Damien was cautious if it were a trap. Even still, the guy's arm, the bandaged one, had that emblem on it. It couldn't be a lie that the bandaged one was associated with the organization. Since the Senator spoke the way he did, chances are this wasn't a lie. Still, he was wary considering what had happened today. No doubt, he'd be getting an ear full for someone else's treachery.
No sooner had they arrived in what appeared to be a normal looking living room, Damien watched as the bandaged man settled himself between them and the Senator. Damien remained where he was as he looked between the two. Once they were all inside, the Senator spoke to them. The bandaged man didn't really move except for unstrapping his staff and simply sitting there. He wasn't sure what that man could be capable of but Damien didn't feel like finding out right now. If they were allies like they claimed, there was no need for attacking either of them or testing them. No knights were here at the present which was a good sign.
Focusing his attention on the Senator as he began to speak, Damien listened to what he was saying. At large, he had no idea why the new recruits were given orders to attack the Senator if he was one of them. It made no sense and like Damien had thought, no doubt there was a traitor in their midst. Considering what the Senator was saying, he had every right to be upset with them. It really did look like the organization had betrayed him as a whole considering the order that had been given. He wasn't sure if they were to assassinate anyone and from what he knew, they weren't suppose to kill their own unless they were treasonous beforehand. If the Senator had been true to his word, then there shouldn't have been a problem.
"I can understand why you would be upset. Truthfully, I'm not exactly happy or sure why this had happened myself. I had come here on business with my father. He wished for me to locate something for him, in which I have. I had nothing to do with what took place in Tram Common but from my stand point, sending recruits off into a suicide mission and attacking you on top of it being one of us, there's no doubt in my mind that we have a traitor amongst us in the higher ranks somewhere. Either of my level or one of the head four. Who exactly, I'm not sure. I could see if you blame me for it but if I were responsible for it, considering the suicidal order given, would I be with these two recruits?" Damien kept his voice and expression neutral. It was offensive to have the finger pointed at him but Damien could also see why the Senator would feel this way. For now, he kept his cool but how long that would last remained to be seen.
'Eventually, father will come for me anyway if this Senator somehow manages to capture me.' Those had been Damien's thoughts. Still, he wasn't about to get himself landed in chains and in a cell either. Thus, why he held himself back from usually giving someone else attitude right back. The fact the Senator claimed they looked away during the time the organization had been here also explained why they hadn't been figured out in the areas that Damien had found them in. It was a confusing situation all around. Then, there was the dreadful feeling of the organization actually intending this kind of thing all along. Could it be possible? With all the secrets kept from him, being such of high rank, Damien really had to wonder just what the four heads could be actually planning.

Prince Orion listened to Darius's response. He was surprised that the teen was so willing to give information away. In Orion's experience it was never alright to let your enemies know you might have a weakness. While it sounded like The Senator was on their side, to Orion it seemed more like a financial benefit then an actual supporter. It reminded him of one of his studies. "If you are more powerful, then your allies are under your command; if your allies are stronger, they will always feel a certain obligation to you for your help."
It was better to be powerful than for your allies to be stronger in an organization. However a prince alone cannot accomplish all a prince with allies might. It was a tricky subject, but one that Orion spent years studying about what makes a good ruler. The Senator, at least according to what Orion had been taught, came to power under the love of the people. He was a fair man, so they said, who advocated the needs of the people. However his father had told him that the man was a businessman at heart.
"Hmm... This would explain his answer as well. Abasi bring in the one we captured. We don't have any more need to hold him I guess." Abasi stood and retreated down a hallway, where Orion watched him disappear into a door at the end.
The Senator turned to Damien. "It was suicide to try and attack me, that was true. But how am I to trust that you only say this now that you fail? How do I know you really do think there is a traitor in your organization?" The Senator asked Damien.
Abasi, the bandaged man, returned with Raymund walking in front of him. Abasi had his hand on his shoulder. Raymund on the other hand looked alright except for a black eye and bruised lip. He seemed to fear the bandaged man, walking faster when he placed a hand on his shoulder. Raymund's eyes filled with hope though when he saw Damien.
"Your man here is very good at not talking. Even Abasi was not able to make him talk. One of my guards captured him, and I had him brought here. The swine wouldn't even give me his name." The Senator, and Orion waited to see what Damien would say.

Damien was vague about details. He hadn't gone said exactly what he had been here for pertaining to what he had been searching for. It was true he revealed some things but not anything worth noting. Whether or not the Senator chose to believe him was up to the Senator. Quite frankly, if he didn't, Damien didn't really care. He wasn't here to do a song and dance for the man to get him to believe him. It was his story and he was sticking to it. The Senator seemed to go into thought before ordering Abasi to fetch the other person they had captured.
Damien made no move as Abasi did what he was told. While he was doing just that, the Senator continued. Damien fixed his gaze on the man. After the attempt on his life, it was only natural the man would be unwilling to trust someone immediately. He was wise to keep himself at a distance even now. However, it was frustrating for Damien. The guy was asking questions that no one would really have an answer to. Locking eyes with the man, Damien's expression hadn't changed but it was clear by his gaze that he wasn't afraid of the Senator nor was he trying to be deceptive. It was also showing that he wasn't one to play around.
"That decision would be up to you. I have nothing else to say on the matter. It's my story and I'm sticking to it. Really though, if I did intend you harm, I would've already tried to kill you by now instead of sugar coating it." His gaze was firm. Damien refused to say anything more. He at least respected and acknowledged the fact that the Senator was worried about his own life. It was natural for him to react this way but also the man's demands were trying Damien's patience. The Senator was not one of the four heads. Damien saw no other reason to answer for what happened and he didn't have to answer to this man if he didn't want to.
It had been around this time that Abasi came in, Raymund leading the way. Looking over at the man, Damien examined the state of him. He was injured with a black eye and a bruised lip. No doubt, the Senator tried to interrogate him for information. Raymund, no doubt, refused to give it and got beaten for it. The look in the man's eyes appeared hopeful all of a sudden. As the Senator explained how Raymund came into his possession and how he wouldn't talk, Damien couldn't blame Raymund. Damien certainly wouldn't talk either if someone captured him and dragged him somewhere against his will.
Locking gazes with Raymund, Damien tried to study the other's expression. What to say in a situation like this? It was definitely a sticky situation. He had to be careful in not mentioning Raymund's name for the time being. There was a slight chance the Senator here could be untrustworthy and an enemy. There had been situations where Damien had dealt with enemies that would put up an act, making them look like the victim when they weren't.
"I could see why he wouldn't talk. Anyone wouldn't talk if you took them against their will." Focusing then on Raymund, Damien kept his peripheral vision on everyone else in the room while his main gaze was fixed on the recruiter. They were in a tight spot right now. Yet, there were ways of communicating secretly even now without the Senator even being aware of it if Raymund knew what signals to use. Those of rank were taught certain signals to communicate secretly to others of another rank. The one communicating often used the signals that the other officer of rank had been taught to look for. The Senator, no doubt, had his own set but so did Damien. If Raymund chose to communicate to him that way, he could without the other even aware of it.
"You had been given an order to attack the Senator and his knights. Can you tell me who had given you the order and why?" Damien asked Raymund. Damien's composure was calm but ready to do anything at a moment's notice. If this were some sort of trap, he needed to be alert at all times here.

Orion noticed that Raymund had glanced over to the Senator when he heard Damien's question. Orion could tell he was worried about saying the wrong thing to what he thought was a potential enemy. "Sir..." Raymund began, "An elf with long black hair in a black cloak told me too. I've never met any of the four heads before sir. He told me he was one, even had a.... mark.... to prove it."
The girl next to Orion crossed her arms. At the mention of elf, Orion was reminded of the two elfs they had run into earlier. They had healed them both. There was an elf with black hair, it was the one who had healed him. But Orion wasn't about to open his mouth now. The less attention he brought to himself the better.
Raising an eyebrow at the girl next to him, she glanced at him and rolled her eyes. Jeez just what was her problem? Orion was a nice guy! Well he wasn't a villain... Maybe that was why she was so hateful towards him. Maybe she could read right through his bad guy persona. "Had to open your mouth too didn't ya."[/i] Orion thought, thinking back to the incident with the knights.
Abasi had returned to his position back on the ground. Looking down at the bandaged man, Orion wondered how he breathed with all those bandages around him? "If Julian was here he'd tell me to stop being so spacey."[/i] Orion missed his younger brother. It had been two years since he had last seen him. Julian was studying in the Land of Dragons under the dojo there. But there wasn't more time to keep speaking, Damien looked like he was about to say something again in Orion's opinion.

Damien furrowed his brows as Raymund hesitantly spoke. According to Raymund, an elf had given the order claiming to be one of the head four. Of course, thanks to Ivan, Damien had only met the only female head. So, Damien only knew of the woman and Ivan. He didn't know what the others were like or who they were. It was likely that it could be true. Even if it were so, it was a dangerous thing. One of the head four turning coat was not a good thing. It was unsettling to think what trouble they would have with that.
"An elf with dark hair you say...we ran into an elf with dark hair earlier. He showed me no mark to show he was of the organization..." Damien said. Maybe it was some form of trickery? Damien couldn't be sure but the sooner he reported to Ivan about this, the better. That is, if it wasn't already too late.
"This incident needs to be brought forth to the other heads...if what you say may be true, our situation just grew all the more grim." Damien shook his head at that. Another dread also crept up in the back of his mind. What if the four heads intended for this sort of thing to happen? Would they actually allow such a thing? Why? Their laws stated they wouldn't kill their own. Not now anyway and they were to all go down with the final world, not die this early in the long run.
As he was thinking, his eyes wandered over to the two recruits. What did it mean for them? According to the girl, she had only been with them for just two weeks. The whitish blond, no more than a couple of days. Both had almost died in this fiasco and even Raymund went through hell. Why were things getting all loopy now? It didn't make sense, especially when Ivan made it clear to Damien that right now secrecy was their strongest ally. Their whole cover had been blown.
"I assure you, Senator, that where this is a serious situation we mean you no harm. This man you have captured isn't evil. He was just obeying orders given to him from a rank higher than himself. I even take orders from the four heads. However, as I suspected, one of the four heads had given that order. I will be bringing it up to the other three to see what can be done about the situation." Really, there wasn't anything else that could be done here. Oh, and order these three to not take orders from the head four until things were resolved. Maybe even order them to hide for a while?
"I want you three to remain hidden until I can get to the bottom of things." Damien had looked over at Orion, the girl and Raymund when he said this. "Our laws state we should not kill our own and that rule had been violated. This situation could get more ugly. I will see what I can do about this situation. Until then, don't take any more orders from anyone until I've brought back to you information about what's going on, on my end."

The idea of sitting around doing nothing was not fun for Orion. He didn't have much time to infiltrate this organization! But he wasn't going to speak up. Not when there was still a chance for exposure with the Senator in the room. The Senator had quietly listened to Damien talk.
"You can tell your friends to do whatever they want. But you won't be staying here in my house! I don't trust you... not after this. However I will continue to look the other way as long as your bosses keep paying me my money. But tell them from now on they meet with Abasi. I will have guards on me at all times from this day forth!"
The senator crossed his arms. Orion could understand why he was a bit upset. He'd have been the same if someone had tried to kill him. "Now get out of my house!" Abasi stood and walked over to the door. He opened it for them to leave.
Glancing over to Damien and Raymund, Orion shrugged and exited first. Faster he got out of here the better!

Damien took his eyes off of Raymund to look over at the Senator as he spoke. His expression was unreadable for a moment. As the Senator finished with what he had to say, Damien watched the Senator cross his arms. "Oh, don't worry, I'll be sure to tell them everything." The way Damien said this sounded a bit menacing and the smile on his face added effect to it. "Who says I wanted them to hide here with you anyway?" With that, it was high time that they left as the Senator told them to get out of his home.
Once the first recruit seemed to understand this was time to leave, Damien glanced at the others and gave them each a nod to head out first before him. Once they did, Damien walked out of the home and out into the streets, not once looking back as he stepped out onto Sunset Terrace. Right now, he had every intention of figuring out why this elf claiming to be one of them and having their mark, had given such a suicidal order and blew their cover.
Surveying the given area, Damien lead the others away from the given area. The sooner they were out of that area, the better. "That was...something." He had them walk a good distance away from the Senator's house before finally turning to look at the three before him. Two recruits and a recruiter. If Ivan saw this, he would be livid with Damien.
"So Raymund...is there anything more on the subject? If so, shall we locate a spot where we can talk or is that all you have to say?" Damien inquired. If the recruiter didn't, Damien intended to head back to town. His father, if he caught wind of this massacre, would be looking for him very soon. It was probably best if the other three weren't with him then. Still, he couldn't just abandon them all here either. Not with a rogue member running around. Even now, Damien was checking their area for any sign of danger or for anything suspicious while he waited for Raymund's response.

Orion followed Damien out into the street. What now? It seemed like Damien had plans to go on his own. Free of the watchful eye of the Senator, Orion felt alright with speaking. However he didn't want to interrupt Damien's thoughts either. He would wait until there was a chance and things were decided.
Raymund had glanced back at the building one last time, and Orion swore he could see a look of good riddance on the man's face. When Damien finally questioned Raymund, the man increased his pace so that he could speak to Damien. "I just received the orders and did them to the best of my idea. Please... there's no need to speak to your father about my mistake is there? I'm an innocent man who did his best. I didn't even speak! Though I'm wondering how you managed to get me out from the Senator. I thought I was done for back there! That bandaged man..." Orion watched Raymund physically shiver. "He's dangerous. I don't know who he is, but he's dangerous."
It seemed like that was all Raymund had to say on the subject. He grew silent after that. The girl on the other hand had something to say. "If you're looking for someplace to go sir, I know of a place. It's back in the Commons though... There are probably still a bunch of knights around there so I don't know if it's too safe."
"Why not the Clock Tower?" Orion suggested. The reason being that he knew for the most part it wasn't a popular spot.

As Damien had asked Raymund his questions, the recruiter picked up his pace to speak with him. As he did so, Damien heard Raymund explain that he did the best that he could when he had received the order. He hadn't even spoken, which was true. Raymund obviously had meant well. The issue was that he had carried out that crazy order. Still, if one of the four really had contacted him and ordered him to kill then it was the head that was responsible for it. Ivan, though, didn't trust the recruits and recruiters. He probably would take it out of context and question why the recruiter hadn't stopped to think about the order given.
When the subject turned to the Senator, Damien wasn't sure how he had done it either. The answer he had given the Senator seemed to have satisfied the man's questions enough to free Raymund. As for Abasi, it was clear that Raymund didn't like him. Damien wasn't sure what the bandaged man may have done to him but it was obvious that Raymund feared him. Apparently, he was dangerous. "I see...well, I will do what I can on my end. Unfortunately, the killing of recruits has to be reported. I'm sure the four heads would be wondering why the Senator is suddenly so distant with them all of a sudden. I won't mention your name but I do plan to investigate which of the four heads did it. You say an elf, if there really is an elf that is one of the four, then I will see to it that they are taken care of."
Raymund went silent after that, finished with what he had to say on the matter. Now, the subject turned onto where to go. The girl suggested a place somewhere back in the Commons. Considering the knights, Damien wasn't sure if it would be wise to go back that way. The Senator claimed that he would turn his head for them still but it was best to not get caught and brought before him again. Damien hadn't exactly been friendly in return toward the Senator. It was best to lay low for the time being and let the Senator simmer his troops down. That would take a while though. The Senator would have his security increased and be on the look out for the one that took an attempt on his life. As anyone in his position would be.
"Yeah, going back to the Commons might not be such a good idea. The Senator and his men are on the alert. It will be some time yet before things simmer down. It's best to not go back and get captured otherwise the Senator may have to take measure that won't be pleasant for any of us."
Right after that was when the whitish blond haired guy spoke. He was suggesting the clock tower. Now that he thought about it, it was a good spot to go to. Ivan and Damien had a decent amount of privacy then. Not many people seemed to want to go there. In fact, Damien hadn't met much traffic in the actual tower itself. Sure, there was traffic in the train station area but not the steps going up and into the tower. They would go unnoticed there for sure. Plus, there was a chance that Ivan could be waiting there for him. Looking over at Orion, Damien gave a nod at that.
"Clock Tower could work. My father and I have been there once before. There's traffic in the train station section of the clock tower but other than that, no traffic going up the steps or on the tower itself." With that, Damien opened up another portal. The others would see the other side where the top of the tower could be looking out over the town. Taking the lead, Damien headed out.

Orion put his hands in his pockets. He thought about Max as Damien opened a portal at the top of the clock tower. What was he doing? Orion hoped he was alright. With everything that had been going on, his mind wasn't exactly on Max's well being. But now that things seemed to slightly settle, he worried about the royal watchdog.
Following the girl into the portal, Orion walked out onto the clock tower. He had never actually walked outside of the clock tower. Below them the steady ticking of the large face of the clock continued. The girl walked right out to the edge, past Orion, and took a seat at the edge. "It's so far below!"
Orion wasn't big on heights, but they just made him uncomfortable not so much afraid. Glancing down he could see the people moving below. No one below noticed the four people on top the clock tower. Raymund, glancing at the setting sun said, "Another day is ending. One day the light will shine on a recreated world." Looking over at him, Orion noticed he was smiling.
"Are we just supposed to stay here sir?" Orion asked Damien.

As soon as he had ripped open a portal and stepped onto the clock tower, Damien said nothing as the others filtered through after him. He watched as the girl came through the portal first, then Orion and then Raymund. The girl settled for the exact edge of the clock tower, sitting on its edge as she looked down, making a comment about how the ground was far away from them. Damien simply glanced at it himself. The people below reminded him of an army of ants. No one noticed they were up here. Not many, after all, tended to look up anyways.
Next, Raymund spoke. Glancing over at the man, Damien listened to what he was saying. He had a smile on his face and was talking about there being a recreated world one day. Hopefully, that would be soon. The over population of the remaining five worlds was taxing on everyone and everything. People, animals and all sorts of things were suffering from it. Since the keybladers were extinct, there wasn't anyone to change their current state except what the organization could think of doing under the order of the deity that ruled them.
It was then that the whitish blond haired youth asked Damien if they were supposed to stay there. Looking over at him, Damien spoke. "This is temporary. Here, for now, we will remain but not for long. This is just until things simmer down today. Then, we may go our separate ways. Ivan will possibly meet me here, not sure when but he will come. I was here when I first came to this world along with Ivan so chances are he will think to come here first. There is a room right behind us in the clock tower itself. It can even house us if there is a chance we have to hide here longer than expected."
Damien didn't exactly know for sure when his father would appear. After today's events, things have been rather fishy for him. Could there really be a traitor? What if this was really something that had been planned? If so, why? It wasn't anything that they were known for. Making such a decision was a terrible one. People weren't suppose to be killed like this. When the world went down, that was a swift and painless process. At least, that's what it seemed to Damien. When he had to kill someone, he made sure that he did it quickly rather than slowly. Damien, though on the wrong side, actually believed he was doing something for the good of everyone. He had it so hard wired into him that he knew nothing else. Yet, today, he couldn't help but wonder just what the four heads were planning if that really had been an order that they agreed to carry out. If so, was it really a good idea to be affiliated with them anymore? That last thing never crossed Damien's mind but the thought of it being a planned order did bother Damien. It wasn't easy to think that it was a possibility. If it were true then he would be all the more confused.
As they all perched upon the edge of the clock tower, looking out at the beautiful setting, Damien furrowed his brows as the skies once again took on that darkened look. Ever since he had given his father the book, Damien wondered if this was coincidental or actually something they were doing with the book to test their theory in destroying the world with. If that were the case, it might be not that far off before those here on this world that were a part of the organization were moved to the next world to work on.
"So it's happening again..." he trailed off, looking at the now darkened sky.

Orion turned towards Damien when he spoke about what would happen now. Personally, he had nothing against doing what Damien said about waiting around for today. But it did bring him back to needing to do something to get close in the organization. He needed names, he needed people he could take down. Perhaps he could capture Damien... But there was no way he could do it with the girl and Raymund against him as well. Orion was strong, he'd trained for years under the best. "I could do it! I could take Damien when he dismisses us!"[/i] Orion thought to himself. But it would expose him as a threat and traitor.
"A prince must hunt to keep his body's shape and learn the landscape around his kingdom." Being reminded of his books, Orion understood that he had yet to learn enough of his 'kingdom'. He needed to further explore the organization before trying to attack it. Plus Damien's ability to just kinda create a portal worried him.
He couldn't just go his separate way. He wanted to be a part of the organization and gain there trust! But for now he said nothing, because suddenly the sky grew dark. This being the first time that it happened, Orion could only blink in confusion. Why was the sky doing that? Hearing Damien speaking of it happening again made Orion turn away from the sky to look at him. "Do you know what's going on?"
To Orion it looked like a storm. They didn't make him afraid. In fact storms was something that Orion loved. Even as a young boy he'd spent time running out of the castle just so he could be in the winds, the rains, the thunder and lightning. It was his kind of weather. Being in a storm just felt right to Orion. It felt natural.
"Whatever it is, it doesn't look good." The girl said. Orion still hadn't gotten her name.
Raymund stayed silent, simply studying the storm.

Damien knew nothing of what Orion was planning. For now, he was focused on them surviving the rest of the day. Once he took his leave of them, that would be that. If Orion did actually try to capture him, Damien would be the type to find it amusing simply because Orion had seen the way that Damien could portal around. It wasn't easy keeping someone who could create portals contained, after all. People trying should have annoyed Damien but it just made him laugh at their attempts.
Orion was wise to not make an attempt at capturing Damien just yet. Now, Damien wasn't all powerful but he was experienced in battle. He wouldn't be easy, that was for sure. As the skies had changed, Damien didn't move. He wasn't afraid of the idea of a storm. However, this was no normal storm either. As he examined the skies, he heard Orion's voice nearest him. Bringing his gaze off of the heavens above, he looked over at him.
"Yes, I do. I can make the assumption that the four heads are testing what I have found for them. Only since when they had obtained it had the sky changed in such a fashion. It did it just before that battle here today with you recruits and the Senator's knights. It would also explain Ivan's extended leave of me..." he trailed off, glancing at the heavens again.

"The sketchbook!"[/i] Orion suddenly made the realization. He had practically forgotten everything that had happened back at that mansion with the battle. "A dangerous item to fall into the hands of the enemy. Who knows what its potential truly is?"[/i] Orion worried that the item could choose to be disastrous if not retrieved from evil's hands.
"Such an item must surely be of His might?" Raymund asked. Orion was beginning to see the recruiter as a bit of a religious fanatic.
The girl sitting down had crossed her arms and was waving her feet back and forth as she looked up to the sky. "Well if they're going to destroy the world soon to rebuild it, I hope I'm not on it when it happens. I wouldn't want to be one of the people caught here when it is destroyed."
"I hope you're alright, Max."[/i] He silently prayed. Orion didn't think he'd be able to explain to his mother that the royal watchdog had been killed. She'd be devastated. His grumpy old father probably wouldn't care. There was no love between Orion's mother and father. Only necessity. But his mother loved both his brother and Orion. His father... Well it was hard to tell if the king could even love at all. Still Orion couldn't help but look up to him. To want to make him proud. Any son would.

Damien didn't exactly like the book. When Ivan had used it on him, it reminded him of how dangerous the thing could be. In an instant, people's lives could be snuffed out. If anyone had any terrible intentions with that book, they would surely be quite a force to reckon with. The only issue is that the person had to be able to draw for it to work and to draw fast if someone was already on their tail. That object needed to be far and away from the traitor if there really was one. As he stood there, he heard Raymund's question.
"It's possible." Raymund really did sound like a religious fanatic but Damien thought nothing of it. Most of them were if not in it to try and restore the worlds that had been lost by destroying the remaining ones so that worlds could be recreated. Damien hoped they would be recreated. He wasn't a fan of the fact there were way too many beings living in all five of the remaining worlds. Next, the girl spoke up, whom was still dangling her legs over the edge of the clock tower. She had a good point. Damien had to agree with her on that one.
"I hope not either. I'm on this world and I don't plan on joining the deceased just yet." He shook his head a bit after that. "No, you're a part of us. I'm sure they'll inform those on here to get off once they are certain that the object they are testing is the real deal." At least, Damien really hoped so. A lot of things were going on today that disturbed him. It seemed like he didn't even know the organization he was a part of. Damien wondered why his father always withheld information from him. Why didn't his father trust him enough? Why did he keep him so distant? It made no sense to Damien. Were the answers to those questions something he'd even want to know? Damien was confused and uncertain. He never liked that feeling. Confusion made him tense.
The skies eventually gradually returned to normal. The shift had taken longer this time compared to the last. No doubt, progress was being made on the four heads' end. It made Damien silently breathe a breath of relief knowing that the shift had gone away. He didn't like the feeling of being stuck on this world with it being brought down around him. That would be really bad. Sighing to himself, Damien walked a few paces away from the other three to allow himself a moment to himself. Bringing his hands up, he let them rest on his hips as he stared out at the horizon. It bothered him to not know things. It also bothered him to think one of the four heads had betrayed them. They were said to be beings that were created from the very deity himself. The thought of one of them turning coat made Damien wonder since none of them were suppose to turn on them all. It made no sense. Still, did he really know the organization that he served? Did the others even know what they served? No, they all didn't and none of them knew it yet. All they knew is that they served under a deity that was said to be able to restore the worlds and recreate them.
"Where the hell are you?" he murmured to himself. He was wondering where Ivan was and why he was taking his sweet time to get back to him. Surely, by now, he had something else for Damien to do? Or, had he been that angry with him? It wasn't certain so Damien lightly tapped his foot as he gradually felt time slip away on them while they remained here on top of the clock tower. He was also wary of them getting attacked. Even now, he was glancing nonchalantly all over their given perch for signs of danger. There hadn't been any though.
"Ah, well what have we here, Damien? You and three's company?" came that bemused woman's voice again out of nowhere. Heart having almost leapt from his throat, Damien turned on the spot to find the female of the four. She had her hood up, much like the other ones. "So I see you all saw that spectacular show? Yes, we're testing that object you brought us, Damien. It's working wonders...although I wouldn't trust it in the hands of your father. He seemed rather livid today about something. He even asked me to find you here instead of coming before you, himself. Did you do something wrong?" she inquired.
Damien just furrowed his brows a bit, his expression a bit firm. "That's..." he trailed off before remembering the fact that she had seen Ivan and himself earlier today. The woman gave a slight chuckle as if she understood what was running through his mind.
"You needn't tell me, I know. I was watching you. Daddy doesn't like you being around the recruits. Looks like he figured that out somehow. I don't understand why though. Such an uptight one, your father." Damien frowned at her, looking a little unhappy with her calling his father something right in front of him and even seeming to mock him about him. Damien, if anything, really hated people revealing those things.

Seeing the sky clear gave Orion relief. At least the world wasn't ending yet. "Doing nothing but sitting here is ridiculous!"[/i] Orion felt like he was wasting time! He wanted to go out and find Max. Wanted to take some time to sleep after everything that happened today. He also wanted to hurry up and take down the organization! But he knew he had to wait. Patience wasn't always his strongest suit.
Not even noticing Damien step slightly away, Orion was surprised to hear a female's voice. Glancing over about the same time Damien did, Orion noticed another hooded figure. Raymund, who had been standing, immediately went to a knee with his head bowed. Was this another one of the heads?
The girl was quick to follow, moving away from the ledge to do the same. Orion was the last, getting a punch in the knee by the girl before falling down onto one knee. Bowing his head, he kept his ears open. To be so close to one of the leaders of the organization!

Damien, never the less, still knew how to act appropriately around a superior. He didn't bow to one knee like those behind him. However, he did make a sort of salute. Having placed his other hand on his emblem, he had his hand spread out with the pinky tucked in and the thumb arching outward. Despite the slight annoyance in his eyes, he paid her respect. The woman looked from Damien to those behind him. Acknowledging them, she had given them a nod before speaking again.
"Anyways, I was sent here to find you. Yet, I did not expect to see you with company." Damien glanced over his shoulder at the others before turning to the woman. She never gave him a name to call her by but whatever. He was tired of questioning all the secrets kept from him. Not only that but it was strange having this deja vu moment here in this world. He didn't understand why but it felt familiar, as if he had been here before and yet he didn't know his way around this place. It was a very strange feeling.
"I can explain. Since coming here, I had found what I had come here for. I parted ways with Ivan, as you may know, and have been waiting for his return and further orders. During that time, I had encountered these three during and after my assignment. While I was here, it was rumored that one of our own heads had ordered recruits to attack the Senator. Both sides, Senator being one of us, had lost a lot of their own. I've been investigating the issue and from what I gather, one of you is an elf apparently responsible for it." The woman was silent as he told her all of this. Her arms folded, it was difficult to guess what was going through her mind then.
"Hm...sounds like we've a traitor in our midst. I must say I am not surprised though. We don't exactly see eye to eye most of the time. In fact, we don't even trust one another. Ivan, your father, being one huge example." Damien gave her a flat look at that last part. Why must she keep poking fun at his father? Still, he refrained from getting grumpy with her. She was, after all, still his superior.
"So, what are my orders? What are their orders?" Damien inquired. The woman glanced over at the rest. The recruits, there wasn't any real need for them to do anything except lay low for a while. However, a new safe haven for them was in order. Their people here had been discovered, no doubt, from that massacre earlier.
"Our recruits and recruiters are to station themselves at our new safe haven for them located just beyond the Sandlot. There, they will be transported to the other world. So,if you three have some unfinished business, I suggest getting it done before heading there." Turning to Damien, she placed a hand on her hip as she looked up at him. "As for you, well...daddy's not impressed with you. I advise not trying to contact him for a few days and hope he simmers down. He takes such things that he tells you not to do as rebellion against him. He doesn't appreciate it. As far as orders go, you too, are to go where the recruits and recruiters are going. Your ability is going to come in handy there. On top of it, we want you there in case enemies show up."
Damien gave a nod but was confused by such an order. Ivan wouldn't have wanted him to further associate with the recruits and recruiters. Oh well, looks like Ivan didn't care anymore since he was apparently so livid. Damien wasn't sure what he'd return to once things appeared to simmer down. Ivan had made it clear last time that he didn't like Damien speaking out against him. What would happen to him now that he had associated with just recruits and a recruiter? Would Ivan try to kill him over it? Hopefully not. Still, the thought of his own father being that way with him was daunting. Any son threatened by their father in such a manner would feel the same.
"Anyways, that's all I have to say. You all take care and play nicely now. Toodles!" With that, she turned, left and disappeared in the blink of an eye. (OOC: If you have something important in mind, go ahead. I wasn't sure if you had something in mind. I don't want to trod on your toes with anything so you could easily have another head interfere and reorder them lol Idk.)

Orion was the first to stand once the female head had left. He was a prince! A prince bowed to no one if he could help it! He was semi glad to hear that they at least had somewhere to go and something to do. Perhaps he would have a few hours to try and find Max. Hopefully the royal watchdog hadn't left just yet.
The girl and Raymund were the next to rise. Orion though didn't spend much time looking at them. He was facing Damien who had his back to them. Just who was Damien? His father was one of the heads, but from what Orion could see there was something more to that. Perhaps Damien was just like Max, a royal watchdog who valued his orders over his own health. If so Orion felt sorry for Damien.
Remembering his lesson, Orion understood that Damien was not a leader. Not an experienced one. He had not the information or lessons that were drilled into Orion's brain. Orion figured that he must be a victim of his environment. "Do not be soft! Eventually you will have to take him down."[/i] He told himself.
"GYAHHHH!" A sudden scream that slowly echoed away brought Orion spinning towards the girl and Raymund. The girl looked absolutely stunned and hurrying to the edge, Orion just witnessed the death of Raymund. Having fallen off the tower, he ran into the ground below as if a train had run him over.

Damien didn't turn to the others as he watched the female head leave. Once she was gone, he was left to contemplate his orders that were given to him. He was used to doing things that were important. Why was he going to be creating portals for people? That seemed like something a regular member would be doing! It was insulting! Still, he wouldn't complain. He had proved himself numbers of times with his other achievements. This assignment would be temporary. Plus, it would be a big overhaul of members so keeping an eye on things might be best. Thinking positively on that idea, Damien was about to turn to the others.
Damien wasn't aware that he had Orion wondering about him. In fact, Damien had been so absorbed in his confused thoughts when a sudden scream filled the air. Whirling on the spot, to look over at the three members of the organization, Damien found just the youth and girl. The look on the girl's face though suggested something dreadful. Scurrying to the edge, the three of them looked down at what was left of Raymund.
"How the hell?!" Damien exclaimed before looking over at the other two. His eyes were narrowed for a short moment as he scrutinized the look on their faces. If either of them had done it, it might've been more obvious. Glancing around, Damien wasn't sure if Raymund had voluntarily leapt off the building or if someone had pushed him off it by some means. If so, one of them here could be a suspect unless that suspect was hidden from their view somewhere on here. Being on top of this clock tower was no longer safe, if that were the case.
"You were closest to him. Do you know what happened?" Damien asked the girl. While he waited for her to answer, he was looking around carefully for any possible enemies up here.

Orion was just shocked. He hadn't heard any signs of a struggle or even anything to draw his attention to what happened. He could only watch as people below began to crowd around the body. They were looking up and pointing towards them!
The girl, being clearly stunned, was wide eyed. She didn't even here Damien's question at first. It wasn't until Orion tapped her shoulder that she spun away from the crowd and to Damien and Orion. "I... He was just standing and... I don't know what happened." She finally said, glancing at the ground.
Orion didn't believe her. He wasn't necessarily saying that she caused the fall, but Orion could tell that she was lying by the way her head quickly went to the ground. "Perhaps we should get out of here. They probably noticed us."
