] Those were the words that Issac had said after giving him the power to take over a human's body. Skull had understood then that if he wanted to truly have a whole heart he would have to first rid of those who could stop him.
The discovery of creatures like himself came when he killed a thirteen year old boy. He had just summoned a keyblade for the first time. Skull felt such anger at that weapon that he mercilessly killed the boy. At the time he wore the body of the boy's father. Killing the keyblader outside of his fated time to die had caused a fissure like creature to be born. It was different from what he was, because he was born from a living heart. However sharing the power Issac had given him, sparked a knowledge into the creature. They developed their own personalities and called him father.
The door to the chamber opened and two fissures stepped in. They each were dragging an arm of Snake. The old human had put up a fight. That was clear by the bleeding wound in one of his children. However his weapons had been stripped and even though he put up a struggle when his children forced him into a kneeling position, a quick chop to the head reminded him that he was indeed captured.
Snake looked up to Skull, the fissure sitting on the white throne. "What is the meaning of this?!" The human shouted at Skull.
Standing, Skull was dressed in the same outfit he wore in the Enchanted Domain. "Aren't we friends Skull? Aren't we partner?!" The old human kept asking questions. No wonder he was confused. He was just a simple human.
Walking over to the kneeling man Skull glanced down at him with his menacing eyes. There was no pity in them, no emotion besides a deep hatred. His stare lasted only a second, but it was long enough to make Snake shut his mouth. Turning to the wounded child he asked him a question through his mouth guard. It came out muffled as it always did. "Is he the last one?"
The fissure shook her head. "No father. Four are missing, among them the smiling human and his prodigy. The three captured have already been given to our brothers and sisters as your command. There was also a child locked in the cages below."
Skull didn't worry about Smiles and Ivory. "I know exactly where those two are. They will be coming here shortly. Prepare a trap for them and capture them. Do not give them to your brothers and sisters. I wish to have a chat with them. Send Shade to find the other missing two."
The fissure nodded again. "And the human child?"
Skull thought for a moment about giving her to one of his children, but he thought against it. She was weak, he had seen so in the battle. "Leave her to die. These humans need food to survive. Without it they will die on their own. And take care of that wound."
The fissure let go of Snake's arm and exited the room. Now that was done, Skull finally turned to Snake. "How could I ever partner with such a despicable human? You and your friends have served your purpose. You should be happy, you are going to be a host for one of my children."
Snake tried to squirm out of the hold of the fissure who held his shoulders down. "Aren't we friends?!" He tried.
Skull smiled under his visor. "A human, a friend? Just the thought of it is funny. You humans are gifted with a whole heart, and yet you are such weak creatures. You are nothing but an ant under my boot." Stretching out his arm, a fissure traveled down it. Snake let out one final scream before the fissure forced its way into him.
