About the Character
Personality: Cole comes off as cold and distant, caring only for himself and not for those around him —a self-centered individual, whose only objective is to achieve his own ends. Cole is righteous to a fault, believing his own views as “right” and the opposite as “wrong”, oftentimes butting head with others due to these views. Yet it’s these same attributes that establish strong bonds, as Cole defends the views he deems as righteous by any means.He is silent for most of the time, deeming most social interactions rather useless or nonsensical. As such, his approaches can either come off as awkward or condescending. Therefore, Cole will look to avoid people, rather than cooperate with them. This self-isolation of sorts makes him incredibly efficient in both tasks and other things, as this keeps him away from situations he’s not fond of and deems a waste of time.
Despite all this, it’s worth mentioning that Cole does care for those he considers his kin, protecting them from harm of any kind. He doesn’t go to the overprotective side of things, knowing when to leave things aside. He’s thoughtful in that sense, not wanting to overwhelm and lose those he cherishes.
Character Appearance: Cole stands at exactly 6’0 and weights 167lbs, with a rather muscular build. He has exposed sienna-toned skin, with his right arm covered in tribal ink markings, and his Emblem visible at the left side of his chest. His hair is dark-hazelnut in color, unruly and medium-length in cut, adorned with a lapis and gold circular pin, with multiple feathers of various colors, and his eyes are of a similar sienna color to his skin, but a bit on the lighter side.
Cole wears nothing when it comes to covering his upper body, leaving it bare-skin, and wearing a hand-made necklace around his neck. While his left arm is covered with tattoos of black ink and wears two red and blue rings on his index and middle finger, his right arm has a leather band with white fur strapped on the upper end, as well as a leather glove wrapped with red bandages by the wrist.
His lower body outfit starts with a red cloth wrapped over his waist, holding onto simple blue linen pants and a piece of animal fur, as well as holding underneath a pair of cloth belts. He finishes off with a mix of leather boots and sandals —while the shoes cover under his knee, the end is left open, revealing an open-toed finish with straps to keep it together.
His Familiar, Orpheus, is a massive dragon-like Spirit of red and blue hues, with golden finishes by its horns and wings. Multiple scales with density similar of crystal cover the Familiar’s otherwise fragile flesh underneath —acting like armor, in a sense, and its tail has a sharp, sickle-like end. The Emblem of this Familiar is located at the lower back end, covered in crystal scales to protect it from any sort of attack.

- Typhoon – Cole creates a massive whirlpool that draws enemies inside it, dealing minor water damage over time. Duration – 3 posts, Cooldown – 5 posts.
- Hailstorm – Cole conjures a powerful blizzard that surrounds a chosen group of enemies, dealing minor ice damage over time. Duration – 3 posts, Cooldown – 5 posts.
Character Abilities:
- Blizzaga Break – Charging forward towards an enemy, Cole strikes downwards with ice magics, creating ice spikes upon contact to deal moderate ice damage. Cooldown – 6 posts.
- Waterga Break – Cole charges forward with a horizontal swing, his sword imbued with water magic, to deal moderate water damage to a chosen enemy. Cooldown – 6 posts.
- Faint Strike – Sliding towards an enemy, Cole attacks with the sword aiming for a weak point, dealing moderate damage. Cooldown – 5 posts.
- Icebreaker – In a spinning motion, Cole surrounds his sword with Blizzard magic, dealing minor ice damage with a low chance of freezing. After a short delay, he strikes again in a similar motion with Water magic, dealing additional minor water damage. Both strikes hit individually, meaning that they can be individually blocked. Cooldown – 5 posts.
- Striking Tide – Cole attacks with a swift combo, each hit dealing minor damage. He then finishes the attack with a powerful downstrike, dealing moderate damage. The combo can be individually blocked. Cooldown – 5 posts.
- Snow Burial – Cole attacks five times with his sword imbued in Blizzard magic, each hit hitting for moderate ice damage. Can be individually blocked. Cooldown – 7 posts.
- Orpheus – Siren’s Torment – Orpheus charges forward surrounded with water, dealing moderate water damage to any enemy in front of it. Cole then follows with swift attacks to deal additional moderate damage. Cooldown – 8 posts.

Twilight Form
Cole wakes his inner power, changing appearance while also gaining increased strength and speed in exchange for dropping most of his defenses and reducing his overall health by half. His magic output increases the power of ice and water spells greatly (increases ice and water damage spells by 1 tier). Duration – 4 posts, Cooldown – 10 posts (cooldown starts as soon as the form ends)

- Water Edge – Cole cloaks himself with water, charging forward to deal heavy water damage upon contact. Can be used to close distance. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Deep Freeze – Creates various ice spikes over an enemy that then swiftly fall downwards, each spike hitting for moderate ice damage. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Binding Blizzard – With the sword imbued in Blizzard magic, Cole attacks an enemy with a 3-hit combo, each dealing heavy ice damage while having a chance to freeze the opponent in place for 1 post. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Fluent Motion – Allows Cole to withstand an attack that would otherwise knock him out of battle (once per form, Passive)
Frostbite Dragon
Cole surrounds himself with an icy aura, increasing his speed and defenses drastically, while his strength remains the same. This form’s increased speed allows Cole to also dodge attacks more easily, hidden by the blizzard this form conjures. Duration – 4 posts, Cooldown 8 posts (cooldown starts as soon as the form ends)

- Ice Blitz – With his blade imbued with Blizzard magic, Cole attacks a single enemy to deal heavy ice damage. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Ice Splicer – Cole deals an incredibly fast succession of hits to a single enemy, dealing heavy ice damage while also lowering the enemy’s ice resistance by 30%. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Azure Strike – Cole focuses for a second, to then deal an impossibly fast attack, dealing fatal ice damage on contact to a single enemy. Cooldown – Once per form.
- Snow Cloak – During this form, Cole’s evasion is increased, which means enemy attacks will take more effort to connect (Passive)
- Child of Frost – While this form is active, all of Cole’s attacks deal ice damage, including his normal attacks, which in turn have a low chance of freezing the opponent (Passive)

Character Racial Abilities: Spirits are very sensible to other people's emotions, light and darkness.
Cole is also able to manipulate light and darkness around him to create Illusions, which he uses mostly to avoid people whenever he travels, not a fan of interactions to begin with. Every now and then, he’ll use Illusions to trap people within them, but only if he sees it as a necessity. Since Cole oftentimes travels while using Illusions, most of the time he’s accompanied by his Familiar, rather than him taking the Familiar’s form.
Cole is a “Strength”-type Spirit. Usually, this would work in and out of battle. However, given Cole’s nature, who trusts barely anyone other than himself, this power of his is usually either used selfishly, or simply not used at all.
Character Strengths: Incredibly efficient when it comes to tasks or jobs. Cole is also someone who’ll go out of his way to protect those who share similar views to him, or views as his “kin”.
Weaknesses: Distant and cold when it comes to social interactions, oftentimes coming of condescendingly. As such, it’s hard to work along with Cole, especially when they don’t have similar views to him.
In his travels, he was caught and apprehended, although at the time it wasn’t surprising, given that people strived to survive in the harsh desert that was their world. Cole was rescued from imprisonment by a woman who decided to help him, figuring out that they were both Spirits. Cole’s Focus awakened soon after the meeting, and the woman taught him everything she knew about their roles. They travelled together with the promise to fulfill their Focus together and living together like family.
However, that day never came. The woman fulfilled her Focus before Cole, and disappeared, leaving behind a distraught boy whose only motivator was now gone. Fueled with anger towards the person who’d gifted them both a Focus, Cole aimed to finish his own, to then confront the person who’d claimed that which he’d deemed most important to him during his travels. Labelled as a Traitor and defeated by his own Familiar, the anger he felt in his heart was too much to contain, further fueled by it, yet banished from even the Realm Between, Cole had little to do when it came to redirecting his anger.
Until he met someone who granted him a different Focus. Finding the opportunity to claim revenge from the person who’d stolen everything from him, Cole decided to join other Traitors and their scheme, in search to recover that which was kept away from him.
Both his life, and the person he’d cherished like an older sister —like family, one that didn’t shun him regardless of origin or birth. Craving to recover that genuine bond, Cole decided to enact his revenge, be it on his own, or with the help of those who shared the same ideas.
- Raincage – A sharp steel cutlass, with golden guard and lapis ornamentation shaped like raindrops. The blade is suited mostly for offense rather than defense, but it still allows the wielder to parry with relative ease. Raincage can be summoned and dismissed at will (like a Keyblade)

- Orpheus (Permanent): Cole’s Familiar. No matter where, when or how, this massive dragon-like Spirit is always besides Cole no matter the circumstances. He only disappears if Cole uses any Command Style. A reverse summon, so to speak.
