Sea-Salt Ice-cream.
The girl could never seem to get over the taste. Ever since she had arrived at Twilight Town she could be seen snacking on one of those ice-creams. It was a bit like Sweet 'n Sour chicken. You could never quite work out whether the taste was sweet or if it was sour. It was a slight obsession, one could say, but she did enjoy the taste, as well. She had a habit, however, of eating the ice-cream a tad to fast and could also be seen groaning out the words "Owe, Owe, my head!" as she wobbled around the streets.
At the moment, this was not the case, though she was sucking on one of the ice-creams, twirling it in her mouth, before making a little pop noise as she pulled it away from her. The fifteen year old girl, who acted like she was three; Xaym was not a nobody, like many would expect, but a girl who had received her heart by some miracle. Why didn't she use her other's name? Well... she didn't know what it was. She had a hunch it was either May or Amy; since Yma, or any other strange combination, just wouldn't work. Still... it didn't bother her that she didn't know; it was funny how she could use either name, if she wanted.
Xaym lent against the wall, one foot resting against the bricks as her hand fumbled with the ice-cream. The other was curled around her light brown hair, a part of it that didn't have some for of a ribbon tied around it. Yeah, Xaym had an odd appearance, one that many kids would tug on their mother's skirts and say "Mummy, look at the funny girl!". To be honest, Xaym didn't really care. Sure, she knew her attire was... odd... but felt more comfortable in it than anything else. Most people thought she was in some sort of odd fundraiser; and an old man, one time, asked what organization she was in. Not realizing he had no idea about Organization XIII she snapped and asked him why he thought, just because she had an x in her name, she must belong to that group of nobodies. It was only when his blank look and a mumbled "What are you talking about?" that she realized the innocence of the man's question, and proceeded to apologize furiously. She had large yellow shoes, one that many wondered (Especially when she ran) how she didn’t fall over, with green socks that reached up her knee. Slightly above that, was a green and yellow skirt, with a large amount of pockets. One would wonder what she held in them and, when asked, she simply reply “Uhh… ribbons?” From the pockets, a few chains could be seen, some supporting charms, like hearts and the others just plain sliver chain. She also had a large number of belts, running across her bare stomach. This joined from her skirt up to a short, yellow singlet top, the end of the top stopping just above her stomach. She then wore a green jacket, with two more belts that ran across to join the two sides together.
Apart from her odd clothes there was also her hair… an odd style, to say the least. It would be pretty long if she let it out naturally. But she didn’t. It was tied up in a mountain of green and yellow ribbons. Some were in bows, some were in knots and the others were tied loosely into her hair; and hung down light the remaining parts. She had a childlike face, shaped like a circle, with large green eyes and unlike many girls around here, Xaym more no makeup. She just couldn’t find the time (Or effort) to place that stuff on her face.
“Man… it’s so boring around here!” She groaned, tossing the stick of her finished ice-cream in the bin. If you looked carefully, you could almost see a bluish hue as it flew toward the bin and landed smartly inside. Xaym pushed herself off the wall and scratched the back of her head before blowing a few stands of her hair out of her face. “Jeez… there’s not even a mock struggle match on!” She remarked. She had always wanted to see struggle; to see why it was such a big thing in this town. Everyone seemed to be talking about it, and there were posters of the game everywhere. Though Twilight Town was a lot better then some of the worlds she had been to, for Xaym it was just… to quiet.
Was there anything going on!?

Xaym wouldn't have even noticed the girl’s arrival, if it had not been for the fact she had yelled into her ear. Actually, before that, she was pondering over getting some more of the ice-cream. Jeez... it WAS an obsession. Still... she wasn't going to get fat by it. She would burn of the energy that it gave her, soon enough...
"Whoa!" She cried out, as the girl squealed in her ear. Xaym then promptly toppled over; but somehow managed to catch herself before she fell. Magic? Or something else? Who knows? She spun around quickly to face the girl, her hands glowed a faint blue colour, just like the stick had before it fell into the bin. Eyeing her in a mixture of surprise and slight annoyance (Well you would be too if some random chick yelled in your ear) she listened to her words and straightened up, from what could be said to be her "Battle Pose", and the colour surrounding her hands dimmed.
What the heck? The thought ran though her mind quickly as she continued to watch the girl, green eyes swooping over her appearance, much like a hawk. Okay... this is odd, she thought, crossing her arms. Though she was defiantly the oddball of the two, she couldn't help but notice the marionette on the girl’s shoulders. She wondered who even carted around a puppet these days, but thought not to question it. Instead, she pulled a ribbon of her hair and threaded it through her fingers before speaking in a mild tone.
"Ah, I see..." She replied, letting the ribbon rise and fall in her hand, lazily as her gaze turned to it then, back to the girl, "but what would happen if the thing I was preoccupied with was important? I could have lost my train of thought, and that wouldn't be very good, right?" She wasn't exactly being rude to the girl, just pointing out a simple fact. Though Xaym did have a bad habit of annoying people. Still, this girl might even be a nobody, incapable of feeling, thus her remark would just go right through her. Xaym even wondered, sometimes, f she was still part nobody herself. There would be times were she was full of emotion and the other times... not so much.

It's not that Xaym was normally cold to people, it was how this girl had approached her that made her a little annoyed. Well... she had yelled in her ear. Maybe if she had come up to her a little different Xaym wouldn't be so cold...
I was asking for a attention? What the hell? True to the point, her clothes did look... slightly... like she was asking for attention. She wouldn't be approached by so many people asking about fundraisers, or any of that sort of thing. The ribbon, that had been rising and falling in her hand, rose up and tied itself magically into her hair again, as Xaym let out a slight sigh. She didn't care if the girl thought she was odd. Heck, maybe she'd think she was a magician, and if Xaym did some sort of trick, maybe the girl would go away.
"No, it wasn't. But if it were, who knows? I could have worked out how to get rid of the heartless and now I've forgotten it." That was a very far fetched view, and Xaym knew there was no quick fix to getting rid of the infernal heartless. If there was, don't you think they'd be gone by now? People could only relay in their skills to fight; and the power of the keyblade. Pushing that thought aside, Xaym's gaze resumed to the marionette. She thought she could see a sign sitting on the thing's back but couldn't quite be sure. It looked familiar though... the white of it...
"The nobody symbol," Xaym remarked, crossing her arms as her gaze turned to the girl. "You're a nobody?" Her tone wasn't harsh, nor was it friendly. She was interested; being as it may she used to be a nobody. How many other nobodies were out there? It was like asking how many heartless were out there. There were the lesser nobodies, then the ones like those in Organization XIII. Then, maybe there were ones like her, ones that had gotten their heart back but hadn't turned into their original selves. She had always wondered why that was but through all her searching had never found any answers. She didn't even know what her others name was, so how was she supposed to know anything else? I suppose it's just another question that maybe, one day, will get an answer.

Xaym wasn't really showing off a trick, when the ribbon tied in her hair, in a way, you could say, she was too lazy to do the pratical thing and tie it up herself. Different? Well... she tried to achive the fact that she was unique, if that's what the girl ment.
To bad for the worlds, eh? The thought crossed Xaym's mind as the girl spoke about her eailer comment, of thinking of a plan to get rid of the heartless. The more that Xa thought about it, the more it seemed likely that this girl was either a heartless, nobody or someone allied in darkness. Xaym was neutral, meaning she didn't care what happened to either side, unless it invloved her. You could say that was a tad selfish; but she'd just shrug and reply "Hey, if I knew my past, then maybe it would be better to decide weither I should be on the side of light or the side of darkness".
"Well... if you said that I once was a nobody, does that count?" Xaym asked. She let her arms fall to her side, from being crossed, and a tiny smile appeared on her face, the first she had given since the girl had arrived. "I once didn't have a heart, like you, I suppose, since you're a nobody," She added, "don't ask how I got my heart, I really don't know. Anyway, I'm Xaym." She held her hand out to the girl, "And you are?" She asked.

"Riiiiighht, nobodies don't really have side, do they? It's neutral... or nothingness."
For a nobody, this girl did show a lot of emotion. Xaym knew it was fake, but it did help, considering all her emotion was dead set real. It made the girl slightly easier to get along with. Heck, she didn't really want to know about her till she spoke about, perhaps, the only thing they had in common.
Being nobodies.
It's only lucky some of the time. Xaym thought, at the mention of a heart. Well... think about it. Xaym had done some rash things, due to that one thing beating inside of her. Luckily nothing big; but since she had been a nobody a part of her brain liked to call her very stupid. At least she hadn't done something really bad...
She shook Zaxine's hand and smiled again. "Pleased to meet you, too," she said, with a nod. She then let go of her hand and spoke. "So, if you're a nobody are you in any organizations? I never was... then again, I didn't know about 'em."

"A lot of nobodies are in organizations, I suppose. They try to find answers to questions... get back the things they don't have."
It was pretty pathetic response to Zaxine's first question, but it was true... in a sense. There were the nobodies of Organization XIII who joined that place to both learn about the heart and, perhaps, one day, unlock the secret to getting theirs back. She knew of a few others nobody organizations... but not so much about their objective. Yeah, you could say that she knew a lot; but she had been travelling around the worlds for a while. You do learn about these things eventually. She knew about the heartless, nobodies and the keyblades. That was the basics (At least Xaym thought so) to get around.
"Since the keyblade bearers returned to Destiny Islands, from The World That Never Was," Xaym said, in response. She assumed that Zaxine knew about that, since she was saying that Xaym knew quite a bit. "And... it's kinda hard to explain what it's like... but... take it like this. Say that, if you have a best friend, he spilled chocolate milk down the front of himself, and it looks hilarious, you have this warm feeling right here," Xaym pointed to her heart before continuing, "it fills your whole body and you laugh. That's happiness. Anger would be if someone smashed your marionette. You'd get this huge feeling like you'd want to make them suffer." Xaym sighed, before giving a little shrug, "I can't really tell you much more than that. I've had no experience with anything much further. I've had no burning hate or an overwhelming feeling of love."

"Well... like I said, It's kind of hard to explain what a hearts like to someone... you might experience it, someday."
Xaym gave a little smile. Well... she did get her heart back. What's to say that this girl wouldn't too? To be honest with herself though, Xaym didn't know much other than the big picture. She was in the dark about the little things that went on between the worlds, the small plans that people make to try and take over other worlds or get rid of the heartless.
She wasn't surpised by how much Zaxine knew, but how she asked about her heart. Then again, if Xaym were in her shoes she would have asked the same thing. It must be interesting meeting someone who once was a nobody but now wasn't. She'd want to know everything about herself too...

The question that Zaxine asked confused Xaym slightly, and it did make her wonder, slightly, about what she was doing. She was pretty much traveling, like she had when she didn't have a heart. Nothing had changed there, apart from how, now, she could put her feelings as well as the situation together and work out an idea. Sometimes these "ideas" were not the best in the world, and she would often mentally kick herself and mumble the words "By god, Xaym, you are so stupid!" but really... she hadn't changed her ways.
"I travel from world to world; really... it hasn't really changed. I mean... I haven't had any experience that was a lot different when I didn't have a heart."
She spoke the truth, really. As I said, she hadn't met anyone she could say she "loved" nor had she met anyone she said she could "hate". It wasn't like she was searching for those people, either. If she found someone that fitted in either category, then good for her, she experienced a new emotion. If not, bad luck, she was awed by the simple emotion she had each day.

"Uh... no, that's the only thing in getting a heart... I never really found out who my someone is."
It had always lingered on her mind, the thought of her other, her "somebody". Most nobodies have memories of who their other was and those who didn't found out soon enough. Xaym never did; nor was she searching for an answer to who she was either. Maybe she would find out one day... then again, maybe not. Who knows? Life is a fickle thing.
"I don't even know my other's name... It's either May or Amy, I'm sure of that much." Xaym let out a little laugh, knowing that Zaxine probably wouldn't get the joke, since she was a nobody. Well... her others name wouldn't be Yma, that's for sure. Her laugh died down quickly and she then was simply watching Zaxine, before the ground became a very interesting specimen to look at.

"I probably am myself... but I don't know who that person is. It's kinda hard to explain. I am different from when I was a nobody but only slightly. I dunno. I suppose, in a way, you're luckier than me. You know who your other is, if only a little information.. you know."
Xaym didn't know her others name, so she had no clue where her other had come from. She hoped, wherever it was, no one missed her. Even if she didn't remember who they were, she didn't want them grieving over her. That would break her heart.
"I don't really want to know, either. For all I know my other could have done something I know would regret now," She said with a shrug, "I mean, I would probably forgive myself and all... but I think it's better to be unaware, y'know? It's much more of an adventure like that..."

OOC: Don't shoot yourself! It's not that bad of a post! Mine haven't been much better...
Existence
It was another thing that Xaym often pondered about, but came to no logical answer. I mean, heck, nobodies were not supposed to exist, yet here they were, alive and kicking. It can't have just been a mistake that made them be born over the worlds. If they were, don't you think that they would have stopped appearing by now? Eh, who knows? Xaym could be totally wrong...
"Yeah," She said in reply to Zaxine's words. Well... in a way she was right. She didn't know what her other had done, so it really wasn't her fault. She shook her head and brushed a ribbon out of her way as Zaxine asked about what she had been doing in Twilight Town.
"Pretty much just snacking on Sea-Salt ice-cream... I can't seem to get over the stuff." Her words were accompanied by a shrug before she smiled, "Do you want some, by the way? I'm thinking of buying myself some more."

OOC: Lol, and you think I am? XD
You could say that Xaym was a thinker, I suppose. Her excuse for that was she didn't like being left in the dark, about anything. So she traveled and found out as much information as she could and pondered about it later. There were a few times were she would chill out and not think about anything. She didn't like doing that too often, though. What if something happened whilst she was away? She'd like to find that out either on the day, or a little while later, then weeks after it happened.
Xaym followed Zaxine up to the vendor, fishing around in her pockets for some munny. Once she had located a few coins, and worked them out to the right amount, she placed them on the counter and spoke.
"Two Sea-Salt Ice-creams, please."
The man in the vendor handed her the ice-creams and she handed one to Zaxine before taking a lick of hers, again having that odd taste hit her mouth. She twirled it around for a moment before glancing to Zaxine and spoke.
"So, since your asking me all these questions it's my turn. Why are you in Twilight Town?"

"Do you think it's because your other used to live here?"
She said that out loud before she had a chance to think about the question. If she had a weird feeling (Even if she was a nobody) of belonging, did that mean that Xaym's home might be out there? If she arrived she too might have a feeling of belonging? Many people had said that you get a feeling when you're home, a feeling that Xaym never had experienced because she had been away from her "Home" for over a year.
She placed the Sea-Salt ice-cream in her mouth and sucked off the liquid that had appeared, due to the heat of outside and of her mouth. It wasn't exactly warm in Twilight Town (I mean, you wouldn't go swimming) but it was still decent enough weather to eat an ice-cream, without it melting or making you feel like your insides had been left out in the cold.
"Ah, sorry, you don't have to answer that if you don't want too." Xaym said, shaking her head. Who knows? She probably didn't know the answer. It was sort of a hard question to answer, if you had no memories of your past, so Xaym didn't expect a yes or no answer.

"It is?" Xaym looked to her hand, were the blue liquid of the Sea-Salt icecream was slowly dribbling down from the stick and on to her hand. Making a sound of annoyance, Xaym shoved the cold ice-cream in her mouth, hopeing not to get a brainfreeze by her actions. Unforutntaly, the stabbing pain started to echo through her head and she took the ice-scream out and started to rub her temples.
"Owiee! Thats the only downside to ice-creams! They melt and give you brain freezes!" She cried. She probably sounded like an iddiot then, but when you're in pain, people tend to forgive you. She rubbed her temples till the pain subsisded and looked to the icecream once more. She thought it must hate her becuase it had started to melt again. Frowning, she placed it back into her mouth carefully, avoiding another episode of pain, before replying to Zaxine's words.
"Who knows? This could be the place... where you lost your heart... or where something else that was important happened." She said with a shrug, before licking her icecream.

Xaym eyed the ice-cream in Zaxine's hand for a moment, wondering how in the world she could eat it without sustaning a brain freeze. Giving a look of mild shock, she licked some of the liqiuid that was dibbling down the now dimishing icecream as she listened to what the girl had to say. Who knows? She might have something here that her memoires just couldn't seem to place.
"Well you might find out, eventually," She said with a nod, "If you have other memories then, maybe, the ones here will return." She licked off the last frozen bits, chomped them carefully, then looked for a bin. Seeing one a little way off she flicked her stick towards it. It seemed almost impossible that it would reach to it's target, how weakly she had tossed it, but the ouside of it seemed to glow blue and it picked up speed and landed smartly in the bin. Saved Xaym the trouble of walking over, really.

"Huh?"
At Zaxine's sudden reaction to her simple tossing of the ice-cream, Xaym couldn't help but smile and shake her head. For a nobody, who was supposed to know a lot, this girl was a tad clueless.
"I can control phyics and wind. Y'know... powers? My hands are my weapons," Xaym's hand glowed a light blue, like the stick as it had flown towards the bin, as she showed Zaxine, "It's nothing, really. I mean, don't all nobodies have some means of protection? I hung on to mine, even after my heart had returned."
She didn't know how she had held on to this power, only that she had. She didn't think it made her special, or different, but Zaxine did seem surprised.
"Don't you have a weapon or power, too?" She asked.
