Amaya watched as Arin gave a nod at what she had said and then speak. He wasn't going to let her do it alone and that he would carry the burden as much as she would. Amaya wasn't sure if she wanted him to get involved. What harm could be done to him? Asami was, after all, the strongest. Her abilities weren't easy to contend with. Even Amaya had difficulty with her sister before all of this happened. How much stronger was she now thanks to the darkness that took over her? Amaya wasn't sure but she knew they were in for a tough one. This might even be their final moments before the battle. Who was to say they'd not end up dead?
There was something that pulled Amaya's attention away from Arin. It was the sudden disappearing of Reiko's body. No doubt, the Sorcerer had helped them this time. He likely thought it best to keep the decapitated body hidden from the eyes of the children. Arin had mentioned it and Amaya gave a slow nod.
"Yeah...you're right..." Amaya trailed off.
"I guess it's time to leave...this won't be an easy fight. Asami was powerful before all of this. There's even a chance one or two of us may not see the light of another day."

Amaya was right, it was time to leave. As much as he wanted to say good bye to Peter and his lost boys, they needed to finish this mission that they set out to finish. Amaya then warned him of how much stronger Asami must be much stronger since whatever took over her body seemingly increases the strength of the host.
When Amaya hinted there might not be a chance both of them would survive this next battle, he wrapped his arms around her tightly, holding her close "...I won't let it come to that...We started this together, we end it together, you got that?"

Amaya was a little afraid of what they would be faced with. Asami had been the strongest of the warriors. No doubt, fighting her would be no easy task. There was also the chance that they would die. Amaya didn't want to die. She also didn't want for Arin to be put at risk. She made it clear to him, hinting that fact, that they might die. In response, Arin had held her closely and spoke to her.
Arin wouldn't let that happen. As far as he was concerned, they had started this mess together and they would end it together. Even though his words couldn't be considered a guarantee, it did help lift Amaya's spirits somewhat. She returned the embrace and nodded.
"...I got it." After a moment, she had released him from the embrace and then looked up at him. "I can feel her presence...she's...in The Land of Dragons..." Amaya had told him. How ironic given the fact that their armors were made from the essence of a dragon. Hanging onto Arin, Amaya opened the way for them and they would find themselves transported to the Land of Dragons.
