Character Basics
Character Name: Lugh Dusktail
Character Age: About 22 yrs old.
Character Race: Isomorphic Algorithm aka ISO. (Tron: Legacy)
Character Gender: Male
About the Character
Character Personality: Lugh being an ISO has a few strange personality traits. He is very logical, quick to jump in with an opinion, and loves interacting with anything new as it expands his knowledge. He is very cold at first but looking past his position will show how much he genuinely cares about everyone. Being one basically entails being human like but a lot of naïve but good intentions. He seems to carry a large burden on his shoulders and at times can be prideful.
Character Appearance: Lugh stands at 6ft tall exactly, with a lean body weighing about 160 pounds. He has platinum blonde hair and light blue eyes. In the Grid he can be seen in a suit similar to Sam’s with a light blue energy. Outside of the Grid he wears a simple outfit consisting of a long sleeve shirt rolled up to below the elbow in a cream color, khaki colored pants, and brown boots. Preferring to stay light, he carries a messenger bag that attaches to a belt clip and sometimes dons a duster coat. Unique to his race the ISO’s carry a symbol showing their gender on their arm. On it is a hexagon with a V shape below it.

Battle Statistics
Character Position (Hero/Neutral/Villain): Hero- Neutral Good
Character Spells:
A side note as you read these spells is that these are all based heavily on Tron in KH2 and the Tron: Legacy movie but put into a KH perspective. So while each spell has its original version in the Grid it will have a “natural” aesthetic and not require “Executable” outside of The Grid/ Space Paranoids.
--Executable: Discharge – By calling the name and snapping his finger, small bursts of lightning will erupt from the sky or ceiling and strike a target for light magic damage. [Can be used every other post.]
--Executable: Freeze – By calling this spell and pointing at the target, Lugh can inflict a target with a ‘Stop Magic’ effect. This is mostly used for escaping or creating openings for Lugh. It has a range of 15 feet and requires a 'scan on a target'. Also the freeze spell can be overcome via willpower though target will be fatigued for 2 posts. [Has a cool down of 3 posts, I would give someone a small riddle or puzzle in IM.]
--Executable: Scan – By simply holding his eyes shut for 1 or 2 seconds with a mental image Lugh can have his internal tracking program will activate. Also there is a maximum of 3 things either sentient or non. However he MUST have seen the target before being able to use it. In other words this cannot be used to find something he has not seen or sensed. Once found however Lugh can search for any invisible, obscured, or hard to find target. [Is a once per enemy use, once used target will be findable for as long as Lugh is conscious. Cool down of once per person.]
--Executable: Firewall – By calling out this spell’s name and holding both hands forward in a catching like position a wall of energy and clusters of data appear. This is used to create a shield that can absorb a ranged attack. It has little to no effect against melee. [Can be used twice per post, after that a cool down of 1 post.]
Character Abilities:
--Passive, Logic: Lugh was raised on The Grid and though ISO’s can exist outside of it this is all Lugh has known. He has the ability to be proficient in solving complex puzzles, mind games, riddles, and almost all manner of logic or technological based challenges. This gives him the impression of having a cold mannered tactfulness.
--Passive, Crafty: Years of tinkering in the data world has helped for learning how to create things. Lugh is able to figure out how to make something by taking an object and break it down. Whatever is taken apart is consumed in the process. This enables Lugh to fix or repair almost anything provided there are enough materials to recreate it. This applies to inanimate objects such as weapons, armor, accessories, etc.
--Flash: When going gets tough, Lugh really gets going! Lugh can use this ability to “blink” from one place to another. This may appear to be teleportation but in actuality is Lugh using light to cloak his speed. This can be used either offensively to close a gap or defensively to get away from targets. Cannot be used to teleport anywhere he can’t see and has a limited range of 50 feet. [Has a cooldown of one post if used between 1 to 25 feet and two for 25-50 feet.
]
--Passive, Analyze: By collecting clusters of data, Lugh can learn things about his enemy and their attacks. Gathering clusters of data can be gathers through a variety of ways but the most effective is either the use of Exe: Firewall or from landing a blow on someone. Typically it takes about 3~4 hits/firewalls. Once enough has been gathered Lugh will EITHER gain a defensive or offensive boost of 30% towards the enemy. This only lasts till the battle is over or the enemy is defeated. If used on heartless or packs of similar enemies this lasts until that group is defeated or gone.
Character Forms/Command Styles:
Access Granted! Overload! : By shouting this phrase Lugh becomes imbued with light and becomes much cockier in attitude. His attacks become much stronger gaining a 50% boost and his speed and distance with Flash doubles! This command style is short in length (About 3 posts in length.) but makes up for its quick expiration with furious speed. Lugh returns to his prior state after use but becomes fatigued for 3 posts as well.
Character Weapons:
--Spear of Assal: Lugh’s embodiment of his character in weapon form is a spear that acts exactly the same as an Identity Disk. It is a one ended double sided blade that is just shorter than him measuring about 5’8 and will always make its way back to Lugh after seeking its mark, miss or not. This spear is imbued with a slight magical effect and can create a weak crescent shaped attack at ranged foes. This is his primary means of defense and weapon inside the grid. [Until a keyblade is obtained that is.]
Visual Reference:
--Identity Disk: A special weapon seen inside The Grid/ Space Paranoids. It has the ability to derez programs with a hit and can be thrown like a boomerang, always returning to its owner. While primarily used to be thrown, it can also be used like a buckler shield and a cutting device for close range.
--Chain Sling: Starting out as a fun hobby, this chain that is clipped onto Lugh’s belt is a toy turned deadly weapon in his hands. He can take ammo roughly the size of a pebble and use it to inflict a range attack on someone. [He keeps basic default ammo inside his bag.]
--Heater Shield: On his left arm sits a crest made of a strange light green metal, which upon activated turns into a shield that covers Lugh’s top half of his body. This is primarily used to defend against melee attacks that seem too much for the spear alone. It can be thrown as well much like the identity disc but can be knocked off track upon its return.
--Light Grenades: Powerful explosives that use powerful bursts of energy to harm enemies, it can be used to destroy the environment and has the capacity to derezz programs. Can deal moderate energy damage to someone. Can lob up to 3 out per post. Typically carries around 9.
Character Summons:
--Light Cycle: By placing his spear in both of his hands and putting it horizontal, Lugh can summon his Light Cycle! The spear appears to split apart into two half’s that make up the handle bars while the rest of it manifests. This is used mainly for transportation but can also be used for mounted combat. Lugh has the ability to while riding throw his spear that appears in light form to be thrown as a projectile.
Uses energy as a fuel source. Stays until desummoned, put away, etc.
--Light Jet: A modified design of the Light Cycle stolen from CLU’s design. By placing his spear upward with both hands in a horizontal position Lugh can summon the small aircraft. It is a small one man aircraft that Lugh has modified to his own specifications! Lugh mounts the aircraft inside in a capsule and has each of the four wings react to his limbs. This enables him to perform amazing aerial feats and has nice arsenal of weaponry. It has automatic guns that use energy as ammo, capable of light ranged damage. Lugh also has the ability to end the summon by spinning into a giant spear of light and seeking a target causing massive light damage. Uses energy as a fuel source. Stays until it uses the damaging ability, desummoned, put away, etc.
Character Racial Ability:
Passive, Triple Helix: Isomorphic Algorithms have a healing factor that enables them to regrow limbs and recover slowly from devastating damage. Lugh can regenerate health slowly (a small amount each post, 5%) and in extreme cases even limbs etc.
Character Strengths (1 required): Resourceful and Hardy.
Character Weaknesses (1 required): Cold and not quick to trust.
Character Home World: The Grid
Character History:
Lugh is used to being alone, isolated (ISO pun!) and always on the run for within The Grid. ISO were hunted by CLU and was committing genocide on his people. Their ability to think freely than other programs and have unique powers scared him. Born and raised in a secret colony in the out rim of the world, Lugh struggled most of his upbringing and learned how to survive and not be seen. Ironically his light based abilities were revealed to him by a program and while he is the most powerful in his village that trust was broken. CLU had sent his security programs and erased the village from existence. Lugh was the only survivor, no family and no where left to go Lugh longed to seek new horizons and places. Far away from the turmoil and pain the new system had brought.
Lugh has a strong sense of justice and will do anything to survive. He worries about himself first and foremost but is very distrusting of others. He uses his abilities to sabotage and stop CLU’s plans but never can stop the brutalization only disrupt and stall. His current motivations involve breaking into CLU’s databanks to learn about leaving The Grid…

Sample Post (For first time character creators only. 10 sentences are required.):
Slowly the Black Guard came into view. A squad of four had made its way into the compound to capture their target. A program with information on where to find the creator, Lugh had a half grin on his face. “How typical” he thought to himself, since he has the grid under a tight grip he sends his hounds on a wild goose chase. They easily came through the door panel with their security override and had found the program helplessly in his abode. “What??” The program exclaimed, “My masking, my proxies, how did you find me!?” Panicked he struggled until one of programs used a taser weapon to knock him out. As two of them began to drag the program to the recognizer Lugh sprang into action!
Lugh summoned and threw his spear as he jumped from a beam up in the ceiling, he grabbed his identity disk while falling and landed on of the guards while his spear stuck it’s mark and in a flash of brilliant light, watched as the program he struck in the back and the impaled program disappeared in a flash as the data spilled across the floor. The remaining two guards immediately took out their batons and one of them charged towards Lugh the other ran off towards the door, hostage in hand. Lugh quickly flung his disc at the intruder but was brushed off with a jump smacking the disc as he leapt at him. Lugh ran straight towards him his heart racing, if he had one. As the guard and Lugh met the attacker was thrown off as he saw once again the spear in Lugh’s hands. Where did it come from it wondered? As they exchanged blows and met each other, both of them clearly trained for combat and going all out. Then suddenly you could hear it, the air being disrupted by the return of Lugh’s disk! Quickly the guard did a back flip and got scratched by the disc causing no damage. As quick as he was light began to pour out of the program’s spear, barely fighting off each wave of light approaching him until he was disarmed! As he grabbed his sword and charged forward there was only a flash of light and slowly he looked down. Clusters of data lay around and he watched as the Spear of Assal had pierced him and he was consumed in light. He had lost.
Quickly Lugh ran outside and started up his scanner. He was glad he had silently scanned each of their code to be tracked or he would have never found this last guard. Running up to the roof of the adjacent house he jumped into a giant space and held his spear up high. Suddenly gone into view came a brilliant flash and a white jet streamed across the sky like a hawk seeking its prey. Finally the pair of programs came into view, the hostage still unconscious on a light cycle. Ahead he could see vehicles and more guards coming into view. “This needs to be precise or…I’m finished...and so is he.” He suddenly dove down towards the cycle and started to spin, each time getting faster and quicker. Suddenly the jet was enveloped in a blazing light and crashed straight into the cycle, like a comet crashing into the Grid. The cycle burst into data and both of the passengers knocked off and apart. As the horde of patrols and ships approached the scene slowly they were blinded and dazed. As the dust settled and the light shun through Lugh stood spear in hand with the captive in hand, a voice could be heard in the distance. “Surrender rouge program or be subject to immediate deressolution!” Lugh couldn’t help but show a grin as the grenades he places went off and disappeared in a blink of light.

My prized possessions. His identity and his race is something Lugh is very prideful about almost to the point where it’s unhealthy but as far as he knows he is the last of his race and his abilities mark him as a unique strange being, he does not understand how or why he has them but he thinks himself chosen for some purpose.
3. What do you want out of life?
To see rare sights. Lugh longs to explore and find new avenues to broaden both himself and his abilities. He wants to see if there’s any way to get help or muster up the strength to combat CLU.

Being different. Lugh is afraid of what he is and what could happen if he dies. With him he carries his entire race and yet he is afraid of being noticed for it.
