Hanku continued to walk with Colleen. There were many thoughts that were in Hanku's head, as usual. However, most of them were basically about the same thing they he was talking about with Colleen. Hanku looked over at the castle. He was sort of surprised that Colleen was actually going into the castle without any indication of slight worry....or at least, from what Hanku was seeing.
Hanku then remembered something. He stopped walking from the thought of it. He also wanted to smack himself for not thinking about this earlier. Hanku then voiced out his thought. ".....Hey Colleen......" He started. ".....How about we just teleport there?...." Hanku didn't feel like walking to the castle right now; it would of taken too long....
Hao, now scanning through some books, came upon a very familiar book. It was a bit dusty, but Hao could tell that it was still in great condition; compared to the other books. It was a dark blue book. To make sure it was the same book, he picked it up and started to read through the pages. However, he read them through very slowly. His jaw drop with a surprised expression on his face. There was no doubt; This book came from his world. And he doubted that anyone from this world knew what his old world was. It only meant one thing; there was someone else from his world that was still alive.
Of course, this thought made Hao a bit happy yet....he still couldn't believe it. So, he decided to wait for this person to arrive....within a time limit anyway. If this person didn't come, then he would take the book with him. Meanwhile, while he waited, he started to read what was in the book as he tried to find a seat in this abandoned library.

"Alright." And in the blink of an eye, Colleen was gone.
-
Seconds later, Colleen appeared in the library of Hollow Bastion. She had teleported here because it seemed to be the safest place in the castle. Plus, she had assumed that it would be a place where Hanku would teleport as well. She didn't know Hanku and his hobbies extremely well, but she had figured out that he loved to read.
Not aware that anyone else was in the library, Colleen received that feeling once again. That feeling of familiarity. She recognized something in this room.
Colleen walked amongst the lower level of the library. She had obviously lost Hanku in the process of teleporting. She had no clue where he had gone to.
"Hanku?" Colleen whispered out into the library. It was a library, and even though it was probably empty, she couldn't help but whisper. Colleen found the stairs and began ascending them. She placed her hand on the railing and quickly found her way up to the second level of the library.

Hanku still had to take a little bit longer to teleport. Hanku grabbed a blue sphere from his pockets as he dropped it to the ground. It formed into a puddle and Hanku stepped into it. His body suddenly changed into a liquid form as he began to descend into the puddle. Once his whole form was inside the water, the puddle began to disappear....
The puddle reappeared in the Hollow Baston castle, but it wasn't exactly what he had in mind. Hanku had ended up in the elevator room; A place that was a bit close to the libaray, but this wasn't his supposed desnination. He wanted to be in library. He guessed that he was beginning to feel some sort of rust in his abilities. Hanku shrugged at the thought as he started to walk to the library; No point wasting energy if he was only some yards away from the place that he wanted to be in.
Meanwhile, Hao quickly closed the book. People would call it instinct, as Hao had a strong feeling that he wasn't alone. He grabbed a blue sphere as he held the book in another hand. Hao looked around a little bit. He then heard a voice. It was very quiet, but it was loud enough for Hao to hear, since they were in a library. Hao, taking a bit of caution, yelled out in reaction. "Who's there?" he yelled as he awaited for an answer.

For some odd reason, Colleen didn't feel compelled to draw a weapon. All she did was stand there. She could feel her heart thudding against the inside of her chest as she stopped and stood there for a moment. Feeling it was alright to proceed, Colleen found the source of the voice.
"Me," was all that Colleen said to him. She didn't know this person before her, but yet she could see something strangely familiar about him. Did she know him? She didn't think so...she could be wrong. She had met a lot of people in her lifetime. Was the person before her someone that she had met before? It seemed to be that way. She had never met him from what she could remember though. She had absolutely no memory of him at all.
"Colleen." She added.

Hao had a blank look on his face when he saw the girl before him. He had no idea what came over him but....Something inside him went from hostle to a calm. It was a weird feeling....He guessed it was because the girl didn't act so shocked or provoked him when she saw him. Hao heard her name. 'Colleen?....' Hao thought. He had no idea why, but that name felt so familiar to him. Now, he felt like this girl wasn't normal. However, it was a small thought at first, and he didn't think too much of it. Hao then introduced himself as he put the sphere in his pocket in a seldom way. "Hao..." He said. His name was the only thing he could say to her, much like what she gave him. Hanku was still walking to the library. (( Kind of short for Hanku. can't think of anything at the moment))

Colleen looked at the person, Hao, strangely. She had no idea why he felt familiar to her...but she wanted to know.
"Do you..."She wondered if he would understand what she meant if she brought it up. "...have that feeling?" Colleen asked him.
The feeling she was referring to seemed to be remembrance, confusion and likeness. She had no remembrance of him at all. She was confused as to why he was there with her and why he was so familiar, and yet she seemed to like him.
Colleen opened her mouth to speak once again, but she closed it.

Hao gave Colleen a surprised look at her first, but then it switch to an understanding look. He was surprised that she asked that question, but there was denying it; He had the same feeling on confusion and familiarity towards Colleen. Hao felt so confused about it now. The small thought now grew into concerned thought. Hao only nodded his head at her. He noticed that she tried to speak, but couldn't. There was silence between the two. At last, Hao asked her, and somewhat to himself,"Who are you, exactly?...." However, that question was interrupted by the opening of a door downstairs....
Hanku finally arrived at the library. Nothing seem like it changed; everything looked like it was when he left it. Hanku then said, with raising his tone a bit, "....Colleen, are you here?...." Hanku then started to walk around, to see if he could find her. Even though this place didn't seem like it hasn't had any visitors in a while, Hanku still had that thought in his head that his book might of been stolen. Since he didn't seen Colleen on the first floor, he made his way to the second floor.

Hearing her name being called, Colleen looked over the railing of the second floor the the lower level. She didn't see him, but she knew that Hanku was in the room. There was no mistaking his voice.
"Hanku?" She had wondered where he had gone to. Backing away from the railing and looking at Hao again, Colleen paused. She wasn't sure what to say or how to act around him. She looked around the corner of a bookcase, searching for the source of Hanku's voice.

Hao's jaw dropped when Colleen said that certain name. "Wait....Hanku's here?" Hao said. Hao made his way to the stair the rails of the second floor, now tring to find Hanku as well. Not knowing that his old friend has changed over the years, Hao shouted out. "Hey Hanku!! Where are you?" Hao scanned through the bottom floor, almost forgettting about Colleen. When he spotted Colleen in the corner of his eyes, he turned his attention back to her. Like Colleen, Hao didn't know how to react as he took a couple of steps back away from her. However, with the recent news of his old friend still alive, Hao looked back at the railing.
Hanku heard his voice being called out, but it was a different person that called out his name. Hanku guessed that it was someone that Colleen recently met and told him about Hanku....but his tone didn't sound like a stranger's. Hanku, ignoring what was above him at the moment, started to climb up the stairs. Once he was half-way, he looked up at the second floor. He saw Colleen there, which was normal, but then he saw another person. Hanku took a good look at this person. White hair.....red eyes.....It couldn't be....Hanku's eyes widened from the site of this person. Was is possible. Hanku stopped walking up. Then, he asked the person, still with that expressionless tone in his voice,".....Hao.....is that you?...."
A surprised look, yet a small happiness came from Hao. He couldn't really believe, but one of his old friends was actually alive. Hao just shouted back at him, "Of course. Who else would have this?" Hao took out a small sphere from his pockets. It was the same blue sphere that Hanku had; It was probably the best, solid proof that he had to prove that he was Hao.

Looking back and forth from Hanku and Hao, Colleen opened her mouth to speak.
"Wait; you two know each other?" Colleen didn't see that one coming at all. I mean, she had been focused on her own feelings and then Hanku and Hao turn out to know each other. Colleen was already becoming confused by this whole situation.
Looking them over, Colleen balanced her weight on one foot as Hao revealed his sphere. She shook her head in disapproval. She should have known; each time that she came to the castle, something always went haywire.

Hanku looked over at Colleen when she asked them if they knew each other. Hanku shook his head; Yes, they had known each other. And for quite a while too. To confirm that this person was from Hanku's world, Hao had taken out a blue sphere, much like Hanku had. It was proof that this person was indeed Hao. Hanku said to Colleen,".....This is the person I was telling you about......Hao...."
Hao nodded his head when Hanku mentioned his name. He was a bit confused with Hanku. He asked him, "Hey Hanku, why do talk like that?....." His voice trailed off as he started to remember what Hanku did before their world was destroyed. Then he added,"Ohhhh....of course....You left society for your training for almost 4 years." His tone was sort of snickered; Apparently, Hao still had some jealousy left in him. After all, Hanku left him behind to train for his own needs.
Hanku could tell that Hao had a sharp tounge what he said to him. And quite frankly....Hanku couldn't blame him. However, not all of it was his fault. He was sort of forced to do his training. However, Hanku didn't want to mention anything. Hanku walked up to the second floor and noticed that Hao was holding his book. Hanku wanted to take the book back quickly, but considering that Hao was an old friend, he decided to let Hao read a little bit of it; It was the only thing he could do for an apology.
Hao looked back at Colleen after he his short conversation with Hanku. He then asked both of them," So, how did you two meet?......" His voice sort of left when he looked at Colleen.

As Colleen focused on the two boys before her, she couldn't help but feel the tension between them. It seemed to Colleen that Hao had harsh feelings against Hanku because Hanku had left him all those years ago.
Colleen was becoming entranced in her thoughts as she studied the two of them. They seemed a lot alike, and Colleen had only spoken very few words to Hao. Hao seemed harsh, yet bitter and Hanku was mysterious and somewhat cold. These four traits seemed to fit them well. No wonder they had been friends so long ago.
Colleen bit her bottom lip for a moment and then looked up as Hao addressed her.
"That's quite a long story actually." Colleen felt a smile flicker across her face. "And not exactly an easy one to tell."

Hanku was about to answer Hao's question, but Colleen had already spoken. It was a very long story to tell: And their first meeting wasn't exactly a.....friendly encounter either. At that time, Hanku had questioned people who was his ally or who was his enemy. He was probably more cold back then, before meeting people like Colleen.
Hao wasn't happy with the answer; He had hoped for a better one. However, he didn't want to push the subject further; He had more thoughts in his head right now that he felt was more important. Hao looked over at the book that was tucked in his arm. He then looked back at Hanku and asked him,"Where did you get this book? If you had this book in our world, then you surely would of been gone a long time ago."
Hanku couldn't come up with an answer or some comment to snap back at Hao: What he said was true. If he did have that book in his world, then he surely would of been gone. However, he was a special case when it came to the book; His parents were trusted with the book, so it was only natural that he would be allowed to have the book. Hanku said to him,".....My parents had the book....I didn't know anything about it until the last moments of our world...."
Hao took that answer with a small smirk. It was a good answer to him. He wanted to ease the tension between them, so he said some small comments of their past. Hao said, in a sarcastic tone, "I'm guessing that you're playing the 'cool' guy for this girl, huh Hanku? If I remember clearly, weren't you the happier one between the two of us?" Hao still kept his glance at Colleen at times. He then shortly asked Colleen," So, are you Hanku's girlfriend or something?" Behind his sarcastic smile and playful tone, Hao was scheming something. He still had a lot of bitterness in him, and he was about to show it very soon.....

Colleen almost laughed allowed as this question reached her ears. Colleen and Hanku were far from being a couple, and she didn't have feelings for him like that. However, Colleen did not know if Hanku's feelings for her stretched beyond friendship. They very well could have; that would explain why each time Colleen needed his help he seemed to be there in an instant.
Smiling at Hao, Colleen began to speak. "Hanku's not my boyfriend. We're just very good friends." She paused, smiling at Hanku. "He's always been there when i've needed him." She paused while looking back to Hao. "Especially in the hardest times."
Looking at Hao still, Colleen could not figure out where she knew him from or if she knew him at all. She wanted to know. The urge to know was driving her crazy. Biting her bottom lip slightly, Colleen looked at the two boys. One she had known for months and barely knew anything about; and one that she had just met and she felt like she knew everything about him.
Colleen took a deep breath and continued listening to the conversation.

Hanku's eyes widened again when Hao asked them if they were boyfriend and girlfriend. Hanku thought that Colleen was just a friend: Nothing more, nothing less. He couldn't have feelings for her: After all, she still had feelings for Red, as far as he knew. Hanku looked over to Colleen as she said her part for Hao's question. Shortly, Hanku said, in a sort of sarcastic tone,".....Colleen and I could never have a 'thing'.....We're completely opposite from each other......." Hanku was simply stating the truth, weither it would affect Colleen or not. Hao just shrugged at their answers, not really caring about it. He just asked them for general reasons: He didn't need, or want, to get deeper into the subject. Besides, Hao had personal thoughts to think about. He looked over at Colleen again. They had only known each other for a couple of minutes and yet.....He felt like he had known her like she was an old friend. Hao switched from Hanku to Colleen, asking her," By the way, what world are you from, Colleen?" He wanted to see if he could somehow know who she was if he just asked her some personal questions. (bad posty. )

Colleen couldn't help but grin at Hanku. They were definitely very different from one another, and it showed. Colleen was more outspoken than Hanku was. Hanku tended to be quiet and mysterious. Colleen could be very open. There was nothing mysterious about her.
Allowing her smile to droop slightly, she looked over at Hao as he spoke to her. 'By the way, what world are you from, Colleen?'
Colleen opened her mouth to reply, but no words came out. Where was she from? It was if her mind had drawn a complete blank. She couldn't remember anything about her home world, nor where it was or what it was composed of.
"I..." Colleen began to speak. A look of bewilderment and confusion crossed upon her face. "I don't know..." She almost looked frantic as she tried to recall upon memories of herself as a child. The earliest memories she had of herself were with Red, and now he was gone too, wherever he was. They had been on Destiny Island, a place that Colleen had long since forgotten. It seemed as if she stayed in Hollow Bastion ninety percent of the time.
"I can't remember..." Colleen concluded.

Hao sighed a little bit at Colleen's question. If she couldn't answer that question, then it was no point asking her other questions at this point. It seem that it would be a while longer before he got any answers from her. Hao shook his head and looked over to Hanku. Then, he remembered something: The reason why he wanted to meet Hanku again. He simply wanted to show him how much he improved since they last met. Hao asked, "Hanku, how about we have a small little fight? It's been a while since we fought with each other. Colleen can even join, if she liked."
Hanku looked over at Colleen when she concluded about her past. Now that she mentioned it....She never did Hanku about her old world. And no wonder: she couldn't remember at all about it.
Hanku turned his attention back to Hao, who asked him to spar with him. The idea wasn't bad but.....not in the library. It had a small atmosphere that made it peaceful....well, to Hankui anyway. Hanku said to him,".....Alright, but not in the library....."
Hao smirked a little bit from Hanku's answer. He nodded his head as he said," Okay. Then we'll fight somewhere else." However, Hao decided to let Colleen pick: He didn't know why....it just felt like an urge. Hao said to Colleen," Colleen, you decide where we fight. It can be anywhere in this world."

Colleen looked over at Hanku when he asked for the fight to be anywhere else in Hollow Bastion except the library. She knew that Hanku had a huge liking for all of the books in the library. It was understandable that he would want the fight to be somewhere else.
Colleen pondered for a moment and then realized that the restoration site would be one of the better places for the fight to take place. There were already a bunch of building materials scattered about and it seemed to be a tad bit dangerous. There were sheets of steel everywhere on the ground and various tools around the area. It was a prime place for a battle.
"How about the restoration site?" Looking at Hao and Hanku, she continued to speak. "It would be away from people, and a tad bit dangerous." She smiled at the two of them. "It sparks my interest anyways."
