Ah, the fresh plains... the forest... the river... it was an all too familiar site to the keybearer who trecked the area. It was the place he remembered as, yet now knew wasn't, his home. It hurt Arkyron deeply knowing that many things he'd held true as long as he could remember were not, yet it was also a relief. The young man let out a sigh, and sat on a ledge that overlooked the river. Though it was his world of origin, there was nothing here for him...
The lush greens that surrounded him were awe-inspiring, and made him feel... like this was his home. Then a familiar sound echoed in the distance... the roar of the local dragons. They were peacelovers who understood human language, and Arkyron had false memories of having one for a best friend. He watched as one of the creatures flew over head, smiling all the while. Regardless of whether or not it was, this place would always seem like home.
