About the Character
Character Personality (Please give an in depth description of your character’s personality, must be at least 5 sentences):
Siris is a well-mannered, light-hearted teenager with an indomitable drive and determination. He will always find the bright side of a situation, and will usaully be the first to crack a joke and ease the tension in the air. However, he has a good sense a reality, and will not give in to people so easily. Trust must be earned, not handed out, and then given back with the end of sword. Despite being alone majority of his life, he has a strong sense of companionship, and will strive to keep those he trusts safe. His passion for justice in the world( and those beyond his own) keep him more aligned with the morally good, and will voice his opinion, or downright opposition, to that which he finds unjust. Be a decent person, even if you have a dark side, and Siris will count you among his friends.
Character Appearance (Please include such things as height, hair color, eye color, body type, clothing, weight, etc. You need to actually write a description. You may include a picture for reference. Must be at least 5 sentences):

Siris, with his battle armor and weapons.
Siris holds a fairly forgettable appearance. Brown spiked hair, moderate build, standing about 6 feet in height, nothing is very peculiar about him, until you look closer, and see that his eyes are red-irised. No demonic blood or magical interference, just a strange gene he carries. Around his neck, he holds a key, a childhood keepsake, and a reminder of what he strives for. He wears an additional strap across his chest to holster his pretty normal looking longsword and unadorned metal shield. His clothing are even more so forgettable, brown cloths knitted together, with a jacket covering it and black pants and boots. Siris has 'retrogressed' in terms of armor, tossing aside his clunky random pieces of plate for a few additional pieces of leather, a single mail and leather shoulderpad to protect his sword arm, and a full plate legging and boot set, allowing for better mobility, all which can still be magically summoned.
Battle Statistics
Character Position (Hero/Neutral/Villain): Hero
Character Abilities (Maximum of 15 abilities allowed - please write your abilities in list form, starting with name & then description):
(With his sword and shield being the iconic battle form, I've decided to forgo the whole stances idea.)
Siris has begun learning the ways of Light magic, though only knows minor spells and abilities.

Abilities
Battle Armor: Siris has a meager hold on magic, but has at least mastered getting the correct armor pieces on the correct parts of his body... sometimes. With his current level on magic skill, he can only summon minor armor pieces to his body, the leather and mail upper body pieces, as well as the plate leggings and boots.(As depicted above.)
Endurance(passive):What he lacks in magical capability, he makes up for in physical combat. He is especially durable, able to fight for long periods of time against numerous foes, as long as he hasn't received any major hits.
Strike Raid: A move that many warriors utilize is a throwing attack, where the weapon will return in a boomerang effect. Siris will chuck his longsword at the enemy, and the small enchantment upon it will send it back to his hand, with little exhaustion in the way of magic.
(2 post cooldown.)
Holy Bolt: Siris shoots out his shield palm, a bolt of light emitting from his hand, shooting out to strike his enemy with a sharp bolt of Light magic, equivalent to Fira in power. (3 post cooldown.)
Holy Bolt: Siris shoots out his shield palm, a bolt of light emitting from his hand, shooting out to strike his enemy with a sharp bolt of Light magic, equivalent to Fira in power. (3 post cooldown.)
Healing Light(Replacing Cure): Even will little knowledge of the arts of magic, even Siris knows the importance of having a heal when potions and elixirs are not around. This healing skill is of low to moderate caliber, allowing for the closing of average wounds and total healing of scratches and bruises.(4 post cooldown.)
Avenging Shield: Siris tosses his shield, emblazoned with Light, for his enemy. If he wills it to, it can ricochet off two additional enemies, hitting three total, before it flies back into his hand. (4 post cooldown.)
Arc Arcanum: Siris charges his blade with holy Light, before swinging it with blinding speeds, for 10 strikes on a target, before leaping for a striking blow that sends out shockwaves of Light. (5 post cooldown.)
Character Weapons (Maximum of 5 weapons allowed – members must have 100 posts before their characters may wield a keyblade):
(Weapons will change according to any found or acquired on journey.)
Longsword: The simplicity of this weapon belies it's strength. While not sporting any ridiculous edges or embellishments, the normality and familiarity with such a simple weapon has birthed a bond between Siris and his weapon, allowing for great use of it. Only two very weak enchantments align it's blade.
Magical Casing: With the blade lined with magic, any foe of any type can be damaged. (Example: Sora could not harm the Heartless on Destiny Island with his wooden sword. Thus, this comes to play.)
Recall: With his enchantment on his weapon, Siris can throw or release his grasp on his weapon, then bring it back to his hand, like a keyblade.
Shield: Nothing particularly exciting about his metal shield either. It's a sturdy medium kite shield with a few scratches in it, but while it looks like it would break under hard stress, another enchantment, this one of a stronger level, keeps the shield intact, and will protect Siris' body from many attacks with a shell-like magic emitting from the shield. However, the shell can only be erected so many times, before the enchantment burns out, and needs to be recharged.
Character Summons (Optional field – no canon summons allowed – maximum of 2 allowed and maximum of 2 abilities each allowed):
Siris does not have any summons, and is even unaware of what a summon is. He may learn the magic as he comes across it in the future.
Character Racial Ability (Optional - Your character may have ONE passive ability that seems to have an abnormal affect due to being a particular race. Merfolk can breathe underwater, Lava creatures are immune to fire, that sort of thing):
Being a human makes things boring. No racial abilities here.
Character Strengths (1 required):
His endurance, determination, and kindness.
Character Weaknesses (1 required):
His inexperience
Character History (Minimum of 10 sentences required.):
Siris was born and raised in Radiant Garden without any real parents. He had been left on the door steps of an orphanage, and had to grow up alone. His eyes alienated himself from others, as many believed him to be some sort of demon. Yet he grew up, and eventually looked past the snide whispers and taunts. He decided to become a joke, so that way people would see him as just another child, rather than a fiend. And so grew his attitude of cracking jokes. Though as his later years began rolling in, the orphanage could not bring him into a family. He grew up in a young man, attaining a job as the local goods shop's assistant. He even got the store owner to agree to let him live in the shop's unused attic, which became his first real home.
Yet darkness came to the land, and with it, the Unversed. He saw a few attempt to attack a small boy, but another boy came in, wielding a strange weapon. He never learned who the boy was or what it was he used to fight with, but he realized this town needed someone to help fight back the enemies. The castle guards would not go beyond their own gates, so no one stopped him as he grabbed a sword and shield, and began patrolling the streets. He had minimal training in self-defense, though it had usually been watching the castle guards practice their fighting before he had a real idea of how to fight. His childhood without true friends has bred a loner, but he is still someone with a heart willing to receive the friends he could make, yet he is certain, his destiny could not be fulfilled by patrolling streets everyday. Until then... He was little more than a vigilante and a shop assistant.
One day, he was patrolling and finally, a single Unversed appeared, a small blue Flood that was less than a weak footsoldier. However, as Siris tried to strike it, his blade went through the creature, and he realized he couldn't defend himself. As he attempted to run, the Flood burst into flame, and his sword and shield began glowing. Magic had been performed on both his weapons, and the creature, from someone other than himself. Another Flood appeared, and this time, Siris' blade struck. He could now attack the creatures, yet has not come to understand who or why his weapons were enchanted.
When the Unversed eventually disappeared, and it seemed peace would come at last, a darkness, worse than the previous one, had been launched against Radiant Garden, and dark creatures swarmed the world, tearing it apart. Siris had been there to attempt and fight them back, but when the last battle turn awry, and the world disappeared into darkness, he was thrusted into another world, landing into Traverse Town, where many others had landed as well.
Writing Portion
Sample Post (For first time character creators only. 10 sentences are required.):
Siris... was falling. It was dark all around him. He twisted his body, looking down to see a circular structure heading for him, or rather, he was heading towards. There was a mural, stained glass covering the surface. But it was blank, nothing but grey. He tried to shout as he plummeted towards the glass, but his voice did not come out. He covered his head with his arms, but he never hit the glass. He peered outside of his arms, and was slowing down. He twisted his body once more, feet downward and planted firmly on the glass, looking around. A beam of Light broke through the blackness around him, hitting a part of the glass. He moved closer to inspect.
"Your path is blank. A book, waiting to be written."
Siris turned about, trying to find the source of the voice, but it was all around, echoing into his mind. As he turned back tp the beam of light, he saw color begin to flood in. Reds, blues, greens, yellows, began stretching out beneath him. Much of the surface remained grey, but the colors formed a person, he body seeming to float in the glass, his head and upper body tilted downwards. As he got closer, he realized the picture was him. The colors spread out to create circles around the front of his body, but these were empty, devoid of color.
"You must find your way. Be the person you were destined to be..."
Siris shouted into the abyss, silently. As shown in his mural, he didn't know destiny, or what any of this was. The color began seeping away, flooding back into the light. The light gathered up the color, the circle it emitted getting smaller, until all that was left was a thin sliver of a beam... And in it's place, a dark creature began rising from the ground. A small, ant like creatures on it's two legs, antennae coming from their heads. The glowing orbs of it's eyes locked onto the young man. The beast leapt forward, it's hands forming into a wicked claw. As it came down to strike Siris, who raised his arms, his vision flood with light... And nothing.
He blinked away the light, and in his hands was a strange tool. It was shaped like a key, shooting out from a handle with a hand guard around it. It looked pretty basic, but Siris understood it's purpose when he looked at it. The creature rushed for him once more, but Siris batted it away, the thing erupting into a small cloud of darkness, which disappeared. More of them came from the ground, the first one to attack coming from behind. Siris spun on his heel, bringing the weapon above his head to crash down on the glass floor, which did not crack under the blow. The creature dispersed. Two ran at him from both sides. Siris rolled forward, turning as he rose to throw the weapon at the two of the enemies. The weapon boomeranged back into his hand, as he expected. Wait, how did he know it could do that? The weapon disappears in a small flash of lights. He let out a shout, about to dodge the next attack. Too late, more creatures rise from the ground, and leap on him.
They weighed more than they looked, as suddenly, Siris was becoming crushed by the darkness. He struggled, air escaping him and not returning. He heard glass cracking, more weight upon his back. The floor was going to break. If he didn't suffocate first. He tried to move his hand, but without a weapon, he became helpless. He held his breath, as the floor cracked more, spiderwebs approaching the center of the floor where he was. They webbed togethered, and with one heavy groan, everything fell inward. Siris let out another silent shout as he fell into true darkness...
Siris let out a gasp, rising up quickly in his cot. His shirtless body was covered in sweat, and he breathed heavily, the thoughts of suffocation making his chest hurt. He looked around, trying to remember where he was. He was in his room, a small attic in the local goods shop. Light shot out from the only window, a small circle about a foot and a half wide. He got up, his legs shaky, but moved quickly to the window. He pushed it open, cool air flowing into the room. He put his hands on his knees, collecting his thoughts.
"Just a bad dream, Siris, nothing more." He stood back up straight, looking out the window into the town of Radiant Garden.
He took a single breath, before going and putting on his shirt, and jacket. He picked up the necklace, a key swinging from the end of it. He stared at it for a second, placing two fingers on it's end, thinking back on his dream. "What... was that?" He placed it around his neck, and went to grab his sword and shield in the corner.
"Another day... Another patrol." He moved to the other corner of the room, where a trap door led down to the back of the goods store. He left out the back door, breathing in the misty morning air. He walked forward, following the route he did everyday, being on the lookout for trouble. It had been a while since the Unversed have last been seen, though today, he had an odd feeling that things would not be so... blank.
