Lakari pretty much just stood there letting the nagata pierce through his stomach. It drove him back a step from the powerful thrust. With Rowen's arrow following suit, it pierced his left shoulder because of his movements. If Lakari hadn't been thrown back it probably would have hit his head. He was no Skull. He didn't have the ability to make a weapon go through him, or tough skin to bounce it off. But he had something no one here had at all.
Looking over to Rowen, White, and Darius, he was also aware of Ivory standing up in somewhat awe behind him. "See.... that's the thing about my situation." Reaching with his free hand, he pulled out the arrow of his body first. "Since I'm already dead it's kind of hard to die again." Next he reached down and pulled the nagata out of his chest and tossed both the arrow and the weapon to the ground. "We dead people don't really feel pain anymore."
With another chuckle, Lakari opened a corridor of darkness in front of him. "Let it not be said I didn't keep my word spirit! I harmed none of yours." In reality he hadn't. Oh he had tried, but he didn't actually succeed so in a way he really hadn't harmed anyone. He had gotten awfully close to it though. Walking over to the portal in front of him he paused for just a moment to look at White and Darius. They were probably wonder what the heck was going on. White for sure was.
"There never was a Mr. Thomas, White and Darius. He never really existed. There has and always will be just me, Lakari. You can ask your friend about what happened to that little girl...
"It shall come to pass, that the war over the Kei will come again. In misfortune, darkness paves the wave for he who laughs. His mistake shall rip the worlds, and that which should not exist shall come to existence. Three there shall be, who rise to challenge that which should not exist. Power and allies they shall gather and only together shall they be victorious. But victory comes at a cost! And he shall rise under the name Emperor, and the worlds shall fall under his army. The worlds will quake, and they shall call him Destroyer. Death and destruction shall precede his rise to power until only five remain. The ancient power that once lay slumbered will wake. And only through the four will salvation be possible."
Finished repeating the prophecy, Lakari said one last thing. "Now excuse me gentlemen and ladies. I have to go kill an ancient dragon." Lakari entered the corridor of darkness and it closed behind him.

Ivory looked in in surprise as well when Artemis had managed to hit Lakari. Yet, the elf still stood as if he felt no pain. That wasn't normal at all! He even took a majestic arrow to the shoulder and was still standing. No doubt, if Lakari wanted to give them trouble, he very much could. As if sensing their confusion, Lakari spoke to them all saying that this was his situation. He pulled the arrow out of his body, claiming that he was already dead and that it was hard to die again. Then, he pulled the naginata out and dropped both weapons to the floor. He then claimed he felt no pain anymore.
'Shit!' Ivory swore. If that were the case, how were they going to stop him? She didn't have to think much on that though. Lakari gave a chuckle and spoke directly to Rowen. From what he had said, he hadn't harmed any of them. Really? He really seemed like he had been trying to kill Darius just moment's ago!
Lakari then had a portal open up and walked over to it. Giving pause, he turned to Darius and White, who were wondering what was going on. Only then did they realize that he wasn't who they thought he was. As Darius heard him say that, he recalled the creepy smile he had thought he had seen on Mr. Thomas's face. It had actually been Lakari. Apparently, Mr. Thomas had been Lakari too. How that was possible, only Darius could guess at. Probably some sort of mental problem for all he knew. It was then that he claimed they could ask Lance about what happened to Arya. The thought gripped Darius then. Had Mr. Thomas...Lakari...killed her?
Then, Lakari went into talking about the prophesy. Darius, Lance and Ivory had a bad feeling about it as the elf spoke. From the sound of things, Lakari was the betrayer all this time. Of course, Ivory wouldn't know of this since she hadn't been around during their time in Deep Jungle. She and Smiles had taken a different path. It was frightening to hear Lakari speak of. The future sounded like it would be in a lot of trouble.
Once he had finished, Lakari excused himself from their presence and left, claiming it was time he killed an ancient dragon. Darius, Lance and White knew what dragon Lakari must have spoken of. Lakari must have been that elf that sealed Drake!
"...Ancient...dragon? Does he mean Drake?"
Lance returned to normal as he walked over to the others. "Do any of you have any healing abilities? Leliana got hurt...Ivory tried helping her but her healing only went so far. Do you think you can try it, Darius?"
Darius turned to look over at the princess. "...I can try but not sure if I'll be of much help..." he trailed off before glancing at the others around him. Ivory felt awkward again. The battle was over and now she had to interact with them. Still, she wasn't sure if she wanted to leave just yet. Even still, Artemis was still under control so she permitted him that for now. He had been in the backseat for the most part of their journey so she'd let him keep control for a bit longer.

White watched all of this, not knowing what to say. His thoughts were pretty similar to Darius's. Had Mr. Thomas.... no.... Lakari, had Lakari killed Arya? White felt a sting of guilt because he had not been able to save her. She was a good person, and it didn't matter to White what connection she had with this elf. She did not deserve to die. It made him angry.
Then Lakari surprised him again as he stated a prophecy. White remembered part of those words, the rest though was the first time he heard them. Watching him go, White felt another sting of guilt. He was going to go after Drake?! Even though they had just been through a huge battle, White was ready to rush into another one. He would gladly run and fight Lakari on if it meant saving the dragon that had helped them. But Lance brought things into prospective again. They had their injured. They needed to focus on things here first.
Artemis walked with Ivory's body, ready to give up control again. "Even if Darius is right about Smiles, we should still give him a proper burial. All of these people deserved to be buried even if they were their enemies. Well everyone besides Skull and the other fissures anyway."[/i] That was Artemis's opinion. The first thing they needed to do though was try and heal Leliana.
Ivory's healing abilities had healed some of the injury, and prevented any more damage from being done. But there was still the fact that her skin was peeled back, almost like a book. White, coming upon the scene, had to lean over and spill his breakfast after seeing it. Watching, Artemis waited to see what Darius would do. He no longer needed Ivory's body. He gave it back to her.

Darius felt guilty as well. Lakari had killed Arya and was now after Drake. Before they could consider going after Lakari, the elf escaped through a portal. Then, Lance brought it to their attention that they had their injured. Yes, even Darius was aware of his wounds. They had to take care of each other before even considering going after Lakari. There had been more to the prophecy. Darius wasn't sure who the four were but maybe there was hope for the future.
As they headed over to where Leliana lay, Ivory heard Artemis communicating to her that even if Smiles had done what he did, he deserved a proper burial. Everyone aside from the fissures and Skull deserved a burial. '...Yeah, you're right, Artemis...' she replied, trailing off at the memory of Smiles's death. She no longer had anyone to hang with except Darius and even then, she wasn't sure that things would be amended between herself and him. Still, no one seemed to mind that she was amongst them just yet. It seemed like the battle with Skull had given them a bit of mutual respect for each other. If that was the case, she would take it for now. It was better than being at odds with them.
As they reached where Leliana lay, Darius felt his stomach churn at the sight of the injury. How was he going to heal an injury like that? He had powers like Ivory but even he couldn't heal something of that magnitude! Then, the keyblade in his hand gave a bit of a tug, pulling him toward Leliana a bit as if it were trying to say something to him. Confusedly, Darius willingly let it pull him over. When he had, it then suddenly pulled his arm directly upward in the air. A sudden word came to mind then as he uttered it aloud without thinking. "Heal!" he said.
A green light and a strange set of bells appeared above where Leliana rested. The green light floated down toward Leliana and Darius couldn't help but watch the light make its way onto her as if it were dust. Would it heal her? He had to wonder as he watched. While he was watching though, he spoke to Ivory as Artemis had her walk over and finally gave her control of her body again.
"Lance...Ivory, I need you guys to stick with me for a moment longer. Not like you're going to go anywhere but there's things with you that I've got to do. So, even if you could leave, wait." Darius waited to see Leliana's condition before he would do anything more, however.

White watched as Darius did his best to heal Leliana. The keyblade really was amazing. It healed the wound, leaving only two red lines where the hooks had hooked into her back. Princess Leliana at last opened her eyes and seeing her friends around her smiled. "Did we do it?" She asked, sleepily.
Nodding, White bent down and gave her a hug. He was glad to see she had made it through this. They all had in some way or another. They had lost many people along the way, but they had done it. The question was, what now? For once White didn't know what to think. What was next for him in his life?
Glancing around, Princess Leliana noticed the majority of the bodies. "What now?" White glanced at Darius, as he informed Ivory and Lance that he needed them to stay. That he had things to tell them. Well White for one didn't want to just leave yet.
"I think as soon as were ready, we should bring Justice back to the Land of Dragons. He deserves to be buried with everyone else in his family. But Darius what did you have to tell them? Can we listen? Or is this something special between you and them?" White said sarcastically.

Darius was relieved to see that the wound had been healed. All that remained were two red lines. Something had hooked into her back but now she would be fine. That was good. Darius couldn't help but look at the keyblade in wonder. He was the sole surviving keyblader, at least that's how it seemed. There was no telling if there were any other keybladers out there besides himself. He knew all of the keyblade masters were dead. Justice, the last of them, had died.
While he stood there, Darius, Lance and Ivory watched as Leliana woke up, asking if they had done it. All of them had nodded. However, their story wasn't over yet. If anything, when Darius spoke, he was doing his best to tell Ivory that he needed her to remain at least for the time being. What happened after, he wasn't sure. There was no telling what they could do but their dead did need burying. As Leliana spoke, Darius looked over at her. What now indeed?
Turning to White, Darius gave a nod at that, as did Lance. A slight smirk appeared on his face then when White asked him what he had to tell them. "Oh, no worries, you can stay...I was just trying to save Lance's ancestor's spirit some dignity but I guess it can't be helped." With that, he faced Lance who looked back at him with confusion. "A certain someone who knew you, Rowen, told me to tell you that perverted spirits shouldn't follow their offspring to look at hot girls!" he mused. Lance gave a flat look then as Rowen gave a bit of a chuckle in response, channeling through Lance at that very moment.
"Yeah, yeah...I bet it was...well anyway, I don't plan on sticking around anymore anyway. I did what I had to in order to ensure Lancey boy here survived. There's a lot that depends on him when you guys get back to Land of Dragons. So, be careful. I'll be watching, as always, with my wife, Jean...and Gred!" he mused. With that, Rowen faded and Lance was back in place.
"...I er...that was...embarrassing," Lance said, making Darius laugh. Then, he turned to Ivory. He recalled what Red had said about someone having their heart entwined with Ivory's. The way she fought just before Lakari left made him wonder. She had a broken arm so why had she moved so fluently then?
"Do you have any idea what he meant when he said that your heart was entwined with someone else?" he questioned her. Ivory's eyebrows rose at that. No one had known, except Rowen, that Artemis was inside of her. Even then, Rowen hadn't been one hundred percent sure who exactly had been inside Ivory at the time.
"...Yes. I have another spirit inside of me. He ended up in my head er...quite by accident. He's been helping me during my travels and yes, he fought Lakari just before Lakari left." Well, that answered that. In fact, Darius was quite shocked to hear such a thing. Another person...in Ivory's head...that certainly complicated things.
"In that case, we have to go to the throne room." Of course, they also had to bury their dead. What should they do first? "Would you all mind if we went there before we took care of all the dead bodies here?" he inquired.

Artemis chuckled. He wonder just who had told Darius that he was here. Honestly, Artemis didn't have a clue. But he was thankful for whoever did. It seemed that Darius had a way to fix all of this then. Having already given control over to Ivory, he watched the surprise expressions on everyone's face. They all seemed a bit confused by Darius's sudden revelation.
"Fine by me." White responded. Since he and Princess Leliana had come to a stand he hadn't actually let go of her hand. And for once it seemed she wasn't going to say anything about it. "Let's go then."
Leading the way, White headed up the long stair case. He didn't know about the elevator, and for the most part nor did anyone else. Artemis on the other hand was excited and yet sad that he was going to perhaps be separate from Ivory. He had enjoyed his time with her. It had been unexpected, but he had enjoyed it. "I wonder just what your brother has planned?" Artemis said to Ivory.
As they reached the hallway to the throne room, White came to a stop in front of Smiles. He lay on the floor, his face totally smashed in. It was about just as grotesque as Ivory's back. White was actually glad to see the bastard had been hurt, but he wouldn't say that in front of Ivory. Not when she was his friend.
Princess Leliana though, decided to lean down and touch him. "He has a pulse! But it's faint. I can heal him but..." She suddenly shouted. White glanced between Darius and Ivory. What now?

As Ivory said what she had to, she could hear Artemis laughing in her head. What did the throne room have? Did he know how to take care of the situation between her and Artemis? If so, that was a relief. Not that she hated having Artemis with her during her travels. It's just, he did need his own body after all. It wasn't right to have two spirits in one body. It was amusing though to see the look on everyone's faces. No doubt, they were perplexed by what happened.
She looked over at Leliana and White. Lightly, she rose a brow. Apparently, those two were a couple. 'Adorable,' she thought to herself before looking back over at Darius once White agreed to go. Lance had no objections and thus, it looked like they would all be heading for the staircase. White lead the way as everyone else followed his lead.
As they went, Ivory wondered what her brother might have in mind for them. Just what lay in the throne room that she and Artemis had to go there? As she wondered this, she heard Artemis asking her what he had planned. 'I'm not sure but...I hope it'll help. It's not fair that you stay stuck in my head forever, you know. You deserve to live freely. Still...it's going to be odd without you in my head laughing at me now and then or giving advice!' she replied with a bit of a smile. Ivory knew that she would miss Artemis once this was done and over with if it meant he could be separated from her without jeopardizing both of their lives.
As they came into the hallway, Ivory immediately recognized where they were. This was the area where Smiles had been killed. Already, she spotted his body. White and Leliana reached him first. As they came up to where he lay, Ivory felt a nasty lurch in the pit of her stomach. It bothered her seeing him like that. Still, she couldn't help but wonder if what her brother had said had been true. If so, why had he done it? That question just might never be answered. That is,until Leliana had bent down to check for a pulse. Ivory never thought to check to see if he had been alive. She couldn't have at the time since Skull was right on her tail.
It was to Ivory's and even Darius's great surprise that Leliana announced he was still alive. How could he still be alive after something like that? "It looks like two of us survived injuries where we should be dead." When Leliana and White looked back between them, Darius said nothing. He hated Smiles for having tried to kill him and for having taken Ivory away from him. Still, the guy had kept Ivory alive all this time. He did claim though that once Ivory grew boring to him, that he would kill her. Darius didn't want that to happen but what to do? Silently, he looked over at Ivory then. He had his keyblade at his side even now.
Ivory felt great relief knowing that Smiles was still alive. If what Leliana said was true, they could save his life. Yet, she couldn't help but wonder about what her brother had said to her. Would he have lied to her about that? What had been Smiles's reasons? She knew that whenever a shot presented itself, and if he was annoyed enough, Smiles was the type to take that shot. Still, she wanted answers. Why would he harm her brother now and kill that keyblade master when after all this time, he had never hurt Darius and his friends like this before?
"I...would like to know if he did hurt you, Darius. In order to do that, he needs to be healed so that he can answer me. If he does, then...well, you'll have the dignity of knowing you're not like him. Murdering a person is one thing, knowing a person is alive and leaving them there can be just as bad. Even if...even if they might deserve it."
Darius looked at her hard for a moment. He knew that Ivory seemed to have been close to Smiles. How close, he wasn't sure but how was he to respond to such a thing? The bastard might try to kill them all once he was well and awake again! He couldn't trust him one bit and Ivory was suggesting they bring him back if they could? Yet, he knew what she said had some reason behind it. Leaving someone to die was just as bad as murdering someone. Sighing to himself, he held his blade at the ready, looking at the lying form of the assassin.
"I don't like this one bit...but I see your point. However, I want you all to stay back and have your weapons at the ready, or somehow, restrain the guy so when he is healed, he doesn't have an easy chance of gunning you down." Ivory almost couldn't believe Darius. He hated Smiles but was allowing him to be healed and to possibly live even after what he had claimed the guy had done to him. In her eyes, that showed her that Darius was a good person at heart even towards those that tried to kill him if it was true.
"Please?" she asked Leliana as she wandered over. Maybe if she was there when he woke up, Smiles would see her and not get startled and try to kill the others nearby. Ivory even put herself between Leliana and Smiles if only to shield Leliana while she healed him. "You don't...have to if you don't want to. If you do though, I will make sure he doesn't hurt you if he really did what Darius said he had done to him..." she told her, looking at Leliana for a moment.
"Get ready..." Darius warned. Lance summoned his lance and stood ready. The two of them watched and waited.

Princess Leliana transformed into the same white guardian she had been when she healed White back in Enchanted Domain. Letting the energy flow, it flew over Smiles's face healing it right before their eyes. Of the group, Leliana probably had the best healing ability.
White was with his friends. He stood at the ready, kantana drawn and ready at the slightest moment to attack. When the healing was finished, Princess Leliana left Smiles with his face back in tact. There was not even a scar or anything! She quickly let the form drop, and scooted behind White.
Artemis watched through Ivory's eyes, as Smiles eyes finally opened. Seeing the people around him he was slightly confused as to what happened. The last thing he remembered was fighting Skull and then the massive creature jumping out of the portal. The first person he spotted was Ivory. He was overjoyed to see that she was alright. That was what had mattered most to him.
Then they moved onto Darius and the rest of their crew. That confused him, because the last thing he remembered was he had killed Darius. "That's strange... I swore I killed you." He said to Darius. But it didn't seem to bother him too much that Darius was alive. He was smiling as he always did. Glancing over at Ivory again he was so happy to see she was alright. "It's over isn't it. Skull's dead. That is a huge relief."
Smiles was still on the ground, but he forced himself up to a leaning position against the wall. He had a terrible headache too. "Now before you go and kill me, let me just explain myself." That was meant for Darius, who was very much looking hostile with his weapons. All of Ivory's brother's friends had weapons out.
"Truth is I don't like you. You are the only one who can take away the most meaningful person I have met in this life. So when I had the opening of preventing that from happening I took it! Ivory means much more to me then she does to you. I won't let you take the only person I've ever loved before."

Ivory braced herself as Leliana transformed. She was grateful that they would help her in this. As Leliana finished healing Smiles, Ivory looked down at him and watched carefully as he woke up. He seemed to be a bit confused as he came around, looking back at her first. Ivory couldn't help but smile a bit at him. She was wary but she was so relieved to see he was alive. Ivory had really thought Skull killed him. Smiles had no idea how lucky he was to be alive.
Behind her, she knew that her brother and his friends were ready for anything. If anything went wrong, they would protect her and she, them. Ivory would rather they not have to resort to such measures though. Smiles seemed overjoyed when he saw her before his gaze moved onto the others. Following his gaze, Ivory saw that he had been looking at Darius. It was clear that Darius was glaring daggers at him but held back only because of Ivory. He was ready though in case Smiles tried one of his tricks again.
As Smiles spoke, Ivory looked over at him in shock. He actually had tried to kill Darius! Ignoring the fact that Darius was still alive, Smiles had directed his attention on her again and spoke. "...Yes...Skull's dead."
As he heard that, Smiles had sat himself up, leaning against the wall and then spoke to Darius. Ivory held silent only because Smiles was giving answers knowing right now that he was cornered. As she allowed her gaze to turn toward her brother, looking between Smiles and Darius, she waited to see what would happen. Darius looked back at Smiles, he didn't put his weapon away but clearly was allowing Smiles a bit of an opening to talk.
"...I'm listening." With that, Smiles went on to state that he didn't like Darius. Well, the feeling was certainly mutual there. There definitely was no love lost between those two. As Smiles continued, Darius had to wonder if the guy was actually speaking the truth. Ivory, who had been listening, wondered if this too were true. Smiles had told her that he had difficulty with others because he had never had a friend before. Was this his...social problem? Ivory was surprised to hear though that Smiles felt the same. However, there was one thing Darius wanted to know other than that.
"Oh really? Then what about what you had said to me the first time I met you?" he directed that question at Smiles. Smiles would know very well what Darius was talking about. Darius hadn't forgotten what Smiles said about Ivory being killed by his hand should she become boring to him. Ivory looked over at Smiles then, confused. She didn't know what Darius was talking about.

White didn't like Smiles's answer. Who cares if he loved her, that did not give him a reason to try and kill Darius. For gosh sake this was Ivory's brother! But it seemed that Darius was seemingly over looking it. Well to a degree anyway, he wanted to know about what Smiles had said to him when they first met. White himself had not heard Smiles say the words, but he knew his friend had no reason to lie about them. Why very much wanted the answer as well.
Smiles knew what Darius was saying, but it was hard for him to answer. First at the time when he spoke those words he had meant them. But he had barely known Ivory then. He hadn't really gotten to know her. Smiles was used to getting rid of people. He was an assassin, had been at birth. He very much was a potential enemy. He knew it himself. However right now he couldn't think of a time where he would ever try to hurt Ivory. She meant to much to him now.
"People change." That was the only thing he could really say. It was true. There had been a change in Smiles. And it all had to do with Ivory. He looked over to her once again. He couldn't help but look at her. She meant so much to him. "Now that this is all over... I would like to ask you out on a date." Smiles was surprised that the words had left his mouth. He covered his mouth with his hands, quite in shock. He didn't care about Darius. In reality he was not afraid of the teen. Smiles very much thought that he was much more powerful then Darius.
Artemis on the other hand listened to all of this. He had stayed silent, letting Ivory think for herself. "I think he's telling the truth."[/i] Artemis finally said. He hadn't known Smiles long. But he did see the way that Ivory thought about him, and he also did see how much he had done for Ivory since he met her.

Darius didn't really like Smiles's answer either but he was pulling out the answers from this guy as long as he could. Smiles seemed willing to give them and it seemed like he just didn't know how to handle certain situations. Ivory guessed Smiles only reacted the way he knew how when it came to Darius. Like her, Smiles was an assassin. Smiles was an assassin even more so than she was. He probably was so used to getting rid of things that made him uneasy like that, that it extended to him going as far as that with Darius.
She had no idea what Smiles and Darius were talking about since she had never heard that Smiles had claimed he would have killed her once she grew boring to him. Never the less, she and Darius listened as Smiles spoke. All Smiles could really say to that was that people changed. Then, his gaze shifted toward Ivory. It were as if only Ivory existed in the room. Darius wondered if what the teen said was true. He didn't feel like the guy was hiding anything from him like back when he had healed him. Still, he couldn't be sure. The only one in the room that really knew the guy was his twin sister.
Ivory had been listening throughout the situation. She knew Smiles could be slippery when he wanted to be but here, she didn't feel like he was lying. His smile usually had a certain way to it when he was up to something. It was slight but Ivory had noticed it in the past. His smile was void of that. Maybe he really was reacting toward Darius in the only way that he knew how? He had told her that, before now, that he never had a friend before so it was new to him. Going this far, it was even more foreign to him no doubt. Being an assassin for so long, he was used to acting that way than otherwise. He didn't really understand how normal people acted even though he was a genius.
As she remained where she was, she looked back at Smiles as he looked over at her and spoke. His focus definitely looked as if it were just her. The proclamation he made flattered her. It was amusing to see the look on his face when he had uttered that. It wasn't often one got to see Smiles shocked at himself. After that, Artemis stated that he believed Smiles was telling the truth. She couldn't help but giggle a little. Still, she had to make sure that he wouldn't harm Darius or his friends again.
Darius, throughout, kept quiet, looking between Smiles and Ivory. The way Smiles was acting towards Ivory, Darius could tell the guy meant her no harm. He wasn't like the other guys Ivory had dated before. Still, he was wary of Smiles. Smiles could easily try to kill him again. Family reunions would not be pleasant for Darius if Smiles turned out to be an inlaw if the guy was still intent on killing him. Darius, too, believed that Smiles was more powerful than himself. That was why Darius suggested the others have their weapons out. They couldn't be sure how Smiles would act, after all.
Ivory approached Smiles then, smiling over at him. It was funny to see Smiles covering his mouth like a schoolboy because of the shock of what he had said. "I believe you...still, I want you to know something before we do." Taking hold of one of Smiles's hands, she looked into his bright blue eyes. "I need you to promise you won't hurt Darius and his friends. They helped us a lot, even saved you from death's door. I know you don't like Darius and you don't have to like him...but, that doesn't mean you should try to kill him. It's my decision whether or not to stay with you, Smiles...and...well, if you do try to keep hurting them, you'll only make me stay away from you. So, if you are willing to not try hurting any of them again, I'll be with you."
Darius gave a sigh at this but he couldn't tell his sister no. That and the way Smiles acted toward her looked genuine. "...Smiles...let it be known that I won't take Ivory from you. The reason why I went after you two is because of what you told me when I first met you. If you really do love Ivory...then I can't take her away from you. However..." he trailed off, looking Smiles right in the eyes. "Should you ever hurt her, I'll know. I won't bother you so long as you're good to her but the minute you aren't...well, that peace will be gone..." However, there was still just one more thing. Lance and White could choose to act how they saw fit.

Smiling Smiles nodded that he understood. His heart was beating so hard he thought it would beat out of his chest when Ivory grabbed his hand. He could do that. It would be different for him, but he would do it. "Alright." He told her. When Darius spoke up, Smiles listened to him as well. He still didn't like the man, but he had no intention of harming Ivory. To do such a thing would only pain him. Once Darius had finished, Smiles stood. "I swear I will never harm her." Looking into Darius's eyes, Smiles spoke with a smile. It could be ready as him trying to be fake, but Ivory would know it was just his general expression. It was when Smiles wasn't smiling, that problems arose. White watched the scene play out. He didn't exactly trust Smiles and Ivory, but he respected that they had helped them defeat Skull and the fissures. White might never trust them, but he could learn to tolerate them. He decided he would just back up Darius. He knew more about his sister then anyone. Seeing that things were finally settling down then he suggested, " Let's head into the throne room then." There was no use waiting in the hallway. Walking along side his friends, he walked farther down the hallway until he entered the throne room. This was his first time being here, and White was surprised to see that it wasn't that large. The walls were painted white, with a raised platform and a single white throne sitting in the middle. Glancing around the room, White noticed that in the corner of the room, leaning against the wall was a suit of armor. Dark blue in color and made of different plates, the suit went from neck to toe with different plates covering a small thin layer of material underneath. The shoulder plates were pointed and the the armored gloves with points of steel. The helm though was the most interesting thing White had ever seen. Connected to the material it completely covered the face with different plates making a v-shapes one after the other. Small red dots were in-between the plates that, though not glowing, made it look like it had several eyes on each side. The suit of armor was futuristic and made it seemed more for movement then protection. White of course had no idea that they were there for that suit of armor. Artemis had no clue either. He was just happy for Ivory. "Just want to say that I sure hope your brother has a solution to us. I don't want to be around and experience things that you might with.... um him."[/i] Artemis said talking about Smiles. He had never stopped looking at Ivory as they came into the throne room. He seemed almost like if he left her side she might leave.

Ivory looked back at Smiles as he answered her. She was certain that his words were genuine. Smiling back at him, she tightened her grip a bit on his hand to signify her approval. Then, Darius spoke. Ivory glanced over her shoulder at her brother as he spoke to Smiles. Darius had a right to be angry with Smiles. She wasn't sure what Smiles had said to Darius but it seemed that Darius was giving him a chance. They didn't like one another but they would be neutral when it came to her. They wouldn't harm each other as long as Smiles didn't hurt her and Smiles promised to not harm her brother or his friends.
Darius watched Smiles as he finally replied to what he had said to him. The two had locked eyes and Smiles swore that he wouldn't harm Ivory. Darius wasn't sure how to take the promise. Was he genuine? He looked over at Ivory, who knew Smiles more than anyone in this room. It appeared as though she was content with the response. Yes, when Smiles wasn't smiling was when things were dangerous. He was using his general expression. Seeing nothing else here, Darius gave him a nod. "Alright then."
Ivory got to her feet too as White suggested they head into the throne room. There, Darius was to stick Artemis in the suit of armor. Whoever told Darius to do it had a reason, he was sure. Thus, Darius would listen to him. He had promised that he would do as he had requested in return for the help the guy had given them. Ivory, still holding Smiles's hand, walked down the hallway with him after White and Darius's group. Darius didn't trust Smiles but it looked like Ivory could and if she was happy with him, then Darius wouldn't interfere with them. As long as Smiles was good to her, then Darius would let her go.
As they entered the throne room, Darius looked around it carefully. Where was the-? He found it. The armor was standing in a corner of the room leaning against the nearby wall. 'This is it!' he thought. It looked very futuristic. 'Well, now time to do what I came here to do.' With that thought in mind, Darius headed over to the suit of armor and turned to Ivory and Smiles. He motioned for Ivory to come over.
As he did so, Ivory heard Artemis's words. She hoped that her brother had a solution as well otherwise it would be extremely awkward if Artemis were still in her head. 'Er...why else would he recommend I accompany him here?' she replied, blushing a bit at the implications Artemis had given her. At that, she looked over at Smiles, he didn't seem to be able to keep his eyes off of her. It were as if he were afraid that she would suddenly leave him.
"I'm not leaving you, Smiles. I just have to help Darius with something. There is another person in my head, Smiles. I got him stuck in my head back during the trials on accident. His name is Artemis," she told him hoping that he would understand. Although, it must've been a surprise to hear such a thing. However, it would explain the odd moments she had talking to herself and the way she acted once she had exited the final trial ring.
Heading over to her brother, Ivory looked up at the armor quizzically. "Um...what's this about?" she asked him curiously. Darius motioned towards the armor.
"This thing is going to be where I will put Artemis. I was told to put him in this so that he can live separate from you. I'm not sure how to do it but I'm confident the process will be safe for the both of you. This keyblade is of light, not darkness. It won't harm you." With that, Darius rose the keyblade, pointing it at Ivory's head. As he did so, a light transmitted from his weapon to swirl about Ivory's head. As it did so, the light would disappear as if it had gone into Ivory. Then, the light would return in a different color which would be the color of Artemis's soul. It would merge then with Darius's keyblade, the keyblade reverberating the very color of Artemis's soul to signify he was in the weapon.
Ivory was unharmed and for a moment, she glanced around curiously, trying to feel Artemis but it didn't seem like someone else was there. 'Artemis?' she said his name but there was no answer. He was gone. As she looked over at Darius, she watched as he turned with his keyblade and aimed it at the armor. When he did, the light transmitted from his weapon into the armor. Once Artemis's soul was transmitted, Darius stepped back. Raising his weapon to the heavens and then at the armor, a keyhole emerged upon the armor. A tiny one. Pointing the keyblade at the armor, a beam of light shot forth at the keyhole and there was the sound of something locking. It was done.
Slowly, Darius lowered the keyblade and looked back at the armor. "That should do it. I moved him into the armor and sealed him in like I was told..." Ivory looked over curiously, wondering if Artemis was alright. He should be, shouldn't he?
"...rtemis? Are you...there?" she spoke to the armor, feeling a bit foolish as she did so.

Smiles could only blink when Ivory said there was someone inside her body besides her. How the heck did that happen? Hearing about the trials, Smiles just had to scratch his head in confusion. That was odd. That sort of thing had never happened when he had gone through the trails. Well he was glad that Ivory would be free of him. Part of him though felt like his privacy was broken a bit. He couldn't blame Ivory for not telling him, and he wouldn't. However it would have been nice to know. It didn't matter now though.
White watched an orange light come from Ivory and light up Darius's keyblade with it. Who knew a keyblade had such power! No wonder the thing could stop Skull. White was surprised with just how powerful Darius had become with the weapon. Following the light as it went from Darius's weapon to the suit of armor, he waited right belong side Darius.
The suit of armor stayed silent for a moment. But then it stirred and slowly rose. Taking a step back White watched, waiting to see what would happen.
Inside the suit of armor, Artemis opened his eyes to see through two of the red light eyes. He was alive! Well sort of. He was living but, he didn't have any flesh. Artemis glanced at Ivory and opened his mouth to speak. Only then did he realize that he didn't have a mouth to speak. He could no longer communicate with his voice. Nor could he hear anything either. He didn't have any ears! Yet still.... Artemis was alive.
Turning to Ivory, he bowed to her in appreciation. And then to Darius as well. He brought his hand to where his lips should be and covered it to show he had no mouth to speak. Seeing mouths move, Artemis taped where ears should be and shook his head to indicate he could not hear either.
White, slow to the race, finally got it. "He can't hear or speak to us! He's a suit of armor."

Ivory knew she had hid Artemis from Smiles. She hadn't meant to but it was necessary to keep her from seeming insane. Most people believed someone was crazy when they said they had people inside of their heads. At least now, Artemis would be free from being entrapped in her mind. The sad thing though was that she knew she'd miss that voice in her head. However, he would get to live on now without being stuck. That was better than how they were at the moment.
Once her brother had transferred Artemis, they all looked on in silence. Ivory was worried that maybe Artemis hadn't transferred and was stuck in the keyblade or something. Maybe he had passed on? Just as she was beginning to worry, the suit of armor suddenly sprung to life. Ivory felt a sense of relief seeing that he was fine.
Turning to Darius and Ivory, Artemis gave them each a bow. He was glad that he was alive. Then, he signified with gestures something. It looked by the way he was gesturing at his mouth and ears that he couldn't speak nor hear. Ivory felt a bit bad about that as she looked over at Darius. "I didn't know this would happen...but...he is free now."
"Yeah, he's no longer stuck in my head. Which would be a relief considering I am a girl," she said with a chuckle.

Artemis was grateful to Darius and Ivory. Without them he wouldn't be where he was now. At the moment though he could not speak. Couldn't read the lips of Darius and ivory as they chatted back in forth. That was alright though. Perhaps with time he could learn to communicate. Artemis could now go his own way. He needed to actually. The question was though was why was he here? Why had he been brought back? Even now he did not have the answer.
Bowing once again in a sign of appreciation, Artemis held a finger pointing it at himself. Then he raised his hands and pretended two of his fingers were walking on open hand. It was time for him to say goodbye. He needed to find out why was he here. Perhaps it was to hunt Lakari. The elf being back was not a good sign at all.
When Artemis started to take a step forward, White pulled up. "Wait!" He shouted, waving his hands to tell Artemis to stop. Reaching down to his belt, White pulled out the circle pendent there. It held his gummi bike. Tossing it on the ground, White watched with familiarity as the circle expanded and the bike rose from it. Looking over to Artemis he smiled and touched a small button on the outline of his belt, and the bike retracted and the circle grew smaller. White picked up the circle and then took it off. Giving it to Artemis he said, "This way you have a way of getting around." It didn't occur to White though that the suit of armor couldn't hear him.
However Artemis did recognize the bike for what it was, a gummi ship. He bowed to White and accepted the gift. Then with a final wave, Artemis went a head and left the room. He had his own way to go now.
Leaving White and the rest behind, White watched him go. "Why don't we go gather Justice and the rest."

Yes, it was a very good thing for Artemis now that he was free of Ivory's head as it was for Ivory. There was not a day when she didn't feel awkward with the fact there was a male spirit in her head. Now that Artemis was outside of her head, her sense of privacy finally returned to her. It wasn't easy to get used to the fact that there was someone able to hear all of her thoughts when she was thinking. Of course, she held no grudge against Artemis. She was just happy that he was now free.
Ivory, Darius and Lance looked back at Artemis as he gestured something else after a bow. It looked like he was trying to communicate something about him walking. Maybe he was trying to say that he was leaving? Darius gave an incline of his head with a bit of a smile. Ivory gave a nod in understanding before giving him a bit of a hug in farewell. Stepping back, she smiled up at him and gave a wave in farewell.
However, White had stopped him from leaving. Ivory, Darius and Lance all looked over at White curiously. White rummaged through his pocket and pulled out the gummi bike he used all the time prior to meeting Lance and Leliana. He showed how it was used before handing it to Artemis. Apparently, White wasn't planning on using it anymore. Artemis bowed to him and accepted it. With that, he headed toward a hallway. Turning about, he gave them all one final wave before setting off on his own, probably never to be seen again. 'Goodbye, Artemis...take care...' she thought as she watched his fleeting figure soon disappear around a corner.
It was then that White suggested they go and gather the rest. Darius and Lance both nodded. "Yes, let's." With that, they soon headed off.
