Twilight Town
Placing a hand upon her right hip, Alba stood a top a flight of cement steps, looking down over the Marketplace in Twilight Town. It seemed to be busy with every day tasks that the simple people of Twilight Town tended to from day to day. It was a usual sight within Twilight Town, and Alba was used to seeing the town this way.
She had come to the simple conclusion that the people here had never seen true life outside of this world. Not everything was participating in simple battles and riding a train around everywhere. There was so much more than that. Alba was 18 years old and she knew this. For being so young, she had made her way through many worlds and experienced numerous things, though they hadn't always been good. It was inevitable that the bad would happen; it all just depended on when.
Peering down at the ground as Alba pondered over her thoughts, she studied the blue jeans placed on her long legs. They were faded, and she had worn them for quite a long time. A simple brown belt held them in place, handy for any accidents that might occur, no matter what the accident may be. Moving her gaze even further down, she studied her white shoes. They were tennis shoes, easy for running and tied nicely so they wouldn't fall off if given the chance. She appeared to be ready for action at any time.
She studied the burgundy floor of Twilight Town's city streets. It was the same every where, no matter how high the sun shined upon it. Alba looked up and continued searching the Marketplace Everything seemed to be peaceful here - as it always was.
Alba raised a hand and brushed her long brunette hair behind her shoulder as it was becoming a nuisance. The slight waves in her hair allowed it to tangle ever so slightly and make its way into Alba's eyes. She really did need to tie it back from time to time, but she never did learn.
Allowing her arm to drop and her weight to shift from her left to her right foot, Alba moved away from the top of the cement stairwell and began descending them. Soon, she would be engulfed within the crowd of people inhabiting Twilight Town. What a way to disappear. Grinning to herself, Alba blended into the crowd.
