Yukiko, becoming bored with Sigyn and Ryu's conversation, walked over to watch Kurosaki's training from far off. She couldn't help but laugh sometimes at the funny mishaps between Kurosaki and Ping combined. She then realized Kurosaki might want to get out of there instead of sticking around for carrying weighted bags up a large hill.
He cleared her throat quietly, then impersonated a voice much like a soldiers and said,"Captain! The enemy has been spotted on the horizon!". Of course, the captain and all of the soldiers looked that way. Yukiko sent Kurosaki a telepathic message and said,"I've given you a clear space to escape if you want. If you wanna make a break for it, I'm hiding behind some bushes not too far from where you are".

Yukiko listened as she heard from Kurosaki's mind,"That's alright Yukiko. I appreciate it, but I think I should stick around to help Ping. And get stronger". Yukiko nodded and smiled, sending him another message that said,"Heh, okay, no problem. Good luck with those weights, I'll deal with the blood-crazies".
Yukiko chuckled a bit, turning to still be able to see Sigyn and Ryu off in the distance. She was only hoping to herself that they weren't plotting against them...

Yukiko instantly grew bored with watching the conversation between Ryu and Sigyn, not hearing anything of interest if hearing anything at all. She decided to turn her attention to the camp where Kurosaki, Ping, and the others had just returned hours later. Kurosaki looked like he was sore almost everywhere and she felt bad about it. She then looked over towards the large psot and her eyes followed Ping as she made her way to the top.
She sat on the top, throwing the arrow down below. Yukiko smiled, screaming,"Yeah, way to go Ping!". She then clasped a hand over her mouth, not wanting to blow her cover. She then watched as Kurosaki looked up at her and said,"How did Ping do that?". Just then, Yukiko heard a loud explosion coming from the mountains. The ground shook and some large shape could be seen from the mountains.
She then looked as the captain was trying to round up the troops, and Yukiko knew she couldn't let Kurosaki got off by himself. She then stood up, closed her eyes, and waved her hands downward. As she opened her eyes, a wave of energy went up her, changing her attire. She was then wearing a heavy-looking suit of japanese-styled armour, the plating hiding her girlish physique.
She then took an elastic band that she normally wore around her wrist and tied her hair back into a bun, then covering that with a helmet. She walked over to the campgrounds and tapped on Kurosaki's shoulder and said,"Boo!". She then stood in front of him and said,"Hey, it's me! Didn't expect to go off into the mountains without me, did you?". She looked quite a bit like a boy with the armour, so didn't worry much about beign discovered.
She then looked at Kurosaki and said,"Okay, so if anyone asks, my name's... Hisoka. Okay, go get suited up, we're moving out pretty soon I'm sure!".

Yukiko followed the other soldiers, including Kurosaki, in formation. She then listened as Kurosaki said,"What do you think that was? It looked almost like something flew out of the mountains" as he gestured towards the sky. She looked up and towards the mountains. She then said,"Well, the Huns can't exactly fly... maybe it's heartless?".
She had really hoped that heartless wouldn't be the case in this specific world, but Yukiko was never so lucky. She then looked over towards Ping and could see Mushu waving a fist at Kurosaki for the pocket-sized comment.
Yukiko wanted to laugh but was afraid of soudning too much like a girl. She then said,"But at least we know how to take heartless down pretty easily. And we've got a whole army to help us this time!".

"I really hope it's not a heartless then. If it's a city that means that there will be a lot of people there" said Kurosaki, now looking a bit worried. Yukiko smiled next to him and said,"True, but there's a chance we could always cut it off at the pass". She searched his blue eyes, hoping to reassure him. She then continued by saying,"Don't worry, those people are gonna be fine!".
The group of them were to head through the pass, and were also to stop at the front lines, but when they got there, the entire place looked to be burned to a crisp, not a sign of life anywhere to be seen. Yukiko couldn't help but feel horrible going through this place that looked to of been attacked by the Huns, and maybe even possibly the heartless. Yukiko couldn't help but feel depressed looking through this place.
She looked over to Ping who seemed to find what looked to be a small doll that had recently belonged to a child. Yukiko walked over towards Ping who was croutching over the snow and she put a hand on her shoulder and tried to shoot her a reassuring look. Ping gave a kind smerk back to her but then walked off somewhere else.

Yukiko was welling up. She held her head low to be looking down at the ground, hoping none of the other soldiers would see her. She cloud see as a few tears dripped down into the snow. Just then, she felt a hand on her shoulder and gasped. She then quickly covered her mouth, turning to Kurosaki, tears still in her eyes. She was relieved it was him, but still quickly spun around, wiping the tears off her face and out of her eyes.
"Yukiko, we have to do whatever we an to make sure no one else gets hurt. We have to stop it. We know it's heading for the imperial city, right? Let's get there first!". Yukiko now looked up, but not at Kurosaki. She was looking over at Shang and Ping, standing by a helmet on a sword, and she quickly tapped into Shang's mind. Yukiko's eyes darted down as she said,"That helmet there? That belonged to his father... the general looks to of been killed here as well...".
Yukiko then turned around to look at Kuroskai, eyes now dry. She then said,"It might be for the best, but I'm going to let Ping know, so she doesn't wander off looking for us". She then ran over towards Ping as she turned around. Yukiko waved her over and she walked over. She then said,"Me and Kurosaki are going to go off ahead of everyone, we have to stop that creature before anyone gets hurt. Make sure to hide your secret well, okay?".
Yukiko then quickly embraced her, then ran off towards Kurosaki. Feeling that she couldn't trn back now, she gripped Kurosaki's hand in hers. She then said,"Let's go, lead the way".

(lol me too ) Yukiko looked as Kurosaki looked in her eyes. She was suprised at what she then saw. He had been crying a bit as well. He then said,"We should go that was f you're alright with it. We might be able to get there before the heartless does". Kurosaki began to walk at a quicker pace, dragging Yukiko along a bit as she still held onto his hand. Suddenly, she then stopped, and said,"Wait". She rested one hand under Kurosaki's chin and used her other hand to wipe the wet streads the tears had made on his face. Yukiko tried to smile, tears now coming down her face again, and she said,"We'll both have to show our brave faces, okay? I'd die if you ever lost your smile for too long. Let's both be brave". She then leg go of his chin, using the hand to wipe her eyes. She then held his hand again and said,"If we don't hurry, there's gonna be another massacre. Let's try our best, okay?". Yukiko then started walking a bit, trying to hurry as best she could. Using her free hand, now being far enough away from the soldiers, she removed her helmet and let her hair fall down on her shoulders and back. They continued walking.

Yukiko kneeled down next to Kurosaki, looking at the charred snow and exposed rock. "It's been here..." was Kurosaki's only comment. She nodded, knowing it was the only explanation. She then realized the same thing as Kuroskai that beign they needed to hurry down the hill. He then found a large board from an old cart that was buried in the snow.
He looked at her to see if she approved of the idea. She smiled, the tears now completly gone from her face. She then said,"Yea, great idea! One second, let me tweak it a bit...". She then took the board from Kurosaki and threw it over her knee, easily cracking it in half. Yukiko then broke off a bit of excess material. She then placed it on the snow and said,"Snowboarding's the same as skateboarding, only minus the wheels, and you've got the fresh powder!".
She then put one foot on the board and pushed a bit with her other and she slowly began to go foward. She then said,"Race ya to the bottom!". Without another word, Yukiko dipped down as the hill slanted below, and started to pick up speed, both feet now on the board.

Yukiko continued to race down the hill at top speed. A rock happened to be approaching her and she grabed one hand on the board and jumped over it. She did a flip in the air before landing as well and she then noticed that Kurosaki was just about even with her. She then remembered tapping into his mind before she took off down the hill.
She sent him a telepathic message saying,"In your thoughts, you mentioned something about the wood element? Seems you're mistaking me for my nobody again!". She laughed a bit to herself and crouched a bit, gaining speed to get ahead of Kurosaki. She then noticed what loooked like they were coming to a steeper slope was actually a straight drop down.
She turned to Kurosaki and yelled back to him,"Kurosaki, brace yourself! It's a straight drop!". She then gripped one hand on the board as she approached the edge And turned it down as she dropped, her board still making contact with the edge somehow. She used a bit of mystic energy in both her and Kurosaki's board to make it stick to the edge though in reality, they would just fall straight down.
She then displayed a huge grin, having the time of her life. She then turned her head, making sure Kurosaki was doing alright.

Yukiko looked to see that they had almost reached the bottom. She was laughign a bit at Kurosaki, thinking he was going to die. She then turned her head and shouted towards him, both aloud and in his mind, in case he couldn't hear her voice,"Kurosaki, jump down! Trust me!". Without another word, Yukiko jumped off her board as the board continued to slide down the hill.
Knowing where she would land, she landed in a large snow bank, making a soft landing. She stuck her head up and couldn't stop laughing. She then screamed,"Yahoo! Yea, who's up for round two?!?".

Yukiko then remembered the reason they were out in the mountains in the first place. She could see the outlines of the city and heard as Kurosaki said,"We're really close, come on!".Yukiko followed suit and stood up out of the snow, and followed Kurosaki towards the city. She ran to keep up with Kurosaki's pace, running with him evenly.
They then finally reached the opening of the city, running through an arch that looked to be the entrance to the palace grounds. What looked to be a festival was going on, and there were many party goers cheering loudly. Yukiko's stomach started to turn and she said,"Oh my God... I didn't think there'd be so many people out...". She rested a hand across her stomach as she continued to look around.
She could see a parade of people playign insturments, marching people holding flags, and a alrge paper dragon were coming through the crowd. Yukiko pointed towards the parade and said,"Kurosaki... it's in that paper dragon... what're we gonna do?".

"Even better! They'l get the other people's attention!" was Yukiko's reply. She ran over towards the cart, standing next to Kurosaki. She snatched up a few foreworks and said,"I'll set these off to get the people to look in into the sky. You go get that heartless to chase you off the grounds!".
She then ran off to place the foreworks, a stick attached to each one being jammed into the ground. She then set about ten of them in a line and used a red mystic energy. She ignited each of them and the fireworks had begun. She turned to see if Kurosaki was being sucessful in his attempt.

(Heh, I edited the post, srry bout that ) Yukiko looked over and could see the heartless hot on Kurosaki's trail. She called out to him,"Damnit, Kuroskai, run faster!". She then picked up the lighter Kuroskai gave her, lighting more fireworks. She then rushed behind the arch, jeweled dagger in hand. She prepared to fight, whenever it was Kuroskai approached. She had one spare moment and looked up to see the fireworks. She hated that the first fireworks show she would ever see would only last a moment. She then took a battle stance, gripping the blade tightly. She hoped that Kurosaki could make it here, and unharmed.

Without looking, Yukiko could hear quite a commotion going on. Without having to even check, she knew it was Kurosaki and the heartless. She could then see Kurosaki as he slid through the arch, and she looked over to see the dragon as it was about to let out a large burst of flame. Yukiko then blasted a large amount of blue mystic energy towards it, which went down the dragon's throat as it opened its mouth.
It roared in pain and Yukiko grabbed Kurosaki's hand to try and lure the monster even further from the palace. This time, she ran at her speed, which was close to about the speed of light. She reached the snow bank where they fell in before and she turned to see the dragon was slowly following them, focused solely on them in the process.
Yukiko looked over to Kurosaki and said,"Hey, you ever see any of those olf medieval movies or read any books about dragons? Do you know the only way to slay one?". She then tapped one finger, gesturing to where her heart was.
(Gotta grab something to eat, I'll be back soon. Sorry it's taking so long,y uo are really fast today!!! lol, can't keep up at all! BBS)

"Um... don't you have to be a knight or something?" was Kuroskai's first reply. Yukiko simply smacked an open palm to her forehead in disbelief. She didn't even listen to Kuroskai's second guess as she looked up at him. She then said,"Oy vey... no, not even close". She then gripped her blade, transforming it into a longer sword. She then smiled, looking over at Kurosaki and said,"To slay a dragon, you need to pierce it through the heart!".
She then took a battle stance as the paper dragon disguise was now completly removed from the dragon as it approached them. She looked at it, knowing the spell she had used worked. It was trying to let out a blast of fire, but was unable to. Yukiko laughed and turned to Kurosaki, saying,"Ha ha, it worked! That spell made it so the dragon can't breathe fire anymore. Sure helps us out alot, eh?".

"I'll provide the distraction while you pierce it's heart" was Kurosaki's answer as he ran towards the dragon. Yukiko nodded and charged behind him. She stood there for a moment, watching Kurosaki's attack, waiting for the perfect moment. She then found an opening and charged more towards the dragon. She jumped up, ready to bring her sword back and pierce it's 'heart' when it's head suddenly appeared in front of her and it opened its mouth, Yukiko almost falling deep into its mouth.
Her hands here on top of the opening of its mouth, feet at the bottom, Yukiko tryign her best not to move as to not get swallowed. She then said to herself,"Damnit, if I can just...". She then let go of the dragon's mouth as it closed its mouth down at her. Just then, Yukiko had lifted up her sword and stabbed it through the roof of its mouth. It opened its mouth to roar in pain as she jumped out, landing on the ground, feet first.
She looekd over to Kurosaki and said,"Keep the distraction going a bit longer, almost got him!".

Yukiko remained in ehr palce, watching for an opening to attack once again. She looked to ee the dragon roar in pain again. She then listened as Kurosaki said,"Yukiko, I think that might be a good opening!". Yukiko, not having enough time to reply, simply nodded in his direction. She ran up towards the dragon and jumped up. She brougth her sword back and was almost high enough.
She then finally reacher the perfect height and brought her arm foward. She stabbed the weapon into the dragon where its heart was supposed to be. The dragon roared in pain, the roar being alot louder than before. Just then, the dragon started to form into nothing but a puff of dark smoke. Yukiko fell down once her blade became loose from the dragon, landing on her feet.
She looked over to see Kurosaki and said,"Yes! We did it! That was incredible!".

Kurosaki looked over to see familiar flags from a different pathway into the city. The soldiers had finally made it. "Kurosaki, look! Come on, lets go find Ping!". She then started running towards the group of soldiers, a few of them looking overly depressed. Yukiko walked along with the soldiers for a moment, approaching one she didn't recognize. She then said,"Um, excuse me... Fa Ping, where is he?".
The soldier looked at her and then spoke softly, probably so Shang wouldn't hear. He said,"Turns our Ping was actually some dame named Mulan in disguise. He left her alone up int he mountains!". Yukiko's eyes widened and she said,"What?!?". She began to run away fromthe soldiers and up the path in the opposite way when she could see another horse off it the distance.
It was Mulan, dressed in more appropriate clothing, her short hair let down. Yukiko smiled and ran up to her. She said,"Mulan! Hey, are you okay?".

Yukiko listened to Mulan as she said,"I have to get to the city and warn Shang. Shan Yu is still alive and we must make sure he does not hurt the emperor". Yukiko then said,"Alright then, we'll both help you. And we're sorry for taking off before, we didn't think you'd get found out". She then looked over to Kurosaki and said,"Up for another adventure, Kurosaki?". She looked down the hill, seeing the other soldiers were more ahead of them.
She then turned to Mulan and said,"You go talk to Shang, me and Kurosaki will go and see if we can find any Huns in the area". She then started to run down the hill, hoping Kurosaki was following her.

"Yukiko.. it sort of looks like there is something wrong with them" was what she heard from Kurosaki as she turned her head to look in the direction he was pointing in. She looked to see a group of men walkign towards them, and they did look particularily odd. It seemed to be that some for of darkness was seeping out of them. Yukiko looked back to Kurosaki and said,"They've been posessed by heartless, I think... there's ten of them, five each sounds right!".
She then took out her transformation blade and took a battle stance. The Huns could then see them and Yukiko ran to attack. She gripped her blade, transforming it into a double-bladed staff and twirled it around, much like the bamboo sticks from before. She lunged it at the Huns, once destroying them, their bodies dropping to the ground, but darkness seeping out of them completly.
She finished off the first four when one came from behind her, using his arm to lock her in a choke hold. Yukiko simply jumped up, grabbing his arm and flipping him over her. The Hun landed on his back, the darkness leaving hsi body completly. Yukiko looked over towards Kurosaki and said,"We've gotta hurry! I think some of the normal Huns have already made it into the city!".
