Damien watched the girl closely as she answered his question. Her hesitation and the way she suddenly glanced at the floor made him wonder just what she knew. He didn't think she had caused the fall physically. Still, there wasn't much time left. Already, Damien could hear people below them. They were crowding around Raymund's dead body. As he gave a quick glance downward, he saw people pointing up at them. "Great, out of the frying pan and into the fire with this whole damn mess!" he growled.
The girl seemed stunned but it was obvious she knew something. He'd have to drag it out of her later if they even had time. Whirling away from the spot, Damien extended a hand out as the other suggested they leave. Oh, they were leaving alright. Pretty damn fast before the local authorities came looking for them again. It was weird though how Raymund died. Why would the man commit suicide if that was what he had done? Made no sense. Once again, questions.
"Staying here would be stupid now that our cover had been blown. Anyway, you heard what the head woman had said earlier. I'll transport us out of sight somewhere below ground. What you do with your time there is entirely up to you but make sure you get to the point where she wants us and others to meet up. It's just past the Sandlot, remember that." With that, he tore open a portal. It would reveal to them a side alley leading out near the Commons. Unlike the last time, it wasn't swarming with knights. The Senator probably got them under control a bit and ordered them to forget about searching.
As he stepped out through the portal, Damien turned and waited for the other two to exit through it. "Our faces, if they could see them, will now probably be up all over the walls." He was pretty much speaking to himself about it, shaking his head at that. It was then that he turned to the girl. "Not sure if I can believe your story altogether...I don't even know why you'd lie about it unless you had a hand in his fall..." he trailed off. He didn't know what to believe at this point but if she tried anything, he would be ready. Honestly, he'd rather not have to kill a lady for something foolish.
"Go. We've barely time as it is. Just go!" he told them.

It was a good thing that Damien had opened a portal out of here. Glancing down below, he already saw a couple of knights in armor down below. They were all crowded around Raymund. It wasn't long though before they looked up towards where they were standing on the clock tower. Orion watched two knights charge out of sight towards the entrance to the clock tower.
"Yep definitely time to leave. The knights around here sure are quick."[/i] Hearing Damien's command about coming back, Orion knew exactly what he was going to do. He was going to go look for Max! He wasn't as adamant about his belief in the girl as Damien was. She just chose not to reply to Damien's words. Only coming out of her shocked state when Damien commanded them to get going.
Nodding, she entered the portal and Orion followed after her. "W...w....we should meet back at the Sandlot tomorrow morning right?" The girl asked Orion. He nodded. That was what Damien had told them.
Looking around at the side alley that Damien had portaled them into, Orion figured they were probably somewhere near the pub from before. "First I'll check the inn... Maybe he'll be there. If not... well I'll just have to search around the senate building. I hope he didn't go home..."[/i] Orion thought.
Seeing as now was the time to go on his own he spoke, "I'll see you two in the morning then." There was no reason for him to wait around for now. The girl nodded, she still looked a bit frightened and shocked from everything that had happened with Raymund. As long as no one stopped him, Orion went ahead and headed out of the alley.

Damien knew the local authorities would be soon swarming all over the spot where Raymund was found. They had very little time and as he glanced down, he could already see knights arriving on the spot. Some had managed to look up before heading into the train station portion of the clock tower, no doubt. Thus, ripping up the portal when he had, had been wise. After stepping through, he awaited the arrival of the other two. As soon as they crossed the threshold of the portal and into the area where Damien opened it into, the portal closed behind them.
Now, it was just the three of them standing in the midst of the alley. It was here where the girl finally seemed to find her voice again. She was wondering if they were to meet here at the Sandlot tomorrow morning. Damien glanced over at Orion as he answered the girl's question by giving her a nod of his head. Having given them the order to carry on about their business, Damien patiently waited for them to go their separate ways. He would remain somewhere near here. He didn't really have anywhere else to go that needed his attention.
Finally, the guy around his age finally stated that he would see them both in the morning. Damien gave him a nod in response and watched him go. There was a moment of silence. The girl hadn't yet moved. Looking over at her, Damien could see that she still appeared to be quite shocked with what happened. Maybe she wasn't entirely responsible for that? Even still, he wasn't about to get soft just because she was a girl. Damien didn't have great social skills, after all. Still, he had to ask if she was going to be alright. It seemed like she hadn't expected that kind of thing to happen.
Rubbing the back of his head, feeling awkward since he wasn't used to social interactions outside his father or superiors, Damien spoke. "You...going to be...alright?" he asked her, trying to make an attempt at being somewhat aware of her unease.

The girl looked over to Damien, hearing his question. "I'll be alright." Was her reply to the question. Rubbing her shoulder she glanced the way Orion had just gone. It was the only way out of here and into the main streets. "I'm going to um... head home for the night. Sorry about Raymund..." Still feeling slightly awkward she headed out the same way Orion had gone.
----------------------------------
2 Hours Later
"Oh he's about this high and is like a dog." Orion was saying to the inn keeper. "Scratch that. He actually looks kind of like a butler." Orion shook his head reminding himself that Max was just like a dog not actually looking like one. Though he did think it would be funny to get him a dog collar for his birthday. Max might not get it, but Orion would probably die of laughter.
"I'm sorry sir. No one fitting that description has returned here. And the key to the room he was staying in is still at the desk. He has not been here sir, sorry." This was not going well. Before returning to the inn, Orion had spent some time looking around the poorer districts and even the senate building. But there was no sign of Max anywhere! This was his last idea. Except for him going home... If Max went home there would be trouble.
Orion could see his mother now. "YOU WHAT?!" She would say. Then she'd order probably the entire army to go search for him. "Maybe he'll be back by tomorrow morning."[/i] Orion thought. Well there wasn't much more to do now.
"Alright then. Let me just get my key." The inn keeper handed him the key. Sighing in defeat, Orion headed up the stairs and to his room where he eventually fell asleep.

Damien waited patiently for the girl's response. Sometimes it took another to talk to someone to pull them out of their troubling thoughts. When she looked over at him, Damien listened to her words. She would be alright. Well, good then. His part was over now that she had managed to pull herself out of it. Following her gaze, he looked to the only way out of here that lead to the main streets.
No doubt, Damien would have to find a place for himself to rest. He could always go back to that Inn he had checked out in but someone of his standing, it was probably best to search for a less conspicuous place. Enemies would be expecting him to slumber somewhere obvious. No reason to go and make it easier on them to find him.
After a brief moment, the girl said that she would be heading home for the night. After saying this, she apologized about Raymund. Confused, Damien looked over at her as she started to head out the same way that Orion had gone. "Farewell." With that, she had left the vicinity. Now, it was just Damien that remained here.
Certain that the two were officially gone, Damien tore open another portal and headed into it. This took him to a less known part of town. It was here that would be a good place for him to rest. Glancing around to make sure no one was around, Damien began his walk down the street. It was filled with older looking buildings. Some of them looked around two hundred years old or so. He could tell by the certain look to them. The clock Tower was much older than anything around it, of course. However, it was easy to see what parts of Twilight Town that were old and which were new. Having been in Tram Common and Sunset Terrace, those areas had been in the mainstream of things and remodeled to go with the modern living world. These buildings, in this particular street, seemed to have been left behind with time.
Oh, there were people that lived here of course. Damien could see locals walking about the street, minding their own business and paying him no mind. Damien paid no one else any mind. No one gave him reason to take pause and examine them further. Granted, people that did take notice of him would look at him questioningly but nothing else. Damien had covered his emblem so they wouldn't know who he was at a glance unless they were informed of high ranking officials in the organization. Thankfully, so far, no one appeared to know this.
As he weaved his way through the streets, there was something that had made him pause. Getting this sudden feeling like he should stop, Damien furrowed his brows in wonder. Why? As he glanced around at where he had stopped, he realized he had come into some sort of district. There, right before him, stood a small bakery. Why the heck was he stopping in front of an old, closed bakery? Confusedly, Damien looked up at it and wondered about it. There was an old sign stating exactly what year it had been open. This bakery was two hundred years old. Well, no wonder it was closed, it was old. It must've been retired as soon as the owner had passed on or gave it to someone else.
While he stood there, Damien wondered why the heck he was wondering about the history of this mere building. Maybe it was because he had too much time to himself right now that he found himself doing such a thing? Blinking, Damien looked all around him. No one appeared to be in there and there didn't appear to be any kind of hotel or inn nearby. On top of it, who would be expecting someone like himself to be taking refuge in a building such as this? It was out of the eye of the enemy who would be more so expecting him in the main parts of town.
'Maybe that's why I took pause here?' he wondered. Figuring that must be it, his intuition telling him to rest there for the night, Damien approached the building. Was there a chance it could be inhabited by someone else? Wouldn't the door be locked? 'Why the hell am I worrying about locked doors when I can portal around?!' he thought, almost wanting to slap himself in the forehead for that one. Shaking his head at his brain lapse, Damien tried the doorknob just for the heck of it. Sure enough, it was locked. However, jiggling it a little just to see, it was easy to guess the lock hadn't been opened for many years. It sounded too rusted inside.
Extending a hand at the door, after checking no one was around, Damien opened up a portal and permitted himself entry into the building. Inside, it was dusty, signs that the place hadn't been used for as long a time as Damien had guessed the lock hadn't been used for. On the wall nearby, he saw a photograph of the owner which had been the size of a normal person practically. Damien almost leapt back several paces. He had thought he accidentally ran into someone living here! Calming his heart beat, Damien peered at the owner curiously. The guy looked familiar. The guy had wide blue eyes and black hair. The smile, it was just...something was similar about it. Where had Damien seen that smile before? Shaking his head, Damien eventually sought out a room that wasn't centered on baking. In fact, the back room looked very much like some kind of dining room or lounging room or something. It was here that Damien went fell asleep.
---------------------------------------------------------------
By the time morning came, Damien had set out. Before he did though, he passed that photograph another curious look. Under the image read in gold letters "Smiles". "I can see why." The man's smile was quite prominent. Damien had to wonder if the guy smiled all the time to be called such a thing. Was that even the guy's name?
Shaking his head, focusing on the task he had today, Damien left the bakery unaware of what he had just witnessed. The sky hadn't changed any compared to yesterday. The only change was that the place wasn't shifting in color. It looked normal still. That was good news. It meant time wasn't running too short. Looking around, Damien ripped open a portal and stepped through it into the Sandlot. It was here that he was to meet up with any recruits and recruiters. It was also here that he was to transport everyone to their next location.
'This is going to be...interesting,' he thought with a sigh, not really feeling like it would be.

Orion was dreaming. It was a dream he had several times before, one that never really made much sense to him. He was donned in armor. Not like the normal armor that he could summon, but deeper stronger armor and a helm that completely covered his face. Next to him were three others. Each three were dressed in armor similar to his, completely covered from the helm on their heads to their armored boots. He didn't know the identity of either of them, yet in this dream he trusted them. He trusted them with his life.
And as he did in each of the dreams he said, "Here they come!" And they did. There were thirteen of them. All hooded and their identities hidden. They each wielded some sort of weapon and there was no doubt that they were the enemy. They ran across the barren wasteland, past the crossroads and thousands of keys that Orion had never seen in real life. Behind them four more hooded figures stood together and chanted.
The armors around him each spoke, summoning some sort of weapon in their hand. However their weapons were a shadow to Orion just as their identity was. However for the first time, the shadow that the blue armor wore wielded a weapon that Orion could see. It was a large broadsword! Also new was the fact that the blue armor turned and spoke to Orion. "Be careful you royal pansy!" A male voice said. Orion swore it sounded familiar.
However that was where the newness of the dream ended. They charged as well heading towards the enemy. Just as Orion thought it would, a huge living shadow crept up behind the thirteen, created by the four behind them. To Orion it was nothing but a shadow, but he could feel the darkness and evilness of whatever it was. It made all of them pause as the thirteen came upon them.
Orion summoned his weapon just in time to block an oncoming spear of light that one of the thirteen summoned. As the distance closed the thirteen and the shadow fell on top of them. Orion held up his hand to block the evil, but he could feel it closing in! Then for a moment a brief light shined and from behind an old suit of armor that had not been with them earlier charged forward, but it was never in time. The darkness fell on top of them. And Orion experienced pain that he had never experienced in life.
Sitting up, breathing heavily, sweating, and feeling like his blood was on fire, the first thing Orion did was put a hand to his forehead. It felt like someone had just stabbed him there with a knife right in the center! "Two years since I've had that nightmare! Why does it come back now?" Orion thought. The nightmare was nothing new to him. The first time he had the dream was when he was five. He awoke in the same state with the same conditions as he did now. Every time he would forget about it, he'd have it again. Almost as if someone didn't want him to forget that nightmare.
He remembered his brother's words. "It's just a dream Orion. Mom told you several times now. Just go back to sleep." That was usually hard to do when your were afraid a giant shadow of evil was going to get you if you did. The pain though... and the heat he felt in his body... it was worse this time, more. Orion stripped off his clothes and headed into the bathroom.
There he turned the shower on ice cold and stepped in. To his surprise steam actually came from his skin as the cold water hit it. He must really have been hot! When the water turned from good to ice cold he stepped out and exited the bathroom. He looked to the window, seeing the sunlight. He felt better now, his headache finally going away.
Getting redressed in his "poor man's" clothing he fixed his hair and looked back one last time as he was about to exit the room. "Goodbye room. I'm off to trick the enemy." Closing the door he headed downstairs.
There he handed his key to the inn keeper. "Thank you so much for the room. You didn't happen to see..." Orion began to ask before the inn keeper shook his head.
"Sorry sir. Your friend didn't return. I hope you find him." Sighing, Orion handed over the key, shook the inn keeper's hand and then headed out of the inn.
It was a sad thing, knowing that Max hadn't returned. He just hoped the royal watchdog was alright! Max was annoying, but he had grown used to the man's company.
The trip to the Sandlot was uneventful. He drew some stares outside of the inn, mostly because he looked like a poor man in an upper class district. But once he left the area and entered the Tram Common, he didn't get a second look. He made his way through the area without harassment and finally entered the Sandlot. There he saw the girl, and quite a few others who had gathered. He didn't know if Damien was among the bunch because he didn't exactly search for him. But no one else seemed to be coming after he did. "I hope I'm not the last one! That will look bad."[/i] He thought as he entered the group, standing next to the girl and giving her a polite smile and a wave.
"PRINCE ORION!!!!!" A voice shouted from the entrance to the Sandlot. Spinning, Orion watched as Max along with ten knights all with the royal Lotus House insignia of a pink and blue lotus flower on their armored chest plates appear. Orion swore aloud.

As Damien arrived, some people were already there. At a glance, it was easy for him to spot their organization's emblem. These weren't people that just happened to be here. If they were then he would have to ask them to leave. How he would do such a thing, he wasn't sure but he could guess at making some kind of threat or two to get them moving. Thankfully, he wouldn't have to do that. Patiently, Damien folded his arms as he watched people slowly filtering in.
Damien didn't have to wait for very long. As he stood there, people filtered in with the same emblem. While he had been standing there, he had spotted the girl from yesterday. Glancing at the other heads, he didn't spot Orion until he came seemingly one of the last few. It didn't matter to Damien if he was a bit late. Damien usually became impatient when people took more time than necessary to come here. Considering he was expecting a larger group, he didn't think that all there was here would be what he had to transport. This would be much more simpler than he thought. He thought a moment too soon.
Just as Damien separated himself from the group, he turned to face the others. As he did so, he spotted a group of knights coming into the Sandlot. They weren't of the Senator's judging by their insignia's on their chest. Not only that but one had called out to one of the people closer to the only exit and entrance into this spot. Damien furrowed his brows. Prince Orion? Just who was amongst them that was of royalty? Having remembered the events from yesterday, Damien's suspicions were realized with the white haired one. He had seemed rather wealthy but could he be a prince? If so, what for?
"So we have a royal..." Damien trailed off, looking at the insignias quizzically before continuing "...pansy in our midst?" Pansy was the first flower that had come to mind then. He wasn't sure what else to call the flower insignia. He had never seen a Lotus flower before in his entire life. So, pansy seemed fitting to describe it. Damien had to react the way he did to see knights suddenly coming toward them. Even now, Damien had his broadsword out as he watched them carefully. He placed himself between the people of the organization and the knights. Orion and the girl were near where Damien now stood.
No matter how he looked at it, he would stand his ground and those behind him with weapons, if they had any, would have to do the same in this. Why did everything just seem to go wrong? It was beginning to get on Damien's nerves. "I advise you to keep your distance, knights." It was a warning.

"How is it that I have absolutely no luck at all!"[/i] Orion wanted to scream aloud. He did his best to blend in and look surprised, but his swearing aloud had invited the people around him. The girls look of surprise had quickly turned to suspicion. Orion could already see that she had withdrawn a dagger.
Max on the other hand looked very happy. "I am so happy to see you are alright sir!" The words were directed right at Orion. Why the hell did Max have to go home and get the knights!
The words of Damien brought the attention of Max. He looked at Damien with hateful eyes. [/i]"All of my hard work! It's going to be for nothing!"[/color]
One of the knights took a step forward and spoke. Orion recognized the voice. "We are the royal blue knights, in service to the royal family of the Enchanted Domain. It is our duty to protect the royal family whenever they are in danger." Taking off the helm of his armor, Sir Edward had long strands of blond hair combed back, but not long enough that they actually touched his neck line. He had a blond short cut beard and mustache and green eyes. Orion knew him to be in his forties, and more then that the Captain of his father's royal bodyguard.
"Then take your Prince!" Orion felt a shove from behind. He had been so fixed on the speech he hadn't seen the girl get behind him. She shoved him into the middle, between the knights and Damien and his group. She gave him a wicked smile.
What was he to do now?! All of his hard work was going to be for nothing. He didn't want to have to go back! But how could he convince everyone!
"A ruler should worry little about being thought mean; he will not have to rob those who serve him; he will be able to defend himself; he must avoid being poor and despised and will not have to become greedy. Meaness is one of those vices that enable him to rule." Once again Orion was remembered of the words of his teacher.
There was a solution to this. Orion stepped forward and walked calmly to Max. "We just want the Prince and then you can all be on your way." Max told Damien.
Orion kept his face calm and his eyes fixed only on Max. Standing a foot away he turned to Sir Edward and spoke quietly so that only those immediately around him could hear. "Return home Sir Edward." Then Orion summoned his armor and his Sword of Storms appeared in his hands. It was a black and red blade very different from your average long sword. It was not even on both sides rather edging out and in at various points of the weapon. Orion slammed the weapon through Max's chest.
"I am Prince no longer!" Orion shouted loud enough for everyone to hear! Tears filled his eyes at the look of surprise on Max's face, but with his back turned to Damien in others they would not see.

Damien stood his ground, holding his weapon at the ready. He wasn't going to allow these knights to bother them. If one took another step too close to the group, Damien would take action. Thus, the warning he had given them. He took notice of the knight glaring at him and Damien returned the same look but also with a hint that he meant what he said. If any of them came near, he had no qualms with removing someone's head. He was hoping that he wouldn't have to.
As one of the knights took a step forward, Damien heard the man speak. The knights here were apparently the royal blue knights in service to the royal family of the Enchanted Domain. What foolishness to go and reveal where one was from! Damien could easily order a group to go and cause problems for that world if he wanted to. It seemed right now though that they were both on neutral standing until someone took the first strike. Damien kept his ground, listening to what this knight had to say. Apparently, they believed their prince was in danger. Considering they had revealed who he was, he pretty much was in danger now. The idiots had gone and blown their prince's cover, if that really was their prince's intention.
The man speaking had finally removed a helmet to reveal his face to him. Damien wasn't sure whether to call it more idiocy or respect. Either way, taking off one's helm to a potential enemy wasn't a good idea. Damien could've easily shot the man in the head if he had a gun or some sort of long range weapon. Before Damien could respond though, another voice was heard. It was the voice of the girl's from yesterday. Looking over, he had seen her thrust the whitish blond towards the knights. Well, there was their prince and Damien wasn't surprised considering the events from yesterday. It certainly explained the man's wealth when it came to that bribery.
The other man who had been glaring earlier had spoken to Damien. Looking over at him, his gaze still dangerous, Damien heard him. As long as they had their prince, they would leave and let them carry about their business. "Fine then, take him!" Damien stated, gesturing towards Orion whom had been pushed closer to the knights by the girl earlier. If any took a stupid attempt on anyone here, Damien would show them why he was given his rank.
Damien watched as the young man from yesterday headed over to the group of knights. His back was turned to them all as he took pause before the group. He must have said something to them but those on Damien's end could not hear him. Then, the guy summoned his weapon and armor. A strange sense of familiarity came over Damien. Furrowing his brows, he watched then as the guy suddenly stabbed a knight through the chest! Damien was rather surprised to see this take place. His eyebrows rose considerably as the prince pronounced that he was no prince anymore.
After seeing such a display, Damien had to wonder why the prince would go as far as doing such a thing. Well, that answered the man's loyalties, it seemed. After all, what kind of ruler would go and injure or even kill a knight of his? Maybe a tyrannical one. Even still, to go and do something like that meant something. Damien wouldn't trust him, of course, but he did seem to prove whose side he was really on here. At least, that's what it looked like. Damien would be keeping an eye on this man since anyone that could do something like that to a former ally could easily do the same to another later on. There was a moment of shocked silence between both groups.
"...Well now." That was all Damien could think to say. apparently the pansy prince wasn't as much of a pansy as the insignias on the knights' armor. Remaining poised, Damien spoke once more. "You heard what he said. Leave now."

Prince Orion could see the shock of the knights around him. He pulled his sword out of Max. It was not a killing blow. But Max needed attention as soon as possible. The knights nearest Orion drew his sword and pointed it at Orion. Taking a step back, it was Sir Edward who stepped forward between Orion and the knight. "Put your weapon down sir! This is your prince!" He said.
Orion took a step back. "You heard me... Go home." Sir Edward didn't seem to believe what was happening. He looked hurt by Orion's words. The knight that had drawn his weapon turned his attention to Max. Only Max knew the real reason he was here, to everyone else this really looked like betrayal. "Edward take Max and get out of here! The longer you wait the shorter time he has!"[/i]
Sir Edward glanced past Orion and over to Damien, his eyes locking on the insignia on his shoulder. "If you align yourself with the enemy. Then you will be taken like the enemy. This is your last chance Orion! The order is to apprehend any who are associated with the Order of the Destroyer on sight!"
Would the idiot just go home already! Orion took a step back until he was back to where he was before. His eyes never left Sir Edward, and he tried to be aware of the girl who was just a few feet away. She had killed him before. Who was to say she wouldn't try again! "I have chosen my side." Sir Edward replaced the helm on his head.
"Then under the royal decree of King Lion Lotus I place you..." Sir Edward began, drawing his sword.
"My father's decree does not reach here. While you are in this land, you follow the rules of the Senate. The Senator would not look kindly to this..." Orion was really fishing for straws, but he did not want a battle. How would he explain killing Sir Edward to his father?
Sir Edward paused for a moment. "The moment you step on the soil of the Enchanted Domain I will arrest you. Men retreat!"

Damien looked on along with the rest of the group. Crossing his arms, Damien watched as the prince pulled out his blade from the knight. It looked like it would have been a killing blow but surprisingly, the knight was still alive. It was obvious though that he was surprised by what the prince had done to him. Betrayal is definitely what it looked like. Such an action would be viewed as treason, no doubt. The nearest knight unsheathed his sword and had it pointed at Orion.
The leader of the group had stepped in between Orion and the knight, telling the man to put his weapon down. It was then that Orion spoke to the knight, telling him to go home. It looked as if the knights were hurt by what their prince was doing. Anyone would most likely feel that way if someone they trusted had suddenly turned on them. Throughout all of this, Damien bore witness to this whole thing. As the knight focused on him, Damien saw his gaze flick towards the emblem on his left shoulder guard.
Damien rose a brow at the man's words. Apprehend the organization and anyone associated with it? Well, good luck with that. The head four were nasty people in terms of power. If Damien was strong, he was nothing in comparison to the four leaders of the organization. Their gap in strength was so great from himself to them, one would be stunned if they found out. Honestly, finding out the hard way was something Damien hoped not many bore witness to. It isn't a pleasant experience for either sides to see the head four eliminate someone. Damien looked somewhat amused as Edward finished what he had to say to the prince whose name was revealed to be Orion.
In response, prince Orion took a step back until he was back where he had been standing the last time before the girl had shoved him into their midst. After a moment of silence, Orion told the knights that he had chosen his side. In response, the lead knight placed his helm back on his head. With that, he drew his sword and began to speak as if he intended to arrest Orion right then and there. However, Orion had stopped him before he could finish, stating that his father's decree didn't reach this world. The rules here were of the senate's and obviously the Senator wouldn't look kindly on this situation. Interference from another world's branch of leading authority would surely set the Senator off thinking he was being betrayed. That was the only thing that came to mind to Damien when Edward had taken pause and then finally relented. However, he had made it clear that once Orion was back on Enchanted Domain soil that he would arrest him. With that, he gave the order for his men to retreat.
Bit by bit, the knights turned and retreated, carrying their wounded. Damien watched them go in silence until they were well out of sight. There was a muted silence between them all. Finally Damien decided it was time to leave before anymore drama came their way. Already he had a headache concerning the day's events. Never the less, he had to glance over at Orion. What could a prince possibly want with the likes of them to go as far as betraying his own people?
"So...Prince Orion Lotus, is it?" Damien stated, speaking to him directly. A slight mocking grin was on his face then. "That explains the munny yesterday. Student of the academy, indeed!" he added. Damien didn't have his weapon up like he intended to fight Orion here and now after finding out who he really was. If anything, he held it at his side but not for battle and more so at ease than anything else. However, it was in his hand at a moment's need should he need it.
"Tell me, Prince, what could you possibly find in the organization enough to interest someone like you?" Damien questioned Orion. It was a viable question considering Prince Orion was of royalty from an enemy in conflict with the organization. What could possibly force the prince into becoming one of them? It made no sense to him. As he asked Orion that question, Damien had done a round about circle, watching him like a predatory animal would. The light of his eyes were genuinely curious as he awaited his answer.
"No matter...after that display, I don't think even your former allies would accept you back even if you do turn out to be a triple agent." Extending his free hand behind him several feet, a portal tore open. "Everyone, you are to travel through this portal to get to the point where we are to station ourselves for the time being. These are orders given by the heads themselves." While he had said all of this, his gaze was still fixed on Orion.
"Know this, Orion. You displayed quite a scene there with your former knights but I still don't trust you. I, Damien, will be watching you for the time being even though I am permitting you to come along. I advise you not try to do something like with that unfortunate knight of your's unless you want the whole organization after a single person like yourself. Trust me when I say that you wouldn't want to face the four heads alone." Damien meant that last part too. He had already told Orion and the girl last time just how much of a gap in power there was. He was just a step below but that was such a large step.
As people filtered through the portal, Damien remained where he was, watching Orion but also keeping an eye out for any other possible obstacles. So far, it looked like they were in the clear for now. Eventually, it came down to the three of them again. Why did it seem like Damien kept ending up stuck with these two? Oh well, no matter. "..Go ahead you two, I'll be in right after you." (OOC: Alrighty, you're free to choose where they go if you'd like. I purposely didn't elaborate, at least not to my memory, where they were going so you could pick. You can control Damien following them in your next post if we're done with this. If not, I can edit. lol)

Orion didn't turn around until the knights were finally out of sight. Only then did he finally turn. "I hope that was enough to convince them I'm on their side!"[/i] He thought to himself. Slowly turning around, Orion was the center of attention. The first eyes Orion found were the girl's. They looked like daggers. Everyone else was pretty much the same, but it was Damien who finally spoke up.
"Criticism... I can do criticism..."[/i] Orion was used to it. He'd gotten all sorts of it from every individual who wanted to tell off the prince. Damien's words were met by Orion's silence. He offered no answers, his face completely neutral. It was the face his father gave when he ruled, and one that Orion himself had mastered. It was the face of a stern ruler with much on his shoulders.
Finally when Damien opened a portal, Orion simply nodded. If Damien didn't trust him that was fine. He would earn this organization's trust. Then he would return home the hero. "My father will see the genius in this!"[/i] Orion thought to himself. He just hoped that Max would be alright.
Stepping into it, Orion entered the portal with everyone else entering behind and the portal closing behind them all.

Damien wasn't surprised by the silence that Orion had given him. It was clear to him that the guy came from a ruling family with how poised and even faced he was. Once he had said what he had to say, Damien tore open a portal without further to do. After giving everyone the order to leave through the portal, Damien patiently waited for everyone to filter through.
Eventually, he was left with the girl and Orion once more. After telling them to head in, Damien watched as Orion simply nodded at what he had said before walking into the portal. Once everyone had made it through, Damien entered the portal he made after them and they were gone to another world. Closed
