Smiles had no problem with walking between Ivory and Gat. The large man used to be the newest member of the committee until Ivory came along. Smiles himself never had much interaction with the man, but in the beginning he would always have a pair of girls on his shoulders in the main lobey. He took full advantage of the services the committee provide. Smiles never understood why Snake had agreed to hire the man. Not much was really known about him. He was never brought in by Fang or any of the other members. Perhaps Snake had known him.
If Ivory thought that her decline though would stop the large man, she was wrong as he turned to Smiles. "How about sharing your chicka with me for a night hey boyo. We can do a little swappin even. I got some mighty fine girls who would be interested in ya." Smiles, almost impossible to shake, simply smiled in response to Gat.
"While I'm sure that sounds desirable, I consider myself a one girl type of man." It was true, and it would succeed in reminding Gat that he was to not mess with Ivory. Smiles probably could have pulled some strings to get Gat excommunicated from the committee if he hadn't been at least useful to the committee. But the truth of the matter was that he was the only one to kill an actual Keyblade Master. He might be the lowest in rank of the committee, but that didn't mean he didn't have power.
"I see.... Well if you every change your mind, or if you ever just want to come visit Ivory, you can jus come right on in." Gat said to Ivory with a wink, as they came to a stop in front of the clear doors to the meeting room.
Smiles went ahead and opened the door, "After you big boy." Smiles said, taking a stab at the man's weight. If it bothered him, Gat didn't let it show as he headed into the meeting room. Smiles held the door for Ivory and followed in as well. Upon arriving he noticed that everyone else was there besides Snake. He would be entering the room momentarily no doubt.

Ivory had the biggest urge to glare at Gat just as he went on to speak to Smiles, making a proposition to him about her as if Smiles had "owned" her. Yes, Gat was definitely the type that just used women for his pleasure and never saw them as people with feelings. Aside from her anger, the mere thought of him saying such a thing made her stomach churn. Ivory figured Smiles would deny him. However, not in the context that he chose to answer him. Even still, Ivory was inwardly relieved that Smiles did say it like that only because it made it seem like Ivory was taken. Hopefully, it'd keep him away but she wouldn't doubt if he kept being persistent.
Knowing her place as a member though, Ivory just gracefully dismissed the lewd implications that Gat had just given her. No need to get into a conflict because he was a persistent pervert. The only time she'd have to get into conflict is if the guy decided to try and touch her. It was,no doubt, the end of the discussion then between the three of them when they had finally reached the committee meeting room doors.
Ivory watched as Smiles opened the door, stating something Ivory didn't think Smiles would have said to him. Why? Well, Smiles had been polite to the man last time despite how rude Gat had been to him when she first saw Gat. She refrained from appearing surprised or as if she had heard the remark as Gat simply walked ahead inside at Smiles's insistence. Once the bigger man was out of ear shot, she looked back over at Smiles while he was still holding the door open for her.
"Thank you with that and thank you with the door." With that said, she stepped inside the committee meeting room and placed herself at the table where she and Smiles had seated themselves the last time. Snake had yet to arrive while everyone else seemed to be here. Ivory could only wonder what this meeting was about as she patiently waited.

When Ivory thanked him for opening the door and helping her out back there with Gat, Smiles just returned a smile her way. They were all seated around the large table silently. Fang sat next to Bullseye, Smiles had placed himself next to Ivory, Smoke was next to open chairs on the other side, and Gat was at the opposite end of the table. Tears was across from Bullseye and next to Gat. There was a single open chair at the other end of the table, where Snake was custom to sit.
Fang was tapping away at a laptop, pretty much ignoring everything around him. Fang went no where without some sort of computer or device. The way no one spoke to each other it was hard to see the committee as a working organization. Finally the door opened once more and Snake entered the room. Dressed in his familiar trench coat, boots, and a black cowboy hat, he took a seat in the open chair.
"Welcome every one." He greeted. No one returned his greeting. Smiles could understand why. Meetings normally occurred once a month. There were missions to do and such for each member. The meetings were supposed to act as check ups and to show new information. A meeting occurring before the next scheduled one usually meant it was not because of a good reason.
Seeing that no one else was speaking, Snake continued. "I called this meeting for two reasons. The first is to announce that in two weeks we will be relocating our headquarters."
Needless to say shock crossed everyone's face. Even Smiles lifted his eyebrows in quiet wonder. Fang though was the most outspoken. "And just where do you plan on us moving? We have been here for years. All our clients know to come here. What possible reason could there be to move?"
Snake, who was clearly irritated by the questioning from Fang, let the man speak his mind before answering. "We will be moving to Castle Oblivion, which is currently under the rule of Skull and his fissures."
"Th...thats not a good idea." Fang said, fear written all over his face.
"Maybe to you. But to get back on the right track, we need their aid. And we can better plan our missions if we are there. Plus their is plenty of room. We will not be giving up this place. Fang if you're so scared you can still stay here. Our clients will still meet us here. But were moving there and all of our decision meetings, etc, will be held there. I expect all of you to be ready to leave within the week."
"What is the second reason?" Smiles asked. Fang had opened his mouth to speak again, but Smiles didn't really want to sit here for hours listening to them argue. In the end Snake would have his way. Smiles personally didn't have too much of an opinion on the move. Part of him was intrigued by what this could mean. Perhaps they would learn more about the fissures, and just what roles they did play in the cause of the world stuck in a specific time.
Snake turned from Fang to Smiles. "I'm glad you asked. In three days you will be accompanying Skull on a mission to the Enchanted Domain. You can take your little girlfriend with you too. Skull has assured me that he can get us into the chambers of Master Jasper. It is time we took down another master. " Everyone in the organization knew that there were four remaining keyblade masters. But killing them was another story. They were all very powerful, much more so then their apprentices. It was not going to be an easy job.
"The rest of you, have other assignments as well. And this time I will accept no failures. There will be repercussions if you do not kill your target. We are an assassination organization. And it is about time we started acting like one." Snake said. Nodding to Fang, Fang picked up four vanilla envelopes. Each envelope had a different name on them, and Fang passed them out accordingly. When he went to go sit down, Snake tossed an envelope at him.
Surprised, Fang just snapped it out of midair. "You too Fang." He said. Fang reluctantly nodded.
"Any questions?" Snake asked. When no one answered he nodded. "Then get out of here. Meeting adjourned."

When Ivory had sat down, it was not hard to notice the silence in the room. Being new, she guessed the sudden meeting didn't mean anything good. After all, from what she knew, meetings were only to be held once every month. The fact an emergency one was taking place had Ivory wondering what could be going on. As she sat there, she silently observed the others. No one spoke or said a thing and no one seemed to pay each other any mind. There were a few seats still left open but the one at the opposite end of the table where Snake had been last time was no doubt the one that Snake will soon occupy. With all the silence, Ivory could see how bizarre their group looked. It was a surprise they all ever managed to work as a team...if you could call it a team.
The door finally opened and in stepped Snake. Looking over at him, Ivory was reminded of cowboys. Snake had greeted them all but no one spoke in response. Ivory got the feeling that something was wrong by the way the others were acting so she didn't dare break the thick tension in the air. Noting this, Snake merely continued. He had called the meeting for two reasons. Everyone remained silent as they waited for Snake to speak.
According to Snake, they would be relocating to somewhere else. Ivory was surprised she was witnessing so much change in the organization already. She had just joined them and already, they were moving from this spot to somewhere else. Needless to say, she was surprised by this fact. Was there something wrong with the headquarters? Ivory didn't think there was. So why were they moving?
Fang was obviously not happy with this arrangement. Speaking his mind, Ivory could see why he'd ask their leader something like this. Why move to somewhere unfamiliar? Ivory brought her gaze back toward Snake when Fang had finished. It was clear there was annoyance on Snake's face but he had remained calm. What he said next though, Ivory very much had to agree with Fang on this one but unlike Fang, she wasn't showing her discomfort as much with the idea. The idea of going right into the headquarters of the fissures felt like a death trap. They bothered her only because she thought one would try to take over her body as its next host. She understood that Snake was their leader though. There was no use in arguing the matter, everyone was going and within the week.
Before Fang could protest, most likely to cause a long and very heated debate, Smiles took that opportune moment to cut him off by cutting in as to what the second reason for the meeting was. Snake answered, stating that they were to assist Skull in the Enchanted Dominion in three days. 'Did he really have to word it like that?' Ivory said, her cheeks coloring a bit by the way Snake had suddenly addressed her to Smiles. 'Apparently, I don't have a name?' she thought but let it slide. No need to get worked up over it.
According to Snake, Skull believed he could get them in the chambers and that they were to assassinate a keyblade master. Master Jasper was their target. Since it was not a simple keyblader, Ivory figured that these masters would be stronger. Thomas had only been a keyblader from what she recalled. No doubt, those at master level would be tougher to deal with. After saying that, he addressed the rest. They had assignments too and no failures were going to be allowed. If anyone failed, repercussions were to take place. 'Guess that settles that, no more wasting time in other areas,' Ivory thought to herself.
At a gesture from Snake, Fang began handing out vanilla envelopes. There were only four of them. Once he had finished, Snake tossed an envelope in Fang's direction. Obviously surprised he had gotten one, Fang snatched it. Fang was assigned a task as well, it seemed.
Once that was all done, Snake turned to everyone and asked if anyone had any questions. Ivory hadn't any even if she didn't like the idea of walking into Castle Oblivion with the fissures all around them. Just how many of those things were there anyway? When no one asked anything, Snake dismissed them. Getting to her feet, Ivory thought 'Good thing I didn't get a lot of things for this move.'

With the meeting ended, Smiles watched everyone begin to head out. Even Ivory had taken a stand as they left the room. Smiles however stayed seated. He waited for the room to empty except for himself, Snake, Ivory, and Fang. No doubt Fang had some things he wanted to say to Snake as well. Smiles had his own things he needed to say as well.
Snake sighed. He stood and glanced over at the two of them. "What do you two want?" He demanded. Fang glanced over at Smiles. Smiles held out his open palm, indicating he was welcome to go first. Besides Smiles wanted to see what Fang wanted to tell Snake in private.
Fang didn't seem to care too much because he went ahead. "Snake I think your making a mistake. These Fissures are not creatures we should be working with. I showed you the report of my work with them Snake. They are as dangerous to us as they are their enemies."
Snake sighed. "Fang do you know of any other allies that will give us the power we need. They have the strength to make our dreams a reality. Perhaps before they were dangerous. But Skull has assured me that they are completely under his control."
Fang shook his head. "He is one of them, how can he have them under his control."
Snake's face began to redden in anger. "I know what I'm doing! Just do what I say! Now get out!" Fang then left the room. Once he had left, Snake turned to Smiles.
"Are you going to try and defy me too?!" He said with vile in his voice.
Smiles just smiled. "I just want the key to the trial room." That was the only reason why Smiles had stayed.
Snake reached into his pocket and pulled out an old silver key. Placing it on the table he stood. "Take it. I'm going to the office. Good luck Ivory. You'll need it for what's ahead of you." That just left Smiles and Ivory.

Ivory waited for Smiles to stand but he wasn't. It looked as though he were waiting to have a word with Snake. Wondering what was going to happen, and not sure if she should remain or not, Ivory stayed put. When everyone had filed out, it was just them two, Snake and Fang. Snake demanded what the two of them had wanted. As Fang glanced over at Smiles, Smiles motioned for him to go first.
Quietly, Ivory focused her attention between Snake and Fang. Fang had stated that he thought Snake was making a mistake. Honestly, Ivory wondered if it was such a good idea to walk into enemy territory as well. Well, they weren't exactly an enemy but Ivory didn't know much about them and the fact they could take over people's bodies bothered her. What if they were all walking into the slaughter house? She'd have to sleep with one eye open. She knew better than to argue with Snake on that matter though. It was no use.
Snake answered him then but Ivory still had misgivings on what had been said. Skull, as Fang had put it, was a Fissure as well. For all they knew, it was a lie. Ivory wasn't sure how to kill one of those things if she had to. The tension grew thick as Snake responded with him knowing what he was doing and that Fang should do as Snake told him to before ordering him to get out.
'Great, now with that argument, we might get the horns too!' Ivory thought, remaining in place for the time being as Snake finally turned to them. No sooner had she thought that and Snake's voice sounded venomous. Ivory said nothing, not really sure what Smiles was about to do. Hopefully, he wasn't about to. Ivory didn't think she wished to see how Snake was when he got angry enough. Surely, he had to be their leader for a reason, right?
Turning her gaze onto Smiles, she heard him speak. He just wanted the key to trial room. Fishing through a pocket, Snake had set an old looking silver key on the table before getting to his feet. Snake told them that he was headed for the office and then wished Ivory good luck. She didn't even have time to thank Snake as he had left them behind. With that, Ivory turned to Smiles. "So...I'm guessing from what he said...I'm going to be partaking in a trial then?" she inquired.

Smiles couldn't help but smile with Ivory's question. "Yep." He told her as he stood. "Were going there right now actually. Follow me." If Smiles planned on explaining anything, it didn't seem like he was going to do it in this room. Heading out of the room, Smiles walked down the hallway and back to the main lobby.
Unsurprisingly the place was vacant. Everyone would probably be either getting ready for their new "assignments" or beginning to pack their things. Smiles himself really didn't own many things. He had no need for small trivial things like a television, pictures, etc. Those kinds of things were boring. What possible use could he have for them?
Walking through the main lobby, Smiles came to a stop at the moving staircase. They had to go a floor higher. Once the staircase had aligned in front of them, Smiles headed up the staircase. As he did he spoke to Ivory. She no doubt had questions as to what this trial was for. He could not go into details about what the trail was exactly, but he was going to tell her why she was doing it.
"I have requested that you be able to take the three trials. The first is the Trial of Numbers. I spoke of this before. It is your chance to raise your number. The second is the Trial of Wisdom. The third is the Trial of Heart. By the time you have finished the third trial, you will have awakened all the powers you can possibly possess." Of course Smiles did leave out a couple of things, as to the fact that she could die. He would warn her though before she went in.
Coming to the top of the stairs, Smiles faced a very old oak door. There were strange symbols and engravings into the door, and a single silver keyhole. Taking the key that Snake had given him, Smiles turned the key in the hole and opened the door. What greeted them was only darkness. That was until Smiles stepped into the room. As if by magic, torches lit around the very large room. The room was easily the size of a ballroom. However there was nothing in it save for a three very large golden rings that stood on their own raised platform with stairs leading up to them.
Walking up to them, it was clear that the rings towered over them. They practically touched the large sealing above. Smiles stood in front of the one on the far most right. He glanced at Ivory. "You will go through the first ring. Remember these words Ivory. To advance you must go through the next ring. You must go through the ring, no matter what happens you cannot stay. Do not die. If you die there, you will die. There is very old magic in these rings. But you happen to have trained under the only person to survive all three. I think I can tell you this. Trust not what you see, but what you know must be true." That was all he could say.
"Whenever your ready. Walk through."

Ivory watched as Smiles did what he usually did, smile in response to her question. Yes, she would be taking a trial. 'I guess at least I got some bit of a reprieve?' she thought to herself considering all that she had been through today up until now. It didn't take long for him to tell her that was where they were going now. With his beckoning to follow him, Ivory had no other choice as she followed after Smiles's lead. He took her all the way from the room they had been, to the hallway and then down into the main lobby. No one was there. Ivory guessed that they had to be all preparing for the move and whatever else they needed tending to.
They went through the main lobby and then onto the moving staircase. As she followed him up the stairs, she heard him finally speak. At first, she had thought he wouldn't elaborate on what was to come. Now, here he was, informing her that he hadn't requested her to just do one trial but all three of them! 'All three?!' she thought, her eyes widening a bit. She had known of the Trial of Numbers but didn't think she would take the rest of them right away. Fate, it never seemed to like Ivory very much. Smiles must've seen something in her skills though that she hadn't. Ivory wasn't so sure if she would live to his expectations.
The trials were named accordingly: Numbers, Wisdom and Heart. These were the three trials. As Ivory followed Smiles, she could only guess what might be the agenda of each. Number was ranking but she wasn't sure just what that entailed. Wisdom, no doubt she'd have to use logic maybe in that field. Heart, something that had to do with willpower most likely or something centered around the heart's alignment. At least, those were her guesses. Once all were complete, Ivory will have awakened all the powers she had. Ivory wasn't sure how that was going to go if she even got to the third one.
"Hm...I see." She wasn't really sure what else to say here as they came to a stop at the top of the stairs. When they reached it, Smiles took out the key and opened the door before them. In there, there was nothing but darkness. Ivory looked in apprehensively. The room lit up the moment Smiles stepped inside. Torches aligned the walls and as Ivory entered right after him, she could see how large the area was. It looked to be the size of a ballroom. The most noticeable things, and probably the only things in here, were three very large golden rings that were stood up. Platforms held them in place with steps leading up to each one of them.
"...Rings?" she said aloud, not exactly talking to Smiles and more like voicing her question to herself. Smiles headed over to the one on the right and then turned to her. Walking over, Ivory could see just how gigantic these rings were. It was a wonder that anything could be so huge. As she came to a stop before Smiles, he began to talk. She was to step through this first ring. Whatever she must do, she must go to the next ring no matter what. Ivory couldn't stay in any of them for if she did, she would die. Ivory hung on to his every word, wondering what the heck lay in store for her with information like that. Almost every day, it seemed like she was dancing before death's door and lucky enough that he wasn't answering.
What Smiles said next about surviving all three had surprised her. Smiles was definitely more skill than she had thought. It was no wonder that he had returned without being scathed during that fight with her brother and his friend! "Whoa! The only one to survive all three?!" she repeated. Then, Smiles told her that she mustn't trust what her eyes saw but what she knew had to be true. No doubt, these trials were going to test her mind and heart. Honestly, Ivory wasn't sure what to expect here. She will just have to do her best.
Ivory breathed a few moments to brace herself when Smiles said that when she was ready, she was to walk through the ring. What was she to face? Well, there was no use just standing here, teetering on the edge of a cliff that towered just over the unknown. Sooner or later, she would have to take the plunge and she was certain that even if she tried to not take hem now, that she'd be forced to regardless. There was no use being cowardly about it. Like it or not, she was going to have to do this. Her mind made up, Ivory gave a nod.
"Alright, I'm ready." With that said, she made her way up the steps leading into the first ring. Gazing at it, there was no telling what she would find once she stepped through it. No doubt, the thing would take her to another dimension unless it concealed more behind it that an illusion covered up. She paused for a second before willing herself to continue after her brief inspection of the ring in front of her. Once she was done, Ivory stepped into the ring and through it.

When Ivory stepped into the ring she stepped into a very different world. This was a place controlled by ancient magic. Once someone stepped into the ring of trials, they were trapped there until they succeeded. The Trial of Numbers was by far the safest trial of the three. That wasn't to say it was easy though. Smiles knew that upon entering the ring, Ivory would find herself enclosed in a fifteen foot room. In the center of the room was a life like doll. It had the naked body of a human, but without specific gender qualities and a face. The doll seemed lifeless, but it stood on its legs upright. It had the ears of the human, but no mouth, eyes, nose, ears, or facial features. It was a simply a doll. That was until Ivory would take a step forward. From that point the doll would come to life, and a physical fight would ensue. It would become a battle of endurance and strength. The creature would continue to attack as long as the enemy defended and attacked back. The moment Ivory could not possibly defend herself, the trial of numbers would be over. The longer she lasted, the higher her number would be. Smiles himself lasted three hours of simply attack and dodge. In fact all he had to do was slap the creature he figured and dodged. The moment he passed the three hour mark, the doll returned to his position. He had set the standard for the highest amount of time. If Ivory passed three hours the same would occur. If not, then the trial would end when she lost. ((OOC: Your welcome to control the trial and finish it in the next post. The second trial will be more interactive posting, but this trial you can have Ivory succeed past, fail, do whatever you wish. All is good with me ))

(OOC: Okie dokie! lol) As soon as Ivory had stepped through the ring, she almost flinched. Why? Well, she hadn't exactly summoned her armor before stepping in, which had been a foolish mistake. However, nothing happened to her. Instead, she found herself in a fifteen foot room. In the center, there was some kind of manikin. It had to be since it had no detailed body parts or even a human face. It looked a lot like the dolls that were put in certain poses at shops, wearing the latest outfit the stores were selling.
Ivory decided she was going to take some time to examine her surroundings before she did anything. After all, she had no idea what to expect here. For all she knew, there could be a hidden danger. So far, the only thing that was drawing her attention was the manikin. Why was there a doll in the center of the room? Well, her answer was soon to be found out. Not even thinking, Ivory took a step towards it, thinking to further inspect it and figure out what its purpose was. That didn't take very long for her to discover it. No sooner had she taken that step and the doll came to life!
Eyes widening, as it suddenly lunged at her, Ivory brought up her arms to shield her face from getting a fist in it. When she blocked, the thing made to kick her in the right side where the lower ribs would be. Ivory was forced to leap backward to get out of range from it. It hadn't any weapons but for its limbs. However, even blocking its fist with her arms had hurt a bit. After all, it was a doll and it felt very much like a doll. It had a much more solid substance than her flesh and bones. 'I have to fight this thing?' she wondered at it. It barely gave her time to recover from its previous onslaught. Taking another lunge, it aimed to get her with a nasty looking upper cut.
Side stepping the attack, Ivory had no choice but to toss her own fist at it since the thing moved so fast that even if she tried to fish for her armor, it would already be upon her again and pummeling her. She felt her knuckles connect with the side of the thing's face where the jawline should be. Due to it having such a hard substance as opposed to her own, she could not help but wince with some pain feeling her bare knuckles make impact. The good she did was make it turn its head from the force of her punch but it didn't stagger or anything before turning its head towards her.
'How am I going to keep going if I can't get my armor on? My knuckles are going to eventually break at the rate this is going!' she thought. Either that or she was going to get heavily beaten by this thing. After all, its fists and legs surely hurt like hell even when she managed to block its attacks. Somehow, she'd have to get herself at a fair enough distance and locate her miniature black dragon statuette. Once she found it, then this may be a bit easier.
Through out the fight, Ivory learned that the thing wouldn't use anything else when fighting her. It had no weapons and pulled none out nor any surprise powers. It really looked as though she was just suppose to fight it but she wasn't even sure for how long. She'd have to last though, she didn't want to die losing to a doll that beat her to a bloody pulp.
When the doll charged her next, Ivory was aiming to knock it over or somehow bowl it over. Either way, it would buy her some time. As it charged her, Ivory ducked at the last minute, causing it to miss. As the momentum of its swing made it go over her, Ivory used that to help her flip it and send it on the floor in a heap. Fishing quickly for her pockets before the damn thing got back up, Ivory finally got hold of the small black dragon. Now she could last longer.

Smiles could not sit and watch what was occurring with Ivory, but that did not mean he just sat there doing nothing. In fact, Smiles was doing alot of thinking. He thought of everything that had transpired in Timeless River and what was now going to happen with them going to Castle Oblivion. Smiles had heard of the strange world, but had never visited it before. It used to be home to the nobodies a long time ago. It still was supposed to harbor those who claimed to be those said creatures. But as far as Smiles knew, there strength and numbers were dwindled.
He could have hoped for the same with heartless, but that was not true either. So long as the keybladers were alive, the heartless would be drawn to them. They would continue to grow and attack the keybladers, causing chaos and destruction on those who were around said heroes. That was one of the things that fueled Snake's cause. He believed by killing a keyblader, one prevented the heartless as well. They were doing the utmost good for the world.
In reality Smiles didn't even really care. He put up with Snake for the simple reason that the death of a keyblader was interesting and challenging. He cared not if the person was good or evil. It was the repercussions of said actions that interested him. The fissures had a play in this as well. He just hadn't exactly figured out what they did yet. And what their purpose was.
Well they were going to be living with the creatures soon. Smiles glanced back at the golden ring that Ivory had entered. More then an hour had passed now. He waited.

Inside the ring, while Smiles was busy thinking to himself and doing what not, Ivory was busy playing smack and hit back with the human sized doll that kept wailing on her. With her summoned armor, she was able to stand the thing better. At least now, she wasn't as easily bruised as before or banged around. In fact, her knuckles were also much happier with this arrangement. Why? Well, they no longer were making impact with the body of the manikin.
Admittedly, the doll was quite a force to be reckoned with. Even with her armor and swords, the thing prevailed and did not contain a scratch on its body. As time flew by, Ivory wondered if the thing just kept fighting. It didn't look like there was any other tactic to deal with the thing. No matter what she did, it just kept coming back for more. No doubt, whatever magic was used to keep it going was pretty powerful. All she could think this situation was, was some sort of endurance test.
Never the less, she did her best to keep going but she could feel herself getting tired already when it had reached around two hours. She knew she was getting tired because the damn thing kept getting some good strikes in on her. Thanks to her exhaustion, she had gotten a bruise on the chin where the armor's helmet did not guard. Her nose would have been broken if she did not dodge in time. Instead, the thing had hit her helmet but with such force that even the armor managed to bruise her on the center of her forehead and on her right cheek.
'I can't take much more abuse!' she thought, struggling against it. It was fifty nine minutes into two hours, just a minute away from three hours, when Ivory could go on no longer. As if sensing victory, the damned thing hit her so hard, she went airborne at least ten feet away from where she had been last. Once that was done, and Ivory didn't bother trying to get back up out of exhaustion, the thing finally stopped moving. Ivory blinked up at it in surprise. At first, she thought it was a ruse but it really looked as though it had just decided to stop moving.
Cautiously, after allowing herself a minute of rest, Ivory slowly got to her feet. When she did, the thing remained still. "It's over?" she spoke to it as if it could answer her. When she turned, the ring entrance that had disappeared earlier appeared again. It really looked like it was finally over...with the first trial, that is. 'I hope the next one lets my body take a bit of a rest before actually putting me through hell like that again!' she thought as she headed over to the ring entrance, giving her face a brief rub from the pain it received. She was definitely going to feel those bruises the next day.
'That hurt!' she thought as she stepped out into the main chamber where Smiles seemed to have been waiting all this time. Or had time actually passed while she was in there? It wasn't easy to tell as she stepped down the stairs and back onto the ground.
"How long was I in there for?" she questioned him. "Or did time even pass since I went in there?" she inquired. She had dismissed her armor to allow herself to take a bit of a break from the weight of it. It didn't weigh a ton like regular armor but even armor that you wore as light as your clothing got heavy after a while. Even when she had asked it, Ivory took a short moment to sit before getting back up.

It was close to the three hour mark when Ivory rejoined Smiles. He was not surprised at all with the amount of time she had wracked up. There were some bruises beginning to form on her body and she looked sore and exhausted. Smiles listened to her question, glad to hear that she seemed alright. "Close to three hours. You did well." He said genuinely.
The sad thing was there would be no rest for Ivory. The next trials were going to be something that Ivory would not understand. There was no explaining to it either, because in reality Smiles didn't know just how exactly it would test her. Noticing her taking a seat, Smiles wished he could let her sit longer. But he could not. "Let's head over to the next ring."
He told her. Walking forward he came to the second large ring. The ring looked exactly like the first, except for the fact that it was older and made of older material. If Ivory cared to look further, she would have seen the third ring was actually the oldest and most worn. Turning to Ivory, Smiles laid his hands on her shoulders. "Remember. You must continue. You cannot stay." That was all he could say of the two remaining trials to her.
Smiles gestured for her to go on ahead. He knew that this trial would be nothing that she had ever faced before.

Ivory had physically expended a considerable amount of energy but hadn't used anything other than her physical energy. The magical energy her armor contained was still there. There were still things she didn't know about her armor so there were just a couple, if not only just a few things, she knew how to use. Upon exiting the first trial, Ivory got the funny feeling that Smiles hadn't been talking about the first trial when he said that she could possibly die. Well, at least that part was done and over with. As for the other two, she had yet to see what hells the next two would put her through.
It was a surprise to her to hear that she had been close to lasting three hours. If she had been herself before meeting Smiles, the good she would've done was probably half an hour tops. Well, she certainly knew she improved to last that long. "If you can call getting punched across the room about ten feet doing well, then I guess so."
If anything, Ivory just wanted a rest. The first trial really put her through a lot of physical strain. When she had, she almost grumbled when Smiles suggested they head over to the next ring. Just what other things was she to go through now? The second was the trial of Wisdom. Maybe she could get a brief reprieve in that it would just test her mind? Then again, there was no telling what would happen. The first one definitely made her see that these trials weren't going to be easy. Considering that had been the first trial, she could only begin to imagine just how more difficult the second trial was going to be.
Reluctantly getting to her feet again, Ivory followed Smiles over to the second ring. It looked shabbier than the first one, now that she thought about it. Was it neglected that much because no one dared to venture into it often? She wouldn't doubt it, depending on what nasties the trial had in store next. She was pulled out of her thoughts as Smiles turned to her, placing his hands on her shoulders as he spoke. Knowing that what he had to say was important, Ivory listened with a quieted mind. Just like before, he was telling her to continue and that she couldn't stay in the next one. No doubt, this one might be dangerous enough to kill her if she wasn't careful.
"I...I'll do my best." Considering her physical state right now, she wasn't sure. She'd rather be fighting a load of Heartless right now back in training with Smiles over dealing with any of these trials. Still, they had to be done considering how much importance he seemed to be giving these. As he gestured for her to go on ahead, she sighed with exasperation. Allowing herself a brief moment to collect herself, Ivory gave a nod and carried herself all the way up to the second ring.
'Better summon my armor now!' she thought, recalling the incident with the doll. Taking out her black dragon statuette, Ivory summoned her armor and then stepped into and through the second ring. What lay inside, she could only guess and all of her guesses were not comforting.

Smiles watched Ivory summon her armor. He could see the exhaustion on her face, and he wished he could give her the time to rest. But there wasn't time. Time passed differently in the other rings. There was a good chance that by the time she came out of the second ring a day or so might already pass. It was different from the first ring. Smiles knew all to well what it was she would face.
Watching her approach the ring, Smiles gave her a nod and a smile. She would do just fine he believed. She would pass this and the second one. But she had no clue as to what exactly this trial was. If she did. she would have known that no armor was going to prepare her for what was to come. As Smiles watched her enter, he silently whispered, "Good luck."
--------------------
The Trial of Wisdom was controlled by the same ancient magic as the first. The difference was that the ancient magic was much stronger in this trial compared to two. The Trial of Wisdom was not a test of knowledge. It was a test of taking one's personal dreams, personal wants and desires and creating them in a scene before the person. There were three of these said tests. When a person entered the ring the knowledge that this was some sort of test was forgotten. Only one sentence would be allowed to be remembered about anything, and that was the words that Smiles had said. "You cannot stay. You must continue."
However as the scenes begin to play out the softer the voice gets, and the harder it is to remember that the ring not too far away, must be stepped through. The first test that was placed before Ivory was her brother Darius. He was dressed in casual clothing, not the armor that Ivory chose to wore, and was engulfed in a large smile. At long last Darius had found his sister, and he was very pleased.
((OOC: Your welcome to have the scene play out as you see fit lol.))

Ivory didn't know what she would find as she stepped through the ring. She hadn't heard Smiles utter a wish of luck toward her. All she knew right now was that she hoped she would be given a bit of a reprieve from her exhaustion. Granted, she had fought a large number of Heartless before but not close to three hours straight. Usually, ambushes ended rather fast after she managed to cut down a large number from the bulk of it and then things became easier and quicker from that point on. Of course, she always had to watch out for an attack from out of the blue but that was pretty much it.
As she stepped through the ring and wound up in another dimension, she did not realize that her memory of this being a test had been removed. In fact, she found herself wondering where she had ended up. It looked like she stepped through some sort of portal and ended up in some kind of dimension. What her reasons for being here were, she couldn't remember since the ancient magic had removed that memory from her.
Blinking, taken off guard, Ivory saw her twin brother. The only memories tampered with were the fact that this was a trial, the Trial of Wisdom. As she stood there, looking at him, she could see a huge smile on his face. As she stood there, she could only blink at him questioningly. She wasn't sure why but something felt off. Due to the memories she had being tampered with, she couldn't exactly remember the fact she and Darius weren't on good terms. However, she had a gut feeling something was off but not enough to make her cautious.
She hadn't a clue that the trial was bringing up scenes it chose specified to her own personal desires or wants or dreams. Honestly, this was somewhat close to how Ivory wanted to reunite with her twin brother. Unfortunately, fate was not that kind to her and things had taken a bitter turn. Of course, the fact that it had happened, since this trial was playing on that want had concealed that memory from her for the time being.
Darius had greeted her but Ivory wasn't exactly sure how to react. There was always something nagging at the back of her mind about this situation. What was it? "...Hi." She didn't understand why but something was holding her back from running up and hugging her twin brother. Darius had to be the one to run up and give her a hug. Even when he had, something just didn't feel right. As she stood there, listening to her twin's joyful voice, her mind drowned out the things he was saying to her as something surged within her. She eventually found herself looking back at Darius, feeling angry toward him but unable to remember why or find reason for it since he was acting how she had hoped their reunion should have been.
As that feeling came to her, Ivory remembered something. Something about she couldn't stay and that she must continue. Where had that come from? She didn't remember herself saying such a thing. It was because of it that, where she wanted to try and speak with Darius, that she felt that she should really carry on and not remain here. Confused, simply because this was a nice thing, Ivory just perplexed herself. Whatever that piece of information came from, something told her that she do what it said. Clearly, something wasn't right here. Over all, she had a strange feeling about this place.
"Where are you going, Ivory?" came her brother's voice. Ivory looked back at him, not really sure how to answer him. "Why are you leaving me?" he inquired, his expression a bit hurt that she was wandering off.
"I'm...sorry, Darius but...something doesn't feel right. I can't stay here." As she said that, she continued on her way. Of course, the trial did not simply give up either. The fake Darius kept trying to beg her to stay, even reacting with what seemed to be genuine emotion but all it did was push Ivory more away. She couldn't understand why she was being so cruel to her twin but there was a feeling that was so off that it made her act this way even though it elicited tears from her eyes.
"I'm sorry, I can't!" Ivory said, tears sliding down her face. The fake Darius looked angry and deeply hurt as he had abruptly stopped, giving her a very accusing look.
"Fine...I see how it is." As the fake Darius said this, he turned away from her, as if she were something repulsive. When he did that, Ivory furrowed her brows, a sense of deja vu coming to her then. Why did this look familiar? She couldn't stay though, that nagging feeling to move onward kept popping up strongly in the back of her mind. As she turned away, unable to help but cry, muttering repeatedly that she was sorry, Ivory found herself looking at some sort of odd structure ahead of her. It was some sort of ring.
Confused about a ring being there by itself at random, Ivory had the drawing feeling to approach it. However, that did not mean she'd reach it even though she was making her way towards it depending on how the tests took place in this dimension. It could either be a fake ring for her to go through to pass the first test of the area to get to the second one or the area could just suddenly shift and the ring's position move somewhere else as the second scene and test took place here. Leaving her with no memory of the ring and to react to the new test anew. (OOC: Not sure how you're going to do it but you've permission to move it along as you see fit. Not sure how you wanted things to go too so can fix if you wanted the first test to be longer.)

((OOC: No perfectly fine lol. I'm just going to setup things up for you. Your welcome to make them one post two, as long as you want. Just keep in mind the trials get harder as they go and there are only three.))
Ten hours had passed since Ivory had entered the second trial. Smiles had left only briefly to get something to eat, or some books to occupy his mind. He had selected the latest book he was reading. It was the reason he had been so interested in the library at Disney Castle in Timeless River. He had read the book already from top to bottom, but he opened to one of the several pages he had marked.
At some point, one of the readers of the book had made notes in the book with black ink. The book itself was pretty old, definitely before the time Smiles had been born. Eyes trailing down the page, Smiles found the part he was looking for. The book itself was the very first book of world history. It had been written at a time when the citizens of the worlds did not know that there were more then one world out there. This chapter was devoted to Disney Castle and it was here that Smiles had learned of the possibility of an original world.
...The people of Disney Town know nothing of the world known as Disney Castle, or the world that is called Timeless River. Yet there are several indications that the people of this world were somehow connected to these other worlds. The lamp design, the carving and the way the houses were made, even the people themselves, all point to the fact that at some point that the citizens of the worlds interacted. Then how can it be that they know nothing of it? I have traveled the path that leads from Disney Town and traveled the path that goes down from the Castle grounds. Both lead to simply the opposite end! As if the roads are looped! Then there is Timeless River... The roads themselves lead directly to Disney Castle. This makes this author believe that at some point these worlds must have been connected. But what could cause such a split in worlds?
The words split in worlds had been underlined in black ink, and a name was written by it. "(Reed, James)" The way the name was written made Smiles believe whoever had this book was indicating another author. But he found no book by said author. Sighing, Smiles glanced over to the second ring. He wondered how Ivory was fairing.
--------------------------------
As Ivory walked through the ring, the second trial began. All knowledge of the first trial was erased. And this time the ancient magic was even more strong. The magic painted feelings of being right where she belonged in her mind. The next scene that was painted in front of her was one that preyed deep on her previous memories, ones she might have once forgotten. Ivory walked into a home. And standing there was Darius and two others.
It was no doubt that the people sitting at the table were Darius's and Ivorys true parents, alive and well. This was confirmed by Darius who spoke and said, "There back." With the purest look of bright and joy on his face. The golden ring that served as the doorway into another room seemed not all that important at all to him or anyone else. Yet it was the ring to move forward.

(OOC: I'm still generally confused as to what you mean. I do get that the trials get more difficult, I don't expect them to be easy but my apologies if the first one came off as such cuz I had no idea how you wanted it to go lol. I can fix this one too, just figuring out if I should reply normally or like with the doll is all. ) As Ivory had walked through the ring, her memories of what happened just then were erased. Now, here she was, somewhere familiar. Before her, there lay a house. Pausing, she realized her face had been wet. Confusedly, Ivory brought up her hand to touch her face. She managed to trail where the liquid had com from. 'I was crying? Why?' she wondered but due to the memories of the previous trial being erased from her mind, she didn't know why she had been crying. So, instead, she simply wiped the tears from her face, the feeling of sadness now gone since she could no longer remember why she had been sad to begin with.
Glancing at the home, Ivory approached it, not really sure where else to go but towards there. As she walked inside, she found her twin brother and two other people. Of course, Ivory recognized them immediately. Her parents were alive and well. The feeling of belonging was with her even moments before walking into the home. Maybe it was because this was familiar? Still, she was confused with this whole thing. She had no idea how she got here or how this happened.
Last she knew, she had been an assassin and she remembered the time where Darius and she had gotten separated. Her memories were twisted around on her though when she had stepped inside here. So, instead of the events that took place on Destiny Islands her memory was changed to her and Darius having a good reunion like back in the first test of this trial. The memory of her parents having been proclaimed to be dead during an accident at their work though was still there. How had they survived? As for Meadows, the world was intact and the memory of it having been destroyed was erased from Ivory's mind to help the ancient magic's trickery in here and make the parents faking death thing more plausible.
Ivory found no suspicion but she couldn't help but feel greatly confused. Delighted, of course, but really confused here as she took a few steps towards them. All of them were smiling happily. Behind them, she could see a strange artifact that the others just didn't seem to take notice of. Ivory found that odd only because she was certain that she would've noticed a strange looking archway or whatever it was on the opposite side of the home.
Turning her gaze back onto the others, Ivory could only look at them confusedly, taking into account what Darius had said. "Alive? How can that be?" she questioned them, not because she felt suspicious, only because she was confused as to how her parents could possibly be alive all this time.

Smiles looked up from his book up to the ring. Another six hours had past since he had gone down and retrieved the book from his personal library. In that time he had gone down and taken a couple other books off his library as well. One was a beastry of all the different animals found in each world. This book was fairly new, done by an author who had spent many a days studying the different species in each world. It was a light read and it did have some curious information.
The second book that Smiles had brought up was older then the beastry. It was not as old as his history book but it was rich in information about heartless, nobodies, unversed, and all the other strange creatures. At first glance the book seemed another book on the study of these creatures like the beastry. But when one got deeper into the book, the author expanded into different theories as to how they all connected to Kingdom Hearts. It was very much a book about Kingdom Hearts and how all these creatures for some reason or another were connected.
Smiles had several sections marked off with tabs as well. Kingdom Hearts interested him dearly. It was amazing how something with such power could be sought out by not only these creatures but by man as well. One only had to read about the Keyblade War to understand that. As Smiles read, he couldn't help but wonder just how Ivory was doing.

Where time seemed to pass for Smiles much quicker than the dimension Ivory was in, it didn't seem to be that long within. As Ivory stood there, after asking her question, Darius turned his head toward their parents. There was a look of confusion on his face despite the bright smile on his face. Maybe he wondered the same thing? It was a viable question for Ivory to be asking considering the fact that both parents had been presumed dead and no bodies had been found because of the incineration of the explosion at their work. All Ivory and Darius knew was that it had been an accident but that remained yet to be seen if that had been the truth.
Taking a seat, Ivory waited to hear her parents' answer. She knew that she should be happy but something was holding her back. That something had to do with the fact that she couldn't seem to wrap her head around the situation. Oh, she had the feeling that things were just right here, it's just she was confused how it happened. Why had it taken so long to be reunited with her parents if they had survived?
As her parents looked back at her, their smiles faltering a little, they exchanged glances with one another. As if reaching some kind of non-verbal agreement, they looked back over at Ivory and Darius. "We had been very lucky to leave the building when we had. The building had exploded just moments after we left but we weren't lucky enough to escape the explosion entirely." Still, that didn't sound right to Ivory. If they had escaped the explosion, they would've known their parents were alive.
"...Then how come...all this time...Darius and I were surviving on our own in an orphanage for years?" she inquired. Darius looked over at his sister, slightly miffed that she brought up such an accusing question. He was happy to see their parents alive. Why should they care how? Ivory, on the other hand, wanted to know how that was possible and why they had been told such a lie. Or was it really a lie? Were these people actually their parents?
"We don't know, sweetie. Your father was in a coma for a very long time, I, on the other hand, woke up to find we were in some sort of intensive care facility but not the hospital we'd recognize. It looked like...well, you should go and get some rest, dear. It's late! I can answer you in the morning," spoke Ivory's fake mother. Darius got up with a sigh at that. No one here was real except for Ivory but how was she to even know that? Memories she had of this place had been removed or twisted.
Even now, she could see the circular structure that no one seemed to be paying any attention to. Why was that even there? Was it some kind of decor that was supposed to hold up a mirror or something? As if sensing Ivory's confusion, the fake Darius paused and followed her gaze. "What are you looking at, Ivory?" he asked her curiously. Apparently, Darius couldn't see the structure that was right there before their very eyes, as plain as day.
"That ring thing. Don't you see it?" she questioned him, indicating where it so obviously stood. Darius just blinked back at her with a raised eyebrow.
"I don't see anything, Ivory. Are you sure you didn't hit your head or something?" he replied. Ivory blinked back at him with more confusion. How could he not see it? Had she gone insane? Ivory wondered that fact. It was because of that wonder that made her want to venture closer towards it and actually touch it. Maybe only then, it would relieve her of the growing feeling of dread that she just might be losing her sanity.
This whole place was strange. Ivory was sure she hadn't left that assassination committee. How she got here, she hadn't a clue. Were they looking for her? Was she on the top of their hit list for leaving so abruptly? Ivory couldn't help the fact that she had ended up here. In fact, she didn't even remember how she got here. Still, she wasn't suspicious. In fact, the area just gave off a feeling of belonging. Maybe she was over thinking things? Even still, that did not explain why she was looking at a ring structure that Darius and possibly her parents couldn't even see.
"Never mind that now, you two get on up to bed. It's late and we've got a lot of things to do tomorrow." With that, their mother ushered them out of the room. Ivory wanted to see that ring structure more up close though. Her curiosity had been sparked. Was she really imagining it? Forced to head to her bedroom, Ivory shut the door without intentions of going to bed. She needed to make sure for herself that she wasn't going crazy. After all, it was a very bad feeling to have to think that she was nuts.
When she heard the retreating footsteps of her family members, Ivory lingered for a moment behind her bedroom door, listening quietly and intently for any stragglers. No one seemed to be around outside now and by the sound of the doors closing, all three of her family members were up in their bedrooms now. Silently, Ivory opened her door a crack and peered out. From what she could see, all the doors were closed and no one appeared to be out in the hallway.
'I really hope I'm not going insane!' she thought, stepping quietly out of her room, not bothering to close the door in case she made more noise doing so as she tip toed towards the dining room where everyone had congregated. Rounding the corner of the hall and into the dining room, there was the ring structure again. If she was crazy, would that same structure just remain here in this spot? Or would it appear somewhere else? It didn't look like it did anywhere else from what she could tell having gone into her room and down the hallway moments before.
Still, there was no telling if she was just imagining it. Ivory had to be sure that she wasn't going crazy. Biting her lip a bit, nervous at the prospect of what she might find, Ivory quietly made her way towards it. No matter how close she got to it, it seemed pretty real. Now, the only thing that could prove she wasn't simply seeing things would be if she could physically touch it.
'If my hand goes through, I'm insane!' she thought. Slowly, Ivory reached out a hand to try and touch it. The problem with that was, someone had arrived and stopped her before she could. Having reached out a hand to grasp her wrist, Ivory looked over to find her unhappy mother standing there.
"What are you doing to the wall, Ivory? It's late, you should be in bed!" she stated. Ivory just blinked over at her mother in surprise. How had she noticed her sneaking down here so easily?
"There's...a ring thing...don't you see it?" she questioned her. Her mother just looked back at her with a very confused and slightly worried look. Ivory didn't like that look on her mother's face. Darius and now her mother thought she was seeing things. Seeing things that others couldn't was a bad sign. How could they not see it though? It looked so real! As she was pondering this, Ivory's mother lowered Ivory's hand and began to try and lead her away by the hand. Realizing her mother was trying to pull her away from the structure, that she thought was a simple wall, Ivory didn't want to leave just yet until she knew for certain.
In reaction to what her mother was doing, Ivory jerked her hand out of her mother's grasp. "Let go!" she stated. Ivory's mother, as expected, wasn't thrilled with Ivory's rebellion. As she turned to face Ivory, Ivory had her back to the ring structure. She wasn't yet physically touching it or going through it just yet. Locking gazes with her mother, Ivory could see the anger on her mother's face for Ivory acting this way. Still, she didn't budge.
"Ivory Quentin! Don't you tell me what to do, young lady," her mother said, the use of Ivory's full name making it clear that she wasn't happy with her. "It's late and it's time for bed. You're seeing things because you need rest! When it gets late, your exhausted mind plays tricks on you." She made to grab a hold of Ivory's hand again but Ivory jerked her hand out of her mother's reach too fast for her to latch on. Of course, this was not the kind of reaction her mother had wanted. Upset, she took a step towards Ivory. "Ivory Quentin, if you don't get your butt back to your room, you're grounded for a week!" her mother threatened. It was very clear her mother was upset with her but Ivory didn't waver.
Instead, Ivory ended up backing away from her mother. Seeing her daughter retreating backward, Ivory's mother sighed with exasperation as she stepped towards Ivory again. "Just go up to bed, how hard is it?!" she inquired. Ivory just shook her head, continuing to back away, now inches from the ring structure behind her. "Alright, that's it! I'm dragging your butt back to your room and you'll be ground for a week with no television!" her mother finally decided.
After making that remark, her mother made to snatch at Ivory but Ivory jumped back. When she had, Ivory ended up falling through the ring structure. Unlike the previous test, this one had actually tried to physically keep her there without resorting to physical violence other than grabbing and demanding she stay in the form of her mother. What lay in store for her next,Ivory wouldn't know. She wasn't even aware that she was in another dimension to begin with.
