Smiles was busy reading and studying his books when he slowly began to feel his eyelids go heavy. He had taken a brief break to go and get some food, but that hadn't lasted long. Now he was getting tired. Fifteen hours had passed since Ivory had entered the second ring. He had no clue as to what exactly she was facing, but no doubt it wasn't easy. Upon completion of the ancient trial, she would gain all memories of the experience. Smiles still had the scenes that had been played in his mind before him even still. But he was to tired to think of that now. Smiles couldn't take it any longer. He fell asleep.
------------------
Finally the third and final test was about to begin. And this was not an easy one at all. Upon entering the third ring, the scene changed and all memory of the last trial erased. The ancient magic now had complete control of almost everything, and the potential for death was never worse. This final trial did not play on a personal desire or dream. This test was one truthfully of wisdom.
Ivory would find herself in the middle of a raised center platform in what looked like a giant sealed room. The first thing she would no doubt notice and hear were the spiked sealing overhead. She would also notice that it was moving and coming right towards her. The overhead spiked sealing was lowering at a pace where she could only make one of three decisions to survive. She could go straight and just make the circle ring at the end. Of course she would have no clue as to what that ring was. Or she could run to the right. There Darius hung at the edge of the cliff screaming her name to come save her. However the time and distance it would take for her to rescue him would bring her death. Or she could go left and there Smiles hung from the edge of the cliff screaming her name. She could run and save him, but the same result would occur. She would die.

As she had fallen through the ring, Ivory's memory of that trial had been removed just like the first one had. Unlike the previous two, this third one was going to be quite the panic inducer. No sooner had her memory been tweaked, Ivory found herself in a large area. Glancing upward, she noticed spikes were hanging from the ceiling. Seeing that made Ivory swallow. Spikes on a ceiling were definitely not a very good sign here. No doubt, she'd have to find a way out but even as that came to mind, something else distracted her from her situation.
Where there were exits, one leading directly in front of her to god knows where with a structure at the end of it, another branching to her right was her own twin brother dangling from a cliff, to the left, Smiles was pretty much doing the same exact thing. Both of them were screaming her name, calling for help. Why they both decided to get themselves tossed into such a situation, especially Smiles, was beyond Ivory. However, considering how quickly the spikes were moving, Ivory was really pressed for time. It was because of that, that the adrenaline inside of her was kicking in and making her panicky. So, the thought of Smiles being able to rip open portals at will and Darius being able to fly with his armor did not come to mind then. She was far too pressed for time to think straight or clearly.
Ivory was in quite a pickle. She knew that she had to pick a choice fast but she wasn't sure which to take. On one hand, she wanted to save her twin brother but she also wanted to save Smiles. Between the two of them though, and how rapidly the ceiling was coming down, she wouldn't be able to save the two of them. In fact, she wasn't even sure if she'd be able to save one of them. Hesitating for the time being, Ivory looked between the two, panic kicking in.
"What to do...? What to do?" Ivory groaned, holding her head between her hands as she looked this way and that. Obviously, she had to make the choice but she wasn't sure if she could go on knowing Darius and Smiles needed help. There was one option where she could move on by herself but did she want to do that? Ivory continued to hesitate, looking from the right and to the left, hearing Smiles and Darius calling for help.

Smiles awake to the feelings of hunger. A day had passed since Ivory had gone into the second ring. Of course when Smiles had first ventured into the trials, he had no one to look after or count the time. He had been his own timer. No one even knew he had taken all three trials until much later. They had known he had taken the first. All records of the first trial were recorded on Fang's computer. However the second and third trial's did not have such a link. The ancient magic was too strong to mess with and change.
Smiles retreated out of the room and went over to the main lobby. There he had breakfast and enjoyed some more time to himself. He had forgotten what it was like to have only his own self to think and talk with. Ivory was busy with the trial. It was different, but not bad. He had lived the most of his life alone, he was quite used to and enjoyed it.
Finishing his breakfast, Smiles returned to the ring and waited for Ivory to finish the second trial.

Ivory hadn't a clue that the second trial had so much time pass on the outside world. In fact, she still hadn't a clue that she was in here for the time being. In fact, once the memories of it returned, she might have things to regret. Right now though, she was preoccupied trying to think of what to do in this situation where time would not wait. The spikes above were coming down far too fast for her to do much of anything. At least, that's what it looked like to her. Even still, her heart was confused as to what she should do here. She couldn't just keep standing here, that much was certain but by the time she did much of anything, she'd most likely die here.
Panic still running high, Ivory had turned about this way and that, holding her head between her hands as she hesitated some more. "What to do? What to do?!" she repeated to herself, frantic at this point as the spikes continued to come down toward her. If she didn't make a decision in a few more seconds, she could end up impaled and flattened.
Her heart hammering, Ivory tried to see through her panic more clearly. Panicking wasn't going to get her anywhere. She knew that but it was far easier said than done. With blood rushing through her veins, her heart beat going a million times a second, it was hard to know what was right and what was wrong here. 'Come on, think! Think!' she thought but that didn't help her much. She couldn't help but shed tears knowing that there really was no other choice but to flee like a coward. Ivory always had been, in a way, a coward. The fact she was sobbing as she came to such a decision made it clear that she knew this fact about herself.
The thought of leaving her brother and Smiles here really tore at her but if she didn't leave here soon, really soon, she would die here as well. It looked like even if she managed to save one, she'd only be prolonging the inevitable and end up dying in the process. Tears flowing, Ivory ran towards the only thing she could think of running to. She did not, however, know that whatever the ring or circle thing was, was a portal leading out as she ran towards it. It felt like a piece of herself had died then as she ran.
When she finally reached it, the spikes were just a few inches away from impaling her. Ducking her head low, Ivory looked frantically about. It looked like there was no escape. In an act of desperation, she made to push at the wall. Where she touched the solid parts of the wall, in her movements she finally touched the portal and due to her pushing, ended up falling out of the portal, head over heels, her leg getting scratched by a spike before she found herself in a heap on the ground. Wincing upon landing, Ivory remained here she was, not daring to move yet. Somehow, she was alive...but she wasn't happy how it turned out.

A few more hours had passed before a light finally began to glow in the second ring. Smiles found himself standing from the chair he had brought down. So at long last she was finally done! Walking towards the ring, Smiles watched the figure of Ivory tumble down and out. At long last the trial was over. And of course with it, everything she had experienced would come rushing back any moment now.
The Trial of Wisdom was created, Smiles supposed, to show someone the wisdom that they had been lacking, or in other words showing them something they were refusing to believe. Smiles had no idea what scenarios she had faced, but the message to Ivory of the trial should be clear. Time and time again she had faced something. A loved one's reunion, the return of her loving parents, and even two others that she cared for. Yet time and time again the only one who she needed to have concern for was herself. For Ivory, that was what the ancient magic was trying to show. She must choose herself and no one else.
Noticing the tears on Ivory's face, Smiles placed his hand on her shoulder. "Welcome back." He said. Waiting for Ivory to respond and tell him of what she had just faced.

Ivory didn't move a muscle as Smiles approached. If anything, she was getting over the shock of what had happened moments before. Her world was still in a good amount of pain, thus she didn't budge until she felt it ebb away. Tears were still falling as she slowly sat up, gritting her teeth. As she did so, she then recalled all the moments she had been through in that trial. It hadn't been pleasant near the end and it really looked as though Darius and Smiles had died.
As she sat there, she finally noticed someone was there as she felt a hand on her shoulder. Hearing the familiar voice, Ivory looked up in surprise. There, right in front of her, was none other than Smiles. At first, she was confused to see him out here. That is, until it finally hit her that she had been in a trial ring the whole time. The real Smiles and Darius were alive and well.
"I...thank you." Wiping the tears from her face, calming down she breathed for a short moment. "That...I don't even know what to make of it. First part of it, I was reunited with Darius on more pleasant terms. Then,I found myself with Darius and our parents, alive somehow. My mother tried to make me stay but I escaped her. Well, not my real mother...as for the last one, that was just...terrible."
She took a moment to gather herself, looking around and noticing a chair that hadn't been there before. "How long have I been in there?" she inquired.

Smiles listened and nodded as Ivory explained what she had gone through. It didn't sound easy at all, and given her state Smiles doubted it was anything but difficult. Well the good thing was that the second trial was over. Smiles wished he could tell Ivory the worse was past. But that was not true. The third trial was something very different from the other two.
But for now Smiles wasn't worried about that. Instead he was listening to what Ivory was saying. When she asked how long she was in there Smiles responded. "A day and a half I believe." That was the truth of it. They really had only about another two days before they would have to go to the Enchanted Domain. Smiles had no clue as to how long this mission was going to take, so he wanted to get the last trial done now rather then later.
"I am glad you made it through. When I entered the trial I faced my parents, then Snake, and finally I faced myself. It was an enlightening experience to say the least."
Realizing that Ivory was probably hungry, Smiles walked over to the tray of food he had taken down with him about an hour or so ago. It was filled with a variety of different foods that Smiles guessed Ivory might like. Bringing it over he placed it by her. "I thought you might be hungry. Once you finished eating you can enter the last ring." Smiles said, reminding her that she did have one last trial.

Ivory could not help but look back at Smiles as if he had just grown a second head. She had been in that dimension for that long?! How had that been possible? It didn't even feel that long in the realm of the second trial! "A d-day and a...h-half?!" she repeated faintly. It didn't even feel like it! In fact, when she had been in there, she had seemed to forget her exhaustion back in trial one. Still, there had been a significant amount of stress on her during trial two. How much more she could take, Ivory didn't know.
As for what the second trial had been telling her, Ivory wasn't really sure. It just looked like most of it focused around her and those she was connected with. When she had heard trial of Wisdom, she had assumed it would've been something more knowledge wise but she had been wrong. Although, that last one seemed to have some sort of significant meaning.
Now that Ivory thought about it, they had two days to go before they would be in the Enchanted Dominion assisting Skull. How that mission was going to go didn't even cross her mind. She looked over at Smiles when he said that he was glad that she made it through. His trial had him face his parents, Snake and then himself. According to him, it had been an enlightening experience. Ivory wasn't sure what her's meant just yet though she knew the last one was more clear than the first two.
It didn't occur to her that she had one more trial. In fact, her mind seemed to have forgotten about it for the time being. It wasn't until Smiles went and got food when she was reminded of the fact there was one more trial ring to walk through and probably her last. Then again, seeing as it was the final trial ring, it was the last either way. It's just she wasn't sure of the result. Right now, she was wondering if she was going to even survive the last trial. Why? Well, the only one that had survived it was Smiles. Ivory knew she wasn't Smiles. So, whatever was in store for her was surely not going to be pleasant. What she saw there might even change her forever if she wasn't careful.
Watching Smiles return with a tray of food, Ivory only then just realized how ravenous she was. After all, she had been using a lot of energy in those previous two trials. Maybe eating something would give her a bit of a boost? Once was all said and done though, Ivory was sure that she'd eventually need to sleep. That is if she was even lucky to survive the third trial. "Thanks, Smiles!" she said with a grin.
With that, she spent a moment of appreciatively eating. Her stomach had never been so happy before! Despite knowing impending doom was around the corner, Ivory's hunger overcame her dread. That's how she was able to eat so vigorously. Once she was finished, only then did it settle in that she had to take the final trial. "Thank you again, Smiles. That was delicious!" she told him. Of course, knowing what he had said, Ivory wasn't about to disobey despite the fact she'd rather face a storm of Heartless over that final trial any day. Why he had wished for her to go through all three was beyond Ivory. Still, she supposed Smiles knew what he was doing. She just hoped that she'd live to see the light of another day afterward and not suffer a gruesome death in there.
Due to eating and being allowed a brief moment to rest because of it, Ivory gave a bit of a stretch before getting to her feet. It felt like some energy had just returned to her then. She could go on for another good bit but for how long exactly remained yet to be seen. Following Smiles over to the final trial ring, she gave a swallow once more like she had the first ring. What lay behind the ring, she had no clue but she had a nasty feeling it wasn't going to be nice. "W-Well...I uh...hope to see you soon!" she said, not really sure if she was going to make it. These could, after all, be her final words.
"If I don't make it, I want you to know that I'm very grateful for all that you've done for me. Of course, I'm going to do my best in there. I'm just not sure how things are going to go. You're the closest friend I've had that wasn't related to me." With that, she gave Smiles a hug before turning and stepping inside, summoning her armor with a slight limp from the scratch on her leg.

Smiles watched Ivory eat and take her time doing it as well. He wasn't going to rush her. So Smiles sat by and watched and listened. When she had finished the meal, Smiles took the tray and placed it by the chair. "Your welcome." He said with a smile. It was nothing really. Smiles was just thinking of someone else besides himself for once. Well...perhaps that wasn't fully true, but there were some thoughts for Ivory in there as well.
When Ivory got up and started to head over to the third ring, Smiles was surprised to hear what she had to say to him. He did not often receive thank you from people. It brought a genuine smile to his face. Smiles stepped in front of Ivory, leaned in and suddenly planted a kiss on Ivory's cheek. He didn't know if it was the right thing to do, but it felt right. "No need for talk like that though. You'll be back before you know it."
Once they had reached the gate Smiles thought once again about what he could say to her. This trial was a lot different. He didn't know what she would be able to remember during this trial. He had no idea how powerful the ancient magic would be. "This trial is different. Each time you walked through one of those ring you enter someplace that is out of this time and space due to that ancient magic. In this trial you will be at the wrath of that pocket dimension. Above all remember, you must not die." If there was anything she remembered, Smiles hoped it was that. She cannot die. That sentence was what allowed him to survive the last trial.

Ivory did not expect to eat the moment she had gotten out of that dimension. It was a good thing that she had time for something at least. It wasn't certain how long she could go on but she hoped that she wouldn't die in there. With the extra bit of energy, she was sure to last longer than she might have without it. Really, she was grateful for the slight rest and food. It made her feel a lot better. She watched as Smiles moved the tray before she had said her possibly final words.
What she did not see coming, once again, was Smiles' advance. Before she knew what hit her, he had stepped in front of her and planted a kiss on her cheek. As the hug he had given her last time had done, as well as his words to her on Timeless River, it caught her off guard. Was there no end to him catching off guard? Probably not. Ivory wasn't all that difficult to turn more red than an apple every time something like this happened. She would have been stuttering right now if Smiles hadn't started speaking beforehand.
Hearing his words, Ivory hoped he was right about that. She was under the impression that she was about to run the gauntlet in that next trial. The mere thought of it bothered her but there was no use teetering on the edge of a cliff wondering if you were going to take the plunge or not. Eventually, she was going to have to do it. So, the sooner she got it done and over with, the better. Granted, her life could end just as swiftly but at least she took the plunge. No use cowering away from it all. "I-I...hope so."
As they reached the gate, Ivory wondered what horrors lay within for her. Hopefully not another crazed doll out to beat her into a bloody pulp or a ceiling with spikes coming down on her. No doubt, it was going to give her one hell of a run for her munny once she stepped inside. Ivory just hoped it wasn't enough to snap her mind. Looking back over at Smiles, she watched him for a moment. It looked like he was searching for what to say in this situation before they parted again. According to him, it was a different trial from the other two. Where she had gone through the rings to enter someplace out of the present time and space, it was because of the ancient magic. In this trial, he believed that she would be facing the might of the pocket dimension in there. Once he was done saying that, he gave her one last bit of advice. Above everything, she must not die. Well, that certainly was easier said than done.
"I...I'll do my best." She didn't give a one hundred percent guarantee. Ivory wasn't arrogant enough to go waltzing in there and expect everything to be peaches and cream. If she did that, she'd get her head handed to her. She would have to treat this new trial, as she had tried to the previous ones, with caution. As for what it might do memories wise, she wasn't sure. Hopefully, it wasn't something too painful.
"I'll remember, Smiles. See you later." With that, she had stepped through the portal uncertain of what lay within as she did so but cautious every step of the way until her memories were either tweaked or she came into the dimension to find what was waiting for her that wanted to say hello.

Smiles could see the uncertainty in her eyes, and did his best to show her there was nothing to worry about. There was no problem with keeping your head up and to go in confident. There was nothing else to say but watch as Ivory finally stepped through the portal. He had no clue as to how long it would take her to defeat it, or even what she would face.
The third trial for Smiles had been a race against someone he believed the ancient magic had pulled out of his memory. Whether or not it would be the same for Ivory he did not know. But he had to get through all sorts of enemies and traps. He was on the edge the entire time, and all the while racing another person. He had just barley had won, but it took killing the runner beside him.
Nodding once more, he watched her enter the third ring.
--------------------------
Upon entry of the third trial there was no erase of memory this time. Instead Ivory was brought to the entrance of a large maze. The stone walls towered twenty feet into the air and green moss covered the majority of the walls leaving only hints of the gray stone. A life size stone angel that stood on a stone pedestal suddenly came to life as it broke free from its stone, and jumped to the ground.
"Welcome.... I am your guide to the final trial Ivory Quintin." The angel was male and completely in the nude, but if that bothered him, he did not show it. "Your trial is to find the dragon statue in the center of the maze before your opponent finds it. Two may enter the maze, but only one may leave." The angel told her. "If you are ready enter the maze."

As Ivory stepped into the final trial, she did not expect to find what she had. Before her were twenty foot tall walls and it looked as though she were standing before an entrance of some kind. Looking back and forth, it looked like an endless thing of walls covered in moss. The appearance of them was rather ancient. Somehow, her memories were still with her. Whatever this trial had in store for her would not need to remove her memories it seemed. As she brought her attention back in front of her, it was only then that she noticed a stone figure. It was a male angel standing upon a stone.
As Ivory's gaze had turned onto it, the stone figure suddenly came to life. Landing before her on the ground after breaking free of its stone, it spoke to her. Honestly, it was an awkward situation. The stone angel wore no clothes but was acting as if nothing were wrong. Keeping her eyes fixed on the stone angel's face, and not below, she listened to what he was saying. The stone angel was her guide to the final trial. According to him, she had to find the stone dragon statue in the center of the maze before her opponent finds it. Only two were allowed to enter but only one was allowed to leave. No doubt, the winner would be the one allowed to leave here.
Ivory glanced at the entrance for a moment before it hit her. Who would the other participant be? Looking back over at the angel, she spoke. "You said two may enter...who's the second person? Or are you not allowed to tell me?" she asked him. Had the opponent entered the maze first? If so, then she'd have to get a move on it.

The stone angel, who had flown down to greet her, slowly started to retreat backwards. "Your opponent I do not know. But enter you must, for your opponent already has." The stone angel retreated. Ivory would face a number of challenges in the following order. A minotaur, sinking sad, giant spider, and finally a smoke screen twenty feet around the center dragon statue. ------------------------- Night came upon Smiles faster then he would have thought. He had no idea how much time had passed since Ivory had entered the third trial. He had no clue as to what she was facing, or about to face. He only continued to wish she do her best. ((OOC: Sorry for the short post. Your welcome to control Ivory's enemies and have her face the listed enemies till she gets to the smoke screen. Take as many posts as you need ))

Ivory wondered how her opponent could have already entered the maze before her that quickly when she had only just arrived here. Had they really known she'd be on her way to take the third trial? It made no sense to her as she watched the stone angel retreat. He didn't know who her opponent was but she had to enter the maze. Turning back toward the maze entrance, Ivory wondered who else could be here. She was pretty sure that she hadn't seen anyone else before coming here. Oh well, no use wasting anymore time thinking about it. Either she moved now or risk her opponent, whomever that may be, getting to the statue before she did.
Determination in her, Ivory entered the maze. Nothing appeared to be here as she jogged down the straight path before her. Judging by the moss, this labyrinth was very old. She could see old markings on the wall but they were so faded out, it was hard to make them out. That and the markings looked as though they were made in a strange, maybe long forgotten scripture. Of course, it felt like just a maze right now but later on, she was sure to find whatever lay within here.
In fact, that something would be showing up in a good bit. The Minotaur that lay in wait was eager to rip anyone that came across it to shreds. It had the advantage of raw power behind it and an amazing speed for something so large and bulky. It at least stood at seven feet in height. A menacing sight to see with the head of a bull, body of a man, and legs, feet and tail of a bull. In its hands it carried a large iron axe. It looked around with blood red eyes, snorting. No doubt, it was snuffling for its prey. It had smelled something earlier but that one had gotten away from it down another lane. Now, there was a new, fresh scent in the air. The Minotaur waited since the scent was headed in its direction.
Unaware of the danger ahead, Ivory came to a stop at the end of the straight path she just traversed. Now, it split off right and left. The left was just like the path she had come. At the end of it, there looked to be a similar path that split like this. On the right, it looked as though it had only one turn. 'Which path to take?' Ivory wondered. She had no means to mark her way and she didn't think this world would allow it. Still, it was worth a shot. Maybe she could use the moss covering the wall as a means of marking?
Trailing her finger on the wall to mark an arrow leading to the right, Ivory made sure it was thick and clear for her to see before heading down the right end. If it were a dead end, she could returned and remove the arrow that she had pointing right. Sure enough, it did as she took a glance down the left path it had branching off of it. All that lead was into a stone wall. There were no other ways to go except back. Making her way back, Ivory was relieved to see the arrow she had left. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad? How very wrong she was.
Marking the wall leading towards the left, Ivory headed down left. When she got there, she found two split paths once again. One leading to the north and the other, the south. Figuring she'd need to go into the center of the maze, Ivory marked north on the wall and headed down that way. As she went, she could have sworn she heard a slight clacking sound as if hooves had just moved. 'I wonder what that is?' she thought.
It didn't take long before that answer was found as she found herself in a three way. She could either keep going straight or take a left or right. As she stood there, Ivory heard what sounded unmistakeably like heavy breathing coming from some sort of beast. It wasn't easy to tell where it was coming from though since down left and right, they had bending paths going in either direction. So, from her vantage point, she could not see what was around each bend. Still, the breathing unnerved her. Already, she rummaged into her pocket to get her dragon statuette.
With a thunderous roar, the Minotaur rounded the corner of the right bend and came charging towards Ivory. Eyes widening, Ivory made a dash for the straight path to dodge the swing of the large axe it tried to behead her with. Turning to face it, she watched as the Minotaur lifted the axe back up and slowly turned to face her. Ivory felt like her heart was going to leap out of her mouth just then as she took note of its horrendous appearance. No doubt, this thing would kill her if she didn't do something soon.

There were six of them standing at the entrance to the castle. On the far left was the tallest of them all. Standing at eight feet, the once normal lion stood on two legs with long very human looking paws at its side. Its chest was ripped with a muscled torrso that should not exist on such a creature with a large lion's mane, a lion's snout and terrifying sharp teeth. Its eyes glowed a bright yellow and it was easily the most menacing looking of the six.
Next to the large lion was a strange woman dressed in the red and purple colors of a jesters outfit. With a jesters hat covering her long blond hair with green bills that ringed every time she moved, the jester girl looked very out of place next to the very tall lion that towered over her. Yet her eyes glowed the same yellow as the lions.
On the far right was a strange teen with long shaggy purple hair, olive colored skin, and a strange black silk outfit that wrapped around the upper half of his torso, leaving his lower packed abs and arms exposed. His black pants were made of the same black material making it seem like he very much belonged at some place like Agrabah. Of course his yellow glowing eyes gave the fact that he was more then human away.
Next to the man from Agrabah was a slightly taller man donned in all blue colored armor from head to toe. With blue and brown colored boots and the silver mask of a dragon covered the majority of his face except for his glowing yellow eyes and parched lips. Next to him was another man in a green sleeveless shirt with green shoes and a red coat. What stood out the most about this man was his large black top hat whose circular bottom was lined with golden rings and his one yellow and green glove. Of course his yellow eyes could not be mistaken.
Finally the center figure stepped forward. Skull was dressed in slightly different armor then before. His spiky gray hair was no longer covered by a helm, and his yellow glowing eyes were full of menace. A metal piece of armor that could only be compared to a bandana covered the nose and lower half of Skull's face and hooked around the ears. He no longer wore full body armor, instead leaving his muscled torso open except for a left plated shoulder guard held by a brown strap. Brown pants were unarmored as well except for armored boots that rose up to midway up his leg. He only stood at about six feet tall and he was easily the most dismissed member of the bunch based by his size and body. Yet the menace in his glowing yellow eyes were nothing short of frightening.
"Are we going to kill them all now?" The Jester asked as they made their way up the stairs to the castle.
Skull walked slightly ahead of everyone leading the group. When he spoke his voice was muffled, as it was before by the red helmet he wore. "Not yet. They still have a use."
The Jester seemed disappointed by this news. "They are born with purpose! Let's kill them all now!" The female Jester's voice was raised in disobedience. At first one might guess that Skull would respond to the jester, but there was no need. The lion spoke.
"Silence child!" He said in a grunt like voice. There were hints of the anger of a beast in his voice that was obvious from a lion. The Jester was the newest member of their kind, having been rescued by Skull from the body of a general in Wonderland.
The Jester's yellow eyes narrowed in anger. "You don't control me! I was the king of a world your just a silly lion." The lions face rushed red in anger, and it appeared that he was about to open his mouth in a roar, but Skull acted before he could. Given that he was standing next to the Jester, his arm flew at a speed faster then any of the could have seen. Skull's hand clutched onto the Jester's face.
As he began to squeeze, the woman let out a shrilling scream. "You are nothing without me. I gave you purpose, I can take that away." Skull said, not even bothering to look at her. The woman had tears of pain running down her eyes as she pleaded for him to let go. Skull dropped his arm and continued his pace up the stairs. "The time for their death will be soon enough. You all have your missions to accomplish."
Entering the castle, the familiar battle cry and rush of the charging knight was a sight that the other fissures had never seen before. However it was not new to Skull. He simply stepped forward as the knight brought up its sword as if it was ready to impale Skull. As it came within striking distance the knight raising its sword to cut Skull in half, Skull punched swiftly forward coming in contact with the armor. No human could have dented the steel iron of a knight. Yet Skull's fist not only did that, but sent the living armor flying backwards all the way down the hall!

Smiles had no idea that the Fissures had arrived, nor of the conversation that took place between them on the steps. He simply watched the third ring, wondering just what was transpiring behind it. He hoped Ivory was alright, and that she would return soon.

A few minutes of running the hell away from the Minotaur, and Ivory found herself terribly lost. Due to that thing chasing her, swinging away like a crazed maniac out for her blood, Ivory had been unable to get a moment to herself to summon her armor. Not that she seemed to have gotten ahead of the thing for at least a few minutes, she fished through her pockets as she regained her breath from running aimlessly. If anything she wanted, it was to put distance between herself and that tower of a beast.
Finally finding her dragon statuette, she mentally cursed herself for not thinking of summoning it sooner. The maze, upon first entry, had put her too much at ease. She had a false feeling of there not being more to the maze. How very wrong she had been! Having taken a moment to pause at a cross that split off into three other paths from where she came out, Ivory didn't yet notice what she had just walked onto.
It had been a bad mistake. Ivory took a step forward just as she took out the statuette in her pocket. It was during that moment of distraction that had cost her. Before she knew what hit her, Ivory found herself falling into a pit of quick sand, or sinking sand as some would call it. Spluttering, struggling to keep to the surface as she coughed, Ivory realized what she had just fallen in. "Q-Quick sand?!" she exclaimed, not having yet summoned her armor. No sooner had she said this and a roar from behind her announced the arrival of the Minotaur again. It had found her and was now rushing in her direction! If she didn't move, she would surely be cleaved in two or drown in quick sand.
Time was not Ivory's friend in this dimension.

Smiles sat back in his chair, rumbling over his book when the door to the room opened behind him. Wondering just who was entering this place, Smiles glanced back. He was surprised to see a strange man he had never met before walking towards him and the rings. He was a man of only about six feet, and was donned in a weird mouth piece and spiky gray hair. When Smiles noticed the yellow eyes, he knew exactly who this was. What was the fissure doing here?
The fissure known as Skull had entered alone. He strolled over to stand next to the sitting Smiles as if he didn't have a care in the world. His deep yellow eyes stared at the three ancient rings. "Marvelous." He said of the rings.
Smiles, one who was not usually taken off guard, didn't know what else to do but agree. "Yes. They are."
Skull continued to stare at the rings for another moment before turning to Smiles. "You are the one then that shall be accompanying me tomorrow.... I was told there would be a girl as well." It was not a question.
Nodding, Smiles could only smile in response. "That would be me I suppose. And my friend will be there as well."
"That is fine. Your master has asked that you be brought along. I simply ask you stay out of my way. For I need no help from you or your master. It is he who needs our help." Skull said to Smiles.
Smiles didn't really care what this creature thought. But Snake was not his master. He was simply the leader of the committee and thus of this organization. In Smiles opinion Snake had no control over the things he did. Nor would this creature as well. But now that the fissure was right in front of him he did have some things he wanted to ask.
Smiles was never a shy person. He was not afraid of anyone, let alone something so interesting as this creature. Yet he was not an idiot either. All creatures were a part of a food chain. Whether or not these creatures were ahead of humans he did not know. "As long as you do the same, I see why not... Though I must ask what are you?"
Skull had turned to leave after he received Smiles first response. However he turned when Smiles asked him the question. He studied Smiles for a brief moment before responding. "What is a fissure Mr. Smiles? It is a flaw indicating impending disruption or discord. That is what we are. We are flaws that shall bring about impending disruption, discord, and destruction. And we shall continue to do so creating more flaws and bringing about more destruction until only we remain. Then we shall be the perfection while you humans are nothing more then flaws."
With that Skull left the room.

Ivory was far too busy worrying about her life right now over what could possibly be taking place back where Smiles presently was. With the Minotaur just moments away from her, Ivory had to think fast. How was she going to escape the quick sand while not getting cleaved in two? The more she struggled to stay on the surface, the faster she seemed to go down. It forced Ivory to try less effort but with a Minotaur present, that was very hard to do because she was panicking.
She could hear the thing coming for her and it made her heart beat race. Her hand was clutched around her statuette but that probably wasn't going to help her very much. Once it was summoned, she tried to make it fly but the quick sand was preventing that from happening. Twisting around, to face the oncoming Minotaur, Ivory suddenly held out her hand. It was a simple attack she had learned before, of course, but this just may be the trial to awaken its other abilities.
Sending forth a beam of Darkness at the Minotaur, Ivory felt herself sinking a little more every time she moved too fast. How was she going to get herself out of the quick sand with a Minotaur attacking her as well? She couldn't move herself without risking getting cut in two. She watched as the beam of dark energy was enough to knock the monster back. Of course, nowhere near a rate like what Skull had done with the live armor but it was enough to buy her some time.
The issue with that was figuring out how to get out of the sand and not die in it. Maybe all she had to do was swim? It certainly seemed like water in a sense. While the Minotaur was busy recovering from her attack, Ivory started to try and swim. By the time the Minotaur was up again, Ivory had finally managed to move to the opposite end but still wasn't far enough yet to get out.

Smiles watched Skull leave the room. The creature had given him alot to think about. What exactly did he mean by the fact that they were flaws. And then there was the creature they had seen in Timeless River. It was a fissure. But it was a more complete humanoid one. The one they had seen from Skull was much different. They must not have been the same fissure then....
Not only that but how powerful was the creature really. They all were doing fairly well with throwing the worlds into chaos and destruction. But their purpose was much different then Skulls. Smiles was suddenly starting to see why Fang worried about these creatures. There was also the very interesting way that Skull had phrased his last sentence.
He seemed to indicate that they, as humans, were perfect. The perfect creature perhaps? Smiles didn't know yet if he wanted to make these creatures as enemy. For now he would simply continue to study them, because they were interesting. And that was what drove Smiles, the interesting.
Smiles had no clue what was happening inside the third ring.

Tears waited in front of the door that lead to the room beyond. Sure enough it was not long before the door opened of its own accord. As was always, the room was empty. No one used this open dormitory as of yet. But she was used to meeting "him" here. This was not her first meeting with "him".
The voices in her head didn't like the dark. They screamed at her to run away. To leave this place immediately. They told her she couldn't trust "him". That he would be found out and that when he was he would be killed. She would be killed as well for associating with him. Tears pushed back the voices. She knew that she could trust "him". He had helped her.... had saved her. He even taught her to fight the voices back. She had been so helpless before against them. So she would do what he said.
Coming into the room, she knew she would not see his face. He chose to hide his real presence from the cameras by keeping things in the dark. "Are you here?" She asked. The room echoed her voice.
From somewhere in the room a voice answered her. "Yes. Tears you must go to the Enchanted Domain. You must warn them. If they don't leave they will be killed by them." What "he" was asking was treason against the organization. But she had gone too far now. "The boy with the dragon armor and the white haired boy again?" Tears didn't understand what was so important about warning them. Smiles and his girl were going after the master in the enchanted domain not them.
"That's right." He told her from the darkness. Tears nodded. The voices told her that this was a foolish mistake, but she fought them back down again. There was nothing more for her to say. She wanted to ask why them, but she felt like now was not the time. So she left, and no one was any the wiser of the discussion she just had with "him".

Ivory had to spend another short moment of attacking the minotaur with the darkness beam. Once again, buying herself time, she managed to finally pull herself out of the quicksand. Here, she thought she was victorious but she was wrong once again. Glancing over at the Minotaur, a look of relief upon her face she spoke. "Whew, guess this means you won't be able to bother me anymore!" she stated. It wasn't clear if the thing understood human speech or not. Regardless, Ivory had said it as she turned and began to continue on her way, unsure if she was really going the right way.
While she contemplated which path to take, straight onward or taking a right, something distracted her. It was in the form of the Minotaur giving a roar. Glancing over at it, she wondered what it was doing as it backed away from the quick sand, glaring in her direction. It looked as though it were merely retreating. Watching it back away for a moment, Ivory turned back towards the paths she could go in. For some reason, she felt taking a right would be a good idea. So, she marked the moss on the wall. As she was doing this, she did not notice that the Minotaur had no broken into a full out run once it reached the distance from the quick sand it had wanted to.
It wasn't until she heard rapidly approaching hooves when Ivory turned back towards the Minotaur and not a moment too soon. Eyes widening, she watched as the thing leaped over the quick sand and just barely made it to her end! "Oh god!" she exclaimed before darting down the right end to get away. If she could help it, she'd rather not fight the thing. She had no idea that this foe was far less troublesome than the one further in the maze. So, for now, this Minotaur seemed to be the only monster to her and she wanted to put as much distance between her and it.
