A white and red portal opened up as the three goddesses in training stepped out. They looked up at the odd castle. It was just like how it looked when Nazo pulled it up on her bracelet. Nazo took one more look at it before looking at Riley. With their hearts being shared now, she could tell he was still badly beaten from the blow he received from the rock titan. " Are you sure you want to go through with this?" She asked him. " It could very well be a trap, or you may not want to relive what you don't remember."
Riley kept staring at the castle. So this was it, the place that changed to match memories. There were a lot of adventures he would love to relive, but countless more he didn't. He placed a hand on his heart and took a deep breath. " Ya..I'm sure." He told Nazo. " When has it being a trap ever stopped me? Besides.... I need to make it to her. There is something I have to find out, and this is the only way I will. So let's get moving! They say time flies right? Then let's fly right through these memories like there's no tomorrow....or past..whatever."
Shade laughed a dark laugh. " I'm glad you're excited for this Riley," She said. " You'll need it for when we get to my memories. It's time for them to repay for what they did to me!" She then looked around, waiting for the other two to show up.

A few minutes later Jason and Jennifer emerged from a Corridor of Darkness a few feet away, right in the middle of Jason's sentence. "-want to talk about it right now." Jennifer shook her head stubbornly, then glanced around as she noticed the foreboding castle. "Never mind right now. We're here."
Jason blinked and looked around himself, then started muttering as he dug around in a pocket. Finally, he pulled out what he sought, a golden, intricate bottle with a darker gold star on the front and a crown as the stopper. Grinning, he tossed the Megalixer into the air above the group of five, where it shattered and filled the area with a fine golden mist. Jennifer and Jason both felt invigorated as they were fully revitalized and their Elements were restored to full power, and Jason bowed cheekily toward the other four. "Shall we?"

As the megalixer recharged them all, all the damage the took from the titan fight were healed. As Riley felt his powers come back to him, he smiled. " Tell me you brought more of those, because if so nothing will stand in our way! Bring it on!" He was back to his hyper, willing to do almost anything self. He ran off to the door, but was stopped as he tried to pull the doors open.
As Nazo and Shade came up to the doors Riley now had both feet on the doors and was trying to pull them open with all his might. " Stupid doors!" He wined. He then dropped down to the ground. " There's no keyhole...." He started to back up, like he was going to ram into it. Before he could though Nazo picked him up and set him to the side. She then gently pushed the door open and gave Riley a look. ".... I knew that!" He than ran inside. Nazo sighed and went after him, making sure he didn't run upstairs without them. Shade giggled and followed them.
They were in a all white room, with pillars in two rows. The ceiling was high up and up ahead were white doors. " From the information I got... the memories start through those doors..." Nazo said, looking back at eveyone. " Each door will lead to the next memory, until we reach the last one. I'm not sure if we can turn back after we go into the first memory. So.. who's memory do we go to first?"

Jennifer nearly doubled over laughing at Riley's antics before following him inside. The first impression she got was of size, then of color. Well, lack of color anyhow. Jason closed the doors behind him as he joined the others, squinting in the bright room. "I really hope that the rest of this place isn't as bright. There's almost no darkness for me to use." He glanced over at Riley and continued. "Oh and that was the only Megalixer I had. I've got two Ethers and two High-Potions though."
Jennifer looked Jason over in his nearly skin tight leather armor. "How does any of that fit in that outfit?" Jason just grinned and pulled a backpack out of his pocket. "I keep them in here. As for how it fits in my pocket," he stuffed the bag back, "everything is a bag of holding." Jennifer giggled slightly as she nodded, then the two turned back to Riley's group. "Our strongest memories will most likely lead to the destruction of our home world. If I recall what David told me correctly, that involves a few hundred Darkside-variants attacking Central, the city where the keyhole was, so we may want to save that for last."

" Don't worry, there'll be plenty of darkness in my memories." Shade said with a Dark laugh. " I was an incubus before my curse after all. But I doubt you want me to go first, unless you want to go back to school." As much as she wanted to get to killing her past, she didn't want to go first. She wanted to experience the others past before she relived hers.
Nazo sighed. " My very first memory involves the gods that created me." She said. " Seeing how we just got back from the titans, I'm sure you all don't want to face that many gods and countless heartless so soon." She left out the part about her dying to her main creator. It wss something she would take care of when they crossed that bridge.
Riley sighed. " Then we should have saved it," he wined. He was about to tell him why, be he wanted it to be a surprise. " Fine, I'll go first. So much for best for last." He then remembered he didn't really have a single strongest memory. There were a lot he enjoyed, and many more he didn't. " Let's see what's behind door number one!" He went up to the doors and pushed them open.
They led to a very dark place. It was very rocky, with brimstone and fire everywhere. Far off in the distance there were many different demonic creatures. Pools of lava were scattered across the land. The sky was red and there seemed to be no sun. Riley turned to everyone. " Did I forget to tell you.... my family has a very dark past, we have many ties in the underworld and hell." He then looked around. " Now if I remember correctly.... we want to go there!" He pointed to the top of a cliff. At the very top was an arena. " I remember fightning in there when I was young."

Jason looked from face to face as each spoke, then sighed in relief as the group entered the first door. His strongest memories may not have anything on theirs event-wise, but he was terrified of what they would think of his once they knew. He quickly hid his relief behind his usual mask of cockiness as he slid in after them, hoping no one noticed. "Looks like I'll fit right in then."
Jennifer was just behind Riley as he opened the door, and she could already tell she didn't like this place much. Instinctively she suppressed her Light as far as she could to keep the demons from noticing her. "I hope we don't run into too much trouble here. I seriously doubt any of those guys would be happy if I used my Aspect here." As Riley pointed to the arena far above them she nodded. "Let's get there then."

" Now this is my kind of place!" Shade said. Of course she was feeling right at home here. " I can get used to memories like this!" She licked her lip ring. The things she would do if this wasn't a memory. " I hope more of your memories are like this! Can't we make a quick stop first? I want to make a newcomer here to find out what's in store for him still the end of time!"
" No we can not!" Nazo said. " We are getting out of here!" Just like Jennifer, Nazo didn't like this place. Shade could love this place as it wanted to, she was not staying here any longer than they had to. Why Riley was liking this was beyond her. Didn't he usually stay away from things like this? Ever since he got his family mark he has been acting a lot darker. Maybe he just needed to get older before he started liking these things.
" Don't worry," Riley told Jennifer. " we should be fine as long as I'm here." He looked at her before blinking. His eyes changed to show the mark of the O'Malley clan. " There are very few demons who would dare to look in the direction of someone who has the mark of my clan. And if this doesn't convince them..." his hand sparked with demonic energy as his scythe of death appeared. " This will. My tenth wife, the goddess of death, gave this to me. " He blinked again as his eyes turned blue again. " Let's get moving."
He went up the cliff towards the arena, with Shade and Nazo following. He used his clan mark to scare away the demons that either looked their way or started to approach them. The arena itself was completely red, was seemed bigger on the inside than the outside. The inside was similar to a coliseum, only it was covered in blood and parts of bodies. High above was a throne, where a demon sat. He had red scales for skin and black eyes. His hair was black and barely touched his shoulders. He had wings and two curved horns coming out of his head. Along his body were similar horns, but they were much smaller. He had a chain that was tied to a young woman. She had green eyes and bright pink hair. She was wearing an all white dress. Clearly she didn't belong in this place.
Upon seeing the five arrive, the demon growled. " Who dares disturb me!?" Riley laughed. " I dare! Either set free the woman you stole, or I will kill you where you sit!" The demon laughed. " Stole? I didn't steal anything." His has sparked with fire as a contract appeared in his hand. " This woman gave me her soul to set her father free. However I am willing to negotiate and trade for something of equal value, little girl."
" When this place freezes over!" Riley growled. The demon glared at him. " I tried to do things the fair way, now we do it my way.." He snapped his fingers as a red portal opened up out of the ground. Out of it appeared a young man dressed in silver armor. He had dark red eyes and matching hair. The man was in chains. He looked up at the demon. " You wanted a second chance, well here it is. Kill these five trespassers and you shall have your soul back!" The chains on the man disappeared. Then a silver longsword appeared in his hand, along with a round shield. He at once got to his feet and faced the five. His eyes were cold, and emotionless. " Here is where your lives end, and where mine gets to live on!"

Jennifer hesitated in drawing the Wings of Light, obviously reluctant to fight someone without a choice, but Jason stepped up and snapped his Nightblades out easily, speaking softly to his ally. "Remember where we actually are Jennifer. Nothing we do here can change what already happened." He raised his voice to cover the arena as he slipped into a stance he hadn't used in a year, very similar to a martial arts stance. "Well then, let's see what you're worth, fire head."
Jennifer's doubts were eased by Jason's words, but his stance brought more to the surface. He had two stances that he used, one for normal fighting and this one. Unlike his usual stance, this one was only used for killing the enemy as quickly as possible. Combined with his behavior before, Jennifer was now certain that he was slowly reverting to his old personality, something that terrified her. She smoothly drew her bow and created an arrow, staying close to the back of the group as she did.
She just prayed that she'd only have to fight enemies here.

With a flick of his wrists Riley's new twin blades appeared in his hands. " Don't worry, this guy is a push over, it's that demon up there we'll have to worry about." He told everyone. He then ran pasted the man, sliding when he slashed at him. He rolled back into a run and ran up the wall. He jumped up and landed some way in front of the demon. " You know you should really let her go, I don't think you're her type," he said. "Don't worry I'll just take her off your hands and be on my way." The demon growled at Riley. " This woman belongs to me now! She will never see the light of day again! Something you two are about to have in common." He snapped his fingers again as three small dragon like demons appeared in front of Riley. Riley shook his head. " Still too lazy to do your down dirty work I see. Hopefully this won't DRAG-ON like it did last time." He started running around the upper outer circle of the arena, with the dragons close behind him.
Shade flew up in the air when the dragons appeared. As she was in the air she noticed the white doors behind the throne. " That must be the way to the next memory," She said to herself. Her whipsword appeared as she flew after the dragons. She used it to impale one kf the dragons legs, forcing it to fly. It turned to Shade, shooting fire balls at her.
Nazo looked at the man. " That's where you're wrong. It's your life that ends here, and ours that move on." She shot a sonic orb at the man, who raised his shield up to protect himself. The lowered it, looking at the three. " I will get my life back, even if that means I have to kill you all!" He rushed at them. He had his shield upmin front and his sword to the back. When he got close to Jason he slashed downwards.

Jason's expression changed as the man charged, becoming empty and cold. Any other time he would have jumped back and taunted again, but with this shift he patiently waited for the man's blade to swing before moving. A simple sidestep allowed the blade to pass to Jason's right, between him and the shield, and his blades flashed out twice, targeting the man's wrist to dislodge the sword and the back of his knee to seal his movement. Not once did his face show even a hint of emotion.
Jennifer glanced at Jason one last time before turning to aim at the dragon closest to Riley. As much as she feared what he was returning to, she knew he couldn't lose like that. As Shade easily hurt one of the flying demons Jennifer got an interesting idea, one that could end this early if done right. She continued tracking Riley's pursuers until they passed behind the larger demon that commanded them, then rapidly fired three arrows, two dead on with the third purposefully off to the left to hit her original target. It would appear that she was trying to kill the dragons and accidentally shot the boss.

Jason's blades caused the man to lose both his sword and his balance. While he fell flat on his face, his sword slid across the ground. Nazo placedhe foot on the man's back and raised her axe up. She slammed it down, cutting the man's head off. She then batted it away like a golf ball.
As Riley passed by the demon king he looked back at the dragons, who were still chasing him. " Don't you guys know when you're not wanted?!" He then slid to a stop when the arrows impaled them, destroying them. The third arrow landed in the demon's shoulder, making a hole there. Darkness rose out of the wound. The demon roared. " If you want something done right..." He rose from his throne as two dual swords appeared in his hands. They sparked with fire. " I thought it was time we heated things up." Riley said.
The demon king took to the sky and started chasing Riley, who ran off around the outer circle again. As he was chasing Riley the demon swung his swords, throwing fire energy slashes at him. Riley slid and jumped back down to the ground part of the arena, leading the demon to the others. " Stop running away and fight me like a man!" The demon roared as he chased after Riley. Riley looked back at him as he kept running away. " Do you see a man?!"

Jennifer winced slightly at the sudden roar, then quickly drew another arrow as the demon flew after Riley. She smirked at Riley's comment as he lured the demon closer to the group, then jumped into the air and fired at the demon's uninjured shoulder. On the way down she fired yet another arrow at the demon's chest.
Jason simply watched as the demon grew closer, completely unconcerned with anyone else's danger. He was waiting for an opening to end the fight, and didn't really care how he got it. Somewhere in the back of his mind he recognized that he should be worried, but as long as the fight continued he ignored that small voice.

The two arrows made two more holes in the demon, releasing even more darkness out of his body. He fell to the ground as Riley slid to a stop. " You know I remember you being a lot more difficult," he said. " Then again you were still a push over. You guys finish him off, I have something to take care of." He then ran back to where the woman was. He cut her free from he chains.
Shade flew back down to the ground where the others were. She impaled the demon's legs with her whip sword, keeping him in place. Nazo cut off one of the demon s arms with her axe. More darkness sank out from the demon s wounds.

Jason waited until Shade and Nazo were finished, then quietly walked over to the injured demon. Even then his face was blank, completely opposite of when he had fought with Shade. He gazed down at the demon with eyes like crimson ice, the started to bring his right blade down on the creature's neck.
A flash of white was all the warning he had as he instinctively shifted backwards to dodge Jennifer's last arrow, leaving a smoking hole in the demon's head. Her hands shook as she lowered the bow, terrified at what could have happened if she hadn't stopped him. "This isn't you anymore, Jason. Please don't go back down that path."
Jason's eyes widened as he realized what she meant, but he still seemed detached somehow, as if he were forcing himself to feel anything. "This place brings back bad memories, Jennifer. You may see worse before we're finished."

As the demon faded out of existence, Shade started to sense the change in Jason, as well as the concern in Nazo. " I can guarantee we will go through worst," Shade said. " Especially when we get more into Riley's demon side of the family, not to mention where I came from."
" Don't remind me," Nazo said. Nazo really, really hated places like these. " Let's just get this place over with. The sooner we get out of here the better." Shade sighed. " There's no fun in just rushing through everything. But you you insist, the door to the next memory is behind the throne up there."
When Nazo and Shade got up there, Riley was busy flirting with the woman. Nazo grabbed him by his ear and pulled him away. " I'll call you!" He said to her. The door was just like the one they used to get in here. When Riley opened them the led uo to a small set of stairs, which led to another similar door. However there was a tall dark elf standing in the middle of the staircase.
Riley immediately looked up to her. He knew exactly who it was. " Moth-" he started to say, but then he remembered what she told him. " Master... what are you doing here?" The Dark elf looked down at everyone before smiling. " Making sure you get through this." There was a bright flash of light. When it settled the dark elf had changed. She was no completely different. She was now a blue haired goddess that was as tall as Riley. Her aura matched his almost exactly. She looked at Jason and Jennifer. " You two must be Jennifer and Jason. My son here as told me so much about you. I, well we just wanted to thank you for protecting our son. Right Derio?"
A teenage girl walked from behind Lana. She had long red hair and was wearing a blue tank too with pink shorts that were up a bit too high. " Not like he needed it," she said. " He is our son." Lana shook her head. " Him being your son is the very reason why he needs protecting."
Derio rolled his eyes. " Whatever you say. I'm Derio and this is my wife, Lana. To tell you the truth I only came here because I thought a place named " castle" oblivion would have some type of treasure. But I guess making sure you all make it up safely is reason enough... for people who like helping others."
Lana hit Derio over the head with the flat of one of her keyblades. Dismissing it, she looked back at the others. " I'm here to warn you, the trails you will face in this castle will be challenging. After each set of memories you'll find an all white room like when you came to the first floor. That means you just made it to the next floor. These memories go in order, taking one memory from each person for one set. There are others in here besides us, besides the keyblader.... Ren is also here. The real Ren. He's still under her control. If you all want to make it out of here alive you're going to have to let go of the past. You must be able to face those close to you, face things you don't want anyone else to know..."

Jennifer tried her best to smile at Lana's thanks, but Jason simply nodded and continued through the door. He knew he should be worried about what was to come, but as his old memories returned he found it harder and harder to care about anything. He was fairly certain that he would soon revert completely, a thought that would terrify him if he was his normal self.
Jennifer's halfhearted smile slipped as she watched Jason step through into the next room, then turned back to the others. "I need you to do something for me. Don't let Jason kill anybody here, at least until we get to his memories. He used to be an assassin on our world, and was cruel and sadistic whenever he fought. If he kills someone..." Her voice trembled as she finished, "he may not be able to come back again."

Riley watched as Jason went through the door. " Hey wait for me!" He started to run after him but stopped when Jennifer asked to not let him kill anyone. From the sound of it, it seemed the same thing would haopen to Jason that hapoened to Ren and Lisa. Riley looked at Jennifer and gave her a reassuring smile. " Dont, worry I won't. I won't let Jason turn into what Lisa and Ren have become. If it comes to killing someone before he can..." he placed a hand on the mark of his curse. " I... know someone who can help."
Before he went through the other door his mother stopped him. " Wait, one more thing." Lana said. " In case anything happens before you reach the top.. I'll give you one miracle." She placed a hand on Riley's head. His body started to get a blue aura around it. Soon the aura went inside his body. Riley looked at his hands, trying to see if it did anything. He didn't feel any different, but he knew his mother. This was gonna help them one way or another. " Thanks mom." With that Lana and Derio disappeared.
Riley went through the door first, with Nazo and Shade following behind him. They werr in a completely different place. They were up in what seemed to be the sky, but there was something odd about this place. On the clouds were great buildings and palaces. The coulds were connected by shinning pearl colored walkways. The whole place seemed like a utopia in the sky. It was very similar to the city in the sky from the world Riley met David in, only there was no legendary sword sealed away here. " Were are we?" Riley asked looking at the others. This wasn't his memory, so it had to be one of theirs.
Nazo looked around the place. She then looked at everyone. " This is the utopia of the gods," she said. " This is where the gods of my home world lived, where they created me...." She then sighed. " We have to get out of here as fast as possible. This is when I rebeled and killed them and half the population of this world before leaving."

Jason looked around the floating city, quickly noting paths and areas to hide in, but turned back to Nazo once she finished explaining. Some of his personality had come back by now, at least enough to be a little sarcastic. "Sounds interesting, but I think I'll pass on the whole 'homicidal maniac' thing." A slight grin appeared as life returned to his eyes again. "I had enough of that before I left home."
Jennifer shut the door behind her just as Nazo started talking, and immediately glanced around warily. She giggled softly, most from relief, when she heard Jason's comments, but her worries weren't completely gone. She pushed her sense of Light to the limit, but without knowing the nature of these gods she had no idea how effective it would be. "Do you know where we need to go to move on? I'd rather not have to fight gods, especially without David."

Nazo looked around tbe place, trying to figure out where the door to the next memory would be. " The last door was behind the throne, so this one would be.." She pointed to the palace that stood on the center cloud. " It would most likely be in there, given where the first door was. We could sneak in, the gods here can't read auras. And if we run into any of them leave them to me, I will gladly kill them all again."
Riley looked towards the palace. " Say.. if the gods live here, do you think you could introduce me to the goddesses?" Nazo glared at him before taking the path towards the palace. " Is that a yes?" He called after her before following with Shade. Nazo opened the gaint doors and went in. Pillars lined the place. There were many banners hanging from the ceiling, each one had a different god or goddess on it. Nazo led them through a library. There was a desk that had a small picture of Nazo on it. Well it was Nazo as a boy.
Riley picked up the picture and looked at it. " So this is what you looked like before you got your curse?"
" Yes it is." Nazo took the picture and ripped it. " Now let's keep moving. The last thing I need is a reminder of my old life." She looked on ahead, remembering what was ahead of them. She hesitated at first, but then shook her head. She went on. They went through a hall of glass capsules. Most of them were empty, but it was clear they were used to keep people in. There was one that stood out from the rest. It was much larger than the rest, and it had a bunch of cables and wires connected to it. On the front of it there was a label that read " project Nazo"
Suddenly there was an explosion somewhere else in the castle. Kt was nowhere near them. " Run." Nazo said. " The gods will be here any minute to awaken me. Go on without me. I'll catch up." A head of them was the door to the next memory.

Jason looked around in interest as the group made its way to the palace, having never bothered to look around the last time he was in a similar place. Despite Nazo's assurances that the gods couldn't sense them, he continued suppressing his presence as they moved. Once they reached the library he relaxed a little, but he'd be worried until they left this place behind. He did show interest when Nazo's old picture came up though.
Jennifer was quiet the entire way there, lost in her own thoughts about Jason and his changes. The explosion knocked her back into reality, and she simply nodded at Nazo, grabbed a protesting Jason's arm, and ran for the door. "I've fought Nazo before, Jason. She survived everything I threw at her, and now she's even stronger. I doubt we'll be much help, even if we stay."
