Character Template Update: Team Attacks

Hello everyone Lord S-Sha here bringing you yet another update to the character template ! (Yay!)
Team attacks are something I've always wanted to implement even when I was just a member but never knew the right way to go about it. Luckily user Conrí had an idea for them and it's thanks to him that I bring you the newest edition to the character template.
The rules and template for team attacks can be found below and on the character template.
Team Attack Template:
Name: (What do they call this attack?)
Number of people involved: (How many members are needed to perform this attack? Limit of 5)
Spells/Abilities involved: (Do the characters combine a spell or an ability from their list specifically to make up the attack? If they do link them here and detail what happens when the spells and abilities are combined in the Attack description.)
Attack description: (What does it do, also, if you aren’t having them combine something from their lists and have a spell or ability that they can only do in this attack, detail that here in list form what each characters contribution. Limit one spell or ability per character!)
Special Spell for character one:
Special ability for character one:
(Subsequent characters here)
Duration: How long does the attack and/or effects of the attack last?)
Cooldown: (How long before you can use the attack again?)
History of the attack: (How did the characters come up with the attack?)
