Lance ignored the contemptuous look Brayden had given him again. The older one was always correcting the younger. Even if they were cousins, it was pretty clear that they were like brothers. They might as well be since they grew up with one another. Lance's aunt, Brayden's mom, had raised him after all. If it weren't for the other family members stepping in, Lance might not be the way he was now. Still, he was more serious than Brayden ever was. His seriousness only having stemmed from the fact that he felt he had to be the stronger of the two.
As they sat there, they listened intently to what the others were going to ask their grand uncle. It had been a long time they allowed any visitors into the estate that weren't family. So, it was understandable that Brayden would be excited. Plus, they might learn more of one of their other possible uncles that disappeared.
As introductions came, Brayden moved a little in his seat. Lance looked over at him in warning. As if sensing the elder youth's gaze, Brayden immediately ceased what he was doing. Brayden was always the energetic one. Luckily, Lance was around to help keep him in line or he would've been a real handful by himself. Not many could keep up with Brayden when he really got going. Sometimes, Lance wondered if he had a high level of sugar in his blood.
Ray didn't think Justice spent all twenty years teaching White but he was pretty sure he now had some idea as to what he had been doing. Why Justice never came back though eluded him. Why had he left? Did he foresee something they all did not? He had been their only keyblade wielder in a long time. Maybe he thought being a Keyblade wielder would only endanger them all? Whatever the reason, Ray couldn't figure it out.
When White finally asked a question, Ray sighed at this. Bringing his hands up, he pressed the fingertips on each other as he held his hands together, going into thought. No one even moved while they sat there. Lance and Brayden, especially were paying as much attention as White. It was understandable that they would be curious. They never really knw much about Justice and felt disappointed to not know more than what they did. Ray never really told them anything and neither did their grandparents. It were as if they were purposely keeping things from them and right now seemed like a good time as any to discover new things about family members they never met. Really, what harm was there to learn about their family?
"Alas, the first question you ask me is one I don't have answers to. It is all based on mere speculation as to why he had left us." Brayden and Lance said nothing, it was all White and Ray here now. Darius remained silent as well, listening and wondering what reasons could have lead to Justice leaving when he did.
"We do believe that he felt it was time to put a stop to the man that threatened this world. He was Skull and Justice had defeated him but after that, he had disappeared from this world and even the Keyblader community. We've had assumed he had died in the attempt or had simply left. The reasons why, we can only guess. We think maybe he felt the keyblade he had endangered everyone here and left to protect them since the keyblade does attract a lot of Heartless and other foes, we also think that maybe he left because of a fight he had with one of his brothers before then. Two of his brothers had died in the battle, so maybe he left out of grief. There are many reasons as to why he could have left...I'm sorry to say that we don't even know why."
"We've not seen him for twenty years, the last time I saw him was twenty years ago. You can try and ask his father and mother, they're here as well but I don't think that they can tell you anything different but you never know. I'm sorry that I can't give you any more information about that."
(OOC: Just so you know, you can control the others if you wish XD You're free to invent what the grandparents are like too if you want as well as other family members at your choosing.)

White listened to the old man's answer. It was not what he had really been hoping to hear. He was looking for more details. The elder had said practically the same thing that Lady Silvia had told them. The new portion about his master feeling responsibility for bringing enemies to this world did make sense. His master always carried a heavy burden. One he had been determined to hold alone, even from his apprentice.
Ray's words reminded White of the conversation he had with Justice when he was younger. He had just started training under him, and wasn't all that great with his new weapon. "I hate this stupid thing!" A younger white had exclaimed, throwing the kantana to the ground. His Master calmly walked over to the weapon and picked it up. "Why can't I just be like you? Have a keyblade of my own!"[/i]
To this day, White remembered his Master's reply as if he had just said it yesterday. 'You wouldn't want this old thing. It comes with too much responsibility and too much heartache." White hadn't really understood what he exactly had meant at the time, but hearing Ray's words about what Justice might have been feeling made it seem more real.
White could only nod to the old man in response. What was he supposed to say to that? As he went on about asking Justice's parents, it seemed like as if his mention of them summoned them. The door behind them opened and an elderly couple stepped into the room as well. It was clear which member was the direct blood relation to Grand Uncle Ray. Who could only be Ray's brother, had what could only be died black hair. There were though a slight hint of light blue mixed in as well underneath the dark color.
He walked with his arm entwined with another older women. She was dressed in a casual dress with her gray hair tied in a bun. She was the one to speak first. "I thought I heard visitors." The pair walked around towards the front, and took a seat at two open cushions near Grand Uncle Ray.
Ray's brother finally spoke, and when he did it was aimed at Brayden and Lance. "Did they follow you home? I had told you to be careful before leaving the estate. Your Grand Uncle has more important things to do then to answer questions to tourists."
"Sorry about that dears. I am Tana, Braynden and Lance's grandmother. This is his grandfather Roy." White nodded in respect. However they were not simply tourists. They had been invited here, it had been no fault of Brayden or Lance's.
Grand Uncle Ray was the one to speak up to that. "Roy this is White. He was Justice's apprentice." Roy and Tana's eyes lit up in shock and confusion. Roy's though also held a hint of doubt.
"What did you mean was?" He asked. White's look away and sigh was the only answer the pair needed. A deep sadness came over them that could only belong to the parents of someone who had lost there child. It wasn't as bad as if it had just happened, but confirmation still brought sadness even after twenty years.
Tears swelled up Tana's eyes as Roy wrapped his arm around her to comfort her. "We had always thought it was so. Thank you for giving us this news though." Grand Uncle Ray placed a comforting hand on his brother's arm and handed Roy the crest White had given him. Roy blinked away tears as his hand squeezed around the hand sized crest. Giving it to his wife s she wrapped both of her hands around it.
"Thank you for bringing this to us. But I am sure you did not just come to give this to us. You must have some questions."
White had a thousand questions, but the ones he really wanted to ask it seemed like there would be no answer. "What could you tell me of your son before he left here? What was he like?" White knew who his master was, but not what he had been.
Tana, who had just whipped the tears out of her eyes, smiled and gave them a response. "He was the baby. The youngest of our boys. He was the most compassionate of them, but at the same time he had a fight to him that only came out when his siblings were in trouble. When the keyblade came to him it was not a shock to us at all."
Roy decided to jump in at this point. "He turned out to be a good man." White nodded at this. It was important for him to hear about his master. He thought it would be a good time now to ask about what his father and mother thought as the reason why his sudden disappearance.
"What do you know of as the reason why he left?"
Both remained quiet for a moment. Tana was the first to answer. "Roy thinks it was the fight with his brother that did it at first, but I think that he had ...."
Tana looked to be about to continue but Roy cut her off. "Dear, not this story again. I think you must have misinterpreted what he said. It makes no sense."
Tana slapped him on the arm. "Shut it you. He asked, I want to give him my answer. I've always believed it was something that happened during that battle. He returned home, rested during the day, and by nightfall he was gone. But before the battle he told me. He said, 'Mom... Have you ever been faced with the decision of doing what you want and what is for the greater good?' And I told him yes I had. And that he should follow his heart. Because his heart would force him to do the right thing. And then he said to me to tell pa that he loved him. And that was the last conversation any of us ever had with him. I believe Justice was in a pickle. Something was happening and maybe that battle was a part of it, maybe it was not."

Darius listened as the conversation continued. It was a bit disappointing to hear nothing different than what Lady Silvia had told them about Justice. No sooner had Ray finished when two other members of the Wilder family had appeared. Lance and Brayden both seemed to perk up at the sight of their grandparents. It was easy to see who was related to Ray. Obviously, the grandfather was Ray's brother.
As they took in the appearance of everyone, Brayden and Lance were finally spoken to by the grandfather. He didn't sound too pleased at the thought of Brayden and Lance bringing in tourists. Brayden's eyebrows rose before rubbing the back of his neck. Lance looked a bit offended but refrained from arguing. "Sorry, grandfather but..." he trailed off, Ray answering for them. He had turned the subject back onto Justice Wilder. It was clear by the look on their faces that they hadn't expected to hear that. The look of shock was clear. Well, at least now they understood that Lance hadn't just simply brought them here for nothing.
They all watched as Ray handed over the crest that White had handed to Lance previously. Tana held it in both of her hands, crying but it was clear they were relieved to finally hear news of their missing son. Darius wondered how much weight was lifted off of their shoulders finally knowing what had become of Justice Wilder. It wasn't then until the grandmother mentioned that obviously, White must have a lot of questions.
As the conversation progressed, Lance couldn't help but feel frustrated. Brayden and he thought they would at least find some answers today too but that didn't appear to be happening anytime soon. Why they weren't told who their fathers were, Brayden and Lance didn't know. Every time they asked, they were always told that they would find out when they were ready. Why couldn't they just tell them? What was it about their fathers that they couldn't be just told right from the start? Lance had a suspicion and the more he thought about it, the more he resented it. He was curious about their long lost family member but he couldn't help but feel dislike towards the man. In his eyes, he had deserted the family.
Justice Wilder was the youngest of the four brothers. From Brayden's and Lance's understanding, two of the three had to be their fathers. Since no one told them, they were left to speculation. If reasons were because it was terrible, it might have been the brother that fought Justice Wilder that was one of their fathers. The fight had ended rather badly and from what they knew, they had even gone as far as using their weapons on one another.
Darius listened to what they thought the reason had been when Justice left the world. Apparently, it had something linked to what he had asked his mother. Even still, it just left a large question unanswered since it was just speculation. White's master had a reason for what he did. Darius glanced over at White, wondering what he was making out of all of this. 'If only there was more to it? Why do I get the feeling that they're hiding something though?' Darius wondered. It seemed like they were careful to not go into detail about certain areas. In fact, Darius thought he had seen Ray giving a fleeted glance in Brayden's and Lance's direction.
Lance had noticed and seemed to gradually grow angry. Brayden, who was sitting right across from him, rose his eyebrows as he took note of his cousin's very furious looking face. "L-Lance? You okay, bro?" he asked him uncertainly. Lance didn't even look at Brayden when he asked him that. His eyes were focused on his grandparents and their grand uncle Ray.
"No, I'm not okay. I'm tired of them hiding who our damn fathers are!" Lance growled. Brayden couldn't help but let his face turn a bit white before glancing around the room and back towards their grandparents and grand uncle Ray. Lance didn't usually speak out like this and was always the respectful one, always the one that obeyed everything he was told. For him to act up like this, Brayden wasn't even sure how to react.
"Eheh! U-Um...wh-where I would like to know about our dads too, Lance,I don't think-!" Brayden went to say but Lance had chosen that time to slam his fists on the table. The abrupt sound and sudden motion had caused Brayden to cut himself short, sitting back a little in response because Lance had just become unpredictable to him now. Lance looked like he could kill. Not that he would, since they were family, but it was pretty clear that Lance was royally pissed.
Ray looked very surprised to see Lance act in such a way before his eyebrows furrowed, his face growing stern. "We've told you already, only when you two are ready is when we will tell you." That answer wasn't good enough though as Lance furiously shook his head at that.
"I'm twenty years old now and Brayden's seventeen! I think we're old enough to find out who they are! Why the hell won't you tell us anyway? What's so bad that you couldn't tell us?" Lance roared. Brayden, by this time, had no choice but to look around with embarrassment and uncertainty. What was he to do in all this? Lance was pretty much dragging him in along with him! No doubt,Grand uncle Ray wouldn't be pleased and they may just have them do a lot of chores and hard training after this one.
"Come on, Lance, calm down!" Brayden tried to ease his cousin's temper but Lance ignored him as he continued to glare in his grandparents' and grand uncle's direction.
"You are still not yet ready! Now calm yourself boy before I arrange a long list of chores for you to do as well as harsher training." Lance slammed his fists on the table one more time before getting to his feet in his fit of rage. If looks could kill, his most certainly would have. After all these years, that wasn't good enough for Lance anymore. He wanted to know and didn't at the same time. It didn't take a genius though for him to figure out which of them that Ray had been glancing at.
"Do what you will but I've already figured it out for myself without you even telling us. It's not hard to tell just which one of us you keep glancing at every time you mention his name!" Lance continued. Brayden became confused as he glanced over at the elders. The simple fact that their grand uncle wasn't even trying to deny anything, not even to try and wave Lance's words away only spoke that it was the truth. It was the silence on Ray's part that had caused Lance to look away in anger, glaring at the floor as he balled up his fists. "...So then it's true."
Bringing his gaze upon the elders one last time, Lance turned and stormed out the door. As he did so, he slammed the sliding door and left. "LANCE!" Brayden shouted but it had been too late. Lance had already left. Brayden rubbed the back of his head, mostly in a mixture of confusion and embarrassment. He was trying to sort it out in his mind what had just happened.
"I'm sorry that you all had to see that," Ray apologized to the lot of them. Brayden hung his head a bit before glancing over at the elders. It wasn't long for him to figure out who Lance meant. Brayden had known what Lance thought all this time and to find out who his father was him must've bothered him a lot.
"...Um...It was no problem, really." Darius wasn't sure what else to say here. Honestly, he almost had a heart attack from the other's sudden outburst.

The conversation was going pretty much as best as it could. Well it had been. Until a sudden bang made everyone turn their heads. White didn't know what to say, or even think at Lance's sudden anger. He watched the exchange with slight shock. So the two teens did not know who their father was. White had no idea why it was kept a secret, but no doubt the elders had their reason.
White could understand the frustration Lance must be feeling. To not know who your father was.. and to know that someone else knew and was keeping it from you? That would anger White if he was in his place. When Lance went on about who he thought was his father, White really had no clue. He had no idea why he was so angry with who his father was.
Finally with one last bang, he exited the building. It was left to the Grand Uncle to apologize for his grand nephew's behavior. "That's all right. Perhaps we have over welcomed our stay?" White didn't want to push things. He still had questions, but he could wait till a later time to get their answer.
It was Tana who spoke up. "No don't worry about it dear. Lance is just being... Well he's being Lance."
Roy was the one to respond next. "But perhaps we should continue this conversation a bit later on. Do you four have places to stay in town?"
As a matter of fact they did not. White hadn't really thought about what they would do when they got here. Or how long they had planned to stay. "Not yet. Is there perhaps an inn in town?"
Tana shared a look with her husband. "Nonsense! While we do have family coming for the festivities later today and tomorrow, we could fit you all in one of the empty houses. How would you like to stay in Justice's house? It been kept up, and things are pretty much the same as he left it. Perhaps you might find some answers there as well. How many rooms are there?"
The question was aimed at her husband. "A master bedroom, and three guest rooms. Plenty for all of you."
Mr. Thomas spoke for the first time since entering. "That is very kind of you. Thank you."
Roy looked over to Braydon. "Why don't you show them where your Uncle Justice's house is. Me and your grandmother are going to look for Lance. See if we can calm him down."
------------------------------
The festivities were still going on in the middle of the village. There were people everywhere, going on various rides, playing various games, eating various foods, and talking to various people. It was a lively place as was right for the festival. No one noticed a women dressed in a blue coat as she walked into the center of town.
The fissure's eyes glanced past the many people doing their many things. And it hated every single one of them. The fissure was limited, as all fissures were, to the body they inhabited. Each body was hand selected by their leader himself. He was the eldest of the fissures, the very first of their kind. It was said that he had worn over a hundred bodies, and that he himself practically had its own human body.
From what the fissure could tell, this body had quite a few abilities. One it planned on using right this moment. The fissure had all the time in the world to have fun with the people here. After all it knew that eventually the Wilders would come to it. Without waiting another moment, the fissure summoned the power of earth, surrounding its arms in layers of rock and dirt and making it look five times it size. As a human stopped to look at it, the fissure slammed its hand down ontop of it, squishing it like a pancake.

Brayden wanted to go chasing after Lance but he knew if he did, there was a chance that Lance might throw a fist at him. Lance was in a state where his anger where even Brayden couldn't predict what he was going to do. Instead, he remained where he was and allowed Lance to go off on his own. This was something, he felt, that Lance had to come to terms with on his own. It was best to leave Lance alone for now. It bothered him to not chase after Lance. Also, secretly, he was a bit disappointed to not find out who his father was but at least he was now down to two other possibilities.
Darius looked over at the elders when they spoke. They were deciding the conversation could be held at another time. It wasn't long before they asked them if they were already staying somewhere. Darius helped confirm that they weren't by shaking his head as White told them that they hadn't. As for an inn or hotel, Darius wondered where they could find one and how much it was going to cost.
Before they could even decide on that, the grandparents decided against it. They didn't mind allowing them to stay with them here at the estate. In fact, they even offered Justice Wilder's home. Darius glanced over at White then when Tana said that maybe they would find some answers to things there. "Sounds good to me, thank you all very much for your kindness."
Brayden sat up when his grandfather addressed him. Nodding Brayden got to his feet and inclined his head. "Yes, grandpa Roy. Good luck finding Lance." With that, Brayden gestured for the others to follow him and headed out of the house of their ancestors. Normally, the seventeen year old would be almost bouncing on every step he took but with what had just happened, he lost that energetic part to him for now. It was replaced with uncertainty and empathy for how Lance must have been feeling right now. He was also worried. Lance could've just gone out on to the estate or out into the city for all he knew right now.
As they went, Darius took another look around the estate. It was so huge, it was difficult to take it all in at once. Even on the second attempt, there was still a lot to take in. It really was a beautiful place. Why White's master would leave such a place made Darius wonder. Maybe it really was for the safety of his family? Still, in a way, White's leaving here also was a good thing. If he hadn't, White would've never met the guy or have become what he was now.
It was a short trek to the home. Darius looked up at the building when Brayden finally stopped before it, turning to them with a bit of a smile. Despite what happened, he was still genuine in the way he was treating the others, his usual friendliness. "Here we are! My uncle Justice Wilder's home!" he informed them, opening the sliding door to admit them in.
"I'm sure you don't need me to show you around in there. It's large but you should be able to find things easily. No one has touched or moved anything since he left so you're free to inspect if you want. Like my grandparents suggested, you might find something. Anyways, nice meeting you all, my name's Brayden Wilder in case you didn't know." He didn't leave their presence yet though.
Darius didn't dare set foot in there until White went in first. Glancing around, Darius was amazed at the size of it. Even though it appeared to be smaller than the house of the ancestors, this was still pretty big in its own right.
While they were busy there, Lance was off on his own for now. He couldn't help himself back there. He had thought Brayden and he were going to find some answers and their grandparents and grand uncle just tried to skirt around the subject. Why did they feel the need to hide that information from them? It made no sense to him at all. Still, he had shown a dislike towards Justice Wilder. The man had left them all behind without so much as a goodbye except to his grandmother and grandfather. What could've been so important to make him leave like that? Was it because he was that much of a coward to not face his brother? There were just too many questions in that area that it was all the more infuriating.
Lance had gone to the far reach of the estate, just barely visible in the distance by the edge of the koi fish pond. He was seated in the center of where those from the previous generations of the Wilder family had been laid to rest. It was the temple of ancestors. Where there was a home that had information about them, there was also one that had their names inscribed and was said to allow one to speak to the deceased. Lance had gone here because he knew it was the last place anyone would try to find him. Further beyond this area, there were tombstones outside laid out cleanly. The most ancient ones were at the very center of the cemetery of Wilders that had passed on.
Like most of everyone, he wasn't aware of the trouble taking place in the center of the city just yet. However, Lance was close enough where if a real commotion picked up that he would begin to hear something going on. It was only a matter of time.

Brayden led them from the house after a quick good luck to his grandparents with finding Lance. White had no clue where the teen might have gone, but this estate looked big enough that there might be several places one might hide. Brayden led them down the path and over towards the houses. White, like Darius, took the time to take in some of the scenery as well. He had been to busy with his own thoughts before to really take in the beauty of the place. Now that he had time though, he found that he sort of like the look to the place.
He could even make out some cherry blossom trees not to far off, in full bloom. Going past a couple of the houses, Brayden stopped at one finally. It was smaller then the large house that they had been in. But when the younger teen slid open the door, White found himself looking at a similar set up with cushions and a low table.
Heading in first, he glance around the room. Unlike the ancestry room, there were no suits of armor in glass. There were though some pictures hanging from the walls. The first White paused in front of. It was one of four boys, who aged from what looked like ten to about seventeen or eighteen. They were all huddled together for a group photo. White could make out the young version of his master even now. It was odd to see Justice at age ten.
Next was a picture of Justice at about age sixteen dressed in a suit with his arm around a girl in a pretty blue ball gown. She had long red hair and stood to about his shoulder. Passing it by, he came at last to one of Justice at about age twenty. He stood next to an elderly women, older then the elder. Both members had their hands stretched out, and a keyblade in their grasp.White figured this could only be the person who had trained Justice.
Pulling away from the three pictures, White listened to what Brayden had to say. "Thanks Brayden. Sorry if we caused you or the other one any trouble." By the other one, White was referring to Lance.
Walking past the main living room, White spotted a couple more sliding doors. Opening them led to three more bedrooms. White came to a pause at the master bedroom. There wasn't much to see besides a large bed, a wooden closet, and a small desk. It looked as if his master really hadn't lived here much. White understood that being a keyblader meant a lot of responsibility. They often traveled from world to world, never staying one place for too long.
White had just expected more of this place. Walking into the room he pulled open the closet to reveal several pieces of clothing hanging up. There were a variety of different outfits hanging on hangers. Other then that though, there wasn't much. Closing it shut. He walked over to the closet. The top was kept clean. Spotting a small pull out drawer. Pulling it out revealed a small black book, a couple of old pens, and a stack of rubber bands.
Reaching down, White pulled out out the small book. With no words on the front or back, White flipped through it. For the most part it contained blank pages. But every so often, he would pass a page with black handwriting on it. "A journal perhaps?" White asked himself. Turning to one of the pages he stopped to read. What he found though was a poem. Was his master a poet?
"Four there may be. Tat Tat tap strike the key. Neither Green Nor Yellow. But strike blue and your not a fellow."
It made no sense to White. Shutting the book, White placed it in his pocket. He would bring it to Justice's parents later and ask them what it was. Perhaps they had some information on it. Coming out of the room, he spotted Darius coming out of another. "Everything alright?"

Brayden had mainly wished luck to his grandfather out of hoping for the best. He was hoping Lance hadn't decided to head out into the city. If he did, it would take much longer to find him than he would on the large estate they all occupied. There was no telling how long Lance's fit of anger was going to last for. Brayden just hoped that it didn't mean it would be the last time he saw his cousin. Leading the others toward the home, Brayden could only begin to wonder who his father had been. If it wasn't Justice Wilder then maybe it was Orion? If they were keeping their fathers secret from them for a reason, Brayden guessed it would be because of the fight Orion had with Justice before he left. Why they felt that necessary to hide was beyond Brayden. Unless, it was Seto, the one that didn't really do much.
When they reached the home, Brayden couldn't help but glance at the walls as well when he had. He had seen the pictures before but now he couldn't help but look at them a little more closely. One of the four boys in the photographs had to be his father as well. Brayden could see that White seemed just as interested in them. He didn't disturb him until the white haired youth seemed to finally hear his words.
"Oh, it was going to happen anyway. Lance had kept all of that anger for our elders concealing that information from us for a very long time. Lance isn't a bad person, he's just angry spending so many years to try and prove to them that we're ready only to be still not told until you guys came along...and even then he had to figure it out for himself. He....well, he didn't expect this kind of answer." Brayden didn't get further into that since he figured White wouldn't exactly enjoy hearing Lance's opinion on Justice Wilder. In fact, Brayden guessed they might've already picked up on it themselves anyway.
"You were no trouble, don't worry yourself over what happened. If there's anything you need, Lance and I live in the home with my mother that's two houses down from this one. See you around!" With that, Brayden turned and headed out the sliding doors.
Darius wandered the other room while White stayed in place for a bit. He wasn't sure what he'd find as he wandered around. Nothing looked like it was of importance. There wasn't anything like a journal or what have you in the room Darius had entered. Instead, there were more pictures of people Darius didn't know but he recognized Justice Wilder. It had to be since it was the same person in each one of them. 'Nothing in here...' he thought before turning to head out into the main room. As he did so, White had done the same thing.
He looked up when White asked him if everything was alright. "Well, nothing out of the ordinary. It's just a room but if you want to see more pictures, there's more in there. No journals or anything worth noting. I don't even think someone lived in there to be honest. The only evidence is those pictures." He gave a light shrug before glancing around. "You doing fine, White?" he questioned him, eventually bringing his gaze back onto his friend. How was White feeling? Was he excited? Angry? Sad? Disappointed? A mixture of all those things? Darius knew his own mind would've been whirling right now. He had experienced one hell of a mental conflict when he discovered what had become of Ivory.
Since they had come though, Darius couldn't help but think that their situation was more confusing. They had come here for answers and seemed to find hardly any and only wound up with more questions. Darius waited for White to get a good look at everything else. Arya and Mr. Thomas probably already went to check out the remaining rooms. Sirius remained seated in the main room, watching the humans walk around with slight curiosity.
Outside, all the way over near the cemetery and in the resting place of the ancient ones, Lance was trying to tame his temper on his own. He couldn't help the fact he was angry though. Anyone else in his situation would have felt the same way. It angered him to no end that he was actually related to the very person that left this place. It was insulting for Lance as well as confusing because he wasn't sure if the guy was a coward for leaving or not. No matter how many times he tried to calm his mind, because his mind kept returning to the moment when he blew up on his grand uncle and grandparents, he couldn't.
Lance had to be laying flat on the hard, polished marble of the floor in the building he was in for at least a good thirty minutes. Every now and then, he rolled over, glancing at the headstones that were kept within to try and take his mind off things. It wasn't working very well despite the fact he was very curious about their ancestors that had started their whole family bloodline. Right now, he was gazing at one in particular. It was one of the two eldest headstones that rested within this place. It survived age rather well since all Wilders kept the place intact and well cared for.
On it, it read "Rowen Wilder". Old photos of the ones before them about two hundred years ago were kept in the room of ancestry. Lance had seen a woman with hair as light as his own and a man with features that he resembled. It was almost unnerving to think that long ago, there were people that looked like the Wilders of today. Sometimes, Lance wondered what life had been like for them ages ago. Maybe it was more simpler than now or exciting? After all, they had been around during that time when the worlds were in jeopardy. As he looked at the headstone, he didn't realize that the writing on the stone was glowing slightly. It wasn't immediately noticeable though.

Arya and Mr. Thomas were the next to join them in the living room. White's eyes lifted in what was obvious hope that they had found something interesting. Arya shared the not so great news. "There wasn't too much in the room I went in. Similar to Darius's room, just more photos." White let out a sigh. He hadn't had much actual hope that they might find something in this house. White was really hoping for a break. After all they had been through he thought fate owed them that much at least.
"Well there is pretty much the same in the room I was in.... Except for the dresses and female's clothes in the closet.... And the pink wallpaper.... And the hair dryer.... Actually its a very lived in room." White's eyes perked up in interest.
Mr. Thomas let out a smile and Arya punched him in the arm. "Ow! What was that for?!"
Arya stomped on his foot as well which resulted in Mr. Thomas letting out a yelp. "You nimrod. You should have said something right away! White's devastated over all this!" White wouldn't have said he was devastated over the lack of answers, but he was slightly depressed about all of this. He hadn't even heard Darius's question about how he was doing, and that was why he hadn't answered.
Mr. Thomas led them to the room. He wasn't wrong. The bed was fixed, but other then that the room was very much lived in. The closet was open part way to reveal a couple of dresses. A mirror sat on a desk with a hairbrush, and different sorts of make up and nail polish scrambled on it as well. There was even some clothes left on the ground. It was clear the room was up kept because there wasn't dust clouding the room, but no one had moved anything. It was left exactly as it had been. This made White wonder if someone was living here now... Or better yet, who had lived here.
White reached into his pocket and pulled out the black book. "This was the only thing I found in the master bedroom. It's a book of poems I think... I'll have to ask about it and this room later."
Exiting the room first, White glanced over to the only other room left unexplored in the house. The kitchen. It was pretty standard, as kitchens come, with a couple of mugs and plates hanging in the overhanging cabinets. White had successfully finished examining the house. He really had no clue what to do now. They would have to wait and relax he supposed... Until someone came to get them. White wondered what they should do about dinner. It was getting around that time. They could return to town for a while... But White didn't want to miss the opportunity to ask more questions. Plus they could be inviting them to dinner as well. White really had no clue as to how things were going to work. After all they had said that they were having their own festivities here.
Plus while White didn't mind being here, there was also the matter as to what was there next move. What should they do after they left this world? They couldn't stay here forever. They had a mission. To find Darius's sister... To get answers to why that organization killed his master. Sitting at the table on a cushion White looked over to everyone.
"I want to thank you all for coming here with me. I know we have important things to do as well, and we don't have to stay here too long. But if we could just stay perhaps a few days, maybe I can learn something."
Arya and Mr. Thomas glanced at White and Darius and each other. Mr. Thomas replied first. "Don't worry about it White. Were your friends. I know we kinda all just met each other, but fate brought us together for a reason. It's fine with us no matter how long we stay here. I think when its time to go to the next world, we'll be called to do so."

Lance simply continued to stare at the headstone for some time, not registering that the engravings were glowing a little. When he blinked, noticing something was off about it as he furrowed his eyebrows, the glow had gone away leaving Lance wondering if what he thought he had seen was merely a trick of his own mind. "...Hm...must be imagining things."
As he said that and soon looked around at the other headstones around him, the engraving on the headstone of Rowen started to faintly glow again. Just what was up with the headstone? No matter, it didn't seem like whatever it was doing was going to happen any time soon. More time passed Lance by and gradually eased away his anger. He wasn't nearly as mad as he had been before, a perfect time to approach him and probably talk some sense into him. Even still, it wasn't certain how long it would take before anyone figured out he had come here.
Darius glanced over at Mr. Thomas and Arya when they had exited the other room. At first, the report they had was nothing...then Mr. Thomas revealed that it had been a room pretty much lived in. It was a good thing Arya scolded Mr. Thomas first, Darius was still pretty busy trying to wrap his head around the fact that the guy considered what Darius had seen as the same thing when they weren't.
After this, Mr. Thomas led them to the room he had looked into. Like he had said, it was rather lived in. In fact, Darius wasn't even sure how long ago the person that lived here had been here for. Maybe there still was someone living here? Yet, things looked untouched and everything lacked any sort of dust to speak of. It was just the clothing and everything that was laid haphazardly all around the room. "Maybe there's a guest they don't know of?"he suggested with a shrug.
Darius turned to look over at White when he had mentioned the journal he found. He believed it had something to do with poems. "Poems, eh? Interesting." Ivory was into literature and all forms of writing. Poems were something she'd read and Darius wouldn't understand a word of it. Really, why write in such a confusing manner when you could describe it in a normal, descriptive way? Oh well, that was why Ivory tended to excel in academics while Darius excelled in sports and mostly physical activities.
White hadn't seemed to hear Darius when he has asked him if he was alright. Honestly, Darius took it as to not ask him again until they were alone. White probably didn't feel like answering that right now anyways so Darius just went with whatever was going on now. He watched as White headed out of the room first and followed everyone out.
White headed over to the table and sat himself on a cushion at it. When he spoke, Darius allowed the others to speak first. It was good to know that the two were considering themselves, as a whole, friends. They didn't know them for long but it was good to have friends and not enemies. With time, they could learn to trust them more. Already, Darius knew that they could trust them with their lives at least when it came to that incident in Wonderland. "You know I don't mind staying here, take as long as you need, White. I already found answers on my end about my sister. It's time you get your chance to find what you're looking for here. So...don't worry about it. We're all in this together." Sirius, at that, gave a rumble from his throat as if confirming what Darius said. The dragon had only just appeared today to them but any friends of Darius's were friends of Sirius's. The only issue with Sirius was that the dragon couldn't be relied on to be there all the time since he came and went on a whim.

While Rowan's ghost, if that was what it was, played evil tricks with Lance's mind, another headstone began to glow. Unlike the one that belonged to Rowen's, this headstone was more towards the back. In addition the headstone, if one looked upon it, had no words upon it. It was also the oldest of the headstones even compared to Rowans. The glow seemed to go in and out similar to what was occurring with Rowan's headstone.
However the glow continued to shine brighter with every fade in. Until suddenly two figures walked right out of the headstone. The first was a centaur, a half man half horse creature dressed in white armor that covered the horse half of his body. His chest was painted with white war paint and shirtless and a long spear hung from a belt strapped across his chest. Long black hair tied in a pony tail and sharp gray eyes surveyed the room, completely missing the sitting Lance because of the centaur's tall height.
The other figure was much smaller then the large centaur. A girl who could only be fourteen or so stood next to the creature dressed in brown shorts and a padded sleeveless shirt. Brown boots connected to plated iron armor around her legs that went just to the knees. In her hand she held a keyblade. With strawberry blond hair and blue eyes she looked like a midget next to the large centaur.
"Is this the right place? The connection was created ages ago my lady. Master said you were to enact your invisibility magic the moment we arrived." The centaur said to the girl below.
The girl, unlike the centaur, had not missed Lance sitting on the floor. "Too late for that now Sir Joffery. Seems like someone is here."
Sir Joffery glanced down at Lance. He acted so quickly it was surprised such a large thing could move so fast. The centaur grabbed a hold of his spear and pointed the tip at Lance's head. "Be ye friend or foe?"
----------------------------------
White listened to his friends answers. He was surprised by all of them. But what should he expect from friends? After all didn't all the book say that friends stood up for each other and had eachothers back. Given his history, White did not have many friends growing up. He had a couple when he was younger. But that all changed when things started going wrong. When his father died, his whole life changed. He was glad to have them.
"Thanks guys. That means alot." Sharing a glance with all three of them, he let out a slight sigh of relief. It was good to have friends in troubled times. And lately things were troubled. White had never shared much about his history. Given that they had time now, White figured it was time to share some more. After all they were searching for information about his master. They had a right to know why he was important to White.
Not really sure where to start, White figured he'd just get the most touchy subjects out first. "Everything changed for me when my father died. Unlike my master, who was killed, he died of a heart attack. My mother couldn't take it. She fell in a severe depression. She wouldn't eat, wouldn't leave the house. I was thirteen when she too died. I was homeless... left alone to the world and was going to be put in an orphanage when Justice Wilder appeared at my mother's funeral.
"Then before I knew it, I was being told I would be accompanying him. He became the father I lost. He trained me and taught me everything I knew. And that's why I want to know about him. He was killed so easily. Just like that... A large dark skinned man came in with a huge Gatling gun and filled him with bullets like he was a bag of flour. I never knew he even had any family, nor why he would chose to never even see them in all the years I was with them. I want to find out why."
There... White had explained all that he was thinking. He just hoped none of his friends looked at him different now. He had never shared his history with anyone before. This was a first.

As Lance laid there, he noticed that what he had thought he was imagining was actually happening. The one he had been staring at earlier, Rowen's headstone, had been slightly glowing once more. Except this time around, it wasn't the only headstone that decided to glow. Another one, further behind, caught Lance's eye. Furrowing his eyebrows, not really sure what the hell was going on, Lance sat up. "What the...?" he trailed off, looking at it closely from where he was sitting.
Then, without warning, in arrived two figures that Lance had never seen before. It was all so sudden that Lance looked like a deer caught in the headlights as he peered back at the two intruders. Just who were these two? Lance couldn't help but furrow his eyebrows when he heard that creature speaking about how they should've put on an invisibility spell on them as soon as they had exited the headstone. How did the family not know that all this time, there was a portal leading out of the estate? Enemies could easily get in! Were these two enemies? They certainly looked dressed for war.
The fourteen year old girl took notice of Lance and stated that it had already been too late. Before Lance could even summon his own lance, the centaur had a spear pointed at his head. Lance's hazel eyes narrowed in response. Well, so much for calming down, now he was getting angry again and because these two had intruded upon the estate and were demanding answers of him.
"I should be asking you the same thing. You're intruding upon my family's estate and where my ancestor's final resting place is dressed as if you're going to war!" Lance retorted. He kept his eyes locked with the one holding the spear to his head, his gaze unwavering. Even with the centaur holding a spear to his head, Lance felt more angry at the intrusion rather than fear now that he had gotten over his surprise. He didn't move yet as he continued to look back up at the centaur, not really sure what to make of them. If they meant trouble, he'd most likely fight them. He didn't know what their true intentions here were. They certainly had surprised him though, never before had he heard his heart pound within his chest so much.
Since his gaze was focused on them, he couldn't see the other headstone which had dropped its glow just as quickly as the other had arrived here.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius gave an nod when White had thanked them. "No problem, you're welcome!" he answered him. It really looked like all they could do for now was go and sit down somewhere. A perfect time, if any, to get caught up on things and learn more about each other. What else could they do for now? Finding a seat, Darius placed himself at the table as well. No sooner had he done so and Sirius came over, placing his head on Darius's lap, laying down. The dragon resembled a dog in his mannerisms.
White then went on to tell them his background. His father and mother had died, White's father from a heart attack and his mother out of grief. White would have been sent to an orphanage if it hadn't been for the arrival of his master, Justice Wilder. White's mother's funeral had taken place and that's when White had met him. Justice Wilder had taken White in, not really giving any reason for it except that White was to go with him.
Justice Wilder had become the father that White had lost and had taught him everything he knew today. It was because of their bond that White wished to learn more about his master. The way he had been killed was so simple, it was difficult to register how easily it had happened. If Darius had experienced something like that, he would've been shocked. No wonder White was so angry, the death had been too swift as if the person that had been killed didn't matter. White never knew his master had a family and he wished to know why his master had left them.
Darius was silent for a moment, giving Sirius's head a pat as he did so, thinking. "I'm sure that I would wonder the same thing, White. I'm sorry that you had to go through that. Ivory and I, we lost our parents in an accident...we think, but...we didn't see it happen."

Lady Silvia watched the older teens response. Sir Joffery pretty much just grew more and more red in anger. His half centaur side was a bit wild. He never backed down from a challenge. Of course unless Lady Silvia instructed him to do so. He was her best friend and more importantly her protector. Her parents, their majesties, had entrusted Lady Silvia's protection under Sir Joffery.
"We are sorry for intruding on your ancestor's resting place. But we don't have time to sit and chat. We were summoned because the town is in danger. Lower your spear Sir Joffery. He is friend not foe."
Sir Joffery reluctantly obliged, placing his weapon on his back. "Let us go my lady." Lady Silvia stretched out her hand and a purple and pink butterfly keyblade appeared in her hand. As she walked past Lance she paused for a moment.
"Please don't go and tell anyone you saw us here. My Liege would have my neck if he knew one of your family saw us. But your town is in danger, and we must go stop it." Lady Silvia held up her keyblade and sparkles of light sprouted from it. As they fell past both her and Sir Joffery, the two disappeared form sight. Their footsteps could be heard as they left.
------------------------------
White nodded when Darius responded. He knew that his parents had died in some sort of accident. Darius didn't talk much about his own history. White just figured he would when the time was right. He was glad though to have shared what he had said with them.
A sudden knock at the door, made White's head turn. Glancing over to it, the doors opened to reveal Tana. She was smiling at all of them. "Would you all like to join the family for dinner? We always start the festival with a large family dinner. Your not family exactly, but your welcome to come eat with us."
At the mention of food, White's stomach let out a growl. His face went red with embarrassment. Of course Arya and Mr. Thomas just let out a round of laughter. "I think were all hungry mam." Arya said respectfully.
Tana nodded and smiled. "Well then why don't you all follow me."

Lance wasn't at all afraid of the centaur although, if he weren't as angry as he was for the intrusion, he might have been more careful with his wording. The fact he had been angry earlier also added on to the anger he was feeling now so it wasn't easy for him to think rationally. Still, he made no move to attack just yet but it was clear if this progressed that Lance might have to avoid getting his head pierced by a spear tip. If the girl hadn't spoken up, who appeared to have a sense of authority over the centaur, things might've ended badly.
He had heard the woman apologizing for the intrusion before giving the centaur the order to lower his weapon. When he did so,Lance only then looked over at her, confusion written upon his face at the mention of their town being in trouble. How did they know that? What was causing it? Lance had soon forgotten his anger, at least for now. "In danger?!" he repeated, getting to his feet.
If there really was danger, Lance couldn't turn his back on that fact. He had thought he heard some sort of commotion but figured it had been festivities. Well, so much for that thought. Lance just watched them leave in confusion. Why did they have to hide from them? Why did it matter if his family had seen them? Were they spies? Or was this just a coincidence and they weren't even aware of the fact that they had stumbled upon the Wilder estate? It seemed like they knew where they were though. Just who were these people and how come they were connected to the estate?
When they disappeared from sight, Lance heard their retreating footsteps. Brow furrowing, Lance headed out a moment after them with his mind made up. If there was trouble on this world, then it was a Wilder's job to help stop it. Lance headed down past the koi fish pond, determined to head out and see what was taking place.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius wasn't even sure if their parents' deaths had been an accident or not. All he knew was one day, an official came before them to tell them the news that they had both died and the twins were to be admitted into the nearest orphanage. "At least you never got to experience an orphanage, White. Ivory and I had, the lady was nice but the place was...old. Since we were...I think twelve or somewhere around there, we had been by ourselves with just us as blood relatives. We never went with any homes because they kept trying to separate us. Then we discovered our armors and then, a couple years later, our world was destroyed. Then, you know the rest, the Gummi Ship Ivory and I were on, it's autopilot decided to go berserk and we ended up separated and then I bumped into you on Neverland."
There was a knock at the door and Darius looked up at who had done so, Sirius had opened his eyes and lifted his head to look over at the grandmother from before, Tana. She was asking them if they would like to join the Wilder family during their festivities. Darius blinked at the sound of someone's stomach letting out a loud growl. Turning to look over at the source, Darius found White's stomach had been growling. Mr. Thomas and Arya let out a roar of laughter before stating that they thought everyone was.
"That was some stomach growl!" Darius mused as he got to his feet, Sirius did the same. As he headed out, Tana began to head up towards the house that contained the room of ancestry. Apparently, the building was used for their big, family gatherings to celebrate.
"I think you'll all have fun. It's not often we get visitors outside the family to join us at these gatherings. You'll get to see everyone here!" Tana seemed to go on and on. Darius tried hard to focus on what she was saying but something else was catching his eye then. Brayden was standing right outside the room of ancestry and looking around. It looked like Lance hadn't returned just yet. Neither of them knew that Lance was actually headed in their direction but not intending to join in on the festivities.
Soon, they reached the sliding doors heading in. Before they did, Tana had stopped a moment to look over at Brayden. "Your grandfather hasn't found him yet?" she inquired. Brayden looked back over her a bit sheepishly and nodded. "Well, it can't be helped. He'll come around, dear. Let's head in."

White followed Tana out of Justice's house. As they walked down the path, White thought over what Darius had told him about his own past. He did have a good point. White had heard things about the orphanage growing up. The other kids used to tell stories about how only the bad kids went there. It was probably not the same sort of orphanage the Darius had went too, but he knew he was afraid of it.
One thing he did wonder about was Darius's world. He never had found out why it was destroyed. What could cause a world to be destroyed? White had never known of any. As Tana continued to speak, they were joined by Brayden. White gave the younger teen a small smile and wave hello. He felt bad for having chased him and his brother.
When Tana inquired about Lance, White felt a sting of guilt. He knew that he had nothing to do with Lance's anger, but he couldn't help but feel some guilt about all of it. There wasn't much time though to spend worrying about it though. They had arrived at dinner.
-----------------------
Lady Silvia and Sir Joffery exited the estate. "Let us hurry my lady. His liege said the situation was dire!" Lady Silvia didn't need to be told twice. She had let her keyblade vanish after they had exited the place of ancestry, so she was able to extend both her arms out to their side. Two large butterfly wings slowly fizzled into existence on her back.
She knew that Sir Joffery would have no problem running beside her while she flew. As she broke into a run, she leaped into the air after running a few feet. Her wings flapped and brought her a good six feet above the ground. That was all she needed. Sir Joffery ran besides her as they began to make their way towards the village.
"Why were we summoned here after twenty years my lady?" Sir Joffery asked.
Lady Silvia summoned her keyblade. She knew she would need it for the battle ahead. "Our Liege would not have sent us here if the enemy was something the Wilder family could handle alone. But with still no arrival of another keyblader from their family, he thought it best to send us."
Sir Joffery nodded as he reached behind him and pulled out his spear again. "Then let us do our liege proud!" He shouted.
-------------------------------
Screams sounding from every throat. Bodies laying dead on the floor scattered here, thrown into a wall there. There was no competition. Anyone who even dared to stand against it, met the power of pounds of earth as its fists crushed them. The fissure didn't just attack people though. It slammed its boulders into the sides of homes, crushing through them like they were just paper.
The fissure heard two different things from people. Those younger usually were screaming the name of the Wilders. As if their shouts would reach the family. If they were, the fissure had yet to see it. It didn't mind killing all these individuals, but it still had a mission to do. Those older shouted something about Skull. How did they know its leader's name? That infuriated the fissure. How dare they know the name of its master!
That was just what the old man it held between its two large fingers was shouting. "He's back. He's back." The fissure's face narrowed in anger as it flexed its fingers and the head of the old man busted like a crushed pumpkin.

Brayden gave his grandmother a nod before looking over at the others and giving a friendly wave. Lance wasn't his actual brother but they were like brothers considering they grew up together. He had been worried about Lance running off somewhere but it couldn't be helped now. He wouldn't be able to find him, even if he tried. "I won't grandma. Just...wondering if he would show up is all." Tana gave an understanding nod, placing her hand on her grandson's shoulder.
"He'll come when he's ready." With that, she gestured for the others to follow her and headed inside. If they thought the family was all they had to see, they were wrong. As soon as Darius stepped inside, he couldn't help but notice how large of a family resided here. Aside from Ray, Roy, Tana, Brayden and Lance, there were now at least several more.
There was a four year old girl with violet hair that made one wonder if it was blue or purple. She was seated next to the only surviving son of Tana's and Roy's, one of Justice's brothers. Like the little girl next to him, his hair seemed to confuse the usual blue coloring. They both looked up when White and the gang appeared. The little girl was especially watching White as if she were seeing someone like him for the first time. Darius couldn't help but take notice, glancing at White wondering why she was staring at him before inwardly chuckling. Did the little girl have a crush on him or something? It was amusing to think so.
There was a woman with graying hair. She looked to be around the same age as the man sitting next to the little girl. She sat directly across from them and smiled at them when they appeared. Despite the streaks of gray, it was obvious that she still had some brown hair. It wasn't her hair though that made Darius give pause. Her eyes were as vibrant a green as Brayden's. If Darius didn't know any better, Darius could assume she was Brayden's mother. Next to her sat another woman close in age but not quite. She had to be at least in her thirties as opposed to forties. Then Darius sort of got into a mental lull. It was hard to really remember many faces considering there were so many people here.
Once they were seated, the little girl had gotten off of her seat and wandered over to them curiously. Darius looked back over at her wondering what it was that she had wanted. Instead, she merely ignored Darius's gaze as she went right up behind White and ruffled his White hair, inspecting it in wonder. She had to be no older than four years old.
"It's really white!" she stated, ruffling it. "Old men have white hair though!" She added. Once she took her hands away from White's hair she looked back at him, coming around where he could see her. "But you're not an old man." Darius fought down hard a fit of laughter that threatened to escape him just then as he heard all of this. Just what was going to be White's reaction to all of this?
--------------------------------------------------------------
Outside, Brayden had pretended to go to head in after the others but stopped abruptly when the last one stepped inside. Turning away from the sliding doors quietly, he gazed out at the estate's grounds. Out there, he knew Lance was there somewhere. In fact, he had chosen the perfect time to look for him. Lance, apparently, was already heading this way! Seeing him, Brayden couldn't help but feel a huge sense of relief. Although, there was something about the look on Lance's face that made Brayden wonder. Was he still angry?
Lance seemed to be headed right for the building but instead, he started to take an angle away from it, focused on something else in the distance. Confused, Brayden called out to him. "Hey, Lance!" he called but Lance hadn't stopped. Either he hadn't heard him or he was ignoring him.
Frowning, Brayden ran down towards his cousin. "Lance! Come on, man!" he called after him, trying to catch up. Lance wasn't waiting for him though and it looked like he was headed for the entrance that was password protected. "Where the hell is he going?" Brayden asked aloud, speaking to himself as he quickened the pace. A sudden chill went down his spine then. Was Lance thinking of leaving them? Was he running away? Brayden couldn't help but feel scared about that idea as he broke out into a complete run, closing the distance between himself and Lance in under a half a minute.
Before Lance knew what hit him, Brayden had tackled him flat onto the grassy ground. "Wha-?! BRAYDEN!" Lance growled. "Get off me!" he demanded but Brayden wouldn't budge. He kept hanging on to his cousin stubbornly.
"No! You're not leaving us! Just because of what happened doesn't mean you have to leave, Lance. Sure, be made at the elders but don't do this to the others, they don't deserve this!" Brayden said, pleadingly. He thought Lance was trying to run away on them.
Lance couldn't help but blink over at Brayden in disbelief at what he was saying before his eyes narrowed in annoyance. "I'm not running away, you idiot! Get off of me!" he growled.
"No! You're lying!" Brayden persisted. This just might take Lance a while, trying to convince Brayden otherwise whom was as stubborn as a mule when it came down to it.

White hadn't expected what awaited them inside. What he found were loads of people. And all of them looked their way when they arrived. The set up of the place was pretty parallel to every living room they had been in. With low sitting tables and cushions, White thought was surprised to see just how many people were at the really really long table.
Taking his place next to Darius at the open sport for them, he looked down at the various place sets. There was a lot of food waiting on the table as well. Glancing around, White's eyes landed on the only still living brother. There was no mistaking the similarities that this man and Justice shared. They weren't as subtle, but after living with Justice for so long, White could tell.
He couldn't help but wonder what exactly the man was thinking. Had Ray or Roy shared the news with the rest of the family already? And if he did, what did his master's brother think of him? White hoped no one here blamed him. He didn't mean to cause his master to run away from his family. He hoped that his master really wasn't doing that.
Grand Uncle Ray was seated at the head of the table, and was busy conversing with his brother and his wife. They hadn't noticed their arrival, or if they did, they weren't thinking anything of it. White was busy looking at them and so when a hand ruffled through his hair, he practically threw the little girl off him. Hunching his shoulders in surprise he looked down to the young girl.
"Oh jeez."[/i] White thought to himself. He didn't know what to say at first when the girl went on about how only old people had white hair. White had always had white hair. Ever since he was a baby, it came out as white.
"No... No I'm not." White shot a pleading glance at Darius. Couldn't he do something about this. Why didn't she go play with Darius's hair?
It seemed saving grace came in the form of Roy. He stood tall and when he did the room quieted. "Welcome everyone," he began, "I would first like to welcome our guests. Everyone I would like to introduce White and Darius, Arya and Mr. Thomas. They have been so kind to join us for the festivities."
He paused for a moment. "I am sure by now the majority of you have heard what news our guests bring. But I was asked to confirm it so I will. I would like to thank our guests for giving us the news of the death of my youngest son, Justice Wilder. We may now finally say our goodbyes knowing that he has passed. Since the festivities are going on, we will have a ceremony adding Justice's gravestone in the ancestry hall after the festivities have ended. We invite all of you to stay for it of course. These are sad grievings, but this is a happy time for all of us. I now turn it over to my brother."
Taking his seat, White watched Grand Uncle Ray stand. He wondered what he was going to say.

Things weren't changing much on Lance's end. Brayden kept clinging to him, refusing to let him go, afraid that Lance was trying to run away. Since they had grown up together, Brayden didn't want to see his brother figure leave them behind. Right now, he was really worried if he was going to live up to what the other Wilder before him had done twenty years ago by leaving. Could running away from your family be a trait inherited in one's blood? Brayden certainly hoped not.
"Brayden, if you don't get off me soon, bad things are going to happen! People are getting hurt!" Lance protested, trying to convince Brayden to let him go. Brayden didn't seem the least bit convinced. After all, how the heck did Lance know any of this? Did he have x-ray vision or something?
"How do you even know? For all I know, you're just lying so you can run away!" he retorted. Yes, this was going to take a hefty moment for the two to stop. Lance didn't like the idea of resorting to this but he was left with no other option. He had tried to convince him otherwise but it wasn't working.
"I'm sorry, Brayden, you've left me with no other choice." Before Brayden could react, Lance bopped him over the head, knocking him out. The youth would only be out of it at least for a good few minutes. Enough time for Lance to get back to his feet and summon his lance before heading out into the city. When he did so, he saw just how much damage was being done to the place. "What happened?!" he said aloud to himself. In the distance, he could hear screams for the Wilder family and something being shouted about Skull. Lance's heart gave a bit of a leap. Skull wasn't suppose to be alive from what he recalled. Supposedly, Justice Wilder had defeated him!
"...Shit!" Lance cursed as he willed himself to continue on towards the screams. His instincts told him to run but his blood in his veins, the warrior in him, told him to keep going. No one else was going to be of much help unless someone did something about this right here and now. Who those mysterious two were, Lance didn't know but he was sure that he'd catch up to them and whomever they were fighting anyway. A Wilder that knew trouble was afoot in their homeworld couldn't just sit this one out.
------------------------------------------------------------------
While Brayden was busy being unconscious, and Lance running off to try and put an end to trouble, Darius and the others were busy meeting the rest of the family oblivious to everything going on right now outside. He watched bemusedly as White nearly jumped out of his skin at the little girl's sudden touch. He definitely hadn't seen something like this taking place. It was so hard to not explode right now with laughter as Darius was forced to bite his lip to keep his laughter down. Still, it was clear by the light of his eyes that he found this funny.
The little girl, when White had nearly thrown her, had let out a "Whoa!" before giggling, resuming to torment poor White by stating old men had hair but he wasn't old. It was clear that she was just merely curious about him because of his hair coloring. She didn't often see visitors outside of the family. The only times she saw anyone with different hair was when she was in the city accompanying her father. People mostly had lack or gray hair depending on their age outside of the estate so it was to be expected for her to react in such a way seeing someone as young as White with white, spiky hair. "Cool! I didn't know young people could have white hair!" she replied.
If her grandfather hadn't spoken up, the little girl might've resorted to actually prodding White's spikes on his hair out of curiosity. Darius, on the other hand, just gave White a smirk with a look that said he could handle it. Of course, he was merely joking when he did it. Darius would have said something to distract the kid but Roy standing to speak had saved him and White the trouble of entertaining a little kid.
Darius turned his gaze, as did the little girl, to Roy when he spoke to them all. He introduced them to everyone, saying they had brought tidings about Justice Wilder and that they could all now know for certain that he was dead. Darius had lowered his gaze a bit at this since it was still a sad topic to bring up. People around them seemed to react similar to that of Tana and Roy or like that of Ray. According to Roy, a ceremony would be held for Justice Wilder and a headstone for him will be placed in the resting place of the ancestors. Darius, despite the sad topic, couldn't help but wonder how that sort of thing worked and what traditions were involved with it.
Once Roy had finished speaking, Grand uncle Ray stood to take the stand but what was he going to announce? Darius silently watched him, wondering what it was that the elder had to say.

Grand Uncle Ray took a stand as Roy took a seat. White watched him give everyone a warm smile. "As the oldest member of the family it is my duty to open the celebration as we have every year. We must never forget what our great ancestors have done for us. So we open the celebration with the story of Rowen the Great as has been done for years now."
White had no idea who this Rowen person was, but it seemed that whatever story Ray was about to tell, it was a common one among the family. "It is said Rowen was the fiercest of fighters. He and his three brothers traveled the worlds vanquishing enemy after enemy before finally making their home here. He was the strongest, bravest, and most caring of all his fellow comrades. A born leader who took no one's funny business.
"One day Rowen stumbled upon the fair maiden that would be his wife. She and her small companion, the dwarf named Reg, were helpless until Rowen and his brothers came to their aid. And together they saved the entire universe from evil. We celebrate him along with all our ancestors who came after. We celebrate all the heroes of our family. So before we dig in to this fine food, let us all raise our glass."
White glanced down and noticed a small wine glass in front of him. His of course was filled with wine, but those who were underage had cups filled with grape juice. Grand Uncle Ray raised his glass and everyone followed. Not wanting to be left out, White held up his own.
"To family." Ray announced. In unison the room responded, "Family." White himself even joined in. It was hard not to with such an atmosphere. "Now dig in everyone. Let the festivities begin!" And then the dinner began. To White's surprise it went pretty fast, and before he knew it he was stuffed.
-----------------------------
Sir Joffery and Lady Silvia were the first to arrive on the scene. Having a head start on Lance, they arrived while some of the towns people were still fleeing. "Sir Joffery! See if you can get them to safety. I will see what is causing this." Lady Silvia watched Sir Joffery dash ahead and practically scoop people up off the ground and onto his back.
She headed past him, and headed deeper into the destruction. It was then that she came upon the lady with arms surrounded in layers of earth. Why would a human cause this much destruction? It angered Lady Silvia that someone could do this. Keyblade in hand she watched the women scoop up an old man and squish his head between her fingers!
There was no time to simply stand by! As the evil women went to pick up the dying body of another person, Lady Silvia threw her keyblade. It shot through the air like a boomerang and struck the woman's large hand, preventing it from picking up the dying person. Her keyblade arced back and she swooped up and grabbed it from the air.
The evil woman slowly turned and her yellow eyes locked on Lady Silvia, and then on the keyblade in her hand. Those yellow eyes narrowed in anger and the women let out a shrilling scream that did not sound human at all. In fact it sounded like that enemy she had fought on Destiny Island. "So that is why my liege sent us here!" She thought to herself.
But there was not much more time to think because the fissure was heading right towards her at top speed.

Darius kept his gaze fixed on Ray when he spoke. He being the eldest member, it was his duty to begin the celebrations for this festivity every year. Darius furrowed an eyebrow as Ray went on to explain that before the celebration began, he was going to start out with the story of "Rowen the Great" as they did every year now. Immediately, the little girl that had been pestering White, sat down where she was between them to listen. She didn't move out of respect to her grand uncle.
As soon as everyone's attention was fixed on Ray, he began the story. Their ancestor was apparently one of four brothers. With his brothers, he traveled the worlds vanquishing enemies. Honestly, Darius had to wonder if there could be someone so...perfect sounding. According to legend, this guy was a natural born leader and everything in between. Then one day he came across his soon-to-be wife along with a dwarf friend, Reg. They apparently couldn't do anything themselves and once this Rowen guy and his brothers aided them, they all saved the universe from great peril.
'Hm, not sure if this was all true or not, it reminds me of a children's story!' Darius thought but didn't dare say. The Wilder family had been kind enough to invite them in on their festivities, after all. The least he could do was humor them and wonder to himself just how much of it were true. Clearly, the fame the family had in these parts meant something. It's just the way the story was said sounded so...child story book-like.
Out of respect, he glanced at his drink when he found it before him. Unlike Meadows, this world's laws were different. Age eighteen apparently meant you were old enough to drink here. In Meadows, you had to be twenty one in order to drink. 'I'm starting to like this world more and more!' he thought to himself as he grabbed hold of his own glass. The little girl next to them had grape juice in her glass.
When Ray stated that they should all raise their glasses, Darius did in unison with everyone else. He wasn't of family but he would celebrate with them and do as they were doing. When Ray said "To family", Darius hesitated for a split second. His family couldn't exactly be something for him to celebrate. His parents were dead and Ivory was on the enemy side. "To...to family!" he repeated, having just harshly remembered his predicament before taking a drink and then lowering the glass. 'Yeah, might take me a while to get over it!' he thought to himself.
Darius finally looked over at the little girl who was now looking between them after she had taken a drink. Before long, Darius discovered her name was Mia Wilder. She was four years old and was training to fight, even at her young age, by grand uncle Ray. Brayden played a lot with her but she especially loved it when Lance played with her. 'To be young and carefree!' he thought with amusement. The kid really liked them, it seemed.
As the night's events continued, it wasn't long before Darius found himself full as well and that was saying something. Darius was known as the bottomless pit. It was a very good feast if he was full.
By the time things got to be like that, Brayden Wilder had finally recovered from being knocked out by Lance. Getting to his feet, after a moment of rubbing his head in pain, he tried to remember what had happened. In a few minutes, Brayden might be running off to alert the others about where Lance had gone. Then again, he might not as he felt his consciousness hazing once more. Lance had hit him pretty good.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Lance ran as fast as he could, allowing the screams of terror to help guide him in which direction for him to take. It would still take him a good bit before he'd find the source along with Lady Silvia and Joffrey. As he got closer to his destination, while running, if he had paused a moment to look into his summoned lance he would've seen someone else's face in the reflection in his place.
Back at the Wilder estate, while the festivities were taking place, no one would have noticed the weak glow in the nooks and crannies of the ancient armor. Coincidentally, the same headstone Lance had been staring at was also glowing faintly.

((OOC: Short post but I wanted to give you time to have things progress lol.))
Having finished dinner, White had some time to relax and just enjoy people's company. Well that was what he should have done. Instead his mind was going over what they found, what they didn't find, and what questions he wanted to ask. Ray had said that they would have the opportunity later to find more answers, but White wondered when "later" happened to be.
He had no intention of going up and asking though. People were enjoying themselves, having a grand old time. Glancing over at Arya and Mr. Thomas, they seemed lost in a conversation between the two. He didn't want to disturb them so, he glanced over at Darius. His friend seemed lost in his own thoughts as well.
There really wasn't much White could do, but just wait. He had no clues as to what exactly these festivities were. Perhaps they were just sitting around and talking... Maybe they were more? White really didn't know. So he took a sip of his wine. He glanced over to the young girl that had come and played with his hair before. At least she wasn't messing with it now. No one knew of the peril that was happening in town.
