A small village, inhabited by many farmers, tradesmen, samurai, and other local buisnesses. Also known as the eternal village, everybody in the village is friendly, though everything isn't always as it seems. On a regular basis, many outside gangs, thieves, and poachers alike come to the village because they believe the townsfolk have no way of defending themselves. Truth be told, Chiyo village is home to one of the most secret and highly-talented combat highschools anywhere. Yukiko Chin, who had recently moved into this village, was patrolling along the crop fields early one morning, when all of a sudden, she heard a rustling coming not too far into the fields.

Mattew started to stir as his eyes slowly opened. He had no idea what happened to him: The last thing he could remember was he was flying his gummi ship from Traverse Town. Everything else....it's all a blank to him. The mute groaned a little bit, feeling some aches around his body.
That's when he started to realize something....this wasn't his gummi ship. In fact, he wasn't even near a gummi ship. The mute's eyes opened wide as he started to realize his new scenery. He was completely surrounded by some kind of plants. He didn't know what they were. Mattew quickly sat up, which was a mistake for him: His back was feeling bad too, and a sudden pain came to him when he moved quick. He made a mental note to himself not to move too fast next time around.
After he was through the pain, Mattew looked around the place in the panic. He wondered how he got here....better yet, he wonder how he was going to get out of here. His gummi ship was the only transportation he had, and now he couldn't find it. Hopefully, he could find it soon....
Mattew slowly got up to his feet, still feeling some pain, and stood up straight. He stumbled a little bit, but it wasn't serious. Mattew now started to walk slowly as he looked around the area. He wondered where he was....it wasn't any world he has been, that's for sure. Mattew had never seen any world like this before. He continued to walk through the crop fields, unaware of other people near the field....

Yukiko looked towards the fields, and happened to notice somebody walking through the crop fields. He seemed to look lost... and hurt as well. Usually her first instinct would be to go up to him and make sure he was okay. As far as she knew, he looked friendly, but she didn't know for sure. And she also sensed something diffrent about him. Sadly, she couldn't put her finger on it. She decided, with her weapon in hand, she'd aproach the man. She ran up and stood in front of him and said,"Hello, um... are you lost?"

As Mattew walked through the crowded-plant field, he couldn't help but.....have a feeling of relaxation. Everything looked so peaceful: It would be hard to believe that heartless would be here. Wouldn't that be something......a world that didn't have heartless in it. Even though it sounded nice, Mattew knew that it would be nearly impossible to have. There was always an 'evil' person around a world, and so long as there was 'evil' then there was heartless roaming about.
The semi-depressing thoughts in Mattew's mind came to a sudden stop as he noticed someone apporaching him. He was surprised to see the girl here, but he was far more relieved to see another person: The mute was starting to think that this world was a bit...isolated.
He realized that the girl had her weapon ready, which made Mattew slightly step back a little bit: The last thing Mattew wanted was to fight anyone, let alone a girl. She asked him a question, which Mattew replied to quickly. He nodded his head in agreement to her question. He took a small pause, before he pointed at the girl, asking for her name. He gave her a small smile, to show that he was full of peace.

Yukiko noticed the boy nodded, meaning he was lost, and she saw the boy point to her, which she figured was him asking for her name. "Oh, I'm Yukiko Chin. If you're wondering where you are, this is Chiyo village. It's just a quiet peaceful little community." Yukiko then smiled proudly, knowing this fact. "If you're here looking for heartless, I can't exactly deny the possability. We get some around here every once in awhile." The boy smiled, and she knew there was no way he could be an enemy, so she put her blade back in the satchel she carried on her back. A gentle breeze then began to blow by. Right when she first noticed the boy, she could tell there was something about him... something that was a bit... off. "Um, one quick question for you. This may sound a little wierd, but I have this way of sensing certain things about people. Um... you can't speak, can you?"

(I'm really sorry that I haven't posted here.>.>)
Mattew could only shake his head as Yukiko introduced herself. He was about to spell out his name, but then Yukiko began to tell more information. The first one being that this place was called Chiyo village. Looking around the place, Mattew knew that this village was peaceful: Yukiko didn't need to tell him that. However, he would of probably say the same things for his own world: Traverse Town....well, possibly a bit different than from Yukiko's description.
Mattew was a little surprise to hear that heartless roam around here. So much for peaceful....He supposed that if they came here once in a while: It was better than most worlds. Mattew wished his own world could be like that....A place where barely, if any, heartless walked around. He wished that Traverse Town could be one place where no enemies would come up: Just traverlers and 'survivors'.
A small breeze passed them by, which was a sweet relief to the mute. He wouldn't mind staying here for a little bit longer, even if he did find his gummi ship. Mattew turned back to Yukiko as she started to say something. At first, Mattew had a pondering look on what she was going to say, but it soon turned into one of surprise.
She already guessed that he was a mute? Most people usually expected him to be extremely shy, at first meeting. Mattew thought it was a good thing, though: Now, he didn't need to explain himself as to why he wouldn't talk to people. The mute shook his head a little bit in agreement, pausing for a moment. He knew he was forgetting something....but he couldn't 'pin-point' it right at that moment.
It hit him, after a couple of seconds. He had forgotten to introduced himself. Mattew smiled sheepishly as he started to spell out
I A.M M.A.T.T.E.W
A small trail of fire followed his words, so Yukiko wouldn't be seeing only 'Air'. He took another pauseing moment, before adding:
A.K.A M.A.T.T

(No problem, I know you're busy ) Yukiko looked as the stranger spelled out in the air,"I am Mattew. A.K.A Matt". She was happy to now know his name, and then joked,"Well Matt, I'm glad you have good handwriting. Ha ha!". She then had the feeling she was forgetting something, until it suddenly hit her. "Oh, I kinda figured you couldn't speak. I get this sense about some people. I can tell all kinds of stuff like that... Oh! And if you're wondering why I know you thought that, I can read minds. Well, not all the time, and rarley too. I just wanted to catch your name, I didn't know you could spell in fire". She then smiled and said,"So if you get a hand cramp from spelling too much, you can just think what you want me to know. I'll only read your mind again if it's okay with you, I can control who's brain I tap into. Is it okay?". Before he answered, she took a small vile out of her satchel, with a liquid that seemed to illuminate a light blue glow. She handed it to him and sad,"Here. Your back hurts a bit, am I right?"

Yukiko felt a sharp throb of pain in her back, feeling the presence of the heartless. Before anything else happened, she put the potion she was giving to Matt in his pockets and said,"Heartless, lots of them. I hope you have a fair sense of fighting." She then looked around the village, seeing two guards had already had their hearts snatched. She screamed,"Alright everybody, more heartless, you all know what to do! This is NOT a drill!" With that, villagers, vendors, and the peaceful-looking townsfolk all began to wield weapons of their choosing, and ready to defend themselves if they were attacked. Yukiko pulled out her dagger, transforming it into a long battle-style blade. While looking at the heartless that were coming towards them, she quickly said to Matt,"Everybody here is either a blackbelt in martial arts or Judo, or swordmaster or battle master. The reason for that, I'll explain it later!". She then charged at the heartless, most of them only taking a couple swings to defeat, others took a little more effort. After the ones that were charging at her were gone, she ran over to help aid some of the townsfolk.

Yukiko began to notice that the more heartless were killed, more would appear. She began to run to where she sensed the brain activity calling out all these heartless, slashing at heartless as she ran. She then came close enough within range of this stranger, dressed as a normal civilian it would seem.
Before she did anything, she called out to the villagers. "Okay, I want the whole village notfied, we need more bodies, I want you all using your full will powers against these guys! Matt, you come with me!".
She then changed her dagger into a larger sword which contained two blades that were closer together. It was for the sould purpose of it she were to stab someone, this kind of wound takes much longer to heal than normal gashes. She changed towards the stranger, prepared for almost anything.

(Hey! Sorry! I'm with Alastair.. His little lacky, Reio. I'll be roleplaying as him!)
It seemed he was accepted as an apprentice by Alastair now, there first mission as to whatever they were doing. Being with Alastair gave him the experience and knowledge of how to suppress his feelings. He knew he would have to do this so that he could attack innocent villagers. Oh, there was a burning sensation in Reio's heart, and it didn't feel right at all. Going after actual people made Reio scared, he didn't know how they would react, if they would scorn him.. Maybe he should just get there hearts quickly and end it as it was. This was Alastair's wish anyway.. Gathering hearts, or at least Reio assumed. His ears twitched when he heard Alastair talk, and waddled along beside Alastair. The clothes that he had to put on were rather big, making it difficult to walk, though the hat was very comfortable, Reio wondered how Alastair got a hat with perfect holes for his ears.
Ah, there was no time to worry about that now, heartless had appeared, indicating this invasion had begun. Taking out his bow, he listened to his teachers words, and watched closely for any towns folk or warriors that could get in their path. Sure enough, people became visible, though he was a bit surprised. It seemed as if the whole village was fighting against the heartless. How it became nostalgic to Reio, it reminded him of his own home, his clan. Warriors to the end, always fighting, though these people seemed more honorable then his clan, though Reio didn't ponder upon the ways warriors thought.
His objective for this little battle was to prove to Alastair that he was worth something and he had become stronger. His first demonstration came to appearance, a girl. Reio saw her take out weapons, she was definitely prepared. Though Reio doubted she would recognize him as any threat. So with a twirl from his fingers, Reio got his bow out and instantly pointed it at the girl. His face was positioned that it looked scared, however, Reio had no emotion at this time. He felt safe around Alastair, knowing how strong he was. A light appeared in the hands of Reio and took the shape of a arrow. He pulled back the string of the bow, and released it, the light heading straight towards the girl. With precise accuracy, it would hit her hand with the sword in it. This would have her drop her weapon, letting Reio get another shot in.

Yukiko quickly stopped running as her weapon was knocked out of her hand and her hand began to sting just a bit. She then saw who had fired what looked like an arrow at her, and knew he was preparing for another shot. Without really thinking, she picked up her dagger, it having gone back to its neutral state leaving her hand, and prepared herself.
She looked back as some people were being attacked, but then saw as another flood of people from the other side of town were arriving at top speed. She yelled back to them,"Everybody, I want you teamed up in groups, nobody fights alone. Lets take 'em down!". She then looked back at the boy who fired the arrow. He looked suprisingly young to be wielding anything, but she remembered being able to use a boomarang blade at the age of seven. That, and his age might of also been a part of the disguise.
She gripped her dagger tighter and transformed it into two things. One was a longer and curved blade, the other was a large shield she held with her left arm, a large spike in the middle. She then ran towards the boy, swinging twice at him, once towards his chest, once towards his legs.

Reio became worried as he wondered what Alastair was planning. The darkness of Yuki's shadow had manifested, meaning what he had stated was true. Going after Mattew was going to leave Reio alone.. To fight by himself. What a painful thing he must do! His fear had grown tremendously more, but he dared not speak back, he would just have to deal with what was coming. Through some training, Reio had learned to always look for an opening to block or attack, and since at a young age his mind was sharp with battle, he knew these things were probably going to come instinctively. He almost began to think this was going to be a bit unfair for his opponent, knowing his accuracy could find the right spot to take her out any time he wanted.
Unfortunately she was able to block his second attack, creating a curved sword and shield to boot. Reading himself, Reio's tail grabbed an arrow from his quiver, knowing exactly what he needed to do with it. However, his tail was hidden behind his back, meaning only if she could narrow it down that since he had fox ears, he would have a tail, that she would be completely oblivious to this one fact. He switched his bow around so the string faced her, throwing his arm out right when she struck at his chest. Quickly to stop the attack, Reio spun the bow around the blade quickly and slammed it to the ground, the bow string now facing the ground, and the front part, facing towards Yuki. "Apparently you thought it would be easy to do a frontal attack.." Reio said softly. Again, a light illuminated from the bow string, as his hands pulled back. Letting the bow string go, the light aimed directly at her head, while the arrow that was in his tail, he threw under his legs to go for her stomach. The shield issue would be no problem, if she blocked her head.. She would be impaled upon the stomach, if she blocked her stomach.. Well, you can figure the rest out.
After these attacks, Reio kicked the blade up and pulled his bow out, forcing himself backwards to hit the black wall that kept them close together. He had hoped it was over now, he wished no harm on others, but for the sake of gaining power, it seemed to be the only way to do it. Besides.. He began to learn that he wouldn't have to hurt others if they would only submit. Sad as his thinking became, he wished they could just surrender, then they wouldn't have to fight. This is why he needed power, if he could there would be no means of him fighting others, he would force them to submit. Reio let out a soft sigh, as he kept his eyes on Yuki. His ears were flat against the hat he wore, and his tail was slowly swaying back and forth.
(Oh, so you don't think I was like.. Cheating or whatever.. Reio's Bow STRING is indestructible. So yeah.)

Yukiko slightly froze as she saw means of attack coming at both her head and stomach. Knowing she couldn't really block both with one shield, she transformed the sword into another shield identical to her other shield.
She then blocked her head with one, and her stomach with the other. She then changed the new shield back to a sword and said,"And you thought it would be easy to fire random arrows at me. Looks like we both thought wrong!".
Yukiko then quickly tapped into this boy's brain, now not really considering him a boy after seeing the ears and tail. She then thought,"Oh, so he's scared, eh? Well, that helps me a bit". She then charged towards him again at top speed, her blade ahead of her and once she got about a foot away, she dissapeared.
Within seconds, Yukiko appeared above the boy's head, now wielding two swords, and took two violent swings towards him.
