The number of people around made Jordan stop and watch as small groups walked around and enjoyed their day. it may have been only about 10 or so people but he's never seen so many people in one place, or pretty much any more than 1 person, he almost forgot why he was even here. he looked back to make sure he hasn't lost them. once he made sure the target was still in sight he thought about how to proceed in this. "too many people around for open combat..." he decided he'd worry about that later, for now he'll just watch and wait to see what they're doing.

Luckily for the hunter, JeY was pretty easy to spot. His clothes weren't really eccentric enough unless you counted the cyan stripe on the side of his T-shirt, but the only person with a blindfold on and black hair with blue-colored spikes on the end stuck out like a sore thumb. He wasn't really trying to hide, but something definitely felt off. There was no way to tell someone was after him but he was uneasy and kept his guard up.
It was a lazy day which usually made it easier to relax too, which made it extra strange to feel tense for apparently no reason. There were no urgencies, he wasn't on an active adventure, and his counterpart had been awfully quiet despite knowing exactly why. This would be the occasion for the man to sit and meditate in his permanent room but fresh air was nice every now and again too. Plus, who knows what interesting individuals he could meet - as pretty much all of his adventures started here when someone who didn't expect to end up here would land.
No strangers this time, however. Not the rarest of phenomenon. You could say he was keeping an eye out for just anything to happen, patiently, though conventionally eyes would have to be unobstructed to do the job.

Jordan continued to watch the target, he wondered why he was wearing a blindfold, was he blind? And what was with the blue in his hair? This guy seemed a bit strange to him, but then again Jordan had never really seen many people so most people would look strange to him.
He stood up, when he stood he was as stiff as a board and his posture lacked expression. He walked through the crowd accidentally bumping into people here and there which caused him to get a few angry glares here and there. He stopped by a lamp post and looked around, "There's still to many people around." He looked up at the lamp post he was by and jumped up reaching at it with one hand, he grabbed it and swung himself up on top of it in one fluid motion, he stood balancing on the light and continued to watch Mr. Blue tips.
"I better get these people out of here" He snapped his fingers and 10 disks appeared from their own corridors of darkness. He had 5 of them run around and scare away the civilians but he was very careful to make sure that they didn't hurt anybody. The other 5 made a circle around the target to make sure he wouldn't try to run away with the others, Jordan just stared down at him, curious as to what he would do.

[OOC: So, I don't normally reply this quickly, but I happened to refresh the topic at just the right time XD]
Hmm. So that's why something felt off. The man was being followed, which was obvious once the commotion started. The public around him began scattering as some peculiar circular masses flew around and harried the bystanders, a few of them even surrounding the man himself causing him to stop. He could feel one particular source of aura that wasn't fleeing the scene immediately, propped up on a pole nearby.
Without using his eyes he couldn't make out exact structures but he could clearly see a grid before him that made up the solid plane he stood in, and bright lights indicating sources of energy. The brighter, the more potent. Many of the lights, especially those fleeing the 'attack', were especially dim compared to the one which sat at an elevated position. Still, the scene wasn't vague enough that the man had to remove his blindfold yet.
Instead, he turned and faced in the source's direction. To JeY, he stuck out like a sore thumb. Once the crowd cleared and the commotion died down, it might even be quiet enough for the chaotic man to project his voice to the hunter. "I recommend you tell me what you're after quick, or your head will be detached from your body faster than you can blink."
It was a loaded threat, most fighters weren't dumb or slow enough to not be prepared for very quick attacks, but if the man didn't at least sound confident then this stranger might not take him seriously. Whatever this hunter's reasons were, JeY believed he clearly didn't know who he was after, or thought maybe he was incredibly proficient at hiding his true strength since he was never confident in his opponent's abilities until they proved themselves.

Jordan looked at his communicator as it beeped again, it seemed like he was supposed to incapacitate the guy in front of him and bring him back for research. He looked down at the man again as he threatened him, "Well I'm supposed to capture you for Master Derrick" He said this without any hesitation, he couldn't help but answer questions that he's been asked.
He then had a sudden realization, the man was looking right at him even though he was wearing a blindfold, He shouldn't have been able to see him. "Wait how can you see me! Aren't your eyes covered?" and just like that his curiosity had gotten the best of him.
Jordan now had a scrunched up look on his face that he gets when he's trying to figure something out. The dusks were getting restless, the ones that chased the people away had joined the others surrounding the target, now the ten dusks were getting impatiant, they wanted to attack the man but Jordan was keeping them at bay for the time being. Although if they were attacked they would fight back without needing his orders.

The creatures around him appeared to be growing restless but they could be dispatched rather easily, first thing was first. This boy had a bizarre mission that involved the chaotic man in which he believed was a mistake. JeY was certain he wasn't actually the target, but stranger things have been known to happen. He's aware of exactly who his enemies are, and 'Master Derrick' wasn't a name he recognized.
Before the man could answer, the hunter had another comment about his sight. JeY didn't show any reaction. "You would think your employer would brief you on the target. Either you know nothing about me and you have the wrong person, barking entirely up the wrong tree, or you were lied to in terms of how dangerous I can be." JeY extended his hand, materializing a massive sword made of rainbowy energy almost as big as the man himself, flicking it around his wrist demonstrating how he could spin it with ease. He caught it, holding the hilt close to his body but the blade pointed square at the hunter. His arm arm remained free by his side.
"I recommend you back down and get out of here, either way. This won't be a fight you'll win. Not even with your friends here." Of course, all of this was hypothetical and stemmed from his sheer overconfidence, but if his opponent underestimated him at any time that would be his utter downfall. All that was left was to observe his hunter's decision.
Maybe this could even be a little... fun.

Jordan watched as the man made an impressive display with his new rainbow blade. Jordan crossed his arms and looked away from the target for a moment actually a little confused, it was a little strange that Master Derrick hadn't briefed him this man, maybe this was a test? or maybe he didn't know to much about him either? Either way he still needed to beat this man in front of him, he was sure The Master had his reasons for withholding information from him.
The last comment the man made about the dusks being his friends felt weird to Jordan, He moved forward and let himself fall from the lamp post to the ground where he landed a little bit away from the circle of dusks. "Friends? We're nobodies, we don't have friends" When he said the word nobodies Jordan pointed at the small nobody symbol that was under his eye, he then realized the man probably couldn't see what he was pointing at so he stuck his hand forward and a ball of light and darkness appeared in his palm, he grabbed it and faster then a normal persons eye can see, it expanded into his blade Key Slayer, the light and darkness burst off of the blade, now showing its form.
"I apologize but i cant back away from this, i have my objective" At that moment the dusks around the man screeched and attacked. Jordan Wasn't the type of guy to start a fight completely blind, he at least wanted to see how the man would dispatch of the nobodies around him before attacking the man himself. He was sure the mans threat from earlier was out of confidence so he was probably strong if he was so confident in himself. Jordan raised his blade and got ready either for an opportunity to attack the man or to defend against the mans own attack
{OOC: I'm sorry for the long disappearance, work had been so busy during and after Thanksgiving week that i had no time for anything. But im back and no longer dying from work XD}

Fantastic. He was dealing with Nobodies of all things, should've figured with the hunter's ability to summon Dusks. There would be no convincing him to back down if he's been sent on a mission, but it wouldn't really be his fault. JeY thought to himself that maybe he should refrain from any potentially lethal forces and send a message to the employer. Or maybe he could convince the hunter to give the man a direct telepathic link.
For now, there was business to attend to. After stating that he couldn't back down despite JeY already figuring that out, the attack began. No worries, his reach was long and his speed was quick. He flipped the blade forward and held it parallel to the ground and used the momentum from the flip to turn on his heel in a complete circle. He caught each dusk in the wide slash, while he only knocked most of them back the first one that was struck most likely received fatal damage right away from the initial force of impact.
The dusks were hardly the problem. JeY dashed straight to the perpetrator in a typical fashion with his blade in motion for an upper-left slash. The blade despite being massive it could be deflected with difficulty if he preferred not to dodge for whatever reason, but with the up came the down next: the blade twirled into a heft overhead swing that if it didn't hit anything sooner would probably crash straight into the ground and leave a mark. Unlike the first swing, if he tried to deflect or block the sheer force of the blade crashing down would not be stopped unless he had an unnatural amount of strength.
