Smiles spun, facing Skull. So the fissure had decided to make an appearance! Lakari spun as well. Ah the fissure had decided to show! Hearing Lance though, Lakari was highly annoyed. The fool wanted to run away! One did not run from a battle! Yet, Lakari would not enter on his own. He would need his help, and possibly Rowen's as well if it came down to it. Because of this he would run, as the fool keyblader had suggested.
Quickly opening a corridor of darkness that led to the first floor room Lakari quickly headed into it. Once Lance entered after the corridor would close. Honestly Lakari thought this was all ridiculous!
Smiles ignored their leaving. That was their decision. He was more then enough for this fissure. Artemis was thinking exactly the opposite. This enemy's abilities were still largely unknown. He was stronger then any of them. "Be careful of his strong physical attacks and speed. I don't know a thing if he has magical abilities or not."[/i] That was the best advice Artemis could give. In truth if Ivory allowed he could temporarily control her body, but he would never suggest that unless the situation grew dire.
"I think it will be you who is the one to die fissure." Smiling Smiles summoned his gun. He was itching to battle! "This hallway is small Ivory. Go in for a frontal assault and I'll fire with my weapon." Smiles said thinking to their strengths. He could support her with portals and his bulllets.
A muffled chuckle came from Skull. "Come at me then!" Skull stood there waiting for an attack. Smiles started with an onslaught of bullets from his gun. He first fired a bullet that should have froze Skull. It did nothing, but fall off once hit. The next was a bullet charged with electricity. This did nothing as well. Smile turning into a scowl, Smiles turned to regular bullets firing at different areas of Skulls body. The bullets fell off his body like they were paper!

"Yep! Your choice man." Red said glancing down at the different pictures of people; They were different people who must have been in Darius's lives. It most likely painted their futures. Well at least what they could be anyway.
Hearing Darius bring up the question of his name again, Red just smiled. "That I did not Darius. That I did not. I can tell you a bit about those though." Red said pointing to the images. "Looks to me like those are the important people in your life and the future they might have. But those will change with your decision. Some might turn for the better, others perhaps for the worse. Kind of depends on what you decide I think."
Red knew this must be a hard decision. "But that's why you have me! I can answer your questions! Well some of them." Red said with a wink.

Ivory looked at Skull as well. She didn't think just the two of them could handle him. He was the lead fissure for a reason. They saw some of what power Skull had. After the deaths of the other keybladers, no doubt his power was immense by now. It would take a lot to defeat him. Of course, Ivory was modest and knew trouble when she saw it. Skull was that trouble. No doubt, he'd kill them.
She heard Lance telling Lakari that they had to leave. Without further hesitation, the elf opened up a portal. As soon as he did so, Lance ran through it, coming into the room where White, Leliana, Darius and the others were. He first stumbled upon White with Darius and Leliana. He almost stopped dead. "Wh-What the-?!" he exclaimed, hurrying over. "What happened to Darius?
As soon as the two left, Ivory heard Smiles's words to Skull. She wasn't as optimistic as Smiles was in this. When Smiles was instructing her to rush in for a frontal attack, she looked back at Skull uncertainly. Smiles would fire with his weapon while she was to go in for a charge. A charge that could be her last if she wasn't careful. Skull simply laughed at them before telling them to come after him then.
It was then that Smiles fired the first set of bullets. As he did so, Ivory heard Artemis before charging in. This was probably going to be a very nasty punch. 'This might hurt a lot!' she thought, thinking the counter attack she would get from Skull wasn't going to be pretty, especially when she saw the bullets fall off him harmlessly. If they had a keyblader, their chances might've been better. When she finally reached where Skull was, she aimed an upward slash at him, intending to try and cut at him with her naginata. She was thankful her weapon was one that was a bit more far reaching than a sword because it might give her a better chance at avoiding a nasty punch.

Darius was surprised to hear the other's answer. So, this guy had passed away, choosing to go on. Darius coul go on or live on. When he had asked him about his name, Red merely stated that he did not. Well, if the spirit wanted to conceal his name, that was fine with him. He wouldn't try to interrogate him about it any further. He wasn't sure why it was necessary to hide his name from him. Oh well.
Then, Red went on to explain that the images here were probably speaking of possible futures. Whether or not he chose to live would decide if things turned out differently. Well, as this spirit said he could try to answer some questions, Darius looked back at him.
"Do you think we could defeat Skull if I did return? Or is it even worth returning?"

Smiles was highly annoyed. Skull wasn't even taking them seriously! As Ivory charged ahead, Smiles decided to try things a bit different. Opening a portal to his left, He shot another above Where Skull stood. He did not use an attack yet though. He had to wait and see how Skull would react to the charging attack of Ivory. He predicted that the enemy would fall back out of the range of the weapon. After all its what any normal person would have done if they were Skull.
Sadly Skull was not a person. He was a fissure. When Ivory charged instead of falling back as she began the upward slash at him. Skull closed the distance between them with a step and slammed his foot down on the blade of the nagata. His aim was to prevent the upward arc with the sheer power of his frontal step alone. At the same time, closing the distance between himself and Ivory, he brought his focus to his fist and aimed a straight punch to Ivory's armored chest.
The force behind the attack was equivalant of a car heading towards someone at thirty miles per hour. If struck no doubt it had all the strength to probably break Ivory's armor and then some. Smiles, seeing his apprentice in danger, shot another portal above Skull! Turning away the moment the punch went forward, Smiles combined his light and dark energy to form his energy dragon attacked. Shooting it into the portal he expected the force of it in such an enclose space as it crashed down on Skull would have double the damage! Of course it could also harm Ivory as well if she was within range, but it was a risk Smiles had to take at this point.
-----------------------
White glanced up to see Mr. Thomas and Lance enter. He was still holding Darius, having calmed a bit. Princess Leliana was at his side as well. Hearing Lance's question, White answered. "He was shot, bullet to the head and to the chest. Leliana healed him but he's in a coma she says. There's nothing she can do to bring him out...."
He was glad to see that they at least were safe. But looking at them he wondered, "Did you two find Arya?"
A look overcame Mr. Thomas that White read as guilt as he turned his face to the ground. "Dead." Was all he said.
Princess Leliana let out a gasp, and White read Mr. Thomas's guilt as being because he wasn't able to save her. "I'm so sorry Mr. Thomas." Princess Leliana said. White was sorry as well for the elf. He had liked Arya and had hoped that she would be alright. There was so much death in this place already! And they hadn't even run into Skull yet.
-----------------------------
red listened to Darius's question. He wanted to know if they could defeat Skull if he returned. It was very possible that they could. But there was always a chance for failure. Red was not some ultimate being. He did not see the future. He was just a spirit now. "Possibly. But not as you are now. But that's another reason why I'm here as well. To give you the key. Though that's only if you do decide to live."
Pausing, Red wondered just what he should tell Darius. He wondered if Rowen or Jean were here what they would have said in this situation. He wasn't too good at being a mentor or anything like that. He was alot like Darius, a victim to circumstances out of his control. "At the moment your friends are gathered around you. They keyblader who came with you is dead as well as his partner from the committee. Your sister and the man who tried to kill you are facing Skull. It's not looking good for either of them though. The girl you came to save is also dead. But that's a bit more complicated. That's basically what's happened since you came into this predicament."

Ivory really hoped that Smiles planned on backing her up. As she charged, she really really had the feeling that she shouldn't be doing this stupid move. In fact, she'd rather she be running the other way. Forget fighting this damn guy! It was like an ant versus Godzilla. Everyone knew how that was going to end. As she neared Skull, she too half expected him to avoid the attack and then counter attack. Instead, he remained put and chose to step down on her weapon. When he slammed his foot down on the blade, the naginata went downward but did not break. It was part of a mystical armor. It rejuvenated like the armor did. However, that didn't mean the armor rejuvenated immediately. The armor endured more and once it was sent away after a battle, it came back rejuvenated.
Ivory could see her life flash before her eyes as Skull made to throw a punch at her. However, before that could happen, something else did. Just as Skull was throwing his punch, an energy of unknown origin came crashing down on them. Ivory, whom had been at a certain distance from it, but not by much, didn't get the full brunt of the attack. However, the energy attack was enough to knock her backwards and off her feet before Skull's punch reached her. She skidded several feet away from her original position, wincing in pain. Just what the hell had that been?
As she regained her sense of self awareness, Ivory pushed herself upward. As she did so, she looked at where Skull had been standing, wondering if that attack had even damaged him.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lance came to a stop once he reached where they were. As White spoke, Lance looked down at Darius, eyes widening at that. He was in a coma?! Lance almost couldn't believe what he had heard. After a short moment, he looked down at the floor, clearly dismayed. However, it would be nothing compared to the despair he might feel once he discovered the other body in the area. As he went into dismay, a sudden thought came to him.
It came to him just when White asked about Arya. Looking up, Lance gave White another grim expression. He knew how she died but he remembered the pact that Lakari had made. For now, he upheld his end of the bargain by keeping quiet. However, should the elf prove to be a backstabber, Lance would blab. He didn't like the idea of being close to the elf, seeing as he was the only one that knew what happened, since he would be the elf's main target if he believed the whole thing was done and over with. He just hoped that the elf would actually uphold the bargain but you could only trust someone as much as you could throw them. Seeing as Lance was no musclehead, strong but no musclehead, that wasn't very far. He would have to be cautious of him.
Ensuring he upheld the bargain, Lance had nodded at what Lakari said to confirm that Arya was dead. However, he wasn't going to lie about it. Instead, he chose to keep his silence on the subject, merely nodding that he girl had died. "What of Tears and...da- er Justice?" Lance asked White and Leliana.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius looked back at Red as he spoke. When he did, Red had told him that it was a possibility that they could win against Skull but it wasn't a certainty. Things couldn't really be decided and Darius couldn't really help as he was right now. He would have to make a decision whether to live or not. As Darius pondered about it, not sure whether to go or stay, Red continued.
Bringing his gaze onto him, Darius heard him pronounce that his friends were around him right now. The keyblader, Justice Wilder, was now officially dead as well as Tears. On top of it all, Smiles and Ivory were presently doing battle with Skull. Ivory was in danger! Yet, why was she still with Smiles? Did she even know what Smiles had done to him? Or...or did she? Did she really change that much? Even without Ivory though, Darius knew his friends would need him all the more now. They needed as much help as they could get. Arya was also dead. Darius couldn't help but shed tears knowing that three deaths had happened all at once, maybe even four if he decided to not go on. However, how could he decide to die right now? Skull would continue his reign of terror if he wasn't stopped. Not only that but he threatened his friends and family.
"...I'm going to live...I thought that they might not need me but...I want to help them. If I am to die then I'd rather die fighting for my friends nd family than dying like this." He looked back at Red wondering what he had meant though about the key to defeating Skull. "Key? You said there was something you knew pertaining to this situation?"

Smiles watched his blast shower down on the opponent. It threw Ivory back, but for the most part she was alright. He would apologize later to her about that one. After the energy dragon finished striking, Smiles was slightly confused to see that there was no evidence of Skull. Had his dragon obliterated Skull? Smiles should have known better then to have let his guard down but he didn't.
The surprising hand that grabbed the side of his head as Skull stepped out of the portal, came at him like a moving truck. Smiles never even saw it coming, nor even thought that Skull not only stood the attack but leaped into the portal as well. There was nothing for Smiles to do but frown as Skull shoved his head against the adjacent wall with the same power he had thrown his punch.
The sound of the collision sounded something like the break of a kit-kat bar. Smiles dropped to the floor as Skull let go of him. His face and skull were smashed in and disfigured from the blow. By every means he should have been dead, but he held on to life by a brief thread. He couldn't move, couldn't think. All he knew was pain everywhere.
Skull glanced down at Ivory, the only remaining threat in the room. "You humans do make a mess I must say." Casually Skull started to walk towards Ivory as if he had all the time in the world.
----------------------------
White had been so surprised by Darius he hadn't even thought of Tears and Justice. Lance was right, where were they? "I um... I don't know. We came here and I saw Darius and haven't moved since..."
Even though his master had lied to him, White knew that Justice would never just leave a friend. Not even if he was dead. Princess Leliana spoke up. "You guys go look around, I'll stay with Darius White." Nodding, White gently placed Darius on the floor. Darius's blood was on his hands and clothes, but it didn't bother White too much.
Mr. Thomas turned and together they head further in the room. White could tell that this wasn't an easy battle. They passed a couple of bodies of fissures and members of the committee. They were all dead, either by gunshot wounds, weapon wounds, or burn marks. It seemed to White that they had won, but it hadn't come easy. As they neared the other door though White stopped.
He recognized Justice's figure immediately, and he blood around him. "No...." Breaking into a run, White's worst fears were realized again. This time it was real. Justice was dead.
----------------------------------
Red was glad to hear that Darius wasn't going to give up. Good for him! That's what Red wanted to hear after all. Smiling, Red thought about placing a hand on Darius's shoulder, but realized the teen was too tall for him. Red, being only five foot six inches would have been awkward trying to do that. "Damn height."[/i] Red thought to himself.
Ah! Darius wanted the key did he. Holding out his hand, Red summoned his keyblade. It was a red and black blade with white runes on the blade, a dark red upside down guard around a light red hilt, and a black spikes coming from the end of the blade making it look like a key. "A key gave Skull his immortality. Only a key can seal it."
Currently Red's keyblade resembled his personality. Once he passed it over to Darius, the keyblades form and shape would change to reflect Darius's. "There are only two ways a person can become a keyblader. They inherit it from a master or it comes to them naturally. It matters not which way you come upon the keyblade, but what you do with it once you have it."
Extending the hilt of the blade, Red took Darius's hands and placed his keyblade in it. This made it his now.

Ivory, just as she had recovered from the blast of energy, looked over at where Skull had been. She was surprised to see that he was gone. Where did he go? Surely, that energy didn't destroy him? If so, it would be anticlimactic since he boasted to have so much power in him. She glanced at Smiles, who appeared to be just as confused as she was. Then, it happened. That one brief moment where Smiles had allowed his guard to go down. When he did, that was when Skull struck. Ivory could do nothing more but look on as her eyes widened with horror as the fissure took hold of Smiles by the head. The resulting crack of Smiles's head colliding with the nearby wall was sickening.
A burning pain welled up in Ivory as a result. Since she hadn't been aware of what Smiles had done to Darius and Justice, she had still viewed him as someone who had been very close to her. Now, Skull had just killed him. At least, that's what it had looked like. As soon as he let Smiles drop to the floor, tears fell from Ivory's eyes. "NO! SMILES!" she exclaimed. It was just her now and Skull had focused his attention on her then. She hadn't time to mourn the loss of Smiles as she scrambled backward and then onto her feet.
The words Skull spoke, Ivory had to wonder why he hated humans so much. Had it been because of the treatment he received from the one that created him? Or was he bad from the beginning? As Skull advanced towards her, she backed away from him, keeping her distance. "I could say the same about you." As she continued to back away, Ivory thought wildly about what to do. If she dared to attack him, she felt that he would toy with her before ending her life cruelly like he had seemingly done to Smiles.
"Why do you hate humans so much?" came her question. Skull might not choose to answer but she figured if she could get him to talk, there might be some extra time bought on her end.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lance felt a wave of dread when White told him this. He didn't think Justice would just leave someone lying here like this. Not unless there was a very damn good reason. Lance could already guess at the reason as White told him that. Leliana, seeing how torn White was, offered to remain with Darius while they looked around. Agreeing, White had settled Darius down. As he did so, Lance bent to one knee, placing a hand on Darius's forehead. "I'm so sorry, Darius. I wish we were here sooner." With that, Lance got up and followed after White.
As he did so, he glanced around another area of the room. Surely, they had to be somewhere? Then, then came White's voice from across the room. Turning, Lance watched as his cousin ran towards something. Furrowing his brows, Lance hurried after him but White would definitely reach Justice first. Lance was too far right now to see what the figure was but Lance's dread increased.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius had looked at the situation hard. With Skull, he couldn't just allow himself to die like this. They all needed him, or so he felt. He couldn't just leave them. Thus, he made the choice to continue. If it meant only for a little bit to save the others then so be it. He wasn't sure what was going to happen but he couldn't just die now. He had to do something! Darius also felt so helpless right now. He needed to get back to them all and keep fighting.
When he made his decision, Darius saw the smile on the mysterious red haired boy's face. He seemed pleased by Darius's decision. It was so odd. Was this his spirit guide or something? If so, Darius found it interesting. He had never experienced speaking to someone from the other side. As he stood there before him, he watched in wonder as Red held out his hand. When he did so, Darius's eyebrows could've easily crawled all the way up to the very top of his head just then. There was no mistaking the shape of that weapon. The guy had a keyblade! Darius couldn't help but gape in surprise.
It was just after this that Red spoke, saying that a key had given Skull his immortality and only a key could seal it. "Y-You mean-?" Darius said, cutting himself off, almost unable to believe it. It seemed almost too good to be true. The weapon itself reminded Darius of a rose and its thorns. It was a remarkable weapon.
Then, Red continued saying how one could get a keyblade by two means. One where you inherited it and the other way where it came to you on its own. It didn't matter how the weapon came to you but how you handled it once you received it. After saying this, Darius was shocked as Red extended the blade and took his hands to place the weapon into his own. He was so surprised that Darius almost dropped it. Holding it before him, Darius's eyes widened in surprise before looking up and over at Red. Well, he had said he had the key. He quite literally meant it.
"I...I don't know what to say..." he trailed off before looking down at it. This weapon, the keyblade, was said to be the most powerful weapon anyone could ever have. Of course, he never knew about the X Blade and only just recently learned about the keyblade in his travels with White. Now that he was holding one, he was surprised beyond all measure. "Thank you...thank you so much." No sooner had he said this when a question occurred to him then. Surely, Justice knew of this? So, wouldn't Justice be the one to do it?
"Hold on...you said a key could seal it but...there's already someone with a keyblade."

Skull wasn't surprised by the question, nor did he even care for it. His reasons were his own. He owed this human nothing. She had invaded his home and killed his children! As a result Skull did not pause to answer her question. He ran towards her without a moment's notice. Running at a speed of slightly above the average human he tried to quickly close the distance behind her. If she was not fast enough, Skull would throw another hard punch at her chest. If not, then he would increase the pace of his run.
Artemis was aware of Ivory's grief, but he was doing his best to try and get Ivory in the moment. He knew she just lost a close friend no doubt, but if she didn't move she might lose her life as well. "Ivory watch out!" ---------------------
"No your not allowed.... Not again...." Tears were falling down White's face as he fell to his knees besides Justice. It was the death all over again. This time though it was for real. There was no trick or illusion. White felt for a pulse with some false hope. There was none.
Mr. Thomas, upon seeing Justice, simply said "Oh dear." White vaguely heard it. Why did this keep happening? Why was everyone dying on him? This was not what he had thought would happen. He thought they were stronger. He thought they could show them all that they were strong now. They were heroes and heroes didn't die. It truly hit White then that this wasn't some story book. He wasn't some figure that was invincible. He was very human, as was everyone.
------------------------------
Red could see that Darius was speechless. Well he had been speechless to when he was given the keyblade. Hearing Darius's question though Red shook his head. "No. The one who carried the keyblade is dead now. You are the only one in this universe who will carry the keyblade at this moment. I just have two requests for you."
They wouldn't make much sense to Darius, but he would know what Red meant when he said them. "The first is to tell Row... er... Lance... that pervert spirits shouldn't follow their offspring just to look at hot girls. The second is a bit more complicated. Your sister's heart and a friend of mine are entwined. In the throne room you will find a suit of armor. I need you to seal my friend to that suit of armor."

Ivory could see that Skull wouldn't stop even when she had questioned him. It was clear to her that his only mindset right now was to kill her. Her mind was so fuddled right now though. She had just seen Smiles get his head smashed into a wall. No doubt, things weren't good for Smiles. Such an injury was usually fatal. Of course, she didn't know that Smiles was still somewhat alive. As Skull came in closer, Ivory was between despair and fright. However, she had to pull through somehow.
It was Artemis's voice that brought her back down to the present situation. Skull had made a lunge for her, intending to give her another deadly punch. Immediately, Ivory dodged the attack and flew upward. As she did, she felt a growing rage filling her. That monster had killed most of the committee members and many more besides. On top of it all, he had actually killed Smiles. The only person she had ever found herself relying on. The one that had taken her in under his wing and taught her all that he knew. Well, probably just most of it but he did take her in and teach her instead of killing her. He had always been kind to her and had always been there for her. Nothing like the men that she had met in the past who only abused her. Only Darius had been there, other than Smiles, for her. Now that she thought of it, she might've had some feelings towards Smiles that only came to realization after he was gone. This monster had taken him away from her. She would probably be of different opinion though if she knew the truth behind why Smiles was interested in her and what he had done to Darius and Justice back in the room. However, since she didn't, she still saw Smiles as that person she saw and only knew how she felt now.
'Thanks, Artemis,' she said as she looked down at the grounded Skull. That could very well change, knowing how powerful he was. He was probably able to propel himself high into the air, thus, she was careful. Ivory thought for a moment about what sort of attack to use on him. She had seen that attack Smiles used only once before. What was it going to take to hurt Skull? She had no means of escape on her own and with this monster after her, there was no way that she could try and find her brother's group on her own right now. Skull wanted her dead.
On top of it, despite the major threat that Skull presented, she couldn't help but feel like even if she could do either that she wouldn't. Her mind was focusing on retaliation of some kind. Maybe if she crippled a limb? No good though, she couldn't hope to try that without risk of death. Ivory wanted to hurt him but not to die in the process just yet. Then, she thought of something. It might not work but it would help her vent a little.
Swooping down toward Skull, trying to make him assume that she was coming in for a frontal assault, Ivory then raised an arm and fired a dark energy ball at him once he was in range. Once that went for him, she flipped in the air and then jabbed her armor's tail at him. The tail was equivalent to a spear or a dagger if it were to actually strike flesh. Of course, that didn't mean she actually hit him. After making the jab, Ivory leapt back to see what she had done or if she had even done anything.
------------------------------------------------------------------
As Lance caught up to White, he stopped abruptly in his tracks. There, lying very still, was Justice Wilder. There was a bullet wound on the back of his head. He watched as White made an attempt to check for a pulse but found none. Lance could tell by the slouched posture White had of obvious despair. As Lakari came over, Lance tried very hard to not break down right now. Of all the things he ever did when he met his father for the first time in his life, it was to treat him with obvious hatred. He had done nothing more than speak ill of his father and didn't initially accept the apology since he had been unsure of him. The only thing he ever said to Justice was that he wished him luck as well. Now, he was gone again. This time, for good.
Just as White had done, Lance's knees couldn't seem to function as he dropped to them. "F-Father...why? Why again?" Right now, his mind was wondering why this had to happen. He had met his father for the first time in his life after thinking the man had been dead. No sooner had he met him and he was whisked away from him again. On top of it, he hated himself for the way he had treated him before. He knew that he should've been grateful to have at least met one parent in his life and know that he hadn't been the reason why his mother had really died or why his father had left. Now, here he was, blaming himself again for his foolish and reckless attitude. Thanks to that attitude, he lost the chance of getting to know his father more and know him for who he was and not what others said of him. It wrenched at his heart. Not only that but Justice had been the last keyblade Master. There were no more keybladers.
Despair, it was the only thing they were all feeling. Well, except for Lakari but that was beside the point. It was as he had feared. This whole mission went wrong. He had confidence in his father's words, trying to find some peace in trusting him. Now, here they were with Darius probably on death's door but unable to really die or live since he was stuck in a coma. Then, there was Tears, as he glanced over from where his father lay. She had been shot seemingly by the other headless figure. It looked as if they had killed each other. It was just them four now and Lakari couldn't be trusted. There was no telling where Smiles and Ivory were at this moment and Lance couldn't help but feel a strong suspicion. Had this all been a trap even for them who weren't with Ivory and Smiles?
"How could this...happen?"
------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius was shocked as Red told him that Justice Wilder had died. Now, it was only Darius that could wield the keyblade and this one alone. 'So, they do need me...more than ever now...' he thought. White and Lance, he couldn't begin to think how much pain they were going through. Justice had been White's uncle but father figure and mentor. He had lost him only to see him again and now he was gone permanently. Lance, he never knew his father and only just met him, now Justice was taken away from him again as well. Darius lowered his head at this, feeling some despair before Red's words brought him back to the present.
Bringing his gaze onto Red, he listened to what two requests that he had. One was to tell Lance that a perverted spirit should not follow their offspring to look at hot girls. Darius couldn't help but blink back at him with utter confusion. Then, Red told him of the second request. Apparently, Ivory had a boyfriend or something. How else were the hearts to be entwined or did he mean something else? Seal the guy in armor? Why the heck would he go and do that to someone Ivory was attached to? Wait, hearts entwined? Did he mean that there was someone else linked with her somehow? So he had to seal them into an armor in the throne room?
"I...I'm confused about the first one but...I'll do my best. I'll make sure those get done once the battle is over. You have my word."

Skull thought nothing only reacted as Ivory dodged and took to the air. He watched her, wondering just what she planned on doing. Was she going to run? It was the most obvious choice. Skull was not an ability user. He had no magical skills or techniques. His power was in his strength.
Seeing Ivory charge down at him, Skull expected some sort of frontal attack. To block the energy blast he brought up his arms to cover his face. The dark energy collided with them and for the most part, Skull felt nothing. He did not expect Ivory's attack with her ironed tail though. It caught him full front in the lower abdomen, causing him to fly backwards. It was the first time Skull had ever felt pain in a battle. It wasn't much, and the damage the attack did only stunned him for the most part. But he felt human pain. Something a fissure shouldn't have to feel.
This was Ivory's chance to run. If she ran she'd have a chance. Skull rose and brushed himself off. Before his eyes had been neutral for the most part. But now they carried pure malice and venom. Skull was mad. As mad as he had been when White had thrown the death of his children in his face. If Ivory was there they would land on hers. If not, then Skull knew where he was going to go. He was going to kill every last intruder in his house.
------------------------------
White hadn't heard Lance come over until he had asked how this could happen. White was asking the same answer. His grief was quickly turning to rage. "I don't know. But this is all because of Skull. I'm done playing games. The fissure dies now!"
Lakari watched the transaction with boredom. He probably could actually bring back Justice. If he wanted to. It was a minor spell for him now. But.... Why would he? He didn't care about Justice or these people. All he cared about was getting rid of the fissure already. "Finally." He mumbled under his breath. Now perhaps they could return and finish all of this.
---------------------------
Red listened to Darius's response and then smiled and nodded. Alright then! This was good. And not too soon either. Red knew that Darius's friends were about to take on Skull in any moment. Not only that but his sister was in serious trouble, if she didn't realize it yet. "You better not let her die Artemis. I brought you back for the sole purpose of making sure she doesn't." He thought to himself.
To Darius he said this. "Alright then Darius. It's time." Turning to Darius he gave him one last smile and placed a hand on his chest. Then with a simple push forward he lightly pushed Darius. However Darius would not fall to the ground. He would fall back into his body, waking up hopefully.

Ivory was a little surprised that Skull wasn't using any magical abilities on her. She was even more surprised when she found that her iron tail had actually landed a hit. The impact her tail had made, she didn't expect to have sent Skull flying backwards. Well, as she furrowed her eyebrows, good then. He deserved the smack. It probably hadn't hurt him that much but it was satisfying to know she had t least hurt him a little bit. She probably just made him realize he wasn't as invincible as he thought he was.
However, as he was recovering, Ivory could see the look on his face. Skull was no longer seemingly impassive or amused. He was absolutely livid. If she stuck around any longer, she was certain that he would kill her. Now, now was her chance to flee. Where she knew she should be running right now, she had hesitated for a split second. Her eyes trailed towards where Smiles lay. He didn't even stand a chance. Blinking away the tears that threatened to come, passing Skull a careful glance once more, Ivory turned back from whence they had come and ran. She wasn't sure how far Smiles had transported them but she had to find Darius and his friends.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Lance, right now, didn't care what Lakari was thinking. He hadn't forgotten the pact but right now, he was despaired to see that his father had died. Tears had died as well and Darius was between life and death. It seemed like everything was falling apart around them and none of them knew where to turn. How were they going to fight Skull now? Did they stand much of a chance? Lance knew keybladers were the strongest warriors. Now that his father was dead, the last of the keyblade masters, Lance wondered what it meant for them all.
Were the worlds going to be destroyed? Were they all going to die? What were they suppose to do now? It seemed like they had to fight themselves. That wasn't a good thing though. Their numbers were dwindled severely. No doubt, they were going to die. Tears had spilled down his face as he gazed upon the still figure of his father. There were things he wanted to know but no longer could find the answers to. The one that could have answered them had died.
It was White who finally spoke. Looking over at him, Lance wasn't as confident. Justice's wound was clearly that of a bullet. A gun was what had killed his father and White's adoptive father and uncle. Skull, when they saw him, didn't appear to be using or even holding any kind of gun. That meant someone else that used a gun did. Still, White was right. Skull was all that was left of the fissures now, or so it seemed. It was up to them now to put a stop to everything.
'I'm sorry, father...for all the things I've said and done...I wish our time could have been longer.' Getting back to his feet reluctantly, Lance wiped away the tears from his eyes but it wasn't helping him any. It felt like his heart had an arrow sticking in it that he couldn't pull out. It might not have looked it but Lance had received a painful wound. An emotional one at that.
"How are we going to even do that? It's down to just us! Dad was suppose to be leading us in, the strongest of us. Now, there's no more keybladers..." He trailed off at the realization, eyes widening. The worlds were truly in peril then.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius hoped that he'd be able to do what the spirit wanted him to do before something bad happened. As Red smiled and gave him a nod, Darius braced himself. Now was the moment where everything would take a drastic turn. Either for the worse or the better. They had yet to find out.
As the spirit spoke, Darius gave him a nod. "Alright, I'm ready. Thank you, once again." When Red gently pushed him, Darius had no idea what had been going through the spirit's mind about his twin sister or why Ivory had to be kept alive. Having lost his balance, Darius found himself falling. He couldn't see where he was falling as he fell through a seemingly endless void of nothingness.
Then, he felt himself land in something. When he did, Darius winced before opening his eyes. When he did, he noticed there was light all around and a figure standing nearby. Blinking to clear his vision, Darius realized that he was in the room again. Leliana was standing nearby. Confusedly, he looked at her before pushing himself up off the floor. "Ugh, talk about a headache!" he groaned, as if what he went through had been nothing. "Hi, Leliana. Where's the others?"

Skull watched her flee. He knew where they were all heading. No doubt the center floor. It was the only floor where the portals were able to be used. Skull did not charge after her via the staircase. Instead he headed back into the throne room. There was an elevator that would take him from the throne room directly to the first floor. It was where Fang had been heading before Ivory took him down.
Returning there, Skull walked into the elevator. As it went down he had only one thing in mind. Death.
---------------------------
White was angry. He was a person who was often quick to anger, and at the moment his anger was at a hundred percent given the death of Justice. Hearing Lance's words though, it made White even angrier. Not because he was mad at his friend, only because his friend was right. White didn't like being wrong.
"We'll find a way! Were the heroes aren't we!"
Princess Leliana was absolutely shocked that Darius was awake. She couldn't help but smile at seeing him awake. Watching and hearing what was going on with Lance and White she knew they needed good news. Things were looking for the worse. That was until Darius woke up.
"White, Lance, Mr. Thomas! He's awake!" She screamed at them. Glancing down at Darius she couldn't help but laugh at his comments on a headache. Given what had been done it was no surprise he had a headache!
There were actual tears coming from her eyes. "There here. We thought we lost you stupid. Justice and Tears are dead and we found you and thought.... I did my best to heal you, but I wasn't sure if it was enough."
White arrived on the scene. Seeing his friend alive and awake uplifted him. At least it was one good thing among all the bad. "Good to see you alive man! I'm afraid we aren't out of things yet though."

Ivory ran, she didn't pause to look back. One wrong move and she could get pummeled to death. Quite literally, in fact, knowing Skull. As she went, she couldn't help but notice the lack of footsteps following after her. Even still, she didn't stop to look back. He could be plotting something behind her and was preparing to pop out at her at any moment. If Darius and the others were here, she had to warn them. That and the more of them there were, the better. They might stand a better chance if they fought Skull together.
Smiles made it seem like they had gone up a floor. However, since she hadn't the portal skill like he did, she had to think on how she was going to find the others. She knew that she wanted to return to the room she had been in earlier when the trap had been sprung upon them. Sadly, she didn't know where it was. 'How am I going to find them? I'll probably end up searching every inch of this castle if he lets me wander aimlessly!' she thought.
As she dared to glance back, she was surprised to find no one there. Wary of every dark corner, Ivory glanced around. Skull really looked as if he hadn't come. Maybe he was toying with her? Or had he found some other kind of focus? Either way, she had to find the others if they were still here. She thought they were. Whatever tasks they had here, surely there must be something? Even still, she wasn't sure what to think. Would they believe her to be the enemy? She didn't exactly do the many good being on the side she had been in.
She still had to try. '...I really don't know where to find them.' She grew frustrated.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Lance didn't blame White for being angry. Lance was angry as well but he felt despair more than anything. When White replied to what he had said, Lance lowered his gaze. He didn't see what could possibly make them the foretold three. It was true, they were heroes but...this was all too much. They were losing everyone. On top of it, they lost their most important warrior. None of them could hope to do much against a monster like Skull. Only a keyblader could hope to withstand him. Without Justice, who had fought the fissure before, they were screwed.
"...White...think about it. He is...was a keyblade master! He's...er...was one of the most powerful warriors in the universe. Without him...what can we even hope to do? What can the worlds even do? There's no more keybladers!" he replied.
Darius looked up at Leliana, who seemed to be laughing. He had to hold his head a bit when the princess shouted out to the other three. Awake? He had been asleep? Darius blinked for a moment before looking towards the others. They had heard and were on their way. White appeared to be in the lead, Lance trailing far behind the others. No doubt, they must've discovered Justice had died. How he died, Darius wasn't sure. Maybe they would tell him?
Leliana then began talking to him before the others arrived. Darius looked up at her, seeing tears in her eyes. She was telling him that the others were here. They thought that they had lost him. Justice and Tears were dead and they found him thinking the same. Leliana did her best to heal his injuries but hadn't been sure if it had been enough. Picking himself up off the floor, Darius smiled reassuringly at her. "Don't worry, Leliana. I...was in trouble but your healing helped me a lot. I'm not hurting anymore, stiff from laying on the floor all this time but better now."
He wasn't sure what to call that place that he had been in but for now, he guessed it would be safe to keep that to himself. The keyblade, he felt, should only appear when they needed it. Right now, revealing it wasn't the right time. If there were other enemies that knew of their presence, the first one they would take out would be the keyblader of the group. Darius was full aware that he was no master but he was a keyblader now. Whoever that spirit had been had done them a great service by handing Darius the keyblade. Now, the keybladers weren't exactly extinct. If Darius survived, he might even try his hand after much training alone, in teaching others. Especially if it meant protecting the worlds and his friends and their children after them.
White, Mr. Thomas and Lance had finally reached them. As White spoke, Darius gave him a smile. "Good to see you guys again too. I wasn't sure if I was going to wake up again...anyways, no worries. We've got this one. It'll be tough but we can do it. I've become...enlightened during my time unconscious." Oh, he had alright. The others would be surprised if they knew what he had up his sleeve figuratively speaking. Heck, even Darius was surprised.
Lance said nothing. He had looked at Darius and the light of his eyes seemed a bit glad but they were mostly in turmoil. "...I'm sorry about...Tears and...Justice."

Artemis could feel Ivory's tension. Things weren't going well for them. Having never been here before he didn't know much about the layout of this place. He was as lost as Ivory was. "The room we entered was pretty large. I bet that the two who appeared earlier would be looking for their friends. Perhaps instead of going into every flood, you check for voices instead and then move on."[/i] That was the best advice Artemis could give.
---------------------------
White was surprised by Darius's optimism. Enlightened? Just what was Darius talking about? Raising his eyebrow, White didn't know what to say. Darius seemed different a bit. More confident then he had been. Perhaps he really had been enlightened in his coma. Still White wasn't as skeptical. He wanted to kill Skull, now more then ever, but he was afraid for his friends.
Hearing about Tears and Justice from Darius brought White to silence. What else could he say? It wasn't an easy subject to talk about or explain. He could only nod in response. He did not want to see any more of his friends get hurt. Glancing over to Mr. Thomas though he remembered about Arya. "We lost Arya as well." He informed Darius.
Mr. Thomas looked away from them all again. They all had lost friends here. None were more important then the others. What was important now was that if things did get tough, they needed to leave. "If things get tough, we leave. I don't want to see any more of my friends hurt or dead." White hoped everyone would agree with him. He didn't know exactly how they'd leave. Justice had been the one who brought them here.
"I have my portal device, White. It should be able to send us back to the Enchanted Domain without a hitch if we need to." Princess Leliana responded. That was good to here. At least they had an out.

'So, basically, run around like a crazy lunatic, yodel down a hallway now and then, listen for a response and if I get none, continue on my way? Greeeat!' she replied. Her whole mental response had been dripping with sarcasm. Still, what else did they have to go off of? Nothing. With this new tactic, Ivory found herself warily glancing around before listening hard for any voices. So far, she found none as she continued on her way, straining her ears for any hint of noise.
It wasn't until she reached the third floor below the top when she finally heard something that gave her pause. Looking wildly around for the noise, she listened hard. 'Whew, voices and not the executioner coming up from behind!' she thought, looking around carefully before running towards the sound. As she did so, she finally spotted the dead body of Fang lying in a main hallway. Ivory recognized the area immediately.
Bolting into the large room, through the double doors, Ivory looked around. She gave a bit of a gasp, having almost tripped over the body of Tears. "...Tears..." she said before glancing over at Bullseye. Nearby, she found the dead body of the keyblade wielder. How the heck did he die? When she had left, he had been alive last she knew. Then, her heart gave an unpleasant leap. Heart beating rapidly, she looked around the given area for Darius. When she saw him, her heart gave another unpleasant jolt. If she kept this up, she could give herself a heart attack. Relief spread over her seeing that he was alive, standing and talking amongst his friends.
However, considering the past circumstances, she knew that she would have to tread very lightly and carefully here. Her stomach almost felt as if she had eaten something that didn't agree with her when Darius's gaze settled upon her. Only then did some members of the group turn their attention on her.
Regaining her self composure, Ivory walked over to the group but kept a very respectable distance. If any should decide to attack her, she had enough room for her to turn or retaliate in time. "Skull's coming! You should either run or prepare for a tough battle."
------------------------------------------------------------------
Darius had definitely felt optimism about their situation. Of course, he was aware that they could still very much all die in this situation. Still, he knew that if he thought negatively on the situation that it would only hinder them. It was best to not treat the situation with over confidence but also best to not give one's self a self fulfilling prophecy by telling one's self that one couldn't do it. Thinking on the negatives wasn't something he planned on doing. Considering their current number, Darius felt that they could still somehow pull through this. Besides, he felt more at ease knowing he was with his friends. He hadn't abandoned them by passing on into the void and he wasn't about to abandon them to this horrifying situation.
He looked over at Mr. Thomas then as White announced that they had lost Arya. Darius lowered his gaze, dismayed. He had spent time with the thirteen year old girl. The two of them had gotten along really well. He remembered the time when she had cooked for them in their own suite in Leliana's homeworld. He remembered the time when she had doted over Sirius, his white dragon. She, like Mr. Thomas, had been around for almost the very beginning of their journey. Knowing that she was officially no longer with them pulled at his heart. "..I'm so sorry that we couldn't save her, Mr. Thomas..." he apologized. He felt like he had failed the elf and his trust. Yet, he was still here with them all. Maybe that accounted for something?
Lance, on the other hand, was of different opinion. He knew that Mr. Thomas was actually Lakari, the one that had been the reason why Arya had died. He blamed himself for not having been aware of the elf at that time. If he had, he might've stopped him from killing the poor girl. It just seemed like Lance kept running into things and blaming himself over them. It was sad to think it all started from the very beginning when he learned how to talk and ask questions. Blamed himself for his mother's death, blamed himself for his father's leaving, blamed himself for not being able to help when he could, blamed himself for Arya's death and now blamed himself for his father's death. Yeah, Lance's esteem wasn't fairing pretty well right now. Still, he remembered the pact and held his tongue. He was always mindful of Lakari in case he did have a sudden change of heart like he had done to Arya.
Then, Darius's gaze shifted from everyone towards the opposite end of the room. The look on his face faltered into something a bit grim. Wondering what he was looking at, Lance had turned and followed his gaze. There, he found Darius's twin sister looking back at them all. She had come a certain distance across the room towards them but only enough for them to be able to hear her. She was careful to keep her distance from them all. Once she was in range to be heard, she told them that Skull was coming. Either they were to turn and run or prepare for a tough battle.
"...Ivory." Ivory looked back at her twin brother when he spoke her name. There was no longer any hint of anger in her eyes. If anything, there was urgency and even fear, maybe even pain. It looked like she had gotten hurt but not enough to cripple her or keep her from moving by the look of things. She was banged up though judging by the smudges here and there and obvious bruising. It even appeared as if she had been a bit scorched, now that he thought about it.
"...Darius." Ivory had acknowledged him, giving him a nod of her head. Still, she hadn't dared to come near them all. It was awkward, standing before him again. Not only that but she knew that she hadn't left a good impression upon any of them. No doubt, they might try to attack her or something. After all, they could potentially view her as a murderer and with Justice gone there was no more reason for them to help her at all. Still, she felt that with their aid earlier that she owed it to them to warn them.
"Where's that bastard, Smiles?" Darius demanded, moving forward, being the first to come a bit closer to Ivory but with a respectful distance even still. He was searching for the gun man carefully.
"...He's...dead..." Ivory told him with great difficulty. Still, she was able to pull herself together again with the shake of her head. There was no time to dilly dally. "Anyways, I came to warn you of his coming. He's looking pretty murderous after what I just did so either run or stand and fight. Either way, that creep's coming for us all."
"Why should we trust you?" Lance replied coolly. He hadn't forgiven her for knocking him off the bridge, scaring the living daylights out of him. Ivory looked over at him, wary of the others but not showing it. Instead, she chose to do her best to keep calm and to keep on a straight face.
"Because, whether we like it or not, we're all on the same boat and I owe the warning to you for your help earlier. I'm sorry about what happened to your friends. I don't know what happened to them but I am sorry for your loss." Darius gave a scoff at that.
"Sorry? You know who did it, Ivory! Don't act like we're dumb, it's insulting." Definitely not a good time for a family feud. Instead of White, Lance and Justice bickering this time though it was Darius and Ivory. Ivory just looked appalled at what Darius was saying to her. How could he think that? She honestly didn't know what he was talking about. Clearly, she was confused.
"I don't know what you're talking about. If you mean Smiles had done it..." she trailed off. Why would Smiles go and kill someone for aiding him? She had thought that he would've allowed someone to walk freely and consider them in the same boat.
"I can't say I know who killed Justice but I can take one damn good guess. That same bastard shot me and nearly killed me!" Darius snapped. Ivory just looked perplexed, unwilling to believe what her brother was telling her. Smiles had always allowed Darius to live, especially his friends, so why would he do that now? That didn't sound like Smiles at all! Thus, she grew angry at the accusations Darius was making.
"Smiles...he...he couldn't have. He...he always held himself back, letting you all live when we encountered your group. He wouldn't have done that! He even told me that he couldn't bring himself to because we were friends." Ivory was in denial only because she believed Smiles to be the person he had pretended to be toward her. All this time, she didn't think he would go and do something like this. It felt as if Darius was just tearing her friend down on her to try and win her back to his side. She didn't know what to think except feel hurt that he would say such a thing.
"I'm not lying, Ivory. I had been shot, I remember it well. I saw him with his gun pointed at me, smiling like the creep always did. He tried to kill me and almost did! Ask White and Leliana, they found me with a bullet wound!" Darius told her. Of course, he wasn't aware of the bullet wound he had to the head. He had thought he had only received the one so he could stand to be corrected by the others.
"Uh...sorry to butt in like this but don't you think we should be getting ready for Skull?" Lance spoke, bringing everyone's attention back to the main subject, Skull.

Artemis didn't have any other advice he could offer Ivory. If she had a better idea then she should do it. But being in her thoughts Artemis knew she didn't. Well he had offered his advice and it ended up working anyway. It wasn't too long before they ran into Ivory's sister once more.
Then things got kind of complicated. Artemis stayed silent as Ivory argued with Darius. He was as surprised as Ivory to hear Darius claim that Smiles had tried to kill him. He agreed with Ivory, it didn't fit the profile. Why would he suddenly turn on them when they were helping them. "Plus, Smiles was shot. When would he have had the chance to shoot Darius with all his armor?"[/i]
While their arguing continued, Artemis looked at Mr. Thomas. There was no doubt in his mind that it was that elf. He looked basically the same from the past version of him. Not only that, but Artemis had run into him when he was alive as well. Heck the elf had killed him! Why was Darius with him? Did they know?
"So I hate to disrupt your thoughts with your brother but that elf is not someone to trust. He killed me, and he'll likely kill everyone else when he get's the chance."[/i]
White in all of this didn't know what to say. He couldn't take either side in this argument. He was glad to see Ivory was still alive. But at the same time they all knew that the man she was with was dangerous. He had not been here to see what had occurred with Darius. He had been with Princess Leliana. For that reason he remained silent.
Thank goodness for Lance though! He brought up the real thing they needed to worry about. If Ivory was right, Skull could be here in any moment. It was a surprise to White that he hadn't appeared already if he was after Ivory.
"Oh please do not stop on my account." A muffled voice said from behind Ivory. Skull leaned in the doorway looking the same as he always did. "I figured you humans should get your last words in before I kill you all."
Skull glanced past Ivory at the others who had been causing trouble. Spotting White, Darius, Lance, Princess Leliana, and finally Mr. Thomas there eyes met. Skull had thought he recognized that elf. Now he remembered from where. "Elf...." He said with no emotion.
Lakari raised an eyebrow. "I didn't think you'd recognize me half heart." Skulls eyes narrowed in anger. That had pushed a button.
"Perhaps no more talking then." Skull charged.

Ivory hadn't been angry at Artemis, if anything she was frustrated with their situation. Since he had given her some advice, she figured it was the only way. Thankfully, it had worked. Her brother's group had still remained. As she happened upon them, she found it odd that they had. Last she knew, Smiles had told her that they had their ways and Smiles and she had their own. It made it seem like they would be doing something else but it didn't look it. They didn't appear to be searching for something.
As Ivory reached the room and decided to face the music with her brother, they immediately got thrown into an argument. At the mention of what Smiles had done, Ivory couldn't help but feel offended. She wasn't sure if her brother was lying, it felt like a lie. As Artemis spoke, she too wondered the same thing when he brought it up. Yes, Smiles had definitely been wounded before she left. She had seen Darius go over to heal him. Just when would he have the chance to do something like that?
"Smiles was shot, Darius. How would he have the chance to even shoot you?" she inquired. Her thoughts were furious at Darius for going that far when Smiles had done nothing but help her the entire way and even permitted Darius and his friends to live before now. Why would he go and do a thing like that? It didn't make any sense to her at all after being around Smiles for so long. Then, Artemis spoke in her mind again. He was talking about Lakari. Ivory knew Lakari was there but didn't react only because she had remembered the indication that Smiles had given her as a warning. Lakari didn't know them and he wouldn't know that she knew him. Plus, she was so busy arguing with Darius that she didn't have time to really react toward the others of the group.
She glanced at Lakari before looking towards the others. 'I believe you, Artemis. However, would i be wise to warn them right in front of him? He'd only resort to killing the lot of them if they knew right here and now...and Skull's on his way. Should we make it aware that we've an enemy in our midst, forcing them to become an enemy right here and now when they're not acting like an enemy just yet?' she thought. However, she would definitely take Artemis's warning. Ivory would watch the elf in the corner of her eye carefully. 'Ugh, I hate running into enemies left and right. I need a vacation!' she thought.
Then, as Lance had brought everyone back to their main concern, Ivory felt as if a nasty chill went down her spine at the sound of a familiar muffled voice. Whirling on the spot, naginata in hand, Ivory found Skull waiting at the doorway. He had arrived while they had been preoccupied with their arguing. Skull had been permitting them to finish their quarreling to give them their last words. Out of instinct alone, Ivory had been backing away to distance herself from the leader of the fissures. As she did so, she felt herself bump into someone.
Startled, Ivory turned her head and found she had accidentally bumped into Lance. He looked back at her as she did at him. There was an awkward silence before Ivory edged away, apologizing. The other just gave her a firm look before dismissing it. Whatever qualms they had with her, she didn't care. They could take it up with her later. Right now, they were all in the same boat with Skull wanting to kill them all. Ivory and Darius looked back as Skull looked at them all. Skull seemed to recognize Mr. Thomas as he spoke. Mr. Thomas speaking in kind, stating that he didn't think Skull would recognize him and even went as far as calling him a half heart. Ivory knew what Lakari meant then, Darius did not. Instead, Darius looked between the two in confusion.
Then, Skull took offense to those words and charged. "Here we go!" Darius stated, summoning his broadsword. He would summon the keyblade in a moment when it was needed. The element of surprise had to be performed just right or it could mean everything. That and he made a promise to the spirit who helped them that he would carry out the two requests he had. He had to live. Darius couldn't afford to die and leave everyone behind.
As Skull charged them, Darius hadn't seen what the fissure had done to the others in the Enchanted Domain. However, he had done White in almost and as for Master Jasper, Darius had no idea what happened to the keyblade master's head. Even still, he knew that he had to treat the situation with Skull carefully. Ivory came up right beside him and gave a nod, Darius returning it. Extending their hands out together, they sent out nearly identical attacks. Six feet in front of them, in a straight direction, Darius had conjured a beam of light and Ivory had conjured a ray of darkness. Together, the attacks would be considered twilit energy if Skull charged into the energy.
Once performed, the two separated into two different directions as they searched for another means of attack. Darius had only fought alongside his sister once before. It reminded him of the time when they fought for their lives back on Meadows. Just like then, they were in sync. They were every bit of the word twins.
Seeing the twins make their own attack, Lance summoned his lance. Holding it just right, he took aim and launched it at Skull. He hadn't generated any kind of energy behind it just yet. So, if anything, their attacks could be considered as test attacks.

They were all surprised by Skull's appearance, even White. Upon hearing that muffled voice, White drew his kantana. He very well remembered what had happened at the Enchanted Domain. He was not ready for another battle like last time. He did not rush forward like Darius and Ivory did. Instead he hung back, finding himself slightly gripped by fear.
Princess Leliana on the other hand was not afraid. As the two twins launched their attacks, she began to transform once more into a golem. It was as fearsome as ever. Princess Leliana did not have the same fear that White had, she charged right in after Lance threw his spear. Only Mr. Thomas stayed back. Glancing over at him Mr. Thomas rose an eyebrow at White.
What was that supposed to mean? "Aren't you going to rush in?" Mr. Thomas asked him. White was the one to raise his eyebrow this time. What about Mr. Thomas? Wasn't he going to attack?
"Not attacking is the right thing actually. Too many bodies attacking at once can lead to mistakes. Waiting for an opening to strike is the right idea. That is what you are doing isn't it?" Mr. Thomas asked.
There wasn't much time to pay attention to it, but White felt something was off with the way Mr. Thomas was speaking. The elf never talked like that before. But there was no time to think about it. Now was the time for a battle.
As for Skull, this is what he did. He charged, and when Ivory and Darius charged after him, he didn't stop. When both raised their hands and shot energy forward at him, Skull made to look like he was going to run right through it. In fact he even increased his pace. Two feet in front of him, Skull leaped to the left. Having not stopped in his decent it was impossible to leap at such distances directly to the left. Instead it propelled him on an angle to the left, towards the same way as Ivory directed. As Lance tossed his lance at him, Skull did one better then dodge the attack. He raise his arm and let the attack stab through his left arm.
Skull had a human body. And with the human body it was not indestructible. However the arm was enough to stop the lance from going any farther. Closing the distance between himself and Ivory, Skull pulled out the lance from his arm just in time to swing it right at Ivory with all the force he could muster.

Darius hoped that no one would die on him. This was the ultimate battle right now. The committee they were suppose to be seeking revenge on had been eliminated. All but Ivory were what had remained of them. Now, the fissures were what posed as a problem. Skull was the only remaining fissure from what it looked like. If the fissures continued to live, they would only wreak more havoc like what had happened to Lance's family and world. They destroyed many things and took many lives. It was time to end this.
No sooner had Ivory directed towards the left, she saw Skull leaping in her direction. A series of mental curses ran through her mind then as she had recovered from moving to the side. Lance had thrown his weapon at him and it looked as though he had struck true. Unfortunately, and Ivory knew this from the start, it wasn't enough to take the leader of the fissures out. He had a human body but he had such power that a simple lance toss like that wasn't going to kill him or hurt him much.
As he landed near her, Ivory started leaping backward just as he had yanked out the lance from his left arm and swung it at her. It had been a lucky thing she did or she might've received more damage if she had been closer to him at that very moment. Still, the attack she received from him still hurt like hell. Hit hard, Ivory felt as if a goat had suddenly rammed into her side. She had just barely brought her left arm to protect her side. The armor protected her mostly but there were attacks such as blunt ones that could still hurt her. Ivory felt her left upper arm snap as she let out a pained scream and was sent flying from where she had last been. The pain had been so great that she didn't get up immediately as she clutched at her arm. Her eyes burning with tears that had welled from the pain, Ivory staggered back to her feet to try and get away from Skull.
Darius, having just seen his sister get sent airborne, charged toward Skull but he was at a distance too far from where Ivory was. Someone else might be able to reach him before Darius did.

Lakari had no plans on really intervening at the moment. He was simply going to watch for now. Only if these kids really looked like they were going to fail would he step in. For now he watched as Skull changed his charge and basically hit Ivory as if she were a baseball and he a bat. Lakari knew that even though Skull had succeeded in an attack, he would not stop. He continued to charge towards Ivory, pretty much ignoring Darius who came after him.
White was still watching the battle. He felt terrible for not getting into the fray yet, but now just didn't seem the right moment. He wanted to enter when he could be the most useful. Mr. Thomas was right about what he said with waiting for an attack. Seeing him go after Ivory, White thought that perhaps now would be a good time to enter. He even took a step forward, ready to break into a run. But then he noticed golem Princess Leliana charge, arm down shoulder exposed towards Skull. It was clear to White that she looked to over run the opponent with her own strength.
Skull did not seem to notice Princess Leliana. At least that's what White thought. He was mistaken though. As Princess Leliana came upon him and let out a large roar, Skull did something that by no means could have been possible. He dropped Lance's lance and leaped into the air just as Leliana passed, however instead of leaping totally over her, his arms wrapped around her golem head. Given how much the golem should weigh, there was no way that Skull should have been able to use his momentum to pick her up off her feet. But that was exactly what he did, and more then that he tossed her as easily as if she was a sack of potatoes.
His target... the charging Darius. Landing on his feet, Skull reached down and picked up the lance he had dropped. White cursed glancing over at Lance. He should have never tossed it, he had just given their enemy a weapon! In one smooth motion, Skull threw the lance in a straight line where Ivory had fallen. He had not aimed for where she had fallen to the ground. Being smarter then that, Skull had actually thrown past it, aiming for a spot where she perhaps might be rising from her fall or jumping back.

Darius looked on in shock as Skull jumped upward when Leliana charged into the fray as a golem. Instead of avoiding her altogether though, he had somehow used his momentum to lift the princess up and toss her in Darius's direction. Seeing a large sized golem coming at you was definitely nothing anyone wanted to see. Turning tail, Darius ran in the opposite direction and took to the air to avoid the golem's oncoming body. If he had stayed where he was, he would've easily been crushed by Leliana's large bulk.
Ivory, having staggered to her feet, wincing at her hurt arm, saw the lance coming her way. Her eyes could do nothing but widen in fear as it came right for her. However, Lance wasn't entirely out of control of his weapon like one would think. Skull might've used it and could hang onto it if he had it but now that he had thrown it, Lance was in control again. Extending a hand out toward it, Lance made it move away so that it would just barely miss Ivory and poke into the floor.
"Not so fast!" Lance stated before making the lance disappear and return to his very hand. His eyes were narrowed as wind began to swirl about him. Ivory was very grateful that she had been allowed to live but with a broken arm, she couldn't risk rushing in again like she did. On top of it, it wasn't like she could move her left arm right now. Wincing through the pain, Ivory lifted her uninjured arm. As she did so, a dark form of energy had taken form and shape. When it did, it produced a shadow of Skull. It was a shade of him but it only could do nothing more than scratch. It had none of Skull's abilities but it charged toward the fissure anyway.
While her shade provided a distraction, Ivory moved away from her previous position. She would intend to keep herself at a distance from the fissure now. It frustrated her though that she couldn't do anything more. However, her pain was too great for her to go on like she had been doing so she had no choice but to stand back and fight from the sidelines.
