Meteora, a planet on the border side of the galaxy. Of course it was habitable, but most people arriving on Meteora were not there to stay as permanent residents, they merely stayed there to be tourist to experience Meteora's main attraction. The most famous and well known, as well as exciting, experience is to see their Meteor Hurricane. The Meteor Hurricane was a never ending cycle of millions of meteors orbiting the planet which constantly shows meteor showers across the planet. The most famous sightseeing spot is the Meteor Plateau.
Lynn, the sugar-rushed freak she is, simply had to see the Meteor Hurricane for herself. It was marvelous from the plateau, it was as if it was the end of the world, but it was so beautiful. The stars constantly moved in one direction, and it seemed like all of your wishes could come true by simply uttering it. What marvelous sight, a masterpiece that could only be created by the Gods themselves.
"Wow!" Lynn cheered, jumping up and down beside a lonely tree. There she was by herself, her only company a tree, in the green luscious plain of grass, the falling stars begging her to keep her constant attention on them.
She hugged herself as she leaned her side towards the tree, her arms crossed on her simple baby blue blouse, her jeans capri followed her legs while her feet were free from any clothing restraints.
Lynn sighed out loud as began to blush as she watched the stars, such a romantic spot, yet there was no one to share it with. She wanted to snatch a mere stranger and steal their lips, but as much as she wanted to; Lynn is a lady with dignity who would not further corrupt her innocence to a stranger.
The more she thought about it, the more she began to regret coming to Meteor Plateau, and that caused Lynn to further think why she was here in the first place. She wasn't desperate to simply hook up with a random person it's just that she is desperate enough to constantly think about it.

The plateau he was on was a perfect place from which to watch the stars.
Silent as a statue, pale face handsome in the light of the passing meteors, the man stood alone by himself, not caring much for company at the moment. No, he was best left alone, though his loneliness nearly announced to the whole world that all he needed was a hand gentle enough to reach out to him and let him know he had someone out there. Not even his scarlet cloak moved, nor his unruly curtain of ebony hair. Vincent Valentine was merely content with sightseeing for now before seeing if Cloud's report was true, that Sephiroth was back. A quiet moment, a perfect time.
He was just thinking, as a particularly shiny heavenly body flew past. Lucrecia would have loved to see this... No matter how much that he knew he was redeemed or whatever, he couldn't help but think that there was still something missing. Vincent was forgiven, as far as everyone was concerned. Now it was just a matter of making himself happy, right? What was happiness, to the gunslinger who wanted nothing? A sigh into the empty atmosphere. Thinking was pleasant, but he allowed his mind to drift into nothingness, deciding upon just watching the sky paint its concert of light.

Lynn's eyes were literally fixed onto the starry sky, she felt that if she turned away, she would miss a momentous sight, it seems that she forgets that the Meteor Blizzard would literally last forever. She sighed out loud to express her boredom and her eyes ventured around the plain until she eyes were tied to that special someone: Vincent Valentine.
The moment she saw him, he had already caught her attention. Her hand pushed her away from leaning towards the tree and her eyes were staring straight towards Vincent. Lynn immediately found him to be gorgeous, a handsome fellow who she simply wanted to steal.
As much as she wanted to, she was certain he would not have taken it kindly if she ran up to him and attempted to carry him home. Lynn had do create a strategy in an attempt to take the beautiful man home, and she was going to her usual thing that occasionally worked.
She walked towards Vincent, her amber hair following her like a wave. Her blouse was barely placed on her correctly, the first two buttons on the top were unbuttoned while the last one was missing in action.
Lynn placed herself just a foot from Vincent and was already amazed by his beauty. Right at that moment, she wanted so badly to steal Vincent's lips away from him, but like a lady, she wait for that in the bedroom.
Now it was the time for her opening sentence. The first words are the most important because they bring the biggest impact towards the stranger, and she knew exactly what to say.
"You know where babies come from?"
It took Lynn a full second to digest her own words before she realize why they were so wrong. She shrieked as her cheeks were instantly red, Lynn covered her face with both of her hands as she screamed, knowing that she had blown her opportunity with the beautiful man.
"That's not what I meant!" she tried to fix her mistake. "It's just- y'know," she tried to clarify by rolling her hands against each other before she simply giggled and surrendered in talking.

Vincent jerked back in surprise as his mind snapped back into reality. This girl was straightforward, and succeeded in making him more than a little embarrassed. The gunslinger did the thing that he would always do when in awkward spots - look away. Far away from her teasing blouse as well. Umm... yeah, he knew where babies come from. A man of 60-plus years would know, even if he did look younger than he was. Right, as if she didn't really mean that. He knew better than that (he hoped). The girl's giggles were so clear in the air, it reminded him slightly of Lucrecia. Except Lucrecia had laughed at him for stuff, and he (obviously) didn't mind. Now, he could mind, if it weren't so awkward.
His eyes scanned everywhere on the ground and all around, anywhere but up or at the girl. You know where babies come from? Yes he did. Vincent stayed silent, unsure of what to do now. Umm, yeah, he knew where babies came from. But, as far as anyone was concerned, the lonely man was a virgin. Yes, a guy with handsome looks like Vincent was a virgin. Why? Well, how could he find time to be intimate and lose himself with someone between saving the world and balancing some sort of calm life? Oops, probably not the right thing to think about right now.
He had time right now.
And there was someone nearby. Alarm spread through his mind, though it didn't leak into his face. He didn't need to think about it now - he didn't want to think about it now. What would Lucrecia say, even though she was long gone? To be happy, that was what, and Vincent didn't have to think about that when her voice whispered its memory so clearly. Happiness. With another female? With anyone else, he would seem a complete pervert or pedophile. Like, he was 60, even if he was late 20 in appearance. Complicated things a little. It was worse than being something like... a 40 year old virgin. Better than Cloud, at least he didn't have a mob of girls chasing him. Or did he?
The gunslinger knew he wasn't ugly, but didn't consider himself overly gifted with beauty. Maybe it was his brooding that caused others to be so drawn to him. Or maybe they knew he was a virgin because it showed on his pale, serious and calm face. Not willing to do anything stupid, he didn't say anything.
Vincent moved his head up and down in a subtle way, nodding that he knew. Then he was tempted to add an oral answer, but decided - oh wait, DANG IT! When he was looking around, he was stupid enough to be moving his head side to side? A shaking of the head? He didn't know? Erm... he nodded his head a little harder and more earnestly, a blush threatening to creep up and be visible past the oversized collar of his cloak.

Lynn was completely lost as he saw the beautiful man to be unresponsive. She speculated that he was attempting to ignore her because of her admirable display of impressing him on their first encounter. There is a list of encounters for Lynn; First Encounter: Devastation.
Lynn, with her ever so childish attitude and maturity, believed that Vincent wished to be left alone. It seemed a person such as himself needed better things than a sugar-filled, caffeine intoxicated, heart-pounding, hyperactive, dangerously flirtatious, woman in his sights.
But no, with Lynn's constant persistence, she was going to make an impact to the beautiful man. She was going to make him succumb to her with her sparkling attitude and spontaneous nature.
"Uh," she turned her head as her eyes began to hide under their lids. Lynn sharply gazed at Vincent, trying to see him eye-to-eye, forcing her to bend over just in an attempt to have a glimpse of his eyes under his luscious hair.
She was intending of making Vincent beg her to surrender himself to her. Lynn wanted to twist him and force him to capture her with his arms. Of course, she is a hopeless romantic who seemingly fantasies about anything that is critically impossible.
"I hope you're not deaf," she quickly spoke as she crossed her arms on her chest. "I'd like to hear your name and know your voice, I'm Lynn, handsome."

"Vincent," he politely obliged to her demand of his name. The gunner was obviously unaware to the fact that his voice was probably very beautiful and entrancing. Well, why would he know? It's the same voice Vincent hears from his lips every single day. Oblivious to the way that he may sound a bit more welcoming that may be intended, the man gave a respecful nod to Lynn. Babies come from...
He was tempted to shake his head to clear it, but refrained from doing so in order to not offend the lady. What was with her? Trying to get him to be intimate? He wasn't like that, well, last time he checked. Though, if Yuffie was here, the ninja would probably encourage him to go spend a romantic night with Lynn rather than stand there stupidly and pass up a chance to have fun. Fun? Yuffie's personal idea of "fun" was to screw up other people's business - or their mind in Vinnie's case. The red-cloaked man glanced up at the sky, searching for something to turn his attention to.
"The sky is beautiful tonight," he murmured.

Yes! He responded! The beautiful man actually replied back! Lynn was overwhelmed with joy she wanted to squeal so loud that the entire universe could hear her. Her eyes sparkled at Vincent, rivaling the light the falling stars in the sky, Vincent had already resembled a plush doll to Lynn. Just looking at his hair, she was already about to cry by simply imagining the fun she would have if she could only lay her hands on it.
"The sky should always be beautiful here," Lynn quickly replied back as she twirled a strand of her hair with her finger. "I guess it's your first time here huh stranger?" She smiled in a sugar rushed style, revealing the small dimple located on her left cheek. "This is my first time," she quickly responded, not allowing Vincent to have time to reply.
There wasn't anything that Lynn didn't like about Vincent. There was this mysterious and errie fascination about him that made Lynn just wanting to stick to her like paste. Vincent was not the most handsome man she had encountered, but he was definitely one of the most interesting ones just by several glances. Just by a mere look, Lynn could already predict that he had most likely climbed himself out of hell, escaping the sadistic grasp of the devil himself. Whatever Vincent's past was, Lynn was not concerned with it, all she liked about it was the fact that Vincent is likely to be dangerous.
Lynn did not like dangerous boys, she loved them.
