Things took a turn for the worst when Amber had cut off the king, already certain that she was going to be denied. What she said next, however, even made Rekka gasp only because she didn't think Amber would slip up and reveal who she really was. Now, they were in for a real pickle. It was King Lion who reacted so strongly first. Rekka looked over at him, recovering from her own surprise at Amber's slip.
If it hadn't been for the Elf Elder, Amber and the others might've been in more trouble than anticipated. Once the Chief Elder spoke, the King of Cornelia had also vouched for Amber. Rekka had become tense, ready to do anything to help Amber if the need be. She only calmed some when King Lion took his seat although it looked like an effort on his part. What was said next made it hard for Rekka to keep herself calm.
"How...dare-" Rekka growled, slowly losing her cool as King Lion basically implied Amber was dangerous and could turn on them. Before she could blow her top, the others began to discuss what they were going to do. Then, when the others seemed ready to send out their chosen soldiers, King Lion suggested it was time that they leave.
It wasn't a surprise to Damien. As soon as their usefulness would prove done, they would be forced out of the room. He was used to this kind of behavior, most leaders were the same in this. When the King referred to Aiden, Damien looked over at him. What would the kid do without them? He could easily be taken advantage of without them being there. As the leaders agreed to have a walk outside, Damien just crossed his arms in silence as they all filed out. All of them save for the Chief Elder.
When Orion spoke, finally answering Damien's question, the Chief Elder spoke. All of them looked over to the Elder. As Amber spoke, they listened to what the Chief of the elves had to say. According to what he had read on, the weapon he had thought sounded like a keyblade. From what the Elder said, the only weapon that can fight a keyblade was another keyblade. Like it or not, the Elder was right. Damien didn't even think even the best soldiers could hope to counter the Order of the Destroyer. After all, the Dark God was also a factor to be aware of. Even now, he seemed content on letting Lakari have free reign for now.
"What other choice do we have? It's like you said...I want revenge for the loss of our friends as well. Infusca, Joshua, Tai, James...Bartimaeus. They all deserve to be avenged."
"Heck, I'm in! Sounds like fun!" Aiden replied. Kane placed a hand on his forehead hearing this.
"It's clear to me that they won't succeed. I know the Order of the Destroyer. It's not an easy Organization to take out. On top of it, there is the Dark God that needs to be watched out for. Together, with the Emperor, our situation is more serious than they think. Besides...who is going to even get you guys there? I'm your only means."
"No, naturally you may be but I've portal beans...I just need to get to my barracks dorm room. I left my stash there. You know...just in case you die."
"Oh, ha ha, very funny."
"Don't jinx us!" Aiden stated. He really looked worried at that. "I don't want any of us to die there."

It seemed everyone was in for seeking out the weapon. The Chief Elder did not know much about the Order of the Destroyer or the dark god. With Elfenhiem being so closed off from the rest of the world, the Elder thought for a moment to ask just what Damien meant, but then Damien and Aiden continued speaking. With the moment passed he put that in the back of his mind.
Joking around about how they were going to get there, Amber and Orion couldn't help but laugh along. Well at least they had a couple different ways to get there.
Even the Chief Elder chuckled. "Good. I would like Natalia to go with you. She has all the information you will need. Additionally she might be of great use to getting through the ancient ruins."
Amber had never met Natalia before, but it would be interesting to be working with someone of her kind again... Well half-kind anyway.
Prince Orion didn't find Natalia coming to be a problem. She had helped them out before with getting into Elfenhiem when he needed that cure. "It's alright with me if it's alright with everyone else." He responded since the elder had turned towards Orion when he had spoken of her.
Amber mentioned that she didn't have a problem with this either. Once everyone had given their opinion, the elder said, "Thank you everyone."
It was not much longer before the other leaders had returned and they were asked to leave. As they headed out the door, Orion paused when his father addressed him. "Do not think of returning to the Enchanted Domain, Orion. If you are spotted there, the soldiers are instructed to arrest you on sight. You may have autonomy here, but if they catch you, I will try you for attempted murder."
What could Orion say? His father's words hurt him, but this was just the something that his father would do. Forgive your son for making a mistake? Not King Lion! King Lion was a stubborn mule. It hurt Orion and made him angry. "You're a stubborn mule and an old man. And frankly I'll do whatever the hell I want." Orion told him. Not wanting to hear his reply he stormed out of the conference rooms.
Heading back to the rooms, Orion remained silent. He was fuming, his face set in a scowl. If anyone tried to speak to them they'd probably find Orion mumble something under his breath. Once they had reached the room and everyone was in, Orion finally let loose. "Stupid tool! Won't even let me go home. Psh. When this is all over Damien, were going to tie that man up and throw him out the window." Orion said, including his friend in an attempted murder whether or not he liked it.
"What's his deal anyway? Arne't you the heir to the throne?" Amber asked.
Orion rolled his eyes. "I'll tell you what's the deal! He's got a huge stick up his ass!"

Rekka let out a chuckle at the look on Damien's face. She was only teasing him despite being serious about needing to get her portal beans. It would be of use in case they got separated or if the worst happened. It was always good to be prepared. Rekka's laughter only intensified when Aiden had stated that he hoped none of them died on there.
"Don't worry, Aiden. I think we've all been through a lot to know enough not to try and die."
They turned to the Chief Elder again, who had also found mirth in the situation. They might as well find some humor in it. Everything had been so serious lately. It would be nice to just kick back if they could. As the Chief Elder spoke, he told them that he would be sending Natalia out with them. When the Elder asked if that would be alright, Orion had been the first to speak up.
"Yeah, sure!" Aiden agreed.
"I have no problem with it."
"The more, the merrier...safety in numbers, after all."
Thus, it was decided that Natalia would accompany them. It would be nice to see another familiar face. When the Chief Elder had thanked them, Damien, Aiden and Rekka stated that he was welcome. It wasn't long after that when the kings had arrived. It was time for them to leave.
"I'm sorry, King uh Richard and...fellow kings and world leaders...but I have to go now. There is something I must do. Where I would like to stay in the conference and chat, I've things I need to figure out too." Politely, Aiden inclined his head and headed out with the others. No way was he going to get stuck in a conference while the others ran off to the Graveyard! Kane bowed respectfully and followed Aiden close behind.
Rekka exited alongside Amber.
It was just Damien and Orion left. As Damien made to step out, he took pause when King Lion had called out to Orion. As Damien turned, crossing his arms, he heard every word the king said to his own son. Where Damien had been hurt to hear who he had thought to be his real father say such things,Ivan hadn't been Damien's real father. Even now, Damien didn't know who his real family was. All he had was a surname. He wondered how it must have felt for Orion to hear his own flesh and blood threaten him like that. In response, Damien hadn't expected to hear such a retort from Orion. As Orion exited, in fumes, Damien followed his lead after passing a glance over his shoulder in King Lion's direction. Would things change if he knew Orion was forced into that situation because of Damien?
As their group returned to the rooms they had in the suites, Orion had been quiet the rest of the way. It was obvious that he was angry. When they finally got in the suite, Orion finally let it all go. Damien couldn't help but raise his eyebrows at what Orion was saying. He sounded, oddly enough, like Aiden. Especially when he had included Damien in an attempted murder.
"Wait...why am I getting dragged into this?"
"Because we all drag you along, that's why!"
"Hey!"
"Heh! Orion, you sound like me!" Aiden stated with a laugh. Then, Amber asked what Orion's father's problem was. In response, Orion stated that his father had a stick up his bum.
"Well, Julian did tell us how he was...can't say that I'm surprised." Rekka looked over at Amber then. They had both met Julian. In the little time that they had spent in the Enchanted Domain they had garnered some about King Lion. His name was fitting.
"Anyways, I wonder if the staying in the castle rule still applies? I'm itching to get those portal beans before we have to leave. When are we leaving anyway? Tomorrow?"

Orion hadn't known that he was sounding like Aiden. To him he was just acting how he normally was when he was really angry. Hearing his friends speak up he ignored their question about being dragged into what he was saying. He didn't really plan on doing that, but he had half the mind too at the moment! But it was actually Rekka who made Orion pause.
"I think it would be best we leave tomorrow. I'm exhausted and I think we could all do with some rest" While she hadn't been a part of the battle earlier, Amber was using magic constantly. Even though it didn't take too much, she was supplying a steady flow into her leg. It was how she was able to create her leg and move around.
Orion however was more interested in the fact that Rekka had just mentioned his brother. He hadn't known that Rekka and Amber had run into Julian. "Wait... you guys ran into my brother?"
Amber turned to Orion. "I guess he would be your brother wouldn't he. We met him along with Bartimaeus when we traveled to the Enchanted Domain. He had helped us when we were in a pinch." Defining it as a pinch was putting it lightly. It had been quite a bit of a mess to say the least!
Orion wanted to know more. "How long ago was that? Do you know why he'd be with the Order?"
Glancing at Rekka, Amber wondered why Julian would be with the Order. It couldn't have been a few days ago that they were in the Enchanted Domain. "Sorry, I don't know. Last I saw him was before he had helped us get us off the world. He seemed preoccupied with your father if I remember correctly." That was the best she could offer. Perhaps Rekka might be able to offer more.

Damien gave a nod in agreement to what Amber had said in answer to Rekka's question. "A rest would be nice." After all they went through today they could use some rest. Neither of them had gotten a chance to sleep after what happened in the Land of Dragons. It had been a physically as well as emotionally exhausting day for the lot of them.
Orion seemed to get over his anger for a moment. What Rekka had said about Julian had apparently surprised him. Rekka nodded in response as Amber explained that they had met him in the Enchanted Domain along with Bartimaeus. When Amber said pinch, Rekka gave a faint, halfhearted laugh. "If you can call that a pinch..."
It wasn't long until Orion questioned them about how long ago their meeting with Julian had been and whether or not they might know the reason behind why Julian would be with the Order. Rekka looked over at Amber as Amber looked over at her. While Amber said most of what they knew, Rekka thought on what else they had learned.
"Yeah...we were trying to get our late friend from the clutches of your father's men but...to no avail. He was not kind, I hope he hadn't hurt Julian because of us, now that I think of it." Now, why would Julian be involved? She knew of Amber's brother being in the world when he had killed Infusca. Could there be a chance that right when he had arrived, after killing Infusca, there would have been a chance for Lakari to get a hold of Julian? Amber's brother hadn't been working with the soldiers though and seemed as likely to kill them as he would have Rekka if she hadn't fallen like she did. The memory of the elf made Rekka shudder.
"Well, we encountered Amber's brother...he and the soldiers almost killed us that day. If Amber's brother were there, if Lakari was around...I don't know. However, there could have been a chance it happened around that time or a little afterward. Julian had healed us back to health before sending us off. We're um...not exactly er...welcome back there..."
"Sounds like you guys had one heck of a time."
"Hmph, we're not exactly welcome here either. So, I see your point." There was a silence.
"I'm not sure what happened to Julian. He looked like he was in shock over something. What that is, I haven't a clue."
"He kept muttering something. I couldn't really hear it over the din of the battle around us and with all the heart beats and the like...not easy to hear a single string of murmured words." If it hadn't been apparent to Amber and Rekka earlier, it was even more so now that Aiden had stated that, that he wasn't entirely human. Yes, he was human but there was the blood of something else coursing through his veins. What part of him that had been human had been altered. He had a mortal life but his slight appearance changes and his physical abilities said otherwise.

Orion was worried about his brother. The way he had been acting had been off. Julian hadn't even recognized him when he saw him on the battle field. Just what had happened? As much information as Amber and Rekka had about meeting him, they could provide no more information about it. What Amber and Rekka proposed might have happened was certainly a viable explanation. It would help to explain why he was there. "I just hope he's ok." He said aloud, speaking more to himself than really anyone else there.
Aiden filling in on what he saw didn't do much to ease Orion's peace of mind. Was Julian under the order's spell? Was he like Bartimaeus? An undead?! That thought really made Orion go white. Orion wished there was something he could do about it, but he hadn't a clue where to start! Not only that but they had a mission now. The Chief Elder had done a lot in helping Orion heal. He didn't want to let him down now. Orion felt himself being pulled in two directions. One to find out where Julian was. The other to go with his friends and find everyone else.
"I'm pretty tired guys. I think I'm going to go lay down." Orion told everyone. It wasn't that he didn't want to stay up and talk, but he needed just some time to detox and think things through.
Amber, nodded. "Goodnight than Orion." She told him. Watching Orion head to the room she felt bad for him. Amber never had siblings, but she could understand that he probably pretty worried about his brother. Heck if it was Rekka she'd be worried about her, and Rekka was probably the closest thing to a sister she ever had.
"Perhaps it would be best if I went to bed too. If were going to be running to another world tomorrow, I want to be rested." She told everyone. Amber was the next to head to her bed.

As Orion stated that he hoped Julian was okay, Rekka gave a nod of agreement. Julian had been kind to Amber, Rekka and Bartimaeus when they visited the world. It wasn't certain why he was acting the way he did but it didn't look good. Maybe he had been captured or something? Why would Lakari bring a captive along like that though? It didn't make much sense. At least, not to Rekka anyway. Something was amiss. She just hoped that they wouldn't have to do anything to Julian because of circumstance. Rekka would hate to be forced into conflict with a friend.
Then, Aiden said his own piece and Rekka looked at the youth more closely. Just what did he mean by that? Then again, when she had glimpsed him fighting, he hadn't seemed like a normal teenager by that time. Even now, his eyes seemed a little odd. If she saw his teeth, that would only confirm her suspicions more if what he said hadn't already.
After everyone had filled Orion in on what they could about Julian, Orion had announced that he was tired and took his leave. "Alright, have a good night, Orion..." Aiden stated, sensing something was troubling him but he didn't question him.
Much like Amber, Damien had watched him go. It had to be rough with Orion's father not permitting him to go home and the fact that Julian was with the Order of the Destroyer. For Orion's sake, Damien hoped things wouldn't turn for the worst involving Orion having to make a terrible decision where his brother was concerned.
Rekka wondered how it had to feel to see one's sibling on the other side. It wasn't clear what Julian's involvement was. From their brief meeting with Julian, Rekka had believed that he was a good person at heart. There was a chance he was being manipulated or being controlled. If he really was on the side of the Destroyer, Rekka wouldn't really know what to think. She hadn't siblings of her own but Rekka knew that if she had any that this would trouble her. All she had was her mother and Amber. Amber was her closest friend out of everyone there. Bartimaeus was the second closest but they had lost him now. It was just the two of them along with these boys they had recently joined up with. If anything were to happen to Amber, Rekka would be lost and unsure of herself. After all, up until she met Amber, Rekka had been pretty much on her own. Sure, she had her mother but her mother had been bed ridden since her father's death and when Rekka had lost her eye. Amber was the first real friend she had made that didn't mind the fact that Rekka was missing an eyeball. What friends Rekka had in the past left her because of her eye missing. Society had even somewhat shunned her or pitied her, both things that had caused her to hate her misfortune all the more.
It wasn't long before Amber announced that she, too, would be going to get some rest. Rekka gave a nod of her head. They had been through a lot today. A heck of a lot. "You have a good night, Amber." As her friend departed to her own room, Rekka guessed that she might as well too. Sleep wouldn't come easy though. With all the losses they had since getting here, Rekka would likely be haunted by not just the events of today but the events of what she had experienced with Amber since before returning to Cornelia. Also, what of her cousin? Was he dead too?
"Well, I might as well go to bed too. You guys have a good night." With that, Rekka went to her own room and went to a fitful sleep.
"Damien...aren't you going to bed?" Aiden had asked him. Damien looked over at the young Wilder.
"Not right now." Aiden shrugged at this.
"Suite yourself...just don't stay up too long. We need you fully awake tomorrow!" With that, Aiden headed down the hallway in the suite to his own room. All that remained was now Kane and Damien.
"You may well be the young king's best friend...yet you are a former member of the Order of Destroyer. How do you live with yourself? How do you live with the things you have been through up until now?" Kane had asked him. Damien furrowed his brows at the man. Was he looking to argue at a time like this? Did he not trust him?
"Look, I don't give a damn about what you all might think of me. I am what I am. I cannot change the past or the things that I have done. I was raised to be what I was and because of it, I didn't realize what I was doing was wrong. In my eyes, I believed I had been a hero. I was blinded by my belief of being a hero. I had thought that what I was doing was heroic. In reality, I was nothing more than a monster."
Damien shook his head at this and broke his eye contact with Kane. "I wouldn't blame you for wanting to cut me in two right now, learning of what I am. However, I am one of your very few means to get to the Graveyard. I think it would be a terrible mistake to kill me or arrest me." Damien let out a bit of a laugh then. "However, I highly doubt there is anyone yet who can contain me given my ability. So, good luck with that one."
Kane, whom had his hand on the hilt of his sheathed sword, took his hand off it. "I know, it must be disconcerting to have someone like me around who could easily turn around and betray all of you on a whim. I assure you, I have no more ties with the Order. I hate the man who raised me, Ivan. He was never my father and I know nothing of my real family. It bothers me, to say the least, to not know. It also bothers me how my life had been up until now. It bothers me to even have friends after everything since I feel that I don't deserve them. I blame myself for a lot of things and even hate myself for them. However, I cannot allow anyone to try and kill me or arrest me until I at least atone for most of the things that I have done, if not all of them."
"Forgive me for my forwardness. I had to know what kind of person you really were, Damien. I can understand how it is to hate one's self. I had failed my King and Queen. I have even failed my best friend, Leia. I wonder and hope that she is alive somewhere. I hope that I can atone for my failure in helping the new King, Aiden, in becoming a great man. I know it's not easy and I am aware that there are things that I might not be able to teach him. I do not deserve this opportunity and have forced myself into it. So, like you, I know what it is like to feel the need for atonement. I will not arrest or harm you, Damien. That, you have my word on. Just please, if anything should happen to myself, I want for you and Orion to continue to be there with Aiden. May you have a good night, Damien." With that, Kane bowed to him and left.
Soon after, when Damien was certain that no one would sneak into their rooms at night to try and kill him, Damien went to bed as well.
--------------------------------
"TIME TO WAKE UP!" It had been Aiden's shouting that they all might wake up to. If it wasn't his shouting, it might be his ceaseless running up and down the hall as he made sure to knock hard on everyone's doors as he went.
Rekka was startled out of her sleep. Grumpily, she walked to the door and opened it. "Must you shout?" she protested.
Damien was the most annoyed as he came out. His hair was messier than ever and he had a subtle flame in his eyes as he glowered at the youngest member of their group. "Aiden..." Damien growled. Aiden gulped as he gave Damien a faint laugh.
"Y-Yes?" Aiden said tentatively.
Damien tore open a portal under his feet, in which Aiden had fallen through it. Seconds later, he would appear through one directly above it and would repeat the process all over again for a good minute before Damien would release him of it. "Don't...wake me up...like that...again!" Damien snarled at him before slamming the door shut.
"...And I thought I had anger management issues."

Waking up to shouting, Amber sat right up in bed. What was going on?! Were they under attack?! Having been dreaming about being in a battle, it took her a moment to gather her surroundings. That's right, they were going to go on another mission weren't they. "Back to The Graveyard..." This would not be the first time Amber had visited the graveyard.
Everything had started in the Graveyard, before she had met Rekka. Amber had been sent on a secret mission by the royal family. Traveling there with three others, Amber had encountered Lakari and her half-broher for the first time. They had attacked her the instant they spotted her. Amber had been disarmed and would have died too if Lakari hadn't stopped her brother from killing her. He had recognized her then, calling her his daughter.
"Let's hope things are different this time." Exiting her room, Amber fairly quickly came upon the scene of Aiden falling through looping portals.
Eyes going past Aiden to Damien, she quickly realized he was the culprit. Amber walked right up to Damien, "Are you going to let him out of that or do I have to slap you? He's a kid for goodness sake!"
"Pissing the women off already, Damien?" Orion asked from the doorway. He too had awoken a bit ago. He had come to see what all the commotion was.
Heading into the room, Orion couldn't help but smile at Damien and Amber. She was a scary one! That was for sure! Orion had gotten a good night's rest. It seemed the rest had done him some good.
"Um... excuse me, the Chief Elder told me... Oh my!" Another newcomer had entered. Turning, Orion found himself looking at Natalia. She looked pretty much the same she had the last time they had seen her in Elfenhiem. Her long hair, soft eyes, but dressed in slightly different clothing (light leather armor over green shorts and a baize shirt with a travelers cape tied around her neck). Additionally she held a bow in a black gloved hand and a quiver on her right shoulder.
Her eyes were locked on Aiden as he fell through the portal. "Should I... do something? I can use a spell to push him out of that?" She asked.

Damien, whom had been just about to take care of his needs in the room, was glad that he hadn't quite gotten there yet as Amber stormed through the door. He couldn't help but look back at her, perplexed by the way she had just walked into his room. He got over the surprise soon enough as he furrowed his brows. "That's what he gets for-!" he made to say until Orion's voice was heard. The white haired one thought it was amusing that Damien and Amber were once again, arguing.
Rekka let out a sigh as she walked over to the portal looping. "How the heck to get him out of that..." she said to herself as she examined it. Aiden didn't appear to be harmed except for constantly falling. Maybe if she tried to catch him? As this came to mind, Rekka reached out as if to try and catch him. Unfortunately, that didn't work and just as Natalia happened upon them, Rekka let out a startled squeak and then, she too fell through the endless portals.
Damien let out a sigh as he reached out and ceased the portals. Aiden and Rekka landed in a crumpled heap on the floor. "N-No...he's...okay!" she breathed, letting her stomach settle.
"Speak for yourself!" Aiden stated. Without warning, he turned his head away from everyone and let out whatever remainder of food he still had in his system. Rekka crinkled her nose at this.
"...Mind getting out of my room?" Damien questioned Amber. He had removed his shirt at the time she had intruded upon him. All over his torso were spidery scars caused from lighting. Originally, He had simply planned on finishing taking care of his morning routine before ceasing Aiden's portal loops. When the other two reacted, Damien had no choice but to stop it at that point especially when the red head had also fallen into it.
Rekka pushed herself up off the floor shakily. "Hello, ma'am." She had greeted Natalia.

Natalia arriving on the scene made Amber glance towards the door. Having never met Natalia before, Amber wondered just how much the Chief Elder told Natalia about Amber. Was it good things? Bad?
"Why um... hello, I'm Natalia." She introduced herself, bowing formerly to Rekka.
Orion, headed over to her to greet her too. "Natalia, I never got the chance to thank you properly for helping us get into Elfenhiem."
Natalia smiled. "Oh do not worry. I did so more for my benefit then yours."
Orion, slightly surprised by her response, fumbled for words. "Er.. um... ok then."
While that was occurring, Amber was being very annoyed with Damien. Poor kid! Amber was glad to see him out, but she was livid at Damien. His cocky attitude, his... Having walked right up to Damien Amber hadn't really been paying attention to the fact that he was shirtless. She was surprised to see he was not just muscular but also had quite a bit of scars as well. Amber knew a bit about Damien's past, but not it was easy to forget when everything was happening.
Then again any thought she was having towards him were replaced by annoyance when he asked her to leave. Taking a deep breath in annoyance she fought her urge to slap him. "Your more of a kid then he is!" She told him before heading towards the door.
"I think we should um... let Damien change everyone." Orion said as he headed out.

Rekka had forgotten about the situation with Damien since she was distracted with Natalia's arrival. The elven girl had bowed to her, acting formal. "Nice to meet you, Natalia. I'm Rekka!" the red head had greeted her. Orion went over to greet Natalia as well, thanking her for helping them get into Elfenheim. What she said though made Rekka blink. Well, that sounded sort of rude. Still, it seemed like they were friends.
Aiden, recovering from the loops, dizzily got back to his feet. He used the wall to support him at that moment as the world spun all around him. "H-Hi...N-Natalia!" Aiden welcomed her. He smiled at her but the way his eyes were shifting, he wasn't actually looking directly at Natalia like he had thought. Instead, he was looking at several Natalias.
Damien crossed his arms as he looked back at Amber, just as annoyed with her as she was with him. She practically barged right in! 'Thankfully, I did not drop my pants!' Damien thought in annoyance at the intrusion. He didn't realize that he had so many scars from what Ivan had done to him. He didn't realize that Amber was taking them in right now and his upper torso, which was unfortunately exposed for all to see. At least it wasn't as bad as poor Orion that one time he had a nightmare and Aiden and Damien busted in on a nude Orion.
As Amber stated that he was more of a child than Aiden was, Damien just huffed at her. "Says the one who barges into one's bedroom,' he muttered. Rekka and Aiden turned when Orion stated they should all probably get out so that Damien could change.
"Oh! Sorry!" Aiden stated as he scurried dizzily out. Rekka took pity on the kid as she helped him weave out the door when he accidentally ran into the wall. Once they were all outside, Damien closed the door and fixed his hair and shirt again before adorning his cape and walking back out to join the others.
"Hello, Natalia." Damien gave her a nod in greeting to acknowledge that he remembered her.

Natalia was at the center of attention. Introducing herself to everyone, even Damien came to say hello once he was dressed. Amber was still angry at him, so she refused to look at him. "The Chief Elder wished us to get going as soon as possible. I came here ready to go, so whenever you all are ready let me know." Natalia told them.
Orion had come to the decision last night that he was going to go with everyone to the Graveyard. Twilight Town, if it still existed, was a battle zone. Who knew if he could actually find him or not. As much as he wanted to find his brother, Orion felt it would be better to go with his friends.
"Do we have time for breakfast at least?" Orion wondered to himself aloud. He hadn't really been asking anyone, but he was surprised to hear Natalia answer.
"His Royal Majesty King Richard has actually asked the servants to bring up some packages of rations so that we might leave at the soonest opportunity."
Orion struggled for a response. "Oh... er um... alright. Perhaps I best get my things then." Natalia sure seemed ready to leave. A little bit annoyed, Orion returned to his room to gather his things.
"The Chief Elder really thinks this weapon will stop the Emperor?" Amber asked Natalia.
Natalia nodded. "He has shown me the texts. There are many references to the guardian and weapon that he speaks of. Whether or not it is a keyblade I do not know. But I have been spending some time reading about the ruins of that castle on the Graveyard. It is said that the magic is very active in those ruins. I was prepared to go alone if you guys had refused."
Amber followed Natalia's response. "Well hopefully we can be of some help then. I'll go get my things." She said. Hopefully by the time they all gathered their things they would be ready to leave.

Aiden had recovered from the portal loops. Already, he was standing on his feet again, his head no longer swimming. He wasn't likely to try and wake Damien like that again. He was glad though that his time in there had been shortened. If it weren't for Amber and Rekka, he'd probably be in there a few moments longer and sicker longer.
Rekka was glad to be out of those loops too. She hadn't been in as long as poor Aiden but even she didn't like falling endlessly. It felt like they had been falling forever with nothing to land on. When Damien abruptly cut it short, thanks to Amber, it felt like they had only fallen a few feet. It had been a strange experience, to say the least.
Damien stood there, now fully dressed and his hair not as messy as it had been before. He passed a glance at the others in the room after greeting Natalia. Aiden looked a bit pale but he was fine. Rekka, too, looked okay despite having fallen through the portal loops to try and catch Aiden. Orion looked like he was in thought. As for Amber, Damien could see that she looked pissed. No doubt, she was still fuming at him. Oh well, Damien hated being woken up in the fashion that Aiden had woken him up. If he hadn't done so, Damien might not have reacted the way he did.
Orion had questioned if they were going to have breakfast, Aiden was next to pipe up. "Y-Yeah...breakfast...sounds nice!" he stated. His stomach had settled but he was still somewhat pale. A meal might help him a little. Natalia had dashed that idea. Time was of the essence and the king was going to provide rations for them so that they could head out immediately.
Orion stated that he would need to get his things and left the immediate room. Aiden scurried off too. Kane, Damien and Rekka remained. The three of them were already to head out at a moment's notice. Rekka, of course, wasn't intentionally ready to go. She, too, had thought that they would at least have breakfast before taking off. 'So much for that!' Rekka thought. It put a bit of a puncture in her mood. She wasn't annoyed, just a little dismayed. Oh well, she understood the need to go and find that weapon. She would get over it.
As Damien, Rekka and Kane stood there, they heard Amber exchanging words with Natalia. According to Natalia, she had read everything about the weapon and its guardian. If they had refused, Natalia was prepared to go alone. Amber, it wasn't clear if she was annoyed by Natalia's last remark or not. However, she stated that she hoped they would be of some help before saying that she would get her things. Rekka watched her leave.
Damien, honestly, wasn't surprised. Natalia seemed a more practical kind of person. She was to the point. The only one time that she seemed to slow down and stop was when Aiden had been injured. However, it was only because she was ordered to. She seemed very dedicated to the Chief Elder. Was she, perhaps, a relative of his? There hadn't exactly been mention of who would take over if something were to ever happen to the Chief Elder. When Amber had said her words and turned around and left to gather her things, Aiden had already returned, ready at a moment's notice.
"So...magic and a guardian. Can you tell us what we need to be on the look out for?" Damien asked her. He was polite about it. Rekka wondered the same thing as she looked back at Natalia intently. Was the magic that was said to be active there magical traps?

As Orion and Amber went to gather their things, Natalia listened to Damien's question. "In terms of enemies, traps, or the like I do not think we have much to worry about. All that's left of the castle are sections of the broken walls. The roofs and floors have long ago caved in. According to the texts the ancient magic still lives among the ruins. One of the texts that the Chief Elder translated was from an account of an ancient explore who lived about a hundred and fifty years ago. He visited the ruins and spoke of a secret pathway that was sealed by magic. The Elder believes that the weapon is there. Once we pass through that pathway, I have no clue what we will find. But I would be prepared for anything."
While she explained, the servants had arrived. They came in bearing, not only backpacks filled with rations, but about six or seven trays with a variety of different food for them. Leading them had been the guard who had ushered them around yesterday. She came up to them now. "His majesty sends his thanks and regards. He wished me to invite you back at any time. If any of you wish to remain in Cornelia he says he would be happy to help."
Orion, returning all dressed and ready to go, picked up a sweet roll on one of the trays. "Thank you." He told the guard, then took a bite of the sweet roll. If his father, after all of this, still did not allow him to return home coming here might not be a bad idea. There was much Orion could do here, and with his experience perhaps there was somethings he could do to even help the king.
Amber, returning to the scene, spotted the food and went ahead and grabbed something to eat as well. She spotted a bread roll with jam spread on its top. The item was tasty and she went ahead and grabbed another just for good measure as well. "We ready to go?" Amber asked them all, joining the group.
Natalia nodded. "I'm ready whenever you guys are."

As the sun was rising in Twilight Town, Lakari was almost out of time. The battle in Twilight Town had gone on through the night. He had two hours left, if that... "If I am to do this, I need to do it now!" But he wasn't going to do it here. Not out in the open. But first he wanted to set his next plans into motion. Glancing around, Lakari looked for Ivan. This world was theirs. It was time to move onto the Enchanted Domain!
Glancing through the battlefield he spotted Ivan among the living survivors of the order. They had lost maybe only one live soldier in this battle. The undead, on the other hand, had doubled in size. The dead of Twilight Town had been added to the dead from the Land of Dragons. Grabbing Julian, Lakari opened a portal and walked he and Julian over to Ivan.
"This has been an excellent battle Ivan. I wish to.. apologize for my earlier words. I was a bit on edge about getting this battle underway. Now I ask you and your men to take the undead and proceed to the Enchanted Domain. I leave it to you to take on the Enchanted Domain. I have... things to take care of for a while. I need this boy for a short wile, but I will send him to meet you in the Enchatned Domain. He will bear my keyblade and act in my stead while I am away." Lakari said, speaking of Julian.
The boy still looked as broken as before. His sight seemed distant and although he didn't speak, he didn't seem to know what was going on either. Ivan may wonder how such a person was going to be capable of doing anything let alone act as a leader. Lakari wasn't going to explain how either. He had to leave. Every second he wasted his time grew shorter and shorter.
Opening a portal, Lakari left things to Ivan. It was time to do this!

Damien listened as Natalia explained that the ruins didn't appear to have any traps for them to worry about. At least, not until they got into the magically sealed room. In there, anything was possible. Damien gave a nod at this. "Alright. Thanks."
Rekka wondered what they might find in the ruins. If it really were a keyblade, who would wield it? Maybe it would allow them to bring it back and decide from the people of the worlds? What could the guardian be anyway? There were just a lot of questions that only could be answered when they got there. If it wasn't a keyblade then what could it be?
Orion's and Amber's return pulled her out of her thoughts as the servants entered carrying backpacks. Rekka went over to one and picked it up. It was heavy with food but she bore it without complaint. After what she went through at the beginning of the journey with Amber and Bartimaeus, this baggage wasn't all that bad.
"Ah! Donuts!" Aiden exclaimed as he scurried over to a glazed, chocolate donut and picked it up. He didn't care what the others thought as he bit into it, looking pleased with himself. Kane, at that moment, realized that he would need to teach Aiden better eating habits as well. Through a mouthful, he stated "'Eady 'en 'ou are!"
Rekka glanced at Aiden, after she had picked out a banana and started to eat it. At least he appeared well. Turning from the youngest member, she heard Natalia and Amber. "I'm ready."
"Ready...and thank you," Damien said that last part to the guard before he extended a hand, as he thought about the Graveyard. He had once visited it. A barren wasteland of keyblades...and bodies. Tearing open the portal, Damien entered first. Carefully, he looked around and stepped aside so that the others could follow him through. Aiden scurried in next after hurriedly grabbing a backpack, eager to go. Rekka followed after whomever and entered through the portal.

Ivan took pause in the midst of what had happened at the sound of Lakari's voice. As he turned to him, he saw that the young boy was with him. Why was he dragging him around? As Ivan peered back at him, Lakari had apologized to him. "You needn't worry. We are quite used to that." Then, Lakari instructed Ivan that they were to go to the Enchanted Domain next. There, he would send out Julian in his stead to wield his weapon. Ivan wasn't sure where this was going. Julian appeared to be broken.
Never the less, he knew Lakari had some kind of reason. He just wasn't aware of the very old enemy of all lurking within Lakari. "As you say. I will have us leave immediately. Farewell." With a nod, Ivan glanced once more at Julian before turning away and ordering the others around him to make for the Enchanted Domain. They would attack as soon as they were of number in the Enchanted Domain. Ripping open a portal, nothing like Damien's, Ivan walked through it without a second glance leaving Julian to whatever fate Lakari had in store for the poor soul.

This was it. Finally picking up his bag, and Amber hers, they were ready to leave. "Onto the next adventure then." Orion told Damien as he headed through. Amber pretty much pretended Damien didn't exist as she stepped through. Once they were all through the portal would close behind them.
-------
Lakari was almost out of time. The creature was humming now, knowing that he had only hours before the time was up. If he was going to do this he had to do it now! Glancing over he found him where he left him. Still rocking back and forth. “You may have my body serpant, but I will kill you before you have the chance to use it!” Lakari spoke aloud.
Taking out the keyblade, Lakari pointed it at Julian's chest. “It was never personal boy.” He told Julian, though the good it did, Julian didn't even respond. A small light appeared at the tip of Lakari's keyblade and he tapped it against Julian's head. When the light touched him, Julian's body suddenly stopped moving. He froze as if cast under a spell. Lakari on the other hand used the ancient power of the keyblade to send his own heart and soul into Julian.
Lakari's own body went limp at that moment, falling to the floor and Lakari found himself in empty white space. In front of him there lay what was left of Julian's mind and heart. It was a feeble thing that looked exactly like the Julian in the outside world. He sat on the floor with his arms around his knees and was crying into them.
“Goodbye Julian.” Lakari told him as he summoned a simple silver sword. How he did it, he hadn't a clue. He just wanted one and it appeared. It seemed here that was all that was needed. With a single slice Lakari silenced Julian's cries.
For the first time in what felt like forever Lakari sighed in relief. The white world began to fall apart around him. He had made it in time! When it finally was no more Lakari found himself looking through Julian's eyes. His old body remained on the floor limp.
Although his voice was Julian's his mind was Lakari's. “Silly serpent. So long as it is yet time you still cannot use my body. Now I can destroy you and it.” Lakari stretched out Julian's hand, now his hand, and the keyblade came to it. Regardless of what body he wore, the keyblade recognized him still as his master.
Walking over to his old body Lakari raised the keyblade. Bringing it down he swung it at his old head, and was surprised to find a hand shoot up and catch his blade.
Eyes widening, Lakari stepped back. “No... I had it perfectly timed...” he said confused. It was odd to see a grin on his old body. It was very odd because it was an expression that Lakari had never even made before. A wide maniacal grin.
“Half a fuckin century! It took half a fuckin century for me to get a body back, silly silly elf. I must thank you though! Oh the power it holds is splendid! And you thought you would be able to kill me too! Poor thing.” He said with a puppy face. Lakari's annoyed expression brought out a laugh from the serpant. It was Lakari's laugh and his voice, but it seemed wrong. Oh so wrong!
Realizing that he was in a dangerous situation, Lakari brought out his keyblade. He swung it at Lakari and met a barrier that when he hit it sent him sprawling backward, knocked clear off his feet. “Such a silly weapon too. I really have no need of it. But I did promise you that I'd kill you didn't I.” Lakari suddenly found himself trapped in a cubbed barrier! No! His own ability! He was using his own ability against him!
“No! I am the Emperor! I am the Dark God! You cannot defeat me! I am the...” Lakari never finished his words. The four walls slammed into each other, smashing Julian's body and Lakari's mind within it.
“You really talk too much.” Sighing, Lakari's body, still wearing a smile, turned away. Boy was it nice to have a body again! But what should he do now? The serpent had no care for the dark god, light god, or any of the four heads. But there was that one kid... That kid was a descendant! Of that he knew for sure. When he had been near Lakari he could smell her in his blood! And he had some payback he had to settle with her. Laughing at his thoughts aloud he began to hum. It was a tune that no one but she would understand. After all it was her father who had used to hum that tune. The serpent had learned it when he had taken over his body oh so so long ago. In fact even as he thought of him he could sense his voice within his mind. Still trapped and pleading to be let free. “I'm coming Jean. I'm coming for you.” Silver said as he opened a portal in front of him and walked through it.
