Saleth gave a nod when Drake said that he had guessed that it made sense. They all headed down the hall and soon entered the room with most, if not all, goddesses that dwelled here. It wasn't long before Bolt growled at Lana. It sounded like they weren't welcome here since the place wasn't ready yet. It didn't take long before another goddess had interjected, saying that there was no need to be rude. After that brief exchange, Lana had leaned in toward Saleth and said to not worry about Bolt. Saleth wasn't sure what to say when Lana stated that it was Bolt's "time" again. The statement had earned Lana a glare and Lana returned the glare by sticking out her tongue at her.
Then, a goddess dressed in all black turned to Riley and requested that he bake cookies for them. Riley seemed distressed, only for Saleth to already figure out why. The goddess just told him that she would do anything if Riley would do that last thing for them. At that, Riley had hurried off.
Once Riley was gone, a Goddess clothed entirely in white had turned her attention onto them again, questioning Lana as to the reason why she had brought Saleth and Drake along. Lana then explained that they needed a new place to stay. Of course, that wasn't all. Lana didn't stop there as she added that the two needed a place quite and private, implying something. Saleth knew exactly what Lana was implying, her face turning red from embarrassment.
"L-Lana!" Saleth exclaimed, her tone clearly embarrassed and her face almost blazing from it.

Once again Drake turned red at Lana's words. He had already admitted to Saleth he liked her, but he didn't imply anything like that. Still being the coward he was he didn't say anything. From what he could tell, Lana liked messing with Saleth. Derio shook his head as Riley ran off. " Some things never change even after all these years..."
The head goddess shook her head at Lana. " Well if it's land you want, you'll have to talk to Shade." She said. " She's the new leader so you'll have to get her to grant you land." Lana. Nodded. She then looked at Saleth. " Don't worry, you can have some fun real soon." She nudged her again. " Come on, if I know Shade she's probably messing with Riley or something." She skipped ahead to the direction Riley went.
Drake looked at Saleth. " She doesn't really expect us to.... you know so soon does she?" His face was still a little red. Derio sighed and followed Lana. He had just realized how much money he left when he ran after Saleth. " Lana, wait up!" He called after her. The goddess dressed in black looked at Saleth. " I must warn you, Shade can be worse than Lana. Don't take anything she says too seriously."

Saleth was too embarrassed right now to look in Drake's direction when Lana had teased her. Lana was harmless, of course, but it was awkward when she chose that moment to tease her. Derio had seen Riley run off and made a comment about how things haven't changed over the years.
Then, who appeared to be the head Goddess, shook her head. As she did so, she stated that if it was land that they wanted they would need to see the new leader, Shade. She was the only one that could grant them land. Lana gave a nod in understanding before turning to Saleth. What she said next made Saleth turn red in the face once again. What did she think they were going to do?! They only just met! Lana urged them on, stating that she if she knew Shade then she was likely messing with Riley.
Drake had come over to Saleth, she looked over at him as he questioned her if Lana didn't expect them to do something so soon. It was obvious that his face was a bit red. "U-Um...I don't...know?" Saleth replied as she reddened a bit. Lana had skipped off and Derio went after her. "J-Just because she expects it, if she does, doesn't mean we have to...w-we can...move at our own pace." It felt really embarrassing to even discuss this. Saleth headed out after Lana and Derio, before leaving the room though, one of the goddesses spoke up. Saleth looked over at her when she did to signify that she was listening.
According to the dark clothed goddess, Shade was apparently worse than Lana. Anything that Shade said, she was not to be taken seriously. What the goddess meant by that, Saleth couldn't be sure. Never the less, she gave her a nod. "Alright, thank you for the warning." With that, Saleth left the room and followed the forms of Lana and Derio whom already had a good head start.

As Saleth explained they could move at their own pace, Drake rubbed his neck. " I guess you're right..." He said before he started following her. Before they left the goddess in black warned them that Shade was worse than Lana. Just what they needed. He sighed as he kept following Saleth. They went down a hallway before they ended up in a kitchen. It was no ordinary kitchen. It had everything. From ovens, stoves, microwaves, you named it it was there. Everything looked high class and fancy.
Riley was by one of the ovens, waiting on the cookies to be finished. He wasn't alone though. A succubus was with him. This was no or2 succubus however. She was wearing all black, and had purple hair. Her body was covered in tattoos and piercings. She even had three on her tounge. She was wearing a jacket and shorts, along with a black bandana with flaming skulls on it. Her back was to them as she was facing Riley. Between he jacket and her shorts on her waist was a mark. It was the same mark Riley had above his chest. She was under the same curse he was.
The succubus had her fangs in Riley's neck, draining him of his energy. She then turned around as she sensed the others, her fanges still in Riley. She let him go and licked her lip ring as she eyed them. Riley nearly fell when Shade let him go, she drained so much energy from him. " So Lana's you brought me an offfering after all." The succubus said. " I don't know how I feel about her though. Maybe if it was tuseday, because Riley here is going to keep me busy until then. Isn't that right my pet?" She pulled Riley by the arm, pulling him in front of her. " You know you look good in a maids outfit. Good enough to eat!" She sank her fanges into him again as xhe started draining his fear.
Lana sighed, but then she got an idea. " That's right Shade." She said. " She's all yours. But since we're going to wait untik Tuesday, she's going to need a place to stay, maybe live if she performs well." Shade smiled as she let Riley go, he dropped to the ground. " Now you're talking." A cigarette appeared in her hand as she lit it. Zhe then puffed it. " But I'm not so sure. She doesn't look that experienced if you know what I mean. I don't feel like training her..." Lana nudged Saleth. " Oh you don't have to worry. Right Saleth?" She then gave Saleth a look that told her to play along.

Saleth wasn't sure how else to say it to Drake. It wasn't a certainty how long they might be together. Drake seemed intent on remaining with her at least. Right now, they were in the getting to know each other stages after having just barely met. No, Saleth would not force them into anything. It was a mutual decision, after all and it was one that only the two of them were going to decide, not others deciding for them.
Their group entered the kitchen. In there, Riley was at the oven. He was...well, he had been doing what the dark clothed goddess had asked him to but there was someone else there. Saleth furrowed her brows as she crossed her arms, looking at the new person. It looked like she was biting Riley's neck. Why Lana wasn't doing anything was beyond Saleth. Something didn't seem right about this individual. There were tattoos and piercings all over. As if sensing them, the new girl had taken her fangs off of Riley to look over at them.
When the woman spoke, Saleth rose an eyebrow at her. An offering? What was she talking about? It didn't take long before Saleth realized this strange woman was talking about her. A large part of Saleth didn't like this woman. Then, Lana addressed the woman as Shade. So, this was Shade. Already, Saleth had her misgivings. At least it didn't sound like she was interested in Saleth, which was good. Of course, not until Lana spoke up. Saleth immediately whirled to look over at Lana. It was obvious by the look on her face that Saleth couldn't believe what Lana was saying.
Saleth furrowed her brows. She was quite set on turning around and leaving right now. She was appalled by all of this, highly appalled. If that's what it took to live her, she'd rather find somewhere else to live. As the discussion about her went on, Saleth looked darkly over at Lana despite the look she was giving her to play along. How could anyone expect Saleth to go with it? It was appalling!
"I'm leaving!" Saleth growled, turning on the spot and walking away. Her entire posture suggested hostility right now as she headed back out of the kitchen. No way in hell was she going to put up with that crap just to get a spot to live on. No offense to Lana but that was asking too much of her. Saleth didn't even like other females. The thought highly appalled her. Don't take what was said so seriously? How was one not to take those sort of remarks seriously?

Drake was impressed by the kitchen. It was like a dream come true to him. He always wanted a kitchen like this. Then, he saw Riley and his " friend". Drake hid behind Saleth again. He didn't trust the demonic creature. When it was revealed this was Shade, he had more reason to fear her. She said something about an offering. Drake paniced and ducked down. He wraped his arms around Saleth's legs again. He didn't want to be sacrificed to her. If he wasn't to busy trying to use Saleth as a human, er dragon shield he might have picked up that she didn't mean that type of offering.
When Saleth looked over at Lana, she gave her a wink. Lana didn't really mean to give Saleth up to Shade. She planned on getting her out of it by the time Shade came to collect. By the look Saleth gave Lana, it seemed she didn't pick up on that. When Saleth turned to leave, Drake was knocked away. Lana tried to stop Saleth from getting away by hugging her from behind. " Saleth! I was only kidding!"
Shade just laughed. As Riley got up he looked like he was about to yell at Shade. " Shade i am tired of being pushing around and being your-"He was sropped however, she Shade blew smoke into his face. She then laughed again and looked towards the others. " She was my offering? Ha, I was taking about this little lady." She then appeared beside Derio, who nearly jumped out of his skin. His face turned red. " ME!?" Shade laughed. " Yes you. What's your name?" It was then Derio realized Shade had never seen him in his form. He immediately changed back into his make form he showed Saleth and Drake. " It's me, Derio!" Shade growled. " You?! I don't want you, aren't you supposed to be dead anyway?" Derio was tired of everyone thinking he was still dead. " No I am not!!"
Shade whinned. " And here I thought I was getting a new pet. Oh well I still have Nazo and Riley." She then looked back at everyone else. " I'm too disappointed to negotiate. Take whatever land you want. I'll do all the borning paper work when I feel like it. I'm going to play with my pet." She was covered in a red and black aura as she transformed. When the aura faded, it was revealed that she had gone into her goddess form. Her hair was now iris blue and her eyes magenta. Her outfit changed entirely. She was now wearing dominatrix armor and no more piercings. Her tatoos were gone. She then started walking toward Riley. Riley did not want to play with her. " No wait! The... the cookies! I need to keep an eye on the cookies!" Shad laughed a sadistic laugh. " Lana or one of the others can do that. Right now I want to play with my Riley. Besides I thought you liked pain." She picked up Riley and tossed him over her shoulder like a rag doll. She then carried him off somewhere. What ever she was going to do, Riley was going to be sore in the morning. Poor, poor Riley.

Saleth had been so distracted by Riley and Shade that she hadn't realize that Drake had clutched her legs, hiding behind her like she was his shield or protector. Of course, Saleth really thought this was going somewhere that she didn't want to venture. It appalled her too much and thus, she turned away and left. Lana, she figured, meant to get her out of it somehow but Saleth just didn't want to deal with something of that nature. It was best to not get involved in that sort of mess.
As she turned to leave, she didn't realize that she had knocked Drake over. Saleth let out an inhuman growl when she was suddenly hugged from behind. It was then that she heard Lana's voice. As Saleth stopped to regard her, Shade said something. Blinking, she turned her gaze toward whom Shade was referring to. Shade had appeared next to Derio. It was clear that Derio was red in the face and embarrassed. Only then did Derio reveal his male form. When he did so, Shade was immediately repulsed.
Shade then whined. Shade thought that she was getting a new pet. Well, at least she hadn't been talking about Saleth. It was a little relieving to now know that Shade hadn't been talking about her in the first place. Saleth calmed down considerably.
What Shade said next was a surprise. Shade, although in no mood to negotiate, stated that they could pick whatever piece they wanted. Shade would complete the boring paperwork whenever she felt like it. Then, she took Riley away who tried to get out of it by stating that the cookies needed to be watched. Shade said that they could look after it instead before taking Riley away. Saleth wasn't sure what to say to that as she watched the two leave.
"...That was...strange..."

When Shade took Riley and left Lana looked up at Saleth. She was still hugging her. " Saleth... I'm sorry." She told her. " I just thought... if we could convince Shade that you would go through with it, we could get whatever land you wanted. I was going to get you out of it before she tried anything..." She didn't let go of Saleth. She didn't want to lose her new best friend. Even in the little time they spent together, Lana considered Saleth her best friend. She never had one before besides Derio. There was Bolt, but they were more rivals than anything.
Drake rubbed his head after Saleth knocked him over. Even if he stayed out of the fighting, it seemed that Saleth still managed to hurt him a little. He wasn't hurt too bad, just hit the ground was all. Derio rubbed the back of his head as Lana talked to Saleth. It was really what Shade said that bothered him. He knew that Lana would want to talk to Saleth alone. He looked at everyone. " You guys go house hunting, I'll stay here and watch the cookies. I'll catch up."

Saleth only then realized, after Shade and Riley had left, that Lana had still been hugging her. Saleth looked down at her as her eyebrows furrowed. She hated it when others suddenly embraced her. However, from the look of things, Lana was apologizing for what happened. She had only meant for Shade to fall for the trick and then get Saleth out of it later.
"There was no way that we could have known whether or not we'd be able to even get out of it. So it's better that it didn't happen."
Lana, however, despite what Saleth had said wasn't letting her go. It was making Saleth feel awkward and uncomfortable. It didn't take long before Derio made things more awkward by telling them to go house hunting. At least Drake and Saleth would have a home to return to. Once that was settled, they would be able to explore the worlds and Saleth could show him them.
"...Lana...could you please stop hugging me?" Saleth had asked her. "You're forgiven...just please stop hugging me."

Lana looked back up at Saleth as she told her to let go. She slowly let her go and stepped back. It seemed Saleth didn't like hugs. From the scars she had on her body, she had a good reason not to like contact with others. She then slowly blinked. When she reopened her eyes they were glowing with her happiness again. " You Heard Derio! Let's go shopping!" Her voice was back to her bubbly, hyper tone. " So what type of house do you want? Out in the country? In a village? In a home? In a city? In a kingdom?"
A thought just came back to Lana as she said kingdom. She was reminded of her good friend Iris and her brother Alistair. It had been some time since she last saw them. " Spekaing of kingdoms... we could also go to this kingdom I know. The princess there is really nice. She's Iris, Riley's fifth wife. Although her brother doesn't like Riley at all. He hates his whore nature. If we go there she could help you find the perfect home!"
Drake slowly got up still rubbing his head. He looked at Saleth. He wasn't an expert when it cametk housing. He never had a real home. " I.... don't really have a house in mind. Maybe looking around would be best?"

Saleth watched as Lana had released her from the embrace. She couldn't help not liking contact with others. The abuse she had gone through for a long time made her uneasy. Now that Saleth thought about it, what was she going to do about that sort of thing? She wasn't in enemy territory anymore and she wasn't being tortured anymore. Would she be able to handle hugs when it came to Drake? That was a struggle to be had, that was for sure.
Then, Lana immediately sprung into the idea of house hunting. Saleth wasn't sure where to start. She glanced over at Drake when he spoke up. Of course, he wouldn't know what a real home was like. The way he spoke, it sounded as if he were born in prison or something. Turning her attention back onto Lana, she started to talk about a friend of her's. A princess that was the fifth wife of Riley's. Just how many wives did this Riley even have? Saleth guessed it would be best for her to not wonder about that. It was probably best to not know. Still, seeing this princess and her brother sounded interesting. If they could help them, why not?
"Hm, I'm not sure where we could live but visiting your friends...well, one of your daughter-in-laws sounds good. They might know more than I or Drake would anyway."

Lana smiled at Saleth when she said one of her daughter's in law. She had a lot of them thanks to Riley, and even more grandkids. " Ya Iris is really nice," she told her. " Plus I was going to go see her anyway..." Lana remembered some pressing matters she had to take care of as well. If Saleth was going to live in this world, they would concern her too. Saleth was already doing a lot, she would tell her when she wasn't so busy. " Well then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Lana opened up a blue and white portal. The portal showed a grand kingdom with a huge white castle in the middle.
Drake looked inside the portal. " amazing." He said. He had spent his entire life in prison, so anything outside was amazing to him. Now he was getting the idea of living in a kingdom like this one. " Do you think we could get a place somewhere like that?" Lana giggled. " only one way to find out!" She skipped into the portal with Drake looking back at Saleth with a smile. He then followed Lana.
Meanwhile in the castle Iris was out in the garden. She had a basket with her and was picking fruit. Insoy, her guard and knight, was with her. " Getting ready for a picnic, Iris?" Insoy asked. Iris nodded. " Riley us supposed to meet me later. He's been away for so long I wanted to surprise him." She then thought if something. " I haven't seen Lana in a while either, or my brother... where is he?"
" Probably out trying to get out of working." Insoy said.

Saleth listened as Lana explained that Iris was nice. That she planned on seeing her anyway. Without much to do, Lana suggested they go and opened up a portal again. In their line of sight, when Lana opened up a portal, there was a kingdom. Saleth couldn't help but raise her brows. It had been a while since she saw a palace like this one. The previous one she had been to had been run down and unkempt. This one looked well cared for.
Drake looked through the portal as well and, from what she could tell, he was amazed. When he had asked Saleth if they could live in a place somewhat like that, Saleth shrugged. "Er...not sure how that would be possible..." Lana stated that there was only one way to find out. With that, Lana headed through the portal. Saleth watched as Drake smiled at her and then entered after Lana. Well, there was no problem in wishing? Saleth followed the other two and stepped into where Lana had taken them.
Outside the castle, out in the streets, Alistair was doing exactly what Insoy had said he was doing...skirting royal duties. Well, in a sense. Now, he was anonymously venturing out on the streets adorned in what little armor he had with a cloak over it, concealing that part of him. No one would realize Alistair was amongst them as he waded through the hustling and bustling streets. Meanwhile, his dragon would be floating around the courtyard, looking like it couldn't find him anywhere.

Lana's portal had taken them to the front of the kingdom near the entrance. It was thw typical early kingdom, as it was only a few years old. Derio had just given them this land not too long ago, which was why he was late finding Lana and the others. How he got the land and why he would just give it away was beyond anyone but him. For now besides the castle that stood in the very center of the kingdom, there were few houses. They were simple, middle class houses. The streets weren't that busy, as the population of the kingdom was just a few hundred, for now. The busiest place however was the market place. There were several merchants with stands selling all sorts of things. From weapons to armor to food they were selling it all.
Lana, who somehow in the very short period it took them to get here, was now looking like the Dark Elf again, just like when she first met Saleth. She looked at the other two as she pointed towards the castle. " That's Iris's castle," she told them. "Oh I forgot to tell you Derio got them this land, although he never told me how he got it or why he gave it away. Come on, Iris loves visitors." She started walking towards the castle.
Drake looked around the place in amazement. Well he was looking up at the sky mostly. " So this is what the outside world is like.." he said. " Amazing..." Now that they were out in real sunlight Drake's scars were more visible. He even had some strange markings on his forehead, although it was impossible to make them out with his hair in the way. He then looked on to the castle as Lana led them to it.
Meanwhile back in the garden Iris sighed. She didn't like how Alistair always tried to get out of work. Unlike her, he didn't seem interested in ruling or being royal. " Why does he always have to run off?" She asked. " Same reason my father slacks off training whenever he can." Insoy said. " They both don't like responsibly, but are forced to because of who they are and the families they were born in. Although my father does it more because he's lazy."
" If that's true, then why does Alistair hate him so much?"
Insoy sighed. " Because father is.... a whore. I know you don't like it when people say it but there's no other way to put it. He-" she stopped when she noticed Alistair's dragon flying around. " Shall I go find him this time? It is my turn.." Iris shook he head and sighed. " Please do before he goes too far off. And if you see your father tell him he's late." Insoy bowed to her and ran off into the streets of the kingdom. She headed towards the market place, where it would be easy to hide in the crowd. Iris felt the gem on her necklace. She had a feeling it would become important soon.
Meanwhile back on the roof of the prison Rebecca, the pirate queen of Yuio, looked around the area. " My my, what an interesting chain of events," she said. " Wouldn't you agree, Metal Riley?" Beside her a pool of liquid metal took the shape of Riley. Takes to the new dna Rebecca used, Metal Riley was now an exact copy of Riley. He no longer looked like a robot. He looked as lifelike as any organic being. The only give way would be his eyes turning glowing red, which only happened when he scanned things, as he was with the area around them. " Indeed, master." He said. " It seems a big battle took place here, and all the prisoners seemed to have left during it or shortly after. All that remains is this gem." He pointed to the glowing purple Crystal the leader of the organization used to transform. Rebecca picked it up and examined it. " Ah, just what I was looking for. Now I can move on to the next part of my plan."
" You mean I finally get to test out this new body?"
" Maybe, depends if you run into trouble or not. I need you to enter the Valance Kingdom, and find Iris Valance O'Malley. If the data I got is correct, she should have a certain gem in her possession. I need you to go and confirm this. Met me back in the empire when you're done."
With that they both disappeared, with Metal Riley appearing in the middle of the market place. He made sure to change his eyes back to Riley's original blue before appearing. He looked straight towards the castle. " So this Iris might have the first void gem, interesting." He then looked around the place. " No sign of any royalty yet..." Rebecca told him to just see if the data was true, but he didn't get to test out his new body yet. " Can't blow my cover just yet... pity. I could easily take the gem now." He then started to walk around the place, with everyone else just thinking he was the real Riley who came to see Iris. How long that was going to last was anyone's guess.

Saleth looked around the place they had come out to. There was a busy marketplace all around them. People moved here and there, headed in their own personal destinations. As they stepped out, only then did Saleth realize how bright it was out here. It didn't sting her eyes but she could clearly see those around her in better detail. Nearby, she couldn't help but focus her gaze on Drake. The light made his hair stand out more. As the hair had directed her attention toward him, only then could she see the scars he had mentioned. On his head there seemed to be markings but she couldn't see them well. His hair mostly hid them and whenever he moved, it was difficult to tell what they were. Saleth furrowed a brow at this but decided against asking him about them.
Drake sounded excited to be in the outside world. Saleth smiled a little despite disliking being in the midst of a lot of beings at once. It made her feel uneasy to be in the midst of a crowd. Seeing Drake happy though had lifted her spirits and made her forget about the crowd somewhat. Lana was in the dark elf form again.
As Lana spoke, Saleth listened to her as she stated this was where Derio had given Iris and Alistair land. How he managed it, Lana didn't know. Still, it had been nice of Derio to give the two that land. Lana gestured for them to follow her and they began to walk through the crowd.
At the same time, so had Alistair. He was out to get away from the castle but not to run away. Hopefully, no one would come to get him for some time. Alistair really needed to get away. He was sick of seeing Riley or hearing about Riley from his sister. If Riley wasn't the way he was, Alistair could have liked him better. He passed Saleth, Drake and Lana looking very much like a normal civilian.

Insoy looked through the market place, not able to find Alistair. She was having a hard time lookig through the coward for him. She did however notice Lana. " Master Zeuimye!" She exclaimed as she went up to the three. She bowed to Lana. In a low voice she spoke to her. " Grandmother, it's been so long since I've seen you!" Lana looked down at her and smiled. " Insoy, long time no see." She then took a quick glance around, not seeing Iris anywhere. " I take it you're going after Alistair again?" Insoy sighed. " I'm afraid so. He's run off again."
Lana shook her head. " I'm sure you'll find him. If not then Iris always has been oretty good at finding him. What's her record, five minutes?" She laughed. " I almoat forgot, these are my new friends. This is Saleth and this is Drake. We've come to see if Iris can help find these two a place to live. Where is she?" Insoy got up and smiled. " She's in the garden, picking fruit to prepare for her picnic with Riley. Nice to meet you Saleth, Drake. I'm Inoy, daughter of Riley and Quizen. I'm Iris royal guardian. I'm sure she'll be more than happy to help. As you can see this place is still fairly young, maybe you can find a place here?"
Metal Riley walked right passed everyone as they were talking. If they saw him, they would just think Riley got away from Shade sooner than expected. He passed Alistair without a second glace or thought. He had a look of determination on his face, the complete opposite of the real Riley. One of his flaws. He made his way to the castle gates, where he spoke to some knights outside. " Good day. I'm afraid I have pressing matters to attend to, so I can't stay for long. Although I would like to see you again later tonight, my dear." He took one of the knight's hand and kissed it, making her blush. On the inside Metal Riley was disgusted. To go down to Riley's level of hitting on everything in sight turned his stomach, that is it would if he had one. " Where is Iris? I must speak to her at once."
" In the royal garden, She's been waiting for you." One of them said. " You know for someone as fast as you you sure are late a lot." Metal Riley shruged. " What can I say, there was traffic on the way here. I muat be off, but I'll see you later tonight, my dear." With that Metal Riley was on his way towards Iris.
He met her in the garden, just where Insoy said she was. She was still picking fruit. She turned around and smiled. " Riley, you made it!" She said as she hugged him. " Of course I did, I would never let you down my love." He smiled at her. He then noticed the gem on her necklace. ' Ah, so this Iris does possess the void gem,' he said to himself. ' I could simply tell master the data is true, but why would I do that? She'll just send me back here to get it.' He did not want to flirt again. He then looked at Iris. " Alas my dear Iris, there is something I must ask of you."
Iris let go of him and looked at him. " What is it?" Metal Riley sighed. " You see, that gem on your necklance is no ordinary gem. It happens to be something very important. You see I was sent here to take it. It's powers are far to great to be left with you." Iris looked at Metal Riley. She felt somehting odd about him. She didn't know what, but there was something off about him. That look he had on his face, the way he spoke. Riley never had that look on his face. He never spoke like that, not unless he was up to something. " Whatever do you mean? I've had this for so long, surely I can keepit safe. I can stop wearing it openly kf that's what you're worried about. Come now, help me pick some fruit. There's still a lot left to be done before we can go on our picnic. I was thinking of going to our special place, and maybe later up to my room?" She winked at him.
That was where Metal Riley drew the line. " Picnic? Your room? Have you lost your mind? I do not havetime for these organic pratices of consuming and pleasure. I am above these things! Give me the void gem at once!" Irirs looked at Metal Riley. Riley never raised his voice at her, or any of his wives for that matter. He also never passed up a chance to go you her room. Her eyes narrowed. " You're not Riley." Metal Riley smiled at her. He put his hand right in front of her. An orb of blue energy started forming in it. " You are absolutely right," he said. " I am superior to him. I'll be taking that gem, but I'll be , leaving you."
Outside the castle all seemed like a normal day. That was until an explosion happened. It came from the castle garden. Smoke came uo from it, and the explosion could be heard throughout the entire kingdom, even some way outside it. At that moment everyone stopped what they were doing, and looked towards the castle. Insoy and Lana took one look at it. " It came from the garden!" Lana said. " Iris!" Insoy wasted no time running towards the castle, trying to go find out what happened. Lana looked at Saleth and Drake. She was afraid this would happen. But so soon? " Come with me. I have a feeling someone just got a new body." With that she ran after Insoy, with Drake trying to go in the other direction. He remember what Saleth did last time he tried that, and ran towards th3 castle instead. At a distance, of course.

Alistair met up with one of his friends he had made outside of the kingdom. The two had been good friends since Alistair had learned to escape the prison and the two often operated on the streets. After making sure his sister or someone wasn't looking for him, Alistair spoke with the guy for a while. He would not have noticed Lana and the others or even have noticed Riley. That is, until he saw purple pass by him.
'Grrrr...!' Alistair thought as he looked to where he saw Riley walking. It looked like Riley but something was off about him. Riley was usually the happy sort. The kind of happy that Alistair sometimes wanted to destroy. Of course, he never tried. He wouldn't actually harm Riley even if given the chance because of Iris. Alistair hated Riley but Alistair's love as a brother for his sister made him refrain from doing any sort of harm to someone that held her affections. Still, he hated him. There wasn't any changing that.
"Hm, what is he up to?" Alistair had thought it strange that Riley had that look on his face so he went and followed him. He kept a distance to keep an eye on him.
Saleth took pause when someone had greeted Lana. She watched as someone bowed, a girl by the look of things. She seemed to be a knight or something. She knew Lana by the look of things and they conversed. The woman was searching for Alistair. Apparently, he ran away a lot or something. She knew Iris apparently and Riley being one of Riley's children. Wait...how old was Riley? He was probably physically young but probably lived a while like his mother.
Then, an explosion took place. Saleth hadn't really paid much attention to what was going on but had smiled and nodded at Insoy. Everyone was rushing toward or away from the palace. That was the gardens where Iris had to have been. Saleth made sure Drake was following before taking off with everyone.

When Insoy and the others got to the castle there was a gaint hole in the wall. The hole led into the garden, where the smoke started to clear. Some of the plants were on fire. There was a small crater where Iris was laying in almost unconscious. Metal Riley was laughing as he took the necklace off her. Insoy couldn't believe her eyes. " Father what are you-" she stated to head towards him before Lana put her arm in front of her. " That's not your father." She said looking at Metal. " Am I right, Metal Riley?"
Metal Riley laughed as he turned around to face everyone. Since his facade was over, he had no need to copy Riley's curse form eyes. His eyes changed back to the completely glowing red they used to be. " Ah Master Zeuimye, how nice to see you again. I see you've made a few new friends since we last met. According to my data you're supposed to be dead. Looks like I'll have to update once again. Starting with you're new friends."
" You come anywhere near them and I will kill you!"
" Oh don't worry, I won't have to. Not with my new upgrades." His eyes started glowing brighter. His body changed to a liquid metal. Soon it changed again. He now took the appearance of Saleth. He was a perfect copy. Drake hid behind Saleth. " H-How are there two of you?!"
" Metal Riley has the ability to copy others abilities and appearance. He was created to be better than our Riley in every way. After that failed Rebecca made his new body with the ability to copy more and more things. Eventually he became her ultimate robot. We've destroyed his older bodies in the past, but he keeps coming back."
" I could say the same about most of you. I do have to thank you though. Thanks to our last encounter my master has made me better than ever. Perfect for phase two of her new plan."
" Just what is she up to this time?!"
" Oh I think you've already figured it out. You remember this don't you?" He held out The gem on Iris' necklace.
" No.. she can't be... how does she know?!"
" I'm sure you'll learn in due time. You O'Malley's have a bad habit of getting in the way. But soon that won't matter because when she-"
There was a bright flash of blue light. Suddenly Metal Riley was screaming in pain. He got something off his back and threw it off. It was Elizabeth, who landed beside Lana. She had a piece of metal in her mouth. The real Riley then appeared next to everyone, with Iris in his arms. He looked back at everyone, then back down at Iris. She looked up at Riley. " Riley...I..." Iris passed out. Riley gave her to Insoy. He looked back at Metal Riley, who changed back to looking like Riley. His eyes changed to show the mark of the O'Malley's. " I'm going to kill you." Metal Riley laughed. " Come now Riley, we both know how it's going to end. We all know what I can do." His hands started glowing as two orbs of energy appeared. He pointed them towards the ground." I could destroy this world if I wanted to." The orbs disappeared." But my master wants to take over this place, so I won't. I will end you, But I won't fight you here. Meet me in Rebecca's new empire. That will be a fitting place for your death."
Metal Riley disappeared. Riley's eyes turned back to normal as he faced everyone. Elizabeth climbed up onto his head. " Make sure Iris recovers. I'm going after him." He started to walk off before Lana stopped him. " Riley wait! We need to get that gem back! You don't understand what will happen if Rebecca knows what it really is." Riley turned to face her and smiled. He tossed her Iris' necklace. Lana looked down at it in her hand. " Wait when did you-" She looked up to see Riley gone, nowhere in sight.

When the group reached where the eruption had taken place, they found Iris in the center of what looked to be a crater. She wasn't dead from the look of things. Also, there was Riley, standing over her. Saleth furrowed her brows. Surely, that couldn't be Lana's Riley? Ren was the evil one, not Riley. At least, from what she knew of. Insoy reacted and Lana held out her hand to stop her saying that this wasn't Riley.
As Lana had said that, the Riley turned to them and laughed, eyes turning red. Well, that revealed something. It was, according to Lana, a metallic version of him...a robot. Apparently, the creature was made by someone named Rebecca. It was stealing Iris's necklace.
Then, the thing changed form. It took on Saleth's appearance! Saleth blinked at it confusedly as Drake hid behind her, asking her why there were two of her. "Hmph, pathetic that you have to actually copy someone rather than obtaining abilities on your own. Perfect? You just a mimicry of what's already been done before!"
Before things could get worse, the real Riley appeared. It was just a blur pretty much but Lana mentioned something about Iris's necklace being important. Saleth thought the fake Riley had it but he didn't. Somehow, Elizabeth and Riley had gotten the necklace back. With that, Riley was gone.
"Hm."
"Great, there goes the neighborhood." Alistair had arrived on the scene and he didn't look too happy. Alistair walked over to where his sister was. Iris wasn't dead, which was a relief. "What the hell is going on here and what's with the necklace?" Alistair said, looking right toward Lana.

Lana looked down at the gem in her hand. Would it be safe to reveal what it really was so soon? If Rebecca sent Metal Riley to get it, she must know something about it. Metal seemed to know Lana knew what it really was. If she does know the secret, then she would have to make sure the gem didn't fall into her hands, or any of the others. " Something that is beyond me..." Lana said looking at Alistair. She then looked at Insoy. " Take Iris to her room, and make sure she recovers. When she wakes up tell her I have the necklace." Insoy nodded to her and carried Iris into the castle.
Lana then looked at the others. " Listen... there are things that survived the fall of the original Yuio, things that are older and more powerful than me." She said. " If Rebecca knows what this gem really is, then it could be the end of this universe... that's all I can tell you without getting permission from Pandora and Madison."
She then looked around, making sure no one else was around. " I could take you two them... by the time we get back Iris should be healed. Pandora would want to talk to her about the necklace. I must warn you, Pandora will not be happy about this. And if Madison is in one of her moods.... I'll have to get you out of there."
